The ship sways from side to side. The android had been silently holding onto a vertical rail within the sick bay as he awaited for Mement Mor's last cry to squander. They have officially survived a planet's destruction. Model Zero was surprised Sebastian's ship was durable enough to withstand everything it did. No doubt, the technology used in its foundation was sublime. He peered back at the healing chambers containing Kurosanai and Conri Lane as they lay blissfully asleep and unaware of their surroundings. The two warriors had truly surpassed themselves and proved to be formidable foes once the time was right. The android was tempted to stop their tracks here and now to avoid future conflict. Such power would oppose him and his master's goal. It was not ideal for them to run loose, free to meddle in other's affairs with such power. However, the android stilled his hand. It would have been so easy. They were hurt beyond measure, it was not unrealistic to think they would not survive the ride back to Alpha Prime. The green fluid they were now submerged in was a powerful healer, but it was slow; a person could very well die before it had a chance to heal all their vital organs. All Zero had to do was deactivate the machine and allow their bodies to rot long enough so it no longer made a difference once they were submerged within the chamber again. Kurosanai and Conri probably wouldn't have even noticed, and Mr. Watson would have no way of knowing it was Zero's hand.
In spite of this, the android refrained. Leaving Ona's weapons in the sick bay, he exits into the dark corridor, unsheathing his saber. The blade gleams in the darkness, lighting the android's path in a hue of green light. The lights which had once flickered were now completely burned out. The shock wave released from the planet's death was the final stretch it could not resist. The glass of the ceiling lamps shatters as the android walks past it and litters the floor. Zero was unhindered by it, merely shrugging it off as it slides down his face. He walks through the narrow hall as if there were no shrapnel and debris in his path. If there was glass, he crushed it under his boots. Shrapnel? The force of his feet as he moves forward would move it out of the way. The corridor was completely silent, save the subtle hum of his blade. The android's armor had been torn off from the battle. The only pieces that remained were his chipped helmet, the white pelvic armor and his boots. The rest of his body was dressed by a shredded skin-tight suit, embellished by the numerous wounds and lacerations sprinkled throughout his lithe frame. Zero always wondered why Ivan provided his body with that red fluid that now stained his skin. Perhaps it was a deceptive tactic so his opponents sympathize with the android.
The hatch opens. Zero enters the cockpit to find Ona standing where he had requested and Mr. Watson manning the controls of the space ship. Nothing had changed, though his presence may have interrupted any kind of conversation the two may have had. He didn't think they would though. The most he could have interrupted was the dead silence that pervades the room as the hatch closes behind him. After that first gaze, the android never looked back at Ona. Zero was still in his override state. Although he was sure the woman would not rebel, although they had an understanding, they could never truly trust each other. The android approached Mr. Watson, stopping beside the human. Zero gazes out the window, taking in the vast void of space as it's eternity unfolds before his eyes. Stars were scattered farther than he could perceive and he wondered which one was Alpha Prime. If they strained their eyes, they could even see clusters far off in the distance and other phenomenons of space.
"Kurosanai and Conri are safely secured in their healing chambers," he reports. "However, the last chamber is destroyed." -Not that either of them would need it, he thought. William may have thought it suspicious that the androids were relatively unscathed compared to the other two; then again, they were androids. Although they didn't appear to be, the androids had sustained quite the damage, they simply did not allow it to hinder their performance. What was more curious to Zero was Mr. Watson's condition. This wasn't the first time it happened. The android squints his eye over the human, looking him over as he studies his body. Careful Mr. Watson doesn't catch him prying, the android looks back into the window as if unconcerned by his appearance. Mr. Watson had no wounds. He was mysterious indeed, the android thought. Not only had he destroyed IIshavoh without a trace left, but he kept coming out of fights without injuries. First, the kinigo Tycho charged him into a dark cavern and his energy signature had completely vanished. He was thought to be dead until he reappeared before the android in the mountain of rubble that was the lieutenant's grave. How did he vanish? The human claimed to have been knocked out, but even now, Zero could detect Kurosanai and Conri's energy signatures as they slowly recover in the sick bay. And then, he was completely and utterly untouched. Now, they had just come out of a fearsome war and, yet again, he was untarnished by its outcome. Zero wondered what the human was hiding from them. There was definitely more to him than meets the eye.

“Go to the Space Port. Now.” His father’s voice came quickly and commandingly into his head. This was not something that Icarus could deny. In fact he felt his body moving even before he registered what had happened. As soon as the voice had come it was gone, but the intent never left. Something urgent was going on that his father wanted him to see, he could feel it in his very bones. His wings unfurled and he leapt off of the skyscraper that he had been perched upon. Omega Prime had been… interesting.
