The halls of the palace were abuzz with activity and talk. There was palpable excitement in the air. It was the big day, the day of the wedding between Aella and Ninjin. The Saiyan looked into the mirror and admired his tuxedo and the way it was fitted to his body. The Emperor moved in closer to inspect himself. There was obvious signs of stress on his face, and he felt much older than his true age. Still it was a joyous day, and he found he could not keep the smile from his face. The recent tragic events were being mitigated by the finding of true love. Still, he wished Azuki was here to join him in this moment and the pang in his heart told him he would never forget his son, nor the pain. Today though, today he could fight it off.
There was a knock on the door and Boreal appeared, looking all at once excited and extremely nervous. Ninjin had often wondered if a being could shake more, and Boreal was defying expectations once again. The shaking of the small Icejin would put a blender to shame.
“M-M-M-My lord. I-I-It’s time.” The small Icejin stammered. Was it fear of Ninjin or simply a complex that caused the diminutive creature to vibrate? The powerful Saiyan could not be sure, but whatever it was he hoped the Icer could get over it in time. He nodded and stepped from the mirror, finished inspecting himself. It was time.
For a long while he had thought that this day would never come. The warrior’s life and the one of the lover do not often go hand in hand. More often than not it ends in tragedy. And yet he had found something worth holding onto. Even Heaven could not compare, and he had been there. She could fill the space in his chest where so long ago his heart had been torn. Aella filled that space and more, she gave him hope.
Ninjin stepped into the grand hall, looking handsome as ever. The Saiyan Emperor cut a dashing figure and the room stood upon his entrance, cheering for the man at his most happy day. The Emperor could not keep the smile from his face. The hall was filled with those that wished to see the Emperor and future Empress be wed.

He would have never believed it if not for his own eyes. The memory still so fresh and vivid in his mind how Ona and he rushed to escape the blast radius of the colossal explosion which devastated The City of Mor in just seconds prior. The valiant Ninjin Hattori, former heir to the saiyan throne, had achieved a power unheard of –only in legends of the past, and gathered all of his new found ki for one final sacrifice which turned the tide of the battle against Invictus. Unfortunately, his sacrifice alone was not enough to take down the former cardinal, but it was essential for their success. Beaten and ravaged, the damage inflicted on the armored warrior was enough to give Conri Lane a fighting chance. Zero celebrated the effort as he gained an ally through their battle. In his eyes, that was just one more saiyan he would not have to worry about. However, he apparently thought wrong as the man stood before them all in that very moment.
“Are you sure you saw him explode?” Ivan crooned with skepticism. Zero simply nodded. He knew what he saw and there was nothing which could compare to the experience of running from a blast that demolished everything around him. Ivan had no choice but to take the android’s word for it. Zero had no reason to lie, and questioning his ability of perception was akin to question his own engineering abilities. “So… it seems that bio-android spoke the truth after all…”
“Muneate?” Zero looked at his master with interest. Muneate was the strange girl created by Dr. Kokoro. The android came across her while she had been ingesting citizens of Alpha Prime. From then on, the thing was imprisoned before word reached their superiors and kept as a slave toy Zero would use to train with. It was just recently, back in Lupin IV, that they had intellectually engaged the bio-android for interrogation and dissected her insides. She was now inside a tank deep in Ona’s Laboratory.
“Yes, during her interrogation, she implied to have died and gone to hell. I thought she was delusional and surrendered the attempt at any other meaningful conversation. However… now I’m not so sure… For all I know, Aon himself might actually exist!” the thought baffled him. Years of scientific research continued to lead scholars to the realization that a god –or gods, were completely unnecessary and inconsequential to their existence. On the other hand, if there truly existed such a thing, it may turn the scientific world upside down.
AEVA stepped in. She was an artificial intelligence program based on Earth. Her current body was just a prototype used as a vehicle to interact with the world. She had long silver hair and red penetrating eyes. Her appearance was, inevitably, that of an android. Although one might think Zero a man in a suit of armor, there was no doubt in one’s mind upon resting their gaze that the woman was a mechanical construct. “Whether or not heaven and hell exist is yet to be confirmed, that is irrelevant.” Ivan glanced at her with his mouth wide open. Here his entire belief system was on the line and AEVA knocked it off the shelf like an expired can of beans. Regardless, he knew he was just dwelling in sport and neglected to acknowledge that Ninjin’s presence posed an unprecedented predicament.
“She is correct,” Ivan said, shifting his gaze to the saiyan. “We have a big problem in our hands if people can just rise from the dead and look as good as he does…”
He couldn’t speak blatantly as they never knew what ears lurked about, but no explanation was needed as each of them had already come to that realization the moment their eyes set on the saiyan. Model Zero was created for the sole purpose of annihilating the saiyan race –but if his enemies could simply dig themselves out of their graves, it changed the game completely! Ninjin Hattori was an incredibly powerful foe and his strength had only enhanced to greater heights since the last Zero saw him. Prometheus Zex and Arctic were destined to fall regardless, but now the rulers Ivan had been so close to overthrow were replaced by bigger and stronger foes that dwarfed them beyond measure. Ivan couldn't help but ponder over the new realization. Since when have people been able to come back from the dead? Where exactly did they come back from? Is it a special case? If so, why Ninjin Hattori? Why Muneate? They had nothing in common except... saiyan genes? He wrenched the thought away. If revival was dependent on saiyan genes, cloning the race back to life wouldn't have been necessary. Nothing made sense anymore...

Azazel was standing at the back of the grand hall waiting for Ninjin to enter the Grand Hall. Her and Silitha were here for a wedding, for his wedding. Scanning the crowd of people she couldn’t see anything out of the ordinary. Silitha was standing next to Azazel also looking around the room. She still didn’t understand why they were there, but Azazel told her that Ninjin would probably be happy to see some of his friends there. Silitha kept pulling at Azazels dress asking if they can move closer to the front. Azazel really had no intention on making her way to the front, but before she could do anything Silitha was already making her way there.
