"Stupid asshole Hyena bastard." Jenn muttered to herself angrily as she made her way to her destination, Kemuri had sent an order for her to return to the throne room, having to work for the tyrant even despite the minimal amount of time that she had been doing so was nothing short of infuriating. Jenn occasionally wondered if the hyena had been this disgustingly arrogant BEFORE the coup, and really she could only hope that very soon Kami would figure out some way to assemble the forces of Earth into a force coherent enough to take down Kemuri. She had only recently regained her freedom and being bound to the tyrant felt just about as bad if not WORSE. At least if she had still been trapped in her ring it would have simply been a matter of dealing with boredom, perhaps waiting for another attempt by her ring to provide a companion of some sort. The last one had certainly been interesting.
But now… now she was not just forced to provide Kemuri with three wishes but until he made the last wish she was stuck actually WORKING for the man, never before had she been forced into such a position, her time with the Guardians had been a partnership of sorts, a mutually beneficial exchange and one she had entered willingly and one she could have ultimately departed. This… this was no such thing, it was ultimately only to Kemuri’s benefit and there was little she could do about it. And for the time being she’d even have to play along completely lest she tip her hand and reveal the twists she had placed on the wish. Kemuri was despite his vile nature a rather viciously intelligent man even if he had made a poorly chosen first wish his second MORE than made up for it, it toed the line of essentially wishing for more wishes but sadly it was just far enough from it that she needed to grant it.
Jen let out another sigh as she reached the doorway to the throne room; she was most certainly NOT excited for whatever Kemuri had planned for today. “Well.. Here we go...” Jenn muttered to herself as she stepped forward to enter the room, just before her foot touched the ground however she heard another footstep close behind herself, VERY close in fact. The seconds after her realization played out in a sort of slow motion as Jenn started to turn her head to see who had managed to sneak up on her, her mind idly wondering HOW someone had accomplished such a deed without her picking up on them. Jenn only saw a few locks of golden hair before her entire body was wracked with intense pain the likes of which she had never experienced before. Jenn barely managed to let out a strangled half gasp half scream of pain as she collapsed forward, as her mind began to blank out she managed to register that she had not actually hit the floor, someone had caught her just beforehand.
“Hm.., Neutralization was more difficult that originally anticipated. Note: Increase future voltage output by twenty percent for simplified extraction purposes.” A young woman would say as she hoisted the unconscious Genie onto her shoulder he voice utterly devoid of emotion. With Jenn on her shoulder the woman retrieved a pair of golden bracers from a small satchel hanging at her side and latched the bracers onto Jenn’s wrists, once each bracer was placed on Jenn's wrist and upon doing so the bracers would glow for a few moments and once the light faded they would be completely sealed onto Jenn's wrists. “Restraints in place, scanning energy signature . . . scan complete restraints working at peak efficiency, time to return to home base.” The woman said with a nod closing her satchel, then without making another sound she departed from the castle leaving not a single trace of Jenn's abduction.
Today was a decidedly good day, it was rare that she found herself truly joyous with how often the world chose to disappoint but today things were going so very well that it was difficult to now show it, so great was her joy for this day that a small but to those paying attention notable smirk graced her normally utterly emotionless face. The memory of the expressions of terror on the faces of those who noted her smirk had been a source of mild amusement, something worthy of documentation and preservation to be enjoyed at a later date as now was not the optimal time to waste precious mental focus on such subjects. Today she could begin work on her masterpiece and it was all thanks to a simple investment.
Providing Kemuri, correction KING Kemuri with the power suppression collars had been a bit of a calculated risk, they were a device of her own creation and normally bore a distinct style that she had developed. The models provided to Kemuri lacked these design aesthetics in order to make them appear far more generic, painstaking work had been put into them to make them both incredibly difficult to decipher but ultimately utterly generic in appearance with nothing inside that unless HEAVY digging was done they could not be traced back to the company. It had taken a fair amount of time and ultimately been the cause of at least one of her other projects failing but in the end it had been worthwhile. Kemuri's gambit had succeeded and he now controlled the Earth government. She didn't care much who was in control, Kemuri was perhaps the more ideal ruler as due to the company's role in his ascension to the throne he was less likely to care much for what they did. She was even fairly certain the man had at least SOME inclination of what the company's true purpose was, he was for a wholly organic being quite brilliant.