It wasn’t exactly what Icarus had been expecting when his father had told him it would be “safer” than Earth. Still there seemed to be far less Saiyans here, and far more members of the Universal Church of One. His father, the One true god Aon, had instructed him to lay low all the while longer until he was summoned. This felt like that summoning. Despite himself he needed to know.
“Father?”
The presence had faded, but returned. There was a tinge of annoyance that came with it. It was as if Icarus could feel his father’s emotions as he did. Still there was also a bit of pride that came with it. Aon loved him.
“Yes my child?”
“Is this the moment I’ve been waiting for?”
“It just may be.”
The words filled him with excitement. Excitement that Aon noted.
"Stay out of sight, blend in, do not act unless I tell you."
As soon as Icarus got to the space station he waited. And he blended. Awaiting his father's word. What he was waiting for he had no idea.

The boy steered the ship through the planet’s final silent scream, setting it upon a smooth path toward Alpha Prime once free of the last echoes. Once the course was set and autopilot engaged he set upon the ship’s systems. With help from his wireless mental connection he reset the security protocols, locking out anyone else who attempted to access the ship’s systems. He was sure of two things; the vessel’s computer contained information and that Zero could not be trusted. Willie was not sure he could trust any of them though, hence his caution.
The ship belonged to a, now former, Cardinal of the Universal Church of One; the one of Truth fittingly enough. Almost certainly it contained a great deal of knowledge on the Church, something William was sure Zex would find quite useful. It had also linked with Mement Mor’s systems while they were functional, so whatever data within would be current. Once the system was completely locked and under his control he did a complete analysis, both of its status and what information it contained. The damage it had received both from the fight and the planet’s explosion had done considerable damage.
The elegant, luxurious spaceship of a top religious figure had been broken down to a shell of its former self. Many of the rooms had exterior breaches, only two currently remained airtight. Thankfully the gravity chamber still seemed to be functioning properly; Willie would make use of it later. Despite the cosmetic damage and the inconvenience of sharing rooms, most of the systems were intact. Otherwise they would all surely be dead by now. After diagnostics the database analysis yielded good results; Prometheus would be pleased.
Just when Watson was thinking the android was taking a little too long he appeared, Ona’s sword and shield vacant. Of course, the defector, Ona, she was there all along, a statue in the corner. Man had no need information, as he possessed something greater in a captive Cardinal. An android, nonetheless, who was no doubt teeming with knowledge on her former brethren. Quite peculiar too, that she would surrender with little fight. That is relative to its other members, namely Invictus and Naitram though surely Aer Nin too if he was yet aware of the attacks on New Vegeta. They seemed to be more of a death before defeat breed.
Willie could hardly say anything of Ona or Man’s appearance as he looked as if he had taken no damage whatsoever. Ignorant to this fact, as in such cases he is often preoccupied, he did not have the forethought to shapeshift to mimic battle damage. It was a foolish mistake but he was but a boy with much to learn. At least Man’s exterior armor had been compromised he noted as the android came beside him; far more convincing if there is at least a little damage. "Kurosanai and Conri are safely secured in their healing chambers, however the last chamber is destroyed,” was what broke the silence after the machine had finished pretending to gawk at the marvels of the universe.
It was not impossible to tell the android was inspecting the boy. Oh, he was good, that was sure. His prying eye was only caught but once, just affirmation for building suspicions. It was only then did Willie realize that he looked completely unfazed from battle. With a sigh he pulled the screens off the viewport and leaned back in the pilot’s chair, to join the android’s façade sightseeing. Undoubtedly the machine was as skeptical of William as he of it. Funny, as Willie still counted him an ally, despite the questionable capture of the Cardinal and his dismissiveness of Frigid’s life.
He did not trust androids because they were not easy to read. It was a prejudice passed to him by his father and his father’s father before him. They lacked emotion and, in some cases, free will. They were puppets and you never truly knew who pulled their strings. Willie and his family before him preferred real people. They are far easier to read. Even Watson knew he himself was an easy read for nearly anyone. He would do anything for his family; thus whoever had them pulled his strings. But who really controlled Zero? “Good, I wasn’t sure Conri would survive, or that I wanted Kuro to,” he said with a laugh. Still nothing he liked more than taking a stab at that self-righteous priss.

