He stands 7'1 (around Piccolo's height) and weighs in at 238 lbs (Denser muscle structure, common among Saiyans). He has blue eyes 1, witch is odd for a Saiyan, and a chinstrap style of facial hair with a small soul patch. He has black tail that he used to keep hidden, as he had no motor function in it, but has recently regained use, returning it to its usual brown. Unlike most Saiyns who wrap it around them, Zeke always has his whipping around behind him in full view. He usually wears black, sometimes blue jeans with a shirt that is usually a tank top or sleeveless zip up, occasionally will be seen in a black or even white collared button up shirt with short selves, and sometimes even in black Saiyan torso-only armor. Also has, and usually wears a long black leather coat with sleeves that detach at the shoulder seams if he wishes, decorated with some metal armor plating, and occasionally wears sunglasses. 1-His eyes have been replaced with identical cybernetic eyes. A scouter would pick up the implants but normally they are not noticeable. They do flicker when functions are in use and lines appear inside the irises like crosshairs when powering up, but do not actually touch the pupil. :Offensive Techniques:
- Muramasa - A legendary sword with magical properties. Rivaled to the sword Masamune, Muramasa is said to be an evil and bloodthirsty weapon, possibly even demonic. It was passed down to Zeke's father from previous generations. The weapon is capable of storing the users sword techniques, and allows their use by others. Zeke has lengthened its blade to six feet. (no slot)
-Weapon takes no slot. -There is currently only one known Muramasa.
- Nodachi - A not-so legendary sword that is actually an unnamed blade. Nodachi is simply a generic name for a longer Katana; Zeke had forged it from a simple steel pole using Matter Manipulation. It's quality has since improved though, making it a formidable blade to face. Equal in length to his other swords at six feet, but Nodachi has no special properties other than it's sentimental value as Zeke's first sword. (no slot)
-Weapon takes no slot. -Nodachi swords are common and very in appearance and quality.
- Kikoukenjutsu – [Master, Teachable] (Ki-kou-ken-jut-su) The main technique of the titular Kikouken Dojo sword school of channeling Ki through swords. This allows the user to reinforce their weapon of choice, making its strikes deadlier as well as the blade itself more durable. The energy channeling through the weapon can also be cast off as a crescent Ki slash with terrible potential. Zeke's Muramasa blade always glows white, even with his black or gold energy.
- Shadow Chaos Beam - [Master, Custom] A beam of black energy that is released at an incredibly, almost instantaneous speed from the eyes, finger, or tail causing a trail of continuous explosions along the path that the end of the beam carves. It is capable of cutting things such as mountains and buildings apart with ease. The only warnings are usually the mass charging, and the feel of the intense energy, but it is still dodgeable. It is capable of carrying on for miles, even into space. It makes a terrifying sound that can be heard for miles and is hard on the ears, especially to sound sensitive persons.
- Tri-Blade Technique - [Master, Custom] Though it is custom, Zeke still thinks of it as a Dojo Technique. After mastering the sword in two hands, one hand, and duel hands, the user learns to wield three swords at the same time. Duel wielding plus one in the tail. Users without a tail are gifted a magic attachment to do the same. The user can triple their offensive sword strikes and defend their blind spots quickly with use of the blades. The user can also use any sword based technique back to back, or at once with this technique.
- God Breaker - [Master, Teachable] The user extends a flat palm, digits extended upward and clenched, forward and fires a golden energy wave at his opponent, inflicting a great amount of damage. It is the move which ended King Kold, is quite adept at piercing opponents, and is feared for the intense explosion in its wake. This is by far one of Zeke's favorite techniques.
- Reaper Drive - An alternate form of Zeke's Overdrive, that rather than boosting his overall power, will release Zeke's killer instinct. This increases the accuracy of any lethally intended attacks. This also numbs his ability to feel pain, allowing him to continue fighting as he takes damage. The pain that he had not feat will hit him all at once upon the end of the techniques use. It does not effect his natural healing process or energy loss.
- Crescent Slash - Releases a sharp arc like wave of magical energy directly from within the blade. Can be charged. Linked to sword, thus anyone wielding the blade can use it with the proper knowledge of the technique.
-Requires Black Sun training in some form. -Acquired at 13,500 PL.