The fact that Kemuri had acquired the means to control a truly magical being had been nothing short of extraordinary, perhaps not utterly implausible due to his capture of the Earths Guardian a being known to in certain incarnations employ mystical power and consort with magical beings. The guardians companion plump was certainly a magical being of some description from what little information was known of it and the extensive amount of time that it appeared to have lived for as reports indicated an almost identical being popping up at at certain events long ago. But that being was not nearly as important as the one Kemuri had provided, at least not at the moment. Kemuri had provided her with a MOST interesting subject, much like Kemuri she had extensive access to books and information and while in a theoretical sense they had essentially the same amount of resources at there disposal in that sense there was one point where she was certain that she exceeded the Hyena by leagues. The ability to retain and intake the information available to her, but of course it was an unfair comparison, the Hyena was only an organic being and was limited by his organic mind while she was T.O.I.U. Akihiro Matsushita's masterpiece an android designed to not just assist his work but to advance it in the case of his untimely demise, created with a computerized brain able to function far beyond even the most advanced of supercomputers. Toiu's smirk widened a fraction as she turned down the last hallway the last few moments before she would reach her prize, the key to advancing her work even further beyond it's current status.
Unity, the name of her work and of the company she lead. To the dull masses of the Earth the UNITY Corporation was a sort of global technology company that churned out all manner of inventions under the banner of increaseing the quality of life of those on Earth, and of course technically speaking the increase of the quality of life was truly the aim of UNITY, but of course those same dull masses would perhaps object to what Toiu and Unity as a whole considered an 'increase in quality of life' the plan was to remove the basic 'human' and 'animalfolk' from existence, both races had there merits but ultimately much of those merits were squandered by the masses. They were for the most part entirely fine with wasting there potential and simply accepting a meager existence. Akihiro wanted to end this foolishness, to provide Earth's people with a means to grow beyond there limits, and Toiu would not allow her creators vision of a better Earth to fail. The Earth WOULD improve, she would see to that personally. Already many ways of advancing the average Earth Native were available, but what was necessary was a means to hasten the process without degeneration of quality. Toiu had devised all manner of ways to ensure that the Earth was forced to accept a change but the issue was mass conversion, the completion of a Organic-to-android advancement was a long process and required multiple skilled workers or Toiu herself and despite it's resources and all the work she had done Toiu estimated Unity to only be capable of five perfect organic-to-android conversions per day, anything more resulted in the degrading of the overall result. Even simple biological mutation to create a 'better' pure-organic needed to be carefully administered and required time acquiring and synthesizing the organic material from the 'to be mutated' subject.
It was an unfortunate fact that at present and for the foreseeable future it was simply implausible to accomplish a wide scale conversion of the masses by means of pure technological and scientific means, this revelation had caused Toiu no end of frustration but had ultimately lead her to seeking out OTHER means, the most interesting prospect had been the strange force known as 'magic' something that a wide majority considered utterly ludicrous even in the fact of those capable of manipulating life force energy, magic was a rather... different sort of power, it essentially did whatever it wanted without any care for how what it was doing related to how the universe was supposed to work. For years Toiu had toyed with attempts to force the life-force energy manipulation to do what magic was supposed to do, but ultimately found herself still constrained by the limits that the universe imposed. Seeking out magic had been a difficult task, what information DID exist concerned being that existed long ago the easiest scraps of information were remnants of things from events nearly two thousand years ago, but much of that had been dis proven. The Tyrant Piccolo Daimao was no demon, he was a Namekian. Toiu had needed to reach even further back expending resources to acquire ancient scrolls, tablets, and books. Anything relating to magic. But none of it allowed her to PRODUCE magic, all they had lead her to were the concept of actual beings of magic. Such as the very being she had in the room before her.
