"Good, again!" Banduk prompted his training partner, signalling her to throw the combination of punches that he'd recently showed her. It was a simple, yet effective barrage of attacks that was known to the Namekian warriors as a way to keep one's opponent on their toes in a tricky situation. It involved jabbing with the left hand and alternating with right-handed cross punches, hooks and uppercuts, switching rapidly between speed and power. In most cases, the opponent would either get distracted by the jabs and become fall victim to the heavier punches, or they were too focused on avoiding the powerful hits to even care about the jabs. In both scenarios, their stamina would run dry quickly, opening up opportunities for a much more effective kick or energy-based attack.
"This time put your right shoulder into it. Use your torso!" the Namekian warrior said to Azazel, holding up his hands as targets for the young woman to aim at. He was sure to angle them appropriately for each punch, giving her a clear target to throw each strike at. While this was mostly for her own benefit, some extra endurance training in his hand muscles was a plus. While the woman was somewhat weaker than him, she still threw some pretty sharp punches when it counted. Right now, he wanted to pump her up and see what she could really do.
Ever since the two had arrived on Alpha Prime, they were anticipating the tournament to come. Banduk spent much time in the arena's training center, often inviting Azazel to join him. When she occasionally took a look around to meet up with the other competitors, he retreated to his room in order to meditate and train his mind. Today was the last day he had to train before fighting Toshiro Rei, and the competition had reached a total of sixteen people by now. Banduk wanted to keep his body in top physical condition for the fight, but he didn't want to overwork himself. Sore muscles were never good in a battle, so excruciating exercise would be a mistake.
Just as Azazel was ready to begin yet another flurry of blows, Banduk slowly began back peddling, ensuring that the woman would have to move with him in order to keep the proper punching distance. Fights were never done standing still, and it was foolish to remain flat-footed during combat. He wanted her to remain light on her toes, and to make sure she was always ready to stop her combo in order to avoid an attack, he had a few surprises in store for her... He had to be careful not to move back too much, as the gym-like training room was a host to many other fighters, a few of which were competitors in the tournament. There was no doubt that a few of them took notice of Banduk and Azazel's training. Not that it was exceptionally interesting, but seeing an attractive woman so fired up was always a treat.

Azazel was in the training part of the arena with Banduk, she had gone there many times to train with him. He was very helpful in teaching hew new striking combinations. Listening to Banduk help her with her training put Azazel’s mind at ease, yet she did still look for her sister while there was downtime. It was good to ignore that along with everything else and just focus on training with Banduk. The combinations of jabs, uppercuts, and hooks fascinated her. She didn’t remember anything about her training before the incident that put her on Namek.
"This time put your right shoulder into it. Use your torso!"
Azazel nodded her head acknowledging Banduk’s instructions. Watching Banduk’s hands come up and move slightly with each punch that connected. Azazel could feel herself beginning to sweat, adrenaline coursing through her veins. Over and over again she threw punches at the intended targets, only missing a few when Banduk began to speed up his hand motions. Quickly she began to get a little tired dropping her fists. Telling Banduk she needed a quick moment to rest, but she wasn’t done yet. After a few deep breaths she was ready to get right back to it.
Banduk did something a little different this time, he slowly began to back up making Azazel come after him. She quickly perused Banduk, still making sure to throw different combinations of punches at him. Each one being blocked by Banduk, that was the point she wasn’t trying to hit him, only to hit his hands. The two kept at it for a while, Azazel taking quick glances at the others around them. They seemed to be fixated on her training, something she didn’t understand. Was her training with Banduk really that interesting to watch or did they just like starring at her? She didn’t really care why they were starring, the more they starred at her the less they were focusing on their own training.
”I hope these people stop staring at me soon, I am starting to get a bad feeling. None of them seem strong enough to beat me and I am sure Banduk would step in before anything happened. I am just glad to be clearing my mind of everything, training with Banduk has helped me relax some, helped relieve some of the stress. I have to repay the favor to him at some point in the future.”
Azazel continued to follow Banduk making sure to stay close to him, she had to focus on his hand movements. Also she had to pay attention to him, there was no telling what else he would throw at her in their training. Banduk was stronger than Azazel, and from what she has learned he trained with the warrior clan leader on Namek. So there is no telling what trucks or surprises Banduk has hidden for her.

