In the darkness of the waiting room once more, the Half-Saiyan sat with his head resting atop his hands. Thoughts flashing through his mind at an incredible rate of speed, images of all he had gone through to get here. It was almost hard for Conri to believe that he had managed to defeat all his opponents up until this point. The opponents that changed the way he fought the most up to this point were Ninjin and Truffle, both of them were powerful in their own right. He had to wonder what people thought with him being the one that made it to the finals, especially the Royal Family. Ninjin had said he expected Conri to take it, well, he supposed that this was the day to try making those expectations come true.
Of course, he was curious if his friend Kurosanai had come to see the final match as well. Taking a deep breath he tried to calm the anxiety that was trying to form, this tournament hadn't been like the others he was a part of on Earth. Each opponent here just kept getting stronger and stronger, although that also enticed him for advancing. Just what kind of strong opponent would he face in the final battle of the tournament?
Crossing his legs, he took in a few slow and deep breaths before pushing all the thoughts from his mind. Relaxing his body, he was going to take the lesson his father taught him to heart now. He had to go in with a level head and a relaxed body, it was the best way for him to get the most usable power. Staying this way for a few minutes, he was able to remove all thoughts and emotions that would distract him. They would be useless now, and there was only one thing that he had to focus on, which was fighting his opponent and aiming to win this tournament. Lifting himself off the ground, he changed clothes into the fighting gear that he had, making sure to tie the sash tight enough.
As his name was called he started the walk from his side of the ring, entering into the lighted arena where the crowd cheered loudly. It was like walking near a jet engine, the sound drowned out any other noise around it for several seconds. Conri greeted the cheering fans, letting them know he appreciated their support, it was something he was glad to have. Taking each step slowly, this was different than any of the previous matches he had been in, this was the one to decide everything. Who would be the champion of this galactic tournament? That was the question everyone wanted answered today, and he would do everything he could to answer is fan's calls that it be him.
Despite the surge of emotions from everyone else, Conri remained calm, letting everything wash over him. Like the eye of the storm, he was still almost to an eerie extent, as he saved all his strength for when the match started. Waiting for his opponent to enter, he took the time to look around the stands to see who all was here watching this match. He turned his attention back to the opposite side, to be able to look his opponent in the eyes as he took his place.

Frigid stepped out of the rejuvination chamber, flicking the water from his arms and tail. He had been through quite the ringer in his last bout with Banduk, but somehow immerged victorious. For multiple points, the Namekian seem to have the upperhand, yet here Frigid was. In the championships. A great feeling of pride washed over him as he walked towards the waiting area, to preform his pre-battle ritual. Though in the beginning, Frigid had entered this tournament to test himself, thigs had changed. Taking no chances, Frigid would repeat his actions from before the last fights.
Remaining in his Brute form, Frigid placed a large finger on his name. Kurosanai was next to it. The first fight. Kurosanai had shown Frigid to keep going, even when there was no chance. As his finger climbed the ladder, tracing his path to victory, it stopped next to Snow.
Though the match was short, Frigid had learned to keep away from the edge, and keep a level head. Most importantly, he'd proven to himself, as well as Snow that he was a fierce competitor. Snow was a great part of his registration and participation in the tournament. After the Icejin saved Frigid's life, he'd told him to join the tournament. And prove himself worthy.
Trailing back up the ladder, his finger stopped at Banduk. The youngest competitor the tournament had seen, and perhaps one of the strongest. From this fight, Frigid had learn to come out swinging full force. This time he would start the battle in his Brute form, ready to go all out. He'd also show Frigid that underestimating an opponent could be a fatal mistake. Their match was close, almost to the point of a double knockout.
One more time, Frigid would bow, giving silent thanks to each of his previous opponents, hoping they would be there to watch the last fight. He also silently hoped none would hold his victories against him. He hadn't come here to dash dreams, or make enemies.
A final stop of the finger on his name in the champion round, staring to his opponent's, his mouth slowly opened, "Conri Lane," he would read aloud, smiling lightly. "Hopefully you live up to the predecessors, and give me a run for my money. Because now, I am playing to win. And that's exactly what I will do. For all my previous opponents. I will take this victory and the title of the strongest in the universe!"
Finally, Frigid's Icejin blood burned with the passion, pride, and power they were known for. As his name was announced, his pushed through the large metal doors, and into the arena where his fans roared.
Climbing the steps, Frigid would take his corner, opposite the half-saiyan. Facing Conri and giving him a bow, eyes never leaving his, Frigid spoke, "Its a pleasure, Conri."
Taking his low stance, Frigid would ready himself, carefully watching the blue-haired half-saiyan for any movement. Just as Frigid was playing to win, so would this man. There would be no warm-ups, no tests. Simply an all-out battle of two men who both were seeking the same thing. Title as the Strongest Warrior in the Universe. Who would it be?

