Both fighters’ names would be heard over the louder speaker, cheers coming from the crowd as they are announced. The contestants were to climb the stairs to opposite sides of the platform and take their places. Once both were ready they were free to start their match. Again the saiyan soldier heard her name called over the loud speaker. She stood up from her seat and walked across the waiting room to the arena entrance. She didn't pay any mind to the remaining fighters. There were so few of them now that she didn't have to put up with any needless noise in the waiting room since very few of them would talk to one another if any at all. This fight would be far more intense than the last one. She wondered what the fighter she was going to face would be like. The girl from the last round had really surprised her with those stretchy attacks and the additional means of attack she had with her hair tendrils. It kept Celeh on the defensive most of the fight once she had unleashed them. Her over-aggressive nature had tired her out, though, and Celeh pulled out a win. Most of her wounds from the tendrils had been superficial, so a quick trip to the healing tanks had her back in top form.
She climbed the stairs to get up onto the arena platform and made her way across the huge battle floor towards the center where she awaited the arrival of her would be opponent. His name, Banduk Gundu...it didn't sound familiar to her in the sense that she thought she might have seen him before, but it did sound familiar in the sense that she felt like she should know what language that name was from. It was gnawing at the back of her mind, but for now she shoved the thought aside and decided to wait and see first hand who her opponent was.

Banduk was once again faced with the suspenseful countdown to his match. He was going through his usual preparation routine, meditating in the corner of the room while minding how much time remained until his fight was to begin. There were only a couple minutes left, and soon, it was time to stretch and warm up his muscles. He regulated his breathing, exhaling with each strike as he threw a few attacks through the air. He had already removed his white robe, leaving him in the light, sturdy battle garments he always preferred to wear. The timer was counting down, and each passing second seemed just a bit longer than the last.
Finally, it was time to meet his opponent in the ring of honor. Banduk closed his eyes and took one last deep breath before nodding at the waiting room attendant. The Namekian warrior stepped out of the room and began walking through the halls. It was his fourth match in this tournament, but no matter how many times he walked through this metallic corridor, he would never quite get used to it. The muffled cheers from outside, the low hum of the arena's machinery running all around him... This place was very impressive, indeed, nothing like Banduk was used to. Even the followers of the New Way of life on Namek didn't have technology this advanced, let alone those of the Old Way like Banduk. Life was simple on his planet of blue and green, and it was just the way he liked it.
His thoughts of home came to an abrupt stop as he was prompted to head out into the brightly lit arena. His name was on display for the entire audience, and as he walked toward the ring, he lifted up a hand to greet those who were cheering for him. Apparently his wave before the last match earned him more fans than he'd expected, but he was content with the thought of people enjoying his fighting. While some stuck-up monk from Namek might claim that fighting for glory was a disgrace, Gundu Jr. saw no problem with it. Bragging and gloating were indeed dishonorable, but being proud of oneself was very important, and the roar of a supportive crowd was a perfect way to do so.
At last, it was time to fight, and for Banduk to meet his opponent face to face. Somewhat surprisingly, a woman was waiting for him at the opposite end of the ring. The name 'Celeh' was unfamiliar to Banduk, so he wasn't entirely sure what the person might look like. They had a tail, which likely meant that she was one of the few Saiyans who entered the tournament. While Gundu didn't know much about the strong warrior race of the Saiyans, he'd read some history about them during his free time on Alpha Prime. They were a strong group of people, and not to be taken lightly. The Namekian would be sure to use caution during the battle, and so without any delay, he approached the woman before him.
"I look forward to our match. Don't hold back, please give me the honor of fighting you at your best." Banduk said with a small smile, bowing deeply in respect. His match with Toshiro ended up starting with more friendly pleasantries, but he wasn't sure just how talkative this woman might be, so he decided to pay his respect quickly.

Celeh saw the Namekian enter the arena and she smiled. That's why his name sounded familiar. It was a Namekian name. She'd had interractions with his people on a few occasions before. They seemed very isolationist and closed off from the rest of the galaxy as far as commerce and travel were concerned. His words were short and direct. She would likely have him pegged as a usually peaceful, disciplined protector rather than an aggressive, arrogant warrior. This made her smile. As he bowed to her, she smiled and returned that same bow. This fellow was respectful to her, and that wasn't something she'd experienced very often in her life. As such she felt the need to return that respect. "I know they are waiting, but I'm not here to please the crowd. Before we fight I want to ask you one very important question. What is it that you are here fighting for, Banduk Gundu of Namek?"