It was painfully obvious that the two of them were the strongest in the arena at that moment. In fact after some curious questioning he found out that besides himself they were the only people in the arena that were still in the tournament. This meant that both of them were of great power and great potential. Watching them spar however it was noticeable that one was far more experienced in fighting than the other. To be doing such basics at this level seemed to be like applying sunscreen after the skin had already been burned.
The one that seemed to leading the training was the tall green creature and from what he was looking at it was one of the creatures called a Namekian. If the tales were true then it was one of these creatures that were able to stretch like gum and could eat dragons to lay starred eggs. Frankly, Kurosanai didn’t believe the part about being stretchy but he did find it interesting that these creatures laid eggs. To him they looked like slugs and he didn’t think that slugs laid eggs in order to reproduce. The other was a woman who by all standards looked normal but based on the very simple form of ki sensing Kurosanai had he could tell she had much more potential than most of the former combatants combined. Her movements showed that she was practiced in combat but she was far from a professional fighter. This surprised him to see her this far in the competition despite the inexperience.
“So that is a stretchy vegetable man…” Kurosanai mumbled under his breath. He sat on top of a couple of crates that had been stored off to the side despite the very violent speech given by the arena master. He made it very clear that if any one dared to disrespect him or any of the arena staff that he would make them live in a world of pain for a very long time. The prodigy did not doubt he would based on his size and thus he respected the rules. But he had grown bored of waiting around and decided to pop by the arena. Unfortunately now he sat there bored just like before. So after waiting and watching Kurosanai had to get up.
He jogged over to where the two were practicing and watched for a few moments before he couldn’t hold any longer. “You know you are not going to get any better in combat if you continue to do such basic drills. The best way you are going to increase your prowess is by actually sparring with someone. Also you going to have to move a lot faster than a slow backwards crawl that the jolly green giant is doing. I mean your opponent is constantly moving and always throwing counters. Having you hit his hands is not going to do much for you.” Kurosanai added innocently. He knew there was a good chance that one of the two was going to take that comment as disrespectful or insulting. It was the result of not having Mozoku around to help make sure that his foot was not inserted into his mouth.

Lately Soul had wanted to explore some of Alpha Prime more, this adventurous aspect eventually led him to the arena. There were a few people training but two seem to stick out from the rest. He easily recognized one of them as the woman he had met in a prior engagement was training with what Soul knew as a Namekian. Soul would stop several yards from them and watch as they sparred, it seemed that the young woman he had already met wasn't the more skilled fighter of the two and their power levels proved that. As they continued to practice lightly, Soul noticed out of the corner of his eye another man had approached and started to watch them fight as well. Shortly thereafter, the new young man spoke up and told the two that neither would get better unless they actually sparred and moved around more.
While Soul knew figured this to be mostly accurate, he also knew that if one didn't have the basics mastered then the rest would be useless. Looking toward the young man that just spoke up, Soul would speak “While that may hold true, if one does not have the basics mastered to a certain extent. To succeed successfully, the importance of a solid foundation in the basics of fighting is very high. Take a dancer for instance, you start with the basics you don’t all of a sudden do a grand jete and pirouette. You start with the first position, second, third and so on and so forth. What would you rather have, a fighter who has mastered the basics or a fighter with little basic training and always goes for the flashy high top moves?”
Soul had a lot of free time and often spent that time learning all he could through the Internet in his PU. Soul had searched various topics about fighting after he had seen parts of the tournament and it eventually led him to learning about the basics, although he wasn't too sure he actually could do the basic himself. He had very little to no fighting experience, but there could be a program in him that would set him off in such circumstances. How well he might fair then, would be dependent on how much more powerful the other was.

