"Tell me more of your history. I know you are a half-Saiyan, which was the Saiyan, your mother or father?" Ninjin asked after the needles had peppered his friend. They no doubt stung. The prince went to follow up on his attack but found that his foot was constricted by some fiber he could barely make out around his legs. His eye's shot up to Conri as the half-Saiyan pulled on the ropes, tripping the crown prince and slamming him to his back.
Ninjin cursed and began pulling at the string-like thing around his leg, but found that it was stronger than he would have first expected. His hand pulled tight at the rope, but it dug into his palm instead. Grinning he formed a knife from the blood in his hand and cut away at it. It took a moments doing but the prince eventually got free.
Turning he would hold up a hand and a ki blast would fire its way towards Conri, whom the prince would be surprised if he didn't attack him whilst tied. It was a distraction to let the prince regain his footing and his focus. From there he would spring at Conri, his fists glowing with ki-infusion, and attempt to punch him in his mid-section.

"That's a simple enough question, my mother was the Saiyan. Although I don't know much about her," he shrugged slightly, there wasn't much else he could say about it. She had died during child birth so he knew almost nothing about her, but he at least knew a little bit regarding the woman. Though he had technically met her, that or he had been hallucinating the entire time, either way it was because of her that he could change into and control the Oozaru.
When Ninjin fell onto his back after Conri yanked on the ropes, the Half-Saiyan grinned and rushed forward with a jump to land down on the prince with a punch. However, it seemed that his friend wouldn't be taken down all that quickly when the ki blast struck him, even though there wasn't a lot of power behind it. It had given Ninjin an opening that he intended to use to his advantage, when suddenly a fist wrapped in Ki slammed into his midsection and knocking him back a few feet.
A small grin from the half-saiyan, it seemed that there was no need to hold back his other techniques, especially with what he was seeing from the man. Drawing from his Life force Conri's own arms became wrapped in crimson markings that stopped at his elbow, the drain of his very life was noticeable, but for the time being it wasn't hampering his abilities. That also meant that the time was set for this technique as he could only use it for a few minutes. Not wanting to waste that time, he rushes towards Ninjin and throws his own punch with an incredible amount of force behind it.
"What else would you like to know?" he figured it would be best to go through them all at once so that anything he was curious about he could have an answer. Conri would answer whatever he could. Sankanken: 3 turns

The prince smirked as Conri activated his own version of ki-infused fists. His smirk quickly faded however when he noticed what the technique appeared to be doing to his friend. The prince was about to say something when his friend rushed forward and slammed his fist into the chin of the prince sending him backwards and flipping him around in a spiral. Eventually he slammed into the wall. Birds swarmed his head and he waved them away with his hand.
Though the blue haired saiyan had answered his question it left the prince feeling something to be desired. The prince could safely say he felt he knew very little more about his friend for his answer of the question. Perhaps the next one would yield more information. But first it was Conri’s turn to ask the prince something.
Shakily the prince got to his feet. Despite the swollen jaw the prince couldn’t help but smile. Well first he spat out a little bit of blood. Then he smiled.
“Ah ah ah, that wouldn’t be very sportsmanlike. You first have to ask me something about my past Conri, though you no doubt catch me at a disadvantage because of the public information available about me. Ask whatever you wish.”
With the blood the prince spit on the floor he activated his gauntlet. Within the blood gauntlets his fists still glowed with the energy of the ki. Then he began to spin. As he built up momentum the prince began to spin faster and faster on his feet, until he was a blur of red. The spinning top of death then began to whirl towards Conri.
[New Technique-
Red Tornado- With his ki infused fists and blood gauntlets activated Ninjin spins himself in a circled until he becomes a swirl of red, then using his bukujutsu he lifts himself slightly off the ground allowing the spinning tornado to move slowly. If one of his spinning fists makes contact with an opponent the combined momentum, ki infused fists, and blood gauntlets packs quite a punch. Whilst in the Red Tornado Ninjin is left vulnerable to ki based attacks as he must concentrate to keep his spinning momentum. ]

