The Queen listened to the scientist once again speak about Model Zero’s abilities. “Well so Far ivan Model Zero is showing great promise. I am sure Lord Arctic is going to have a great ally in Zero when the time comes.” The Queen said, her attention not leaving her husbands.
Arctic stood across from Zero once again. Watching, waiting. The Icejin Lord would appear calm in nature, but in reality he was enjoying this little spar. It had been a very, very long time since he has felt this way. Watching as Zero’s chest closed, the vicious cannons receding back into the androids body. HE could not get a read on Zero. Arctic wanted to see how he would react to his lord still standing after an attack like that. Anyone else would be shocked, but not Zero. His demeanor was the same, an emotionless stance. His attention completely focused on the task at hand.
Zero was the perfect soldier, Arctic wished he had a dozen mire just like him. Maybe then he would finally be able to rid Zex from Alpha prime and take everything for himself. That day was going to come and when it did. There wasn’t going to be a person in the universe that was going to stop him. Zex was a thorn in his side and needed to be dealt with soon. Arctic was getting tired of Beta Prime and was looking to expand. Zex was the only person that was stopping him from his expansion. When the day came that Zero was strong enough, the two of them were going to pay Zex a visit.
It took some time, but Zero finally began his attack against Arctic. It was obvious the he needed to close the gap between them. So when he started to run at his direction all Arctic could do was smile. As the slashes began to connect against his skin. Arctic just stood there and took it. His hide was much thicker than a regular Icejins. HE commended Zero for charging head first at him, but the attacks weren’t going to be able to pierce through. At least that is what Arctic thought. Arctic had no idea Zero had appeared at his side, at least not until the slash cut through his skin. Blood began to run down his body. The cut wasn’t anything serious, but it was impressive.
“Well done Zero.” Arctic would say as his left hand would swing for the androids head. If the attack hit the force would slam zero into the wall. Arctic would turn around and reach for Zero’s throat. If he grabbed he would once again toss Zero across the room. While Zero was flying through the air, Arctic would jump after him. Interlocking his fingers, he brought his hands back attempting to slam both into Zero. The strength behind it would cause to Zero to rapidly descend, slamming into the ground shattering the floor underneath him.

The android dashed forward as planned and slashed his saber across in a preemptive strike. Arctic had not moved an inch, and continued to stand with little interest as the android stopped below him and swung his blade against his hide. The saber sparked upon impact with his tough hide. As expected, his attacks were completely useless, but that was not going to stop Model Zero from fighting. He would continue to strike the Icejin King until the battle was called to an end. Promptly after his attack, the android side-stepped Arctic and released another wind of his sword; which was also repelled by the tough hide. It wasn't until the android dashed through Arctic, enveloped in a red scarlet light, that he managed to inflict some damage. His dash technique made it seem as the android could fade through objects, but in reality it was a fast-movement technique that allowed him to travel so fast his actual movements were disguised as a forward lunge while he rotates around the opponent. Standing behind, to the side, of the King, the android thrust his blade. His energy was not detectable like that of living beings unless seen through a scouter's lens, but Arctic did not have one so he could not have noticed his change of location. Still bold but wide open, the android slashed at the purple skin between Arctic's thick armor. Blood gushed out in an arch following his saber through and dripped down his legs.
"Well done Zero," the Icejin said, commending him for his severing the King's flesh. Zero was just about to take a step back to follow through with another strike, but he was promptly slapped across the face by the Icejin's meaty hands. It hit his face like a boulder demolishing an abandoned building. His head cranked to the right, his feet lifts from the ground and his body slams into the wall, which cracked around him. Arctic then turned around and reached for Zero's throat. He would have moved out of the way, but his body was partially embedded into the wall and he could not move; especially with the heavy weights, the android was pinned to the wall like a poster, only coming out when Arctic gripped his neck and ripped him out of the structure.
The wall creaked as the android was removed. Debris was littered on the floor, small pieces of rubble rolling off his shoulders and helmet. Then, King Arctic thrusts the android into the air once again. Unable to fly, the android was helpless to do anything other than wait for gravity to take its course and take him back to the hard ground where he could actually move. However, he was not as defenseless as one might think. King Arctic jumped in pursuit of the airborne and fleeting android with his hands in a dreadlock. Bringing his hands back he was obviously intending to slam his interlocked hands on the android and send him propelling into the ground, but Zero swung his blade to intercept Arctic's attack. His saber would touch Arctic's hands which were not protected by the white and tough hide. It was not sure what kind of damage it would cause but it served him as a shield against his brutal fists.
If the attacks collided, a wave of energy would ripple through the air; the force from the android's blade would be enough to keep him suspended over the air as both forces fought back against each other. Certainly, Arctic would win this fight of strength, but Zero would not wait until he was tossed to the ground. Bringing his knees into his chest, he pushes himself away from the Icejin by planting his feet on the King's chest and ricocheting towards the floor in a controlled descent. Spinning in the air and performing acrobatic maneuvers, the android landed on his feet. His heavy weights forced him to bend closer to the ground, almost to the point of kneeling; however, in that last centimeter, he harness the momentum gained from his fall and redirected all the energy to his toes so he may perform a powerful jump to retaliate against the Icejin King. Training under gravity had made Zero much more nimble and fast. His body was like a feather and so he was able to jump much higher than an average person while under similar circumstances. Right now there was no restriction but the heavy weights bound to him, enabling him to perform a powerful jump.
