Before Brandon even had a chance when Yemma's hammer hit, He winked out of existence... only to appear in a strange place with a fountain that had a red liquid in it. It seemed a bit too quiet at first, as he then remembered what Yemma condemmed him to. Hell.
Looking around, he started to scratch his chin, and took a good whiff of the air. A look of relief crossed his face, as he thought "This is hell? Not quiet what I was expecting..." as he started to walk around, taking in the sights, trying to get a feel where everything was. "What were you expecting?" Verlith asked. His voice was starting to annoy Brandon, since he didnt have a moments privacy to imself. He grinded his teeth a bit, as he replied "The hell I was expecting is all...screams, Fire and brimstone... This is... Almost uncomfortably calm..."
He couldnt see anyone around him, not even other souls that had come to hell before him... Or maybe he was the first in Hell for a long time? Something seemed off...
"Hello? Anyone here?" He called out, expecting two ogres to come out and wanting to wrestle with him, while having a german accent, but Not even those had appeared...
"Oh god...am I doomed to roam this place all alone?! Fuck, Id go crazy before eternity had come!"

It had been quit sometime since he felt a new presence enter his domain. Recently being informed by one of his many spies, The Warden needed to go check on his new arrival. Before he left, the spy that had informed him about this new soul needed to be dealt with. Grabbing his sword, in the blink of an eye, He separated the demons head from his shoulders. Some may ask why he did this to someone that was working for him. The truth of the matter was that everyone in hell worked for him or at least feared him. The Warden hated to be interrupted, therefore the demon needed to die. A little extreme? Perhaps. The Warden cared not for any demon or creature that roamed in his Hell. It would only take a few minutes for him to track down the new unfortunate soul. Yemma had sent him another man who had done wrong in the realm of the Living. Walking across the blood red ground any living soul for miles was trying to find a place to hide. No one wanted to get in the Warden’s way. No creature dared to get close. Upon seeing the new arrival it was easy to see that he wasn’t going to be a problem. The Warden guesses he would die several more times here before becoming the slave to a Greater Demon. Walking over to the human male he looked him up and down, assessing his power. The Warden just shook his head. Walking past the weak man. He wasn’t worth his time, the Warden had better things to do with his time then try to learn more about the new arrival. Perhaps if the small man talked him, he may be able to keep the Warden’s attention long enough. It had been centuries since anyone had talked to him. The only person that the Warden talks to is the Demon Queen and that is only when she wants him in her presence. Stopping for a second the Warden contemplates talking to the insufficient man. “You are going to die if you just stand there New Arrival. I would suggest finding someplace to hide there are things here much stronger than you. I care not if you listen to me, your life means nothing down here.” The Warden said. Like he said he cared not for the mans life, but thought he would give him that piece of advice before leaving the man to his own suffering. Who knows maybe he might even stick around to see who kills the man first.

Brandon almost had a comfortable feeling of the place, before his attention was caught by a new person who quickly approached him. He watched the man look up and down him before he walked past him. He knew that the person was sizing him up, and wasnt impressed. It seemed to be a thing when it came to Brandon... People always thinking that he was weak, and insignificant. He was growing annoyed at the way he was constantly treated...
He wanted to be respected... Feared... He wanted what the other person had, as he had seen all sorts of creatures hiding from this one person.
"You might wanna talk to this guy Brandon. Something tells me, He pretty much runs things around here..." He heard Verlith say. while Brandon hated to admit it, he saw that he had a good point. He then heard the man give him what he thought was a warning, or some sound advice, but Brandon was tired of being a loser. Tired of losing every battle he was involved in.
"I gather that by the aura you carry... How others fear you... That you are the one that runs things down here?" He said turning to face the man. If this man was Satan, Brandon was quite disappointed with the appearance, though something was off about the guy.

The Warden was about to leave the man to his fate, but it seemed the man found the courage to speak. He was right in saying that he was the one that runs Hell. At least he runs this realm of it. Turning around he would once again look over the man. He was weak in comparison, but so was everyone else in this realm. This new arrival might have what it takes to survive down here, but it was far too early to assume such things.
“Yes, I am the ruler of this Realm. I am Malthael, the Warden of Hell. You will refer to me as Warden, there is only one that refers to me by name. You are not worthy of being in her presence. I do not know how your soul got condemned to here and I do not care. While you are here you might want to get stronger.” The warden said looking around at the larger demons. None of them would dare interrupt their conversation. Malthael knew the moment he left they would be upon the man.
“Look around boy, these demons are waiting to rip you apart. They only stay away because I am here. If you want to remain alive you better do something about your power. Hell is different from where you were before. The stronger you are the more likely you will survive.” The Warden explained to the new arrival.
The Warden was about done with this conversation, but he decided to wait and see what the man had to say. For whatever reason he decided to stick around. Usually he didn’t’ waste time with new arrivals, but there was something different about this man. His aura felt different from other humans that the Warden has come across. If the man didn’t respond fast enough, the Warden was going to leave him to his fate.