It was at that moment that Ninjin entered the Hall and was making his way to the alter at the front. The entire room stood up upon his entrance. She watched him walk by and watched the smiles on the faces of the people he passed. As well as the one on his face. Once he was at the front of the crowd, she noticed that a blue creature was standing next to him. She knew who the creature was, but it had been over a year since she had last seen him. He was her opponent in the Galactic tournament and was the one that beat her to advance.
“I wonder what he has been up to since then. I wonder if he will even remember who I am. And if I recall I do not think he could speak. That could have just been because of the fight, I will have to talk to him once this is all taken care of.” Azazel thought ot herself as she made her way through the crowd looking for Silitha.
Slipping her way through the crowd of people. Azazel would make her way through and stop close enough to the front to see. Little did she know the same person that she had talked to earlier would be standing just a foot away from her. Not being able to sense his power she would have no idea Man was standing that close to her as she hadn’t looked in that direction. She was still looking for Silitha and she knew that she was in the room. A few seconds would pass and her sister would make her presence known.
Silitha had made her way to the front of the Hall, but not just the front row. She was standing next to Where Ninjin and the others were. She was standing next to the blue creature that Azazel was thinking about just seconds before. Closing her eyes and shaking her head Azazel said nothing as he sister stood there starring at the male creature. She was sure Ninjin wasn’t going to be upset with her, this is after all the first wedding that she has been too.

Truffle was beaming, the happiest day of his life, simply because of the joy it brought to Ninjin. It radiated off of his master, in bright yellows and golden colors, a warm glow emanating from every pore of his Saiyan, that only he could see. He basked in the warmth of that glow, and it gave Truffle unknown joy, seeing the one he cared about most in such a state of euphoria.
Which is why he was startled when he felt someone staring at him. He turned and looked at her, and tilted his head to the side, confused. Out of all of the people there, there was only one looking at him. He turned to Ninjin, and could see the Saiyan was looking at Aella, exactly where his eyes should be looking. But this one stared at the Hoyo.
Truffle looked at her and gave an awkward wave with his massive paw, hoping that it would give the woman the okay to speak to him. He clearly couldn’t speak back, but she shouldn’t feel awkward approaching him. He may be massive, but he wasn’t mean. Aside from that…she looked somewhat familiar. There were a lot of powerful signatures in this room, so he couldn’t quite recognize it.
He looked over at Ninjin and placed a giant paw on his shoulder, squeezing lightly. He knew it wouldn’t hurt the Saiyan, instead probably steadying him, giving him reassurance that the blue alien was by his side again, and would always be there.

The room was packed with dignitaries and honored guests. There had been a number of others from around Beta and Alpha as well, and they beamed up at him from their respective places in the audience. Ninjin wasn’t sure he had ever been happier. It was an odd juxtaposition to what he had been feeling what felt like a lifetime ago at the tube that was his son’s grave. Still, even that was pushed aside on this day of days. This was the day of his wedding.
Truffle stood next to him, and there was none other he would wish to have in that spot. Since the large blue alien had returned the two had been impossible to separate. Ninjin placed his hand on the shoulder of his friend and it felt like nothing could wipe the smile from his face. Ninjin noticed more begin to shuffle in. Ninjin was pleased to notice out of the corner of his eye, and partially due to his ki sensing, Silitha and Azazel walk in. The Emperor turned his gaze from them and scanned the rest of the room. There were none stronger than he in attendance, but then again he wasn’t sure if there were any stronger than he in the universe.
The events of Earth had reached his ears when survivors began to flood both Beta and Alpha. At first the Emperor was surprised and had been on alert to see Earth ships suddenly come into range of their sensors. The reason was given quickly when they hailed the ships. War had come to Earth, and he brought Death with him. With a sigh he shook his head and was glad to be where he was. This was his wedding day. There had never been a day more fitting for his thoughts to be further from Death and destruction.
A shock of worry shot through him, not for the first time on that day, or the days leading up. There had been a time when he would never have done such a thing, especially not so soon. That was different time, and a different Ninjin Hattori. He knew what he felt for Aella, and knew what she felt for him. The experiences in his life told him that nothing could be taken for granted, and she was one of the precious few things in the universe that could make him as happy as she did. Once again, out of the corner of his eye, he caught sight of Silitha.
The young girl had made her way up to the stage and was standing very close to where they were. It did nothing to diminish his smile. The young girl was curious, and the event no doubt unusual to one that had never seen it before. It was not the Emperor, nor his beautiful Icejin bride-to-be whom had just stepped into the room with music beginning, that the young demoness was staring at. No, her attention seemed to be locked on Truffle.
Aella was breathtaking. A long white dress hugged her every curve like a second skin, complete with long flowing train. A veil hung over her head so that the Saiyan could just barely make out the features of her face. A massive blue paw settled on his shoulder and gave him a reaffirming squeeze of affection. Ninjin beamed as Aella made her way up to the platform. He took her outstretched hands in his. “My love.”
“You look beautiful beyond words.” The emotion of the moment nearly caused the hardened warrior to choke up. This was love. This was what the poets wrote verse on, what the bard sang of, what the warrior fought for. It was worth the world, and worth dying for.
“Where is Zasham?” The Icejin gave voice to what the Emperor had been thinking before her beauty had destroyed all words for him as she had entered the room.
“I assume he is running late. Worry not my Queen. Time and love wait for no man, be he human, Saiyan, or something else altogether.” His reassuring smile set her at ease. William Watson, or Zasham, rather some combination of the two, was one of Ninjin’s greatest friends and allies. The two had forged a bond of brotherhood in the flames of battle and hardship. There would be no way he would miss his brother’s wedding entirely. The Emperor could only reason that some issue on Alpha Prime, perhaps the flood of Earth’s refugees, had tied the hands of his adopted brother.