The ground cracked below his feet as he applied pressure just moments before he took off. Propelling himself in the air with a gale forming at his wake. With his sword cocked back and ready to strike, the android headed for King Arctic and swung his saber.

Arctic’s Giant hand slammed into Zero. The android was thrown from the ground, slamming into the wall with great force. Arctic had hit him harder then he expected, as he saw the crater in the wall. Also the fact that Zero was slightly imbedded in there. Arcic felt his hand wrap around Zero’s throat. Pulling him out of the wall, small pieces rolled off the androids back bouncing off the floor. As Arctic brought his hands back, Zero brought his saber up making an attack of his own. A wicked smile creped across the Icejin’s lord face as he continued his attack. His two massive hands slamming into Zero’s saber.
The moment the two attacks collided, energy rippled throughout the room. The blade cut into Arctic’s hands, but it didn’t matter. Arctic had suffered much worse. The damage that Zero was causing him was nothing compared to what he had to go through years ago or even when he fought against Zex. The android was proving himself quite well. It was only a matter of time before he was strong enough to help Arctic take out Wrath and Zex. That is as long as Zero kept up his training.
Meanwhile back with the Queen. “It looks like Zero was able to cut through Arctic’s thick hide. You all should be quite proud of what he has accomplished here today. It isn’t every day that particular thing happens.” The Queen said looking at Ivan. Her demeanor was still calm, as it has always been. She knew better than the scientists that the little scratches Arctic was receiving were nothing to be worried about. “Let’s just hope Zero hasn’t angered our Lord, otherwise you may be needing to create a New Zero.” The Queen said with a smile
Arctic was still floating in mid air, as Zero was propelling himself off the ground flying through the air with great speed. The sword was cocked back, ready to attack once again. Arctic smiled and would wait for this attack to happen. The very moment the sword was swung at any part of his body. Arctic would dodge, if Zero were to attempt multiple strikes Arctic would dodge those as well. He would move out of the way of as many attacks as he saw necessary before countering with one of his own. When the sword were to fly by him. He would rapidly descend towards the ground.
On his descent he would charge ki in his left hand. The moment his feet touched the cold metal floor, his head would look up. Lifting his left arm in the air a volley of ki blasts would begin to encroach on Zero’s position. Arctic wanted to cause pain to Zero, if the android could even feel pain. He would only fire a dozen or so blasts at Zero. Even though he wanted to cause damage to the android, he had no intent of killing or severely damaging his trump card.

"Hehehe," the scientist chuckled at the Queen's remark. In all honesty, he did not think the joke to be all that funny, but the number one rule of survival was to suck up to your superiors. "If you allow me to do so," he said, asking permission before commenting of the woman's statement. Although his words were gilded with compliments, he was about to contradict the Queen's thoughts. The scientist didn't think she would think much of it, but he must be doubly -triply careful of what he says and how he says it around these people. "I doubt King Arctic even noticed an injury like that, Milady." He smiled back. The Doctor stood slightly behind them as usual. The nervous lizard shivered in his robe, fretting over the possibility that the Queen was right and Arctic was angered by the android's attack. They could not afford a New Zero, unless the King funded them for such a thing. On the other hand, even if it were funded, it would be a major drawback to their progress. Perhaps they should consider insurance, he thought.
"Milady," Ivan started. He glanced at her for reassurance and then gazed at the fight enveloping before them. They had been standing there in the quiet room for a while now and they were doing nothing but small talk and commenting on the battle, comments which didn't really provide any useful information. The scientist thought this would be an opportune time to bond with the Queen. "If you do not mind my asking, what inspires you? What is your vision of the future? What is it that you wish to accomplish? I feel that, if we knew what your goals were, we could more effectively prepare Model Zero to deliver."
Zero shot up from the ground; saber cocked back, he slashed upon reaching Arctic's height. The King stood there amidst flight and smiled. The android had been using all of his strength, his skills, and his speed to somehow hinder his opponent. He already knew there was no use trying. In his current state, he could never defeat someone as powerful as King Arctic. However, the King had requested that he fought as if he planned to win. They were not just training him, they were also testing him. Every move and every decision the android made would either increase or decrease Arctic's appeal for him respectively. Positive results would mean potential increase in his investments and a lot more personal training sessions to come in the near future.