This would be the final battle and afterward the strongest warrior would be announced, it was going to be him. Ninjin's words were ringing through his mind, he expected him to win, as the last remaining saiyan. That was something he came to expect of himself now, it was time to let loose his full power. He had trained for that very purpose and he hoped that his enemy was ready for the surprise. Speaking of which, the Icejin now approached the ring, and as he entered bowed to Conri. The Half-Saiyan returned the gesture, respectfully acknowledging Frigid as his final opponent.
"For me as well, I hope you are prepared," his tone was sincere sounding, watching his opponent take his stance. Lifting his right hand he gathered a large quantity of energy, carefully molding it to the right form. Then he threw it straight up into the air with all the strength that he had, rocketing it into the air. When it reached the apex of its flight, the energy expanded and formed a fake moon that would enable his transformation. Looking up at the Moon Ball, his eyes took in all the Blutz Waves necessary for him to begin the change. Which started with his muscles exploding in size, shredding the clothes that had been loose fitting just moments before.
His mouth began stretching into the jaw structure more suited for an ape, as his body drastically changed and brought out his latent power. His body size increasing to fifty feet tall with hair covering his entire form, the Great Ape awakening in the arena. The power he had in this form was far more massive than what he would have been capable of, more than double his full power normally. There was no more room for letting the opponents overpower him, he was going to do the overpowering now.
Now that he was in his Oozaru form he locked onto his opponent and swung his fist down with full force. His plan was to end this as quickly as possible, he wasn't going to play games, his opponent had the same idea. It just so happened that Conri was the stronger opponent this time, and with the mass behind his fist, the destructive force of his punches was much higher. Hopefully enough to down his opponent quickly without having to drag this out too long.

It didn't take long for the fight to begin, and as most did, it started with Conri. The Half-Saiyan tossd a ball of ki into the air, which expanded into a bright sphere. Frigid could feel some kind of power radiating from it, but was unimpressed. With eyes glued to his opponent, he watched the blue-haired man stare into the ball. That's when things got weird.
Undergoing a transformation, much like Frigid's Brute form, the Saiyan increase in size, however his change was much more drastic. It took only seconds for a thick fur to cover his body, and soon Frigid was not facing a man at all. Standing in front of him was an oversized ape. Towerig at fifty feet, his fists looked like frieght trains. This amazed Frigid as he looked up in awe. Though he'd heard Saiyans were capable of such a form, this was the first time he'd ever seen it. It was... "Wonderful..." his mouth couldn't help but complete the thought as he stood in the shadow of the beast.
Time seemed to almost slow down as Conri finished the transformation, and readied a fist back for an attack. The motion reminded Frigid he would have to fight. With a grin, Frigid's hand opene beside him, forming a Hell Grenade as the fist neared him. Splatting the grenade on the ground as he jumped to the left, he would nearly be smashed, however Conri's giant ape fist would be headed right for a trap his speed was incredible for something of such large stature, but Frigid had the slight advantage, if you could call it that, his smaller body being easier to maneuver.
If Conri's fist hit the Grenade, it would glue him to the ground for a second, only to explode. Frigid would do his best to take advantage of the grenade by kicking hard at Conri's left foot, hoping to pack enough power to kick it out from under him. The expression: "the bigger they are, the harder they fall" would take a huge part in this battle. Hopefully Frigid's strength would make an impact, becausehe could tell a fist from the large ape would pack quite a bit of damage behind it.

