Nex listened to the conversation with relative boredom as they drolled on about insignificant things. Nex hadn't realized when he got to this island, didn't care to remember the feeding binge or instinct that told him to abandon the desert in search of a more bountiful climate but he was here now and that was all he needed to know. While they spoke his stomach began to rumble with a hunger for meat and bone, but not...the other kind. He wandered towards the surface of the water, which shimmered with the beauty of the sun and below he saw all sorts of fish most small but some quite large.
Without a second thought he plunged into the water, using his energy to propel him faster than any fish hoped to swim. It didn't take long, one prey caught his eye and he intended on taking it. Grabbing it by the tail he started levitating towards the surface, the amphibian thrashing with all it's might to no avail. Once it hit the air the thrashing became more frantic, before all life left it while Nex made his way back to the beach. He'd let them continue talking, for now he would eat and satisfy his hunger.

He focused more on the girl as she said that she came here just for the beaches, but that it was also nicer here without all the people jumping to conclusions. Conclusions about what? he wondered to himself, and shifted towards the more muscular of the two as the black creature jumped into the ocean to emerge with something in his hands. He could only make a guess as to what motivated it right now, but it would be an educated guess, given all the information he had been given at the moment. He supposed that he could guess how these two felt in a sense, given that he had been accused of murdering his own father, but no one ever tried to defend him.
"Jumping to conclusions about what?" he figured that he would get confirmation before saying anything though, if he was wrong then it would just make him appear foolish. Was this planet another that persecuted people just because they weren't like others and deemed them to be monsters? If it was, then it was all the more reason for him to take over and make everything his own. Then it would be him that made the rules instead of those other fools, they would then get to see how it was like to have society look down on them. His arms crossed over his chest, watching the woman with a quizzical expression regarding his question, since she had just trailed off with it.

With Nex behind her the Makaio didn’t even need to turn to know that he was walking away from, feeling his presence leave her side. Not to mention she could again feel the sun on her shoulders with his hulking frame no longer blocking it out. Hearing a splash she doesn’t even bother to look over, if he wanted to swim then she had no reason to stop him. Instead she remains focused on the man in front of her. Nex didn’t seem to hide his desires, while this one was harder to read. Tucking her hands behind the small of her back her head cocking to the side slightly she eyes him as he questions her again. Alexander was full of questions it seemed, but that was just fine. Carmen had no reason not to answer them and if he began to push to far or become bothersome she could always blast him. Why was it her mind always went to pulling out her pistols? Perhaps that was why people never stuck around her.
”Oh you know how humans can be, always questioning you for doing this or that. I have found they can often be bothersome and tend to just assume things about girls that they do not know.” The way she says humans as if she was talking about something different, like she did not belong in the same category as them. Of course she wasn’t human, but you couldn’t tell by looking at her. Beyond the pink hair she appeared to be just like any other girl, though when it came down to her actual genetics she was far from it. One hundred percent Makaio the frail looking girl was much stronger than she appeared. Eyeing him a little more Carmen glances at Nex, a small smile forming on her face as she sees him eating his catch.

Nex could feel their eyes on him as he ate but he paid them little mind. The fish was good but the bones were getting stuck in his teeth and they bothered him so once he was done he started picking at the ivory mounts, trying in vain to remove the little pesky things. He rose from his seat and looked over at the pair, they hadn't really moved or done anything to peak his interest in any way so with another rumble from his stomach he went back towards the water for another snack.

