Dawn such a peaceful time of day. It seemed like the only time of day when he felt he could almost fight the urge to collect bio-energy from people or animals. Almost though wasn't good enough for today. He stood upon a hill staring at the rising sun feeling somewhat at piece with his new existence. He was once a human a most promising human to be exact. He was a gifted martial artist but his true passion lay in the world of music. The wet dewy grass moistening his feet as he panted his arms crossed across his chest. His jaw was locked tight as his eyes narrowed as his stomach growled like a empty void. The never ending hunger was winning the battle over his rational mind soon he may end up just a ravenous beast absorbing anything with Ki. His mouth started to salivate slowly and soon began to drip out from his mouth onto the ground. His tail began to wave back and forth frantically as his eyes widened. His implanted instincts were taking over quicker than usual. He had not yet once absorbed a human being but he was always moving towards a city instinctively. He let out a pained scream which then turned into a monstrous roar. His voice echoing across the mountainous hills and grassy plains. His eyes glowed a golden as he took in a breath and suddenly froze in place on the hill. after the sun had finally risen he shot up into the sky masking his power level as low as he could with his ki suppression. Not like he needed it he was going to go and absorb a town of humans who didn't even understand the power of Ki or even know what it was. He opened his mouth slowly and stretched out his tongue and trailed it across his lips. He didn't have to go very var when he spotted a farmer out on his land plowing his fields with a tractor. His eyes widened and he quickly dove towards the person but just stopping short as he covered above the tractor. He re-position himself and raised his fist up and formed his hand into a knife like pose and stabbed through the metal and soon he ripped open the metal frame of the tractor roof like tissue paper. He let out yet another monstrous roar and grabbed the farmer by his overalls and pulled him through the hole and threw him onto the ground. He heard the sound of something snapping and he saw farmer scream in pain. His leg had been broken upon impact with the ground and was now hanging at a awkward angle. Oh how the farmer screamed bloody murder as his bone was sticking outside of his leg. Neah was the blood pumping out of the mans leg and his hunger was now running on over drive. The thrill of a potential kill and gain of power was intoxicating him. He would toy with the farmer a little bit before devouring him. He growled in his throat as he began to walk towards the injured farmer like a predator closing in on its prey. The farmer screamed and was frantically trying to pull himself up from the ground to run away, But every time he did his broken leg would send him back to the ground from putting the tiniest amount of weight on it. The farmer tried crawling away from him his hands and forearms digging into the dirt to try and move his body. He would allow the farmer to move a little bit give him a false sense of hope as he would quickly use his high speed and stomp onto the farmers broken leg pinning him from his back with his other foot. His mouth opened and he leaned in closer to the hunter and whispered into his ear "Welcome to perfection!" He then positioned his tail and was about to impale him when he sensed something a power level was coming towards his position. He smirked and would wait and see who or what it was that was coming so close to him perhaps add a little flair of dramatics for now. What roar sounds like

Damn it all another failure. Rosen looked up from his paperwork to see another negative result on the giant tube in front of him. The girls in the tube’s vitals quickly dropped as air stopped being pumped in and within moments the girl too had passed. Once the test results proved the girl was not a match there was no point in keeping her alive any longer however, he had no idea how they were going to dispose of this many bodies. He had taken a whole family from the village above but the parents had soon died out. The daughter however had proved resilient, she had lasted almost 2 days and during those two days Rosen had sat and waited. His lab techs filling him with apparent false hope and promises this was the success. They too would suffer consequences for their failures.
Still when the girl survived they had realized the tests worked best on children and upon realizing that children were more resilient than their adult counterparts he had his men go up to the town above and kidnap almost every child in the village. The tests had been designed to warp the townsfolk into a new bio-weapons. He had implanted them with different genetic cells from all over the universe including dog hybrid cells his men had developed after their brief opportunity studying the fox girl he had stolen from UNITY earlier.
However instead of helping them survive it had merely boosted their energy signatures, and then killed them off. Even more peculiarly they kept a large portion of their energy after they died. Not all of it but the energy refused to leave them, Rosen’s scientists insisted they weren’t dead because of this. But try all they wanted they couldn’t bring any of the subjects back to life either. Just another failure and another red mark against their up and coming punishment. They would soon learn what it truly meant to fail Rosen Corp.
Far above the hidden lab the creature shouted. It was a shout that Rosen heard even through the soundproof lab, through hundreds of feet worth of concrete and steel, it was a shout of power, it was a shout of hunger, it was a shout of rage. And it was a shout of opportunity.
