Seishin felt his Diabo slam into the small of the Saiyan’s back, the force of the blow more than enough to launch him forward. Switching the grip on his Diabo Seishin begins to walk forward, expecting the man to slam through the concrete in front of him. Such a result would have allowed the monk to finish him off as he attempted to rise from the rubble. Again the man proved a resilient one as he turned in the air, pressing his feet to the concrete instead. Using the stone he launched himself right back at Seishin, a surprising tactic, but not one the monk was unprepared for. As the Saiyan came back towards him Seishin swings his Diabo towards the man with the intent of knocking him away once more. The charge was a feint though as the man slides right under his strike.
Turning as quickly as he could Seishin yanks his Diabo back in, crowing it in front of him as he spins, the Saiyan’s high powered punch slamming into the staff instead of his chest. The force of the blow was still enough to slide Seishin back a foot or so, slightly off balancing him in the process. Due to his loose stance the follow up punch slams hard into his stomach, forcing a small amount of air from his lungs. With his attack so close his Diabo was unwieldy at such close range. Instead Seishin snaps forward, driving his head in towards Zeke’s own in an attempt to head butt him.
If that blow was to connect, no doubt dazing both of them a little Seishin planned to follow up with a kick aimed for the Saiyan’s stomach. Hoping the kick was to connect and push his foe back he would then again be within striking range of the Diabo. Realizing again that he could not award this foe time to recover Seishin swings in hard with his Diabo towards the Saiyan’s head with the third part of his combo so that he might finally level his opponent.

The Ki Punch hit the weapon but did not break it. Zeke's second blow had made it's mark just before he took the headbut full force. there was a sudon blackout with a couple yellow blinks of light before he regained his stance, noting his opponent had dazed himself as well. Zeke instantly tried ignoring the pain and looking for the attack.
It was a knee strike. With one eye still closed, he threw his arms down to guard it, still stumbling back. He grabbed for the blade, throwing his body to a sideways stance as he drew out the Muramasa in a flash and stopped the club weapon in place. Zeke's weapon had a six foot blade, giving him the ability to attack at a distance as well as close range. Mastery over handling the weapon helped him maneuver it between different distances when needed.
Only moments after he blocked the opposing weapon, Zeke would shove his free right hand forward with a ki blast, something he didn't usually utilize. That could greatly help right now, as he hadn't thrown any yet. The Monk would not likely expect to be hit by this.
He had taken aim for the mans chest again, still trying to work on the mans ribs. Weather he was hit or managed to dodge, Zeke would twist the blade of his sword around to get the Monk into an under-handed hold, making his wrist twist and weaken. Then Zeke would pull upward to try and disarm the man before he turned his body into a two handed slash at the mans outstretched arm.

The headbutt was a success, as Seishin could feel zeke’s head against his. The two would no doubt be momentarily stunned, but would recover quickly. The knee strike however wouldn’t find it’s mark, instead it would be blocked by Zeke. The fighter appeared to still have some fight in him, Seishin was glad to see he wasn’t getting any weaker as time went on. As the knee strike pushed Zeke back ever so slightly, The Diabo would be swung at his head. Trying to end the fight once and for all, to prove to Zeke that his resistance was worth nothing.
Much to Seishin’s surprise, the warrior was able to unsheathe his blade quicker than expected, blocking the attack. Suddenly Seishin saw Zekes hand extend out at him, with ki charged in the palm. Seishin immediately felt a pain rocket through his chest, as the hand slammed into his ribs. What happened next came as a bit of a surprise to Seishin as he was quickly disarmed of his Diabo. Before he could do anything to get out of the way, Zeke’s downward slash would cut Seishin’s extended left arm.
Crimson red blood would begin to seep its way out of the wound and travel down his arm. Seishin was still able to move it, but it was not at the same level as before. Seishin knew he had to create separation before Zeke attacked again. Rolling backwards across the ground Seishin would retrieve his Diabo, holding it with his right hand.
He could fight with this weapon one handed, but it was going to make things a little difficult. He was going to have to act more defensively now, and wait for the right moment to strike. Taking another wound like the one on his arm could be fatal, and he was not about to die by this man. Seishin would wait and counter Zeke’s next combo of attacks, if they were to come.

He began to have enough of this man. He was fast and strong, but it seemed Zeke was finally getting the best of him. He had effectively defended the mans advance, and finally landed a critical slash to the mans left arm. He heard the sound of the metal blade carving against solid bone... he felt the blade run off of it. He didn't sever it completely.
The monk retrieves his weapon as Zeke walked towards him, wings extended and blade held out. Zeke had hopefully proven his point... he wasn't there to simply defeat this man... he was the Angel of Death. He wanted blood. At this point, the monk would need some kind of super move to bring Zeke to his knees. Zeke noticed the man on the defensive and made a quick battle stratigy.
A bright white energy would begin to gather in Zeke's left hand with the sword, traveling up the blade and causing it to glow. Zeke stopped away from the man , far enough that the club would not reach without a step towards him. Zeke was charging energy for his Crescent slash, keeping his right hand forward and prepared for whatever the man would try next.
He would have to think of something, or this would be his end.