The doors before Toiu slid open silently as she approached them, anyone short of Toiu herself would have needed to go through rigorous verification but Tiou was keyed into the computer systems of UNITY's home office at there very core, to walk through the most heavily guarded doors in this building was as simple for her as breathing was for a human. The scene before her brought Tiou no end of joy, her subject was laid out on a flat examination table, her hands and legs bound to it in order on the off chance she awoke too soon. While escape was not a possibility damage to the equipment would be less than ideal. She'd done quite a bit of research into this woman, Kemuri had provided the name and from there it had been a simple matter to extrapolate from there with information she had acquired over the past few years. Mahajenn Delashano, a Genie of all things. Once considered a sort of violent enemy of humanity many many years ago she had at some point gained some connection to the guardians of Earth. A Genie was perfect, stories noted all manner of abilities that they were capable of and recreating any of them would advance her work by years. Likewise all manner of new information was flooding in as her equipment broke down and examined various samples taken from the woman upon her arrival. It was rather unfortunate that Kemuri was as intelligent as he was, he'd already put measures in place to keep control of Mahajenn even after allowing Unity to take a look at her, were it not for this Toiu was fairly certain she'd just HAVE to pull a little bit of a double cross and keep the genie for herself. She only had so much time with the Genie before she would be taken back by Kemuri in order to aid in the destruction of the last remnants of Earths forces.
But Toiu was more than capable of working on a tight schedule, she had everything planned out and given tight schedules to everything concerning Mahajenn, presently her time frame to 'bask in the glory of victory' was coming to an end and the time to awaken Mahajenn and get some more data had arrived. As if on cue Toiu's expression fell to one devoid of emotion as she grabbed a lab coat from the locker in the back of the room and pulled it on, within moments of doing so several machines began hovering around Mahajenn one injecting her in the arm with a needle and the other producing an hand-like appendage with which to grasp Mahajenn's shoulder and shake in an effort to awaken her whether through the shaking or whatever she had been injected with Jenn began to slowly come to.
Jenn groaned as every muscle in her body screamed in pain, her head was foggy, her eyes heavy, and simply THINKING about moving hurt. She could barely even recall what had happened to get her to this point, last she remembered had been the battle with Kemuri but that hadn't been NEARLY enough of a hard-fought battle to cause this. Jenn slowly came to and as she did she made an attempt to pull herself up to a seated position as wherever she had ended up was quite uncomfortable and COLD. Unfortunately the whole 'getting up' thing did not exactly work out nearly as well as she had planned as Jenn quickly realized she was being held down, her eyes fluttered open in surprise and Jenn had to do everything in her power not to immediately freak out as two strange spheres of metal floated before her, the spheres themselves were not too distressing but what was coming out of them was just too strange for her, one wielded a long strange looking weapon of some sort the insides of which appeared to have once contained some sort of liquid as trace amounts still appeared within while the other had an entire ARM made of metal sticking out of it . Jenn struggled against her bonds trying to put some distance between herself and the strange things, she took a moment to notice she was locked down onto some sort of metal table surrounded by all manner of strange objects that she had no ready means of identifying.
