Serpent's Gaze: A Hypnotic technique denoted by a glowing eyes(often also accompanied by a slight swirling pattern), those that loo into the Serpent's eyes find it difficult to do much else but keep stareing dulling there ability to react properly for as long as they maintain eye contact. The Gaze has the slight drawback of making the users own vision slightly blurred making it inefficient to keep up constantly.
Coiling Limbs: The limbs and neck of a Serpentfolk can stretch and snap back into normal position with exceptional speed.
Scaled Skin: While not as resiliant as the hide of an Arcosian Serpentfolk posses very durable scales, limbs that are being stretched with Coiling Limbs however lack this increased durability until they return to 'normal'.
(Royal Only): Serpentform: Royal Serpentfolk such as Jormagand can take the form of a massive Snake, this form boosts there active transformation's power significantly.

Unique Technique-
Split the Divide: Jormagand much like Shizukesa and Malthael is capable of sending the souls of the deceased back to the world of the living.
(Ma)Kaio Tier Techniques -
The Python's Coil - The user of this technique creates a pair of Pythons out of energy, these energy serpents seek out a single target as directed by there creator and attempt to coil themselves around that target, each Python seeks to coil itself around either the upper or lower body of the target, if succesful they restrict the targets from using upper body limbs(Arms/Wings) or Lower Body limbs(Legs/tails) additionally if BOTH Pythons coil a target the target is prevented from using techniques that require breathing and suspend constant breath related technique(Example: Delashano's Flame Tongue Technique or Kurosanai's Jotun Breath) additionaly regardless of the number of Pytons coiled they tightly grip the target causing constant pain until the Pythons are dealt with or disperse. The Pythons remain coiled on the target for 3 posts and more Pytons cannot be created until both are destroyed or disperse.
Serpent's Skull - The user of this technique generates a massive serpent made of pure energy the massive snake flies at the target seeking them with relentless fury, once close enough it attempts to close its jaws on the target at which time it detonates causing a massive explosion if it cannot reach it's target within two posts the serpent coils in on itself and disperses.
Serpent Strike: this technique takes the form of a Snake that springs forth from the users palm flying forward with great speed, if the technique strikes an opponent the 'Snake' sinks its fangs into them, the Strike itself does moderate damage itself but what it sacrifices in raw power it makes up for by causing the afflicted targets body to move slower for a short time(Duration of Fight)
Royal Venom - While not a technique that can be 'taught' per-se the Royal Venom is an ability possessed by Jormagand that allows him to bring new blood into his family 'promoting' a non-serpentfolk into a form of Hybrid, in doing so they gain two of the Racial abilitie of a Common Serpentfolk. The Venom posseses a singular downside in that if Jormagand chooses he can eradicate much the power he has bestowed upon someone if he feels they have betrayed him or as punishment for a great failure, this results in the loss of one of the racial traits. This can be reversed by the injection of additional Venom.
Some say that Jormagand seeks a the right 'heir' someone he will elevate to Royal status much like himself and with it the power of the Serpentform.
History:
The Snake family was one of the few spared utter destruction in the great war of the afterlife having remained mostly neutral throughout the war, and it was through Jormagand's leadership that they survived as Jormagand built up the defenses of Snake way and its neighboring planets allowing a small collection of the planetoids to survive the battle as well as the beings that inhabited them many of which became apart of the Snake bloodline.
Once the war came to it's conclusion Jormagand took the unique opportunity of the massive power vacuum created by the war to wrest official control of Snake Way and what remained of the planetoids around it declaring that he would stand as the third power of Otherworld, a power that would act as an active divide between Heaven and Hell, not just to keep the denizens of Hell in there domain but Heaven as well, to prevent another great war from ever ravaging the afterlife again.