Whatever it was that had made that noise had the power to back up the sound. Rosen could sense it even from under ground. He had never had finesse when sensing energy but he didn’t need to. The creature above was strong. Smiling he stood up.
“Opportunity knocks.”
Making his way to the elevator Rosen presses the surface floor his loyal secretary Mercy only a step behind him the whole time. The elevator opens from a hole in the ground rising to reveal a creature unlike anything he had ever seen standing over a farmer. The farmer is clearly in pain. He hears the creature shout again and he can sense the power behind it. "Welcome to perfection!" the beast said standing over the farmer.
As Rosen approached it was clear the creature meant to kill him and just as clear the farmer didn’t want to die. Well wasn’t that too bad, if he didn’t wish to die he shouldn’t have been too weak to defend himself.
It was clear the creature was expecting something from him but Rosen was curious. What did this beast truly want. Not one to judge without cause Rosen makes eye contact then simply gestures the go ahead in the direction of the farmer. If the creature wanted to finish the man off far be it from him to stand in the way.

His animalistic urges screaming in his mind to absorb the pitiful human but he would be spared for the moment. He heard the sound of a acending machine and felt it with feet. The very subtle vibration of something coming up from the ground. Neah growled and chuckled at the human who had just appeared from the ground via a elevator and narrowed his eyes and hissed in a agressive manner. the farmer beneath his foot was squirming violently as he began to punch neahs leg.
To neah it felt like a feather purshing against his leg. such pitiful attempts from this prey. Hepushed more of his weight down on the farmer and a loud snapping sound occuerd. suddeny sojething was protruding from the mans back and his squirmd his mouth and gasped as he could only move his mouth. he looked into the other humans face with a desperate plea in his eyes. "please help me i have..a wife and a so...." before the farmer finished his sentace neah impaled the farmer through his neck with his tail.
The farmer gasped and screamed when suddenly sojething began to neahs tail. His tail began makining a sucking noise somewhat subtle yet audible. the man shrieked louder as he slowly began to get thinner his skin tightening around his body.all the while neah chuckled as the man began to absorb into his body. the man soon gurgling then turning paper thin ans soon his body was sucked into neahs tail and sll that remained was his clothing on the ground.
his tail now impaled through the ground he pulled it free and shook of the grass and dirt. The tip dripped with blood and he brought it to his lips and he licked the tip clean and slammed his tail on the ground. The earth crackihg around him in a impact crater about a foot deep and wide. he growled and stepped on the farmers clothing and ground it into the dirt.
"hmm pathetic barely worth my time and gain so little from that pitiful excuse of a human." he spit on the ground in disgust and turned towards the human. however this new human he would prove to be aa possile worthy prey. He licked his lips slowly as he tok a few steps forward and began moving towards the human infront. He approached the new human and sniffedaround him. his mouth salivated as he could sense great power in thus person. "you have great power you would make a worthy addition to my being."
he licked his lips and stared at the human and smirked for the first time since he killed dr ryotoji. "however you seem like a person i could get along with so i will not harm you. Who are you human?" he narrowed his eyes behind him mask like face and stared long and hard watching his opponents body movments. even at the slightest hint of agression he would not hesitate to incapcitate this man and absorb him ito his body.

Using his projection technique to quickly arrive at a village, Brandon jumped all the way to Penguin Village and saw that people were started to be evacuated from a village. He quickly landed and walked up to a villager and asked "Whats going on?"
"Theres a creature heading this way! Officials are just starting to get people out. You look tough, See if you can do something about it!" One of the Villagers said, as Brandon looked in the direction they were running from. "Ill see what I can do, no promises." Brandon said, as he pushed his chapos energy out of his feet, and leapt in the creatures direction.
It took some travelling, but Brandon manage to land some distance from the creature, but just enough that he could hide behind a hillside to keep his cover.
Staying Hidden, Brandon peeked over the hill, and saw clothes near a frightening creatures feet. He knew what kind of creature it was, and immediately knew exactly what it was, a Bio Android. Brandon didnt think that there would be more of them past Cell, but he had no idea how many years it had been since Cell existed in this universe.
He saw another man appear from nowhere, and saw that they had begun to have a conversation. "Who are these two?" He asked himself, unaware that either being could sense that he was nearby...