The android understood this in his master's perspective and so he rushed the icejin leader as fiercely as he had come. His blade whizzed down in a blinding arch of green light. It seemed as though his attack would connect, but it did not turn out as predicted. Arctic had remained completely still until the very last moment. It was almost as if time slowed down: the saber was only centimeters from his thick hide before the King simply stepped to the side and watched the blade pass without any bite. Immediately, Zero turned on his thigh and used his momentum for another strike as he brough his arm up. Arctic dodged. In spite of the android's impressive speed and the power behind his thrust, Arctic was always just beyond his reach. Having only had time for a second thrust, the android was already falling back to the ground.
King Arctic, with aid of his Bukujutsu, descended onto the hard and cold ground before the android could get there through more natural means. Soon after touching land, the icejin peered above before thrusting his left arm in the air. Dozens of ki blasts were unleashed like rapid fire. The blasts of ki darted through the air with incredible speed, honing in on the android. Zero's eyes surveyed the perimeter with a speed most could only obtain during REM sleep. He located every individual blast of ki that was headed his way and prepped his saber to act accordingly. Swiping down, his blade whistles through the air; the ki blasts were so powerful, the collision between them and his saber actually produced some lift to keep him suspended in the air long enough to intercept the next blast.
His sword struck down one after the other in a calculated succession of movements to deffer the volley of energy blasts the King has tossed at him. Unfortunately, just because he knew exactly where the blasts were coming after the next, did not mean he was fast enough to stop them all. It started with a single ki blast which managed to escape his defenses. It burst upon impact with his leg, changing the center of balance. He blocked the one after it but the third struck his attacking hand; after that, the whole party came crashing in and engulfing the android in a puff of black smoke over the room. There were multiple explosions at one time and then there were none at another. However, the eerie silence would soon be broken by the android's emergence from the cloud of smoke.
His armor was chipped and his body bruised by the onslaught of energy blasts, but his left arm was extended and pointing straight at King Arctic. Having been shielded by the cloud of smoke, Zero took advantage of his undetectability and used the time to retract his left hand into his wrist, granting him access to the cannon installed into his arm. Model Zero descended from the veils of the black smoke with his arm already aimed at the King, moments later, Hell's Flash erupted from his wrist in a merciless roar. It was a blithering beam of yellow energy, large enough to engulf the body of an average person. Whether or not the blast hit Arctic, the android would immediately shift in the air; rotating with his saber overhead, he created momentum for a downward slash. From afar, he resembled a green wheel with sharp edges.

The queen listened to the scientist remark on how their king wouldn’t even notice a mark like that. If only they knew. Every time their lord took any sort of damage he noticed, it did not matter who or how her got it. He would always notice. These scientists sat in their labs all day working on things the Queen had no interest in. They have never been in a combat, never had to fight for their lives. Fight for the survival of the Icejin species, she had no use for these people, but Arctic did. The scientist continued to speak, wanting to get the attention of the Queen.
Turning her head, her eyes locked with the scientist. He began rambling off a series of questions the Queen had never been asked before. What inspires her? What is your vision of the future? What does she want to accomplish? She began to think on those questions for a moment. No one had ever asked her what her desires were. Even though they were the same as Arctic’s, no one had ever asked. They usually always asked the king.
“Everything that I want to accomplish is the same as my King’s. Ruling all of the Omega collective is both of our goals. As for my vision of the future I am afraid I am not going to tell you that Ivan.” She said smiling at him. “I would be more than happy to talk to you about these questions at a later point in time. As of right now we are here observing Zero’s ability in combat. Stick around after and perhaps you may know more about what it is that I want.” the Queen said turning back to watch the fight.
The multiple blasts finally made their way through Zero’s attempt to counter. Arctic watched with pleasure as Zero was soon engulfed in a cloud of black smoke. It was a decent attempt to stop it, but overall it was not enough. Arctic was stronger and faster than Zero. Even with the odds stacked against him Zero continued to press on, trying to win even though it was out of his reach.
“Zero is turning out to be a good fighter. He is going to be essential when we finally take out Zex and his annoying brother. He just needs to continue to focus on his power and training. Soon enough that day will come”[/i] Arctic thought to himself as Zero finally made his descent to the ground.
Zero was still covered by the cloud of black smoke, and Arctic had to idea his left arm was about to fire an attack. Erupting from the smoke was a great beam of Yellow energy erupted from the arm engulfing Arctic. The attack light up the room, making it hard for the observers to see what happened. Arctics body began to feel slight pain. Zero was still giving it all he had. Once the bean was done Arctic would be standing right where he was. Smoke coming off his body from the several burns.
Zero had once again impressed the king and had once again caused damage to his body. Only this time he could feel it. Zero had now left the cloud of smoke, landing on the ground. He noticed the android spinning his blade rapidly, while simultaneously making his way towards Arctic's position.
“Alright Zero you have done well, but I am done sitting at this power.” Arctic said, his power rising to 250,000. “Lets see what you can do now. You have done well, but I believe you can do better.” Arctic said wrapping ki around his hands and arms waiting for Zero to get close enough before attempting to grab onto his blade.