It was a difficult question for some fighters, as many who entered the tournament didn't know why. Others entered for fame or possibly for money. Celeh didn't care about those things, though. For her this tournament was an opportunity, maybe her only opportunity, to change her destiny. If she could win, maybe it would earn her the respect from her own people that she would need to reach beyond her birthright as a simple soldier following orders. She didn't care about leading the people or giving orders. She just wanted to be free of the burden of having everyone else make her decisions for her or putting conditions on her actions.
"You've shown me more respect than I'm used to, so I'll honor you with the reason that I fight. It's because this may be my one chance to change my stars and reach beyond myself to become more than just the soldier following orders. I don't care about money, fame, or any of that. I just want the freedom to dictate my own path. If I bring home the trophy for this tournament, I might be able to free myself of the bonds of my birth." Her voice was solemn and direct, but there was a quivering tension to her words as well. It was a sign of how much this meant to her. It was very much unlike Celeh to spill her feelings to anyone, let alone a stranger from another planet. But somehow she felt like he might understand. Or at least he would hear her words and she wouldn't have to worry about being judged for it. Either way, she had said her peace.
She clenched her fists and, once he had given his reply, she would be ready to fight. Her last match will have likely prepared her a great deal for the kind of close combat attacks this Namekian might use, as she knew Namekians were capable of stretching and whipping their limbs much like that strange girl had in her last match. But she wondered as to the depths of this Namekian's power. Right now he felt very close to her own level of ability. She couldn't take him lightly.

(( My x3 trans is permanent, just so you're aware. ))
While Celeh looked like a rather serious individual, Banduk was pleased to see that she cared to return his respectful gesture. The young woman bowed, showing that she had the same desire for a good fight that he did. She then went on to ask Banduk what his purpose was for joining the tournamnt; she wanted to know why he was fighting. It was an interesting question, and one that Banduk had reflected on often since he was first sent to the Omega Collective. While most fighters may have found it to be difficult, Gundu Jr. only smiled at it.
After hearing Celeh's own reasoning, Banduk nodded in acknowledgement. He let the words sink in for a moment before replying with his own thoughts. "While I don't think my reason is quite as fantastic as yours, it is just as important to me as your own reason is to you." he began with a tone that was peaceful, yet also driven and determined. "You see, one day I'll have the responsibility to protect my entire planet... To do that, I have to prove to myself that the will to fight burns inside me. That is why I'm here, to ignite the flame of battle." he said, clenching his fist eagerly. "And, of course, it's a great honor to represent my people in this fine ring. I want to make my people proud." he concluded, noticing that Celeh was preparing herself to fight.
Banduk did the same, sinking into a battle stance that was balanced, ready to react to any attacks thrown at him. Before starting, however, he offered a thought to the girl regarding her own reason for fighting. "Although, I must say, this tournament isn't the only way for me to ignite my inner passion. In the same way, it is not the only way for you to break free of your fate. You are strong of heart, and I can sense that you'll one day find the path you seek." he said, giving the girl something to think about in case she lost the tournament. After all...
"I'm telling you this because I intend to win." Banduk said with a smile, taking one last breath before dashing forward. He didn't give Celeh much chance to react to his words before she would be forced to react to his fists. His punches came full force, jabbing and hooking primarily at her upper body. He wanted to be more aggressive in this match than his last, but he still saw the importance in biding his time and learning his opponent's fighting style. There were no flashy combinations or finishing attacks, just a single rising kick from the ground after his flurry of punches ended. The kick was aimed for the girl's stomach, intending to send her upwards. Immediately after his foot followed through, the Namekian pulled up his guard and inched back a little, preparing to observe Celeh's moves while defending against them.

(Since I didn't know it was permanent I'll take a small liberty to power up at the start of this post so it's not an absolute obliteration. lol)
The Namekian's words were far from what she expected. Though this man was calm and seemed to be peaceful, there was a level of resolve in his tone and his mannerisms that surprised her. How could someone so gentle have such a fiery heart? Did he really mean to say that he could see her achieving her goal even outside of the tournament? How could she do that? She frowned slightly at the thought. This man knew nothing about her, but despite how much she hated what he had said...she couldn't shake the feeling that he was right. She could sense his power. It was much greater than her own even at her best. But she was a Saiyan. Win or lose, she wouldn't go down without a fight.