“We thank you for coming today, in this a time of turmoil in the galaxy…” The official chosen for the event began his speech, and there was a great shuffling sound as the gathered audience made to sit. Ninjin beamed at his love, and she back.

The Bio-Android had heard a people talking. Obviously. He had heard that there would be a wedding. Many people would be there. Humans and species of all kinds. This will be great for me. I will snag a bystander whilst they are alone. Or maybe I will just take a whole group! Ahahahahaha! At least that's what he planned. He did not know what to expect. But obviously he knew that the male had to be powerful enough to protect the female. So he must be careful of that. Or maybe I will go for the male himself!! The power I would get from him would be awesome!!!!!!
Maybe I could convince a random stranger to help me. Some are just gullible, but maybe there is evil. Finally he had arrived at the front door. The place was enormous. A palace, literally! He had a cloak on, and a hood over his face so nobody would see him. He opened the door and ducked inside. He heard the official had begun speaking.

Della sighed wistfully as she watched the proceedings, things had only just begun but already she could tell her normally impassive expression was beginning to crack and try as she might to fix it there really was no stopping it, weddings were equal parts wonderful and depressing for Della, on the one hand the entire event was a wondrous thing, a couple professing their love for one another and making a grand show of declaring it to the world and there was little more in the world better than a genuine expression of love. But on the other hand and certainly far more selfishly Della could not help but feel the crushing grip of envy and frustration with a healthy helping of sadness. Her love had passed so very very long ago now, his death very well might even predate the combined ages of those assembled, though that all depended upon how long lived the majority of those assembled were. Della had attended very few weddings in her time; most were those that one of her Guardians had been asked to officiate, unions between former students or friends.
Her first had of been with Seikatsu, prior to that Della had KNOWN of weddings but never had the interest to attend any. The exact details of the event were for the most part lost to memory at this point, it had been a far simpler affair than Ninjin’s grandiose display but it had been wonderful nonetheless. It was also the event that sparked the first genuine conversation between herself and Sei about how exactly things would progress with them. Della sighed at the thought brushing her hand over the ring Sei had given her, they had figured back then that there was no real way for them to have a ‘proper’ relationship as Sei felt that as Guardian his first responsibility to the Earth and its people even in many cases over and above his own wishes.
It was interesting to see Ninjin in this light, she had not yet had a chance to speak with him directly since the battle at the Zex home and as such her only exposure to Ninjin was him just after a ‘fight’ with Arctic and fully prepared to do the same thing he had done to the Arcosian to the Zex brothers, he had been a man ready to kill. Now he was a man ready to love and with what Della had learned of Ninjin’s recent history this was a wonderful thing for him, a chance to build some more positive memories to hopefully outweigh all of the negative. Aside from Ninjin there were a few other familiar faces amongst those assembled, the familiar power of Azazel and her younger Sister Sillitha, the younger demoness having made her way right up to where Ninjin was to inspect the large.. Man? Identifying the gender of the large blue being was not particularly easy as Della knew nothing of its species, some time ago she likely would have attributed the word ‘creature’ to it but her time on Omega had long since taught her that with the varied sorts of beings in the universe it was really just better to assume sentience until otherwise proven wrong.
A deeper scan of the growing crowd pointed Della to another familiar signature, Ivan, the creator of Zero, one of her best students, it was entirely likely that he was either aware of her presence already or would be alerted to it soon enough if he made use of his scouter though with any luck he would remain with Ivan. As open as she was with her more direct students it made her somewhat uncomfortable that someone she knew relatively well might actually see her in her present state. Another from Della was cut off by a sudden weight pressing into her side; she knew rather immediately the source and placed a hand on the head of the person responsible. Vixi had a particularly keen knack for reading Della’s emotional state and a hug from the young feline woman was enough to bring a small smile back to Della’s lips. “Thank you Vixi” Della said running a hand through the young girls hair as Vixi grinned up at her from her hug.

Traveling across the vast plains between the stars was a long endeavor that expanded for several hours if not days at a time depending on where one sought to travel and from; the lack of gravity, small confined spaces and the irritable words that came from Raska's mouth over the length of their plotted course didn't make it any easier. It wouldn't have been nearly as painful for others but having one pressed up against her backside and mouth next to her ear for hours on end was enough to drive most people insane enough to plow their space craft into the side of an asteroid, and Maya had plenty of chances to do just that. Self control had been the key to avoiding such a disaster but there was only so much that Maya could take in a short period of time and her wits end was coming close to being sliced in two.
All of this, all of the talking, the questions, thoughts of what to do next wouldn't have been nearly as bad if Raska hadn't taken it upon herself to embrace her body right up against Maya's for a great portion of the trip... or it could have been a few minutes; the need to break free from the steel hull of the ship made time pass all the more slowly. Personal space was something very treasured by the alien even going as far to nearly sunder a palace guard in half when his unannounced presence tapped her on the shoulder.
"Just a few... more... hours."
The phrase had been repeated over and over in her mind with each passing tick in her counter till they arrived in the Omega system, from there it was but a short skip towards Beta Major where the information they searched after laid. Many times Maya was ready to call it quits and jettison herself from the cockpit to linger in space for a great deal of time till she was picked up by a stray freighter but of course such a span in time would surely have negative repercussions in the effectiveness of their operation, so she stayed put, hands on the control while her mind tried to control what little self control that still obeyed her commands.
Relief filled her thoughts as the glimmering lights of the Omega cluster parted through the stars to greet them with a warming embrace, finally they were here! Sighing softly to herself Maya relaxed her tense body for the first time since she first sat down in the leather seat, twelve hours was a long time to keep in such a position but having no real muscle structure it was a feat easily accomplished by herself though Raska on the other hand would probably feel the longevity of its long term effects having been in a confined space for such a extended period of time... less her thin body was more flexible than Maya had first thought.