Fear. True and complete fear flooded through Jenn as her eyes darted from one strange metal box with blinking or wobbling lines to another her mind could not fathom what was going on in her brief time since her release Jenn had not encountered any particularly noticeable technology, leaving the Lookout had been a few hours of flying around the planet to take a look at things, after the defeat at the castle she hadn't really been in the MOOD for exploration and ultimately she hadn't even pondered the concept of how much technological advancement might have occurred in the THOUSANDS of years she had been locked away. Jenn found herself faced with the equivalent of an old 'alien abduction' and it was absolutely terrifying she thrashed on her bindings pushing as much strength as she could muster to try and rip them off of the table so that she could make her escape but try as she might she found herself lacking the strength necessary to break much of anything. "Continuing such action is inadvisable, all you will ultimately accomplish is injuring you're wrists and ankles. You will be released from the table shortly Mahajenn, I'll need you up and about for what I have planned." Toiu said stepping into the light as she began looking over the various machines around Jenn, many were set up to study the Genie's vital signs and various other things about her and while to Jenn it was all mostly just a mass of blinking lights to Toiu it told her almost everything she needed to know about Jenn. "W..who are you, where am I." Jenn managed to say for the moment heeding the woman's words, it had not been lost on Jenn that the woman had mentioned her being released and likewise that her release was apart of the woman's plans. "Who I am is not necessary information for you, where you are is likewise not necessary for you to be made aware of. I will offer you one chance to provide what I need willingly. If you do not accept I will be required to obtain the information I seek in other, far less pleasant and far more painful ways. If you are cooperative I will even provide you with a brief amount of time to you're self before returning you to Kemuri." Toiu said as she strolled behind Jenn taking herself once again outside the genie's field of view and even though Jenn could not sense the woman she knew she hadn't simply wandered off elsewhere in the room.
"Maybe what YOU want isn't necessary information for YOU" Jenn spat out, under normal circumstances she wouldn't be so willing to so quickly spit such an offer back in the face of the one who had made it, she didn't even actually KNOW what the woman wanted from her but the stress of the situation was making quick rational thought far more difficult for Jenn, combined with the fact that the woman had implied some sort of connection to Kemuri and Jenn had no interest in helping her, whatever she wanted to know was almost certainly NOT good for the Earth and Jenn was not about to let herself do any more damage to this planet than she already would need to when Kemuri eventually forced her to face off with those who would come to stop him. Toiu let out a hollow laugh that sent a chill down Jenn's spine, something about this woman was just so entirely off putting. "I'm not entirely sure if I like that you're willing to put up a fight or not. I suppose at least this way I wont have to worry about you lying to me." Toiu said placing a hand on Jenns and letting it drift along her hairline. Not liking the touching one bit Jenn decided now was the best moment to put what little plan she had come up with into action, she'd stored up some energy since the moment she'd awoken and now was the time to release it. Her body flooded with energy causing a thin veil of smoke to appear, Toiu recoiled immediately as the smoke enveloped Jenn "And so it begins" Tiou said with a smirk as she began walking backwards into the unlit portion of the room. Within a few seconds Jenn had managed a quick shift reshaping her wrists and ankles to be thin enough to slip out of the bindings and then re-shifting them back to normal. Upon freeing herself and leaping off the table Jenn noted two things immediately, the woman was gone, and she still appeared to have two golden bracers on her wrists these braces had somehow shifted along with her body. Jenn made a few quick attempts to remove them but quickly realized the futility of her actions. With a growl of frustration Jenn unleashed a wave of energy all around herself destroying the majority of the equipment, she wasn't much of a fan of those things and if they were important to whatever that woman was trying to do it was better for them to be destroyed.
"Now to find a way out, with any luck I can get to Kami before Kemuri has a chance to call me back." Jenn said as she began moving in the general direction of where it had appeared that the woman had arrived from constantly keeping an eye out for any sign of where she might have gone. It didn't take long for Jenn to reach the heavy doors that Toiu had entered through but upon finding them she quickly realized that exiting would be FAR more difficult than she had assumed with a groan of frustration Jenn slammed her fist into the door but only managed to cause a small intendation in the metal. "That won't work out so well for you, this room was built to contain someone much stronger than you." a voice said causing Jenn to whip around to face the speaker finding herself nearly nose to nose with another woman, the surprise of being so close to the other woman caused Jenn to stumble backward "Sorry to scare you Jenny, but we don't have much time!" The woman said smileing brightly and throwing Jenn off completely, she took a moment to look the other woman over and found that despite having been nearly nose to nose with her upon turning around the woman, only a girl really, was rather tiny easily a foot shorter than herself with snow white hair tied up in a top knot, strange clothing that looked entirely out of place even from the bare minimum of modern clothing that Jenn had been exposed to and two mismatched eyes one red, one gray. Despite the girls rather friendly demeanor Jenn couldn't help but feel an even greater sense of discomfort being near her than she had even felt around Toiu, the fact that she had called her 'Jenny' had also felt just ODD, the other woman had referred to her by her full name. The fact that only those who she was close to generally shortened her name made the girls use of it all the more confusing and annoying. "I wasn't scared, all you did was catch me off guard. Who are you and why shouldn't I blast you right now." Jenn said fixing the girl with a dangerous glare, even if the girl LOOKED harmless she was here of all places and very clearly not restrained in any manner which lead Jenn to believe she was affiliated with the other woman.