- Hell's End - Zeke charges up a mass of Ki to blast himself upward with such force that it can stumble his opponent. Once in position, Zeke drops down at an incredible speed and stabs his blade through his target. The impact is followed by a loud metallic crash, a bright flash of energy, and a shockwave along with a tremor and some debris. Linked to sword, thus anyone wielding the blade can use it with the proper knowledge of the technique.
-Does not always kill his target. (Rules apply) -Does not always stumble his target. -Resulting impact can also impair bystanders. -Speed is above his normal maximum just for this tech. -Requires Black Sun training in some form. -Acquired at 9,000 PL.
- Yamato Slash - A secret ability of the Black Sun. Allows the user to draw their blade and make ten cuts in the air so fast that it is almost unseeable. The cuts are translucent and harmless streaks of light in random directions through and around the target until the weapon is sheathed again, causing them to flash as solid cuts of energy. Linked to sword, thus anyone wielding the blade can use it with the proper knowledge of the technique.
-Adds 2 more cuts plus extra power per charge. -If sword is not sheathed first, the attack can not be used. -If sword is not re-sheathed, attack does not fully trigger and harmless cuts remain in the air. -Requires Black Sun training in some form. -Acquired at 45,000 PL.
- Blazing Punch! (see quick version here, charged version here)- user charges up a mass of energy in their arm and releases it upon a strike to inflict a massive kinetic shockwave.
-This can break a block or a barrier, send targets flying many feet away, and even decimate the users surroundings at higher charge levels. -Can be used downward for a radial effect, and things such as speed, charge and gravity effect its power. -Acquired at 22,500 PL.
- Instant Explosion - Similar to whatever it was Nappa had, A technique allowing the user to trigger an explosion of pure destructive energy around heir body. Causes a storm of debris to swirl around them as the user charges up Ki on their body before releasing it in a massive explosion that devastates the surrounding area.
-Excellent to use against infantry or structures. -Usable during a transformation.
- Eye Blast - A signature move of Lord Frieza; A blast from the eyes. The blast is seemingly invisible and instantaneous, but close observation (within 80%) would determine it comes from two small, fast moving streaks of Ki energy. Not to be confused with an eye laser. Quick to discharge and both very effective and devastating at close range, especially where the user simply has to look at his target to fire. Can be used while being effected by any kind of status or restraint that does not effect or block his field of view. Only affects the area in front of the user, making it unlikely for them to take any damage themself (unless their literally touching their face to the target).
- Force Slash - Charging energy into the body, Zeke releases a blinding fast, power slash. Along with superior cutting damage that can divide almost any object, the slash itself has enough power to stumble powerful foes, knock back equal powers, and can send weaker opponents flying, along with making the ground shake once and the air pressure divide from the sudden release of the slash, resulting in any object or person to be atomized into debris or paste, respectively.
- Can be coupled with Zanzoken for devastating results unless charging. -If charged to x2 or more, it can slice an equal power or less in half.
:Support Techniques:
- Blade Armor [Master, Teachable] - A barrier which takes the form of samurai armor, of the same color as the user’s aura, which, though it has weak points, is overall stronger than the average energy barrier. Along with the defensive advantage, energy swords jut out from the semitransparent armor in nearly all directions, adding yet another dimension to the move. With concentration, any of the swords can be extended or shortened, allowing for a potentially lethal burst area effect at the cost of a decent deal of energy.
[li]Namekian Healing [Master, School, Teachable] - Or "Kaifuku", free flowing energy with a mind of its own that is projected from a hand or hands onto a person to heal wounds and restore energy. The more grievous the wound, the more energy it takes. Wounds can be healed in a matter of seconds. Mortal wounds can drain the user completely.
-Batto has permitted Zeke to teach this, but requires the student to use up a master slot. [pending weather student need be 100,000pl for this master slot.
- Ki Ring [Master, School] - A powerful restraint technique used to prevent the user from needing to harm the target any further. Excellent for distractions, captures or escape.
- Multiform Technique [Master, School] - An ability that allows the user to split into up to four copes of themself. However, there is always one true version. Each copy gets an equal fraction of the users base power level, and can use all techniques and transformations. They do not go down with single blows, like the "Clone" technique. (unless overpowered.)
- Master Transmutation - [Master, Custom] Allows the user to transmutate (mold, morph, create) any existing Matter, such as the very molecules in the air into what the user wills. At master level, allows the user to use their Ki to mold or create anything. Is released through a drawing effect but the Ki acts off the creator's thoughts of what to create, constructing it on its own, similar to how Namekian Healing acts itself.
