After careful deliberation staff has decided to amend the mulligan rule that is currently active. The amended rule will be as follows:
-The maximum power level that a player can roll from character to character will now be 75,000 PL. This is due to the increase in starter pls.
-A player can now mulligan their character multiple times. The way this will work is that the first time a player mulligans their character there will be no restrictions. After that a player must earn 10,000 PL before they can mulligan their character again. This increases by 5,000 PL for each occurrence (maxing at 20,000 PL). I.E. If a character mulligans their character at 15,000 PL then they will not be able to do so again until 25,000 PL. If they mulligan their character again then they will be unable to do so until 40,000 PL. If you happen mulligan your character above 75,000 PL, regardless of any restriction to earned PL, the new character will start at 75,000 PL.
-A player may carry over their current zeni (first mulligan only) and one item. This does not include any items included in estate sales prior to the mulligan. Meaning: if a player has heavy weights, a gravity chamber and a simulator and chooses to carry over just his heavy weights and decides to sell all of his other items first. The proceeds from the other two items will not be counted. After the first mulligan the player will only start with 200 zeni.
-If a character is mulliganed any threads that the character will NOT be partially graded