Without so much as a hint of fear over Jenn's threat the girl let out a laugh as she lifted herself a foot off the ground to level out the height disparity between herself and Jenn "You can call me No, and you shouldn't blast me because that wouldn't be a very good use of time!" No said a laugh, the laugh causing Jenn to cringe slightly due to the almost metallic tinge it had to it "I cant stay too long, Toiu will get mad if I'm out and even MORE mad if I'm here with you! I just thought things might be more fun if you could get out a bit sooner." No said with a smirk as she wafted a hand at the heavy doors behind Jenn causing them to sweep open. "Be careful Jenny, there's someone out there that you shouldn't be around. Barragon's not a nice man. He's the one you can feel, he'll hurt you if you get too close." No said with a mixture of sadness and fear evident in her tone. "Good luck!" She said her demeanor suddenly shifting back to perky and with that she simply popped out of view without a trace. Jenn stood there for a few moments trying to comprehend exactly WHAT had just transpired and simply resolved to NOT think about the girl until later, for now she would work with what she'd told her. Keep away from 'Barragon' now that she was moving through the doorway she COULD feel an energy signature it was powerful and mixed with a feeling of utter dread and decidedly NOT something she wanted to encounter up close and personal.
Setting out into the facility Jenn was rather glad to find that wherever she was there were not many options for where she could go, it appeared that the room she was in was kept separate from the majority of the rest of the building, a few long minutes of dashing through hallways constantly looking over her shoulder in search of either the woman OR No was frustrating but Jenn knew it was ultimately for the best, she'd already been ambushed once by that woman and she had no intention of allowing it to happen again, especially since she was fairly certain her power was being diminished somehow. She felt strangely sluggish and her energy took far longer to react to her will than it normally did. Jenn stopped rather suddenly as she noticed something on the wall she had just passed, backpedaling a bit she happened upon a large map of what was most certainly the building she was in, a small flashing red light indicating where she was. It was a rather strange map appearing to be made of some sort of glass-like substance that gave of a faint glow, a bit like the strange devices from earlier though far less creepy due to not being hooked up to her in any way. "This place is massive..." Jenn muttered as she quickly began committing as much of the map as possible to memory, it indicated a few other locations with similar maps but needing to stop again and again would be a tremendous waste of time that she simply didn't have. She was evidently on a floor of the building that was below ground level, indicated as 'Sub Level 10' and from what she could tell it was the lowest point in the building. The first actual floor of the building was likely to be the best place to exit from and she was fairly certain that Barragon was located somewhere on the fifth sub-level BUT luckily if her read on his location was accurate she could avoid him rather easily.