Banduk was proud of Azazel's tenacity. He kept the difficulty of his target movement at just the level where she would miss a few every so often. However, it didn't take her long to adapt to his own mannerisms, forcing him to change pace and give her different striking combinations. Whenever she got tired, she only required a dozen or so seconds before she got right back to it. He could tell that her punches were getting faster and harder as she picked up her rhythm, and he knew that her skill would begin to improve once that rhythm was engraved into her head. Repetition was the key to mastering combat techniques, and while no being could ever reach a level of true perfection, he always remembered what Nohkan used to say: "Practice makes permanent."
Banduk's concentration faltered ever so slightly when his sensitive ears picked up someone speak nearby, saying something about a 'stretchy vegetable man'. Could he be referring to Banduk? Of course, Namekians were capable of stretching their limbs... But he had no idea where the man got the 'vegetable' part from. The fact that Banduk's skin was green? Regardless, Gundu let the comment slide and continued throwing his palms up for Azazel to punch, sliding his feet back steadily. That was when the man who commented on Banduk's appearance stepped closer and gave his rude opinion regarding the uselessness of his training methods. Banduk wasn't the type to get angry at such petty talk, so he just raised an eyebrow and continued allowing Azazel to train, assuming her own concentration was thrown off by Kurosanai's speaking. He considered responding to the man with the argument that basics were very important to master, but another individual spoke up first.
This white, metallic man... Something was very different with him. Either he was so incredibly weak that Banduk couldn't sense his energy, or the man simply didn't radiate with the same aura that most others did. Was this some sort of defense mechanism, or just a result of his species? Namekians didn't usually dabble in advanced technology, especially those of the Old Ways. However, the possibility of this man being a robotic life form did cross Banduk's mind... Was he really an android?
"This man speaks the truth. Sparring is useless without a solid foundation of fundamentals." Banduk spoke, continuing to practice with Azazel while he spoke. "As for my 'slow backwards crawl', you said it yourself that this isn't the same as sparring. No need to be redundant." he said, claiming that the comment directed at his movement was moot considering the fact that he obviously wasn't focusing much on the mobile aspect of combat. Had he been sparring with the girl, he would employ much more movement. "Besides, who's to say that all she's been doing is punching?" he asked with a small smile, suddenly throwing his palm quickly at the girl. Thanks to the way she'd been focusing on the movement of his hands and shoulders, it would be rather simple for her to dodge the palm strike aimed at her left shoulder. He simultaneously held up his opposite hand as a target, testing to see if the girl would be able to dodge his attack and follow up with a counter at the same time. Should she succeed, he would catch her fist and nod, signalling for her to take a break. If she happened to miss his palm, he would lower both hands and step back, giving her the same gesture that it was time to rest.

Azazel continued to keep pace with Banduk, as he kept moving backwards while positioning his hands in different locations. Azazel was able to hit her target every time; she was starting to surprise herself that this training was coming naturally to her. Azazel was ignoring every other person that was in the training area. All of her attention was placed upon Banduk, she couldn’t let herself get distracted, there was no room for error now. She didn’t even notice the black haired male that was walking at Banduk and herself. The male began to go on about how Azazel wasn’t going to get any better by just doing basic drills, She didn’t hear anything else that he said. She just ignored him she didn’t know if he was trying to be helpful or be a jerk, but there was no reason to make a scene over it.
Azazel just kept her attention on Banduk, continuing to ignore the Male that was standing near the two. When she noticed out of the corner of her eye a familiar metallic figure making his way over to her. She instantly recognized him from their first encounter in the alleyway outside the arena. She had wondered what he was doing after that, he didn’t see Azazel in a good light that day.
“While that may hold true, if one does not have the basics mastered to a certain extent.
Again the metallic man spoke true to Azazel, Banduk and the new black haired male. After the metallic man finished speaking Banduk chimed in with a few words of his own. Banduk continued to move backwards even though he was talking to the newcomers. Azazel just ignored their conversation and continued landing hit after hit. Suddenly Azazel saw Banduk smile as he launched one of his palms at Azazel’s left shoulder. Since she had been focusing all her attention on Banduk it was easy to move out of the way of the palm strike. With his opposite hand he brought it up, quickly reacting Azazel threw a left jab slamming it into his hand. She felt his hand close around hers and he nodded she knew that it was time to take a break. She took a step back nodding in return to Banduk, she could feel her heart racing. She hadn’t done anything like this since she had arrived on Namek, finally in a long time she felt relaxed.
Azazel walked over to a bench, grabbing a towel, wiping her face off. She turned around looking at the three males of different races. Brushing her hair around her ears she approaches the group. ”It is good to meet you again and since I have never seen you before my name is Azazel, it is good to meet you.”