It seemed that his opponent was awestruck by the new form Conri had taken, that or he was afraid of it. It was hard to tell since he was just standing there staring up at him, the much larger Half-Saiyan smirked. It was interesting to be standing at such a height, this was the first time he was fully aware of everything happening around him. When he struck out with his fist, the Icejin had managed to avoid it and when it hit the ground where he'd been standing his hand got stuck on something. He didn't get much time to think about what it was when the thing exploded against his hand. The blast left singe marks along his fur, it was potent that was for sure, it would have hurt much worse had he only gone full power base.
This transformation was something else, the power and durability that it offered him were something else. The speed was decent, but it was lacking compared to everything else. Still, it was enough to at least keep up with the Icejin warrior, speaking of which there seemed to be an extra attack coming his way. Although this time he would prepare his own counter for the attack, and he had just the thing to do it with. Focusing his mind he reached out to the energy around him, gathering it all together with his electrokinesis. When it was done, he released a powerful bolt of electricity towards Frigid on an intercept course of his kick.
He didn't need anything but his mind to attack really, and thanks to him learning to have controlled his Oozaru form he had fully capability with it. This would allow the fight to be even more entertaining as he could match Frigid attack for attack. He was glad that he had taken the time to control himself, it gave him a powerful tool to utilize in this final battle. It was sluggish sure, but given the power he had it was worth it in his eyes, he could try finding a way to circumvent the speed later, if it was possible.
Right now, he wanted to see what Frigid was capable of, he seemed to be someone that enjoyed that battle. So, if that was the case, then they both could fight to their heart's content now and see which between them would come out ahead. Even if he lost, he wouldn't feel bad since he was putting his all into this fight and that was enough for him. Unfortunately for Frigid, Conri wasn't the sort of man to not try to win this thing and he was going to go all out here.

(Continue the great fight guys, just wanted to jump in a moment to clarify something. The Blutz Waves from the Power Ball are stopped by the Ki absorbing barrier that surrounds the ring, thus preventing any Saiyan's in the crowd from transforming. Zex has knowledge of the Saiyan's ability to transform like this and so he prepared for it, not wanting the first ever Galactic Tournament to turn into a giant ape ragefest.)

As Conri's giant ape hand struck the ground behind Frigid, it connected with his trap. Sticking him there for a second, Frigid had thought he would be able to get in a kick to the ape's leg. However, that was dashed as hi grenade exploded and we was met with a powerful bolt of electricity.
Falling to the ground as the bolt connected, his body went limp, but only for a second, as his gently slid across the floor. The momentum from his dash propelled him along, allowing the Icejin to slid under the ape's legs. Grabbing desperately, Frigid's hands would shoot up, blindly grabbing hold hard of the ape's tail.
Opening his eyes, which had shut from the electricity, he let out a dry chuckle. How could he damage an opponent that didn't even need to move to attack? "There must be a weak spot on this beast... But where?"
Gripping tightly, Frigid would pull himself to his feet, hugging onto the tail. It was a long shot, but until he could pinpoint a weakness, being so close to the ape would hopefully shield him from any oncoming attacks. After all, who would attack themselves?