Anri had been scanning over the radio stations for whatever he could find, the planet earth was a mess to say the least but not nearly as bad as that of alpha prime but there was surely enough crime around her to cash in on saving the day whenever the mood arose from him. He often found that searching the police radio was a great way to find some line of work other than working for Kemuri who as of late had been giving him little to do other than waiting, if he was ever going to fix his ship he was going to need to have more cash in his pocket. Having heard the distress signal coming from a small town called Penguin village he knew that oppunrity had risen in his favor, though most would think it was disgusting to only want to save people for money that was the life of a merc.
Having left directly from the palace he had headed towards the small town that was to the north, he doubted the dog man would had need of his services anytime soon so this would have been a great time to take off. Taken to the skies Anri made impressive time as the high winds of the upper atmosphere were in his favor as he zoomed off across the vast blue of the cloud spotted sky. At the rate he was flying the trip took only minutes to arrive as already he would see the panicked masses as little black dots as they ran away from their homes and towards the country side, though the message hadn't been exactly clear of what was going on he could tell that it was more than a few hundred people could have managed too take on.
Zooming in with his speicalized eyes Anri scanned the village below as he got a closer look at the people to figure out exactly what was going on, never one to drive straight into a fight before he knew all of what was going on. Fianlly he spotted it though he wasn't very sure what 'it' was. Rather looking more like a beast than a person at this point it seemed to have quite and appetite towards people as it was pinning one of the towns folk down and...draining them, at least that's what it looked it from this point. Anri had never seen something quite like this before, sure he had seen monsters eat people but never suck them dry like a yogurt tube, it was a rather odd way to eat ones food Anri thought to himself. Shrugging his shoulders at the thought he had faced much worse than what this little creature was, fear as not something that Anri knew which is what made him the great warrior he was not to mention that the pay the towns people would no doubt give him only helped to motivate him more.
What came next too him was a tad bit surprising as Rosen the man that had come to offer his services too Kemuri a few days prior was there not to far away from the beast, it was a odd sight to see a man such as him being in such a place as this. Whatever he was up too was not something that was probably good but it did intrigue the alien further, either than man was in danger or he was going to convince the alien to join his cause either one was not something that good would ever come out of, though Anri cared little about the second. Regardless if Anri did not like the man he was still a comrade to say the least that was until the job with Kemuri was over with, and what kind of comrade would he be if he let the man die.
Sighing too himself Anri let his flight abilities shut off as he plummeted towards the ground below him, such a drop was something he could easily recover from in a world with as low of gravity as earth's made it all the simpler. Rocketing threw the sky like a falling boulder Anri would smash into the ground and tear chucks of earth up in a shower of dust and earth, taking a deep breath he would stand up to his full height and glance around the area until his eyes would fall upon the figure of Rosen.
"Now how did I know I would find you here, testing out a new toy of yours? Mind if I play with it?" Anri grinned at the man.

Rosen stared down the creature in front of him it was clear the beast had something in mind but whatever it was he would need to prove his words. Perfection, HA, the creature looked like a child’s collage of nightmares to be sure but he was hardly perfect.
Still moments later the creatures tail shot forward and into the man he had been standing over. Within seconds the man was completely gone. Not just dead but gone, Rosen smiled. This he could work with.
“Hmm pathetic barely worth my time and gain so little from that pitiful excuse of a human. You have great power you would make a worthy addition to my being." Oh how cute. The creature thought that Rosen would be as easy to dispose of as the farmer. However as he approached he stopped briefly, he licked his lips instead and stared at Rosen for a moment. A smile passed over his face that did nothing for his looks but it would be intimidating were Rosen a normal human. “However you seem like a person i could get along with so i will not harm you. Who are you human?"
Wonderful, the creature even recognized Rosen’s potential. Smiling he was about to answer when the ground next to him exploded. Stepping up from the wreckage came the second oddest creature he’d seen today and that was only by virtue that he already knew this one. Anri the mercenary he intended to hire away from Kemuri stepped out of the crater he had caused.
Anri looked at the creature then at Rosen.
"Now how did I know I would find you here, testing out a new toy of yours? Mind if I play with it?"
He could tell things were about to get hectic around him and how wonderful he needed to have no part in it. He could sit back and watch and get a good read on both of their true strengths. This day was turning out to be better than he could have ever thought. Taking off his jacket he tossed it to Mercy without looking. Taking a moment to roll up his shirt sleeves just in case the situation devolved to where he needed to fight he smiled.