He could probably take a guess at what had been going through Ninjin's mind when he saw the smirk fade away, but he wouldn't give the Prince any time to comment on it. His fist struck hard against his friends and sent him flying, flipping end over end as well until he crashed into the wall of the chamber. The red energy surrounding his arms still flaring brightly for the moment, it would keep up for a few more minutes, but he needed to make the most out of it. Which meant coming up with tactics to try and get in hits where his fists could do the most damage without being lethal. That meant trying to get in hits to the body to weaken him up a bit and try to drain his strength faster.
When he stood up once more, he made the comment that it was Conri's turn to ask Ninjin a question. A smirk formed, it seemed that Ninjin didn't want this to be a one-sided deal, that was fair enough he supposed. It took a few seconds for his mind to come up with a question and the one he was about to ask was likely going to be a doozy, but he figured if Ninjin didn't want to answer he could just ask for a different one.
"Alright, well, then I'll ask this one. I saw the footage of the tournament fight between you and Akassa, it was pretty damn brutal too. I know some siblings can get into it, but what was up with that?" he figured it would be a starting base to figure what kind of questions were and weren't on the table. If it was answered, it might give him some insight into the family a bit more and to be honest, that was something he could use a little bit of right now.
When he saw the blood form gauntlets around the Ki ones that were already there and then the Prince began to spin like a top, that was a new trick. At the very least, it seemed like a good way for Ninjin to make himself dizzy, but the pressing issue was the fact that it kept getting faster and faster as well. If he wanted to get in a shot against Ninjin once more, then he was going to have to brave the damage that could cause and deliver some hits of his own. With that in mind he rushed forward using as much speed as he could gather and watched the arms spinning, they could only go so many directions and he would take as much advantage of that as he possibly could. He aimed for one of the intervals for where the swinging was open and threw a fist towards Ninjin's torso, whether it hit kidney, liver, or solar plexus it didn't make a difference to him. He just hoped that it would hit, because he was about to be getting a massive headache for the shot he took as the blood covered fist smacked him in the head and sent him flying into the wall this time. Conri’s question caught the prince by surprise even as they caught each other with their respective punches. The man he kindly referred to as mouse’s fist caught the prince right in the dead center of Ninjin’s ribs. Pain exploded from the area and Ninjin’s breath caught in his lungs, as if it had been sucked from him. At the same time, the prince’s guantlet caught Conri in the head, backhanding him and sending him flying into the wall.
The force of it shattered the prince’s guantlet, but the power behind it was lessened due to Conri’s well placed strike. Though the crown-prince was concerned for his friend he staggered and clutched his side. The pain was like being stabbed, and Ninjin knew exactly what that felt like thanks to Zeke Necross. Still he staggered over to where Conri was, making sure his friend was still alive.
“Good… Good hit.” The prince would offer Mouse his hand in effort to return him back to his feet. The champion of the universe was one of the toughest people that the prince knew, so no doubt he wasn’t going to go down after that. His pride wouldn’t let him, and the blow probably looked worse than it had been. Ninjin leaned against the wall Conri had hit trying to catch his breath. Just when he had gotten used to the gravity... He would take the time to answer his friends question.
“ I didn’t like Akassa much then, as you could see. Through no fault of her own. No most of the blame lies with me. Though clearly not all of it, there was resentment on both sides. Still… I had been told for years by my mother that Akassa was not really my sister. That she was a cur. That she didn’t deserve to live in the same building as me, didn’t deserve the same treatment. Not that she got it from her… still her words hit home to an impressionable child, and before long I resented a girl I once loved as a sister. It wasn’t just Akassa however. I was that way with most people. As you no doubt remember. That tournament was the culmination of all of that. And then things happened on Omega. Things that changed me. Like being impaled, and losing the tournament. The Church began its effort in earnest on my life then. They had always sent people to try and kill me. Since I was a child i’ve been fighting them. I would fight a bishop or two a year. Then the tournament happened. They must have seen it as an opening, as i fought many of their bishops and warriors. Things like nearly dying, and actually dying… well they change you… I saw what I was. I saw what I was leaving behind. And I hated it.” Ninjin finally caught his breath, though his long winded story had eased the transition. Assuming Conri was ready to fight again Ninjin would make his way back to the center of the room.
“So Conri, tell me more of your past. Why did you first start fighting?”