With that in mind she clenched her fists and took a deep breath, her aura beginning to form at her feet and then slowly washing up her form like an incoming tide. It rushed up, then receded, rushed up again a bit further than the last time, then receded again. This cycle continued for a few moments until the energy of her aquamarine aura had engulfed her form and was now completely flowing over her each time it fluctuated. She was about to respond to what he said when he moved at such a speed that her eyes could barely keep up. He was far stronger than she realized. Maybe the gap between their powers was too great?
The only thing she could really do against his speed is bring up both arms and lock them in a cross in front of her to block the majority of the attacks. But one hook landed just below her solar plexus and she doubled over on his fist before his foot rose up and planted itself in almost the exact same place, lifting her off the ground and tossing her into the air. She grimaced from the pain and was struggling to catch her breath even in mid flight. Her fists clenched tighter and she caught herself in midair by using her flight skill and flipping upright. She was breathing heavily after that and her middle felt like it had been bruised already. It ached constantly, throbbing with each breath. Two blows landed and already she felt like she'd taken a severe beating. She gritted her teeth. Would this really be how she lost!? In just a few blows?! She couldn't accept it. Her arms were sore, too, but they were much more sturdy than the soft tissue of her stomach. Even with her abs tensed those two blows hurt her more than any of her strongest attacks could hurt him. This much she knew without a doubt. Could she win? At this point there was only one way, and the chances of it happening were almost non-existant. She would need the Oozaru. But she didn't even know if this place had a moon. If it did, the arena was closed off from the outside anyway.
She pointed her palms down at him and fired off three quick energy blasts from each hand, then rushed down at him head first. If she was going down, she'd do it fighting with everything she had. Despite the pain in her middle and the fact that her arms had already been bruised from blocking his first waves of assault, she came at him with a barrage of her own punches and kicks. She laced energy blasts in between them to try and catch him off guard, feigning a punch and instead missing intentionally to fire a blast at his side or just outright firing a blast when she drew her hand back for another punch instead of punching at him directly. She knew this barrage wouldn't beat him. So she didn't even attempt a finishing attack or anything fancy. She stuck to the basics and tried to keep him on his toes.

Banduk observed Celeh's aura as he prepared to spring forward, noticing that her energy was quickly rising within her. To swell with such power right from the start... Banduk was sure that the woman was incredibly determined. His power far exceeded her own, even once she reached her maximum potential. She knew this would be an almost impossible battle to win, which he figured was what fueled the fire within her. The reason she was able to explode with this power was because Banduk was the only thing standing between her and the next round.
But that didn't stop the Namekian Warrior from charging head-on. His punches were striking hard against the Saiyan woman's arms as she tried to block his attacks, and after weakening her fortitude with a curved punch to the gut, his foot hit its mark and sent her reeling in pain. He could sense her power faltering from the force of his heavy kick, and he could see the pain in her facial expression. This battle was already leaning in his favor, it was only a matter of finishing the woman off. Of course, she had no intention of making that easy.
The three bursts of energy were easy enough to defend against. Banduk held his hands up, focusing an equally powerful amount of Ki to his hands in order to deflect the blasts, essentially shattering them around him. Putting his guard up meant that his feet were firmly planted on the ground. He decided not to put his guard down, shifting his weight backwards a little in order to block the flurry of punches and kicks sent his way. They weren't terribly hard to stop, but a few quicker attacks sneaked their way past his defense. Her sudden involvement of energy blasts was creative, and helped to keep the Namekian from countering properly. While his bodily damage was only increasing at a gradual pace, the concentration needed to keep blocking was becoming strenuous. Finally, the Saiyan managed to get a direct his to his side after pretending to come in for a wide hook.
"Hng..." Banduk grunted slightly, realizing that this constant assault would be tiring for the woman. He had to disrupt her rhythm in order to successfully launch a counterattack, and so after her energy blast his his rib cage, Banduk followed up be suddenly striking his hand against her upper arm as she pulled back for her next punch. While it wasn't strong enough to do much damage, he hoped it would slow down her barrage just long enough to move in. At the same time, his hit would break her timing and distract her, allowing him to implement his next attack.