"I understand, Milady," Ivan said smiling back of the Icejin Queen. Although a little dissapointed with her answer, he was pleased to hear that he might get a better one after Arctic and Zero's spar was over. He would have expected the Queen to say something similar, however, he was sure that she had some kind of hidden desires of her own; however, if she did, she definitely wouldn't tell someone like Ivan. King Arctic had associated with the scientist because, though it is taboo to speak of it, he wanted to overthrow Lord Zex's reign and gain control over the entire Omega Collective. It appeared that Arctic and Zex had fought prior to the civilization's current state and the Omega Collective was split into different governing bodies. King Arctic could not defeat Prometheus -mostly because of Wrath, and so he needed someone of similar strength who would aid him. That's where Model Zero came in. Ivan prestigious creation.
The energy wave erupted from the cloud of smoke in a blithering beam of blinding light. It's roar rebounded off the walls. Zero himself was unable to see what had happened. The last thing he saw was Arctic being engulfed by Hell's Flash, after that everything had gone too bright. Immediately after the blast had subsided, still in the air, his hand reforms over the wrist and he grips the handle of his saber, positioning it overhead as he commenced a somersault. With the forward rotational movements and the sword trailing around him, the android resembled a chainsaw in the shape of a wheel. Suddenly, Arctic's powerlevel shoots up to 250,000 in only seconds. Model Zero does not falter in his resolve and continues to descend towards the icejin. Any other being would be spliced in half by his rotational attack, King Arctic was much too powerful now. The man reached out and grabbed onto the android's buzzing energy blade with his hands wrapped in ki.
Model Zero was forced to an abrupt stop as he dangled by his saber. He had a good glimpse of Arctic's steaming body. The android had been successful in inflicting damage to the being, although minimal, but it was something to be proud of. Even King Arctic commended him for his efforts. Now that the android was at such close quarters, he was able to demonstrate another one of his abilities -a bit darker compared to the others. The android released the handle of his saber, swinging himself onto Arctic's torso like an Oompa Loompa. Shortly after, his saber would deactivate due to the absence of Zero's touch and fall to the ground as nothing but a handle. Meanwhile, the emerald jewel on his forehead began to glimmer a surprisingly bright and teal hue. If successful, particles of energy would start to escape from the King's body and gather at Zero's core.
"Haha! This will be interesting to see..." Ivan stated all of a sudden. Model Zero had used it against Wrath once before and it proved to be futile. Still looking at the fight, he began to explain to the Queen what she was witnessing, although perhaps she already knew. It looked weird from their perspective. Model Zero was "hugging" the King as if he were the icejin's son and their faces were so close in proximity one of lesser mind would think they were about to kiss. "I had recently installed an absorption device onto Zero. He is now attempting to suck out all of King Arctic's energy and assimilate it as his own. It's a strange sensation. I had Zero use it on me for researching purposes, it was overwhelming..." he looked at the Queen, "It's hard to describe, but it's as if all your strength were escaping you. The more you struggle, the harder it becomes. At first, you just want to get him off of you, but then something inside of you slowly but surely convinces you to just give up. It's a gruesome and frightening ability." Ivan would not say it, but if he had to compare the feeling of getting your energy absorbed by Zero, he would have to say it is akin to rape. First you're kicking and screaming, doing everything in your power to break free. But then, your aggressor starts to seduce you and your kicks are just a little too weak to do anything. You start begging and crying for it to stop until you finally give up. The sensation tricks you into believing that you have accepted your fate while you're really just dehydrated and too fragile to do anything.
"Model Zero tried this once against Wrath. Because the beast had lowered his strength to match Zero's, when the android tried to absorb his energy, it was like sucking through a straw from a bottomless mug. There was no end to his energy and therefore he felt nothing but a tingling sensation. I'm sure it's no different with King Arctic. This technique is ineffective against those who are stronger than Zero, even if their power is suppressed -no, because his power is suppressed and he has so much left to unleash, this attack is futile."

As Arctic felt his hand wrap around the blade. He could feel it trying to cut through the ki but it wasn’t going to happen. Arctic was now starring at Zero eye to eye. The android was beginning to prove quite useful. Arctic was glad that he had given the funds to Ivan to continue his research and development with Zero. It would only be a matter of time before Zero was ready to take on Zex and give control over Alpha Prime to Arctic. He had been on Beta Minor for much too long now, he needed a change of atmosphere.
Within a second Arctic watched Zero let go of his saber, then wrap his arms around his own torso. Once again the gem that was imbedded in Zero’s forehead began to glow. Arctic had no idea what the android was trying to do, but after a few short seconds everything became clear. Arctic could begin to feel his energy being drained from his body. He was once again impressed that the android had such an ability. Arctic figured that this ability would be useful on someone that didn’t have as much power as he did. Even though Zero was raining some of Arctic’s energy, since he was suppressing his true power. There was more energy that Arctic could tap into.
Back in the observation room, the Queen was watching Zero basically hug onto Arctic, then make his gem glow. From where she was watching she couldn’t tell what was going on, but knew that Zero was doing something to her Lord. This is when Ivan began explaining exactly what it was that Zero was doing. He explained that Zero was trying to suck out the energy from Arctic and assimilate it into his own. The Queen was confused at this action. Zero did know that Arctic was suppressing his power. So there was no way that Zero was going to be able to take a significant amount of Energy from Arctic.