When she answered, he nodded his head in understanding, so the inhabitants of this world were quick to jump to judgments about people. He supposed that that was a trait that many of the universes people had in common, they would assume something before they knew the truth. Apparently she had been judged by others considering the way she war referring to them, and the way she addressed the others as humans piqued his curiosity as well. Did that mean she wasn't a human herself or just that she didn't consider herself a human compared to them? His eyes shifted from the pink-haired woman to the large being that was heading back towards the water for what he could only assume was to catch another fish.
"People tend to judge hastily based on lack of information, but as far as I can tell there's nothing to jump to conclusions about with either of you," he shrugged. As far as he was concerned these two could work well for what he needed, they both were strong and they were also very interesting people. From his observing as well, he noticed the guns that were at the woman's hips and raised an eyebrow slightly, she had guns with her which seemed to add a bit of flare. His eyes moved from the woman to the being that was satisfying his appetite at the moment, Carmen and Nex, if he remembered right.
"So, Carmen and Nex," he addressed them both, figuring he should get their reactions on something first, and then he could go from there. This question wouldn't be like his other ones that didn't seem to have much purpose, instead this one would have a bit more importance as to how they would answer. "How would you like a world where people didn't judge or condemn you for whatever reason? Instead you could do as you pleased?" he stopped talking after that question, letting the full message sink in so that they could answer it properly. If he wanted to bring them to his side, then he had to know what their ideals were and this seemed the best way to do that.

The man didn’t seem to have an issue with either of them…surprising considering the history she had when meeting others and the appearance of the large beast. Perhaps she had judged this one wrong, having though him a threat when he arrived simply because of the confident vibes that radiated from him. So far he had been nothing, but friendly though so the Makaio was feeling much more relaxed. Nex also didn’t seem to be worried about his presence as he continue to entertain himself with the water and tasty fish that swam within it. Carmen understood the monsters desires in a way for she was also a rather simpler creature herself, at least when it came to her wants. For the most part she searched out entertainment, whether it is in the form of a calm stroll on a beach or watching a drunken man throw a car into a building. In her mind both of those were equally enjoyable regardless of the possible consequences of the latter.
When it came to her assessment of most humans the man agrees, despite looking quite human himself…minus a couple features. As the man addresses both of them, making it a point to use their names the girls head cocks to the side a little, innocent looking face focused on him. His proposed world had her even more interested even if she was unsure exactly what he meant by it. A world where she could do whatever she pleased without judgment? Now that would be full of exciting things and whenever she got bored all she would have to do is create her own entertainment.
”A world like that sounds like it would be quite fun, do you know of one?” If he was implying Earth then the Makaio had completely misunderstood. Her mind had brought her right to outer space, thinking he meant some far off world where there were no established rules. Such a place sounded incredible, but ultimately unrealistic. Then again perhaps it wasn’t, the Universe was supposed to be endless after all.

Nex halted in his motion when the question reached his ears. Acceptance was a foreign concept for the creature, a feeling never offered to him by any of the inhabitants of Earth. The only time he wasn't attacked was here and now by these people but Nex wondered how long that would last. It didn't really bother him either way, accepted or not he would become perfect and there was nothing anyone could do to stop him. The only reason he wasn't working so tirelessly to complete that goal was because there were soft-skins here that had proved to be much stronger than anticipated and he wanted to let them lose his trail before he began to feast again.
He turned to them to show his interest, but nothing more.

When they both showed interest in what he was saying, he smiled once more, this was a good sign from the both of them. They might be willing to cooperate with him to achieve his goals, and in exchange he would show them such a world in the future. Of course, they were free to do as they liked around him really, he didn't care what it involved really because it wasn't his place to judge them just for doing what they wanted. The woman's question caused the smile to change into a smirk as he let himself relax some in their presence, and allowed his more natural confidence surface.
"I don't know of a planet that is like that yet, but if you two would be willing to help me, we could create such a world starting with this planet. Then if we feel up to it, we can spread that type of ideal to the rest of the universe as well. If I can take control, I will create a world where people will not be judge just because they enjoy doing something that others don't like, because why should others decide how you enjoy yourself?" he offered them the deal, there was no hidden agenda to it. He wanted to take control, and then he would make it so others could do as they pleased and not worry about being judged by the rest of 'society'.
"I will have no secrets with either of you, I'm not a human nor do I approve of this silly society's idea of a world where you are judge for fighting, killing, or whatever else one might want to do. I want to take over and change that, but I need to gather those strong enough mentally and otherwise to help me as no doubt there will be those that claim they fight for 'justice'. That is of course, if you two would be willing to work with me. The decision is yours," he bowed his head towards them to show that he would accept whatever choice that they made. Though he supposed that he should also do something extra, to try and allow them to ask their own questions to let it show that he would not think any differently of them.
"Also, feel free to ask me anything that you would like to know, I have no intention of hiding anything from those I deem worthy of aiding me," he crossed his arms once more and kept both of the potential recruits within eyesight so that he could study their reactions to his words.

