Kemuri liked Anri. It was safe to say that thus far Anri was his favorite soldier. He was obedient, he knew his place, and he didn’t backsass. The same could not be said about Jenn. After Kemuri finished his speech the alien stood there and simply understood what he had been saying. Jenn didn’t understand the point of his speech. Then again, no one really knew what was going on in the Hyena’s head but him.
To the King’s extreme pleasure, the hobo stepped forwards after the genie’s speech. He disagreed with her and then openly asked for the hyena’s advice, calling him lord. Truly he had won the hobo over to his side. He figured that would eat at the blue woman. After his hairy soldier had finished he words the hyena man would address her words as well. Anri was in dangerous trouble of losing his spot as favorite.
“The demoness couldn’t match me! None of them could. It was far too easy. That’s why I let them go. That’s why I let you all live. My reign will go down in history, but I would really like to have felt like I’ve earned it. I need a challenge. That’s why i let them go, and also take Kami with them. And now you three are my soldiers. You will go down in history as having helped pave the way to a dynasty that lasts for thousands of years.”
After that he looked back to the hobo.
“The floor is yours hobo. Oh and hobo, do you have another name? I feel we’ve grown close enough that I can stop calling you hobo.”

Anri stood and watched as the three of the spoke bath and forth, their conversation shot between each other as he was left out of the loop. It was alright with him thought, he had his own thoughts about each of them but wasn't quite ready to speak such things, he wasnt paid for this mind but his body. He the dog man had asked him of his opinion he would surely give it, but as it stood he would keep his mouth shut and watch the three of them, even though he wasn't fighting them and they were on the same side as of the moment things could always change. It was best for him to gain all the knowledge that he could while he could, whatever he could retain could help him further down the road in his future endeavors.
With Kemuri giving the flasks back to the the man attacked the lids of the container like a wild animal as he took a deep whiff from the aroma of the liquid. Seeing the man glance over in his direction the hairy man gave him a scowl and then did a symbol with his middle finger, such a sign confused him but he had an idea that it wasn't them means to give a friendly greeting. Anri looked at the man with question in his eyes but began to laugh on the inside, this creature, this human had the audacity to give him such a symbol it was humorous to him. He was no better than the outcast that walked the back alleys on his home world, there had been a day where he almost fell down into there ranks but he fought and strive for another life. This hairy man had obviously not had the strength to do such a thing, controled by his vices he was nothing more than the trash that filled the dump. If it had been up too him he would have lunged at the man and ripped his fingers from his body and shove them into his eye sockets but since he was now currently employed and had not been given such a command he turned his attention to the woman who was talking about the prior battle he had missed. Anri had great intent on learning as much as he could about the fight, since he had not been there during the time he had no idea of what had transpired during it.
A few names popped up in her words that caught his attention the most; there seemed to be a powerful warrior that went by the name of Azazel that seemed to the be the greatest threat to Kemuri during the fight. If the dog man was as strong as he was starting to understand then such a an opponent would certainly be one he would have to wait out for. The name Bear and Carla came up but it sounded like they didn't posed as serious threat as Azazel, he did his best to remember such names then pushed them to the back of his mind, since they were not as serious of a threat he was more that confidant that he could take them out without much effort. The woman sounded serious about her words as he couldn't detect a hint of lies in them, but at the same time he got the feeling that she did not want Kemuri to fight. Anri was curious as too why she fought the dog-man at every chance she had, she worked for the man, stayed inside his walls but she resented him but why?
Once again the small hairy man began to spout his bull, for such a drunkard of a man he did have a way with his words even though they were full of lies. Anri shook his head slightly as is words but kept his mouth shut once again, he didn't like the man. He was a cowrd rather than face the man in front of him with what he really though he used his lies to deceive the king, Anri wondered if Kemuri was really buying the act or if he was planning something else. The only thing he could agree on was his statement on training, though he was sure the hairy man was going to betray them at some point further down the road training was something that Anir was always interested in.
Speaking again Anri's attention turned back to the dog man as he sat upon his throne, looking down upon his men, it was a rag tag army, one hairy man, a woman and a armored creature. Going on a rant about how he wanted himself to go down in history and how he wanted them to follow him in the annals of history with him. Though the thought of being remember as a great person would have got a rise out a normal person Anri cared little for such a thing. He didn't care about what other people thought of him or how well he was known all he cared about was himself, thats all that matter in the end, his own survival.