Banduk grunted loudly and charge forward, stepping surprisingly close to the woman before she was able to throw the next punch of her combo. He pulled his fist back at the same time, preparing a powerful haymaker punch that was aimed straight at the woman's face. He threw the punch at a slower speed, giving the woman just enough time to put her guard up. In fact, he WANTED her guard to be up, because his attack wasn't a simple punch... Just before it hit, Banduk's hand opened up and stopped just short of hitting Celeh. There was a split-second's pause before the green Warrior pushed forward and down, using his weight to push his opponent to the ground as hard as he could. "Hyaahhh!!" he yelled through his teeth, firing a powerful wave of energy directly after throwing the young woman to the ground. Thanks to how far forward he'd stepped in before throwing his one-handed push, he had a lot of leverage to work with. If all went well, Celehe's upper body would be held helplessly underneath a wide cone of bright yellow energy that shot constantly down at her, her back to the stone floor.

For a moment there, Celeh had the upper hand. Her aggressive assault, despite expending a lot of her stamina to keep her attacks going. Through shear persistence and fighting skill she had gained a small upper hand, but it quickly slipped from her fingertips. As she drew back for what she hoped to be another attack, he changed his stance slightly and gave a quick punch of his own directly to her arm. She winced and tried to swing with her other arm instead she found another punch coming just as quickly as the first, but this one was at her face. She redirected her arm and brought the other one up to block, crossing her arms again. But the punch didn't hit. She felt his hand against her arms and she found herself rushing swiftly toward the floor. Just as she left his grasp and her back hit the floor she saw it. The brilliant flash of yellow light from his palm came. And then she felt the energy smash into her upper body. If not for her arms absorbing the brunt of the attack that was coming toward her face, she'd have been knocked unconscious on the spot. But the devastating impact still knocked the breath from her lungs, bruised and bloodied both her arms, and left the armor she'd been wearing on her torso cracked and falling apart save for the bit closer to her waist. Her arms had been knocked to the floor a little over halfway through the blast and her lips were bleeding from the corners of her mouth on both sides. Her nose trickled blood as well, and her forehead did, too. His attack probably had more effect than he might have anticipated. And for a moment it looked like he had won.
Celeh coughed and wheezed as she drew breath, gasping for it. She spat blood on the tiles to the left of her head and looked up at him defiantly. She was trembling from the pain, but also from frustration. She had made it this far. Was this really the limit of her ability. Her vision wavered for a moment as she sat up, not caring that he was right in front of her and above her slightly. She slowly and shakily got her feet under her and stood up. Her knees were bent and her stance was slouching. Her eyes were narrowed and locked on him as her hair dangled just barely in front of her eyes, having a bit of blood dripping from it. She spat blood onto the floor again and then spoke, "Y-you might not have ever fought a Saiyan before. Let me tell you...when we get beaten to a pulp...we come back stronger than ever. W-win or lose...I'll be visiting Namek...after this tournament some time...and you and me...we're gonna have a rematch! Your calm heart...I feel like I could learn something from you..."
And with a deep sigh Celeh closed her eyes. She breathed slowly and deeply, trying to calm and stabilize herself as she did something that would likely surprise him. Her right arm, shaky as it was, was raising up. It was straight and she was gritting her teeth to hold it steady. Her index finger was pointed right at him as blood dripped from her elbow and the bottom of her hand. She opened her eyes. "But right now...it's time for our last clash." Her tone was solemn. Her body was too bloodied and beaten after that attack to put up much of a fight in a physical conflict, and if his energy attacks were anywhere near his physical strength then she would be outclassed there as well. So this was the only thing she had left. The tip of her finger began to glow with a familiar aquamarine color as she pooled her energy there. But unlike the previous times she'd used her Nova Bullet...this time she would be pushing it further, pooling more energy into it. If he didn't stop her, she would have what appeared to be a golf ball sized ki blast on the end of her finger in a few moments. Right now, though, it was about the size of a pea.
Would he stop her final attack early? He was within arm's reach. This was all she had left, though. She wouldn't back down even after that last attack. She grunted and her vision continued to blur from the pain, but she did not falter. If she went down, he would have to put her down.

To this day, Banduk would admit to anyone that his assault (which, at the time, was presumed to be the finishing blow) upon Celeh was a bit brutal. He noticed that her guard had dropped mid-blast, and that her upper body received a heavy beating, but he didn't stop. He could somehow tell that he would need a lot of effort to put her down, and when he finally believed it to be over, he allowed the wave of bright yellow energy to subside. It vanished in a wisp of light, leaving a panting Banduk over a silent Saiyan woman. "... You fought well." Banduk said, closing his eyes for a moment as he bowed his head, feeling great respect for the effort this woman put into the fight. With that, he stood up and turned to exit the arena, the crowd cheering for his apparent victory. When suddenly...