Both their attacks struck home at the same time, but the momentum was still pretty high in Ninjin's attack, enough to shoot him across the room. He could feel the blood running down the side of his head, the room was spinning a bit as well, that was likely just a side effect to the possible concussion that he had. Looking up he expected Ninjin to capitalize on his moment of being down, but instead the Saiyan prince was there offering him a hand up. Taking the hand he hoisted himself up and leaned against the wall, catching his breath and try to regain his senses after that hit to the head.
Listening to what Ninjin said, it seemed that most of his arrogance had been implanted into him as a child from his mother, not surprising given the one encounter he had with her. Even then she was just a giant ball of ego that could barely be maintained by human form, but he had to give credit to Ninjin. He could at least learn to not look down on others, as it generally put you into a bad position when you went up against someone better than you. He would be expecting to see that as well, but he would do his best to not gloat when that time came for her.
"Hm, I guess that makes sense. I guess we all have parts of us that we're not proud of, the important thing is learning from that," he nodded. Ninjin seemed to be alright on his own, more so than when they first met, he could only assume that he just stopped taking the woman at face value like that. At the very least he was hopeful of that part. The next question caused a raised eyebrow from the Half-Saiyan, why did he start fighting in the first place? Well, it wasn't anything special, but he would give the answer to that question.
"I first started fighting because a group of kids in the town near my home started picking on me because of my tail. So, I just went and taught them a lesson about it, granted after that my father did the same to me," he shrugged slightly. It wasn't that special of a story, it was what happened though. He kicked the crap out of some kids that were making fun of him, and then he got the crap eaten out of him in return. Now it was his turn to ask a question, he did have an interesting one as a smirk crossed his lips, he somewhat figured what the answer would be, but he would ask anyways.
"So, would you consider joining my organization that will be working to ensure peace throughout the universe?" he figured he might as well ask and see what Ninjin would say about it. With the time spent talking, his mind was on its way back to normal, and it was good enough now for him to fight more. He could also feel the Sankanken starting to wear off, so he would have to make this next strike count, and hold off on using it any more, at least for the time being. Too much and he ran the risk of royally screwing his body up for a good bit.
Rushing forward, he threw out his right Crimson covered fist in an uppercut to try and catch Ninjin on the chin, it would be immediately followed up by a left cross. It was his last hurrah for the life force using technique, so he wanted to make it a good one. Sankanken 1

As Conri explained why he started fighting in the first place Ninjin could tell that he felt that that was an unusual question. Ninjin would explain that the reason he had asked in the frist place was because he was not given a choice. As the crown-prince of saiyans he was expected to be in peak fighting condition at all times. And he was, but the point was that he was not given a choice as to whether or not to be a fighter, so he was curious as to what motivated others to make that decision.
The reason Conri gave confused the Saiyan however. Teased and attacked because he had a tail? It was not something that Ninjin could relate to. Earthlings were known for their xenophobia and racism over other species however, and it did not entirely surprise the Saiyan.
The next thing Conri said caught the prince by surprise. Join Conri’s organization to help spread peace throughout the universe? Truthfully peace was something Ninjin wished for. He loved fighting, but there could be martial arts tournaments and no deaths to fulfil that need. Saiyans had once been renown for their bloodlust… perhaps something was wrong or different about Ninjin.
Conri rushed forwards and aimed an uppercut at Ninjin’s chin. Ninjin didn't get the chance to answer Conri's question. He dodged it by pulling his chin back at the last moment and then moved to knee Conri in the stomach when Conri’s left hook impacted into the side of his head. Not for the first time the prince saw stars and he struggled and staggered to remain on his feet. It was time for a little something more.
Ninjin kept the staggering up and staggered forwards into Conri, using the swaying momentum to attempt to bring his right arm up and smash it into Conri’s face. It was quite possible the saiyan prince had a concussion, but that certainly wasn’t going to keep him down just yet.

Ninjin explained his reasoning for asking the question, he had been forced into the life of fighting by the people that he was supposed to rule. He had to snort some, he hated it when people did things like that, taking away a person's choice of what to do with their lives. Regardless if it was because he was royalty or not, Conri believed that even Ninjin should have had a choice in the path he wanted to take in life. There was never good reason to force someone onto a path, but what was done was done, Conri couldn't change that for him though, but maybe there was something he could do.
The Half-Saiyan's question seemed to stun the prince into silence, did that mean he was considering the idea or was something else going on in his mind? It was hard to gauge by his reaction, but it seemed that he was thinking about something deeply, so he would give Ninjin the time to think over his request. Of course, when he missed with the uppercut, he was expecting Ninjin to avoid the left hook as well, but it seemed that the prince hadn't noticed that as the punch struck hard. He could tell from the feedback on his fist that it was a strong blow, possibly a bit too hard as well.
It didn't keep the Saiyan down though as he moved with the swaying, throwing powerful punches of his own, and staggered Conri back with the force of it as well. Their spar seemed to turn into an exchange of punches, not that he wasn't up for the game, but it still amused him nonetheless. Add onto that his Sankanken wearing off, he was left with his bare fists to deal with Ninjin as well, which was likely better in the long run, and a better chance of less head trauma. The Sankanken could be a bit too potent for spars, but he figured it was a good chance to show off his new skills as well.
"So, is that a yes or a no, I couldn't tell," he smirked. Though his head was spinning again, he was sure by the end of this that they would both have concussions. Still, he wanted to have a clear answer from Ninjin before they knocked each other into incoherency. That or perhaps they could discuss it while they were sparring and would just have to aim away from each other's heads.