Jenn did not even bother holding back from visibly rolling her eyes at Kemuri's words, either he was completely delusional about how things had really gone down or he did not want to admit weakness either in general or before the newcomer, she could sort of see the logic there but the WAY he went about it was just so face palmingly silly was this REALLY how tyrants genuinely thought? She'd heard similar speeches given by men who planned to use her power to rise to power themselves but this was just downright foolish. But hey if he got overconfident then perhaps it would lead to an early demise a swift defeat at the hands of the forces that he evidently believed stood no chance before his might.
Bear's reaction to things was... interesting to say the least and knowing what he'd said to her earlier Jenn was willing to give the man the benefit of the doubt and assume that he was simply planning for something bigger down the road, thus Jenn played her part and gave Bear a fleeting look of disgust over his willingness to work with Kemuri if it turned out that Bear really DID decide he was better off on Kemuri's side he'd get something MUCH worse down the line though, under Kemuris command or no she would make him pay if that was the case but for not she'd leave it be there was far too much in play at the moment to act suddenly, perhaps this would make for a decent reason to seek Bear out after this she could work with him to hopefully get his strength up and at the same time get an idea where he stood after all of this.
Decideing it best to avoid looking at Bear for too long Jenn returned her gaze to the newcomer once again a constant and mostly silent enigma he seemed to be taking everything in more than actually providing anything but then of course he was likely a bit lost they were talking about events that had occurred without him around so really what could he add in that sense and if he was some sort of mercenary then there was a chance all he was interested in was just getting from point a to point b with point b being 'everyone dead' Jenn frowned a bit at that as she watched him curious about his reaction to Bears words, he seemed bothered by Bear more than anyone else which she found a bit odd what about him had set off the stranger so quickly?
Jenn decided it best for the moment to hold her tongue and simply watch and listen, Bear evidently had some sort of plan to present to Kemuri and surprisingly Kemuri was receptive to the idea and was now even willing to call Bear by his name, was the hyena THAT willing to accept that a former enemy would turn over to his side so quickly? With any luck if Bear wasn't actually loyal to Kemuri then this would be rather beneficial much as she wished it were an option Jenn knew there wasnt any REAL way for her to feign true loyalty to the hyena.

Bear smiled as he ignored the other's. As it stood, only he and Kemuri mattered inside the castle. He had to earn his trust, to not only make him believe that he was on the same side, but to convince himself of the same thing; at least for now. He could see that this newcomer, Anri, didn't trust him, and he watched Mahajenn as she expressed disgust, but none of that mattered. Kemuri had asked him his opinion, and he would get it. But first:
"The name is Bearzerk, but please, Lord Kemuri, call me Bear," Bowing, Bear did his best to show respect to Kemuri. In all honesty, he had to respect the new King, having not killed him, but he still was no fan. Taking another swig of his whiskey, he stood in silence for a second, contemplating his next words.
"It has been a while since I tried my mind at strategy, but as it stands, we do have the upper hand. Now, while you revealed that Mahajenn is your slave, they know nothing about Anri or myself. Perhaps the two of us can infiltrate the Kami's ranks," looking the blue-skinned girl over for a second, he returned his attention to the King, "Perhaps she knows where they have rallied. I am sure that they are training at this very moment. Now, Anri, being a stranger, is unlikely to be welcomed back as I would be; but that doesn't mean he can't be ready just in case I need the back-up. If you would allow it, I would like to offer to be a mole; for a day or two, just to see what we are up against. Once that information is available to us, I advise that you take over from there."
Simple enough of a concept, Bear should have no problem regaining the trust of Kami's forces. The only question was if Kemuri agreed with such a strategy, or not.

As usual for him it seems Anri stayed quiet throughout the whole ordeal. Maybe that’s why he was Kemuri’s favorite. He knew when to speak and when not to. Bear was quickly earning a top spot in Kemuri’s favor as well. Though he would kill them both without mercy should he have to. Kemuri liked few people and trusted fewer. What he was however, was manipulative. More dirty looks from Jenn. That was to be expected though, and was greatly enjoyed.
The man he called hobo’s real named turned out to be Bearzerk, but he goes by Bear. Somehow Kemuri was less surprised at this then he might have been. The man certainly looked like a bear. A drunken weirdly shaved in spots bear, but a bear nonetheless. The bow was a good touch and Kemuri smirked, it was good to be the king.
Bear presented his “plan”. Kemuri mulled it over as he sat upon his throne.