She let Ivan continue his explanation of what was going on at this moment. She listened as Ivan explained that Zero used this very same attack against Wrath. Ivan explained that the technique was ineffective against those that were higher power then Zero. Upon hearing this all the Queen could do was smile. Zero was trying everything he could to take out Arctic, even though nothing he did was going to work against her Lord.
Turning to face Ivan “Well it is good to see that Zero will try anything to take out his opponent, no matter how strong that person is. I hope he realizes soon that this isn’t going to work. It is only a matter of time before Arctic rips him off his chest and throws him across the room again.” The Queen stated as she looked back at Arctic.
Meanwhile back in the room, Zero was still attached to Arctic’s torso. Arctic was just starring at the android waiting to see if he was going to try something else. Since it seemed that Zero was determined to drain all the energy from Arctic’s body, he decided that enough was enough. Charging ki his eyes began to glow purple. It had been a while since he used this attack against someone, but since Zero was directly in front of him, now was the perfect time. As quickly as the purple ki charged up in his eyes it was released. Arctic shot two ki beams from his eyes, directly at Zero. The beams would slam into Zero and explode on contact. Arctic knew that the explosion was going to hurt him as well, but if it was enough to detach Zero from himself then it was worth it.

"That is correct, M'Lady," Ivan assures. "Machines are selfless beings with no regard for their own safety. Zero will do whatever it takes to please his master's orders without any subjugation. That's why machines are the perfect warrior. Living beings are so fragile and unpredictable; because they have a sense of self and desire, they can undermine their superiors and abandon their duty as a last-ditch effort to save themselves. None of that rests within Model Zero. His loyalty is unbound-less," the scientist comments as they observe from above. Model Zero was securely strapped around the Icejin King, absorbing as much energy as he could from Arctic's inexhaustible gourd of ki. The android was already aware that his ability would not hinder the Icejin much; past experience taught him that. Fighting Wrath, he remembered staring down at the beast's soulless eyes. Arctic's was different. Arctic's eyes, despite being just as fearsome, shine with inner life. Then, just as if on cue, the Icejin's eyes sparked and a beam of energy shot through.
For a moment, the twin beams seemed to bend midway and entered the android's jewel. It was another one of Zero's abilities. While he could directly absorb energy from his victims, he could also absorb energy attacks unleashed by them. It was an interesting move to possess, but it was also dangerous. As Arctic would soon discover, it -like everything- came with its limits. The Icejin's power output was too much for the android to absorb in one lump sum. Electricity sparked from the android's gem and caused an explosion as was intended. Model Zero skid across the room uncontrollably. To stop himself, the android pierces through the tiled floor with his fingers, forcing himself to an abrupt halt. Steam rose from the scorch marks on his face, but the android continued to glare defiantly at his opponent. It was there that the Queen would understand what Ivan had been talking about. It was the power of perseverance and an indomitable will that fueled the machine's core. A living being without fear of death was a precarious thing, it's as if all the chains holding them back had been broken and they are free to transcend beyond all limitations. What if they didn't have to worry about death in the first place? That is where Model Zero stood. Being a drone geared for war, he was not just loyal or lacked desire, he had no need to worry about death -the burden did not apply to him. If Zero were destroyed, Ivan would just rebuild him.
Zero un-clips the pistol from its holster and shoots at Arctic from afar. Three compressed bullets of energy sear through the dry chamber as the android skeets along the room's boundaries. Three more bullets as he pulls the trigger of the pistol, Zero charges closer and closer to the Icejin while orbiting. The handle of his saber lay nearby Arctic's feet, although the android could not just walk up and retrieve it so carelessly.

The queen listens to Ivan speak about Machines once again. About how they will take orders without regard for their own safety. That sounded all well and good, but she knew that machines can be broken, they are not unstoppable. Something that Ivan should keep in his mind, but she wasn’t going to be the one to tell him that. Instead she kept her thoughts to herself and continues to pay attention to the fight. She watched as the beams seemed to bend and enter the jewel that was on Zero’s forehead. Arctic of course was noticing the same thing and was interested to see what the outcome was going to be.
Arctic watched as his eye beams entered the jewel on Zero’s forehead. Arctic noticed the gem beginning to spark, seconds later there was an explosion that engulfed Arctic and Zero. Zero was sent across the room and Arctic was sent back a few feet, eventually coming to a stop. He was impressed at what Zero was capable of. Zero was still standing his ground and was still managing to keep up. It took Arctic a few seconds to collect his thoughts after what just happened. That of course would be his mistake as he heard the bullets zipping through the air.
