"Find solace with nature and the let the energy flow through you. Focus your form and become aware of your body and mind. Let no one but you control it and you shall go far."

Whispers, inside her head, went back to a day far in the past when Carla Andorran was only five. She lay on the top of Kami's lookout basking in the sun while she took a break from training and found that after fighting with Carmen that her power had increased again. She was worn out, a bit bruised from the energy blasts they had thrown at each other, but for some reason she felt more alive today then she ever had.
Her mother had told her the words above, probably in order to prep her for Pandora's power. Now that she had it she understood why she had been told them. But as she lay there on the lookout's sunny, stone flooring and raised her hand high up into the sky she wondered if she could go further. Shadows seeped down over her fingers as she held her hand in the air and blocked out her view of the sun above her. It was a nice day to train, but she could only ponder if she still had the energy left to do so. Her special training commanded by Kami had been short, but every bit of it she knew counted towards the promise she had made with Kurosanai, wherever he was, she was going to marry him in the future once she was old enough to stand on her own at her side.
Carla wanted to push herself further though. Her future husband, she was certain, was leagues ahead of her and had become more of her teacher then anything else to her. She wanted to be his equal, but found that she could not if she stayed in the same bracket of ability as someone like her previous sparring partner Carmen. The pink headed demoness for some reason was willing to help protect Kami and save the world in the next few days to weeks when Kemuri sought a final showdown with the warriors of Earth. They had a lot more power on their side, Carla knew, but she realized her side had quite a few people to bolster their own strength. They would need a proper leader though and Carla wondered if she could become it.
Her team's strongest member, Azazel Moloch, was leagues stronger then her too, but she had not fared well against Kemuri because the team they had then had not fought as a collective but as individuals. Carla knew she was partially to blame for this for charging in, but she did not want to have Kami die on her. The old man, despite being set free, still had a deadly collar on him that restricted his power and was possibly still primed to explode whenever the evil hyena demon pleased. It made her sad as she lay on the ground that Kami did not have the freedom he previously possessed to train them all properly. His age was showing now and she looked over from where she lay to Kami's battle with Alexander Luckens she felt her sorrow grow bigger.
It seemed he had finished training the white haired young man and that Azazel, Brandon, and the giant blue creature known as Nex were finishing up too. Carla had not taken her training long enough to the full extent she could. To get stronger she realized she had to push her limits. Something she had yet to do in any real situation. She had survived head injuries, blows to the body, and the worst kind of torment, but had not truly felt like she had ever died before. Only such an experience could strengthen her. She stood up from the ground and muttered, "When the time comes. I mus throw my life away from my master. I have forgotten for the longest time I am a ninja."