Turning back towards the creature. He looked him in the eyes. “My name is Lance Rosen. And I do believe we can be...partners so to speak.” Looking at Anri he couldn’t help but grin again. “Anri, this is ‘perfection’ from what I’ve heard, and I would be thrilled if you could test out my newest toy. Perfection is a big name to live up to so I truly hope you don’t disappoint. But win or lose I believe I have a proposition for you assuming you don’t die of course.” And with that he turned his back on the two competitors. Hoping they would take his body language as their cue to begin.

Neah continued to look at the human long and hard. his eyes unwavering and unwavering as he continued to examine him. He was going to analyze this human for a bit and come to a proper analysis before he made any rash decisions. The man was very well dressed, so logically speaking, this man had some wealth to him. He looked over at his assistant as she stood near the well dressed man and narrowed his eyes at her. Such a nuisance having someone always by your side, he thought perhaps he would free up the man and get rid of the women. He smiled a little and turned his attention back towards the well dressed man. Then he felt it a power level not to far off and it was coming towards them. It was a high power he could sense it and it gave him little goose bumps as his tail began to wag excitedly.
He would look over towards the hillside where he felt the power emanating from. He licked his lips and he made a guttural growling sound a but soon stopped. He felt an even larger power signature coming towards him. Oh today was definitely going to be interesting he might get to absorb even stronger warriors today. His body was absolutely thrilled at this prospect as the ever gnawing hunger for perfection gnawed through his mind. He looked up at a man in the sky and let out another growl in his throat indicating they had yet another visitor in their midst. But it Didn't matter as the man in the sky came crashing down creating an impact crater. His tail began to wag even faster as he looked at the man who had joined them. His power was very great very strong that it made him almost want to absorb him on the spot.
But for now he would keep that instinct in check for now He was not a complete monster he still had some residual of his humanity buried with him. Plus it would be a lot more fun if he fought against a stronger opponent and won it would be most entertaining. He smirked as the man arrived and added the well dressed man in an friendly yet joking manner. So these two know each other all the better. It would cut down the conversations in half and leave more time for fighting, he pointed at the hillside where he knew a person was hiding and watching from afar. It wasn't a bad tactic always good to analyze a situation before jumping into one. He then wiggled his finger in a gesture of invitation to come and join them.Things were going to get hectic and quickly, perhaps he would let the two stronger opponents fight it out and tire themselves out. Then when they were tired he would absorb them both.
The sound of a jacket unbuttoning caught his attention away from the man hiding behind the hillside. He quickly returned his attention back to the well dressed man as he introduced himself properly. His fingers twitched in a annoyed manner as the name rang through his mind. He had heard of that man's name before, but where he couldn't properly remember. Suddenly he felt a sharp pain in his head as memories began to race throughout his mind. His vision was blurred as he remained motionless in a tank of water needles and tubes protruding from what felt like all of his body. He heard the doctor speaking with someone over a phone. "No Mr. Rosen I haven't made any progress with my experiments yet, but I'll let you know don't worry your money won't be wasted, please have a little more patience." He brought himself back to reality and his fists were shaking so badly as his clawed hand on his right side of his body dug into his flesh. His hand was bleeding slowly onto the ground a green substance dripped instead of the normal red color of blood.
He hung his head low and kept his face obscured from the well dressed man as he began to shake with rage. He slowly picked up his head and looked at Lance, his eyes ablaze with rage as he stared him down. "You your that rosen oh this is to perfect." He cracked his knuckles the cartilage popping loudly as he then proceeded to crack his neck to the sides. "I have a bone to pick with you, but first things first time to get rid of the trash." He turned his head towards the female that was holding lances jacket and fired out a eye laser beam heading straight for her. Should they hit her it would drill through her heart and she would instantly. He wanted to get rid of the women she was nothing but a nuisance right now. Plus he wanted to fight Rosen at his full power perhaps a little death would bring it out of him. Their was also the added bonus of killing someone. Oh the thrill he would feel in his body. He was going to fight Rosen alone one on one this was a personal fight, he was going to kill him for funding the mad doctors research that made him into what he was now. He turned to the stronger fighter that had just arrived and narrowed his eyes. "You stay out of this fight this is between me and Rosen you can fight the coward hiding behind the hillside." Neah then proceeded to slide his left foot behind him and place his right foot out and bend down and get into a fighting position facing towards Rosen.