Everything Alexander proposed sounded good, but was it too good to be true? He spoke of changing the world so that people like themselves, those that were usually judged, could act without such judgment. Licking her lips some Carmen had to admit it sounded appealing, the thought of being able to enjoy herself as she pleased far different from what she had experience so far. This man seemed so open with them even though he had just meant them. What was it that he saw within these to that he so openly spoke of his plans? Such words and ideals could draw much negative attention to him if the wrong people overheard, or in this case if the wrong two people had been told. Glancing to Nex for a moment she wondered what the creature thought, unsure if it was able to comprehend such a large concept.
With her eyes moving back to this Alexander, who had also revealed he was not human, Carmen quickly decided she was in. So far her time on this planet had been full of little entertainment and much misunderstanding. Was it wrong to want to change that? The Makaio was not a planner by nature, she did not have a grand plan that she hoped to unfold like this man. It sounded as if he knew what to do and only needed her help. The proposition sounded promising, it would allow her have fun while he did all of the real work. Slowly smiling Carmen clasps her hands together in front of her, excitement already starting to build within her small frame.
”I only have one question. When do we get to start having fun?” Grinning wide now she hoped that Nex would agree to go along with him as well, the pink haired girl having taken a liking to the large creature despite their limited interaction. Rocking back and forth some on her bare feet the Makaio suddenly speaks up again. ”Oh…and if we are being honest and all…I am not human either, although I look it.” Not revealing what she actually was the demoness winks at Alexander, seeming to be in a much better mood now that things were starting to get interesting.

This conversation now had his undivided attention a feat that few could manage without fighting him. While Nex wasn absolutely sure what they were saying, some words just weren't in his limited vocabulary but from what he gathered he wanted them both Nex and Carmen to be his partners with the goal of forming a new world. Nex didn't think he was by any means an evil person, he did whatever he wanted and eating humans was how he survived to gain power since it was literally what he was made for. However, if these two could provide him with support, if by teaming with them his goals would be completed faster and easier there was no reason not to stick around.
Walking over to them he let out a low rumbling "Yesss....." It would have to be enough.

They both seemed to agree with his goals and he could only grin, he had found two powerful allies to help bring about his changes to the rest of the world starting with this planet. The issue now became that they had to keep a low profile still because of the amount of large powers around them, as well as to keep a large group from gathering together against them. This would be tricky, but he had a way of figuring that out as well, he would simply need to know a few things about each one so that he could work out a story that made sense within the frame of what they were trying to accomplish. Hopefully they would understand the need for this tactic as well, if not he would explain it as well as he could, and hope that they saw what he meant.
"Excellent, now I need to know more about you both. What I have planned is something that others might deem as evil because they are stuck within a limited view of the universe as a whole. What have others judged you about or have condemned you for? I simply ask in case we run into people that know either of you, that I can create a story that links us together as having become like them. However, it will only be in pretend until we can become strong enough to take them all by force," hopefully they knew what he was saying. They would pretend to be like the others, until they could overpower them regardless of their numbers. It was a tactic that would allow them to go unhindered for the most part, and allow them to grow in power much more easily.
"We don't want to be deemed threats and killed because we don't conform to their ideals, right? So if you two can follow my orders and pretend that we are on their side, then I will let you both do as you wish when others are not around, is that alright?" he figured that neither of them would want the humans to try killing them, so it seemed the most appropriate way to make sure. If they were ever involved in battle, they wouldn't need to hold back their desires either, because they would be fighting against enemies.
"Which might mean we might need to stick together," he tapped his chin, he wasn't sure how necessary that was if they encountered a large group of people and Alexander explained that both Carmen and Nex were good guys that had agreed to follow his orders.