“It is an interesting strategy Ho--Bear. One that I am both surprised to hear come out of your mouth, no offence, and am perhaps even more surprisingly loving. Using Kami against Kami. It’s perfect.”
Kemuri rose excitedly and began to pace back and forth on the raised platform the throne sat upon. Nailed fingers scratched his chin in thought.
“Yes. Yes. Bear you will “escape” with the help of Anri, a powerful hero that arrived at the last moment. Anri you bravely fought me off but I proved too much, still you were able to rescue Bear and retreat to the lookout, where you went seeing the aid and training skills of the once powerful Kami.” Kemuri’s hyena laugh filled the throne room with a maniacal cacophony.
“You have your orders. Anri, Bear, If either of you betray me, just know I will kill you without mercy. If one of you does betray me, the other better kill him. Jenn my dear, you shall stay here with me. Oh what fun we’ll have.”

Standing in wait Anri watched over the two of them away from the rest of the group, he didn't have much to say to the lot of them though there was much he wanted to talk to Kemuri with, it was best though if the other two weren't present when such an exchange of words took place. The hairy man was not to be trusted once a traitor was always a traitor nothing changed that fact, if the hairy man was going to betray his old comrades too follow under the allegiance of Kemuri then there was nothing to stop him from doing it once again, in fact Anri was willing to bet everything that just such a thing would happen if Kemuri really took the hairy man under his banner. From his words alone the dog man seemed very pleased at the words he had been spouting so far but Anri had not taken the luring bait; all of it, everything he said was tainted with lies. If it was up to him the hairy man would have been a long dead cold cropse on the ground, why Kemuri hadn't killed him when the oppurtiony first arrived was beyond him, Anri wasn't one to take persons of war they were a liability one which wasn't needed when trying to conquer a world. Such a opportunity was not present at the moment, other wise Anri would have been the first to act on it, he had no time to deal with traitors within his ranks; sometimes it took the smallest wrench in the cogs of a great machine to send it crumbling to the ground.
Glancing over from the dog man to the others he noticed the woman had been looking his direction, who knew how long she had been checking him out but he connected eye contact with her to let her know he was well aware of her actions. Anri couldn't tell what to make of her really, she didn't seem like one to be in such a meeting or on that note even fighting for Kemuri. Her frail tiny frame lacked the build of a warrior such as himself or even the hairy man, even though he despised the man he did have a good build on his body though it looked as though his consumption had been wearing away on the man. It was curious why the dog man would keep such a person around here, given her appearance he though she might he his slave or sorts but the way she acted towards Kemuri made that seem impossible, the back talking, the rolling of her eyes did not match that of slaves he had seen before. She was disobedient to his commands and words, which ruled out the idea of such, but she did indeed work for the man. The real question was why? Had Kemuri gotten something to black mail her with, what could have been so great that he had against her that would caused her to sever under a man she hated with all of her heart?
Again the hairy man spoke out as he addressed that his name was Bear, if Anri's memory was working correctly he remembered that a 'bear' was a massive hairy beast that roamed the forested wilds of the planet. It was rather a fitting name for the man given his naturally hairy appearance however it matter little to Anri for as long as the man was a traitor too his own he had not earned the right to be addressed by his name, to the alien he would always been known as 'hairy man'. Bowing to show off his respect toward the king Anri sighed quietly under his breath at the ridiculous path he had chosen to seal his liking with the king, how one man could stoop so low to give away all his dignity was beyond him.
Giving his shot at the strategy Anri listened to the mans words to see if anything he had would actually be at least some what helpful in the least bit. On the note of saying that Anri and the man should infiltrate 'kami's' ranks Anri slapped his hand against his head as he pinched the bridge of his nose, had he really just heard what he thought he had? Did the man literately suggest that the two of the ALONE go and spy on the other side, he couldn't believe that such words had come from his mouth. Though Anri had been silent through most of this conversation he could no longer hold his tongue, such an plan was idiotic on his behalf, the man could not be trusted and that was it. But before Anri could get the chance to open his mouth Kemuri spoke up before him admitting that the idea was a grand one and that the hairy man and Anri should head off to where the enemy was at. Anri was stunned at what Kemuri had just said, had he really falling victim to the lie soaked words the hairy man was perching to the dog man, was Kemuri really that gullible? If so how could such a man assume power over a whole world?
"Kemuri sir, if I might have a small moment of your time I wish too speak with you in private where prying eyes shall not be able to hear." Anri addressed to the dog man.