And chalk one up to Kurosanai not being able to talk in the manner he wanted to. He had never been particularly good at conveying his message the way he wanted to. As he got shut down by not only the green stretchy man but also ignored by the woman. He felt steps on the floor and turned to his side to find a robot standing next to him. His eyes went wide as he took in the sight. He had never before seen something like that in his entire life. The robot stood about the same height as Kuro but was clad in white body plates which were accented by ‘soulless’ eyes. The prodigy took in the entire site as the robot seemed to give him a lecture on fighting.
“While that may hold true, if one does not have the basics mastered to a certain extent. To succeed successfully, the importance of a solid foundation in the basics of fighting is very high. Take a dancer for instance, you start with the basics you don’t all of a sudden do a grand jete and pirouette. You start with the first position, second, third and so on and so forth. What would you rather have, a fighter who has mastered the basics or a fighter with little basic training and always goes for the flashy high top moves?” The robot stated in direct contradiction to what Kurosanai had in fact tried to state. It seemed his words weren’t going to work for him especially when you take into account the fact that he had now lost all words due to the amazement of the robot.
He was so taken by the robot that he failed to watch the end of the little training session that he had been watching for a short time. The Namekian seemed to try and prove his point by having the woman throw a simple counter which he easily stopped before signaling the end of the fight. At which point she walked over to the bench nearby and grabbed a towel. Just seconds before that however the green man had said something that was completely lost on Kurosanai because of his lack of attentively listening. He was more fascinated with the robot that stood next to him.
Without knowing he was doing the prodigy of the Muzai’s hand slowly reached out in front of him and cautiously touch his body plates. He could feel the cold metal through his bandages which sent a shock of excitement riveting through his body. The Muzai apparently were never fans of android or robots for some reason that had never been explained to Kurosanai so this was all new to him. “Amazing…” He whispered.
”It is good to meet you again and since I have never seen you before my name is Azazel, it is good to meet you.” The woman stated to the three life forms. Apparently she had the pleasure of meeting the android before but Kurosanai knew he had to prove himself with his tongue if he hoped to make some new friends.
“It is a pleasure to meet you as well…” Kurosanai said as he pulled his head back together. With a quick shake of his head he was able to reconcile his thoughts and clear his head. “My name is Kurosanai Muzai from Earth. It is a pleasure to meet all of you guys. Woman. Robot. Sorry I am not the best with words, I am better with fighting.” He laughed as he rubbed the back of his head. “I meant no disrespect I was just trying to only give advice.”

After soul spoke, his eyes turned to the namekian who reconfirmed what he had just said about having a good fighting foundation. Soul then listened and watched as the namekian explained his ‘slow back crawl’ and said that wasn’t all the young woman had been learning as he threw a palm strike intended for her left shoulder. Soul watched as the young woman easily dodged it and threw a good quick counter into the open palm of the namekian. That seemed to signal a stoppage as both stepped back and the young woman went over to a bench to get a towel and wipe her face off.
Soul then noticed that his metal plates were being touched. (No porno lol) Soul turned his head to see the bandaged man rubbing his metal plates. Soul heard the boy mumble something but he couldn’t catch the lip movements nor was his hearing tuned in enough. Soul was a little confused at first, but after he thought about it. He was no ‘normal’ android. Most androids now a days were made to look like another race completely whether it was human or icer or what. He was like...half-finished. He had no type of skin…just armored platting. He was indeed different.
The words of the young woman broke his train of thought; he turned his head toward her as she greeted him and the other man. Soul listened to the bandaged man speak first before Soul nodded his head and spoke. “It’s nice to meet you again as well. You guys can call me Soul. It is nice to meet you Mr.Kurosanai.” Soul smiled and shook his head when Kurosanai apologized. “No need to apologize Mr.Muzai. I am the exact opposite. I have not even tested my fighting capabilities ever since I have been awakened. I’ve had quite the free time however to learn about a whole range of stuff.”
Thanks to Soul’s advanced Processing Unit, he thoroughly enjoyed serving the Internet for a range of topics. He liked learning about new stuff; it made him feel just a tad bit normal and not so out of place in the universe.