-The user can go as far as to raise an entire house in a single post, and even structures if given time. -It can be paired with the "Healing" master technique to re-attach or restore massive amounts of damage to a persons body. -This can not be used on indestructible material such as Katchin or Key Items like Dragon Balls.
-User must have advanced knowledge of a complex object to effectively manipulate. Ex: A Nuclear Weapon requires years of study, thus, can not be molded from Matter off hand. -Can not create Katchin or unbreakable objects without obtaining knowledge. -Unbreakable material can not be molded without proper knowledge. -Does not work on Dragon Balls. -Can not create weapons of mass destruction. -Can not create "item page" equipment for self or others unless purchased or for an NPC. -Can create plant life and dead cells, but not other live matter.
- Telekinesis - The psychic ability to move objects and / or people. Learned through extensive meditation and mental training.
-Can be blocked with Ki shields, stronger energy, or stronger Telekinesis. -This has a strain on the mind after extensive use.
- Telepathy - Allows the user to communicate with others mentally, others the user has met can contact user. User can read minds of anyone willing or unaware, and force upon equal or lesser power, unless pushed out of their mind. The feel of thought waves can help user determine the person's mood. Telepathy does not work on synthetic minds unless they are equipped to receive Telepathic waves.
-Can be blocked with Ki shields, stronger energy, or stronger Telepathy. -Speaking words increases effectiveness. -Other Telepaths do not have to be met for communication. -Acquired at 27,000 PL.
- Cyber Eye - Replacing eyes with an artificial set from an Android (or similar), the user gains the ability to sense power levels with them like a scouter (witch must also be owned) and combines with Advanced Ki Sensing if unlocked. Also adds other computer-like features are included such as thermal and night vision, heads up display, recording and photo device, target scanner, Network connection and holographic projector.
- Sensory ability can be broken under special conditions. -Holograms flicker and are linked to Zeke's eyes with a hazy stream of light. -Holograms are not a very good use of distraction. -Network Connection is only available in certain areas with service. -Network can not be used to metagame important info like specific locations such as Kami's lookout or objects such as Dragon Balls. -Acquired at 72,000 PL.
- Environment Gear - A set of state-of-the-art tactical gear that allows Zeke to endure immense temperatures, survive in little to know oxygen areas, and keep his footing under low friction or low gravity scenarios.
- Status Resistance - Zeke has gained a great resistance to status effects, including pheromones, drugs, drowsiness and drunkenness among other things. This aids in fending off illusions as well. This has no effect on toxins or poisons.
- Shadow Summon - The ability to cause any items to appear in the users hand or be returned in a puff of smoke. Item must be either on the person, within line of sight, in a close location that the user knows well, or in a designated location owned by the user, such as inside a storage unit in their ship or in their home. Does not work on specific items such as "Item page" equipment, specific player's items/ weapons, or Dragon Balls without specified permission. Cannot do so between planets, aside from orbit. Moons excluded.
- Shadow Wing - Allows the user to fly by using their telekinetic power for movement and manifesting Ki into a winged shape for control. Exactly the same as normal Ki flight. The wings are black and smokey, and faze through walls and objects with a ghostly effect.
-Can use basic telekinesis to fly without exposing wings, but is harder on the mind. -Can use just the wings for pure Ki flight, but saps more energy.
- Aegis Shield - Allows the user to create a powerful Ki shield composed of multiple hexagons.
-This shield is stronger than the usual bubble or body barrier shield. -Only effects the direction it is casted. -If user moves, shield stays in place. -Higher charge will expand the size, density, and area of effect, with charge 4 creating a full bubble. -Acquired at 40,500 PL.
- Zanzoken- A technique where the user moves so fast that they leave an after-image behind them. Zeke sometimes combines his technique with his sword techniques for a surprise attack.
-Technique must begin and finish in the same post. -Can not be used back to back.
- Zanzoshade- A Tier 2 version of Zanzoken created by the Black Sun clan, incorporating some Matter Transmutation. Allows the user to dematerialize their body into a black smoke as they move to another location. The smoke spreads out and reforms quickly. User can pass around or through any object that air can pass through, allowing them to evade physical attacks. Energy, psychic and magic attacks still effect under normal perimeters.
-Technique must begin and finish in the same post. -Can not be used back to back. -Has the same speed as normal Zanzoken.