(warning, weak post xP)
Model Zero glanced at the human as he leaned back on the chair laughing. He couldn’t understand Mr. Watson’s humor; he seemed to have some kind of grudge against the other human, although not quite. The android had definitely sensed tension between them throughout the entire mission, but he couldn’t dismiss them as simply enemies, there was this bond between them which they probably did not realize themselves. Their behaviors interested him. He wondered what happened between the two to create such a peculiar relationship. They didn’t hate each other, but they weren’t friends either. Was it… rivalry? Zero presumed that whatever occurred between them took place before the mission, or during the time they had been separated. Zex divided them into two groups for the first voyage to Belegost. Kurosanai, Conri, and Mr. Watson on one ship; Frigid, Banduk, and himself on another. It was a bit ironic now that he thought about it.
The namekian and the icejin were both far stronger than the android at that time. However, they were the ones to perish, not him. Incidentally, everyone who traveled with Zero to Belegost had met their end, except the android. His mind wandered back to Team B’s ship. Banduk was sitting quietly in a corner while Frigid and Zero stared at the void of space through the window. The namekian didn’t speak much, similar to the android –although Frigid soon broke the silence and engaged Zero in a short conversation. “So, how did you get roped into this?” the icejin inquired.
Zero explained that he was created for the purpose of serving Lord Zex. Surprised, he soon learned that the icejin himself used to work as a guard for the Icejin Kingdom. They were similar in that respect, although the icejin introduced a possibility the android never even thought was possible. Frigid explained he had grown tired of a servant’s life and abandoned his duties in search for a life of thrill and self-accomplishment. The idea brought about the notion of ‘Free Will’. Even now, the android wasn’t sure how to answer the icejin’s question. He did not fully yet understand the concept, it did not make sense. To be free meant to able to act or be done as one wishes and not under the control or in the power of another. However, if –theoretically- the android had been ‘freed’ from his fate, what would he do? Free will was to wander about aimlessly without direction. It would take you anywhere except the one place you wished to be. No purpose, just a series of banal events one after the other.
Zero turned his face away from Mr. Watson. He could not fight the urge to smirk at the icejin’s fate. “Look at where your ‘free-will’ has taken you,” he thought. Gazing back at the window, his train of thought reminded him of something they had yet to do. Conri Lane’s ship was still docked on Belegost. “Mr. Watson, the saiyan’s ship has yet to be retrieved.”

As the laughs wore down William just sat in the seat and stared. So much had happened in the last few weeks… Days… Hours. His head swam and saw relief in no direction. He blinked when Man turned away momentarily, the movement snapping him out of it. His gaze returned with a question, “Mr. Watson, the saiyan’s ship has yet to be retrieved.” For a few brief seconds the boy said nothing. Honestly the thought had never occurred to him, with everything that was happening it was as if the ship never existed. A forgotten concern courtesy his overburdened mind.
They could alter their course and return to Belegost, further delaying their long awaited return home. That seemed feasible however then he thought of its pilots. He did not trust Man, and Ona less so, so them manning their own ship was a reality he did not want to see to fruition. Clicking the screen back open over the window he struck a few buttons before a red light flicked on just above the console. “Lord Zex, Conri’s spaceship is located on the lone spaceport of a planet at the attached location. Please send men to retrieve it… Send a covert ops team to scout as well; our debriefing upon return will explain.”
With another click the light was off and Willie sunk back into the chair, the video message shot off into space to be seen by the Lord of Alpha Prime in the near future. He would see his two agents alive and well and with good news. He would not see the ones he sent to their deaths. Banduk. Frigid. He would not see the others who fell in the war. Ninjin. Celeh. Not see the kinigo leaders who died because working for the Church was the only way they could protect their people. William let loose a heavy sigh.
Cocking his head to the side he caught the former Cardinal’s gaze, “Anything from you chatty Kathy? No? Yeah didn’t think so.” The fact that she was nearly unharmed and completely unrestrained unnerved him. He did not fear her; somehow he believed if she was stronger than him things would be different right now. Not being able to sense ki (yet) did not actually impede him this time however, as he heard only scouters could read an android’s power. “Note to self, buy scouter,” he remarked internally.
Then, staring straight out into the rushing blackness, he sank back once more. His eyes sat unblinking for hours as he just gazed. Androids did not feel the sentient need for small talk, logic dictated everything. They were not the type to waste words. Willie was thankful for it, as he welcomed the silence amidst the rancor of his mind. A human then a majin, oh but also a technarcana. He’s a Deliverer, oh wait now an agent for a criminal overlord; one moment a tournament fighter the next a solider in a holy war.