Mercifully Conri’s technique faded away. Mercifully for both the prince, who had just taken that fist to the side of the head, and Conri, whose very life force seemed to be put into the blows. It was unneeded for a spar of this type and the prince had no desire for his friend to die simply to show him a technique. Still they slugged it out in the center of the gravity chamber.
Despite the buzzing in his ears the prince stayed upright. It would take more than a concussion to bring him down. He had proved time and again that he was one of the toughest people in the universe, and despite a spar between friends this was no exception.
Conri smirked as he asked his question. The prince had been thinking about it, but there was no way he could turn his back on his people and the crown. But that didn’t mean he couldn’t help Conri’s organization. Still the prince’s head swam from his concussion. Perhaps they should avoid each other’s heads for a while.
“I cannot agree to leave the crown or my people. However, when I am king Saiyans shall be an ally to your organization. I do not plan to use the Saiyans to wreak war on the universe, but like you I wish to help it. Your organization shall have a home on New Vegeta if it wishes it, and can count the rest of your people as allies. This is all I can currently offer. So in a way, I accept.”
The prince didn’t know if Conri would be pleased with this answer or not, but after thinking about it during their fight he could find no other way to help Conri and also still be the crown-prince/king of the Saiyans.
Ninjin would attempt then to move out of their sparring sessions and leap backwards. Then he would bring his hands together at his sides whilst his foot swept out in front of him. A golden orb would then appear between his hands.
“SHIRISHIRI CANNON!” He yelled as the energy wave rocketed towards his friend.

Taking a deep breath, he would have to hold off on anymore Sankanken uses for the day, otherwise he would find himself in a very bad situation. Plus, it was just meant as a demonstration the real targets were someone else entirely, but he wondered if Ninjin could guess who it was for already. It probably wasn't a secret from the way he had reacted, but still, it wasn't like he could be talked out of using it, they had crossed the Half-Saiyan in a way that just made him far more dangerous.
Leaning against the wall for some support he collected his thoughts and made sure that the room stopped spinning before he would even try to walk towards the prince. Although at his words, it seemed Ninjin took them into deep consideration, causing Conri to raise an eyebrow at the pause, he hadn't expected it to be such a deep question for his friend. Although at the answer he had to chuckle a bit, it seemed that the two Hattori had similar answers to the same question, not that he should have expected much different.
"Yeah, I kind of figured that would be the answer, and ya know, you and your sister are a lot alike. Still, I appreciate the offer, and I think I'll wait for you to take the throne to take you up on the offer. No offense, but I don't fully trust your mother or father. Granted, that's probably a bad thing to say, so if you want to hit me for that you can go ahead and do that, alright?"
He figured he would have earned it for saying that about Ninjin's parents, but at the same time, he trusted Ninjin far more than either of them. He just hoped that a time didn't come that his trust would be betrayed, but he didn't believe there would be, given that they both seemed to want the same end game for the universe. Hopefully they would be able to work together for that, but it was still a bit away from happening, not to mention they were still in the middle of a battle.
Watching the golden sphere form, he lifted his arms over his head and gathered his own Ki into them, charging up as much energy as he could. When the sphere was fired, Conri fired his Masenko at the attack, hoping to push it back towards Ninjin, but something told him this technique wasn't going to be as simple as that.

Alot in common with Akassa? Was that something that Ninjin should take as a compliment or an insult? The way Conri said it made him think it was a joke that he was telling and Ninjin decided to take it that way. The prince smiled. He and his sister were certainly alike in many ways it was true. It did not surprise him that her answer was similar to his. Conri telling him that he did not trust his parents didn’t anger him like the half-saiyan thought it might, nor did it even surprise him very much. There was a common dislike of royalty within their warrior genes. Saiyans did not like to be ruled, they liked ruling. Whether that was Conri’s reason or not, it was one that the prince had experienced commonly and so distrust of his parent’s was not something new to him.
“No offense taken Conri, and though I am going to hit you it’s not for that.” The prince added with a smile. “I fully expect you to take me up on that. I feel as if we can be strong allies to each other.”
Their energy waves slammed into each other. It was an interesting way for the duo to test their strengths against each other. As they slammed into each other the prince felt the toll their spar had already taken out of him. Conri was just as strong as he remembered. There was a reason he was the universal champion. That was something that the prince would always respect the blue haired Saiyan for. They struggled against each other, neither giving the other an inch.
“You are a testament to both races Conri!” The prince shouted the compliment over the roar of his power causing his aura to flail and spike around him. His true power activated, though he refrained from pushing his attack through Conri’s. Instead he would let his opponent power up as well, wishing to test their true strengths against each other, though their weights remained on.