As the man introduced himself as 'Warden', and how he said that Demons were waiting to tear him apart. He seemed a bit nervous, but he heard Verlith chuckle in the back of his head. He didnt know what the Verlith was planning, but getting stronger was the first thing on his mind already. Perhaps the 'Warden' knew of a way to grow more powerful quickly. He was about to speak, but then felt like his mind was thrown into the back of a closet, as he felt he lost control of his body yet again.
He knew what had happened, Verlith had taken control of his body again. He sighed, as he had no choice but to watch what was going to happen... But then he remembered how evil Verlith Sounded before he appeared infront of Yemma, and immediate surprised Verlith as Brandon yanked control back. "What are you doing Brandon?" Verlith asked, But Brandon merely replied "Staying in control." as he looked back at the Warden.
"Seeing how I am somewhat desperate to get stronger then I already am so I can accomplish my goals, Ill pretty much do any damned thing you ask me to. Trying to get where I want to on my own has never worked. Trying to do the right thing has gotten me nowhere..." He said, before giving the Warden a serious look. "Warden, Whats a guy like me gotta do to get respect around here?"

He said, before giving the Warden a serious look."Warden, Whats a guy like me gotta do to get respect around here?"
The Warden smiled at the man’s question. There are many different things that one could do earn respect. Malthael began to wonder if this man would be able to even stand up against any of the demons. Looking around he could see that the demons wanted a piece of him, but as long as Malthael was talking to him they would keep their distance. Looking around he pointed at five different demons.
Each one was varying in size and shape. “Alright Human if you want to earn respect I suggest you beat the five that I have chosen. Then and only then will you earn some respect from the crowd that has gathered around here. It will only be some.” the warden snapped his fingers and the five demons stepped forward each one yelling at Brandon.
The Warden took several steps away from the human. He wondered how many of them he was going to be able to take on. The five he choose were the weakest of the crowd. Malthael didn’t think these five were going to defeat him, but you never know. It would be quite disappointing if the human died so quickly. If he did, he wasn’t going to earn the respect of anyone in Hell.
“Let’s see what you can do Human, do not disappoint. Otherwise you are going to have a very tough time earning respect from people down here. Show me what you can do, even if you are just a human.” Malthael said

Brandon listened to the Warden answer his question, and his reply actually made Brandon both a bit nervous, and happy. He saw that the Warden allowed 5 very weak demons have their go at Brandon. Yelling at him, they all ran at Brandon, ready to tear into him like He was a fresh meal to dig into.
"Wait for it..." Brandon thought, waiting for the Demons to get closer. For as they did, they got closer to eachother as well, until they were almost tripping over eachother. "NOW!" He thought before opening his mouth and shouting "FUS RO DAH!", as a wave of energ yexploded from Brandons mouth, causing everything nearby infront of him to suddenly fly backwards, and up into the air.
This also included the demons. Flaining in the air as they flew backwards into the air, Brandons wrist glowed a ruby red colour as his power doubled in strength as a Gauntlet appeared on his arm. A Fire ball quickly formed in his palm as he quickly crushed it, allowing fire to snake around his arm. He suddenly thrusted his arm forward as the flames burst into a huge torrent of fire that soared at the flying demons.
When the attack impacted, It caused a impressive sized explosion that consumed the peons. Within the explosion, Brandon noticed something new with it, as a pair of dark red eyes looked back at Warden and Brandon, before fading... When the explosion subsided, Nothing but ash was left falling from where the Demons had been, as it fell into a few piles on the ground.
When the other demons saw the strength of raw power, some started to have second thoughts on attacking Brandon...
Looking back at the Warden, Brandon smiled nervously as he asked "Was that overkill?"