The plan Kemuri wanted to go through with was moronic and he wasn't going to stand for such a thing while his life was on the line. Money was one thing he cared about but perserving his life was something he held greater over anything else, he wasn't about to let some foolish king and a traitorous bum bring him down to his demise. No he was going to need to talk to the king in private quarters where the woman and the hairy man would not be able to hear such things, though he didn't understand the woman as well as the hairy man he could tell that given the chance she would spring an attack out on Kemuri, it was very possible that the two of them would be working together.

Jenn raised an eyebrow as she listened to Bear finding herself less and less sure what side he was on, this of course was a good thing if he was still working for the good of the Earth as if even SHE was unsure then it meant Kemuri would be less suspicious AND if he forced he to weigh in her honest answer would not be damaging to him, the plan was a dangerious one to say the least if she were to think of it from the perspective of someone on Kemuri's side it allowed a former enemy to return to the current enemy, it would give Kami's forces a rather large upper hand if Bear was not loyal to Kemuri as even if Bear was taken down she was certain that Anri would not survive an encounter with Azazel if Bear could get out the information that Anri worked for Kemuri. The upside however was pretty significant for Kemuri it allowed him to gain some very important information on the goings on of the Earths forces and most importantly there numbers.
On top of that if either Anri or Bear was capable of detecting energy signatures it would give him information on the relative power signatures of his enemies telling him how powerful they would need to be in order to take out the Earths forces if additional training was necessary, and potentially there was the chance that either Bear or Anri could obtain information on when the Earth forces would make there big attack on the castle, all of these were thing Jenn very much disliked Kemuri getting his hands on but of course she had no easy way of preventing him from obtaining this information and no time with which to check Bears loyalties to see if it was safe for him to take Anri off to the Lookout to be dealt with, with luck Kemuri would be interested in the idea but hold off on actually sending them out, then she could perhaps check on where Bears loyalties lay and perhaps see if Anri could be dissuaded from working with Kemuri, perhaps the alien simply didn't know what sort of man he was working for it seemed that neither Anri nor Kemuri knew anything of the other so there was a chance that Anri was a man who could be brought to the right side of this battle.
If that was the case then if Bear WAS a spy then Anri could alert the lookout AND upon his return provide Kemuri with bad information but that too would take time that she very well might not have. Kemuri was already voicing his enthusiasm for the plan much to her surprise and even more to her surprise it was Anri who was more or less helping her, he was making no effort to hide his annoyance over the situation and was going so far as to ask to speak with Kemuri about the plan in private, Jenn kept her expression neutral at that, no need to tip boat at this point Anri would with any luck either put the plan on hold or end it entirely. There was far too much that could go wrong for Jenn to consider this plan beneficial, at BEST Kemuri would lose Anri, at worst he gained all manner of information on the Earths forces.

Kemuri's reaction surprised Bear, though he hid it well. He had not expected sure a positive response, the King seconding it almost instantly. He gave the orders to both Mahajenn and Anri, whom were not amused. Bear could see the distaste Anri had for him; it was overwhelming. As he asked Kemuri to speak to him in private, Bear growled,”If you have a problem, I suggest you say it to my face,”a bold, maybe even rude statement, but it had to be said.
The only way the two would work together is by settling their differences first,”I cannot be expected to be left alone with a man who might shoot me in the back while we're alone. Do not be a coward.”Taking a deep swig of his flask, Bear watched Anri, his eyes not wavering, stamina seeming to return as the alcohol entered his bloodstream. He was not trying to challenge the alien; just demanding a little damn respect.
Anri had no real reason to dislike Bear, he didn't even know him. It almost seemed like a case of jealousy, perhaps he was used to making commands, not taking them, but if that were the case, he'd probably not have sided with Kemuri. In the end, Bear could not wrap his head around things; everything having changed so quickly. First left in the dungeons, then recruited by Kemuri, now this Anri taking a disliking to him. He had to do something.

Kemuri no longer cared for the opinions of those in the room. He had had his say and his word was as good as law. No. His word was better than law. His word was better than anything else in the universe and if they dared to disobey… And yet... Perhaps they did have something insightful to add. Whether he would listen or not was a horse of a different color.
Anri asked to speak to Kemuri alone. Something was clearly upsetting the newcomer. Kemuri knew exactly what it was. He didn’t trust the plan. He didn’t trust the human. Jenn remained very silent to the surprise of the hyena-smoke-man. It was then that Bear surprised him.
