Nasu had family issues. He was willing to admit this to himself. After all his father had killed his mother and after that incident with his oldest brother Ninjin last year…
“I am completely justified in my issues.” he muttered to himself as he stalked the palace gates.
Despite everything though, he was curious about his family. And because of that today looked to be too good an opportunity to pass up. He had heard that both Akassa and Leke were going to leave the palace on some sort of military exercise. Considering his family was royalty this may be one of the only chances he would ever have to get to know them from more than just the speeches, parades, and occasional wars. He had to know them, maybe not personally but he had to know what his family was like. So he was determined to stalk them and learn all he could.
Especially Akassa. Like him Akassa was a bastard, and like him she was a half breed. Unlike him however she had been given everything! Where Nassu was forced to live in gutters, she was living in a palace! Where Nassu was abandoned to the streets, Akassa was taken in as part of the family! All because she was the first born!
Nasu’s energy started to flare around him, a red aura building around his feet.
“No!” He thought. “I will go into this with an open mind or there is no point in doing this at all.”
Like he said Nasu had some family issues.
Leke on the other hand was a mystery to him. He was the only member of the family younger than him and the one least in the public eye. Akassa was the oldest, Ninjin was the crown prince, Leke had managed to avoid any relevant information about him reaching Nasu somehow. He was curious about his younger brother to no end. And strangely oddly protective of him already. He had only seen Leke once and far away at that, but it was clear Leke’s power level exceeded his own. But that didn’t stop Nasu from feeling like it was his job as older brother to look out for him.
And so containing his anger and once again suppressing his Ki as to not be noticed Nasu waited outside the palace walls for his family to appear.

Akassa made her way out through the main gates of the palace. Nodding respectfully to the guards positioned just inside the gate she steps pass them and out into New Vegeta. Just outside the palace grounds she stops, looking up at the dark sky. Now she was going to have to wait for Leke, the Princess having told her youngest brother to meet her outside before the pair of them would venture into the city. Crossing her arms over her chest Akassa waits, brown tail swishing gently behind her as she does. The female’s tail was almost never wrapped around her waist like most soldiers tended to keep it; to her it didn’t feel right. It almost felt as if she was trying to hide it, the one characteristic that easily labeled her as half-saiyan.
Waiting for Leke wasn’t a problem, she was in no rush and their mission did not require immediate action. Normally the Hattori children were sent out separately so that their skills and prowess could be divided amongst multiple tasks, but Akassa had decided to take Leke along with her this time. Not the most social individual she felt when it came down to it she didn’t know Leke as well as she would like. He was only thirteen, but already proving to be a strong warrior and close to the age where he would actively participate in more military operations so she wanted to spend some time with him. Part of it was from a tactical standpoint, getting to know him in case they had to work together, but at the same time she just wanted to be closer to him, she was his big sister after all.
In a couple of weeks they were going to be leaving to take part in the Galactic Tournament. There all three of them would have their best chance at proving the strength of the Hattori family. If Akassa could have her way she would want all three of them to take the top three places…her on top of course. Smirking some at the thought of besting the both of them she shakes her head a little, the time would come when she fought Ninjin, then she would prove herself. (A bit short, but waiting for my little bro!)

It was just another day in the life of the youngest prince of all the Saiyan race. Leke was dressed in his usual royal red tights and saiyan armour and he had a task to perform. Unlike the norm, however, he would accompany Akassa. It wasn't often that he shared time with his sister for a non-training exercise, so he made sure that he would not be late in meeting his sister outside.
Fate would have it that the prince stepped outside just a few minutes after his elder sister did. It's not that they had a specific time to meet - she had just told him to get ready and meet her outside - but it still upset Leke that she was waiting on him. Not a good start for the day.
"I'm sorry, sister, for my tardiness," Leke began, all formal-like. He didn't know how casual to be around his sister, because normally, they were together with their father or fighting; he just didn't spend that much time with her. "So, what's on the agenda today?"