Banduk smiled proudly when Azazel successfully employed the technique he'd been drilling into her for the past few days. While this particular training session was a simple workout for speed and punching power, he'd previously communicated the importance of reading your opponent's body language and acting accordingly. He clung wholeheartedly to the teachings of Nohkan, which worked from the ground up, starting with fundamentals and slowly building on top of them with more practical skills. With her ability to analyze his arm movements, she already had a basic understanding of how to throw a decent counter-punch. Not only did it show just how beneficial his training was, but it also went a long way in proving his point to Kurosanai. Not that the man was trying to be rude, but Banduk liked to teach through example, and he considered Azazel's performance a perfect example.
While the young woman had to go sit down on the bench and use a towel, Banduk wasn't nearly as worn out. It was understandable considering his level of conditioning over hers, and even though his body put out a fair amount of effort, it wasn't enough to really push him. Rather, he found this exercise to be a great refresher on the basics he'd learned several years ago. Now, he watched as Azazel introduced herself to the two men. Kurosanai introduced himself in return, and Soul followed. The latter of the two visitors now seemed somewhat artificial, now that Banduk could get a better look at him. He noticed the lack of plating around the machine's joints, revealing that this person was only a mechanical replica of a person rather than someone wearing armor of some sort. Was this one of those robots that Banduk had heard about? The one called 'androids'? Half man, half machine... Just how much of the man was left? Was there ever a man to begin with? Could he feel, think, create as a sentient being could? There were many questions arising within Gundu's head, and he was eager to one day ask such questions. But that was for a later time, a time when it was appropriate to approach such a subject.
Kurosanai apologized for sounding impolite, and Soul soon forgave him. While Banduk, too, had taken Muzai's words as a little aggravating, it was apparent that the young man meant no harm, he was just a bit short-sighted with his choice of words. "Yes, speech is an art more difficult to learn than even fighting, for some." Banduk reasoned, knowing full well that there were some members of the Warrior Clan back home who were much less tactful than even Kurosanai. They spoke with their fists, and they did so quite effectively. "But I can tell you have impressive inner strength, perhaps stronger than my own if not for the special techniques taught to me by my people." he said, able to tell that his Warrior training was the only thing giving him an edge over Kurosanai in terms of battle skill. "You are a contestant in the Galactic Tournament, are you not? I do not know if we'll be meeting in the arena, but I am curious to experience your strength firsthand... Would you be interested in a spar? I've been meaning to put the finishing touches on a new technique of mine." he said with a small grin, having looked forward to an opportunity to try out a special skill he'd been saving for the tournament.

“It is a pleasure to meet you as well… “My name is Kurosanai Muzai from Earth. It is a pleasure to meet all of you guys. Woman. Robot. Sorry I am not the best with words, I am better with fighting.” He laughed as he rubbed the back of his head. “I meant no disrespect I was just trying to only give advice.”
Azazel shook her head and chuckled, she didn’t take offense to what Kurosanai had told her. Next Soul began to introduce himself to Kuro and Banduk. Azazel had noticed seconds earlier that Kuro was poking Soul’s metallic shoulder, he then apologized when Soul noticed. Soul reassured him that there was no need to apologize for what he was doing. Again Azazel chuckled to herself, Kuro looked like a curious child. It was interesting to see someone act that way, she could only imagine how he would react if she told him what she truly was. Even Banduk didn’t know who she truly was, she looked more human than Makaioshin.
"Yes, speech is an art more difficult to learn than even fighting, for some. "But I can tell you have impressive inner strength, perhaps stronger than my own if not for the special techniques taught to me by my people. "You are a contestant in the Galactic Tournament, are you not? I do not know if we'll be meeting in the arena, but I am curious to experience your strength firsthand... Would you be interested in a spar? I've been meaning to put the finishing touches on a new technique of mine." Banduk said
New technique? Banduk must have been working on something when he wasn’t helping Azazel train for her first match. Looking around she noticed that there was not much room where they were standing to have a spar. They were going to have to find a new location in order for them to have their little fight. Figuring that one of them would have already realized that, she walked over to Soul.
”So Soul what have you been up to since the last time we meet.” She leaned in whispering to him ”I would greatly appreciate it if you didn’t mention what happened that day to Banduk or Kuro. I don’t like what I did that day, that wasn’t me and I apologize you had to see that.”
That day kept resonating in her mind she didn’t like letting that happen to her. Each and every time she entered that trans it would happen. She didn’t like showing it to people or even fighting people, which is why in every fight so far she would not use it. She knew the next fight she was in she was going to have to, her second preliminary fight was too close for her. Shaking the thought of it out of her mind her attention was brought back to the group.
“Don’t worry Azazel, I will always be here for you, I will try my best to make sure that doesn’t happen to you again.” Silitha’s voice said
”If only you were the real Silitha talking to me, then everything would be alright. I know this isn’t real but I am glad this voice is still there. I don’t understand why this I happening to me, but I am not going to complain. Silitha….please be alright wherever you ended up.”
Azazel rubbed her left eye, preventing the build up of tears from rolling down her face.

