King Ivan smirked. He was amused by the current turn of events. Model Zero had been the only one among them who had witnessed Ona act in a violent demeanor back in Mement Mor, but the scientist never thought he would have had the chance to see the former cardinal in action –or somewhat close to it. For individuals such as himself, he could not sense the energy signatures of others, thus Ivan had no real way of gauging just how competent a person was until he saw them in action; not to say he could have sensed Ona’s energy regardless. Even if he bothered with purchasing a scouter for himself and quantified the power displayed, they were complete gibberish to him.
The extent of the scientist’s observations was superficial: how Dr. Kokoro collapsed and tossed her shoe at the android, charged towards a table and lunged at the tank imprisoning her daughter; how Ona intercepted the flying shoe without so much as a flinch and tossed it back tenfold. The shoe struck the back of Dr. Kokoro’s neck and knocked the woman out before she could graze the glass with the tool she snatched. The events that had transpired so sporadically set his heart ablaze with joy and excitement. Ivan, as King of Lupin IV and creator of Model Zero, might have questioned the confidence with which Ona gave Zero an order, but he was too enthralled with her actions to even notice.
Zero glanced at his master, as if waiting for confirmation. Yes, Zero, do as she asks. Is what he expected to hear, but Ivan did not address the matter. “Not at all,” Ivan said. “I agree with you completely, some savages won’t listen to reason. I would’ve done the same thing.”
Model Zero took his silence as approval and approached the fallen woman, placing her on the table as requested. “Are you going to dissect her too?”
Zero raised an eyebrow, indicating that he questioned such decision if his assumption was correct. He did not believe they would learn much from dissecting the woman. As Muneate’s creator, what lay within her mind was most important. Drugging the woman and torturing her just as they did with the bio-android would give incentive to cooperate with them. If Ona decided to dissect Dr. Kokoro, she risked killing the woman and losing all the potential information she kept from them.

As Zero did as she commanded, Ona took note. No confirmation had come from Ivan to follow her orders which told her two things. One, he would listen to her, at least in some situations and two he still had the ablity to make his own decisions free of input from Ivan. Locking that information away with the rest she had stored within her endless databanks of memory files, the ex-cardinal heads towards the table that the woman had been laid out on. Looking her over once, the index and middle finger of her right hand extend to press against the woman’s neck. Counting silently she made sure the woman’s pulse was strong. Satisfied, her hand moves towards the straps along the operating table. As she began to strap the doctor down, she addresses Zero’s question.
“Of course not. Dissecting her would teach me nothing I do not already know, save any disease or abnormality I might find within her. Most of her kind are the same when it comes to basic functions. Her mind is what interests me. I only seek to restrain her so she does not damage lab equipment or manage to hurt herself. Like with most animals, precautions need to be taken. Don’t you agree Ivan?”
Her eyes darting over to the scientist gone king as he hands secured the last of the restraints. Dr. Kokoru’s arms and legs had a strap secured around each, two more straps going across her stomach and forehead. Double checking the last of the bindings for any weakness in the device, she turns to face the scientist.
“I do have freedom to do with her as I please, correct? Like with Muneate I can promise her survival, but not necessarily what state she survives in. The information locked with her mind has the potential to be of great benefit. There is a very real possibility it will give me insight into creating something similar to Muneate.” Blinking as she finishes the statement, the action superficial, eyes otherwise locking with that of Ivan. She had to wonder, did he know she knew as much as she did about Model Zero?

The scientist nodded solemnly. Strapping their subjects was of utmost importance. While Zero could have figured it out through logical reasoning, he did not possess the experience and certainty that Ivan and Ona had. In his early years an aspiring scientist, Ivan had spoiled many specimen due to his carelessness and inability to foresee events. Biological creatures were unpredictable beings, especially when they felt threatened and the adrenaline starts rushing through their veins, especially someone like Dr. Kokoro who had proven to be a reckless woman. In her state of desperation, the woman would no doubt hurt herself and possibly damage lab equipment. Surely, Ona would have none of it. The scientist would nod once more as the former cardinal confirmed her freedom and sovereignty over current operations. Having strapped and secured the woman on the table, he had complete and well-earned confidence in Ona’s abilities. Ivan might even admit that she was better than him; lacking a pulse, androids were much more precise than living beings for their bodies were uniform and predictable. Heck, doctors used machines in the medical field to perform the most acute surgical procedures which would have been –otherwise- impossible to do by hand alone.
“Dr. Kokoro is of no consequence to me, do with her as you please. My only concern is the wealth of information that lies in her mind, if you can extract that much, I care not for her safety.” Ivan said. Soon after, AEVA leaned over the man’s ear and started whispering. Ivan’s eyes widened, the expression of a man who had forgotten to attend pressing matters. Ivan cleared his throat. “Well, I believe I’d just take up space if I remain here. There is nothing left for me to do. Model Zero will remain and report to me everything you have discovered. Meanwhile, I’ve a planet to govern!” Ivan grinned widely at the androids surrounding him. For once in his life, he was the man in charge –he didn’t have to kiss up to anyone except himself. The man was indeed in a state of euphoria and utter bliss. Without another word, Ivan turned and escorted himself out of Ona’s Laboratory with AEVA in tow. What remained of Muneate and Dr. Kokoro were left entirely up to Ona and Model Zero.

