Ninjin tapped his fingers on the arm of the chair. Nope. That was it. The last shred of his patience had just slipped away right there. Waiting no longer had a point and everything had just set into place. Azuki, his son, was destroyed. Worse than killed he had been turned into a terrible creature and his soul had been eaten. Revenge plans were in the works. There was a need for an army and all around him bristled with potential.
“Willie?” The Saiyan called out to his most trusted, only trusted, ally. There would be no mistaking what Ninjin could mean by the call-out. The two had discussed what was about to occur. Despite knowing the truth about William Watson, and even having met the true William Watson, Ninjin found it hard to call the majin anything but. The former prince would not wait for Willie to answer. There was no need to wait in his ship any longer, and despite his comforting presence he would not wait for Willie to come with him either. This was something that no other could help with. If this was going to happen, it would be done by himself, and it would be done right. This was happening and it was happening now.
The time for revenge was at hand, though this was merely the onset of the journey. Ninjin flew gently from where Watson’s ship was floating and touched down on the surface of Beta. Prometheus Zex had relocated Alpha Prime to come and orbit around Belegost, a world in the same system as Mement Mor had been. Arctic had brought his own people and Beta shortly afterwards.
Slowly Ninjin brought his fists up to his sides. They clenched and he began to feel his muscles expand as he slipped easily into his Ultra-Super Saiyan form. His power tipped the scales at higher than any he had ever sensed before, and that included gods themselves. The dust and debris his aura shot into the air was threatening to make a tornado cloud, but it died down. The Super Saiyan looked around. It was time.
There would be no one on Beta who would be unable to sense the awesome might of Ninjin Hattori. His powering up would be like a giant sun appearing in in a dark ocean. Those that recognized him, as either Syn or Ninjin Hattori, would be in for quite the shock, but perhaps a lesser shock than those who didn’t. What was this power that eclipsed anything they had ever felt before?
Calmly Ninjin began to walk down the way, making pace slowly towards where Arctic’s grand palace was. The streets emptied as soon as the warrior had touched down, though now those brave enough were peeking out from windows and inspecting the not-so-newcomer. Word would no doubt reach Zex soon enough.
Ninjin stopped as he reached the gates of the district that separated Arctic’s palace from the rest of Beta. A massive shuffling sound made the Saiyan turn and with a start he realized he was being followed by hundreds of insanely curious aliens and Icejin.
Ninjin simply flew up and over the gate, smashing down hard on the other side. Once there he flew into the air until he stopped in front of Arctic’s palace.
“Arctic!” Ninjin’s voice boomed out. “I think it’s time you and I had a meeting.”
Ninjin would then wait, though his patience was at an all-time low. Arctic could no doubt feel the awesome power outside his door. Zex too no doubt felt Ninjin’s power and must be curious what could create such a signature, but Ninjin couldn't be certain. He had another target.

Arctic was sitting inside his palace, the move had gone without trouble. Arctic had figured it would, but it was still refreshing to know that nothing happened. He had sent down some soldiers to scout out the new planet. He wanted to find out immediately what Zex was going to do with this planet and if he needed to act accordingly. Arctic was still waiting for Zero to make his way back to Beta. It has been sometime since the two have interacted. He was interested to see what the android has learned and if he has gotten stronger. After all it was his money that had gone into his creation.
That is when he felt a massive power signature begin slowly approaching his palace. It was a power that he has never felt before. A power that was vaguely familiar but he couldn’t quit put his finger on it. It was at that very moment he began getting reports that a saiyan was approaching the palace. That the saiyan had merely flown over the gate and was inside the compound. The power had gotten the icejin lords attention and it was about time to find out who or what it was coming from.
Looking out his window Arctic saw and heard the voice of the prince of Saiyans, Ninjin Hattori. It has been a very long time since Arcitc had seen him on Beta minor. The last time was at the galactic tournament, which was some time ago. The saiyan yelled out his name and that it was time they had a meeting. Arctic just smiled.
“Who is out there Arctic and why are they shouting your name?” the queen asked entering the room.