Brandon tried to remain hidden, as he saw more and more people arrive on the site. "More people to help? Glad to know people still care for eachother." He said to himself, as he saw the creature pointing at the hill that he was hiding behind.
"Oh crap, I forgot... People can sense energy.... Damn, hiding in this day and age is hard..." He said, standing up just in time to see the creature eye laser an innocent woman that was with the first man. And no one made a move to protect her. "Ok, thats messed up, Time to step in." He added, as he walked up the hill, and started to walk down the other side, closer to the group and the creature.
"What the hell are all of you standing around for? Did you just not see what happened? Or are you all in LaLa land?" He said to them, before looking directly at the creature.
"and YOU! Im gonna use your head like a football when Im done with you! Or better yet, Absorb your soul!" He said, clearly his anger getting the best of him. "Brandon, You can only absorb Dragon souls, not....other souls." He heard Verlith say in his head. "Never heard of a bluff have you?"He thought in reply to Verlith. Hoping that the creature would take him seriously, Brandon wanted to get the creature scared before blowing him apart with his chaos energy.
"A Bluff? This isnt Poker Brandon. That thing just murdered an innocent woman. Id say kick his ass anyways... If he has an ass that is...."

Anri kept his eyes on the creature that stood before him, he wasn't exactly sure what he was dealing with currently it looked like a cross between a human and a science experiment that went wrong in more than one way, hard to believe any one would call it human though, looking more monster than anything else in its current form. Its pale white skin and what seemed to be bones that extruded from its skin gave it the over all appearance of something that might come from a child's nightmares but the the fear that would normally be instilled in people was wasted on the Vennor. At a early age such fears were eliminated from their young as it was a sign of weakness not to mention the brain trauma that Anri had experienced long ago had damaged the part of his brain that controlled such emotions.
Even through his impressive entrance the creature seemed to pay little mind to the Vennor rather he focused his attention towards Rosen, the well dressed bastard who ruled over a large cooperation. While Anri held no love towards the man they both were on the same side for the time being, though he found that the man seemed to enjoy using people for all the had before casting them to the side, if he could feel sadness then he would have felt some towards his assistant, having to follow such a man around each and every day would have been a terrible life. Anri had to give it to Rosen, he was a clever man to say the least, it took a lot of brain power to build a cooperation from the ground up and it looked like he had plenty to spare. It was a real shame that he hadn't spent such a potential into building his own body, but his success in the business world more than enough for the alien to have respect for him.
As the creature pointed his hand out to the side Anri glanced in the direction to finally notice a power level resonating from the hill, he had gotten so caught up in the current affairs he had over looked the energy. Though it wasn't much to talk about it was still larger than the other two that stood around him, he wished his scouter still worked; he found it a pain not to know the true strength of those he faced in combat but none the less that never stopped him from smashing peoples faces in. Shrugging at the energy signature he turned his attention back to the creature, whoever the person was would eventually step in if they thought they could do anything about what was going on but with Anri around such a thing wasn't going to be needed, even with the weights that was strapped to his body he knew he was more than a match for it, but Anri knew fighting with a handicap was so much more fun that without one.
Watching the creature it began to dip its head as it looked too be shaking for what reason was unknown to Anri, for all he knew it was an alien that was about to perform some type of war dance, which might have entertained him a tad bit. Though as the creature turned his head to face them he could now see the anger that burned in his eyes, for whatever reason this thing seemed to be pissed, Anri guessed that he would probably be a little ticked off if someone had interrupted his dinner as well. Mentioning that he was going to get rid of the trash the creature fired beams of energy from his own eyes that was targeted at the woman that seemed too follow in Rosen's shadow. Well Anri had seen more than enough to step in, it wasn't that he wanted to save the woman's life, no it wasn't that. If he hadn't stopped the attack them his reputation as a merc could possibly damaged and that wasn't good for business, just like Rosen he took every chance he could get to benefit himself, the only difference between the two was that Anri had honor backing him.
Even with his slowed body his movement was more than enough to intercept the beams of light right before than touched the woman, taking the blast head on with his chest plate. The impact wasn't much to talk about as the blast didn't even manage to put a dent on his armor, though the first reason he had taken the hit had already been mentioned there was another reason he had done such a thing. Though Anri lacked the ability to directly tell a person power level he could get a good idea of were their range was around if they're attack made contact with him; it was much weaker than that of Jenn's which was someone he was not looking forward to fighting again.