With the human secured on the table and still quite unconscious, Ona was able to give the good Ivan her full attention. While he was pleased with his current station in life, she was quite pleased with where she found herself. Well, perhaps found herself was not the most accurate way to put it. Through a series of events with much influence on her own part, she was in this location at this time. Like with the Universal Church of One the android had done well to bargain for her needs and acquire was she wanted, even if it was in agreement with another. For all she cared Ivan could rule over a dozen worlds, it mattered little to her. What she cared about was furthering her research with fresh subjects and items for experimentation. Given enough, she was confident she would be able to create another android much like herself, far more advanced than your average mechanical humanoid.
As the two of them were left alone, Ona decided to run a test, not on the woman strapped to the table, but on Model Zero. Walking along the side of the unconscious woman, the ex-cardinal glances from her to the equally subdued Muneate before her eyes finally come to rest on the red armored android.
“Tell me Zero, what do you think is the best way to pull the information we want from her mind?” Ona knew exactly how she felt about life and was confident she knew Ivan’s opinion. Either of them would do what they needed to do to get the information from the woman, regardless of what it might do to her. Ona had for the most part made up her mind of how to proceed, but would not pass up an opportunity to gain insight into her counterpart.

With Ivan out of Ona’s Laboratory, Model Zero was left to act as a spectator to the occasion. The android stood silently beside the table, observing the now strapped scientist as she lay in unconsciousness. Zero pondered many times what it was like on the other side of one’s image. All life-forms, like Dr. Kokoro seemed to experience another world similar yet far from their own. Their physical bodies were always present, laying where it had been before, yet their minds seemed to enter a whole other universe. Zero confirmed this himself in one of his own little experiments. He would stand next to Dr. Ivan while he slept or even break into a strangers home during the night, and he would stare at them until they were about to wake. Each time, their bodies remained on their beds despite the many things which might have occurred within their mind. However, no matter how many times Zero closed his eyes, nothing happened. He wondered whether this ‘dream world’ was anything like the visions he had been receiving during meditation.
Ingrained with his thoughts, Zero had not registered Ona strolling beside the unconscious woman as she shift her gaze from the scientist, to the bio-android, to the android. It was only after hearing his name that his eyes lifted, granting the former cardinal his undivided attention. His gaze dropped onto Dr. Kokoro once again as Zero considered her question. The woman’s face swerved to the side, her lips parting as if she were muttering something in her sleep. She would wake soon. The first thought that reached Zero had been rejected as they had already attempted it. Ivan offered the woman freedom if only she cooperated –lies, of course, but she wouldn’t have known that. Dr. Kokoro proved to be a strong and relentless woman, too stubborn for her own good. They could try to break her; torture her into submission, but the android had an inkling that the woman’s body would give in before her mind. Zero looked at Ona and then stopped on Muneate, the bio-android which now floated in a tank with blissful ignorance of her surroundings.
“We use her daughter,” he concluded. “King Ivan has already offered her freedom and she rejected. Further inspection implies that the woman would die upon torture before we get any useful information. Her concern lies with her only daughter, making her a susceptible tool for our purposes.
Unless Ona had been considering the same method to extract the scientist’s thoughts, she might have thought it barbaric. However, Model Zero did not know of any other method which could extracts a person’s thoughts. Whether such technology existed was beyond his knowledge. A person’s mind was perhaps the safest and most hands-off place to store information, as it could not be accessed without the individual’s consent –unlike computers, which were easily deciphered.