Bare Essentials to be elaborated more on at a later time:
-Continues to admire S.O.U.L. in a slightly creepy fascination. -Says he would like to see what Banduk is able to teach the robot seeing as how he stated that he does not know fighting that well before he would spar him. Just as an idea so they do not overextend themselves. -Walks over and sits on bench where Azazel was. -Tries to make small talk with another person in gym but is completely ignored.
Sorry about this guys.

(I like how everybody is fascinated with Soul. Lol)
Soul listened as the namekian spoke, citing that speech was more difficult than fighting for some. Soul also listened as the namekian spoke about his prowess compared to Kurosanai’s saying that the only thing that seemed too different from the two was his training he had with his people. While the namekian went on to ask Kurosanai about the galactic tournament, Soul quickly searched the Internet for more info on the namekians. Before, he had only searched different races name based on their looks and didn’t delve too deep into their certain habits, training methods and so on. After a minute or so, Soul hadn’t complied to much info on the namekian. What he did find out was that they had two ‘castes; one the warrior caste that excelled in combat; and the other, the healer caste focused the majority of their time on using magic to heal and other mysterious stuff.
Soul stopped his search, figuring that by ‘his people’ the namekian meant the warrior caste, although Soul wasn’t 100% sure on this as some sources citied that healers could be proficient in fighting as well. While Soul had searched for more info on the namekian people, he managed to pay attention to the namekian asking if the human wanted to spar. Soul then watched as the young woman he had met before asked how he was doing and then leaned in to whisper to him not to mention her transformation in front of Banduk and Kuro, He assumed Banduk was the name of the namekian.
After she apologized for him having to see that, he shook his head and spoke softly and out of reach from the others. “It’s fine miss Azazel. Many sentient beings have things that seem to set them off and not for the better; one could say it’s a part of life. I have...come to better understand that in the past few days since our last meeting. However, I shall tell no one of your transformation you have my word.”
Soul’s attention was then turned back toward the human who still seemed to be fascinated with Soul’s outward appearance Soul was unsure if the man known as Kurosanai was interested because he was odd, or interested because he was simply fascinated. Soul had one such fascination experience himself when he learned more about himself in the doctor’s office he had visited upon first arriving on Alpha prime. He then listened as the young man suggested that Banduk teach him some fighting capabilities. Soul smiled at the though and offered his opinion.
“Physically learning how to fight would be nice, although don’t be surprised if I tend to know more than I let on. My creator installed many things in me, many of which are still a mystery to even more and they only seem to awaken when a certain word, phrase or experience is added to my memory base. I myself have learned to call these special moments an ‘awakening’.”(See what I did there lol) Soul kept his smile on as he watched the human go and sit on the bench and tried to mingle in with another arena participant, only to be ignored. Soul would then wait to see if the namekian would be willing to teach Soul anything, or at least unlock another awakening for the artificial robot.

Banduk overheard Azazel speak to Soul as if the two had met before, and while he was somewhat curious as to how they ran into each other, he figured it wasn't very important at the moment. He was close to being able to hear what she whispered to the android, but Banduk's hearing wasn't tuned in at the moment, so he just let it slide. Something about Banduk himself was said, but he decided to let her secret remain a secret. Still, Banduk found it amusing that the robotic humanoid seemed to be the man of the hour, as Kurosanai was still eyeing him from a few feet away, almost obsessively trying to examine him further.
The human then turned down Banduk's offer to spar in favor of seeing what the Namekian could teach Soul, seeing as how the artificial man himself already seemed to have a firm grasp on the philosophies of fighting. "Hm, very well, then. I don't mind sharing a few pieces of advice." he said with a smile that was directed at Soul. It was odd, but strangely fulfilling to have been teaching Azazel, only for another person to approach him and express interest in personal training. Banduk loved helping lower-ranked fighters develop their skills, and he was always motivated by people looking up to him.
Disregarding the conversation Kurosanai was attempting to strike up with another alien, Banduk beckoned for Soul to approach him. He stretched a little, knowing that he would be using his muscles a little more. He listened to the android's explanation regarding the certain key words that triggered hidden knowledge within him, 'awakenings' as Soul called them. "I see. Well then, let's hope some of my teachings ring a bell." Gundu said, hoping that at least a few basics were already rooted inside Soul's head. "My name is Banduk, as I'm sure you've guessed by now." he said, noting the small talk already shared between Soul and Azazel. Really, he already knew that the woman had mentioned his name, and if she realized that fact, it might lead her to believe that he heard her entire whispered message to Soul. In truth, Banduk didn't hear much of it at all. Just his name.
"Is there anything in particular you'd like to start with? We can work from the ground up, if you'd like. I'm not sure how much practice you've actually had." Banduk said to Soul. According to what the android said, he did have knowledge of combat, but he'd never tested his capabilities.