:Racial Traits:
- Fast learner, The ability to learn a move every 4500 pl instead of 5000 pl. Identical to a humans variant, only Zeke's perfectionist attitude demands mastery of the technique before he will use it, causing a slight lengthening in the learning period.
- Capable of devouring an incredible mass of food, but has learned to limit himself to what he requires to live. Sometimes gets massive, beyond Saiyan hunger streaks because of this. Loves french fries and soda, hates chicken and coffee.
- Unlike the average Saiyan, Requires no trigger for transformations, just admin acknowledgement after PL requirement has been met.
- Capable of maintaining transformations for any amount of time unless unconscious or dead.
- Zeke's Oozaru form has been eliminated by moonlight filtration through his eyes. His FSSJ, ASSJ and USSJ were all deemed useless and unnecessary transformations to include in his design, and therefore were genetically removed.
- Zeke has no Zenkai. His creators removed it as incentive not to loose his battles.
- Has no tail weakness, nor has he ever.
:Transformations:
Overdrive x3 (No requirement) --A special transformation Zeke had gained through the manipulation of his genes. Not much is known about it, only that he gains 50% more power with its use than most others would at their full power. When triggered, the users eyes turn white with a dark black outline, and glow slightly, and the users hair turns jet black. Dies do not change.
Super Saiyan: x12 (110,000 PL) --While a normal Super Saiyan achieves their form through a need, this form can be acquired through either the same process, or through pure rage, desire, or willpower. It is also possible for it to be sudden or spontaneous. The user gains a slight increase in muscle mass and it becomes more lean. Their hair also spikes up and turns to gold, as their tail and aura does. With some practice, the form is sustainable over any period of time and can be fully controlled.
Perfect Super Saiyan: x19 (200,000 PL) --Unlike a normal Super Saiyan, there is no Ascended forms, as they are genetically unbalanced. Not to be confused with Ultra-Super Saiyan, The Ultimate Super Saiyan form is the result of finding the true path to power needed for maximum output. The user can still maintain the form at all times and can trigger it in a flash. It is possible to see a quick flash of electricity at times in the aura.
Perfect Super Saiyan 2: x27 (300,000 PL) --When the user gathers enough base energy, it is possible to push themselves to a new level of Super Saiyan, beyond what any other form was capable of. This does require more energy than normal SSJ2. The user finds it difficult to maintain and control at first, but like the other forms, can eventually learn to control, sustain, and trigger it effortlessly without even cycling through its earlier stages. The users hair becomes more jagged and slightly longer, and the aura receives flashes of electricity.
Perfect Super Saiyan 3: x33 (400,000 PL) --Not any stronger than regular Super Saiyan 3, This form does not receive the removal of eyebrows and the more defined brow ridge either. It has been genetically perfected to be used for a much longer time than normal, and possibly without a limit. It requires an incredibly massive amount of base energy, literally requiring the user to double their base power from the PSSJ level. In this form, the user gains long, thin spikes of golden hair that flows almost to the ground. The aura becomes much more electrified than PSSJ2.

Zeke was born through genetic manipulation, combining his fathers Human cells with his mother's Saiyan ones. It was done as a test to see if Saiyan/ Human Hybrids can be genetically mass produced as powerful foot solders. The Saiyans don't see them as "True Saiyans", and would have no sympathy should they be cut down. This, however, was a front, as his creation was much more complex. The true nature of these experiments is yet to be uncovered...
The experiment was a failure as Zeke could think for himself and displayed a low PL at birth. He was sent to earth where he was reunited with his true father, and raised like a human. He spent most of his time helping his father run "Eddie's Pub", opened by his own father years ago. It took after his father, Eddie's name and has been favored by both Human and Saiyan alike.
Zeke grew rapidly in strength and was soon proven to have anger issues. This usually ended with a few broken tables and getting thrown out of his own father's Pub several times. Once his head was clear, he would always make it up somehow. He's strong enough to deal with most idiots who get out of hand, when he isn't one of witch himself.
It was an old man he called Master who taught him secret techniques, resulting in Zeke's ability to manipulate and even create Matter. He also taught him another power allowing him to manipulate things with his mind alone, and one final technique to shield his power temporarily, even at its maximum. These didn't work while he was drinking, however, but with some practice, he was soon able to shatter bottles with a thought.
However, his new training with this mysterious Master turned out to be planned my his father as a way of giving Zeke a sense of discipline and control. And it worked for the most part, but there are still times when the young half Saiyan will get angry and cause more damage than before. Yet the Master didn't seem to mind that at all...