After several hours he would finally blink, still so lost in thought that he was unaware he had not, before confirming the lock on the systems keyed to him. Then with a yawn he lurched up from the cockpit and made his way to one of the two rooms which remained sealed despite the damage. Though he supposed majins did not technically need sleep, they were still capable, and he needed some rest, mind and body.
…
A few days later, with William back at the head of the ship, he would hit the ship’s intercom with a smile, “Wake up everybody, we’re here!” He did not know who was in the training room or in one of the two rooms, but he was sure they’d want to be ready to get off the ship. A lot had happened and he was sure they were as restless as he for family and friend. Plus he looked forward beginning work on repairing the Arbiter though that looked to be quite pricey. Slowly but surely he would guide the ship toward, and into, the dock they had closed off for their party. Once the ship restraints were in place William cut the engines before pressing the button to drop the bay door. Given Zex’s tracker on the ship he would surely be awaiting there arrival.

It had been a couple of days since he and Kurosanai had woken up as well as talked about everything that had happened over the last mission they had been on. Since then he had been sticking to the medbay and other areas where he might avoid two certain people on the ship, least he do something that he didn't want to anymore. There had been plenty of time to think and get some rest, but he was starting to get a bit stir crazy with being locked in a ship like this. It was easier the first time since he had something to do to occupy his time. Right now he just wanted to get off the ship to stretch his legs or something, but that was tantamount to suicide given that he couldn't breath in space. There was some training he wanted to get done, but he wanted to do it with less people that could potentially use the knowledge against him. Then again maybe he could have used the time to spar with Kuro a bit once more, test the limits to his super saiyan form more thoroughly and maybe see if there was something more to it.
"Man, I feel like I'm going to go insane if we don't dock soon," he was probably not the best passenger without something to keep himself occupied with, tapping his foot on the floor he tried to take his mind off the fact that the was just essentially sitting and waiting. The issue came in that he didn't know what to think about and that was driving him crazy as well. Taking a deep breath, he looked around for a pad and paper that might be in the room with him for whatever reason. When he did gather the two items he set about to make a list of things to do when they got back, but for the time being he still wasn't quite sure what that all would include at the moment.
"Well, I suppose I could work on getting more money, sell a few things I don't need anymore," he spoke aloud, more trying to come up with ideas for this and it was working, he began making a list of things on his ship to sell. Writing a list was a lot harder when you didn't have arms though, even his psychokinetic abilities were not quite used to this level of fine control. The first thing he wrote on the list was Sebastian's sword, he wouldn't give that thing the honor it deserved if it was a weapon that the Church made, because it was made for a singular purpose. Moving through the list of items on his ship, he raised an eyebrow at just how much stuff he had actually collected, and laughed a bit at it. "Man, became a pack rat and didn't even know it. Well, good thing I started this little list of things."
He continued through the list marking off all the important ones with a slightly thicker application of ink, making sure to note the importance of said item. When he was done, he nodded and pocketed the note before he suddenly heard William's voice over the intercom announcing that they had arrived on Alpha Prime, and he let out a relieved sigh. He could finally stretch his legs a bit before heading back to his ship and starting his process of getting back to his home. Jumping up from his seat, he headed towards the bay door of the ship as it was being lowered, the last few days had been an interesting experience to say the least. (sorry, not that great)

So be it. The android closed his eyes, conceding to the human's assumed command. Mr. Watson stood from the chair and headed towards the exit after sending Lord Prometheus the coordinates for the saiyan's ship. Zero did not mind, either way they would return to Alpha Prime the same; however, he thought it incompetent on their part. They were sent to retrieve a lost crew and now they asked Lord Zex to send yet another platoon to reclaim Conri's ship. It was a shame, really. He thought going to Belegost might prove some fruit if Sebastian truly survived. Even if the cardinal was not waiting for him in that barren planet, it would provide Zero with some privacy so he and Ona could speak more about the terms of their allegiance.
The door slid shut. Mr. Watson had left them to their thoughts as he sought to rest mind. Conri Lane and Kurosanai Muzai recovered slowly but surely in the med bay. The rest of their travels would remain stagnant and mute as it was for its duration. Model Zero moved to stand beside the wall, adjacent to Ona, and a mirror beside him for easy access. It was in that spot that he would endure the dead silence as he gazed upon the stars and receded into the depths of his mind. Occasionally, he would glance at the woman, but no words would be spoken. They could not risk being overheard by those within the ship, and so she would be captive, prisoner of war, until they were back within the walls of Ivan's Laboratory.