The Half Saiyan was surprised at how well his body could take blows from this Icejin, given his power level. The lightning had struck true to the Icejin knocking him right out of the air to roll across the arena floor. While the other may have had more agility to his movements, it was clear that the power advantage went to Conri. In a sense, they were fighting a battle that would put them at about equal standing, just one was faster and the other stronger.
He was about to turn to follow after his opponent, but that was when the massive surge of pain rushed through him. His body stiffened up completely as he fell to the floor, unable to move any of his limbs. A feral rage was building inside him, partially due to the Oozaru's own instincts kicking in, this bastard had went and grabbed his tail. While his body couldn't move, his mind was still fully functioning, although it was hard to concentrate. At this rate, he wasn't likely to be able to do anything, he had to act right away now.
He needed to focus now, this was the battle that would decide the strongest warrior in the universe. Right now, he was technically representing two separate groups, both of which would be watching him. There was no way that he could let it end so easily, gritting his teeth he pushed through the pain. He slowly reached out and began to gather bit of electricity from all around them once more. It was a painstakingly difficult process as his mind was filled with the pain from his tail being grabbed.
Conri wouldn't let himself give in like this, wincing lightly and drew in a breath at almost having lost the energy he had gathered. There was no way he could target the Icejin specifically like this, but he did have an idea. One that would likely catch his opponent by surprise, but even if it didn't it should serve its purpose. Most others would have issues about directly attacking themselves, the Half Saiyan had no such problems. Continuing to gather as much power from around him as he could, he had to make this surge powerful enough to do what he wanted.
When he was sure that it was ready, he tried to brace himself as much as possible for this next part. Unleashing the gathered energy, he aimed at the largest thing in the arena, which was himself. The electricity he gathered having been strong enough to create an electric current through his body. He was already in extreme pain, what was extra pain to him now? Hell, it would hurt Frigid much more than it would him if he kept hold of his tail.

(sorry about length... Always looks longer on the iphone. )
Conri seemed to freeze up, as if in shock. Suddenly, the ape fell hard to the floor of the arena. Had Frigid not had a grip on the Saiyan's tail, he might have been crushed. But as shear dumb luck struck, Frigid was left unscathed.
Letting out a light sigh of relief, he would look the ape over. What had changed between now and then? Frigid had only... A sly grin slid across his face as realization struck. "His tail!" anchoring his feet to the ground, he held tightly with both hands. How could he use this to his advantage. If the tail had this much pull, then perhaps it had something to do with the Saiyan's transformation.
But in this instant of realization, the Saiyan was able to cook up a plan. Using the exact premise that the Icejin had hatched, grabbing the Saiyan's tail, he would take full advantage.
Frigid could feel the power build around him, but the evidence wouldn't click. After all, he wouldn't have thought the Saiyan would be that desperate. And it only took a second for that to be thrown in his face. The shock passed through Conri's ape body, jolting Frigid enough to lift him from the ground, however, like touching an electric fence, the Icejin's hands simply tightened, his own long, black, claw-like nails digging hard into the skin of the Saiyan's tail. Then, as suddenly as it formed, the jolt reached a climax, throwing the Icejin off like a rag-doll.
Again, Frigid would skid across the arena, this time not able to catch himself. Smoke slowly rose from his body, his palms burnt, having taken the blunt. Laying on the ground, blood would trickle from his mouth, nose, and eyes. The shock had been violent.
Huffing, the Icejin stared at the giant ape. He was truly something else. Perhaps if this fight went well, Frigid would ask for him to teach him this electric attack. That was, if Frigid survived.
"N-no!" his cry was horse, but carried more passion than anything he'd ever roared. A shaky palm would connect with the floor, staining the marble with his blood. Slowly, Frigid would raise, a fang-baring snarl. Though this tournament was just fun and games at first, the Icejin was now fight for his own life.
Though perhaps not intentional, Conri had shown just how powerful he was with the last attack. And Frigid knew that the Saiyan was capable of killing him. A golden jolt of ki would explode from Frigid's right hand, "Alright! No more games!"
Jumping into the air, the Icejin would cock his arm back and violently punch towards the ape. As golden ki exploded outwards in a blast, it carried more than power. It carried desperation, determination, and anger. The kick was so strong it would push Frigid back to the arena floor, feet and tail struggling to keep him standing.