Zeke spends his time looking for any generic scum to beat down; it was his way of contributing to society. He also was hoping for a decent fight as well. But he made many enemies and one day returned to the pub, also his home, to see it had been blasted into the ground.
His father now in a coma and his Master missing, Zeke falls into a downward spiral of darkness. whats worse is he soon finds out that he's not human. Not even a true Saiyan Hybrid. He has no idea what he is. He hears that answers may be found on the Saiyan home on the Moon...
Little does he know that Genetic Mutations are responsible for his Psychic abilities, and will effect his future transformations. Should he ascend into the form of legend, his appearance will not be as one may expect.
:Relationships:FAMILYTessa NeCross Zeke's mother. A pure bread Saiyan woman with an abnormal personality, for where she came from. Always seen wearing white, she ran a bakery until the day she went mad and killed hundreds of people. Evidence linked her to many other unsolved murders, and landed her in the Omega Collective Asylum for the criminally insane under a new name for 'security reasons'. Swearing she did nothing wrong, they have dubbed her incurable. Edward NeCross Edward is a very obnoxious, abusive, hateful individual. Basically to be blunt, he's the biggest asshole alive. He's a trained assassin who formally wielded the sword Muramasa to do his bidding before Zeke hospitalized him and stole the weapon. He will eventually come for Zeke... or send one of his students that he'd trained since they were children. FRIENDSAkassa HattoriA young Half Saiyan boy whom Zeke began to train with a sword. An employee of Zeke's Acquaintance Tejun, Zeke has often trained with Nasu and helped him on jobs. Zeke thinks of him as young and slightly careless, but most definitely strong enough to handle himself. Nasu Nun / HattoriA young boy Zeke met through Tejun, an old acquaintance from the Black Sun. Zeke has worked with and trained with the boy before his exile from the moon. Kazu Raspedos Kazu is a simple Barkeep who runs and lives at the Crater Pit Pub in the industrial park in New Vegeta. He ends up befriending Zeke NeCross and offering him Debt Collection jobs at first. He is skilled with a blaster and mixes a mean drink that can knock you out cold. Believing he's god's gift to women, he's become a bit of a pervert. Android Twenty-One Also called 'Twen', she was formally an android under The Church of One and programmed to destroy Saiyans... something she is still quite capable of. Kazu had Dr. Walters reprogram her as a girlfriend for Zeke after he once stated he 'prefers blond women'. Zeke's reaction was quite negative, but he chose to keep her around. She now considers him to be her primary administrator, and helps out by serving drinks and cleaning. Dr. Walters One of the three scientists that headed Zeke's study. Not much is known to what the study where yet. He now hangs around the bar spending his retirement money on drinks, repairing things, and providing any tech support the group needs. He is also very good at pinpointing locations occupied by Church of One. Jaxine Caulie Full Size Image HereAn ex-member of the Black Sun, Jaxine found herself on the moon hunting down Father Weiss, a member of the UCOO simply for insulting her off hand one day on earth. It wasn't even a major insult and now she wants to remove the mans face. She is unpredictable and explosive, chaotic and shameless, having random mood swings and even going into a violent rage over the slightest thing. Sometimes just randomly. However, she is loyal to whoever threat her good and loyal to her race. Not so much to the Royals though. Nahlin The youngest son of Grand Elder Pitka and younger brother of Cudikyl. He is one of few Namekians to train between both the Warrior and Healing clans, and also under the Grand Elder himself, causing people in both villages to question him often as to why he will not choose one path. Nahlin wishes to gain power not only to protect Namek, but all that need to be protected. He believes strongly in 'knowledge as power', so trains with any he meets to become stronger. Slate An Ice-jin (Frost Demon, Acrosian, Icer) who states that he is a retired warrior. He now lives in a small home in a somewhat shoddy neighborhood quite close to the Kikoukenjutsu Dojo where he provides mechanic work for cars, motorbikes, ships and even robots. He apparently knows the Blade Hermit from his past days, though he is not very open about them. He seems to be perfectly fine maintaining his True, fourth form at all times, though few realize what form he is using and do not recognize the significance. Just the way he likes it. He is full of crazy claims, such as being raised by a Namekian, not knowing how to transform backwards, and that "YOLO" is "bullshit". Whatever that means. ACQUAINTANCESLeke Hattori - the youngest Saiyan prince. Zeke