“It is Ninjin Hatttori and it seems that he wants to have a meeting with me. By the looks of it I don’t think he is going to wait long.” Arctic said turning to face the queen. “I have a feeling this meeting isn’t going to be diplomatic, if he is like his father he will demand something, realize I am not going to give it to him then attack. Since that will more then likely be the case, I need you to leave this place as quickly as you can.” Arctic said leaving his wife and making his way outside the palace.
The doors opened and Arctic made his way outside. The massive power signature was defiantly coming from the Prince, now there was only the matter of finding out what the monkey wanted. “Well now that you have my attention, what is it you want Ninjin? Why do you enter my palace and demand a meeting with me?” Arctic asked, even though he thinks he knows why the prince is here.

In truth Ninjin Hattori had little desire to talk with Arctic. Arctic was a tyrant, and up until recently had been one of the most powerful in the galaxy, much like his own father had been. It was no doubt much like how he would be viewed in the eyes of history. That was fine with him. The Church would be eradicated, as would his enemies, whoever they were, and that included those that tried to stand in his way. How everyone else felt about him afterwards? They could take it up with him. There was however one thing that greatly separated the Icejin and the Sayian’s own father from Ninjin Hattori.
Neither had ever been this powerful.
Ninjin saw and felt his presence as Arctic appeared at the window and glanced out at him, though the Icejin did not come out right away. Instead he took a moment, though Ninjin couldn’t see why. It was probably to say one last goodbye to anyone else inside, if the Icejin was truly smart than he knew what was coming. A power this great didn’t just show up at your door for nothing.
Ninjin cocked his head as Arctic finally appeared and made his way out through the doors. To his credit the Icer tyrant seemed composed and not a bit afraid for his life despite the awesome power unlike anything he had no doubt felt before staring him in the face. Ninjin Hattori’s power had surpassed gods, ones he had met and sensed the power of, and the once mighty tyrant in front of him seemed to be no stronger than an infant child. Arctic asked his questions and Ninjin smirked.
There would be no need for words. With a speed of over two million he would surge forwards and attempt to grasp Arctics horns with both hands. The Icejin would barely have time to react enough to perhaps stumble but Ninjin would correct himself, so outclassed in even speed in this form was the future former king. Then with his entire might, a strength of over two million seven hundred thousand he would rip the creature’s head from its body.
Despite the Icer’s durability and not-insignificicant strength it did not measure up to half of Ninjin’s. There would be no running for Arctic, and no hiding. There was no need to mince words either. Arctic no doubt knew why the Saiyan had come-a-calling and if he didn't then it was his fault. Ninjin had no more patience or mercy, those that he killed that were good would be rewarded with eternal paradise and those that were evil would be sent to hell. He was not the one to judge. Yemma did that.
Ninjin had come to be King of Beta, Belegost, everything that would help him. He had great need for an army, and Arctic would never simply give in and hand his over. Too stubborn was he to see the heights of power that Ninjin would bring his race to in the galaxy, for who else could match the Super Saiyan's power? And if he had been willing to kneel? What little chance of that happening didn't matter, Arctic was the former king and some Icers would always remain loyal if he lived. It is better to be loved and feared, but if you cannot have both, choose feared. They would come to love him in their own time.
Arctic himself was the strongest of his race and that was how he had risen to power. Ninjin made him look like an insignificant flea. Who could deny Ninjin's rule? Arctic had taken control of the Icers when he had proven himself strongest. There was none in the galaxy stronger than Ninjin Hattori. They would resist at first, the ignorant ones. The smart ones would see that under Ninjin their future had never been brighter. Arctic could never do for them what Ninjin could, could never make Icejin a dominant race again. Not with his foolish politicking and headbutting with Zex. The Icejin would no doubt be happy to have a leader who was not some spineless glass cannon.

As Arctic stood before the Saiyan, waiting for a response. Even though he doubted that he was going to get one. Looking at Ninjin, it was very clear what his intent was. The Prince was not trying to hide it, even though he had only said a few words. Arctic knew why he was hear and he knew what was going to happen during this interaction. Stlll he would give the Saiyan a moment to tell his demands. There was no real reason to attack each other right away. Despite Ninjin’s reason for being here Arctic was going to see what he had to say, if he had anything to say at all.