Directing focus towards the light filled city the space craft dipped down with a great deal of force till the nose of the craft was tearing down upon the ever growing city. Accelerating rather than slowing down the once small constructs of the city grew tremendous in size in a matter of seconds than minutes, before they knew it the confines of the city were all around them in a dizzying blur of motion from other vehicles and citizens as they paced back and forth through their menial lives. Swerving around corners and buildings the small craft eventually found its way into the heart of the city as it lowered ever closer towards the ground without so much as a trace of slowing down any degree. Inching onto the ground Maya spotted a pack of citizens as they walked about not yet aware of the coming presence of the metallic machine blaring down on their position. Dropping the rear side of the cycle towards the ground sparks were brought to life with the contact of steel on steel as it rained heated metal into the surrounding air with a hellish screech that all nearby could hear. Eyes turned towards the ensuring bullet as people packed together shoved one another to escape its trajectory before it was to late.
Narrowly avoiding the pack of citizens as they scampered away into nearby alleyways the cycle swiftly shifted onto its side with a trail of sparks following in its movement. Dropping the tempered glass shielding covering that had been acting as the cockpit Maya's legs jutted out from the side as it pressed into the hardened metal of the street below. Sliding nearly on its side for another twenty feet the vehicle came to a halt as it stabilizer jets kicked in propping the craft right up once again as if nothing had never happened.
"Fun."
Maya shook her head back and forth as her long leg kicked out and over the seat she had been residing on for so long, with a slight spring in her step Maya landed on the pavement below with a light tap. Tossing her fingers through her hair with a ruffle she flipped her head back letting the long strands whip out wildly; it felt great to out of that machine, no longer did she have to worry about another pressing up against her; at least for now. Scanning the nearby area her eyes fell upon the grand entrance she had made into Beta, pupils followed her every movement from the alley ways and nearby businesses waiting to see what it was she would do, but of course her attention was never to be focused on them. They had come here with a mission one in which did not revolve around the people of this world but that of a single target, a man by the name of Ninjin Hattori. Having the Saiyan networks at her finger tips Maya knew all to well of the man, his fights, glory and his death but by what means he had come to be here of all places, let alone survive his fate... that was something that eluded her.
Eyes turned towards her back seat passenger, Raska; the strange alien woman who was assigned to tag along on this task. Given the woman's friendly yet easily excitable nature she might have enjoyed the sudden burst and then deceleration across the worlds surface but play time was over.
"We need to find Ninjin where ever he may...."
Maya paused in mid sentence with her words lingering as a hover bot draping a news reel on its belly glazed past her slowly as if its mind was a thousand miles away, of course Maya knew it was simply a mindless drone tasked with delivering information to the streets of the city. Plastered across the screen was the world news but the head lines were about the royal wedding which was being held at the moment. It was not the announcement that had caught her attention but the expansive picture that took up half the screen; it was Ninjin, along with a female of a race Maya had not come across yet.
"I guess that answers our question...."
Maya spoke with a half minded voice as her thoughts drifted else where. Part of the assignment had been accomplished and it had only taken them but a few seconds... now the difficult part was to come, how to get in close.... From the time spent at Akassa's side Maya had learned a thing or two about procedures when addressing those of royal blood let alone those with any title of significance which one wanted to suck up to. They would not be able to simply barge in and state their business, such an action would be looked down upon and most likely lead to their dismissal before anything could be gathered. No... they would need to ease into this... but how.
Eying the surrounding buildings for something to trigger and idea her vision fell upon on such store that sparked something from within. Taking a few strides forward Maya glanced back towards Raska and then pointed at the vehicle.
"I've programmed the cycle to take you to the wedding hall. I need to do something. I shall be with you shortly."
And with that Maya entered the small shop hopping to find exactly what she was looking for.

Countless individuals were attending the ceremony and more still continued to arrive. They laughed and cried with liquor raised a glass in gleeful joy. Some of them were truly ecstatic to see their new king and liberator on his happiest day, some just wanted to see the bride, others wanted to take advantage of the refreshments. Model Zero’s eyes scanned the area, studying the different faces. Some of them he had recognized on the streets and markets whether he passed them by during one of his missions or served them on behalf of his masters. The android knew The Omega Collective like the back of his hand by now; then again, there was an entirely new planet which was still quite foreign to him. His presence in Belegost was minimal, however he was sure his duties would take him down there more than he’d like to. Within the audience, there were kinigor who have adapted to the changes in their lives. They no longer slaved away in the mines but lived a dignified existence.
The android homed in on a nearby conversation between several icejin who were commenting on the ceremony. “I hear the bride and groom have only met for nearly a month,” one whispered. The others gawked in response.
“No kidding!? They’re already getting married?”
“I guess things are different with royalty…”
“Shh, it’s starting!”
Everyone in the reception started to settle down and sit on their chairs as the official began his speech on behalf of Ninjin Hattori and his soon to be Empress. Zero noticed a hooded man entering the room at the last minute but his gaze soon shifted without a second thought. Ivan raised his eyebrows, “turmoil in the galaxy?”
“I hear war has come to Earth,” AEVA commented promptly. “Refugees have been arriving by the minute. Authorities are swamped with paperwork and outside traffic is heavily congested. We might be stuck in Alpha Prime for a few days.”
“What in hell is going on?” the scientist questioned. “War on Earth? A coup against Alpha Prime and Beta Minor? We leave for a month and the entire universe goes into disarray…”
The posse turned their attention back to the official and his speech, but nothing he said was of any interest. Ivan grew bored quickly. Leaning back on his chair, the scientist crossed his arms and rolled his eyes. By utter coincidence, his bored expression stopped on the image of none other than Delashano, Headmistress of the Academy of Mystic and Martial Arts. Her gaze met his almost simultaneously. She didn’t seem very pleased, he thought, but Ivan’s face lit up instantly. “Finally, somebody we know!” the scientist commented. Zero and AEVA turned and followed their master’s gaze. Zero smiled after realizing his other master was present as well. Ivan promptly stood from his chair and slowly made his way through the thicket of people standing in their path. Naturally, the androids followed him.