Malthael waited as the demons began their assault on the new male. He hoped that he wasn’t going to be disappointed, but only time would tell. Five demons were sent at the male, these demons were very weak in comparison to the others that gathered around. The demons were getting ever so closer to the male and he hadn’t done anything to defend himself. This was interesting to see, normally someone would have either decided to run or defend themselves in some manner. This man however has done neither of those options. Instead he just stood his ground, impressive so far.
That is when the man yelled something and in an instant each demon was thrown into the air. It was good, but not good enough for Malthael. The Warden of Hell felt the man’s power double. Shaking his head the man’s power was still unimpressive. The first new soul to enter his realm and his power in that of an ant. Malthael began to wonder if all the people up there were this weak. If they were he hoped Yemma wouldn’t waste his time and send them all to Heaven. There is no place for weaklings in his domain.
Fire erupted from the mans hand, ripping through the air. Colliding with the five demons, turning them to ash. He had taken them out with a single attack. Normally that would impress anyone, but down here it was nothing special. The crowd began to create noise, some waiting to jump in while others were thinking attacking him. Perhaps there was hope for this weakling, but he still had a long way to go. His power was a mere spec in comparison to the Malthaels. He would power up, but the sheer force might just break every bone in his tiny body. An image that was refreshing to picture. It had been a while since the Warden had killed something. Perhaps this waste of a soul would suffice.
“There is no such thing as overkill boy, thinking like that is going to get you killed…again. You better start realizing that only having power is going to help you survive. The stronger you are the more people will respect you. More power equals more respect, that’s how things work down here.” The Warden said stretching his arms out.
He snapped his fingers again and this time two large demons stepped from behind him. Each one was about half the boy’s power level. They were stronger than the five from before and one simple attack wasn’t going to take these one out. Their bodies were covered in spikes. The boy needed to be careful, getting too close to them was a stupid idea. The Warden’s previous experiences with humans they were all stupid. This boy seemed no different from the rest of them.
“Let’s see how you do now boy. Attack.” The warden commanded. The larger demons dropped to all fours charging straight for the male. Perhaps if the boy managed to survive the Warden may take him away from this location.

Seeing the Warden wasnt impressed with his display of power, and told him that his way of thinking would get him killed, he nodded. "Got it." He said, looking back to the demons who were wanting a piece of him still.
He knew he had alot to do still to make people respect him, and now was as good of a time as any. He saw the Warden allow two larger, spiked demons to come at him. Their spikes expanded as they charged at him. He quickly charged his Chaos energy into his feet, and used his projection technique to blast himself to their right, causing him to avoid their charge, as he had moved to their vulnerable sides.
He came to a stop on his feet as several orbs of white energy formed around him. As the Demons turned to face him, It gave Brandon time enough to put enough energy into his Glacial ice balls to power them up enough. The Demons attempted to charge at Brandon again, but he was ready, as he stormed the ground infront of the demons, causing it to freeze over. They started to fumble and slip over the ice, as brandon saw that his plan was working as he expected it to. He jumped up high over the demons as they tripped and fell onto their sides. When he landed, he saw they had what looked like weak under bellies, which was a potential weakness. But without his rifle, He didnt have much to attack with but what he had.
He charged up another fireball in his hand, and crushed it as well. Moments later, He fired his DragonStar at one of them, engulfing them in fire and explosions. He chuckled to himself thinking he had won again, but when the explosions subsided, He saw that they withstood the blast this time and were up on their feet, ready to charge again. "Oh good, I was hoping this wouldnt be that easy." He mumbled to himself as they charged at him again. But now Brandon had a different tactic He wanted to try out. His Gauntlet glowed, as the spikes on them extended to a much longer, and sharper point. This was the first time He was using his Dragon Thunder technique in a real battle, and hoped it would do the job he needed to do.
The Demons charged at Brandon again, and much to Malthael's surprise, Brandon ran right at them as well. It would look like Brandon was going to put his Few spikes up against the others, but Brandon would surprise him hopfully, as Brandon used his Projection technique to sky rocket above the pair. He then closed his eyes, as his Power level increased a small bit (10%), as he would then focus his energy into the next part of his attack. "Dragon Thunder!" He cried out, as the spikes on his Gauntlet soon electrified, and lightning bolts soon shot down in the close area around him, less then 2 meters away from him.
The bolts soared down to the ground below him, as well as the charging Demons that missed their mark. Their spikes attracted the bolts of lighting, as electricity slammed into both of them, causing them to fall down on their faces... Twitching as the electricity burned them from the inside out. Brandon came down, and landed on his feet behind the larger demons, as he would then turn his head to look at them to make sure they were down for good this time. The smell of burnt demon flesh filled the air, as the two large spiked demons were nothing but charred flesh now, and no signs of life either.
Looking back to Warden, He smirked. "Was that sufficient to your liking? It was a new technique I have been working on."