The fates were kind to Nasu and nobody seemed to notice his breif surge of power. Determined to get his temper under he watched as his sister walked out of the palace. For the first time he noticed something, her tail wasn’t wrapped around her body.
Nasu had never had a tail, as a half breed he was born without one and thus without the saiyan race’s strongest ability, to turn into a mighty Ozaru. However their greatest strength was also a glaring weakness. For most saiyans if you grabbed their tail they would be near immobilized and stripped of most of their strength. For Akassa to display it this openly it was either a sign of arrogance or an almost frightening symbol of strength. Could the family he was born into be this strong?
“Even if it doesn’t rob her of her strength if grabbed it’s still a weakness. An enemy now has something else to grab onto and throw her by if they can catch it.” Nasu thought a bit pettily. He’d always been self conscious about the fact he didn’t have a tail. Every full blooded saiyan had one, just another sign he was an outsider.
Minutes later Leke arrived. He seemed surprisingly formal around his sister. I would think they had formed a closer bond. Was Leke just formal, was this just a sign of respect for his sister? Was this what family was supposed to be like?
All these thoughts were dashed from his mind as his youngest brother spoke the question that had been foremost on his mind from the start.
"So, what's on the agenda today?"

Hearing footsteps behind her the Princess slowly turns, offering a small smile as Leke walks up behind her. The first words from his mouth were an apology, one that was not needed. For the most part he spoke to her with respect and as if she was his superior. In terms of family she was his older sister and while in most families that meant she had more authority than him, such was not technically the case in the Hattori family. Although Leke was younger and just coming of age where he could partake in more military operations, while Akassa was a general in the Saiyan army he was the second in line for the throne. In terms of their family hierarchy Leke was above her and if he truly wanted to order her to do something he could. Of course she never believed he would attempt such a thing, the respect he usually carried in his tone that he wasn’t the most comfortable around her. That was probably her fault in part; she had not taken much time to get to know him besides how he fought.
”No reason to apologize Brother, we are in no rush this day. All that is required of us is to check with a group of soldiers that are cleaning up the aftermath of a small raid on one of our supply depots. Come with me.” Turning she begins to walk from the palace gates, confident that Leke was going to walk with her. After several steps of silence the Princess looks over, or back at her brother depending on where he had taken up position.
”So Leke, have you been busy preparing for the tournament since our last spar?” Walking at a casual pace he might notice her tone was casual as well, a rarity for the Princess, especially when out in public. Actually her entire appearance was a bit more casual today than he might expect. Her long tail swished back and forth gently behind her, moving along with her steps. The female’s scouter, which she almost always wore over her right eye, was instead clipped onto the waist of her pants as she had no reason to be using it for such a trivial task. Of course she was in her normal black attire and jacket, but that wasn’t anything different, yet the small changes, casual clothing and relaxed gait gave her an altogether informal appearance.

Leke exhaled audibly after Akassa cleared the tension in the air. So he could be normal with her - to an extent, most likely, but still better than not talking at all. He quickly followed her, striding up to her left side and keeping pace with her. The fact that they were basically the same size, though he was an astounding eight years younger than her, made it easy for their strides to sync.
His sister even made busy talk, asking the prince of his training. Leke grinned and nodded, looking at the citizens in the street passing them by in wide berths and going about their daily lives. It was so hectic and yet so peaceful out here in the streets, the youngest Hattori thought. These people did not have to worry about formalities and meetings and training sessions that would last for half of their waking hours. No, they had it easy, Leke thought, but he wouldn't pass on the chance to do it all over again if he had a choice. He loved the thrill of combat and learning new moves, techniques, and information. The prince was like a sponge to Akassa, Ninjin, and the Royal Guard, soaking up their knowledge and arsenals of moves. He learned and replicated, putting his own spin on things to make them work better for him.
"Yeah," Leke began after a few seconds of those happy thoughts. "I've been training a lot. I've been trying to learn new techniques and practice my old ones and hone my body more to get stronger and faster. Better in any way possible is how I see it. It takes more than raw strength, yeah, but it certainly helps a ton." Leke looked at his sister excitedly after his little ramble. He felt a little weird for just going on like that but he did have a passion for fighting, even if he was the most reserved of the three. He was their brother, after all.
"What about you, sis?" he asked Akassa, though there was no real need to. The prince knew what she would say, even without knowing her too well. She was a Hattori, even if only half-way; there was no way she was not spending darn near every waking second getting stronger.