On the way, Ivan snatched two martinis from a servant who happened to be passing by. Whether Delashano noticed they approached her or not, Zero would soon address her. “Greetings Miss Della, it is a pleasure to see you again,” formal as ever. The android looked around, noticing No was nowhere within sight. Instead, there was a cat-like woman leaning over her shoulder. He sighed from relief. He liked No, but she was a bit too energetic. Ivan looked over the woman, praising her gettup with his eyes before handing her one of the martinis. The scientist had not been prepared for the wedding as they had just arrived moments prior. He wore his lab coat as usual, nothing special.
“So, what do you make of all this?” the scientist wondered, his gaze setting on the saiyan once more. “You were here when it happened, right? Ninjin Hattori, former heir to the saiyan throne rises from the dead and claims ownership over all of The Collective,” the scientist said with an eerie voice, as if narrating the synopsis to a chilling story. “Barely a month on the job and he’s already mating with our people,” his gaze shifted to Delashano so he could witness her reaction to his words. The scientist was not just making small talk, he was genuinely interested. He never met the saiyan, so he didn’t know what to make of anything that occurred. He would soon request an audience with their new emperor, but he would best be prepared by knowing what he was getting himself into beforehand.

OOC: Posting this WITH seeing that it's suppose to be held up. This post was in progress and then done and I had not seen the hold thread post made by Azazel as I had not refreshed the page until after I had finished the post itself. I had no prior knowledge to the stopping of the thread prior to my post being completed in Microsoft word but I had talked about my posting in this thread in the cbox for sometime.. I plead that the posting order be established after my hard work on this post. Was told it was okay to post by Ninjin in the cbox
Tsch tsch tsch…
Cytoxol’s footsteps sounded as he walked along the streets of Beta Major. For the moment he did not have to worry about being hidden or sneaky, as he was so accustomed to being. For the longest time he had searched...had wandered the entire Omega in search of one thing. Of one being. His one objective. True, he never had long before a lesser target often deterred his main goal, resulting in the loss of time and/or confirmation of what he had already gathered and thus had to start from square one multiple times. But today…after having finally grown strong enough to deal with those that have caused him trouble in the past but also haven grown better in the way he remained hidden…today was the accumulation of months of data and information on the one he sought. Having nothing to go by for his entire life but a single word, a name. He had to gather everything from scratch.
Buwhee buwhee buwhee…
Closer Cytoxol’s footsteps brought him toward his objective, his green eyes looking up at that the place where he was headed. The Imperial Palace, majestic in appearance and with the wedding, bustling with more life than usual. As he drew nearer he started to reach out for all the ki signatures that the grand palace held within its walls, it was remarkable in number, the wedding having harvested quite the crowd. Just locating most of them drained energy from the bio-android, but he did not stop there and focused in on the more powerful signatures. The power these individuals possessed were extraordinary and were well beyond that of himself. He would be smart to avoid arousing suspicion as well as keep his power level nearly completely suppressed, hoping that in case something does happen at this event those responsible would deem him nothing but a fly on the wall and not bother to attack him.
Tsch tsch tsch ts…
His walking came to a halt. He was finally at the palace doors where several guards were positioned helping provide security at the doorway. One of them stepped forth and spoke. “You here attending the wedding?” The bio android nodded. “But of course…” spoke the dark cyan alien. “There are a few guidelines for those guests attending. 1. We are not confiscating weapons but know this…if one is brandished, that person will not live to see a second wedding. 2.We ask that everyone not associated with the bride or groom to remain in the hall and in their seats so as to decrease the clutter of movement and those that are still preparing for the wedding. And 3.If anyone starts to cause a disturbance before, during, or after the wedding, during the reception, they will be promptly removed with force.” the last two words coming with force of their own. “I can assure you…what you see is all that I have. I will keep my hands, feet...and tail… to myself at all times and remain in my seat without commotion. May I enter?” The saiyan guard nodded and let the bio-android proceed further into the palace.
Buwhee buwhee buwhee…
His stroll commenced once more as he took hold of what the inside looked like. The inside was just as royal as the outside, showing to Cytoxol that either the saiyans or Icejins really knew how to sculpt a structure. It was the first time he had stepped in the building itself having always noticed it from afar and knew to avoid it for fear of persecution. Hell, if not for being told that his objective was in this building he still would be on the outside. It just so lucked out for the bio-android that his target was attending the wedding that was taking place and not being held prisoner in some lowly dungeon. That would have complicated things a bit. As he got closer to the grand hall where the wedding was taking place, he could start to see the guests and servers that adorned the area. Taking note of putting a face and features to the ki signatures and power levels he felt earlier, he noticed that some had no signature at all and thus had avoided his sensing Androids no doubt…
He despised such creations. He prided himself on being as stealthy as possible and remaining undetected and yet knowing the whereabouts of those around him. Androids complicated that quite a bit. Of course he knew that such a device existed that could help him, but he had no interest for such devices feeling that should he use one, it would put his talented sensing on mute and thus a waste of his talent and hard earned training. He did however take a keener note of those without signatures, noting their features and whom they accompanied themselves with and if their appearance and subtle actions gave away their aggression any. As Cytoxol grew closer to the seating areas his attention turned to a speaker at the head of the hall as he started to address the gathered mass that attended. Ah.…right on time… However soon after, motion from two non-sensed ki signatures caught his eye and thus his attention as they started to moved toward a stunning woman in the part of crowd that still remained standing. The cyan bio noticed that they seemed to be following someone who had a ki signature and thus assumed he was the creator.