Rather than remain silent about Anri’s words of distrust the man chose to address them, becoming very confrontational. Kemuri loved every minute of it. The words made sense. How were they to be able to trust each other if they didn’t trust each other.
“If you have something to say Anri you can say it in front of the others. It’s not that I do not trust your council, I just wish, like Bear, to build your trust in each other. If this plan is going to work you need to trust each other, and trust in me.” He smiled as he said the words.
“You have the floor Anri. And Jenn dear if you have any thoughts on the matter do speak up. And do be honest.”

"Mind your tongue you sad excuses for a human or I shall rip it from your skull." Anri barked at bear, as steam shot out in waves from his back side.
"A coward is not something a Vennor is,if you had any awareness of the universe outside your blue sphere you would know that and I have no intention with working at or near your side." He said coldly towards the hairy man even as the temperature in the room elevated from the heat his body put off.
The hairy man was riding on his last nerve at this point, it usually took a lot to get on Anri's bad side but it seemed like humans had the natural ability to do such a thing as that. It was one thing to to betray a group of people but not on Anri's watch, he had dealt with such people before and they didn't long around Arni. He knew that the hairy man was not to be trusted in any sense of the manner, most of the of words that flooded from the creatures mouth were tainted in lies in deception, it was so obvious to see a thing but it seemed as though Kemuri was blinded by the creatures mannerisms.
What came next took Anri by surprised as even Kemuri wanted to hear what he had to say, as he wanted the two of them to get along if they were going to work together. Anri couldn't believe what he was hearing, the point of discussing it in private was so that they could prepare for such a betrayal. Though not verbally spoken Anri cursed inside of his head, how had such a person managed to take over this world, either he had gotten very lucky or this world was filled with just as pitifully weak humans as the hairy man.
"Kemuri sir, with no disrespect as I say this, but do really believe this man was so influenced by his humiliating defeat that he has suddenly turned a new leaf to sever under the person who struck him down, belittled his comrades, and took control of his home world? No... not such a drastic change is possible without that person having their very willpower crushed beneath them. You can clearly see this creature, it speaks as though it still has his own will, not of a person that has lost everything and clings to the one thing that is stronger than they are. If I go with him to this 'lookout' with this thing it will surely be a death trap. As much as I value the strength behind wealth, I treasure my life over that, I'm not going to fall victim to such a betrayal as this man is no doubt planning. A traitor is someone that can never be trusted, if they have done it once they will do it again if given the chance. A traitor is a traitor till the very bitter end." Anri calmly finished his rant, there was little else he had to say to any of them.
There wasn't a chance in hell that he was going to follow the hairy man out into the wilds of his world to be lured into death trap by who knows how many people? If anything Anri would strangle the creature until his eye bled red with death, then leave his body for the animals of the world to do as they wished. There was only one thing Anri hated more than an employer not paying him and that was a traitor, he had seen to many plans go awry from those that could not be trusted. Hopefully Kemuri would agree with his side but he seemed convinced too the charm of the man it looked as though his short lived employment under Kemuri would be over, guess it was a good thing Kemuri hadn't signed his contract yet.

Jenn rolled her eyes at the situation, it was truly rather amusing how quickly Anri and Bear had become fast enemies and even more amusing how quick the two were to start throwing threats and implications at one another though of course there was the potential that Bear was intentionally provoking Anri trying to draw out some of the mans more negative aspects such as the quick temper he appeared to posses, were she in that position Jenn felt certain she would be doing just that trying to draw out anything that Kemuri might see as a negative about Anri in order to distance them and potentially drive Anri to seek other employment, if done correctly and depending on how spiteful the man was a few properly phrased sentences could potentially send him to Kaladars side out of spite. But of course that relied on Anri being a spiteful man. Jenn was for the most part tuneing the conversation out though outside of making a few mental notes on how Anri reacted to Kemuri and Bears words. Bear was an enigma to be dealt with later, Anri was an even greater unknown and she wanted to get as much knowledge on him as she could.