At last, Crixus-7 was within sight and the Omega Collective just around the gas planet's orbit as they approached the hollowed out asteroid. Mr. Watson, back in the pilot's seat, speaks through the intercom to announce their arrival to the rest of the ship's inhabitants; Conri and Kurosanai. The androids had not left their spot since mounting the craft. The ship orbits around the gas planet, set on a path to intercept the chain of asteroids containing Beta Minor, The Gamma Slums, and their destination, Alpha Prime. The former cardinal would, perhaps, appreciate the Collective as it was living proof of the benefits confided by thriving technological advances. It was similar to Belegost in the sense that its surface was not habitable. The outer layer of Alpha Prime was nothing but raw space rocks, an asteroid, but within the asteroid resided a large space station with flickering red lights. The sight would soon be revealed as the ship entered through one of the craters. The surroundings were completely black and void of light with exception of Crixus-7 shining from the outside and the artificial lights provided by the space station itself.
Alpha Prime itself possessed an artificial atmosphere. The sky was always dark and it was perhaps harder to tell from day and night without moon and sun to orbit, but life flourished regardless. Mr. Watson maneuvered the ship onto the docking bay and prepared to disembark from the spacecraft. Zero now held Ona's sword and shield as before. Standing next to the bay door, he aims the tip of her blade at her, a gesture of command. She was a captive, and he would treat her as such. Ona would remain beside Zero as they exit the space ship.

For the duration of the trip Ona had kept to herself within the ship. While not restrained, as her surrender had been complete in the eyes of all save Zero, she had moved little. Staying out of the way of the rest she had only spoken when addressed. The distrust obvious in the others was well warranted considering what she had been not days before. As a former Cardinal of the Universal Church of One she had been a mortal enemy of all aboard. Perhaps in time and if given the chance she might explain her situation as she had to Zero so the rest could see her for what she truly was. An opportunist, the android had only allied herself with the Church so that she might utilize their assets for her own purposes. Now that time had passed and her alliance with Zero was going to provide her with a new place to further her research.
When they finally did arrive, the ship beginning to circle the station known as Alpha Prime, the android steps to one of the port holes so she may view her new home. It was had she had seen in the footage and photographs the Church possessed. The organization was to be commended for its troves of information, something she hoped this Ivan and Prometheus Zex could match. It wasn’t long before they docked the ship settling down as those inside began to move towards the rear hatch. Zero came then, leveling her own blade at her with the command to exit the ship. Giving the slightest of nods she does as she is told, knowing this was her part to play until more freedom was to be granted. Stepping past him she exits the ship, stepping onto her new home. This was not the first time she had called a foreign place such and it would most likely not be the last.
(Going forward feel free to skip me, I do not need to post each time I come up in the order.)

The ship had been picked up radar far before it had ever entered Alpha Prime’s airspace. Word had been passed to Prometheus that a ship with signatures matching those of his team had returned. Heading from his home, Wrath in tow, the Lord of Alpha Prime was quick to make his way towards the space port. Having received no report of any for since the group had left he was curious to see what news they had brought back. If he had to guess they had met some sort of resistance to their sudden appearance. Friendly natives would have resulted in a message sent back, notifying the alien that they had arrived and what they had found. There was also the concern that Frigid and Banduk’s signatures had not been noted as aboard the vessel. Still, there was no guarantee the trip had proven fruitless. It was time to see if his investment was going to pay off.
Having landed and now strolling into the docking back, Wrath thudding along behind him, Zex was surprised to see a different ship than the one he had sent them with, but had known that had not returned with Conri Lane's ship. A curious fact, but one he was sure would be cleared up as soon as conversation began. Timing apparently perfect as no sooner had his foot step out on the landing platform did the hatch the ship drop. Standing at its edge he saw those he already knew to be there and curiously enough a woman he did not recognize. The way Zero held a blade leveled at her back screamed captive. The android performed well it seemed…and this woman had no readable signature, just like her android captor.
”Welcome back! I see you have brought a stranger back home with you, yet I do not sense two of those you left with. Care to fill me in on their location and who this…woman is?” It was possible the two had taken a more direct path to their respective homes, yet Zex was rarely that optimistic. He looked to facts and based on the fact they had a captive of their own it was clear there had been resistance to their exploration in some level. The Lord of Alpha Prime would have further evidence when he was to notice Conri Lane’s arms or lack there of.