Damn it these royals walked fast! It was because they were both taller than Nasu somehow. Leke was years younger than him and he already had him beat. This was completely unfair! Nasu looked ahead as he followed them through the city and saw the wave of people parting, everyone trying to get out of the way of the royal family. This was going to make it a lot harder to follow behind them without being noticed when no one else was within 10 feet of them in any direction.
Looking to the sides towards the waves of people, he could join the crowd but he was already having enough trouble keeping up, how pathetic would it be to lose them before they’d even left the city. He heard they were going to a supply depot that had just been raided but how was he supposed to know which one. Unlike the two in front of him he couldn’t just ask a guard for direction to an active military investigation.
He was still close enough to hear most of their small talk and when Leke let slip that it takes more than raw strength to win a fight Nasu had to smile. Almost all his major fights had been won with brains over raw strength. “Good for you kid, learn that early and never forget.”
He was falling behind the pair again, damn it. He was half tempted to fly out of pure frustration, Hell it might be so obvious they’d never suspect it. No now he was just being ridiculous. So with that Nasu did the only thing he could and walked closer to them within the parting sea of people and just really hoped they were too caught up in their own conversation to notice him.

While Leke thought that the people of New Vegeta had it easy Akassa thought the very opposite. Like him the Princess would never trade her position with any other, not even Ninjin. Sure the people of New Vegeta didn’t have to keep up with the strict training regiments that the royal children had, but most of them lived simple lives, boring lives. Waking up every morning to go to work at some shop or facility? No thank you, Akassa would rather spend the whole day in an exhausting training session than sit at a desk for an hour and fill out paperwork. She was a creature of action, born into her role in the royal family and couldn’t be more thankful for it. As the royal pair walked through the streets of New Vegeta the commoners parted before the, all of them recognizing the first born of King Tsuyo and the youngest Saiyan Prince.
As Leke excitedly explains that he has been training Akassa was reminded that he was still a young man. With the prowess of a seasoned warrior and a power signature that far surpassed most others in the military it was easy to forget he was only a teenager. There was passion beyond his years in his voice, the Hattori blood running stronger in her younger brother. Looking over to him as they walk the Princess could not help but wonder how strong he would become, when he was 21 might he surpass the level of power she had already achieved or would that come much sooner? As he finishes his quickly little ramble, looking over to her Leke was met with a small smile. Still trying to keep this as casual as possible Akassa makes no statement about the enthusiasm he shows; glad he found such pride in his growing strength.
”I have of course been doing the same. With the Galactic Tournament so close I have been working hard to improve myself, one does not become the champion by slacking does she?” Giving him a quick wink, not seeming to mind him referred to her as “sis”, the Princess hopes he takes that statement as a challenge. In all honesty she planned to win the tournament even if it meant defeating Leke or Ninjin, but that did not mean she expected it to be easy for her. Part of her motivation was to show how strong she had become, to prove she was on the same level as Ninjin, hopefully Leke sought to do the same.
”Then again I suppose rigorous training is part of our daily routine anyway isn’t it?” The trials they put themselves through and exercises they preformed was what made them who they were. The strength the Hattori family possessed was not merely given to them at birth as it was with their name. That strength was earned and it was the reason the throngs of people that called New Vegeta home parted before them as they walked, to have strength was to have respect.
Of course after the two Hattori’s passed the people disrupted by their coming went back to working, filling back into place behind them. This was the reason Akassa did not notice that one of them was tracing their steps, moving along with them instead of on his own path. With her scouter tucked away at her waist she had no way of reading the trailing signature either.