Then of course Kemuri had to go and force her into the conversation, technically it had not been phrased as a direct order he'd merely asked an opinion in such a manner that did not trigger the power of the wish to compel to her to speak BUT of course if she didn't it was entirely likely he would simply make it an order, and on top of that she could weigh in without really causing any particular damage, Kemuri was a headstrong man and there was a very good chance that this plan WOULD be executed in some manner regardless of what anyone wanted. This with a sigh Jenn returned her gaze to Kemuri "They both have solid grounds for their opinions. Bears plan has merit due to the potential benefits that could be gained from such an expedition but of course it comes with it certain dangers, dangers that Anri has made rather clear. Unlike yourself he has no trust for Bear and Bear seems to have little love for him as well, as a pair attempting infiltration they would be terrible more likely to just fight each other once they were far enough from you." Jenn said pausing for a moment to sigh.
"Because of this regardless of whether the plan is good, regardless of its benefits or its risks. The plan will not work as it currently stands. There is no chance of success if they don't trust one another and if that is the case and you ARE hell bent on the plan then it needs to be reworked unless they" Jenn said gesturing at Anri and Bear in turn "suddenly become a lot more friendly. Maybe let them blow off some steam and smack each other around for a bit, for some warriors that's an excellent way to bond with a new 'comrade' though ideally you should put a 'no murder' clause if you go with that route" she finished with a shrug, her words were truthful as much of what she said would be unlikely to make the situation for the Earth any worse and perhaps she'd even manage to dumbfound the hyena by being as direct and truthful about the situation as she was, now THAT would be a sight to see.

Bear snorted at Anri's threat, shaking his head, "Your threats are nothing more than proof to your cowardice." Talk of traitors, talk of betray. All this made Bear simple smirk. Anri had no idea. Turning to Mahajenn as she spoke, Bear huffed lightly; rather pleased with the idea of a sparring match, but not trusting Anri enough to allow him the chance to stab him in the back. Not wanting to give him the satisfaction.
”You know nothing of me. That band of rag-tag fighters was not my kind. Kami is not my god.” Turning back to Kemuri, Bear smiled, ”Those people left me to die, they did not care if I lived. The only person they cared about is their precious Kami. They were the ones that betrayed me.”
“Lord Kemuri is the one that took me in. He is who I owe my life to. And I would gladly slay each of those pathetic fighters with my bare hands and serve them on a platter to him.” His words full of venom; his distaste, his distrust, for Kami's fighters apparent in his voice. This was the truth; they had betrayed him, none stepping aside to help him, or even offering a glance his way before taking Kami away. Bear had plenty of reasons to feel so betrayed.
”Unlike you, Anri,” turning to the alien, he would stare him in the eyes, his burning with rage, ”I have seen Lord Kemuri in the heat of battle, a monster in terms of power and skill, ruthless. I would be a fool if I had plans to betray him. You act speak as if you know everything, but all you've proven is that you are a short-fused, hotheaded fool.”
Turning back to Kemuri, Bear shook his head, ”I am in no position to ask you to deny this man a place in your army; I can see that he has potential, a rage that would be best channeled towards the enemy... But I will ask that he is not part of this plan. As Mahajenn said, it will surely fail if he comes with me. Two days is all I ask. Give me two days to gather the information you need, and I will prove that my allegiance is with you, My Lord.”

“Anri, you insult me.” The king of Earth said it simply enough. There was no anger, there was no spite, there was no malice. It was simply stated, lacking any emotion. He was insulted. Kemuri stepped from his throne and made his way towards where the three were standing. Once there he stopped, and stared at the three of them in turn. The sudden glaring attention from him would most likely be unnerving.
“Here is why I am insulted Anri. You take me for a fool.” Kemuri stared holes into the alien as he addressed him, acting as if they were the only two in the room.
“That is a mistake that you would be sorely sorry to make. I am not enraptured with the man as you may believe. He is a welcome ally, but I do not trust Bear yet. I don’t trust any of you yet. He may have been on the other side at one time but he was left by them, mercilessly like he said. None of them even looked back to try and rescue him. And though he was a turncoat, I know as much of him as I do of you. No one gets my trust. What I trust is my own power. You say a traitor cannot be trusted, I say none can be trusted. I don’t need to trust in you, because I trust in my power, and my own skills. You can trust in that as well, and trust I will not lead you wrong” Jenn then made her points, much to Kemuri’s dumbfounded surprise she did it honestly and without further provoking. It was strange.
“Well put my blue skinned servant. You are completely and-i-can’t-believe-i'm-saying-this right. You’re right. Sending these two off half cocked and at each others throats is a good way to get one, or both, of them killed. Anri your objections are noted, and will be taken into consideration. Bear, though your plan was solid I fear we may not have the time to put it into action. You may prove yourself when the final battle comes. Prove yourself there and when we win you shall want for noting in this world. Anri you as well. But we may not have the time. Two days from now may be one day after the final battle. Who knows? Something non-wicked this way comes.” Kemuri rose the steps away from them and back to his throne.
