• Burning Hand- The user's hand becomes white hot, enough to melt solid materials into liquid with ease. It is said that the Burning Hand is used by the U.C.O.O in order to purge the soul of heresy with fire.
  
• Purge- The user brings both hands together in front of their body before launching a beam of chaotic energy that they draw from the universe around them. This attack uses very little of user's own faith energy in intiating the attack however more power is needed to maintain stronger beams of energy. The attack often leaves areas that it passes over irradiated. The U.C.O.O. states that this move is designed to demonstrate the power of the faithful over those of heretical beliefs. That the faith energy is able to control and dominate the energy drawn the heretics give off that is the manifestation of their sins stain the universe.

Aer was born into a world where she was gifted with the lack of parents. Thought at first it seemed that this would be a curse it was not until she found the path to righteousness in the Universal Church of One that she realized it was a gift. She would not have to cast aside the sinful ways her parents may have raised her in and instead was pure from close to the day she was born. She quickly rose through the ranks of the Universal Church of One until she became Archbishop. Aer is considered one of the most violent figures in the church as she views the universe as needing to be clensed of the heretics that stain the cosmos. She is often seen crying in battle and though she has never given a true reason why she does to anyone many theorize that it is because of her pity for the damned she is about to destroy. Some hushed few however say that it is not simply a pious reaction but carries a much more real world reason. No one knows for sure though.[/div]

Kemuri looks like a cross between a hyena, a human and smoke. He is always impeccably well dressed as well, and carries around a cane.

Shadowforme – Kemuri creates 3 copies of himself to distract his opponent. They look and read as if they are him, but have no substance to them, and cannot attack.

Akumu Annihilation- Pours purple smoke out of his mouth that sticks to the opponent, weighing and slowing them down. (Lasts for 3 posts)

Cane Energy Sword – The cane that Kemuri holds becomes a sword of pure energy.

Smoke Bomb – Kemuri creates a large ball of smoke in his hand that he then throws at his opponent, which then blows up in a large black cloud that hurts the opponent.


:Background:
Kemuri has been the advisor to the Fuhrer King of Earth as long as anyone can remember, and that’s the way he likes it. He was born on the planet Itami 500 years ago, into a world that was at war. The Kages were fighting against those they shared the planet with, the Akumu. The Akumu were a war like being, looking like hindu gods, with six powerful arms, each holding a different weapon. The only defense the Kage had against the Akumu was their smoke-like bodies, being able to become ethereal when the Akumu would slice at them with their swords. This was only accomplishable by the warriors of the Kage people, who had trained their whole lives specifically to fight the Akumu.
Kemuri grew up in this world, surrounded by murder, theft and lies. Though he would never tell anyone, he loved it. He soon, however, grew tired of this endless war and started searching for somewhere else he could call home, somewhere else where his skills of espionage and manipulation could be honed.
And then he found Earth.
He came to Earth when the current Fuhrer-King was Vector, an android. He joined the EDF and soon became respected as a strategic mind, eventually rising through the ranks and becoming an advisor to the Fuhrer-King. When Vector “malfunctioned” Kemuri quickly turned coat and helped the current Fuhrer-King, Buraddori take back over Earth. After all, why would he want to be on the losing side?

Buraddori then adopted Kemuri as his own advisor, which, in Kemuri’s mind was the best mistake he ever made.

Seishin doesn’t know any techniques, He uses his ki to enhance the Daibo. With the Ki enchanted weapon he is able to deflect ki attacks that are directed at him.

Seishin Seishi has grown up with UCOO from birth. Seishin would train with the few other Monks following the church. With them he would learn how to use his entire body as a weapon and using Faith to make sit attacks stronger. For years he would train and meditate making his mind and body one being. He became a loyal follower of the church’s belief’s and anyone that defied them would have to suffer punishment.



The Universal Church of One was the only thing that Seishin knew, the only thing he trusted, and the only thing he needed to believe in. One day Seishin would take out the Saiyan Race from the galaxy. Their kind needs to be wiped out and even if it takes his life, there will be others who will finish what he starts.

• Namekians can survive on only water, needing no other sustenance.

• Namekians have the ability to sync with another Namekian in certain circumstances.

• A Namekians body and limbs are also extremely flexible. They can elongate their arms and legs at will.