Leke continues walking beside his sister, completely unaware of their half-brother following the pair. In truth, he did not expect to be able to compete with his brother and sister. They were growing so much more powerful than him. Their strengths were ridiculous. His last spar with each had ended disastrously; he wasn't in their league anymore. Still, if he was pitted against them, he would give it his all, to put on a good show. As a Saiyan, his pride was important to him, but he would not mind losing if it was to somebody truly stronger and more deserving than him: his siblings. He would not be able to choose who to root for; if he had to choose, it would probably his brother Ninjin, just because he was closer to him. They shared both parents, rather than only their father in the case of Akassa. They shared a lot of traits, physically and mentally. He had always followed in his older brother's footsteps.
Only recently, in the past few years, had the younger Prince begun to interact with his half-sister. Leke had grown to an age where he could now understand each person's role in the grand scheme of things and have his own opinion of people and situations. He understood why Akassa was not considered to be on-par with Ninjin and Leke, but he didn't think it was a good reason. She was just as strong as Ninjin and much older than Leke. The fact that she was a half-Human did not mean much to Leke in terms of anything; he never talked to her in a lesser way or thought of her differently than he thought of his own father, mother, or brother. Leke loved his sister dearly and would die for her if it came to it in a battle, just as he would for Ninjin and his parents.
Leke came back to earth, figuratively, when Akassa made a comment about "she" becoming a champion, though she used the word "one" before it. He grinned. He knew that she thought she could definitely be champion, but he was not so confident. If she and Ninjin duked it out, he would give Ninjin a slight advantage, but it could very well go the other way. He would have to see, but Leke loved her confidence. It gave him a slight hope that it would be a very good match-up, one that would settle the difference in their strengths once and possibly for all.
She then commented on their rigorous training; indeed, the Royals were expected to be of far superior strength to their vassals, guards, and generals, and they trained as such. It was very labor-intensive and left the young prince exhausted every time, but he still get stronger, and that was the end goal.
"I agree," Leke said to his half-blood sister. "We all need to get stronger, irregardless of the tournament, but I think we're pushing ourselves even further because of the competition. I really think that was father's goal... To get us to break our limits and see just how much better we can get. Of course, he does want to see who's the strongest, and scout every other race out, but that's besides the point. Father really wants to see you and Ninjin fight, too." He smiled at her genuinely. There's no way the younger Hattori would be close to them by the tournament, and this would be shown in the choice of his words. He talked of them and not himself.
"I want to see what I can do, too," he added, but knew in his heart he wouldn't compare to them. His best hope was to finish just below Akassa or Ninjin, at third place, but the prince would not be too surprised if some other race had some really tough cookies that beat him, especially if they were generals of some sort. There were many generals still in the Saiyan army far stronger than himself, though they were a lot closer or weaker than Akassa and Ninjin. Leke had a ways to go to be even considered for third.
Looking aside to Akassa, the thirteen-year-old Saiyan could not help but detect an odd movement in the crowd behind them. The parted civilians met back up into a cluster as they passed by the royals, but there appeared to be one, or even a few, that fought against the current. It was only out of the corner of his eye, so he did not see anybody in particular, but the very young prince did find it odd that one would not skirt the side of the road to avoid the traffic. He shrugged and put it off as nothing, and looked back at Akassa.
"This outpost sure is far away," he said as they continued walking, trying to keep up the small talk. Leke really had no idea where this place was; Akassa was definitely leading the way.