Finally they had arrived back home. He could hear the idiot William Watson moving around letting everyone know that they had come back to their launching point. War had devastated the group, both physically and mentally. Frigid and Banduk were missing in action and were replaced by another tin can that the android had found for some reason. It was pathetic that they could not stop to spare time to try and find the two but Wiliam Watson insisted on going home. It may have been true that Kurosanai had never approached him on this issue. The prodigy thought it was the simplest thing to do, search for their missing comrades but the idiot never tried. After waking up Kuro realized he had lost much time and lost even more as the rest of the trip blurred together.
The ship landed with a thud and the hull began to depressurize. It was going to be nice to get out of this shell and stretch his legs. He had seen Conri slowly become stir crazy within the confines of the wall and begin to take mental notes for some kind of list. Frankly Kurosanai could care less. In fact there was little that Kuro actually did find interesting. Slowly the memories from Belegost and Mement Mor began to slither their way back into his mind. Images of Arpatiko burning before his eyes as his screams reviberated through the room. The sight of seeing the once magnificently looking city on Mement Mor reduced to nothing but ash as battles that raged on across the surface. Civilians running for their lives as war descended like the hounds of hell. It had all begun to get the young man. The images, the sounds and the smells. Nothing was seemingly lost much to his chagrin.
The sight of Prometheus Zex standing there with Wrath behind him greeting this group like conquering heroes disgusted Kurosanai. He had gone on a mission to save a stranded crew only to be dragged into a war. He would not forget this and the blame would be shouldered on the mysterious leader of Alpha Prime.
“They are gone and this woman is worthless.” Kuro spat. As his mind grew darker in the final days of their trip his temper and patience had shortened. “Frankly your mechanized pain in the ass has nearly gotten us killed numerous times along our journey including taking this…thing with us. I recommend just scrapping this model and starting fresh. You can do much better.” Yes every word was out of place but he cared little right now. Let punishment come to him if it was on its way.

No sooner had the bay door began to lower than Conri came bounding out the med bay. No matter how many times William had seen him the last few days; he could never quite get over the site of the man armless. Truly a cruel fate for the Galactic Champion, though it did not seem to dampen his spirits any. Defeating Invictus and the Church seemed to be a feat worth accomplishing no matter the sacrifice to him. Watson could hardly argue. Kurosanai was not far behind, silent as he brooded. Remembering what he said to Man before collapsing during their escape of Mor, he knew why he was upset.
Willie had taken helm of the ship and set them on a direct path home, despite being two crew members short. However Watson shrugged off Kuro’s piss poor attitude; he had not cared one shit when they left Belegost without the namekian. All consumed by his ‘victories’ and new wardrobe, yet now he was self-righteous. And unlike the so called prodigy, the apparent human was not blind to the truths. Even if he had survived his fight, Frigid surely would have died in the planet’s destruction. And if other Cardinals were on their way, they were certainly in no position to fend them off. He could pout all he wanted but it was hard truth to face that William had done what had to be done.
Meanwhile Man and Ona, who had not moved for the entire trip, now came to life, the blonde silently ordering the woman forward with a point of her requisitioned blade. Still Willie did not trust her, or him for that matter, their relationship seemingly an act. Though he could not be sure as robots were always so cold and calculated, and perhaps that only worsened his suspicions. Following behind was William, attempting to look resolute as they stepped out before Prometheus Zex and his behemoth brother, Wrath.
”Welcome back! I see you have brought a stranger back home with you, yet I do not sense two of those you left with. Care to fill me in on their location and who this…woman is?” Kuro, with a reviled look upon his face, retorted sharply “They are gone and this woman is worthless.” Willie cocked his head to the side as the human continued on with venom. “Frankly your mechanized pain in the ass has nearly gotten us killed numerous times along our journey including taking this…thing with us. I recommend just scrapping this model and starting fresh. You can do much better.”
While William naturally mistrusted androids it seemed Kurosanai straight hated them. Though he understood Muzai’s frustration; Zex’s simple mission evolved into a planetary conflict and the simple warriors forcibly drafted into a holy war. They had leveled a planet and Prometheus smiled and asked how it all went. Even Willie felt the bite of anger. “Banduk and Frigid were lost in the midst of combat, neither survived sadly… As for this woman, she is an android who was a high level officer in the Universal Church of One, a fanatic religion based on racial purity. Man took her prisoner,” he stated despite being unsure of the real truth.