“This Android just doesn’t stop, good to know.” Arctic said to himself as brought up his arm blocking the three bullets. He felt the heat from the ki against his skin and as he brought his arm down three more bullets slammed into his body. Zero was closer to his position now then he was just mere seconds ago. Zero was getting closer and closer to him. Spinning around Arcitc would attempt to slam his tail into Zero, causing the android to zip through the air and slam into the wall. If the tail connected with his target. Arctic would fire a few ki blasts at Zero, hoping to take the android out. Arcit knew that wasn’t going to be enough, Zero could take a beating. Which is something that Arctic admired about the android.

The icejin king lifts his arm to intercept the compressed bullets of energy. The difference in power was painfully evident, even now. His gun's bullets were capable of piercing through almost any surface, although they were merely burnt out and reduced to smoke rising from Arctic's thick hide. He was closer to the saber. The android continued to rotate around the icejin in an attempt to claim his weapon once more; perhaps Arctic would notice a major flaw in the android's fighting abilities. Unarmed, Zero strives to regain his weapons, for he was vulnerable without them. Unable to harness ki for his own, he depended heavily on the gadgets Ivan had created for him. The android charged, prepared to grab his saber in that final stretch. His hands were, perhaps, millimeters away from the handle before Arctic's thick tail struck like a whip. Time seemed to stop as the appendage dug into his chest and bent the little armor that still garnished his small frame. Zero body doubled over. The next moment, his feet are lifted off the marble floor and finally his body ricochets back in a stream of debris. The mere displacement of the air as the android's body jettisoned across the room, broke and severed the ground. At his wake, a line of protruding pieces of marble spiking towards the roof stood on end. The wall that stops him from going around Beta Minor in a complete orbit becomes indented.
Promptly after, Arctic unleashes barrage of ki blasts, but Zero soon activates his android barrier. The jewel on his forehead shines brightly as the red field expands around him at an arm's length radius. The sphere's of energy slam against his shield and dissipate in a cloud of smoke and dust. As the barrier depletes and fades, the android falls on the now cratered ground and drops to a knee. His body had sustained a hefty amount of damage and movement was becoming an issue. His golden hair slumped over his face, the long threads scattered and obscuring his defiant gaze. Zero was calculating, thinking, pondering, how to outsmart a being who was just unbeatable. It did not matter what he did, his efforts were in vain. There was no attack in his arsenal that could possibly injure the icejin king. If Arctic had been fighting for real, he could have ended the android's existence with a flick of a finger. If Zero were a biological being born from the womb of another, he might have felt frustrated. He might have been angered. His hands might tremble and his heart beat like a drum. He might have yelled from the top of his lungs and release all of his rage and resentment into the air and destroy his surroundings. Arctic was testing him out, it was supposed to be a training session, but one would still feel the sting of uselessness regardless of the occasion. Being so weak was so hard.
Model Zero clenched the ground, burrowing his fingers into the shattered pieces of marble, crushing them in his hands as he stares at the icejin. The only thing he could come up with was to keep shooting. There was nothing else he could do. Other than that, his body told him to run away. There was nothing else he could do. Logic states that, when faced against someone who is unbeatable, it was best to cut loose and escape and simply forfeit. What was the point of resisting a power that could not be beaten? What was the point of fighting someone so strong that any kind of tactic or strategy one could come up with was completely irrelevant because their opponent could wash it away with a simple kiai wave? Regardless, Model Zero stood up and charged for Arctic. If he stops, Arctic would have to order it or cripple him.
Three more bullets leave his pistol as he approaches the icejin. He aims his left arm with cannon prepared and unleashes Hell's Flash in a blithering light of energy that rocks the entire room. It was nothing for Arctic, he could probably dismiss it with a mere nod of his head, but it was the best and strongest attack the android could muster. He no longer had access to the cannons on his jacket, so he could not perform the Renzoku Energy Dan. For that reason, running, he removes his red jacket. It was not much, but it allowed for more mobility. On the other hand, his chest had no armor -just a thin layer of a skin-tight black jumpsuit. Another Hell's Flash roars from his wrist, and then another, and another, and they would continue until Arctic stops it.

When Arctic swung his tail, he felt and heard the impact as it slammed into zero. Causing the android to double over and his feet to be lifted off the ground. Zero shot through the air the ground beneath him cracked. The marble flooring couldn’t withstand the speed the android was traveling through the air. Arctic had struck a great blow against the android and wondered if Zero was going to be able to get back up. Before Arctic could let the android rest, be began unleashing a barrage of ki blasts at the android. While Arctic was launching ki blasts, he saw the jewel on zero’s forehead begin to shine brightly and soon after a red field appeared around him.
That is when the ki blasts began to slam into the shield and explode on impact. The ki attacks quickly dissipated into a cloud of smoke and dust as Arctic lost sight on Zero behind the cloud. He knew it wasn’t going to be too long before Zero started attacking again. Zero was trying to prove himself and Arctic knew that as long as the android could still move, that he would continue to fight.