“Correct. Considering how unstable her mind appears to be, anything sort of deal made with the woman would be pointless. Either she would not be rational enough to agree or she would simply break the agreement once she had received what she wanted. So, we shall use her daughter, that creation in the tank against her, but you have left out one very small detail. In this lab that Ivan has so graciously set up for me, there are a variety of chemicals and possible mixtures that will aid in breaking down her mental resistance. Organic minds are quite weak really, the chemical dependencies they have making them predictable in many ways even if you cannot hack into them like a system.” In her time Ona had experimented on a variety of races and tested many of them for their resistances to a number of toxins and solutions. Some were just far to powerful and turned the subjects brain to mush while others induced hallucinogenic episodes. Thankfully she had learned from her tests and felt she knew exactly what needed to be used.
Stepping away from the still unconscious woman, the android moves to a machine. The part she stepped up to was a terminal similar to the one which controlled the tank Muneate was stored in. Fingers dancing over the keys as if she had used it a thousand times before, the screen begins to display a list of chemicals, all measured out in percentages of a complete mixture. Most would probably be foreign to Model Zero, yet they were many typical chemicals that one might find in a lab built for the study of living specimens. Designed to tranquilize and inhibit the subject to different degrees, Ona mixes them for the desired effect. She wanted to keeps the girl in a haze, but also open her mind to suggestion. Reducing her to such a state might grant them access to the knowledge they sought and ultimately would do no damage to her psyche.
Pressing the final button to enter the formula, Ona looks back to Zero. The machine attached to the terminal lets out a small hiss as it begins its work. Connected to it was a large cooling system, multiple chemicals and compounds stored within it. No that she had entered the appropriate input the device would do the rest, having her desired mixture in a few minutes. “This will assist, yet not damage her brain. In her own way she is quite intelligent and I do not wish to lose her as a subject just yet. Do you plan to stay around for the session or does your Master require that you do some menial task?”

Model Zero’s eyebrow perked up as his android counterpart responded, “… But you have left out one very small detail,” she said. “In this lab that Ivan has so graciously set up for me, there are a variety of chemicals and possible mixtures that will aid in breaking down her mental resistance. Organic minds are quite weak really, the chemical dependencies they have making them predictable in many ways even if you cannot hack into them like a system.” Zero would have never thought they possessed such chemicals within the facilities. He was not scientific, like his master and peers; he was a soldier who worked on the field. Outside of fighting, the android’s skills were best used for reconnaissance and detective work. He knew how to get the answers he wanted from his targets, but none of them were as easy as Ona implied.
Curious, Zero followed the woman as she began to tatter away at the keys of a nearby terminal and glanced at the monitor. Having resided within a lab environment for the grand majority of his existence, Zero was able to identify some of the compounds listed on the screen with their percentages and concentrations, but most of them were just hieroglyphs with no meaning to him. The android was also familiar with basic chemical concepts such as molarity and balancing chemical reactions. In fact, with the right tools and technique, he could have probably developed the mixture Ona had been producing if she provided him with a list of ingredients –not nearly as efficient, but reasonably close.
Having finished entering the formula, Ona pressed a button and turned to him. Zero was still focused on the machine, observing as it hissed and geared into motion. His eyes then wandered its surface and began to notice for the first time how complex it truly was. Maybe not… he thought, retracting his claim for chemical savvies. It even had a countdown on the screen with the approximate waiting time. His eyes shifted to meet Ona, whom stood in front of him. “This will assist, yet not damage her brain,” she explained. Zero nodded. “In her own way she is quite intelligent and I do not wish to lose her as a subject just yet. Do you plan to stay around for the session or does your Master require that you do some menial task?”
Zero shook his head. “No, I am to remain here as a passive observer and aid you if required.”
Suddenly, their attention was strung to the awakened Dr. Kokoro as she shuffled in the table. “Release me!” she barked, pulling on the straps with all the might she could muster. The length of each strap were minimal, leaving the scientist with little room to budge. Her body was stuck in place with nowhere to go. “I swear I’ll kill you all!” The woman swiveled and churned, frantically trying to locate the individuals whom kept her in captivity, but her eyes saw nothing but machines and blinding lights overhead.