Nasu followed behind his family listening to them making small talk and smiling. They seemed awkward around each other at times but it was clear they had a bond. Nasu even caught himself day dreaming what it would have been like to grow up around Akassa and Leke. He’d met his brother if briefly years before so he threw Ninjin into the fantasy as well.
Nasu was brought back to reality a few minutes later by the talk of the galactic tournament. What was this? Some place for the elite to show off? He hoped it was on New Vegeta so he could watch. He could sense his family’s power levels though, there was no way they would lose. They were the strongest people he’d ever seen. Titans in their own right. Who was going to beat them in a fair fight?
As they continued to walk traveling further and further away from the heart of New Vegeta towards the outskirts of the domed in area, something began to make Nasu nervous. He couldn’t put his finger on it though. It was almost definitely paranoia, but then again paranoia had kept him alive for all these years. Nasu extended his senses out as far as they could go looking for the source of his sudden nervousness.
Nothing. He couldn’t sense anything. So why was he freaking out? As they approached the outpost Nasu looked around. He didn’t see anything that should alarm him. As a matter of fact he didn’t see anything.
Didn’t Akassa say they were supposed to be checking on a group of soldiers clearing up the remains of a raid? Where were the soldiers then? Nasu couldn’t even hear birds or other sounds of life that came with living, it was eerily silent. Something was definitely wrong here. Nasu extended his senses, there was nothing. No power levels at all, no sign of life at all beyond his family. What the hell was going on? Something was up but how could he warn his family without revealing that he’d been following them?
He had to decide what he was going to do. Akassa and Leake were approaching the clearing where the outpost was fast he only had a few seconds to decide what to do. They would be completely in the open, even the strongest fighter can be taken by surprise if they aren't prepared. In the end they were family and while he didn’t know what was going on he couldn’t let them walk into a dangerous situation without some form of warning. Damn it why did his plans always backfire!
“WAIT STOP!” Nasu shouted ahead. “Something is seriously wrong up there!”

They were not close, but speaking with him now Akassa realized that the two of them might not be so different. While Leke wanted to do his best in the tournament, like any of them, he also realized there was more to this gathering than simply taking home the prize. The strongest fighters in the known Universe would be participating and what better way for their father to learn of any possible threats or allies then by watching them in person? Glad she had taken this time to spend with her youngest sibling the Princess glances over to him as they walk, gradually approaching the outskirts of New Vegeta. The outpost was right on the edge of the city, close to where the end of the terra-formed territory ends.
His comment about their father wishing to see Ninjin and her fight was something on the forefront of her mind. While Akassa cared for Ninjin just as much as any other member of her family there was a definite rivalry between the two of them. The Princess hoped she was going to go against him in the tournament so that she could prove her skills were on the same level as his. Tsuyo had never openly stated that he thought Akassa weaker than Ninjin even if he was the favorite, but Natisha was always vocal about her inferiority to Ninjin…as was her brother. Both rulers were going to be watching their fights so it was the perfect time for Akassa to show her true power.
”I am sure you will do just fine Leke, but do not expect me to hold back should we be matched up against each other. Like me you need to give it your all, show those watching the strength the Hattori family possesses.” Catching his wandering eyes she ponders what it could be that he was looking for, but says nothing about it. With her scouter not on she did not have the ability to sense any power levels that might be around her, or any that might be missing such as the soldiers that were supposed to be at the outpost ahead. ”It lies on the outskirts of the city, it is not much farther.”
Unaware that the soldiers designated for clean up in the aftermath of the failed raid were not present at the outpost ahead she does not slow her pace. About to speak to Leke again the Princess is interrupted as a voice calls out from behind them. The first thing heard was an order to stop, the short explanation that follows lacking any real detail. Still, the sudden outburst was more than enough to draw the female’s attention. Looking back over her shoulder first Akassa then slowly turns as she sees the male running up behind her and Leke. Automatically switching into her military mode the Princess’ eyes narrow some as they lock on the man.
”Do not take another step closer. State your name and explain yourself.” The two Hattori’s had been having a nice conversation together, both of them relaxed enjoying the talk, but that was all brought to a halt with the sudden approach of this male. As Leke’s older sister Akassa felt that urge to step forward, taking up a protective position of her brother. The warrior in her does not allow it though, knowing full well that such an action might insult the young Hattori. Even at that age Akassa would not have wanted anyone to protect her.