As the barrier disappeared, Zero fell to a knee, his hands clenched the ground, no doubt wrapping them in bits of marble. Arctic looked at the ground and saw Zero’s sabre down by his feet. HE thought to himself if that was what Zero was trying to go for when he was shooting at him. The android got very close, but should have known that getting the sabre back while Arctic was next to it wasn’t going to happen. If Zero wanted it back he was going to have to make Arctic move from this spot. He was interested to see if the android had enough fight left in him to make it happen.
As Arctic looked back up he saw that Zero had already began charging straight at him again. Once again he fired off a few shots of compressed ki at him. Bringing his arm up the shots slammed into Arctic’s think hide leaving behind a mark, but not enough power behind them to pierce it. That is when Arctic got hit by a much stronger attack. As he brought his arm down he saw the cannon on the androids arm release an immense amount of ki that slammed right into Arctic. Arctic was forced to take several steps back as the attack was stronger than he thought.
It took Arctic a few seconds to realize what just happened, but before he could do anything about it. Once again an immense amount of ki slammed into his chest, sending him further backwards. He could feel another and another slam into his body, it was more then likely that Zero wasn’t going to stop. Pain began to ripple its way through Arctic’s body, The android was causing more and more damage with each attack. Arctic knew what he had to do to make this stop. As he felt his back hit the wall and another ki attack slam into his body. Arctic roared, shaking the room as his power escalated to 400k. As the next attack ripped through the air, Arctic opened his mouth and shot a beam of kit that would rip through Zero’s attack and slam into the androids legs. Once the ki blasts left his mouth, he would suppress his power back to 200k.

(I'm surprised I inflicted pain xD)
Model Zero charged at the mighty king with everything he had left. Hell's Flash was perhaps the strongest weapon Ivan had installed on the android's left arm, though Zero rarely took advantage of it. Being a machine, he was capable of unleashing it multiple times without ever feeling worn out. A biological being, even one as strong as King Arctic himself, would start feeling winded after using energy attacks as consistently as Zero had; not to mention the android had sustained a great deal of damage. It wasn't until Arctic roared and shook the entire room that Model Zero stopped attacking. His scouter recorded the massive energy signature as the icejin's power doubled. His built-in scouter short circuits. Zero's right eye malfunctions as individual currents spark out and steam rise. Red liquid ooze like tears and the android is forced to stand back and press his hand over it.
Suddenly, Zero learned that Arctic had a mouth. His face was always covered in the bone-like armor that structured his body. From his mouth, a beam of rippling energy was discharged. The android barely made it, but aided by his dashing ability he avoided direct impact. The android skid back as the massive beam ruptured the ground before him and paroled a shock wave which pulsated like radiation and washed over the android. The force was immeasurable. Crushing his metallic boots and blowing away bits and pieces, chunks of his armor; promptly after, his entire body was repelled and coerced back to the cratered wall he had emerged from. The red liquid running out of his right eye branched out into individual streams crawling down half the android's face. Zero was pegged over part of the wall which now supported him like a chair as his sights were rested on King Arctic's visage. Smoke rose from the battle stricken floor. Zero attempts to move, but his legs were not responding. He only managed subtle movements before the appendage limped back down. Arctic's power level dropped back down to its previous state, however, Zero had no way of knowing with his right eye damaged.
"Well, it seems the spar is over," Ivan commented, gazing at the queen. Model Zero's body weathered a great deal of damage from the icejin king, though it would be swiftly repaired by the laboratory's high-tech equipment. "Shall we dine?" The scientists suggested. He did not wish to intrude, but the queen promised they would speak after the training session. Ivan looked forward to picking their brains. Arctic would provide invaluable feedback about his experience fighting Zero and no doubt impart some insight in what aspects the scientist should improve the android. Furthermore, he felt sitting across a table with king and queen would improve their relationship and help them understand each other's motives and desires more intently.
Model Zero aims his pistol at Arctic, still bent on continuing the battle. His hands, however, had become unstable and quivered. He was unable to properly still his gun to shoot, and when he presses his finger on the trigger, the weapons slips from his hands and drops on the floor without a sound. His arm drops beside him and Zero raises his left arm instead. Arm still retracted into his wrist, he aims the cannon at Arctic -but again, he failed. Just as Zero prepared to charge Hell's Flash, his arm slumped down. His limbs were still well attached, but he could no longer command them. Zero was inevitably defeated, and so he stares blankly at the king.

Arctic stood still as the beam left his mouth, ripping through the room straight for Zero. HE watched as the android managed to avoid direct impact, which was good. Unfortunately for him the resulting shockwave from the explosion was more than he could handle. Zero was tossed through the air once again, slamming back into the cratered wall that he pulled himself out of mere seconds ago. Getting a look at the android, Arctic could see chunks of his armor missing. Red liquid was running down the androids face. Arctic knew the fight was over, Zero had done very well for himself. Arctic was very glad to see that everything was working properly with Zero.
However Zero never lost focus with Arctic. Their eyes were still locked on each other. Arctic waited to see if the android was going to try to continue the fight. He didn’t give up earlier, so it wouldn’t really surprise him if he tried to pull himself from the wall. Arctic watched as zero tried to move, but his limbs weren’t allowing it. Meanwhile back in the observatory the Queen watched everything go down. She heard Ivan say that the spar was over, it indeed was. Ivan then asked if they should dine.