• Telepathy

• Invisibility: Renders the user invisible. Is disrupted when using a technique or being struck.

• Intangibility: The ability to pass through solid matter. When intangible, user cannot user other techniques (besides mind based powers like telekinesis or telepathy) or physically strike others.

• Shapeshifting: The ability to change shape or size, allowing the user to mimic other people or animals.

• Flight

• Manhunter Beams: Fires red beams of energy from his eyes. Is capable of controlling the strength of the beams thus changing the effects upon impact. At its weakest form it acts as x-ray vision but at its heights it can cause concussive impacts, incendiary effects, or even disintegration (obviously must be a large gap in power level).

• Force Field Projection: Can project invisible bubble barriers himself, others, objects, etc.





:History:

Orphaned on Alpha Prime when his parents were murdered. Rescued by the Church. Indoctrinated by the Warlock him/herself as part of an “experiment” of him/her’s. Though born with a natural predilection to the healer clan, he was trained as a warrior. Was made to fuse with other Namekians who the Church deemed as heretics, to “cleanse” them. The product was a powerful combination of martial and arcane skills held together by a thinning sanity hinging on complete faith; and absolute loyalty. Known as “the Manhunter” for his unnatural skills in hunting exclusive targets during assassination missions and unblemished record.

• Aon's Blessing - Through their faith the Cardinals of the Universal Church of One can utilize the Blutz waves from the Saiyan Moon Ball technique to increase their power. This state remains active as long as the Moon Ball is in effect.
  
  
• Paralysis Seal - Sebastian is able to trace a seal along almost any surface. After completing the seal it fades from view. As long as he remains conscious and does not deactivate the seal he can activate it at anytime with a thought, anyone trapped in the seal's area is rendered paralyzed for a short time.(1 Post)
  
  
• Burning Cross Slash - Justice, the blade that Sebastian wields is no simple piece of metal. Given to him by the Church of One it has been synced with his Ki to allow him to channel energy through it in several ways. One of the more devastating ways is through his Burning Cross Slash. By raising the sword above his head and driving it down into the ground he is able to send a wave of Ki across the ground towards his opponent. Upon impact the Ki erupts from the ground in a cross shaped pattern.
  
  

:Background:

Sebastian was born and raised under the protection and guidance of the Universal Church of One. His early years were spent playing and learning the ways of the Church, his life peaceful and lighthearted. Upon reaching puberty he was fully inducted into the Church, glad he was finally able to serve them beyond spreading their teachings to others. A loyal soldier Sebastian is still just as lighthearted and easy going as he was when he was a boy.

Through his years of study he also learned to fight, his strong faith allowing him access to power in return. Like many of the faithful he is able to manifest his faith in the form of techniques and abilities. Despite this strength and his combat prowess he prefers to talk things through, believing communication is the key to all conflicts. If both sides are willing to listen and talk, why would any violence need to take place?

Advanced Technology: The Kinigos are hundreds if not thousands of years in head of most advanced civilizations when it comes to technology. Though they lack the ability to use Ki or other energies, they make up for it with this advanced weaponry and techs. As such, when fighting androids Kinigos are considered to be 1.5x stronger than normal. (Note that this only counts towards base pl, any trans the Kinigos may have would override this.)


Battle Suits: Most Kinigos never leave home without their battle suits, and each one is specific to each individual Kinigos and their role within the community. There are four main types of suits. Certain Kinigos have access to each type of suit. (A technique is required in order for a Kinigos played to have access to all suits, and should a player have that he must state at the beginning of each thread which suit he is in. Note that if the played does not have the techniques learned that are listed on the suit he cannot access them.

Medic: A medic suit allows the user to heal themselves, giving them an ability akin to Namekian healing, although they do not regenerate limbs. The medic suit however cannot be outfitted with certain weapons, as it is not compatible.

Warrior: A warriors suit. A warriors suit allows the wearer more protection than other suits, as well as additional weaponry. A Kinigos with a warriors suit starts out with barrier: self, After-image (zanzoken), as well as wrist mounted blades and shoulder cannon (Note that this does take up their starting move slots)

Tank: A Kinigos with the Tank suit is adept at drawing fire from enemies and yet still keep on fighting. They start with Barrier self, and well as Barrier: Shield. A Kinigos with the Tank suit can however move in his bubble shield. (Note that these two do take up two starting move slots) A Kinigos in a tank suit does weigh much more than others and is therefore considered to be at .85% of powerlevel in terms of speed, though this only effects speed and nothing else.