The saiyan was still quiet, this is when Arctic knew that talking was not going to happen. This was going to be the last time Arctic stood on Beta Minor and he knew that. He also knew that he wasn’t just going to let Ninjin take over without a fight. Arctic had worked his whole life to lead his people. He may not have liked the other races of this universe, but he always made sure to do what was right for the Icejin race. Before Arctic knew what was actually going on, Ninjin charged at him with great speed. He closed the gap between the two faster then anything Arctic had seen before.
Immediately Arctic felt the Saiyans hands wrap around his horns. Arctic tried to pull away but to no avail. The strength of his opponent was far beyond anything Arctic had imagined before. That is when he felt his horns getting pulled. The strength that was behind the pull, had begun to rip and tear the muscles in the Icejin kings neck. Arctic felt the pain for a mere second before feeling nothing and his vision went black. The Saiyan would hole Arctic’s hand in his head. The icejin Lord was no more. The reign on Lord Arctic had come to an abrupt end.

There had been an incredible silence that had filled the space between the two powerful figures as they stared at each other. Arctic had just spoken and Ninjin had opted to let the words hang in the air between them as he judged the creature. There was no hiding what he was there for, and no reason to hold back either. Doing so would be a disservice to Arctic, toying with him rather than treating him like the power he was. That didn’t necessarily mean with respect. The Saiyan surged forwards with tremendous speed and did indeed grab hold of the Icer’s horns. Ninjin’s strength was too great even as Arctic realized what was occurring. The tyrant’s attempt to pull away harmed him more than it helped him and before Ninjin knew it his foe’s neck muscles had ripped and his spine gave way.
Ninjin Hattori was stuck holding the head of Arctic in his hands. It gave him a rush greater than perhaps anything he had ever felt before. Up until he had returned to life Arctic had been one of the strongest creatures in the galaxy. Ninjin Hattori had just shown up and ripped his head off as if had been nothing, attached to the creature’s body by no more than strings and good wishes. Ninjin glanced up at the palace above him. This would come to be his new home. Who could say otherwise? There was none on Omega with the power to match him. Arctic had been the closest, and to say he was dead was an understatement.
There was no need to wait. Those inside the palace could be dealt with at a later time, or not at all. It didn’t matter to him. The one who was strong enough to challenge him, Arctic, was dead and gone, no doubt to Hell. That thought did little to affect Ninjin. The king gave less than two thoughts about Arctic now, and so too would Beta. Ninjin touched off of the ground and back towards the way he came, covered with Arctic’s blood and holding his head. When he came to the gates he floated down in front of the crowd and stopped. They had no doubt been surprised when Arctic’s power had mysteriously faded, but those that had quick perception immediately caught sight of what the Saiyan was holding. There was scattered gasps followed by complete silence as Ninjin held up the head. Icer’s loyal to Arctic made as if to move, but those smarter in the crowd stopped them as Ninjin made to speak. They would do nothing to one of his power, why throw their lives away?
“Icejin of Beta! Workers for the PTO! People of Omega! Hear me! My name is Ninjin Hattori, and I am issuing dominion over all. Arctic, your former ruler, is dead.”
With that he would raise the head high into the air once more. There would be those that would cheer, glad to be under the rule of one so mighty, regardless of race. There would be those that would grimace, not happy with the change. There would be those that would shrug and note the passing of another position of power to perhaps an even more insane ruler. There would be none who made a sound as Ninjin rose to his max power, that of nearly 2.8 million, and stared out over them. Even those not trained in ki sensing would realize just how powerful the being standing in front of them was.
“For too long Arctic has let you lead stagnant lives! Let you atrophy into a shadow of your former selves! The PTO is but a mere figment of what it once was. The Icejin are a joke compared to what they once were! This is not your fault my people! Where an Icejin should have won the galactic tournament instead others found the strength to beat them. The fault lies not with you, the fault lies with him!” Ninjin raised the head in the air and there were more cheers this time. People always did love someone to blame for their problems.
“ He has led you down the path of ruin! He has made you into what you’ve become! Once the Icejin was the most feared race in the galaxy. So mighty were they that none could stand before you without fear of recompense. For too long Arctic had been allowed to dilute that strength. Prometheus Zex has been allowed by your king to hold tournaments, by your king to attempt to conquer planets, all while your Arctic was content to politick with him and let your position of power in the galaxy slip. I say your time has come again!” Louder cheers this time, with more gusto.