Cytoxol, who was still walking at the time, slowly made his way toward the two androids and their master, keening his hearing on what they would say and stopping a few yards away from the small group to lean against a gargantuan pole that was decorated with jewels and other decorations. As to not look to suspicious he adjusted his eyes to the speaker but in reality all his attention was toward the two androids, their master and the woman. One of the androids seemed to stick out the most, not for any aggression but for the politeness in his manner and words. “Greetings Miss Della, it is a pleasure to see you again,” Cytoxol noticed the shift in voice and assumed that the creator was speaking now because of the lack of complete structure in the voice. “So, what do you make of all this? You were here when it happened, right? Ninjin Hattori, former heir to the saiyan throne rises from the dead and claims ownership over all of The Collective,” a slight pause was taken as if the creator was telling a story. “Barely a month on the job and he’s already mating with our people,”
Hearing this was news to him as he paid no attention to any of the affairs that happened in the Omega cluster the past few years, having been so busy on a huge game of cat and mouse that littered the entire galaxy. A dead and risen saiyan eh? What, is he a savior too? Did he go out in a blaze of glory protecting someone...or something? Or riding a world of evil? Heh...sounds like a fairytale book…then again… His attention and eyes now shifted to the saiyan in question himself. Yep, the highest power level that Cytoxol has sensed earlier came from this man. His power speaks for itself…maybe he did conquer the grave and return for a bride…the real questions are…how did he do it…and why a bride? His attention again transferred to another, this one a behemoth of an alien that stood near the risen saiyan. Hmm..I expected a higher power coming from such a gigantic being...maybe his bite isn’t as big as his body Others surrounded this Ninjin and blue monster, some holding a heavy power level themselves. Yea...this is definitely not the smartest party to crash. To many unknowns...too many variables…hmm Turning his attention back to the two androids, their creator and the woman he would continue to hone in on their conversation albeit trying to remain inconspicuous as possible, adverting his eyes back to the speaker.

Azazel stood in the crowd, making sure to keep her eyes on Silitha as she stood next to Truffle. Meanwhile SIlittha was still starring at the giant blue creature that stood before her. Truffle looked at her and gave her an awkward wave, not really knowing what to do. Silitha knew that the creature couldn’t speak, from what Azazel told her about him. She gently placed her hand on his as he turned to face Ninjin. She saw that the creature was placing his hand on Ninjins shoulder. SO she figured that it would be the perfect time to talk to the creature and talk to Ninjin at the same time.
Placing her hand on Truffles other one. “Now don’t freak out it is just me, Silitha that is talking to you right now. Same goes for you Ninjin, if you can hear me. Are you the one called Truffle? My sister has told me a bit about you. You faced her in the Galactic Tournament.” Silitha said to Ninjin and Truffle.
Azazel knew what Silitha was doing while standing next to Truffle. She would take this time to sense the room to see if any more strong presences have made their presence known. Azazel caught a brief moment of the bride as she made her way up to the stage. People began to sit and at that moment Azazel made her way to the back on the room leaning against a wall. Silitha was in the safest place that she could be, standing next to Truffle and Ninjin. She felt the power of several people enter the Grand Hall. Some she recognized like Dela, but there were others that she could sense that were new to her. None of them however were strong enough to cause a threat to anyone here.
She looked over to see Dela standing with someone else, but it was hard to see the other person. Then a few seconds later the person she talked to days before and a few others seemed to make their way over to her and began speaking. Azazel still could not read the signature of the metal man. She would eventually make her way over to them. Knowing that Ninjin wouldn’t be too happy to see someone here that he couldn’t sense. Then she would feel the power of another enter the building. Once again it was someone that she had never seen before.
Azazel took a step away from the wall brushing her dress off, she would make her way over to Dela. She needed to make sure the small group wasn’t trying to plan anything here today. She wound make her way over there and stand directly next to Man. A sign to tell Ninjin that she was checking on the situation. “Looks like this wedding has brought all sorts of people here today. It is good to see you again Dela, and you too.”She would say giving a nod tor Dela and Man. Leaning in closer to Man. “Don’t be too surprised but Ninjin is probably going to keep a close eye on you. He isn’t a fan of people that he cant sense the power too.” Azazel whispered to Man
She would wait for the rest of the group to speak again. And what Dela would say to her being there as well. After all she still needed pay her back for being the one that reunited her with Silitha.

While Maya had hated every minute of the ride to the collective, Raska had been in her glory. Space was always fascinating to her, the endless darkness that was the nether between worlds something that could not truly be defined. Perhaps it was the fact Lystans were created from that nothingness that made her enjoy it so. Of course her being in such high spirits meant that she was almost constantly talking for the entirety of the trip. Apparently tireless, she would ramble on in Maya’s ear as they flew, arms not once releasing the girl. The girl’s social oddities were not the ideal match for Maya, but considering they both worked for Akassa and had both been sent on this mission, there wasn’t really anything that she could do but suffer through it.
When they finally did arrive, Raska having been to the Collective in its previous location, was excited all over again to see what was different. The planet that the stations now shared space with was the most noticeable feature. It was a shame that they had a specific task set out before them; the blue haired vixen would have loved to explore the sphere. In the future she would have to come back. Dropping towards the streets on her companion’s spacecraft the Lystan was unsure what the alien girl’s intentions were. It appeared as if she was going to head straight through a crowd of people when making her landing. Raska wasn’t against that or any such thing, but she did wonder what sort of attentions it might draw to them.
Somewhat disappointingly the gathered crowd proved to be faster than expected, the creatures scattering like roaches under a light. All was not lost though; the high speed landing and subsequent sliding across the street had Raska laughing with glee. For one that seemed so uptight, Maya sure knew how to make an entrance. Clapping some as her driver dismounted, she was quick to follow, hopping off the vehicle as if they had only been on it for twelve minutes instead of hours. Whether it be thanks to her strange race or the apparent simplistic nature of her mind, being uncomfortable was not something the girl seemed to experience.
