With his return to Earth and his brother at his side once again, Ethan could now call together the major players in his organization. The purpose for the gathering was for all of the members who hadn't met to do so and for them to be briefed on the next phase of operations. For several months now the group had been gaining members, resources and intelligence at a frightening pace, by this time there wasn't an company, law firm or indeed even a household in the world that didn't have agents running or working within it. F.R.E.E. was now wide spread enough to be the closest thing to a world government since the reign of the last monarch. Since his murder at the hands of the Saiyan queen herself there was very little organized government, the world was now nothing more then a collection of city-states, all of whom were supposed to answer to a planetary governor, but no such governor had ever set foot on the planet. Earth was slowly digressing into the ancient west and it was all thanks to their would be protectors. F.R.E.E. though stood in a position to change all of that, with the broadcast set to air this very evening, Ethan intended to pull the scattered masses together and unify them under one banner for one cause, their freedom from the oppression they'd suffered these many months and the slow degradation of their planet. Earth, whether it's people knew it or not, was standing on a precipice, shoving them forward into a pit of slavery and decay were the Saiyans that had assaulted them. Now was the time Earth would be united and push back. The Saiyan's queen had justified her malicious attack by saying Earth was too weak to defend it's self and that it 'needed' her protection and guidance. For the past seven months though she had done neither, save for the occasional propaganda broadcast, vain attempts to counter the weekly reports F.R.E.E. broadcast about the true condition of the world. Well now was the time that Earth would prove that it needed no such guidance and that it was more then capable and willing to defend it's self.
His preparations for the radio program this evening complete, Ethan sent word to Mr. Brown to have everyone he'd listed to gather at his boat. The pristine, white and black craft was this evening, floating off the shores of yet another nameless island, far from their center of operations so that once more the signal could not be tracked back to their headquarters. Ethan himself had dressed uncharacteristically well for the evening's events, donning dark blue suit trousers and at the moment, an unbuttoned white suit shirt. He stood on the aft deck of the boat, taking in the evening air as he waited for his guests to arrive.