knows little of him, has done a job with him before. Zeke considers him young but full of potential. Ninjin Hattori - Acquaintance, past accidental attempted murder victim. Zeke is uncomfortable around him after their last fight in the Galactic Tournament on Omega, in Coliseum Immortal, almost ending his life. Zeke forfeited the fight to allow Ninjin to continue, as he felt guilty. Zeke avoids him and wonders if the man is secretly as arrogant as before. Conri Lane - Zeke battled the man in the streets once before on Omega before the Galactic Tournament. Respects him as a warrior but has no positive feelings for him. He assumes the man dislikes him. After he rose up as victor in the Galactic Tournament and obtained the title of 'Galactic Champion', Zeke has to often see his face on TV, billboards and magazines. Zeke wonders if he would have been the one to face him if he had continued in the Tournament. Celeh - A solder present at the Saiyan war counsel held by Tsuyo after the Church of One attack on New Vegeta. Zeke noted her because of such, assuming she had to b of importance to be there. Zeke knows very little of her, only that the two had similar feelings during the conference. According to the guards, she is a personal aid to Akassa Hattori. The Blade Hermit, Kosho Masamune - Zeke's new sword master. Loves food, fighting, and his wife. He has not been around the man enough to consider him anything else at this point. Grand Elder Pitka, Monarch of Namek - A very kind and wise Namekian who is known to almost all of his species and among many others. He trusts Zeke enough to provide him with good information. He is the father of Zeke's friend Nahlin. Elder Batto, Master of Namekian Healing Clan - A kind and patient individual with the greatest known Healing ability. He has trained others to use his gift such as Banduk Gindu and Nahlin. Zeke hopes to learn it as well. ----- NPC: Simulated Opponent called "Acrosian Overlord" - An Ice-jin (Frost Demon, Acrosian, Icer) appearing as very pale skinned with red eyes and violet domes. He is almost identical to Frieza, only younger and almost never smiles. He dawns violet and black armor identical to an advanced set of full Saiyan armor with a red cape that covers one shoulder at almost all times. His power is incredible. Ren - Simply a retired Saiyan Warrior, and apparently knows Kosho and Slate. Has little to say, is usually always pissed off, drinks alot and hates almost everyone. Also claims he is a Super Saiyan when he's drunk. He has a son named Tsu, who enjoys knocking on doors and punching the people who open them in the nuts. Detective Jonson - A Detective in the Vegeta City Guard. Gives Zeke 'kill order' jobs in exchange for his aid in capturing other criminals. Also helps keep The Angel of Death a secret and his tracks covered. Tejun - Former member of the Black sun like Zeke and Jaxine. Was working in R&D until he quit due to moral reasons. Was present when Zeke went on his rampage against the Black Sun. Now runs the 'Red Flag PMC, (Private Mercenary Contractors)' and sometimes calls Zeke in for jobs. He is also the man who introduced Zeke to Nasu. :Trivia:
- Zeke is left handed.
- He has a tail that he used to keep concealed. it did not have full motor functions until it was accidentally healed by Master Batto. Does allow Oozaru, but Zeke's eyes filter moonlight to negate it forever.
- His heart is on the right side of his chest cavity rather than the left.
- Zeke's favorite way to kill someone is impalement.
- He can be incredibly violent and brutal at times.
- He believes major criminals and evil people who continue their evils or fight his attempts to capture them deserve death, and enjoys administering it with a twisted passion that now haunts him dearly
- He loves watching bad guys, opponents and anyone he dislikes flee in terror.
- His father is a direct decedent of the Muramasa bloodline. He is currently missing, assumed dead. However many Black Sun remnants are faithful that he is not.
- His mother is a convicted serial killer and was pronounced totally insane. However, no true record of her administration to any ward or prison exists. Her whereabouts are unknown.
- Zeke is one of the only non-family related people who has gained the approval to refer to Akassa Hattori as "Kass". To do so included defeating her in a spar in Coliseum Immortal.

Updated. Changes made: -removed Zenkai. -created a variant of quick learning for alien type at lesser level than human. -added transformation maintaining, as he's technically not a Saiyan. -added both matter manipulation techniques, removed thunder punch for now. -manipulation techniques require IC knowledge to create/manipulate: Katchin/unbreakable substance, complex substance, magical/energy based/ki based objects. -added "Healing" to be needed before manipulation can be used passively on living matter, and never for combat. -added no living matter creatable.