The roars of the crowd exploded with excitement, and he felt a presence once again make itself known behind him. He stopped for a moment, his brows furrowed with confusion before turning around quickly, surprised to see his opponent shakily rising to her feet. She looked like hell... She was bleeding from her mouth and nose, implying that he had damaged internal organs. Her arms were also bloodied thanks to her attempt to block his wave of Ki. The girl spoke up after coughing up more blood, going on about the fact that a Saiyan became stronger every time they were beaten this badly. He didn't know if those words simply went to show how determined a Saiyan was to gain power, or if she was literally informing him about an ability inherent in the Saiyan race. Whatever the case, her challenge made him smile. She would train and become even stronger before finding him on Namek for a rematch.
Before the match started, this girl believed that the tournament was her only way of breaking the chains of her own fate. But now that she'd been introduced to Namek's own Elder-in-Training, it seemed she had a new goal in life. She simply desired strength, and this tournament was but one way to attain it. Not only that, but the height of strength she wished to achieve was measured by Banduk himself, a thought that made him proud. He'd given this woman something to strive for... And now, she was going to prove to him that she wouldn't stop until her body was incapable of continuing. "You're an incredible fighter, Celeh. I look forward to the day we meet again." he said, watching as the girl lifted her hand to charge up what seemed to be the very last of her energy.
The bluish orb that began forming at Celeh's fingertip was intense. It wasn't your ordinary Ki-based attack, it compressed her energy to a density that was hard to believe. Its mass was growing rapidly, and Banduk could tell that while it might not cause a great deal of external body damage, he realized that something that forceful could very well punch straight through him. It seemed at least twice as powerful as an ordinary burst of Ki, and Celeh's desperation was only increasing the limit of how much energy she could pour into the attack. "I agree." the Namekian said when Celeh mentioned that this would be the final contest of skill between them. "This will end it." he confirmed, bringing his arms close to him as he cupped both hands together beside his rib cage, beginning to focus energy into them. He slid his feet wider, stabilizing his stance in preparation for the wave he was about to fire.
It was no secret that his last energy attack drained a considerable amount of stamina from Banduk's body, and even though he wasn't as exhausted as Celeh, the fact that her Nova Bullet was so concentrated meant that Banduk had to draw out as much Ki as possible for this attack. A bright orb of yellow light began forming between his hands, creating a high-pitched hum as he gathered more and more power. The force behind Celeh's attack would be great, that much was evident... To repel such an attack, Banduk had to make sure he didn't hold back.

She didn't hear the crowd. They were probably the last thing on her mind at this point. It took a good chunk of her concentration just to stand. This charged bullet was likely expected to be Celeh's final attack, but anyone who knew the soldier knew that she rarely ever fired off a single bullet all on its own. Though the normal speed of the attack would be hindered thanks to increasing the energy inside of it beyond what she normally does, it would still be faster than a standard energy blast. And with it being larger and more threatening she hoped it would serve as a good enough distraction to buy her a couple of moments for one more energy attack.
She started charging just seconds before him, so she had a small advantage in that regard, but the longer this went on the smaller that advantage would be and she knew that. Even on the edge of defeat Celeh was still a calm, disciplined soldier. Her eyes narrowed as she let her Nova Bullet loose, aiming it up slightly so that it would be in the vicinity of his upper chest and neck area. She didn't mean the blow to be fatal by any means. She had another plan in mind. The moment that first shot release she kept her arm steady and began charging a second Nova Bullet. This one, however, wasn't going to reach the size of the first. She only needed it to be large enough to detonate the first one. And with the impressive speed of the normal Nova Bullet it would close the gap with no problem. It might be risky, but she had to try it even at this close of range. She loosed a second bullet, this one actually the size of a bullet, behind the first one. If her plan worked, the second blast would slam into the first just a three or four feet in front of him and they would both explode with impressive force. Any energy attack he threw would likely be diverted to a different direction from the blast or possibly knocked back at him from the raw force, and the blast itself could potentially knock him out of the ring.
Meanwhile Celeh's body gave out. When the second bullet left her fingertip she fell to her left side and groaned with a thud, breathing heavily as her vision wavered. She just had to see the conclusion no matter what it was. Her head turned in his direction just enough to see what would happen.