“Very well.”Was the only response from the android to his decision to stay. Part of her wondered if Ivan had actually ordered the android to observe her at some point and he was merely fulfilling an order. Either way it really didn’t matter, she would carry on just the same. Ona did not trust Ivan, she didn’t trust anyone, but she had always carried on as if she did. Even when serving the Universal Church of One she had never truly trusted Warlock despite the power and influence she held. No matter whom she worked for or what organization she was a part of, the blue eyed machine was looking out for herself. As long as she continued to exist and was allowed to continue her research, she had succeeded.
With the Doctor now conscious once more, the interrogation was soon to begin. Ona herself would perform it, letting Zero watch and add comments as he might wish pending they did not prove counterproductive. All in all she gained some of what she sought, the long hours they spent questioning the drugged woman proving fruitful, but she was no font of knowledge just yet. Drugs worked, but they could not force information, only make the mind more open to suggestion and giving it. Silently she wondered if perhaps she could invent something that forcefully pulled knowledge from an organic brain. Such a device would most likely leave the subject in shambles, perhaps comatose, but that would be worth it if the desired information was worth it.
Hours later, Dr. Kokoro was heavily sedated and Ona stood with a hand gripping her chin as she looked the woman over. Vital signs seemed stable, the woman having been exhausted by the time the interrogation process was over. Pressing one last button on the terminal, entering the command to keep the woman on IV and under sedation, Ona turns to look at Zero. Blinking several times, she looks him up and down as if assessing him. If she had real life in her eyes, he might have seen her brain working behind them, but the glass-like crystals that were her eyes had no true emotion in them.
“Do you wish to see something?” The question coming suddenly and its vagueness perhaps striking Zero as odd. Would he actually have his own curiosity to take it further? As much as it was strange, it was another test to see how the “android” would react.

The woman kicked and panicked, trying to break free from the straps which held her onto the cold and merciless table. She had awoken just in time for the interrogation as both Ona and Zero had turned to observe her. Model Zero approached the captive, standing beside her and looking down. Dr. Kokoro seemed to settle down slightly; having a target for her anger must have watered down her anxiety. Her eyes narrowed as she glared at the red metal man and studied his face. She burned the image of the android’s face as if she would have a chance to track him down later. Unfortunately for her, it was unlikely that she would ever see the light of day again.
“I’ll try this one more time,” Zero spoke, breaking the silence. Dr. Kokoro bared her teeth at him like a wild animal. If only she could get close enough, she might rip his neck off like one too. “Tell us what we wish to know. This is your last warning.”
The woman’s eye’s widened slightly as the android offered her a way out. What Model Zero implied was a free passage. Tell them what they wished to know and she might be able to live a moderately calm life with her daughter again. It was the same offer Ivan had offered, and now it was presented to her again. From the look of her surprised visage, Zero felt confident that the woman had finally given in to reason; however, that belief lasted only as long as it took for her passive expression to contort into a snarl.
Ptui!
The woman spit at the android’s face. Zero stared at her unfazed by the saliva now dripping down his face. “Very well,” he said, turning away to grab a cloth and wipe his face clean. He looked to Ona and nodded once. They were now ready to commence the operation.
Hours later, the woman had been heavily sedated and exhausted by the interrogation process. Zero stood silently in the background as he watched Ona study the woman for vital signs. It wasn’t until the android looked back at him and broke the sudden silence that his eyes seemed to regain life –as if he had been previously absent. As bizarre as her question might have been, there was nothing to think about. Zero would approach her without hesitation. It was not exactly trust –assuming he could experience such a thing, it was more confidence. He was not the same man Ona faced off against in Mement Mor. Although either one could have come out victorious back then, it was no longer the same in the present. With the former cardinal spent most of her time studying and performing complex experiments, Zero honed his skills. Not only was if completely illogical for Ona to attack him, but there was nothing she could do. Or so he thought…

With Zero in tow, the female android heads towards the far edge of her lap. Leaving the Doctor where she was and still having Muneate secured in her own tube, there was no danger of either of them doing anything close to escaping. In her lab she had control over anything, many devices able to connect directly to her if she so chose. So far Ivan had done well to let her do as she pleased, experimenting and studying without interruption. Thanks to that freedom she had been able to work on as many side projects as she desired. One of those little side projects was what she was about to show him now. Making it to the eastern side of the lab, the half that was still quite dark, Ona turns on the lights with a mental command. Before them stood another tube much like the one that held Muneate, except for the fact it was not transparent. Instead of the clear glass like the other test tubes a sheet of metal appeared to cover the glass. The protective feature was actually incorporated to all of the tubes, but had not yet been needed. It had been used on this particular tube not for safety reasons but for privacy reasons. Not having had a full look at Zero’s design and the abilities incorporated into his being, he might have been able to see in low light situations. This experiment was hers and hers to reveal, wandering eyes were not allowed in her lab. Ona presented only what she wanted the others to see. The reason she was showing him this now was because she had finished, there was no objection that could change what she had done. “I have been working on something of my own design since I arrived here. As androids we were created by another. In my opinion it is only natural that we seek to modify and create our own life. Tell me Zero, do you recognize this individual?” With that Ona taps a button on the terminal near the tube. With a hiss of hydraulics and a small puff of steam the metal plates surrounding the tube would slide away, revealing the suspended creature inside. Like Muneate in her tank, the creature had been sedated up until now, but that was no longer the case. With one keystroke Ona had revealed what was in the tube and also awakened it. (I figured let Shun describe himself and such. )