As the smoke cleared Anri stood there as he waved the smoke away from his face, though his extra lungs made the action unnecessary he found the act often made people nervous too see their attack and done nothing too him. Brushing off his chest plate were the attack had struck him he glanced over his should to see if the woman was there and if she was ok, there was all the chance she had moved out of the way before the attack had even struck her, after all her strength was great enough that such a move was greatly possible. Regardless of their outcome he would turn his head back around to face the creature once more.
"Hey Rosen why don't you stand back and just watch, wouldn't want you to get your nice clothes all dirty would you?" Anri chuckled as he spoke to Rosen, all the while he kept his attention faced towards the creature.
"Well that wasn't too bad, though if you really have any hope of living for more than a few minutes the I suggest you crank up whatever power you might have inside of you." He called out to the creature.

The creature seemed to recognize Rosen. That was good, they could work from there, if he recognized him. That was until the look on his face changed, clearly they did not have a good working relationship in the past. It was so sad to see potentially profitable arrangements go south so quickly but sometimes that was the way the world worked.
The creature would need to be taught a lesson, you simply don’t speak to your betters in the manner he just did. It was unacceptable. However there was no need for Rosen to dirty his own hands. Luckily Anri was there next to him, the alien did not seem overly fond of him but it didn’t really matter now did it. He still considered them comrades, allies, Rosen his benefactor and or employer. Whatever relationship the beast wanted it was going to work in his benefit.
Anri seemed almost eager to fight the monstrosity in front of them leaving Rosen free to relax. He was caught in that thought when he heard the monstrosity speak again.
“..but first things first lets get rid of the trash.” And with that he fired a blast from his eyes, but it wasn’t aimed at him, it was aimed at Mercy, curious. Before he had a chance to react at all the area erupted into a cloud of smoke. Anri stepped forward from the cloud clearly having just saved Mercy’s life. It almost enough to bring a smile to his face, almost.
However that feeling quickly disappeared seconds later as Mercy stumbled back out of the cloud of dust his jacket no longer clutched in her incompetent hands.
“Hey Rosen why don't you stand back and just watch, wouldn't want you to get your nice clothes all dirty would you?” Anri shouted not bothering to look back. Did the alien know? Was he now the butt of a joke due to his underling’s failures. She stumbled back over towards him for protection clearly not knowing where she had erred yet.
“Child,” he said turning towards the still dazed and coughing woman. He put a hand on the side of her face almost tenderly to calm her as she caught her breath.“First you couldn’t keep your emotions in check, and almost cost us a wonderful opportunity with the hybrid girl. But I generously over looked that due to your years of unparallelled service. Then you displayed unparalleled arrogance around a potential recruit, which I again overlooked because we were both drunk. I foolishly allowed myself to become drunk as well and how can I punish someone else for my own mistakes. But now I have only one question to ask you,” he continued gently lifting her head till she was looking into his eyes. His own face still the picture of calm and concern. “Where is my jacket child?” he saw comprehension and horror in equal parts flood her eyes.
“Sir, I’m so sorry, in the explosion I mus-” before she could finish her setance Rosen had moved fast enough to create an after image. He moved only a few feet appearing directly behind her.
“Spirit gun.” he said as the back of her head exploded sending gore and debri splattering in front of him. His former assistant fell first to her knees, then finally to the ground. He would have said face first but there wasn’t enough left of her to confirm that.
Looking at his blood covered hands he can only shake his head. Slowly he sank to a knee reaching inside his former assistants pocket to wear she always kept his wipes. “That’s what I love about you Mercy, you always come prepared thank you.” he said with a smile. After clearing all traces of blood from his hands he discarded the napkin carelessly. Turning toward the man he had just seen race forward.
The man had said something about souls? He was admittedly distracted at the time but still he thought this matter should be cleared up.
“Soul? Oh no boy, there is no soul, there is no above or below. Only us — small, solitary, striving, battling one another. I pray to myself, for myself. And to myself I only ask one thing. Victoy.” turning he pointed at the monstrosity Neah in front of him.
“Now see, that man attempted to kill my former assistant, my associate Anri, is more than happy to take care of it for me. While I appreciate the help, it is no longer required.” and with that he turned from the man putting him out of his thoughts to watch the upcoming fight.

neah growled as he watched his eye beams seemingly hit the assistant. a small chuckle emanated from his throat.Though his chuckle quickly ceased as he saw that the other man had stepped in front of the blast and protected her.He narrowed his eyes in agitation as the man was unharmed not a scratch on him. He would make a love addition indeed. He slowly licked his lips and his stomach churned loudly. He cracked his neck to the side and chuckled at the other mans request for him to power up. The sheer arrogance of that man was astounding thinking to give him orders.