Scout: A Kinigos with the Scout suit is less protected that others, but is better adapted for their purpouse: stealth and scouting. As such, they start with the ability to become cloaked. While cloaked they are hidden to the naked eye, Their melee and ranged capabilites are limited in this however as the suit requires full power to utilize these functions, any offensive action taken will require the stealth to be deactivated. Scouters can pick up the traces of a scouting suit, though not with pin-point accuracy.

Arpatiko's suit is unique. Being the leader of the Kinigos people he wears the Suit of Kinigor. It's properties stem from all of the four other types, granting him abilities from each. His is the most powerful suit.

Arpatiko the Hunter is the chosen leader of the Kinigos peoples, though his race has long been subjugated and used for their advanced technologies by the Universal Church of One. A cunning and powerful leader Arpatiko has nonetheless bent the knee to those of the church, fearing their might. Once the Kinigos people had been staple members of the Church, with one even having donned the revered title of "Warlock" in the ancient past. Those days are long gone however, and whatever love the church once had for his people is now only shown in their reverence to the technologies the Kinigos are able to produce.

Uknown. Ona has various techniques and equipment that allow her to be more than a challenge to most that meet her in combat.

:History:

Unlike most androids Ona was not created, at least as far as the Universal Church of One has been able to determine. Found by Warlock herself, Ona was convinced of the Church’s cause and chose to align herself with them. A sentient machine she has the ability to think for herself unlike the rest of the androids that the Church controls. In fact, her powerful “mind” is what the organization uses to control all of their mechanical soldiers. With ease she is able to extend her consciousness into any and all of the androids within the Universal Church of One and order them as she sees fit. Some even believe she has the power to overthrow the Church if she so chose, many at her command, but her loyalty is never openly questioned. Several other Cardinals’ have even brought this concern to Warlock, but she has assured them the android is no threat to them.

Her connection to Aon, if she has one, is unknown as well. Cold and calculating she is the perfect general for the majority of the Church’s foot soldiers, although none of the other Cardinal’s answer to her. Ona is capable of using Ki like many others in the universe, but she also carries a blade and shield with her at all times. The natural durability of her metal frame allows her to utilize the weapons against most foes as battle damage is a relative term to one such as her. It is rumored that she has many various weapons and compartments hidden with her body, but few have seen them that are not androids or now counted among the diseased.

• Faith Fiber Experiment Result (Master)- Early on in Iun's life the Church used her as an experiment to put the very energy of their faith into a physical form within a living specimen. The result was Iun's abilities. Her body and life force have been 'sown' together with Faith Fibers that granted her unique abilities, she was able to heal rapidly and was able to recover from great wounds including having limbs severed. For each area of the body, (arm, body, head, and legs), Iun has the ability to heal herself once per thread from great wounds. After which her Faith Fiber's will no longer be able to reattach.
  
• Faith Fiber Manipulation- Iun has the ability to attach the very Faith Fibers that run through her body to objects like a puppeteer to a puppet. She can use them in numerous ways including tying up her opponents, pinning them to walls and ripping items from their hands.
  
• Void Slash- A technique that was taught to Iun by the Warlock. By focusing the user's energy into the tip of a blade the user is able to launch a slash of black energy supposedly representing the void that Aon fought against.

Iun Harime was born to a young priestess on the world of Mement Mor. She showed aptitude in her studies early on in her life however it was not until she volunteered to be part of a study to further the understanding of what forms the energy of Aon could take. During the experiment all the volunteers died except for Iun who barely survived the process. The result was that the faith energy that had been pumped into her body had somehow evolved into what appeared to be threads. The scientists could not replicate the results making Iun a one of a kind object. After the experiment she found that she had become one of the most powerful people on Mement Mor. With this new found power she quickly rose through the Church to become the youngest current Cardinal, taking the position of Cardinal of Culture. Her duties would include making sure that all culture was conducive to the Universal Church of One through out all of its reach. One particular form of culture she enjoyed very much was that of clothing, she is even credited for creating the designs of all of the uniforms of all members of the clergy.