The creature woke up with as much life in him as a zombie. His chest slowly rising and falling, raising his head up and down. The creature felt his eyes open slowly like heavy weights. Everything was bleary and blurred, like a watercolored painting. He blinked slowly, and things focused slightly more. The creature closed his eyes and steadied his breathing. Shun has awaken. He has very big expressive black eyes, a tiny and slender build, with an innocent look. But there was something different about him... different in the ways that resemble a large rodent. A rabbit. A living, Rodent-Sapient. His hands were still normal looking, but had tiny claws. Basically his hands stayed the same as did his brain, and his large eyes, and his organs. His skeleton was much more flexible it seemed. He has a pair of incisors (teeth located in the front of the mouth) and there is a large space between the incisors and the cheek teeth that is used for grinding up food. The boy has long powerful legs, adding height to him (5'3 and now it is 5'6), his saiyan tail is more fluffy and bushy now and he has long bunny ears on top of his head and huge bunny feet. Other than that.. he looked like a saiyan teenage boy.
The boy opened his eyes again, strangely, no panic gripped him, but adrenaline coursed through his body all the same. Carefully using his hands he struggles, lifting his left hand onto the window of the tube he was encased in, trying to process what was going on.

As Model Zero approached the former cardinal, she advanced to the darker depths of her laboratory. It became so dark the android could no longer make out the outline of Ona’s body. It was so dark he could not see his own hands in front of his face. Ivan hadn’t installed night vision onto Zero as his other abilities seemed to cover that weakness. Although the android could not see his surroundings, he could most certainly sense it with his awakened ki. He could also discern Ona’s location by the sound of her footsteps and his built-in scouter’s feedback. It was an odd sensation. It was almost like Zero could feel his surroundings for the first time. He could feel Muneate in her chamber, her eternal slumber just beginning; Dr. Kokoro, the bio-android’s mother, resting on the tabletop as they left her, whose fate had yet to be determined.
Then, for the first time, he felt a new being standing right in front of him. Ona? Zero thought immediately, but that was impossible. Ona was an android like him, there was no way she could possess a ki signature of her own –then again, maybe this was what she wanted to show him… An instant later, the lights flickered on at once and Zero realized the energy signature was not coming from Ona herself, but a reinforced test tube. The object had been enclosed by a metallic covering which implied Ona did not wish for anyone to see what she had been working on. Zero didn’t mind. Instead he pondered, “What is this?”
“I have been working on something of my own design since I arrived here. As androids we were created by another. In my opinion it is only natural that we seek to modify and create our own life. Tell me Zero, do you recognize this individual?”
After tapping on a button, steam hissed from the hatch as the metallic plates parted and revealed the creature floating inside. It had pitch black eyes and long hair, big eyes, large ears. Ona implied he would recognize it, but Zero had no idea what he was looking at. The android pressed his hand on the glass just as the creature did and studied its baffled expression. Zero couldn’t help but realize this was the first time he had witnessed the birth of another being. “What is it?” the android inquired, glancing back at Ona for a moment before shifting his gaze back to the creature. Gears still shifting, the liquid in which it was suspended soon began to drain from the test tube and Zero took a step back realizing it was about to open.