Malthael watched with interest as the male prepared himself to face the larger demons. It was not every day that someone down here kept the Warden’s attention. Most of the hell spawn were unworthy of his time. The only other creature he talked to was the Demon Queen. Who only wanted to speak to him when she needed something or was tired of torturing/killing her own. The male blasted himself to the right dodging away from the spiked demons. Seconds later several white orbs formed around the male. Malthael jumped backwards, giving the male more space to fight in. The moment the Warden jumped backwards, the gathering of creatures did the same.
No matter how bad they wanted to rip the tiny human limb from limb, they all knew better. The Warden had taken slight interest in the human. That only meant one thing. The human was his now and no one in all of Hell was going to bring harm to him. At least not if the Warden wanted it to happen. Watching as the ground suddenly froze, the demons losing their footing and falling. The Warden chuckled to himself and the mans action’s. Instead of just killing his opponents fast, he seemed to be toying with them. Perhaps this was his way of fighting everyone and perhaps that is why he ended up here.
The male once again crushed a fireball in his hand, using the same attack he had used just minutes before. The Warden stood silently as he launched his attack at the two, the male thinking he had won. Once the dust settled he would be in for a rude awakening as the spiked demons charged at him once again. Watching the human charge at the demons, then launch himself into the air. Malthael began to wonder what exactly he was up to. Soon everything would become clear. Two bolts of lightning descended from the sky, slamming into the heads of the spiked demons. Malthael watched as the demons burned from the inside out, the human had been impressive. Malthael would give no reaction to his performance and when the human asked if that was to his liking, he only had one response for him.
“You could have killed them faster than that, you may have survived against mindless creatures. Fighting against someone who has battle knowledge and doesn’t just want to see blood is harder. So Human follow me, no one is going to attack you. This place is insufficient for what I have planned for you next.” The Wadren said turning his back to the male. He knew that the sack of flesh would follow him.

Brandon listened to the Wardens response. It was actually expected from a man with such respect. When he ordered Brandon to follow him, he replied "Yes Sir." as he powered down his transformation to allow his body to relieve the stress the transformation put on it. After the Warden told him that fighting someone who wasnt a mindless beast was harder, he replied "I know Warden, I have had my own share of combat when I was still alive...Lost them all, much to my dismay. I want to change that now. I dont want to lose anymore at anything!" as he clenched his fist hard.
It was more resolve then frustration that made him say that. As he passed the feral demons, they seemed to avoid him as much as they did the Warden, although some looked like they still wanted a piece of him.
As they were walking, He looked to the Warden, and asked him "Sir, I was wondering... Have you ever heard of a 'Chaos Dragon'?"

As they were walking, the male began to speak. Referring to the Warder as “sir”. His manner of speaking was vastly different from what the Warden was used to. This boy still had a lot to learn and it seemed that Malthael as going to have to teach him. They had a long walk ahead of them and if the boy was insisting on talking. Malthael would have no choice but to respond. If a question was asked by this man then he was going to get an answer. He asked about a chaos Dragon, something that the Warden has never heard of. If these things existed it was before his time.
“Why do you ask of such things human? Have you encountered that type of creature before? If I had to guess it has something to do with that gauntlet that forms on your arm and the energy it produces.” The Warden explained to the human
There was something different about this human and if the Warden was going to waste him time training him. He was going to find out exactly what this human was. His energy felt different from the other humans that have fallen into his realm.
“About what you said prior to the Chaos Dragon. If you don’t want to lose at combat anymore then you are going to have to treat every fight like it is your last. Only the strong survive and only respect comes from power. Two things that I have learned over the many centuries that I have been down here. Listen to my words Human. Listen to them carefully and if you ever make it out of here. You may just be able to beat those that have beaten you before.” The warden explained as he quickened the pace.

As the Warden asked if Brandon had encountered such a creature, he nodded in reply "I have. It was stronger then anything I had imagined... It was capable of easily besting some of earths more powerful warriors..." He said, before he added "There are 7 Chaos Dragons all together, each a fragment of some.... 'God', that had been split apart by the ancient supreme beings well over 5000 years ago. Some fragments I think were idle enough through the centuries to take on their own forms. Some remained in Relics that bond to hosts and boost their powers."
He saw that Warden had quickened his pace, as Brandon sped up as well to match his pace. He held up his Ruby Bracelet to show Warden that the gem hummed with the strange energy. "Im currently host to the 'base' fragment, And the spirit that resides is named Verlith. Apparently, Hes the only spirit that has the capability to absorb the other spirits and combine the power of each one into his own, and in turn, my own power. One of the people on Earth have a different fragment... I was trying to gain that persons trust to get that other fragment, and increase my powers more. I dont know where the other fragments are.... They were more then likely scattered EVERYWHERE so they cant be collected by any one living person." He said, giving the Warden his story, hopefully not boring him.
"Verlith also seems to be able to control me at will, but lately I have been practicing holding him off when he tries to yank control from me. He tried to control me when you first appeared, though I do not know why... He thinks that Hell is much better for me then Heaven... More opportunities to harden myself." HE said, as he saw that some of the demons they walked by were seemingly following them.
As Warden gave him advice on how he should fight, It did make sense to him. He was somewhat soft when it came to fighting. He didnt fight like his life depended on it. Perhaps thats why he was losing? "I understand what you mean. All my short life, I have been fighting to just immobilze... To prevent further injury to myself... Perhaps I should always fight to kill... Except my friends.... Oh wait, I dont have any... Oh well." He said, as he had realized the fact that he hadnt made any friends since he had come to he present era of Earth. Of course, there was his fiance, who had died and vanished without his knowing, but Brandon didnt know she had passed.