“It’s fine miss Azazel. Many sentient beings have things that seem to set them off and not for the better; one could say it’s a part of life. I have...come to better understand that in the past few days since our last meeting. However, I shall tell no one of your transformation you have my word.”
"I thank you very much Soul, you are a good person."
Azazel was glad that Soul understood her feelings about not wanting Banduk to know what had happened that day. Azazel looked back over at Kuro who was still admiring Soul, shaking her head once again, smiling at Kuro’s child like curiosity. She watched as he left the group, walking over to the bench where Azazel had grabbed the towel from. Kuro had tried to make small talk with someone next to him, but he failed. Turning her attention back to Sould, Azazel listened to him speak about wanting to learn to fight. Kuro had turned down the sparr between him and Banduk, only to say he would like to see what Banduk could teach Soul.
“Physically learning how to fight would be nice, although don’t be surprised if I tend to know more than I let on. My creator installed many things in me, many of which are still a mystery to even more and they only seem to awaken when a certain word, phrase or experience is added to my memory base. I myself have learned to call these special moments an ‘awakening’.”
Azazel looked back at Banduk waiting to see if he was going to help train Soul. She would have been surprised if he had said no, but that was not the case. Azazel took a few steps away from Soul and Banduk, as Banduk motioned Soul to approach him. Banduk began to speak he introduced himself, but said something after that, that grabbed Azazel’s attention. Banduk introduced himself then said “as I'm sure you've guessed by now”. What did he mean by that? Did he hear the conversation between herself and Soul?
The thought raced through her mind, she didn’t want to explain to Banduk what happened. What she turned into that day with Soul, the man in black and the alien. Hoping that Banduk hadn’t heard anything the two of them talked about, she turned her attention back to the two of them. It looked like they were about to begin training.
”Soul you aren’t going to find a better trainer than Banduk, I wish you luck.”

As Soul finished speaking to Azazel she responded with "I thank you very much Soul, you are a good person." Soul nodded his head and smiled He was starting to feel a little bit more ‘normal’. After paying attention to Kuro and speaking once more on him sparring with Banduk and about his special moments, once the namekian agreed he would then watch as Banduk started to stretch. Soul didn’t think he needed to do such stretching, his ‘joints’ not like those of fleshed species, however he did so anyway. While doing so, he listened as Banduk introduced himself mentioned that Soul should have guessed by now. It struck Soul almost immediately; Azazel was the only one to mention banduk. Through his search about namekians earlier, some of the info he came across was that namekians had heightened hearing however he didn’t think Banduk was paying enough attention then. However as he continued to stretch for no reason other than ‘looking normal’, it didn’t seem to Soul by the namekians actions that if he indeed did hear them from earlier that it effected him in anyway, which Soul thought, was something positive. If Banduk had spent as much time with Azazel, then such a bond could have formed that knowing about that certain transformation Azazel has wouldn’t deter him from his opinions and thoughts that had already been formed for a considerable amount of time. This was all speculation though and thus Soul would remain quit on the matter. Soul listened as Banduk asked if there was anything in particular he would like to start off with as he was not sure how much practice he had actually had. His thoughts returned to a few days earlier with he encountered that one icejin for the second time. While the memories quickly flashed through his head, they finished and Soul looked at Banduk and spoke. “Starting from the ground up sounds nice, we can do that.” Soul then heard Azazel speak once more wishing him luck and saying that he wasn’t going to find a better trainer than Banduk. Soul turned his head towards her, smiled, nodded his head and spoke. “Thank you Miss Azazel. I have no doubt Banduk is great teacher. I look forward to learning from the best.” He finished ‘stretching’ and turned his heard and body toward Banduk and then got into a stance “I am ready when you are.”