The moment the bolt of lightning struck him, he could feel surging pain flowing throughout his entire body. He could feel his muscles twitch and spasm as the electricity flowed through the massive walls of muscles that formed his body. Even with his powerful form, his own attacks could still hit with a powerful force, he couldn't imagine what it would feel like for him.
The initial reaction to the electricity from his opponent wasn't exactly something pleasant as his hands gripped harder. Granted, at this point all the pain had kind of melded together, but he could still tell as he felt even more strength leave him. That was until suddenly the Icejin went flying away from Conri and almost immediately his strength was returning to him. The pain and damage from the electricity was still there, but it was something he could tolerate. He wouldn't let himself be downed by his own attack, and he would do everything in his power to make sure his opponent was the one that went down for the count.
Although, any thoughts like that were pushed away for now as the pain subsided enough and the primal rage emerged. It was a gradual process, starting with a bit of agitation at having had his tail grabbed. However, it continued to build up into a more dangerous rage as time went on. How dare that little Icejin grab his tail like that!? Did he think that slight would be left unpunished and all would be well? There was no way that Conri would allow that, and his eyes locked onto Frigid as he approached throwing a punch at the Oozaru.
There would be no dodging this attack, he would take it letting the blast hit his body and cause him to take a single step back. Smoke rising from his body, as he let out something that was a mix of a yell and a roar. Frigid yelled out that there would be no more games, well Conri would have to oblige him on that then. He was still in control, but no way would his instincts allow such an insult to go without repercussion. Bringing his hands over his head, he focused Ki into them and transformed it into a concentrated blast. Throwing his hands forward in the direction of Frigid, he fired off the Masenko, the force of the blast pushing the wind around violently in every direction.
A snarl followed the attack, his foe was a tenacious one, so he would prepare Ki in his mouth just to make sure he had something extra. It would be better to have other means of attacking, rather than just trust that one attack would end this fight. He experienced how bad of an idea that had been already, and he wasn't planning to make the same mistake twice. Not in this fight, there was far too much riding on this for him and it wasn't just his own goals. Even if this was just a tournament fight, he was going to put his life on the line to make sure he would do everything in his power to win.

(PM me if my post is not to par, please.)
Though Frigid's Death Wave connected hard with it's target, Conri simply took a step back, grunting against the pain. It seemed like Frigid could do no damage to the great ape. However, he would not allow the feelings of doubt to rush over him. There was no time for his mind to fill with thoughts of anything but the bout.
Raising his his hands above his head, Conri unleashed a heavy wave pointed at the Icejin. Snarling, Frigid would jump to the right, narrowly avoiding the huge wave of ki. Taken by surprise, a second blast would fire from the ape's mouth.
Frigid's eyes widened, he hadn't expected a second wave. And this time he flew directly into the path. Instinctively, Frigid's arms crossed in front of him, and the blast connected. Frigid, who was still in the air, was thrown back by the force, and soon sent head over heals as the blast faded.
Rolling towards the edge, his arms and legs shot out, stopping the spinning. He slide a few more feet before letting out a huff. This seemed like it would be impossible. Perhaps it was now or never.
Scrambling slowly to his feet, he left the faint outline of his body in his floor on the arena floor. Though the blunt of the blast had been blocked, it did quite a bit of damage to the thick-skinned Icejin. Though speed was on his side, it seemed like that might be all he had.
Letting out a second huff, he quickly formulated a plan. Breaking into a full on sprint, he would run towards the Ape. A hell grenade would form in his right hand as he ran. Upon nearing the Ape he would grasp the ball with both hands and jump, throwing his hands and the ball of ki at the floor. This time, the Hell Grenade would bounce, propelling Frigid into the air with more speed than he could have jumped with.
In mid air, his legs would kick off the ball, sending it flying towards the ape's feet. Hopefully Conri would think this was his attack, but it was simply a means. The kick would hopefully propel him over the ape, where from behind he would aim himself at the middle back of him.
Grasping tightly to Conri's back, he would hopefully be out of reach. However, Frigid would have to be careful. The last time he tried this, he was attacked with a horrible electric shock. This time he was prepared, and would positioned right above Conri's weak spot. His tail. The only chance Frigid would have of winning this bout...