Now she simply needed to get to the stairway to sub level nine, that was not particularly far from her location and thankfully there was practically nothing else on this floor, the whole palce from what she could tell was essentially a ghost town and that was just fine with her. The longer she could go without confrontation the better, she KNEW that woman was well aware she had escaped, heck she'd started while she was still THERE, the fact that she hadn't engaged her in combat meant that she had other plans, likely whatever she had in mind that would get Jenn to give her the information that she wanted. Now she jsut needed to focus on escape and not getting caught, Jenn hoped that at some point she could happen across anyone else who might be here provided they weren't as powerful as Barragon or as strong as that woman almost certainly was, some weak grunt working in this place would be the perfect person to knock out and temporarily take the shape of in order to make escape easier. But if the worst that occurred was that she encountered literally nobody Jenn felt that would be more than fine. half way to the exit Jen finally passed one of the other rooms, the map had listed it as this floor's 'equipment locker' and a small smirk spread across Jenns face as she moved to open the door, she found that while locked THIS door was much less powerful than the one she had punched earlier as even in her weakened state the door crumpled under a single punch. Searching the room Jenn found all manner of strange devices, she had hoped to find something that looked big and dangerous that she could make explode but unfortunately that did not appear to be the case. The only thing she considered notable were a number of strange sort of eye-patch like items made out of some sort of metal. Curious Jenn placed one over her eye and almost immediately regretted her decision as she was assaulted with strange images and text. Confused but intrugued Jenn took a moment to try and figure out HOW the thing worked it didn't seem to actualyl hinder her vision despite the displayed images and text and event he fact that the eye patch did not appear on the outside to be something one could see through being entirely black. Still curious but knowing she couldent just stick around Jenn decided to keep the thing on as she made her way to the exit. Passing the only other map on the floor Jenn took a long look at it as she passed in order to memorize a bit more and upon doing so the eyepatch began displaying an image of the map, the sudden appearance of the map in her view had been jarring enough that Jenn had almost run headlong into a wall but with a quick recovery Jenn was back on her way now even more curious of the strange item but quite glad she had picked it up with this navigation through this building would be a breeze.
Jenn let out a few heavy breaths as she leaned against one of the walls of sub floor three, she had made A LOT of progress in a very short amount of time or at least it FELT like a short amount of time, she pegged the trip at about two hours worth of work, the majority of which was spend sneaking around the lower levels especially floor five where Barragon still resided. Around floot six she had started spotting actual people and with a bit of luck shifted into one of the more 'generic' looking women, that had made getting through floor four MUCh easier as that had been where many of the people had been. For whatever reason the bulk of them appeared to be doing just as she was, trying to get as far away from the lower floors as possible. Jenn wasn't exactly sure WHY, it was fairly obvious from the snippets of conversation that she had heard that they were actual members of this place 'UNITY' was the name of wherever she was as indicated from a few more snippets of conversation she had heard before passing themm by to make a beeline for floor three. Somehow Jenn had managed to split herself off from the majority of the group of UNITY 'Basics' the name had come up a number of times on the eyepatch whenever she looked directly at someone, it popped up there name and a string of numbers along with the title 'Basic' prefixed before the name.
"OI! Hold it you lot!" Jenn along with the few basic that were just a bit further down the hall than her having not stopped when she had came to an abrupt halt as a voice tore at them from down the hall, Jenn and the basics all turned to see who exactly it was that was addressing them "All of ya' fucks get over here." A woman snapped cracking her neck causing her long orange hair to swing with the motion. The basic were terrified as they scurried back over to where Jenn had stopped deciding that that was perhaps close enough to pacify the irate woman, Jenn held her ground as she studied the woman, she could tell even with the bit of distance that she stood about at the same height as herself and for the most part she looked 'normal' the clothing was perhaps a bit odd by Jenns standards but certainly not as strange as No, the 'normal' however stopped when Jenn got a look at the woman's arms, or perhaps more specifically the lack thereof where arms SHOULD have been instead were massive metallic... THINGS, Jenn didn't know what they were but the faint glow coming from the ends implied they were a weapon of some sort, Jenn couldn't feel an energy signature from the woman herself but the barrels of those false arms were radiating energy. Perhaps the most perplexing thing however was what her eye patch had to 'say' about the woman.