Bear said his piece back to Anri. It was as delicious. The man was clearly no coward. There was clearly bad blood between them.
“You don’t like each other? Fine. Settle it now. My soldiers need to obey my orders. Anri, that means you. Bear, you as well. Training it is. Jenn, make sure they don’t kill each other. That’s an order. Anri, Bear, no killing each other. That’s an order as well. Get it now and be done with it.” He raised his hand to signal that they should start, but the signal changed into one ordering them to wait. Kemuri stared at the alien.
“And Anri… Don’t ever question me again. That goes for the rest of you as well. I am the king of Earth, and I took down beings with power much greater than yours to get here.” It wasn’t a threat, merely a fact. Fuhrer-King Buraddori was leaps and bounds stronger than any of those gathered, even put together and Kemuri had taken him down. Sure it was a painstakingly long process, but in the end he had won out. That’s what mattered. He wasn’t about to let his victory be spoiled by his own soldiers because they wouldn’t play nice.

Anri watched as his comments had settled in with the rest of the group, there was no doubt that the worm would speak out against him as it try to cover his own ass, though it came as no surprise to Anri that the woman was too speak out, after all Kemuri had asked them their opinions. It didn't much look like she wished to speak at all but she did as it was ask of her, she seemed to be the neutral ground between the groups, more level headed as she was not one to be going to out the tasked assignment rather a third party that was watching over the others. The woman didn't seem to want go forward with the plan as it would most surely fail, neither the hairy man or Anri would have been able to work together for long and she was right, as soon as they would have left the city limits Anri would have ripped the creatures spine right from his body them impaled the man upon his own bone, symbol to all those that came across for years to come.
Anri scoffed under his breath at her mention of him becoming more friendly with the creature, there was no way in hell that such a thing would happen, the only way the hairy man could manged to make him smile is if he killed him self, but such as coward as he was there was no chance that it would ever happen. The idea of the fight rather did intrigue him though he hadn't expect such words from the woman but he was starting to grow to like her some, a fight would be a great way to knock the shit out of the creature, though the mention of 'no murder' made him frown. He much preferred the gladiator fights he had precipitated in years before, great aliens would meet each other in a field of combant and then fight to the death, they fought for honor and wealth and held no animosity toward each other for ones loss, rather they were glad to have been able to fight such a worthy opponent. He could never see the creature take place in such fights, it required a back bone, something the man obviously lacked, hiding behind deception and lies to complete his goals.
The creature was next to speak and as usual his words were meant to build up arousal him once more but he was not going to let the man anger him any further, he had gotten his point across and it wasn't his words that matter at this point, it was Kemuri's but Anri had a good idea at what he was going to say. He payed little attention to the man as he spouted what was probably more lies and ways to get under Kemuri's already loosened skin, might have well just been whispering in the man's ear at this point like his conscience, the imagine in his head caused him to laugh one the inside. Taking his attention he focused it on Kemuri as he waited his response, though he doubted that it would be a friendly one, he had directly attacked the man's idea, some one such as the dog man would not stand for such a thing.
Taking leave from his throne he walked down to face the three of them now joining the small cluster that they were, his glare was something that would faze most people but Anri cared little for it, once you have been paralyzed by someones stare others did little to effect a person, all in all he had felt worse. Though he spoke to the group he got the feeling that all of his words were directed too him, as they should be, the woman had done little to deserve his words at this point and the hairy man was the kings new pet. Anri laughed inside his head at the mention that Kemuri was not convinced that the man was truly on his side, though Anri thought he had a funny way of showing it. Inviting him to join his side, giving him his precious beverages back, and sending him out to spy on the enemy side, he was a fool, Anri was regretting coming to work for the dog now. It was amazing how he had over thrown a king in the first place let alone take over the whole world. He was sure there was more he could say to argue the point but it would have been usless, once a person such as Kemuri had made up his mind there was little he could have said to change his mind, and all truth he didn't want to waste his energy on trying to convenience such a man, it would have taken more than it would to beat the man in a fight. If he really wanted bear to prove his lotlaty they should find one of the 'rebels' and have bear kill them himself, though he doubted that he would have such the power to do such a thing. Shedding blood was always the best way to prove were ones lotatiles lied, though even the best plans had their own holes.