Malthael continued to walk and simultaneously listen to Brandon explain the Chaos Dragons. When the male said the beast was capable of beating some of Earth’s most powerful warriors, the Warden couldn’t help but chuckle. There haven’t been anything power to come from Earth for a while. Every piece of trash that has come down here from that planet has always been the same. A crying, sack of meat. The human continued to explain that he hosted one of these fragments that he said earlier. Also that there was another soul on Earth that has possessed a piece. The human was trying to earn their trust and obviously failed in doing so.
“SO human why did you fail to gain the trust of this other human?” The Warden would ask, continuing his pace.
The human further explained that the thing inside of him was called Verlith and that one had the power to take in the others. Malthael began to realize that he was right. There was indeed something special about this human. He obviously has gotten into something that he is not prepared for. Which came to no surprise, humans were always taking on more than they can handle. That is why more and more of them were joining Malthael down here.
“Why are all humans so stupid. If he wanted to get this other fragment he should of just killed the other host. Judging by his power, it is possible the other person was stronger than him. Perhaps this male did try to take it with force and that is why he is now her.” Malthael thought to himself as Brandon kept going on.
It seemed that Verlith was trying to take control of the male. All Malthael could do was laugh. Thus human wasn’t even strong enough to keep the fragment in control. His hope for dropped a little after that comment. He went on to say that perhaps he should always fight to kill, probably the first smart thing he said.
“Going into every fight with the intent to kill is good, but not everyone needs to die. If you life is threatened, then that person deserves it. There are people that you will fight, and it will be up to you weather or not you kill them. Just make sure the more you kill people the more others will hate you. I would imagine gathering those fragments is going to be a lot harder, if everyone is trying to kill you for killing someone they knew.” Pausing for a brief moment
“We are almost where we need to be human. Just a little longer and I will see if you are in fact worthy of my full attention.” Malthael said

"I failed to gain her trust, because I died trying to do something that would of gained that trust. But alas, I was unprepared for the consequences of what I tried to do." He said, following the Warden to whichever place he was leading Brandon to. Perhaps to someplace that housed more efficient challenges that would prove his worth.
Listening to the Wardens words about how he should fight did make alot of sense to Brandon, as he scratched his chin. "Perhaps you are right. I might of been too soft when I was alive, but being too brutal would have its downside as well. Your saying that I should only kill if it is deserved, but I should be careful of the consequences of doing so?" He asked, looking to him.
His earlier thought was answered, as the Warden stated that they would soon be at the place where Brandon would prove to get his 'full attention'. While he wasnt sure what he had meant by that, but the fact that the Warden had kept him alive for as long as he did, was possibly a good sign for Brandons future. "Im not the only one after the fragments unfortunately... Dragons have been returning to Earth, searching for them. They are attracted to me like flies to honey. I have killed a few of them, and absorbed their souls, but it seems the more I kill, the more their strategies adapt to my methods for killing them. Some are even mutating to resist my powers."
He was then quiet for a few moments, before trying to figure out where they are going. "Where are we going exactly?"He asked, seeing if the Warden would either tell him outright, or keep it as a surprise.
"By the way... Please stop calling me Human. I have a name, and its Brandon." He said, getting a bit tired of being called by what he was. "Good way to get respect Brandon. Should of introduced yourself earlier." He suddenly heard in his head, and wondered why Verlith had said anything before. "Why were you so quiet Verlith?" He thought, making sure the Warden didnt hear any of their conversation, unless the Warden had Telepathic powers that Brandon was unaware of.
"I expected you to die back there with those Demons. You actually surprised me for a change." Verlith said, chuckling in the back of his mind, as Brandon made a fist and squeezed it. He was really getting pissed at having Verlith in his head, and wanted him gone so badly now...
