A void had been left in Leke's life after he had tapped into his full power just days before. He had obliterated the punching bag he had grown attached to for the past several years, a thing he once thought invulnerable to mortal attacks. He had thought wrong, apparently, as even his own weak (compared to his siblings') power could destroy it at full strength. Discovering his power was much better than keeping the bag, of course, but he eventually had to get a new one. Something that could stand up to his own new strength and much more than that. He would get stronger and faster - this one had to last him.
Call him old-fashioned, but Leke loved just wailing away at something. If it wasn't a body, it wouldn't be able to die after taking hundreds of hours of abuse. So with a grim look on his face, the Hattori prince went shopping. The finest fitness centers in the new Saiyan home, New Vegeta, could not provide him with something he was satisfied with. One shop in particular caught his eye, however. Many interesting contraptions were shown in the window, drawing the teenager in. He went to touch one but the shopkeepr stopped him.
"I'm sorry, my prince, but please do not touch that!" the quirky short fellow said. His white eyebrows were out of control, and his hair was all but gone from his head. He was clothed in a lab coat, fitting of a scientist. Leke had never heard of this man or this place, but it looked awesome to him.
The man cleared his throat, then introduced himself to the prince. "I am Kesh, the owner of this establishment. I fancy inventing things, as you can see. That right there is the basis of a fighting simulator. With it, I hope you will be able to create a holographic - yet fully physical - form of a fighter you've once met. It's got a lot of bugs in it, I don't know when it will be ready. I'm also working on a gravity generator, capable of multiplying the gravity of a certain area. It only works with small numbers, however, not even twice of normal gravity. Not worth it. It's supposed to be a small scale of what was built for New Vegeta, which simulates the atmosphere of our originating planet." Leke was very intrigued. These would be things to look into in the future.
"Then," Leke started to say, "Do you just have a punching bag?" Maybe this guy would surprise him.
And he did. The inventor's eyes lit up and walked into the back room. Minutes later, he carted out what seemed to be a block of stone bricks. However, the more Leke studied it, the more deformed the shape got. Leke poked the middle of it. The result was the block jiggling like gelatin. Leke looked at the man and then the block. He thrust forward with a fist at about a quarter of his normal strength. The block jiggled again but at the same rate as it did before - barely. The prince then studied it again, finally noticing that it was constantly moving on its own. The inventor beamed at the Hattori before explaining.
"One of my best inventions as of yet. I don't have a good name for it, though. Essentially, what it does is reacts to your attacks and absorbs them. In the center is coding for the material that this is made of - expensive stuff, mind you, from a faraway planet - constantly evolving its durability. In essence, the stronger you attack it, the more resistance it will put up." Leke's eyes glowed in admiration of such a thing. Well, then. This had to be his.
'I'll take it," the prince said, carting it back a few feet. The inventor looked at him strangely, as if he thought the prince wouldn't just walk out with it. Leke smiled and then said, "Charge the palace, my father won't mind." Kesh seemed satisfied with that, so he allowed the young Saiyan to walk out with one of his most prized inventions. Leke couldn't wait to try this thing out and maybe show his siblings. This could definitely give him an edge in training over the other two.
(Completed, Zeni please. Kinda ran out of ideas to work with so excuse the lame thread)