Ona did not miss Zero's choice of words. "What is it?" Instead of "Who is it?" While the android might not have intended to dehumanize the creature he had done just that with three words. Perhaps he and Ona were even more alike than she had originally hypothesized. It begged to question how he might feel about others. Of course organic beings were inferior to them, yet he served one. Whether by choice at this point or confusion, Ivan did have a way with words, an inferior being was Model Zero's master. She hoped one day that would change, but it was not something she was going to force. Experimentation often required patience and the ex-cardinal had plenty of that.
"I have been testing the compatibility of Saiyan genetics. Through my travels and years in the stars,I have encountered many different races. These creatures vary like one might expect, but I have noticed a similarity between more than a few. Most races cannot mix with others, their DNA structure simply not allowing it. Saiyans appear to be the exception, their genetic makeup allowing them to bridge the gap between separate codes." The android's tone akin to that of a teacher explaining to a student.
"Many Half-Saiyans are a mixture of Saiyan and Human genes, this is a fact. However, through my research it is the Saiyan side that allows the pairing. I have not found other examples of half humans in my studies thus far while half saiyans are surprisingly common. Based on that hypothesis I wanted to attempt altering one of my own. Obviously having no reproductive organs, I had to take a more scientific approach. Through genetic manipulation I was able to splice in rabbit's DNA with that of this boy, something that should be quite obvious." Standing alongside Zero the female android was rather pleased with herself. Ultimately her goal was to create life, this was a step in that direction
As she spoke the liquid in the tube was fully expelled, leaving the sopping wet creature free to move as it wished within the glass. A hand would gently grab for Zero's shoulder as Onan steps back, another loud hiss coming from the tank as the glass surrounding Shun lowers. For the most part the boy was free to do as he wanted, within reasonable standards of course. The pair of androids were in no immediate danger from the creature and if he attempted anything could easily be restrained. For the first time in a while, Shun was allowed to chose his next move.

...Beep...Beep...Beep...
Shun blinked, Poker faced as his sight was very blurry and unclear. Soon enough though, the world came into focus as the tube drained. As his wet hair hangs limply around his face, He could hear the the sounds of devices going off. He stared off into the distance, deep in thought, Trying to remember what he was last doing. He remembered being sent to Alpha Prime and the promise he had made to his mother. He remembered the rigorous excersize's he was put through during his time with Ivan on Alpha Prime. He remembered his bunny.. What he did not know was how long was he out for and how he got in a tube. The boy began to wonder how he had ended up in this situation. It all felt like waking up from a weird dream and he begins to focus on his current surroundings. Oddly enough though he was still pretty relaxed.
...Beep...Beep...Beep...
He looks in the reflection of the tanks window. He see's a boy with rabbit-like features... It looks like him but it doesn't click in his head. Not just yet. The moment had stretched though, and he eventually realized that it wasn't just his eyes playing wild tricks on him. He was indeed the boy in the reflection and he was startled beyond belief! He could now feel his arms and legs, along with his torso. His heart rate slowly picked up. His breathing was audible. It dawned on him that he was completely different than what he once was. The saiyan boy's highly acute hearing made his rabbit ears on top of his head twitch and his gaze turned to look at the owner of the voice's that spoke. The voices came from nowhere and everywhere it seemed. He did a double take once he saw Ona and Zero. Blinking in bafflement and tinged with fear, He was completely confused. As Shun looks back at his reflection he shivered with a sudden chill that had nothing to do with being cold. He had to swallow hard before he could speak again. "h-how long have I been out... And can you shut.. the beeping noise off... its hurting my ears.." Shun asked while fumbling and stepping out of the pod, falling to his hands and knee's. he looks up at Zero and Ona with an odd expression. "C-can you help me up?" He reaches his right hand up to both Ona and Zero.

Zero studied the specimen as Ona continued to explain her research to him. Honestly, she was wasting her breath. Everything she spoke of went over the android's head, only Ivan -and perhaps AEVA, could truly appreciate the extent of skill and knowledge required to accomplish the splice of a saiyan with a rabbit. The only question lurking in Zero's mind was, why a rabbit? Unless Ona had her own scientific method for justifying the materials used in her creation, Zero wagered that it might have been a personal request from none other than Ivan himself. As his female counterpart presses on his shoulder, Zero steps away from the chamber as steam hissed from the ground and released the water-logged creature. Water drips on the cold metal floor. Zero watched as the the boy stumbled and dropped to his knees. His long rabbit ears could barely stand with the weight of all its absorbed water. The android raised an eyebrow as the creature looked up and reached for a hand, however, Zero had no intention of helping him.
His built-in scouter activated, reading the boy's power-level. Impressive, he thought. However, the android would not move an inch. "My scouter indicates you possess significant power, you have two feet and two hands, use them."
Soon enough, the boy would realize he was inside a cold place isolated from the world, accompanied by two cold androids. Only the immediate area was illuminated by light, there was a clear boundary between their surroundings and the dark abyss. One's iris would shrink with the presence of so much light, making it appear like everything else which was not in their circle of light, was just a bleak emptiness. There were two other sources of light, however, far in the western part of the laboratory -from where they had arrived, it was the table on which Dr. Kokoro had been resting, and the chamber in which Muneate had been enclosed.