This was the first time someone had come up as anything other than 'Basic' and with the way the woman seemed to carry herself it was pretty clear that meant she was beyond the 'Basics' in terms of power here in UNITY in this case it was almost certainly not just control but also ACTUAL power. "You lot know nobody's supposed to be past Sub Level 1, we've got an escape attempt going on! A rogue experiment! One that can change shape even!" The woman said taking clear joy out of terrifying the basics as she strode over to them with her 'hands' on her hips "You all got the message when it started, level five priory, still being here's a BIG no-no." She said finally within mere feet of Jenn and the basics she didn't stop there marching right up to the basic standing next to Jenn. "And unfortunately it's my job to deal with that. You know what level five priority means riiight?" She asked drawing out the last word and smirking viciously as she stared down the lot of them. Jenn was fairly certain she knew EXACTLY where this was going, it didn't take an actual understanding of what the woman was saying to infer the meaning. "P...please Miss Takemitsu, we're almost out, we got split from the main group!" One of the basics pleaded, he opened his mouth to continue to make a case for them but quickly found himself face to face with the barrel of Tsuki's right arm. "Shhhhh.. you're ruining the fun, you're voice is like nails on a chalkboard with all that whining." Tsuki said and before the man could make the apology he was clearly working up the courage to make a wave of pure force erupted from the barrel of Tsuki's arm-cannon hurling the man and the woman behind him into the wall and splattering said wall with blood as the twowere crushed upon it. "So sad, level five security breach means I need ta' put you all down. Cant risk one of you being lil' miss shapeshift" Tsuki said with a dark chuckle, the other basics were too stunned by the sudden attack to react as Tsuki swung an arm around battering them all down either to the floor or into the walls. Jenn on pur unstinct ducked under the swinging limb with far more speed or grace than any of the basics could have managed.
"Gotcha" Tsuki said with a smirk as to her eyes she watched one of the basics actually avoid one of her attacks, none of the basics had the power to avoid her if she WANTED to hit them and she'd put quite a bit of effort into that swing in order to take them all out at once, that left a pretty clear answer as to how such a thing could happen. "You must be 'Maahjean" Tsuki said with a smirk of superiority despite utterly butchering the pronunciation of Jenns name. Jenn scowled at the poor attempt at her name as she summoned some of her energy coalescing smoke into metal she formed a long dagger and in one quick motion pupped up from her kneeling position and struck at Tsuki's chest with it and releasing the shift causing her body to reshape itself into her normal form. "The name is Mahajenn you imbecile. I would suggest you turn tail and run. I'm in no mood for a battle and as such I'll give you a chance to live." Jenn threatened as she landed her cut tearing past the tough clothing on Tsuki's chest and cutting a clean swipe across it causing the other woman to let out a hiss of pain as Jenn leapt back to avoid a counter attack. "Whatever your name is don't matter to me, and if THAT was the best you've got then this is gonna be EASY. Not sure why they even bothered sendin' me to bring you're scrawny ass in." Tsuki said with a laugh appearing to be barely phased by the large gash in on her chest. "But hey maybe you can at least TRY and make this interesting and maybe don't die. Pretty sure they want you alive." Tsuki said with another chuckle before launching into an attack, she pulled her arms using the massive bulk of the cannons as a makeshift shield as she charged in and swung a backhand at Jenn.
Jenn let out a surprised yelp as she ducked under the blow and dared forward taking a swipe at Tsuki's side with her knife as she did so as Jenn made her way under Tsuki's arm however Tsuki changed her momentum and swing DOWN on Jenn dropping to the floor herself to do so landing her massive metal arm on Jenn's back before Jenn had the opportunity to take a stab at her, Jenn let out a groan of pain as she gritted her teeth. "Man you DO suck. This is only barely more difficult than kicking Basic asses." Tsuki taunted before suddenly letting out a howl of pain and leaping off the ground and more importantly Jenn "AH YOU STUPID BI-" Tsuki began only to have a wave of energy slam her in the chest before she could finish her expletive. Jenn smirked at her handiwork while Tsuki was taking the time to taunt Jenn had grabbed hold of her dagger and jammed it into Tsuki's arm lodging it into the giant metal cannon's glowing bits in hopes that it did something really really bad to the foul woman. "This has only just begun, don't be so quick to judge my skill. You know NOTHING of what I can do." Jenn said the lower half of her body became mist and she took to the air, though there was precious little room to work with in the hallway it was enough to give her more space to avoid Tsuki's attacks.