Smiling wide, the expression quite possibly worn since they had left, Raska’ follows Maya’s gaze to the broadcast. Well that was easy. Ninjin Hattori, Akassa’s eldest brother and first born of Tsuyo and Natisha Hattori was indeed alive and well, dressed quite well to boot. At least according to that screen.
”Raska agrees, we found him and his fancy clothes.”
With Maya in charge, she was ready to let it go at that, eyes back on the alien girl as she scanned the area about them. When she began to walk away she was in the middle of taking her first step forward as Maya turned back to her. Cocking her head to the side at the directions she looks to the bike then back to Maya before dipping into a bow.
”Of course Maya. I will make my way to the ceremony for a true visual conformation of Ninjin Hattori. You should be careful about wandering excessively, The Collective is not known for safe streets.”
Turning on her heel the Lystan hops back onto the vehicle, the bike sensing her weight and following the commands Maya had programmed. Leaning casually on the seat, the autopilot in full control, she relaxes as it lifts off and heads towards the hall that housed the Saiyan and his Icejin bride.

Post by Lord Zasham on Jul 13, 2015 1:08:17 GMT -5
His foot tapped an impatient metallic melody against the floor. Screens filled his full range of view, and below the metal grating on which he stood, and beyond the screens, was a large domed mirror overlooking the spaceport; Port Delta, Alpha Prime’s one and only space dock. Anyone who entered or exited the hallowed out asteroid came through this point. Walked through the hallway of scanners; measuring their gait, physical dimensions, facial features. At the end of the hall placing your hand on a computer as a bar of light ran the length of the screen and speaking a designated phrase gained you entry onto the station. Prometheus Zex had been one of the most cautious thorough men in the galaxy.
Zasham had been standing in this spot for quite some time, staring from display to display. The standard employees of the control room were obviously a little uneasy in his presence, frequently chancing glaces at the new Lord of Alpha Prime. He did notice, nor care. Time dictated the appropriation of his focus and right now it was quite demanding. A grand event was arriving and he was in the wrong place, wrong time. He even had Zelba out in space, sifting through the surge of refugee ships. A special arrival yet to arrive, a reserved dock yet to be filled; then a glimmer of hope in the corner of his eye, “There!” the apparent human exclaimed, a finger shooting to a needle in the haystack. The outburst startled the workers, but again he was too busy to notice, as he telepathically forwarded the coordinates to his ally in the void.
~
The Lord of Alpha Prime did not make a grand entrance, simply appearing in mighty doorway of the grand room. His attire suited the occasion, as oppose to his usual dark garb more befitting a funeral. A white shirt lie buttoned beneath his black tuxedo. A red sash wrapped at his waist and matching tie hung from his neck. Looking up he figured the size was justified because of the icejin’s ‘brute’ form. Many found it preferable due to his size, as evident by the doorway. At one arm was his mother, still weak but on her road to recovery after receiving the treatment Prometheus had promised in return for his service. At the other his little sister, who was growing up so fast; she had changed nearly as much as he upon Kosho’s assimilation.
Earth was no longer safe for them, so they were once more on Alpha Prime. Zasham had though William’s family would be safe back home, in their old house, especially with undercover men guarding them. Yet Akassa had proved him wrong. He supposed it was good timing in a weird way as the two had become quite fond of the saiyan William called brother. Guiding them to a few empty spots with a good few in one of the pews, the daper Lord made his way back into the aisle as the official began, “We thank you for coming today, in this a time of turmoil in the galaxy…”
“Pardon the interruption, and for my tardiness, but I was waiting on a particular guest to arrive,” the best man announced with a volume to match that of the speaker. He spoke as he walked backwards down the aisle, toward the massive door frame. Simultaneously his head turned slowly over the whole crowd and his three dimensional scans invisibly mapped the entire area and its inhabitants. He noticed Man, remarking the strangeness of sensing his power level for once. Zex’s memories labeled the human beside him as his creator, Ivan. Close by were his dear friend Azazel and Headmistress Delashano. He wondered how her move to Gamma City was faring. Some bio-androids were about, apparent by their mashup ki signatures, subtly drawing a sliver of interest.
“I hope you don’t mind me giving you your wedding present early brother…” he called before turning around the door and out of site. A moment later he was back, a thick strap in his grasp. It hung in the air, out and around the doorway. With a tug, a large creature stumped into a view with a growl. Dipping its head into the large opening a fully grown dinosaur squeezed in with some adjusting. Large fangs ran the length of the maw. Vestigial arms weakly hung from his massive frame, more noticeable in his slouched state. On each, on the claw of the middle finger of each three digit hand, rested a beautiful ring made of just one of the many precious metals Ninjin mastered. “But I have to make sure the ring bearer is present for the ceremony,” he said as the tyrannosaurs’ eyes focused on the sharp dressed man, its teeth grinding as it growls. With a quick backhand the beast’s head snapped to a side.
Walking down the aisle, the whimpering present followed cautiously and with awareness of his surroundings. Leading him behind the official, unintentionally making him the backdrop for the union, he handed the strap to official. Shock settled in his face as he looked from the leash to the carnivore, who smiled at him in return. Coming up to Aella Zasham took her hand, bowing slightly and gently kissing it. “Again, I apologize for my lateness and the disruption, sister,” he said as he stood straight once more, with a smile appearing as the last word left his lips. Turning to Ninjin a hand fell upon his shoulder, just as Truffle’s had moments earlier, and he just smiled at the glowing groom. No words could convey the joy he felt seeing his brother so happy.