Leke smiled in return to Akassa's comment. Whether she meant it or not, it meant something to Leke that she would at least try to boost his confidence. It actually worked a small bit, though he still knew in his heart he would not compare to either his brother or sister. That didn't bother him, though.
What did bother him was now that he could sense a power level shadowing them, one higher than normal civillians, but not so high that Leke saw it as a threat. He put it off, waiting to see if it was potentially a spy or somebody sent from the King. The prince did not worry Akassa by glancing back, trusting full well in his senses.
He shared Nasu's worries, though, that he did not sense any powers ahead. Not a single soul was ahead, and they had reached the clearing just before the outpost. It worried him deeply, and he was just about to say something about it to his sister when the shadow shouted out to the royal duo.
Leke immediately spun around and held up one arm, palm facing Nasu. He was hardwired by his father and brother to respond almost instinctively towards any and all threats to his or others' livelihoods. His training did pay off in many ways, he supposed. Akassa did the talking for the group, though, so Leke decided to look about and use his senses to see if there were any other powers around.
Nada. But the power coming from this Saiyan... It was eery. He felt a kind of bond to it, but he couldn't put a finger on what it could possibly be. The prince had never seen this Saiyan before - if he even was a Saiyan; he had no tail! It is true that Saiyans have their tails cut off at times, or ripped off as children, but most do not. Not having a tail is very odd and stupid. It's a Saiyan's ultimate weapon! Leke wanted to know more about this guy, but he was the younger of Akassa and the more reserved, so he just let her handle the talking. No need for his inquiries unless they had time after, if this person was not considered to be a threat.

Eight words. Eight words was all it took for both his family members to threaten him. If he wasn’t so terrified both of the people in front of him could kill him without exerting too much effort he would have been impressed by that.
Instead he came to a stop; immediately. And put up his hands very slowly while trying to look as nonthreatening as possible. Knowing this could end very poorly if like usual he did something stupid Nasu decided some basic introductions were in order. Oh and maybe he should explain why he just jumped out at two members of the royal family.
“Hi...My name is Nasu and I promise I’m not here to hurt either of you.” He laughed a little “Not that I could even if I were to try. But no I’m actually trying to help. I don’t know what’s going on but something is seriously wrong in that clearing up there. Use your senses, there is not a single living thing over there. Nothing, considering it’s a supply depot there should be soldiers or people there, but there isn’t anyone there still alive. You can feel it. Not only that listen there is no sound. No birds, no squirrels, no bees. Something happened here.”
He really hoped none of them could sense energy or they’d know he’d been following them which would probably look creepy at best, sinister at worst. Hell for that matter there was a good chance they would think Nasu was responsible for whatever happened at the outpost and was trying to trap them. He could go to jail for trying to save them!
Damn it he just wanted to get to know his family and now he could wind up in prison. His plans never worked out the way he thought.
Still trying very hard to be nonthreatening Nasu started to smile. No that was wrong who smiles when you’re warning someone of danger, that would make him look deranged. Nasu stopped smiling and tried to look worried, nope that made him look like a coward in front of his family. Stopping that he tried to look calm and casual only to realize had now changed faces 3 times and probably looked crazy or mentally ill.
Well first impressions aren’t everything I guess.