“I say no more!” Even more Icejin cheers now, say one thing about Ninjin Hattori, say he knows how to work a crowd. The pride of a race was a strong thing, so too was the charisma of the Saiyan destined and bred to rule. Even those before who had been in complete shock, who had been loyal to Arctic, began to nod and cheer along with other Icejin in the crowd.
“I will return you to a place unrivaled in the galaxy!” There was an even greater cheer from those gathered as those that had first been against began to fully turn. Other’s looked around in surprise, but there was no mistaking the power radiating from the creature in front of them, nor mistaking the horned head in his hands.
“I will return your name to one whispered in awe, or spoken in reverence! No longer will the Icejin be a people that butt heads with others for a place in the galaxy! You are in my protection now. You are my people now, and I will protect you to my death!” More nods, more cheers, more pride offered and taken greedily. The thought of a protection many times greater than even Arctic was a tantalizing one in this galaxy so full of war and violence. The destruction of a planet so near to one they were moving to had unnerved a great deal of Icejin and Beta residents. To make matters worse reports had not stopped coming in of the Icejin attack on Earth and now they were a people more persecuted and feared than ever. This creature, seemingly a god appeared before them and offered them protection. Some began to kneel. [/color]
“You are safe, and you are welcome. Sense my power and know my words to be true. There is no power in the galaxy stronger than mine. There is no one that can rival my might. Arctic, the strongest many of you have ever seen, I now hold in my hands. I do not do this to frighten you, or to threaten you. I do this to liberate you!” Ninjin once again held the head up high and there came a cheer from the crowd. An Icejin female stepped forwards and caught Ninjin’s eyes. She was unlike the rest, with purple skin that was almost pink. Her tradition Icejin armor was a purple and white, though a darker purple than her skin. Her face was stunningly beautiful. A purple cloak covered her shoulders. Their eyes met and Ninjin noticed they were a deep red. The female did not look like a regular Icejin, which had taken Ninjin aback for a moment. She was stunning, but there was an intensity in her stare as well, and a playing smile on her lips. She too, knelt and the king lost sight of her in the crowd. Those gathered were all kneeling now, whether they were worshiping him, fearing him, or were just caught up in the crowd fervor Ninjin didn’t care. Beta was his now.
“With Arctic’s power he rose to subjugate you. With my power let me free you! I may not be of the same race, but I am of the same spirit. Together we can conquer the galaxy.” The rose a cry that drew others out into the streets. The crowd peeled off, each one full of the pride that Ninjin had instilled in them. One by one the spread the news through the streets and it covered the station like wild-fire. Arctic was dead, Ninjin Hattori, of a power that few could even fathomed, had taken his place. Ninjin turned and faced in the direction of Alpha. Willie had no doubt enacted his mission. There was one thing left for Ninjin to do.
“My people, for too long your enemy has been allowed to live next door, unabashedly waving his power and money in your face.” The crowd began to boo. Prometheus Zex was no well-liked among the Icejin. “For too long he has been allowed to remain in power, a very insult to your people!” Even heavier booing now. From in the crowd there came shouts to “string him up.” Ninjin nodded.
“At this very moment my ally William Watson is working to take Alpha from Zex. I will go and join the fight. As I have slain Arctic so too shall I slay any that threatens our power in the galaxy, for we will be an empire unmatched.” As he said the words a ship appeared over orbit of Beta. Nearly too little too late, but the signal had been sent while Willie and he had been waiting. The Iblisian’s had been surprised to hear that their king was still alive, but they had not given up hope on him just yet, having only heard unconfirmed rumors. The world-ship appeared above Beta and those gathered looked up and gasped.
“Do not fear my people! In an effort to make us even greater, even stronger, I have pooled my might together and brought it here! Look to the sky and that ship and know you are looking at your allies, the Iblisian’s. I too am king of their people. Look to the sky for hope. When I have dealt with Zex and Wrath I will return.” A great cheer went up from those gathered, word spread quickly of a celebration to be planned upon the Saiyan, and his ally’s, return. and it seemed to reverberate around Beta. Ninjin smiled and rocketed forwards, as quick as his two million speed would carry him. Whether it was his charisma or holding the head of Arctic within his hands, he had won over the people. If at least for now.
PL please.