Standing aside he took his place equal Truffle, the fellow best man. “Hello friend, it is good to see you again,” the lord telepathically relayed to the fluffy, joyful creature. Zasham had met Ninjin’s companion several times since he had arrived at the new Emperor’s doorstep, but he hoped to speak with him more eventually; though his people did not seem very vocal, so to speak. At their feet was Silitha, “And a hello to you again as well, little one,” he mentally communicated to her as well. Yet he stood erect and silent, hands behind him; left hand lightly grasping right wrist. The creature that he had affectionately come to known as Tiberius Rex in the brief time he had gotten to know him hovering behind them, rustling quietly.

Post by Emperor Ninjin Hattori on Jul 13, 2015 17:28:04 GMT -5
It was a fantastic day. There seemed to be no end to those that wished to arrive and see one of the happiest day of the Emperor’s life. Aella stood across from him beaming, her smile lighting up the room as much as his. The official was droning on and on, but what he was saying represented the happiness and love shared between Aella and Ninjin.
Delashano had joined the ceremony, clearly she had received his invitation. Though they had not had a chance to speak once more since the coup of Alpha Prime from Prometheus Zex and his brother. He had enjoyed their conversation during those events and had hoped to get a chance to get to know the leader of the academy more. Ninjin’s brow rose as two men rose from the crowd approached the red headed woman. One of them did not have a signature.
Something stole his attention away almost immediately as a small familiar voice filled his head. It was Silitha’s. Telepathy was not something that occurred for the Saiyan commonly, but it was not so unknown to him as to frighten him. She did not seem to be talking to Ninjin however, but to Truffle. The Emperor smiled and tried to focus on the ceremony at hand. Voices in his head or not, Aella was the only one in his mind. More movement from those standing in the seated area brought Ninjin’s attention to Azazel as she walked over towards Della and the mystery men. Ninjin shook his head with a smile and didn’t let him bother him.
Suddenly in the entryway a very familiar person appeared and Ninjin’s smile grew. William Watson, and just in time. The majin-appearing-human had a woman on each arm, and Ninjin recognized them as his mother and sister. As soon as he got them to their seats he turned and the volume of his voice matched that of the officiator. It was just like him to make an entrance, and on this day it could do nothing to lessen Ninjin’s happiness. And he was giving Ninjin a gift. That helped as well. The human left and returned with a thick strap in his hand. Ninjin looked from Aella to the human. Aella only shrugged.
A vicious growl rumbled the grand hall. The crowd gasped as a dinosaur dipped his head and entered the large arched entryway. When William revealed that the dinosaur was the ring-bearer Ninjin noticed the rings on the dinosaur’s fingers. The Saiyan couldn’t help but laugh at the ridiculousness and grandiose nature of it all. The T-Rex almost got out of hand but Watson was quick to subdue the beast and made his way to the front of the ceremony. The official looked horrified as the Majin handed him the large leather strap that restrained the beast. Aella nodded her head at Watson as he took her hand and gave him a warm smile.
“Glad to have you here William. It means so much.”
Ninjin patted his brother’s hand as it fell on his shoulder much as Truffle’s had done moments ago. With his two best friends in place it seemed like it was finally time to get everything going once again. He nodded at the officiator.
“The joy that this union brings to the Omega System cannot be measured. We are gathered here today to witness the union of Ninjin Hattori, Emperor of Beta Major and the Iblisian people, and Aella Bei. That we can all be gathered here today brings untold happ-”
The voice of the Officiator lulled away. Ninjin’s eyes could not leave Aella’s, nor her his. It was the happiest day of his life, and hers.

Truffle’s jaw almost hit the floor. He heard the voice in his mind, and he looked around to see if anyone else could hear her in his brain, and saw that Ninjin had broken momentarily from the beautiful Icejin across from him to look at Silitha standing there holding the massive paw of the blue Hoyo.
Truffle couldn’t even think of a response when she spoke into his head. There was so much that he wanted to say, so much that he would like to get out off of his chest that he had been holding back for years. So much that he wanted to say to Ninjin, who he believe could hear the thoughts that he was thinking.
But there was something amiss.
He tried hard to think of the words the way that Ninjin or Silitha would say them, but he was having trouble with it. He was so used to not communicating, through speaking with action that the act of coming up with words that they could understand was a strain for him. He thought of moment, of happy times that he and Ninjin had shared with each other, like the moment they had been reunited, the moment they had sparred against each other in the palace back home, Truffle being “given” to Ninjin by King Tsuyo, but the words of what he wanted to get across couldn’t come out.
Truffle couldn’t speak, even in his own head. English was not a language capable of Hoyo.
His face crumpled. He wanted so desperately to communicate with people, with Ninjin especially. He wouldn’t cry, not here, not during the happiest moment for his best friend. But later, when he was in the privacy of his own room, he would let the tears flow. To be completely blocked from communication was a burden that Truffle would have to live with as long as he did live.
Then the dinosaur walked in, and Truffle started shuffling back and forth, nervous. The big creature sparked memories in his head, ones that he didn’t know he had. Apparently dinosaurs were a big problem on his home planet, and he remembered getting chased by one as a child. William had reined it in, however, and Truffle felt his shoulders relax a little.
And then William spoke in his head as well.
Truffle let out a huge sigh, and wished with all his might to speak to those around him. It was the one thing that he would give anything for, aside from his bond with Ninjin.
N-
He felt something, a tug in his brain. Ninjin. Say it. Say Ninjin. You don’t have to say anything else. Put meaning in that one word. Say it.
Ni—
He made noise! He made noise inside his head. It wasn’t quite English, and it certainly wasn’t a full thought, but it was something. He would work on it. If there was a foundation, then certainly that foundation could be built upon. He looked over to Ninjin to see if the Saiyan had heard what he had said.
Ni! Ni! Ni! Nininininininini.
Like a child with their first word, he said it over and over and over again in his head. He didn’t know whether or not it was annoying to those who were listening, but he was in a state of ecstasy. What had started to become the saddest day of his life was turning around, turning into one of the best.
NI!