Leke’s reaction time was what was expected of a Hattori. The younger Saiyan may not have realized it or believed it, but he had the beginnings of a great warriors. The power was not there yet, at least when compared to Ninjin and herself, but the instincts and potential was. Planning on complimenting him later the Princess keeps her attention on this man in front of her. Was he a human or was he a Saiyan? Different features lead her to believe that he was some sort of mix, what percentage she could not be sure. Eyes narrowing slightly as he lets out a small laugh, most humor lost on Akassa, she listens to what he has to say without acting. Trusting in Leke to alert her if his power level was any threat the Princess was not worried about him acting against them. By his own admission he was no match for them so Akassa lets him speak.
His point was valid if it was true. To verify his words the she removes her scouter from its position along her waste. With it in position over her right eye she activates the device, turning slightly to scan the area ahead for any sort of power signature…nothing. It seemed this stranger was right about two things. There was no one ahead waiting for them, no soldiers and no civilians that her scouter could sense and he was right that he was no threat to them. Still it could all be an elaborate trap; some sort of cloaked accomplices ahead that were set to ambush them after this Nasu had gotten them to lower their guard. As the older and stronger of the two royal’s present Akassa took the lead, her confidence obvious as she walks towards the man.
Approaching him the Princess’ eyes stay locked on his, her expression calm while his seemed to shift through several different emotions. Stopping only a couple of feet from him she had to look up slightly to meet his eyes although that did not diminish her confidence in the slightest. As a Saiyan she had plenty of confidence in herself, her royal blood no doubt only giving her more, but some could say that at times that confidence boarded on arrogance. Standing in silence for a few more seconds a small smile would form on her lips before she starts to speak.
”Well Nasu, if you are so concerned with our safety why not lead the way? Your concern for our well being is appreciated and noted, but shouting out a warning is easy. If you are truly here to help…” Stepping aside Akassa motions with her arm in the direction the pair had been traveling, the direction that led to the outpost. ”…after you.” It was obvious she did not trust him and why should she? To her it seemed a little too convenient that when the two royals were finally alone this Nasu jumps out with a warning. Either he had been hiding and waiting for them to arrive, which meant he was aware of their route ahead of time or he had been following them, either one was arose suspicion.

Leke did not once falter in his position or resolution, even when Nasu explained himself a little better. The other, older but still young apparent Saiyan looked at the two royals in some mix of fear and exasperation. Taking him at face value, all signs would point to his telling the truth. Sensing his power, Leke knew that him and Akassa could easily make quick work of him, which made it odd. He had followed them for some time, so he had an agenda of some sort, but couldn't think of a realistic one. Saiyan gangs usually sent dozens to take out royals, but they weren't stupid enough to attack two at the same time. They always had guys stronger than this one, too, in hordes. So what was his deal?
The younger Hattori looked over to his sister, who seemed to consider his words. She was leading this conversation for the royals - Leke was basically an insurance policy at this point - and as she put on her scouter and confirmed that there were no power signatures in the distance, as Leke had nearly mentioned earlier, she seemed inclined to believe him. Her power did not spike in the slightest; most likely because she knew now Nasu's power.
She stepped forward and told him to lead the way if he was truly here to help, all the while a small smile curled on her lips. Leke liked the way she thought at times. If he led the way, no way he wouldn't get caught in the crossfire of any trap he would be trying to lead them into. Of course, they were already going in that direction, so they would've gotten into one anyways, so that wouldn't make any sense...
Thinking back to earlier in the city, when he detected anomalies in the crowds, Leke decided to finally put in a few words. He calmly noted, "And he's been following us for quite some time. I would've told you sooner, but I didn't see any harm in it before, not in the city... But now, it's definitely something." The young Hattori boy wanted to trust him more just because he felt a little inclined to, but it was clear Akassa would not trust him farther than she could strike him. He knew saying what he did would make her further distrust him, but it would be for a good reason. Also, if he was a spy, and he knew that they were onto him, he would probably try to get out of the situation immediately... A reason to detain him and question him further when they got back to the city.
One thing still tugged at the very young teen was this guy's power. It was just... Familiar, in a way, and he didn't know why, and that bothered the H.F.I.L. out of him. Leke wanted to know why this Saiyan, or man, half-Saiyan, whatever this guy was, had such a signature... Little did he know, there was a big reason.