He cracked his tail into the ground an crushed another rock. Pebbles spreading in the air he watched as the other man who had been spying had finally decided to join in. He looked at him andsaid in a semi annoyed mood "glad you could finally join the class." He curled his toes in annoyance as the man had just said he was going to use his head like a football. How typical and a mostly used threat he might add. He cracked his right foot and smiled still keeping in his stance.
This was turning out to become quite the buffet of choices. His mouth watered as he began to drip saliva from his mouth.though suddenly he gave a blank look on his face as if he suddenly were brain dead. his mouth hung open and dripped spit to the ground. His eyes were glazed over as he became motionless. He kept continuously lowering his strength as low as he could hopefully fooling one of them if not all. he hoped they were that stupid at least. Memories flowed as he once again lay in a tube of liquid.
Suddenly his eyes ceased glazing over and light up like a cars head lights. he flexed his fingers and toes and looked down. "sorry about that think their might of been something wrong with that farmer." he gave a belch as he patted his stomach. He chuckled and watched as lance spoke with his assistant. the girl was sobbing and was clearly shook up. He watched and smiled wider revealing his pointed teeth ear as sharp as a knife. Lance was skilled after all he used the afterimage technique and then used a separate ki attack and proceeded to blow mercy's brains and skull apart.
He was hit in his chest with a stray bit of brain matter. He looked down and flicked it so hard it went soaring through a rock."interesting technique you have their lance, But i to have a few tricks in my arsenal." He spit onto the ground and stared at the man known as anri. "he may be your ally but he was the one who did this to me, indirectly though he may of played a part but a part he still played I owe him for this no step aside Anri." He brought his power level quickly back up to its normal level and charged straight at Rosen. As he was charging towards him he quickly created a small ki orb and threw it at the ground in front of him and Rosen creating a smokescreen. He would then use his speed and would come up on Rosen's right side and try a right hook. though in fact this would be a decoy his tail would come up from under rosen's legs and stick into him and begin draining hs bio essence.

After Brandon saw the events unfold infront of him, and was utterly disgusted. "I have never witnessed such evil all in one place Brandon... If any of these are allies to this Kemuri we have heard of, We have to eliminate them." Verlith said, as Brandon sighed. He had only come to annihilate 1 monster, now he had to do a large amount. This some what upset him, but another part of him wanted to do it...for fun...
He had turned to walk away, and had put some distance btween him and the rest when Neah attempted to make his move on Rosen. Seeing this, he immediately whirled around. "Watch it!" He said, quickly powering up as his bracelet transformed into his gauntlet, as his power increased dramatically. He moved his hands to his side as Neah had blinded. "Brandon, You cant fire anything into that smoke without a risk, We must..." Verlith started to say, but Brandon charged up energy in his hands, aiming towards Rosen and Neah, Brandon suddenly said "Kamehameha!"
He then thrusted his hands forward, hoping the beam would hit either target, Neah was the more preferable target though. But with the smoke screen, there was a good chance Brandon would miss both completely.

The whole time Anri had been fixating on the creature he had only just heard the words of which Rosen was speaking to the woman, had dropping the simple jacket really set the man on edge? Though the earlier comment from him might have been what pushed him to the point; the harsh cold words flew from Rosens mouth as the woman seemed to struggled to find something to say. It didn't matter to him anymore, Rosen had his fill of disappointments from the woman, and just like all the rest of the people he threw away it was just her time. People could only sever for so long before they would run out of usefulness, then they were simply cast away either back out into the lonesome world or in a body bag.
Anri had barely heard the last words Rosen spoke before the splatter of blood coated his back side in the warm sticky liquid. He didn't need to glance backwards too have a clear picture of what had happened, it wasn't the first time he had seen such a thing and it was never going to be the last. It seem though not the best time for him to have picked to slaughter his assistant, best leave those things were there isn't a psychopathic creature trying to eat you. Anri didn't have a problem with it though Rosen was a business man and they like to take care of things as quickly as possible even in the heat of the moment, and it wasn't as though Rosen wasn't safe, at this point he was shielded by a walking steam powered tank, nothing was going to get past Anri.
