The user charges a medium sized ball of energy in one hand, then hurls it at the opponent. - Energy Barrier, Self: This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. This type of barrier wraps tightly around the individuals form, providing less protection, but more mobility.

Japanese Name:Retsu Ring Jyou no
Twin beams fire from the eyes of the users that can freeze their opponents. - Ice Blast
Japanese Name: Touketsuken
With this attack the user has the ability to freeze anything with a quick blast from his hand. - Mouth Blast
Japanese Name: Kochi Kara Kikou Ha
This is the ability to shoot a Ki blast from your mouth. It can be a very surprising attack, and one which is usually very powerful. - Japanese Name: Hi Sentou
Other Names: Ice Punch
Snow covers his fist in a block of ice and slams this punch into his opponent. When he does their body begins to freeze due to this cold punch.

Twenty years ago, from the current year of 1984, an Icer named Snow was born into the universe to two Icers named Frost and Icicle. They were not powerful Icejins but their great king and protector Arctic with what seemed a clear sense of loyalty. From the age of two, Snow was put through basic Icejin combat training. Icicle would train her son by dropping him in a random location two miles from their home and forced him to "walk" home with her without any rest.
This forced the boy to instinctively figure out where his home was while making him form contempt for it. At age four, Snow was put through morning sparring practice with his father who would thrash him around with his tail a lot before giving him to Icicle for medical treatment. Frost let his wife do with him what she wanted. Ultimately, this would lead to him taking scalding hot salt baths everyday which caused any wounds Frost inflicted not to heal up until much later in the day. This torture gave him ultra tough skin but he gained a dislike for heat.
By the time he was seven Snow had reached the limits of his current training. His parents were peeved, so one day while they were going to see Lord Arctic, near an asteroid observatory on Beta Minor, they let him fly out of an air lock into deep space. Snow likely felt hatred towards this action because he surely expressed it. He lived out in the asteroid field for a month, scared and confused, because he thought he was going to die without oxygen in space at some point. He was absolutely wrong so he spent his time destroying five asteroids and a part of Beta Minor in that month.
The consequences of this was the death of two Icejins and his arrest for the crime of first degree murder. Since he was a minor though he only got six years in prison. When he got out though his parents scolded him by beating him up again; this time he fought back though and threw both his mother around like they had him in the past. They yelled at him for not following Icejin tradition amongst his family which was to accept that the only way to get stronger was to build hatred for the world he lived on.
The only good thing about this incident was that it granted his freedom. Yet only because the love of his life, Hailey, a young soldier in training stepped in and arrested his parents. She had gotten reports of seditious Icejins and found his parents were the source. They often did what they had done to Snow to kill off any sort of competition in their years of military service that they had seen as a threat. Being the same age as him, it was love at first sight when Snow realized Hailey had done him such a great favor. He worked a few years with Hailey in the military police of the Omega Collective until age sixteen when they were married. By this point Snow's parents were free due to getting a plea bargain from Lord Arctic on the matters they had committed, yet Snow quickly cut all contact with them. The only reason Arctic had let Snow's parents go was that he needed people in his military and hoped to use them to recruit Snow. Their presence was the one thing that would drive him towards the leader of Beta Minor. But Snow wanted nothing to do with this. He would not have his parents coax him through the ranks with fear. He would do it himself and kill them if they tried to.
On a happier note, it was on Snow's seventeenth birthday he found out Hailey was pregnant with their first child. She would lose it in the first month though when an escaping criminal in the Gamma Slums shot her in the stomach with a power energy blast and killed their child instantly. Haily survived due to rejuvenation tanks yet became too scared to have another child. While his neighbors produced small progeny for themselves, soldiers for Arctic's potential armies, Snow seethed with anger at Hailey's reluctance to have another child. He had to wait eight years for the next chance to have a child and by that time Hailey had become a different person.
She did not trust him to protect her and the child, especially when she learned from their doctor that the emergency surgery they had performed on her years ago made it impossible for her to have another biological child. She could only scowl at Snow for this for he had been there at the time she had been shot and had done nothing to block the attack against her. As she put on more and more weight Snow became concerned because Hailey followed few of the doctor's orders in terms of managing her body weight, kept her time with Snow short, and increasingly spoke of she would raise her child to be the greatest Icejin ever. She completely pushed Snow out of the picture on this matter who wanted to get back at his neighbors' by having a single high quality child who could beat any Icer his age with any issues. He wanted a part in his eventual son's training to make him strong like Hailey wanted.
Instead, he had to listen to fat, whiny Hailey's dreams for their child and groan in disgust. It was the father who was supposed to make a child a warrior and the mother who nurtured it and taught it control. This is what he had read once in a book at least. Sadly, Hailey continued to act moody and emotional towards him throughout her pregnancy. So when she finally gave birth he killed her in her weakened state. Had he been in any other situation she probably could have beat him up to protect what she thought was solely her child. In her current state at this time though, she could not even sit up in bed.
The military police on Beta Minor went to chase him down and his newly born son Blizzard and were going to arrest him. Yet Snow came out calmly from his and Hailey's home after a five day chase and said to them, "I have done you all a favor by killing my wife. She has done the Icejins a great disservice and was going to mock our race." He pulled out some files he had found from her belongings that were marked up plans to initiate mass cloning of her child and dead child to make respectable citizens who would serve Arctic. This plan had all begun some point after she had recovered from her injuries. It was enough for him not to be put on trial for his ways, but everyone who knew him was extremely wary of him now simply because they knew the destruction he was capable of and how messed up his family was.