Mention that the two should fight each other Anri was already on the ball as the idea had been racing inside for his head since the woman had been mentioned it earlier. Though he would not find the satisfaction in killing him, kicking the creature to the curb was as close as he was going to get. Already he assumed his fighting stance his fists held up as he was preparing to strike however before he could lunge forward to assault the hairy man, Kemuri spoke to them once more. Anri cared little for the dogs words, there was no respect for the king at this point from the alien, he had lost of all it when he allowed the creature to join his ranks, he was a fool of a king, it didn't matter how much power he had, it was not strength that one won wars but the mind behind it, and it looked as those Kemuri's had gone bad years ago.
Staring the creature down Anri wasn't about to the creature even have attempt in winning such a battle, it was his alone to claim victory over the man. Vennor culture stated that going into battle one should be at full strength and never let their opponent have so much as a chance to win, and at that was the way he was planning on it. Power leveling spike the air in the room would heat up as Anri tell go a roar of valor as his body began to change before the rest of the, steam erupting forth from his frame as large spines would pierce through his plated skin. The air around Anri would seem to waver and warp as literally his flesh would burn those that were foolish enough to get to close, fully plated and scorching with heat a Vennor was a deadly combatant.
Not standing to wait another moment Anri lunged at the hairy man with all the speed his body would allow, though looking as though he had jumped toward the man Anri was actually flying towards him, he wasn't about to show everyone all the tricks he had under his belt. Coming in close the hairy man would feel the heat that Anri was putting off at this point, as he swipe out with if fist as he tried to strike the man in his face.

Jenn rolled an eye as she felt the weight of the order pass onto her, it was not a particularly heavy effect as it was something she had no intention of disobeying and furthermore also had little risk of actually being threatened. As much as the two idiots were at each others throats she HIGHLY doubted that either of them were particularly likely to be willing to face Kemuri's wrath by disobeying direct orders. Bear because he had seen that power firsthand, and Anri likely because ti would mean being down an employment opportunity AND because he was likely to realize Kemuri was not someone to be messed with so easily. Things were safe enough though she was rather certain that the fight would not be a pleasent one, likely one of the two would be out of comission for a bit unless Kemuri had access to more rapid healing techniques.
Jenn found herself frowning slightly at the prospect of having to oversee the battle but thankfully the man who could relieve her of such duty was still around as unlike herself Kemuri actually was evidently rather interested in the results of the battle, and with any luck the fight would not be exceptionally prolonged and would go a long way toward smoothing out some of the issues, or perhaps they would be amde worse either case was ultimately fine from her point of view as if Bear was loyal then him earning the respect of Anri could be useful if not then it just meant that when it came down to it and she took her wrath out on Bear she would get to face off with Anri as well, if they DIDN'T resolve their issues it meant that Bear was potentially working towards creating discord amongst Kemuri's forces if he was loyal and if he wasn't then he would have a lasting enemy in the form of Anri and if Kemuri ordered her not to attack Bear... well then she could perhaps work something out with the armored man.
It didnt take very long at all for Anri to leap into battle, his energy skyrocketed and he tore through the air pushing off the floor and for a moment Jenn thought he was flying but as she watched him move it became less obvious whether that was the case or not, it was perhaps just as likely that he was simply putting extreme strength behind a jump propelling him further than normally possible, now would be an important moment it would decide whether or not this fight would be dominated by the newcomer or not and Jenn found herself quickly realizing she was likely in a rather poor place of course she could easily protect herself against whatever the two could throw out but NEEDING to was not exactly something she was interested.
With that in mind Jenn would power up slightly and dart across the room, the place she would arrive in was the place most likely to be 'safe' from the battle but at the same time perhaps the place she had the least interest in being, at the bastard hyena's side. "I'm surprised you even paid my words any mind." Jenn said stiffly, it was odd to even attempt making small talk with a man she outright considered an enemy but of course she had precious few other options as the only others worth talking to were presently engaged in a battle to the almost-death "Im curious, do you really believe your own words Kemuri?" Jenn asked bringing her voice low enough that as far as she knew only the hyena could hear. "Or was that just you not wanting to show weakness around the new guy? You're powerful that's no doubt but you have to know that the battle would not have been as easy as you made it sound. If it weren't for my ring you might have even lost, Azazel was probably at her full strength and while she wasn't quite a match for you she was certainly rather close. I don not know about the others but I was holding back, I wanted to see what you were capable of first."