"You think you're hot shit just cause' you got one good hit? I'm gonna enjoy this, and now I KNOW you're making it back alive. Not VERY but I'mma make sure the boss gets to do whatever it is she's planning for you." Tsuki said with a snarl as she aimed one of her arms at Jenn and unleashed another wave of energy, Jenn narrowly avoided the wave and watched as it crumbled part of the ceiling. "You're gonna bring this whole place down on out heads if you do that too much you moron!" Jenn shrieked as she avoided falling debris, in response Tsuki simply fired off more and more blasts of energy each growing with power and intensity after a few blasts Jenn began flying down the hall as what remained of where the fight began was beginning to look far too unstable. "Need something need something, cant get in close her arms hit too hard, blasts come to quick and take up too much hall-space for energy attacks." Jenn muttered to herself as she dodged blast after blast doing her best to actually have Tsuki's blasts do as little damage to the area as possible, were this the first sub-basement she would have been overjoyed over Tsuki's tactics, but there was FAR too much space between the third sub level and the outside world if the distance was anything like the other basements and if the ceiling began collapsing they would likely be trapped and suffice it to say Jenn was not a fan of being trapped YET AGAIN. "WOULD YOU QUIT IT WITH THE RUNNING YOU PANSY SHIT." Tsuki shouted in frustration as she fired off another blast at Jenn this one manageing to clip Jenn's shoulder causing the genie to spiral through the air and crash at the end of the hall.
Jenn let out a groan of pain as she hit the wall, she could hear Tsuki's footsteps growing closer and took some solace in the fact that at least she wasn't taking more shots at her while she was in this state. Now was her last chance, she needed to do something to drive Tsuki back, get some sort of advantage enough to make a break for it. Summoning forth her energy Jenn created her weapon, Tsuki was a few feet away, enough for one shot, she needed to make it count, put everything into the shot and drive her back. Jenn felt her power surge and an unfamiliar red smoke began billowing around her, the power surging through her made her feel so much stronger far more so than she had ever felt since arriving here. "The fu-" Tsuki began but was cut off by the twang of a bowstring and a piercing screech as an arrow enveloped in energy tore through the air and slammed directly into her chest causing a powerful explosion that rocketed her backwards. Once the dust cleared from the area and Tsuki pulled herself up to a seated position she let out a groan of frustration. Jenn was gone and whatever she had done had dealt far too much damage to her chest for her to pursue, a massive gaping hole was left in the dead center of her chest revealing an inner working of both mechanical and organic 'parts'. Tsuki's vision slowly faded to black as she collapsed once more.
Meanwhile Jenn was staggering down the hall, trying to take some time to recover from her injury's, she had gotten incredibly lucky in that fight only taking two glancing blasts from Tsuki's cannons, the elbow-drop in the beginning of the fight, and finally the last shot that had done the bulk of the damage. She was certain however that Tsuki wasn't getting up from that attack, she didn't know WHERE she had gotten the power to do what she had done but she was far from willing to complain, the attack technique in use had been one born of desperation, an attempt to force more of her power into creating a far more powerful than normal bow she had unlocked a means of embueing her weapon with far greater power than normal(if the impact of the attack was any indication) rather than simply being a normal bow firing normal arrows she could now create a magically reinforced bow capable of firing arrows enhanced with her own energy. The potential this technique held was massive, perhaps eventually when she was less pressed for time she'd even be able to develop it further. For now though she would stick with a bow, the energy drained from the one attack even if it was a powerful one was quite a bit more than expected. Now armed however Jenn was certain she could make her way out of the building, three more floors and she'd have her chance at freedom.