It hadn't been meant as an insult, more a statement that the two of them both seemed to have similar thoughts regarding his proposition. Neither wanting to abandon their family or their role to the kingdom, something he could respect at least, still it was a shame that they both had the same answer. That would just mean that he would need to wait until he found the right group that was for him, Masamune had told him similar and he should have listened, blame it on his want to get things started. Thinking about it, however, maybe there was something else that he should do first that would have members coming to him. Still, it was disappointing to an extent that neither of them would join his group.
"I'll keep that in mind then for when it happens," he smirked at Ninjin's comment regarding hitting Conri, at least he didn't seem to be angry with his statement. It wasn't because they were royalty either, that he didn't really care about it wasn't like they had any control over him. It was because he knew that both of them had hidden agendas, while they might have good intentions, that didn't always make ones decisions good. "Yeah, I feel we could work well together to bring about a lasting peace for everyone."
When Ninjin began to raise his power level the Half-Saiyan smirked and did the same with his own, pushing as much of his power as he could to the surface. Staying pretty well even with Ninjin's own power throughout the entire process of them powering up, it seemed that their fight was going to take a step up from what it was before, but he was more than ready for it. In fact, he was anticipating it, looking forward to trading blows with the prince once more.
"I could say the same for you, Ninjin," the Half-Saiyan returned the compliment, it was good to see that there was one Saiyan not so up on the whole arrogance thing anymore. That meant he would at least try to work towards a peace where everyone could benefit from it, and that was what Conri was trying to do as well. With their power levels both at full, it was time to start increasing the power in his attack, and he began to channel more Ki through his arms to push at Ninjin's attack some. He wanted to test how the prince would react to it, and then he would take whatever necessary actions he neeeded. (sorry for taking so long, wanted to make sure it didn't turn out crappy)

Their energy waves sizzled against each other, their power-levels near identical. Conri Lane was the champion of the universe, Ninjin Hattori was the crown prince of the saiyan race. Together they were two of the strongest that Ninjin had ever known. Neither one was going to be willing to give an inch in the combat, nor in the struggle over the energy waves. So when Conri pushed, Ninjin gave and dropped to the side rolling out of the wave of Conri’s wave as it’s full might smashed into the floor. Thankfully the floor was designed for such. Ninjin raced at his opponent, then zanzokened to his left aiming a spinning kick at the champion’s head.
(Sorry for the crappy post)

As the energy wave pushed forward he felt Ninjin let go of his and move out of the way, his senses on full alert scanning the entire area for where the saiyan prince might be. When his opponent appeared to his side with a kick aimed for his head, his arm shot up to intercept the attack, and while it did reduce the damage while avoiding a direct hit, it did cause him to stagger from the force. Regaining his senses, he quickly flipped forward onto his hands bending both his arms and legs as his body tilted towards Ninjin before releasing his coiled body like a spring with both feet aimed towards his opponent's face. Even if it didn't work, it was generally a good way to push the opponent back a bit, allowing him some breathing room.
"Do you have any more questions for me? If not, I do have another I would like to ask, this one is probably a bit strange though," he laughed. He figured he would try to keep it an even count with questions, so if Ninjin had another one for Conri, he would wait to hear what it was before he tried to ask his own. He had to wonder what the prince's reaction to it would be as well, but that would wait for later right now he wanted to see if his friend had anything else to ask of him. There hadn't been a whole lot that was asked at this point, so he figured he would continue the trend if they were going to keep this up.
Although there was something else that he was interested in as well, he had seen it a few times already. At least twice in this training session as well, but he wasn't quite sure how to pull it off yet, maybe if he continued to observe Ninjin he would discover the secret. It was a move that he would probably need sometime down the road, so he might as well take the opportunity now, but if he couldn't learn it on his own he'd likely have to ask.

After their tussle Ninjin was pushed back away from Conri, the champions' boots catching the tip of the prince's jaw and sending him end over end. When he had righted himself the prince was seeing stars, but he shook them out and regained his composure. Conri asked his question and it intrigued the prince, but first he did have one of his own.
"If you don't mind my asking, Why did you enter the tournament? And yes Conri, ask away, strange or not." The prince smiled and wiped the blood off of the tip of his chin. The skin had been torn away and was likely still stuck to the champions boot. The thought made the prince queasy, but laugh all the same.
"Good kick. My turn." The prince dove forwards suddenly, spinning and coming up in a roll. His left fist extended and attempted to catch the champion in a backfist, Then the prince would reposition his weight upon his right hand and bring his legs up in a kick.