His opponent had managed to dodge the first Ki attack that came at him, but was caught by the blast that came from his mouth. Watching as his small form bounced across the large arena, he had flown back a fair distance. Still with a combination of his eyesight and Ki sensing abilities, he was able to keep track of where his opponent was in relation to him. This guy was pretty hardy, it seemed the Icejin's could be good opponents simply for their own resistance to attacks. He might have to train with this guy some more, it would definitely be a good way to measure his own growth at least.
Watching Frigid rise to his feet once more he was impressed with his opponent, but he had no intention of letting him win. If he wanted to keep going, then the Half-Saiyan would give him what he was asking for. The Icejin rushed forward while charging an attack, it seemed a bit too straightforward for it to be that simple, unless his opponent thought he could be overpowered. At least, that was what he had thought it was for until his opponent used it to bounce into the air. The blast came at him, but the Oozaru didn't budge letting it hit him in the feet. He could feel some pain from the blast and his fur was smoking once more, his size and power made it much harder to inflict serious damage.
However, as soon as the Icejin was on his back, Conri already put into motion the counter he came up with. It wasn't something that needed a whole lot of ingenuity to come up with, often times the simplest answer was the most appropriate. Making sure he had room to initiate it, he simply pushed his body so he would fall onto his back. To do this quicker, he fired a beam from his mouth to propel himself and add force to the collision. If his opponent wanted to grab his tail, he would have to deal with the fact that there was a enormously large creature accelerating toward the ground. It threatened to squash him between the arena floor and the large beast, it wasn't a refined technique, but it would do the job he intended.
From there if his attempt work, he would go dead weight on top of the Icejin and keep him pinned. Granted, that was if that all worked, who knew how this opponent would react to this new plan. (apologies for the crappy post)

Conri was a fierce opponent. To say he was the strongest he'd ever faced would be somewhat of an understatement. In this great ape form, he was far stronger than anything Frigid had ever even seen. One would not have to sense power levels to know that. Perhaps when the fight was finished, and one stood the victor, the two could stay on good terms enough to train; however, Frigid knew his next moves might just sever any chances of that.
Hanging from Conri's back, Frigid felt so small. Even in his brute form, which towered over most, it was nothing compared to the great ape. So it was no surprise when Conri decided to use this to his advantage.
As the ape began to fall backwards, Frigid knew he had only seconds to go through with his own plan. "If grabbing his tail freezes him... I wonder what chopping it off might do..."
Forming a blade of ki, he would directed it to the base of the ape's tail. At the same time, Conri would fire a blast that knocked him back even faster. As the Oozaru fell to the ground, he would pin Frigid down, doing plenty of damage from just his sheer weight. However, it would be unknown if Frigid's attack had hit or not.
(S'all good. Mine sucks too.)

It seemed that his opponent was going to attack him in a different way this time, but there was not much he could do about it now. He had already launched himself backwards, but maybe there was something that he could do to help him along. Feeling the blade start to bite into his flesh, he knew he had to act fast if he wanted to make sure he didn't lose his power for nothing. With the last remaining power he would have in his Oozaru form, he gathered a burst of electrokinetic energy to blast the Icejin with a lightning bolt. Granted, it would hit him as well, but while he was in this form it was better to strike while he had the power.
The power immediately began to rush from his form though as the tail was severed from his body. His form shrinking down to its normal size once more, leaving him in a lot more pain than he had been feeling before. However, he continued to keep himself conscious and in the fight, there was no way he could let it end like this. Pushing himself to his feet, standing tall and drawing deep from within all his reserves of power. The aura flaring up around him was like that of living lightning, surrounding his body as the tendrils spread out around him. He wasn't as much of a match in power anymore, but hopefully the damage he had inflicted would help to even things out a bit.
This was going to be an uphill battle for him, but he was more than prepared to climb all the way to the top. Taking his stance, he prepared for whatever his opponent might have left in him. The Half-Saiyan was willing to go as far as he needed to grasp for the win, and his opponent was likely going to be thinking the same. He would have to pull out all the stops, push every ounce of his power to the absolute limit. Otherwise, there was no point in him having made it this far in the first place just to give up without a fight.
"Alright, looks like this is going to be the final stretch, let's see what you've got," he declared. He was in a lot of pain thanks in large to his own attacks, but to hell with giving into it, he was going to push through it all. His teeth clenched and he readied himself to move his body to keep this fight going. (Blargh, another crap one. Sorry, trying to think of interesting things, but it's not really coming to me right now.)