Hearing Nex agree as well made Carmen smile. Just like that the trio had their own little group forming. This was all so exciting to the young Makaio, she had never been part of a team before. Sure she normally wanted to be on her own so she could do as she pleases, but that did get quite lonely and besides these two wouldn't stop her from doing anything. Listening to Alexander continue his plan made sense. There needed to be an explanation for why the three were together, a story so that others wouldn't question them. Nodding some she was happy to answer his question.
”People are always rude to me and then when I pull my pistols on them, they throw a fit. Just the other day I met a group of people in the forest and one of them dared me to shoot him. Then when I did, he went tumbling away into the woods and never came back. You best not be lying to me when you say I will be able to do what I want Alex.” Her eyes narrow at him, almost accusingly as if he was trying to trick her. She understood his reason for a cover, but yet she would make no promises about acting out. If someone was rude to her or mean to her the Makaio planned to respond in kind.
Nodding to his words about them sticking together she did agree with that, having spent enough time on her own lately. Grinning some Carmen looks over to Nex, very excited that she ran into this pair today. ”I think we are going to have fun Nex, what do you think?” In a rather good mood now the demon’s fingers drum at the pistols strapped to her hips, rather anxious to use them again, but hopefully in the “right” setting this time.

"Nex....is....Nex" Those were the simple words used to describe himself. It was crude, like a toddler who didn't understand how to explain what he wanted but when it came to identity that was just how it went with the bio creation. Nex listened to the plan, listened to the girl's backstory with relative indifference because in the end it didn't matter. They were a team now, partners on a bridge that would alienate them from the rest of the world, which was ironic since apparently that was the norm for each of them.
Nex didn't care who or what stood before them, human or alien even god, if they tried to stop him...to stop them, then they were his enemy.
((OOC: Sorry if it seems bland, but that's just kind of how Nex is. Can't wait until he evolves so i can do more lol))

He listened to both of them, and nodded as he did so, Carmen seemed to have an itchy trigger finger from what he could tell be observing her movements which were centered around her weapons. He couldn't see anything wrong with that to be honest, sometimes it was just fun to blow something up or set it on fire. Nex was a bit tougher to figure out, but he assumed that it was because of his current lack of...development. Not to say that he was stupid, however, considering he seemed to understand Alexander when it came to his goals and what they were to do until they could achieve them. He supposed that he would just have to figure it out as they went, he didn't think it would be too hard to do through observation of the enigmatic being.
"I swear the people of this planet are as confusing as ever, I see nothing wrong with what you did, you have every right to not take their rudeness. As for me, I have no intentions of keeping you from doing as you wish, in fact if you would like to do something right now, feel free. I just ask for some restraint when meeting others, unless their is a battle, then I believe you going wild would be for the best," if they were in battle, her going wild could prove quite useful, he imagined. He would have to see how she handled herself in battle before fully making that statement, but he knew it would be better to let them run loose when they were fighting.
"I look forward to working with you both," he put a hand to his chest and bowed his head just a bit as a sign of gratitude towards them. It would take hard work and time before they were truly ready for taking on the rest of the universe, but these two seemed to be both reliable and formidable allies.

The creature’s words were simply, but the message was clear. Carmen had not shied away from him when he had approached her for she was not afraid, no doubt leaving her in the minority when it came to those he had interacted with. Carmen was a demon, but her human appearance made it easy to blend in with most crowds. When she had ventured into Central City she had been just fine until she drew her weapon, which was when everything had gone to hell. Things would be different from now on; the female would have others in her corner so that she didn’t have to fight alone. Tilting her head slightly to the side in response to his words, stating that the two could do something now if they wanted she wasn’t sure how to respond at first. With only the three of them around she didn’t see much of an opportunity for fun, after all she didn’t want to blast either of them with her Vulcan’s. Carmen was excited about this group they were forming and she wanted to get started. Slowly grinning again she looks over to Nex then back to Alexander.
”Well if it’s all right with you two we probably shouldn’t linger, there isn’t much out here for us to do. Let’s get started.”