Celeh fired off her small orb of aquamarine, which flew at surprising speed. Despite the fact that she'd charged it to be larger than normal, it was still very small compared to your average burst of Ki. Banduk could sense the projectile approaching at a high velocity, and had no choice but to let his own wave fly. With a mighty yell, he thrust his hands forward, shifting his weight to his front leg as the blast of yellow energy shot out. Because the Nova Bullet was composed with a very high density, he knew it would be wise to focus his own wave into a tighter space. The stream of energy was fine and intense, having a diameter of only a foot or so. But it was very bright, and was comprised of an extremely high amount of energy. He'd charged it for longer than usual, resulting in a powerful blast that surprised even him.
(( 29,703 x 1.6 = 47,524 ))
The yellow beam clashed with the bluish orb of condensed Ki, fighting back with force to spare. Banduk was definitely winning in the clash, and without anything getting in his way, it would be quite simple to push back the enlarged Nova Bullet... Of course, the last thing he expected was a second bullet, shot directly in line with the beam of Ki now shooting out of his palms. He barely noticed it, sensing its energy a split second before it ran into the first bullet. With wide eyes, Banduk realized just what was happening. The second bullet ruptured the first, causing them both to explode. It was at that moment that Banduk realized the full potential of Celeh's signature attack.
Both bullets exploded violently in a wave of sheer force. A shock wave resulted, shattering Banduk's beam completely and sending him soaring helplessly backwards. "Gah!" he gasped in surprise, thanking himself for taking the time to charge his beam long enough to give it such strength. If it were any weaker, he was afraid the force from the bullets would send him clear out of the stadium. Luckily, his blast acted as a buffer, pushing back some of the force from the burst of energy. It required a lot of concentration, but Banduk was able to stop himself from being ringed out. He recovered in the air and panted a few times before noticing that Celeh just fallen down. This was his chance.
Banduk rushed forward as fast as he could, winding up a wild punch that was aimed straight for the Saiyan's unguarded head. He intended to finish the fight here and now, as Celeh had more than proven her worth to him and the audience. He just hoped she was able to prove her own worth to herself. Closer, closer... Banduk prepared to throw his punch, but just a few feet before he reached his target, he flinched. Landing right next to his opponent, he threw his fist towards her, intentionally missing her head and driving his fist into the stone flooring. Needless to say, such a punch would likely have knocked her completely unconscious.
"Hahhh... Hahhh... Sorry for the scare..." Banduk apologized, grunting momentarily before pulling his fist out of the ground, remaining in a crouched position next to Celeh. "For a second there... I thought you were going to get up yet again." he said with a smile, having honestly thought that she might have avoided the attack. "You are a worthy adversary, but I think this fight is over. You've proven to be capable of pushing yourself to the very limit." he said, detecting that the woman's energy was dangerously low at this point. If, by some odd miracle, she managed to continue fighting, he knew she would be risking permanent damage to her body.
With that, Banduk stood up and took a deep breath. "I look forward to meeting with you again." he said, bowing to his opponent one last time before turning around to walk away. He stumbled a little, his legs shaking from exhaustion. He laughed to himself, surprised at how far the woman had pushed him, before composing himself and walking toward the stairs leading out of the ring.
With that, Celeh was officially down for the count.
(( I think Celeh deserves a Zenkai, haha. ))

Her eyes, despite having problems focusing, and a light-headed feeling washing over caused her to barely make out how the clash went. The explosion caused her to slide and roll a couple of feet. When she finally stopped moving she was still laying on her back. Just as Banduk had expected, as he recovered from narrowly being outed and rushed into his attack, Celeh did not move. She was breathing heavily and still had blood dripping from her arms, mouth, and nose. His fist came down and crashed into the arena floor with stunning force, but Celeh barely heard the smashing of the tiles. She didn't even see the movement of his fist as her eyes could no longer keep up.
When he looked down at her and spoke, she didn't hear anything he said. Something told her that he was commending her on a good fight. She could feel it. And as he bowed she just smiled. She fell unconscious as he walked away, unable to move of her own accord. The tournament workers would need to take her to the medical bay and clean up the arena a bit before the next round of matches. This Saiyan Soldier had spent herself on the field of battle. And it wasn't power for power's sake that she desired. She needed to be strong so that those around her would recognize her and acknowledge her as more than some expendable meat shield or a dog to be given orders. That's why she'd fought so hard. And maybe...maybe he was right...and she would find another way.
(Fight concluded!)