The sudden appearance from the man behind the rock did little to bother him he was stronger than the other two around him but it seemed the creature was more interested than the rest of them. Taking his glance off of the creature he got a quick glimpse of the man, he didn't look to be that old but for his cocky attitude mixed with his word proved he needed too work on that anger of his, it was only one life, if he couldn't cope with the loss of one person then he was never going to make it out there in the vale. Death was just a natural part of life and there was always a buffet of it through the universe, eventually you either got used to it, stayed home or went crazy and kill yourself, the last one made him smile because it was ironic; escaping death with death, talk about fighting fire with fire.
What happened next was rather strange as the creatures eyes began to glow like the sun as even the creature wasn't exactly sure what just happened, blaming it on the man he had just consumed. Anri thought his words were actually funny as he gave a small chuckle at such an idea, taking about humans as if they were food... well...they might not to be too bad, don't knock it till you try it he guessed.
Spitting on the ground the creature once again spoke towards Anri commanding that he should step aside and let the fight between Rosen and the creature began, however there was no way in hell that was going to happen. Anri came he for some quick cash and he wasn't about to leave until the job was done and this thing was beaten to death with its own skull.
"I came here for cash and I'll be damn if-" Was all he could get out before the creature charged out towards Rosen.
Generating a cloud of smoke around the three of them, a grin grew upon Anri's face. This creature didn't understand anything about Vennor anatomy but he was about to get a crash course in just how they worked. The thick smoke that the creature had created stood no chance against Anri specialized eyes, as even the most dense fogs became clear to his vision, making him able to see every movement that the creature was making. The creature was quick but even at his current level of strength Anri was quicker, snapping his hand out in a blur off motion he clasped his hand around the creatures throat in a vice grip hold.
"Well then that was rather rude of you, didn't even wait till I finished my sentence. What do you think Rosen? I think we should teach him a lesson." He grinned as he tightened his grip on the creatures neck.
Suddenly a voice rang out over the three of them as it came up to his ears as 'Kamehameha', what the hell was that? Leaning his head to see past the creature he saw the bright blast of energy heading straight towards them at a high velocity, and it seemed to be coming from that kid that was up on the hill.
"Fucking idiot!" Smacking the creature in the face once with his closed fist Anir would rear his arm back and launch the creature towards the blast of energy.

Rosen was dismayed, Mercy had served him loyally for years. She had for all intensive purposes been a good assistant, she had just failed him one too many times recently. Still it appeared the other people in the area were taking the murder in stride so he would save his lamenting until later. It would be unseemly for him to show remorse over her death, especially since he was the one had killed her after all.
The creature who had dared to challenge him charged in. Luckily he had more competent tools available and Anri reached out and stopped the beast dead in it’s tracks throwing up a cloud of smoke as he did so.
The boy however seemed to be the only one not taking Mercy’s death in stride. While the rest of them went on with their normal business he seemed insistent on forcing himself into their dispute which at the moment was well in hand.
The boy’s bracelet lit up and immediately after he fired some sort of energy beam at the group. Anri seemed content to throw the creature into the beam but Rosen wanted the beast for future study. It would have been a direct hit probably killing the creature had Rosen not taken that opportunity to shove him out of the way with his telekinesis.
“You simple minded, insolent fool!” he said turning to face the boy and loud enough for him to hear. Placing his hands in his pockets and summoning his full power he began to walk towards the child. It was all just a distraction however.
Once his hand was in his pocket Rosen opened a small capsule of knockout gas, invisible to the naked eye it was only slightly warmer than the regular air around it. However that was enough, Rosen’s specialized eyes allowed him to see the heat signature and instead he pushed the knockout gas down the boys throat with his telekinesis.
Smirking he turned back towards Anri. “Keep the creature alive, I’m bringing the boy back down to my labs. Once you have the beast subdued bring him as well for study. Do this and I’ll make you rich beyond your wildest dreams.”
If all this worked he would pick up the boy and bring him back into the elevator sinking quickly into the labs below.

Brandon was shocked to findout his attack was completely a miss. "Danmn it all, I though I had..." He started to say, as he felt the air around him feelign warmer, as the gas was pushed up into his nose and into his lungs. "Brandon....get....run......" He started to hear Verlith say, but everything was growing dark quickly, and he started to feel limp.
"Gas...Gotta...get away..." He thought, as he knew Verlith was trying to warn him, but was too late as Brandon fell to the ground like a fallen tree. Unaware of what was going on, Brandon was picked up soon afterwards, and taken away to a dark place....