“And the exploratory team you sent us after, one of the android’s fellow officers claimed they had been captured and killed for intruding in a Church system,” he added, seeing as they was their original mission all along. Oh how he bet Zex knew it was much more than that as well. He was too smart to just throw them into the void and just hope for pay dirt. At least they were home. Finally.

When he was in the fresh air, or as fresh as it could get on a space station he let out a sigh of relief from being cooped up for so long, even though it probably wasn't all that long speaking time wise. Still, he couldn't stand not having something to do for so long, but on the downside of having to land was also realizing that their friends had been left behind whether they were dead or alive was also a mystery. The other part was he had to keep his anger in check when it came to Zero or to be more precise his prisoner, one of the cardinals that they had fought on Mement Mor. If he truly wanted he could probably deal with her right here, and there would only be one power capable of contending with him, his eyes moving towards Wrath as he thought this. The issue was whether or not it would be the right thing to do, unlike the androids he was a being of emotion and as such, they drove him to be a better person than his enemies. It kind of sucked when it came to situations like this though, still it would be better than the alternative which would probably pit him against Zex and Wrath, two people he had no reason to fight.
His attention was distracted when Kuro exited the ship and made comments regarding the androids and raised an eyebrow slightly at his outburst, it was the first time that he had seen him act that way. Well, at least when he didn't have a weird voice accompanying the change in attitude either. Was there something that he had missed between Kuro and Zero that caused the aggression towards him? He was curious about it but he could always talk with his friend about it later, they were both from Earth after all so it was likely that the two would see each other around. Both Kurosanai and William Watson had accounted for different aspect of the mission that they had been sent on, but both of them also had left out a crucial piece of what had happened as well, as it wasn't just the crew that they had gone to investigate either.
"One of the planets you sent us to investigate is also not there anymore, it was destroyed when one of our enemies attacked the core," he said with a somber tone, it was better that the leader of Alpha Prime know that there was now only one planet at those coordinates. It was a shame as well, the planet could have made a good home for people, and well it had technically done so before anyways. Right now, everything was just starting to hit him anyways so he figured that it would probably be best to report, get their payment for the mission, then they could all go their separate ways. He had his own plans to get underway and he was sure that the others had their own things to attend to as well so it was for the best.
He would wait for Zex to say something about all of the information he was getting first though, before he would ask about the payment and then going home to his own bed. Man, it had actually been quite a while since he slept in his own bed, and while the ship bed was technically his, it just wasn't the same as the one that was waiting for him back at his place.

Model Zero looked to his master and him alone. His eyes never faltered, unbroken, cold and calculated as it was known to be. If he had been an emotional being, the human's words might have carried some weight. However, the android had performed as instructed, and if Lord Zex asked him to justify himself then so be it. Frankly, he could not discern the meaning behind the human's words as they had barely spoken and Zero's actions had done nothing but advance the mission from a point of sterility. It was the android who found Mr. Watson in the depths of Belegost while everyone else thought him dead and would have left for Mor without a second thought. Granted, the man's appearance was a mystery in itself, but he was alive regardless. Again, it was Zero who postponed Sebastian's death so they could learn of Mement Mor's whereabouts and, in turn, the missing crew they had been sent to retrieve.
Zero again, who took the initiative of killing the same man he spared, and transformed their meaningless words into action. The sound of the android's pistol instigated the inevitable war that had dawned upon them. However, it was Kurosanai Muzai and Conri Lane who selfishly conjured their own priorities beyond the matter at hand and engaged the Universal Church of One without regard for the 'weaker' members of their dispatched group. In his eyes, if anyone were to be at fault for their comrade's disappearance, it was them. The logical approach would have been to learn of the enemy's location and then return when they had been properly prepared. Lord Zex warned them to retreat if the task elevated beyond a simple recovery mission, yet they insisted to go ahead and challenge the Church; now, they blamed Lord Prometheus for their own shortcomings.
In spite of all that had transpired, Model Zero was able to turn dismay into opportunity. The men beside him had returned empty handed -some without hands themselves! He bet, none of them thought about learning from their adversaries. They only cared about killing the people who wronged them while Zero seized opportunity. He learned that Ona was not loyal to the Universal Church of One, and he had also learned that Invictus was not the last member they would face. The 'worthless prisoner' contained invaluable information about the Church, information which Zex may now exploit at his leisure. Model Zero would hold onto what he knew, to be presented only when the rest had left. Only Lord Zex would have access to what he had learned and Ona's true nature. The others wouldn't understand; even if Ona had no loyalty to the Church, they would not forgive her for the things she had done in behalf of Aon. They would see her dead before leaving Alpha Prime, and Lord Zex would find himself obligated to comply. The last thing he needed was to have rumors that the Lord of Alpha Prime housed heretics in his compound.