“I did that say we could dine after this session was done. So please follow me, I am sure Arctic will join us when he is done talking to Zero.” The Queen said as she began to make her way out of the room.
Back in the sparring room Arctic watched as Zero brought up his gun once again. Arctic saw the gun shacking in the androids hands. Even though Zero wanted to continue to fight, his body was just too damaged for that to happen. Arctic began making his way over to the android. On his way over, the gun falls from Zero’s hand, landing on the floor. The battle was over, Zero couldn’t continue on anymore. Zero brought up his other arm and tried to charge an attack, but once again his body failed him.
“There is no need to continue fighting Zero, your body is trying to tell you that. You have lost here today, but you have managed to do something that no one has done since I fought Zex. Take what you saw here and learn from it. You still have a lot of work to do, but everything is paying off as far as I can see.” Arctic said pulling zero from the wall, resting the androids body on the ground.
“Now by the looks of you, you need to be repaired immediately before we can continue doing anything. I am sure that scientist already has those plans in motion, but I will wait here to see that you are taken. Once that happens, then I have to go talk to Ivan. He no doubt is eagerly waiting to see what I have to say about you.” Arctic said looking down at Zero, while he was talking Arctic was slowly letting his power return to his max.

The scientist nodded in compliance to the Queen. He was thrilled that she would honor her promise and allow him audience across the dining table. Ivan follows the woman as she walks out the door.
Model Zero lay on the floor with master gazing from above. His desire to fight vanished with the king's command. In the end, he was defeated despite his efforts; outcome determined long before they stepped foot within the chamber. Glancing at his arms, he relays demand but his limbs reject him and rebel against the hard cracked floor. King Arctic spoke of lessons. Although the android lost, he claimed that something of value was to be taken from their encounter. Zero shifts eyes to the ceiling, pondering and attempting to decipher the hidden message within their fight. Perhaps, the lesson was, do not fight a losing battle. If the android knew he would lose a fight, then the gesture of such a challenge was moot. Why foolishly defy those above you if only death lies ahead?
Another meaning he could derive from their spar, and probably the meaning King Arctic intended; despite the large difference in power, Zero was capable of injuring the icejin -if only slightly. This, in the eyes of others, proved that the mighty fall and gods bleed like any other mortal. However, this was not the android's understanding. If Zero had drawn blood from the king's body, it was only because the king allowed it. If Arctic had not lowered his power-level to babysit the android, none of the android's attacks would have dealt any damage. The fact held true, reinforced, as the icejin king released his power-level from the shackles of his control and allowed it to gradually reach his known maximum strength.
Scientists, apprentices and aides of Ivan's laboratory, enter the chamber as per The Doctor's command to retrieve the fallen android. They would swiftly gather his weapons and take Zero on a stretcher. The Doctor, a reptilian man, bows before King Arctic as the aides exit the room. "We are most grateful," he said. His tongue slithering from the crevasse of his muzzle before leaving the king to his thoughts and heading for the laboratory as Ivan instructed.
Meanwhile, Ivan awaited eagerly at the dining table to greet King Arctic and discover his thoughts on the battle.

As Arctic stood above Zero, waiting for the scientists to gather him up and remove him from the room. He began to reminisce over the encounter they had just had. Remembering every single step Zero took, every counter that Zero had. Zero still needed to get stronger, there was no doubt it that, but overall he had done well. Whether or not the Android knew it he had done well in their first fight. Once he was ready to go again, Arctic would be ready. Finally the scientists entered the room and began to gather Zero. It would take them no more than a few seconds to pick up everything and leave his sight.
The spar was now truly over, now it was time to tell his findings to Ivan, a man he hated talking to. The Queen has agreed to have a meal with the man and tell him what I think of Zero’s fighting ability. Leaving the fighting chamber Arctic made his way down several hallways, through a couple of doors. Finally entering the specified “dining room” where he told the Queen to take Ivan and the others.
“I thought you would be here sooner Arctic? What was keeping you?” The Queen asked as she turned in her chair.
“Once the fight was over, I had a few choice words to say to Zero. Then I stuck around to make sure the scientists gathered him to be repaired. Zero put up a good fight, once he is ready I would like to continue.” Arctic said taking a seat next to the Queen.
“That is good to hear.” the queen leaned in closer to Arctic {color=pink] “What is it that you had to say to Zero?”[/color] she asked. Arctic didn’t respond to the Queens question. She understood the meaning behind it. Even though they were around friendly people. Arctic didn’t want Ivan to know everything that happened in their fight and after. Even though Ivan has done nothing to upset Arctic, he still did not trust the scientist.
Looking across the table at Ivan “Alright Ivan you wanted this meeting. So what is it you want to know about my experience fighting with Zero? I have a few moments to answer any questions that you may have. Let’s get started shall we?” Arctic said
