The bustle of the crowd pulled Kurosanai from the space transport. He stumbled forward with a back pack firmly secured to his back. His dark hair cascaded over his face as the races of aliens pushed past him. The variety of aliens that he had simply seen on the ride over to the Omega Collective was astounding. Some had horns, others scales, and there were blue ones and greens ones. Most of them had paid no attention to Kurosanai; after all he appeared to be just some regular human that was far away from home. Little did they know he was soon to be one of the entrants in the tournament that would crown one of the strongest warriors in the galaxy. Izanami had drilled it into his skull that he would soon be competing not only for the honor of the Muzai but also representing Earth as a faithful warrior. She had arranged somehow for Kurosanai to receive blessings from various celebrities around the planet and even received a slight endorsement from the Fuhrer King’s administration. All of that was for Izanami’s goal however not Kuro’s.
“This place is strange…” Kurosanai said as he found a safe spot to stand outside of the traffic of the crowd. He had always dreamt of travelling beyond Earth and seeing what was out there but he never actually thought he would be able to especially with the fact that he was the face of the clan. But here he was millions of miles away from home looking to compete against the best in the galaxy. There was no telling what he was going to end up facing here.
It was that idea that fueled the fire and desire to compete even more. He knew of humans obviously, and had some interactions with Saiyans but he had only heard of stories about what else actually laid out in the stars. He had heard of stories of green men from a distant planet that could regrow limbs like it was nothing and could hear from planets away. Kurosanai would love to meet one of those creatures while he was in the tournament as they sounded interesting. Perhaps they could teach him to regrow an arm or leg if the circumstance ever presented itself. He had also heard terrible nightmarish stories about lizards that could transform and bubble gum creatures that could eat everything in sight in terrifying fashion. It was these stories that his mother had always told him about in an effort to help make him stay at home. Of course it was his father’s job to make it sound like he could take any of these creatures in a one on one fight. That fact was farther than the truth than his father would like to admit to.
“I will make a name for myself here. Just like Izanami wants me to and I will make my parents proud. And if I happen across some lovely alien ladies well that is a bonus.” Kurosanai laughed to himself knowing that he was about as smooth as sandpaper. “Now where is that check in station,” He said as his eyes scanned the streets until he noticed the massive signs pointing towards the coliseum. “My adventures start now!” He cheered as he sprinted off into the distance ready to fight whatever lay out in the galaxy.