Most of what needed to be said had already been so. Mr. Watson provided a brief overview of what had occurred; the allies who had lost their life in his cause, the Universal Church of One and their intentions, the status of the woman Zero held prisoner, and -finally- the crew members which had been the subject of their mission, lost long before their arrival. Conri Lane speaks after, alluding to Mement Mor's destruction. Zero would have thought the man to mention Ninjin Hattori's sacrifice. Waging everything that had been said, Zero could think of little he could offer at the moment. Once Zex and the android were alone, within confined walls, he would give the Lord a complete and detailed description of the events. He communicated his intent with a blank stare, straight through Prometheus' eyes.

As patient as ever, the Lord of Alpha Prime stood in silence as they all reported. The disconnect between the group quickly became apparent, Kurosanai not seeming at all pleased with the decision to bring this woman back with them. Based on the boy’s words it would appear he thought much of himself and very little of Zero. That was fine; the group had served their purpose and only Zero was to remain under Zex’s employ. With the report continuing more was revealed about this orange haired female, reportedly a member of the Universal Church of One. The organization was known to Prometheus and one he would not take so easily in any regards. The fact Banduk and Frigid had been lost was a testament to the power they Church possessed, assuming they had fallen to its agents.
Questioning the androids would wait till later, when more privacy was available should the information they hold be of higher value than the reports being given now. Lastly Conri Lane, the Champion having quite obviously suffered injury in service to Zex, his words had the alien’s brow arching some. One of the planets had been destroyed? Such a thing was no easy feat for even one such as Wrath…although Zex assumed it within his grasp should he put his mind to it or be ordered to do so. The whole point of their mission had been to scout the planets, hopefully brining back more information than just this. Of course he had been curious about the disappearance of his first team, but that was secondary. Slowly walking to his right the alien lord tucks his arms behind the small of his back.
”It pains me to hear of the loss of Banduk, Frigid, my initial search team and the planet itself, but I am glad the rest of you were able to return. One of you has even managed to bring back a worthwhile captive. That is extra of course, as all of you have performed as asked. I will interrogate this woman myself, but there is no rush. What can you tell me of the remaining planet and its inhabitants?” Stopping as he asks the question the alien looks to them all.
To the side Wrath stood in silence, massive arms hanging at his sides as he did so. The beast’s eyes had rested on Ona since it had been revealed she was a member of the Universal Church of One. While Prometheus was confident in almost everything it was part Wrath’s responsibility to handle the more physical threats. The alien did not agree with how openly the Muzai boy had shown his disapproval, but he shared it. The android was a wild card, even her signature unknown to those without scouters, never mind her motives.

Kurosanai just wanted to go home. At first he had longed to go home simply because he missed it but that slowly changed over the last day and a half. It had turned into nothing more hatred for this mission. He had only met the Namekian once so it was not much of a feeling of devastation on him when he was missing. In fact Kuro due to Fujin’s possession did not even realize that Banduk Gundu was no longer part of the group until the trip home. Frigid’s disappearance however was a different case entirely. The two had bonded in the ring of the Galactic Tournament here on Omega. Then in the fires of hell that were created by the prodigy Frigid pulled him from the abyss on Belegost. To think that he was snuffed out like that was incomprehensible.
“The other planet…it is a wasteland with a rocky core that spreads for miles and miles…light does not escape the honey combed world…” Each passing word drew less and less vitriol from the prodigy. He needed to surpress his anger even just a little bit in order to finish this job. Just a little longer. “The people are fierce and proud. They will not bend knee again if they don’t have to, especially when they find out that they are free from the Universal Church of One.” Everything that he was saying was a complete shot in the dark. Kurosanai had spent maybe about an hour on the planet dealing with only two Kinigos. The look that Prometheus Zex had was one of desire, and it disgusted him that he may have been responsible for handing over the planet of Belegost to the mysterious leader of Alpha Prime.
Shifting his eyes to the ground the boy took a moment to himself to try and center himself more. Just a few minutes more, just a few minutes more…just a few minutes more… When his eyes came back up again they fell on the two androids. It could have been the preordained preference of his ancestor seeping into his own feelings or it was the fact that there was no true way to determine their strength. One day him and the android dubbed Zero were going to meet on the battlefield and only one was going to walk away from it. He could feel it deep within his bones. When this battle occurred was a mystery but one day it would come.