Relationships
Blizzard: This is his only son who is barely a year old. He lets the ageless seeming Arctic take take care of him as a token of his loyalty since Snow killed his mother who was a well trained warrior in Arctic's army; although, she was definitely not the most powerful in said army. Blizzard exhibits the same talents as his mother, but his fathers looks. He has no idea his mother is dead, yet is beginning to connect heavily with his "foster" father Arctic due to his real father being away all the time due to work. Blizzard has yet to learn things like how to walk and talk so training him is out of the question yet once he does he will begin basic training. Recently he has had a birthday and is now in the care of Rain who has gone to an intergalactic tournament with him to watch Snow, Blizzard's father.
Hailey: This was his wife. He murdered her because she was getting too powerful physically and figuratively compared to Snow. The reason was she was a member of Arctic's army while the weaker Snow was forced to do house sitting for their child. He did not want her to take the family name away from him so he got rid of her and took their son with him. It is said it would take two years for Snow to catch up to her natural talent. Thus ranking Snow at least half her own natural power. Female dominance is not liked among the Icejins due to their very megalomaniac personalities sometimes, so she had to go. It is revealed through Snow's memories that Hailey was not only a military police officer, but the head of the police force.
Icicle and Frost: These Icejins are Snow's mother and father. He moved out of the home he lived in with her and his father Frost when he was a teenager. They showed the greatest contempt for him when he did and showed even more when he went as far as to kill his wife wife and take his own child for himself. They think he is weak and not suited for the purpose of military service under the mighty Arctic. They want him to come home and give up his role as a soldier in the man's army since they believe he has amounted to nothing. Unfortunately, Snow refuses to come home and keeps his son on a short lease.
King Arctic: The Lord of all Icejins in the Omega Collective area. He lives with his son wife and son, Prince Sleet. King Arctic does not seem to like weaklings, like Snow, and does not seem to like his son for the way he acts. More information can be found on King Arctic Here.
Icejin Queen: The queen of the Icer race and wife to King Arctic. Not much is known about her except that she has a son named Prince Sleet and is more tolerant towards her weaker fellow Icers, maybe.
Prince Sleet: He will be the next person to rule over Beta Minor, if he is lucky and survives. He does not seem to get along with his father King Arctic, and even his mother the Icejin Queen may have issues with him. Although, she seems more caring towards him only because he is her son. That said, Prince Sleet likes to torture people and does so at his father's behest. More information on him can be found Here
Rain: A regular female Icer who has been looking for work. She went to get herself hired by Snow as a baby sitter for Blizzard. Only to in trouble with him due to Rain breaking into his house with Sleet on the day of their interview. She has yet to be hired, but is in good standing with Snow and has gone with him to an inter-galactic tournament. During the tourney, she cheers him on only to see her expectations crushed when he loses to Frigid. But she ends up especially mad at him when he runs away from the hospital and disappears.
Sleet: A female Icer who was an assassin and pick pocket at one point and time. She went to get herself hired by Snow as a baby sitter only to be thrown out by him after he saw these things in her profile, and after she broke into his house. She went back to pickpocketing in the Gamma Slums only to be killed when Snow found her wandering around there pick pocketing people. One of these said persons' she was trying to pickpocket was Frigid, who was lying in an alley in a pool of blood.
Frigid: Snow encountered this Icer when he found him in a pool of blood within the Gamma Slums. He did not know his name, but Frigid wore the military armor of soldiers in King Arctic's army. With this information in mind, he rescued him from an evil female Icejin who was going to take his stuff named Sleet. Then he invited him to drink, but left promptly after this in order to get him to come fight in the tournament that is being held on Alpha Prime. More can be found about him Here. Snow then fights Frigid in the Convergence of Eight during the Quarter Finals of the Alpha Prime Tourney and loses.
Conri Lane: A man who looked human, but is actually a half Saiyan. He got into a fight with Snow because Snow was bored and wandering the fair grounds around the tournament with nothing to do before his next match. It ended up going badly for the Icejin though because Conri thoroughly thrashed him and caused him to give up just before Snow had to run off to his next fight. That said, their battle caused quite a few people to be scared and the two have possibly become rivals due to this encounter. The prior information is confirmed as true when the two end up fighting in a gravity chamber and Conri wins a second time.
Zeke Necross: A strange man with psychic powers that Snow met on Alpha Prime in a gym near the Immortal Colosseum. Snow was simply taking a break there when he got into a heated argument with him and two other warriors there. Zeke though was trying his best to actually end the argument though.
Brandon Potter: Most likely the strongest source of the above argument, plus Snow's big sense of arrogance. These two hate each other by the end of the meeting they have with Zeke and another man.
Willie/Zasham: The strangest of all three men that Snow met at the gym on Alpha Prime in the Immortal Colesseum. In Snow's eyes he really did not react to the arguments around him that Zeke, Brandon and he were causing. Instead he tried to pacify them.
Leke Hattori: A strong Saiyan he fought in the tourney and barely managed to win against. He is related to the Hattori family of Saiyans who live on the moon.