Left arm a little numb Seishin keeps his eyes on the man across from him. Their fight had been relatively even so far, and for most the fight the monk had felt the battle would go his way. He still knew he had the power to defeat his foe, but with the deep gash making his left arm all but useless it was time to be a little more cautious. His opponent seemed to be growing cautious as well apparently not letting the strike he had just landed get to his head and breed over-confidence. Still clutching his Diabo with his right arm the monk slowly starts to circle to his right.
Not drawing any close to the man Seishin does not remove his focus from him, not sure what he had planned with the slight stance he was in. As his hand began to glow, the long blade he wielded taking on the same glow Seishin was curious as to what he might try. So far that weapon of his had not been able to do much damage to his Diabo, a knick here or there perhaps, but nothing substantial. Seishin thought about attacking, swinging the staff in high to aim for a blow to the side of the head, but decides against it. With his other arm wounded he did not have to speed to attack and retract the weapon to defend himself. Face expressionless he continues to slow circle. No matter what attack came from that glowing blade the monk was confident that his staff could block it.
Whenever he chose to attack is when Seishin planned to launch his counter attack. Feeling the man’s power level rising he could sense that he was charging an attack and most attacks of that nature left the user a little more vulnerable afterwards. That is when Seishin would strike back, after defending against the attack first of course. Still there was the fact his power was rising, that glowing blade collecting power. Very well, Seishin would begin to gather more Ki into his staff, the Ki within it what made it so durable so adding more would only increase its strength.

It seemed that the monk too was planning a similar move with his own weapon. He began to charge energy, preparing to counter Zeke's next move. But could he? Zeke's Crescent Slash was designed to cut through just about anything. The man before him had no idea just how powerful the technique was at full power, but he would soon find out.
Circling him now. The Saiyan never took his eyes off the man. Bright white, emissive glowing eyes, circled in black. Two black wings spread as he prepared to strike. The surrounding Androids had no idea what Zeke was now, only that he was a threat. Zeke would have no problems eliminating the lot of them with his remaining power afterwords... non-organic beings couldn't stand against Zeke's ability to manipulate matter.
His aura flared up as he drew his own Ki into the sword, converting it into the bright white energy that radiated around the sheathed blade. The section around the hilt would shine bright as the ground began to vibrate from the amount of energy moving about. When Zeke drew at this distance, it would be like a flash. Would the Monk even get the chance to execute his own attack?
Focus. Zeke had to beat this guy.

Seishin eyed his Saiyan counterpart as he slowly began to circle him. The confidence in the man’s eyes was evident, but the same confidence could be found in that of the monk. Not one to really use Ki Seishin had learned to fight with his staff, channel Ki into it when need be so that it could deliver even more powerful strikes. Feet slowly stepping as he turns with Zeke, the monk had no intentions of backing down. Many foes in the past had underestimated the strength of his weapon, thinking their own equipment stronger. All of them had met the same fate, learned that they were wrong, his Diabo having bested every single one of them.
Once this man was defeated Seishin planned to head into the palace, or at least what was left of it. He had felt the multiple explosions and energy spikes throughout their combat. Aer Nin was no doubt close to done with the majority of the Hattori family. Once he had done his part outside the monk would offer what assistance he could, even if he found the woman a little too eccentric for his tastes at time. When all was said and done The Universal Church of One would have solid control over what was left of New Vegeta. Next it would be up to them to track down the rest of the Saiyan race, methodically eliminating them one after the other.
Returning his focus back to the Saiyan before him Seishin pours even more Ki into his Diabo. The metal staff quite literally hummed with energy even as the ground beneath his feet trembled. Any around, even the androids the church had brought with them, could easily sense the rising energy of the two warriors. When his plan was completely played out, launching his counter attack after deflecting whatever it is his foe launched, there would only be one signature left. Seishin would be the one left standing.

He knew what would befall the Saiyan Race if the Church took control. Zeke too felt the tremors from the palace. He didn't think about having to join that battle though, he was sure of the Royal Family's power. Whoever was foolish enough to attack them there was going to die very soon. Just like this monk was going to.
Zeke focused on the man. Muramasa had never before been used to help people or fight for the greater good. Things do change, and the impossible can happen in no time at all. Zeke believed in this... He knew it was just as likely that he could die here as it was for him to come out on top. And if he did win, he would be the first to bring honor to this demon blade and the first of the Black Sun to do something with themself.
Zeke gritted his teeth. He had no idea what the man planned with his charged weapon, but he didn't care either. He wasn't going to find out. "I can't allow you to continue on your mission, monk. Regardless of what you consider right... genocide is not the answer. I won't allow you to hurt anyone else!" Zeke drew his blade at that moment. The bright flash of light ripped from his sheathe and off the edge of his silver blade, tearing through the ground and the air alike with an edge that could cut through diamond.
Could this finally be the end of this battle? Zeke hoped so... or did he? His Saiyan blood began to boil.

Off in the distance Seishin felt a power signature dropping quickly, one that had moments ago been able to rival that of Aer Nin’s. One of the Hattori must have fallen, but which one, the eldest son or the daughter? He figured it mattered little which one had fallen first for the second was no doubt soon to follow. Curiously Aer Nin’s power dips as well, but only for several long instants before rocketing back up towards what it had been, the elf always full of surprises. Looking back to the Saiyan across from him the monk knew one more would soon be added to the tally, this black clad warrior was about to become another casualty.
"I can't allow you to continue on your mission, monk. Regardless of what you consider right... genocide is not the answer. I won't allow you to hurt anyone else!"
”Do as you think you must.” Was the only response that the monk offers, the two of them were beyond words now. Standing at the ready, Daibo held across in front of him Seishin had no intention of moving. His wounded arm had lifted to grip the weapon as well, his grasp weak, but enough to steady it across his body. Even as Ezekiel releases his attack, a bright flash accompanying it the monk holds his ground, prepared to defend against the blow as he had planned all along. The Saiyans downfall was the over confidence in his own attack.
The arc of energy struck his Daibo and the Ki enhanced metal staff held up against it. The energy of the attack hummed against it for a second, the two separate Ki” struggling to overcome each other.
Then the staff broke.
Eyes going wide in shock Seishin could not believe what he was seeing; his weapon that had served him through countless battles was being cut in two. Unfortunately that was not the extent of his woes as the arc of charge energy continued on past the broken weapon. His Ki enhanced Daibo had done well to sap some of the force from the strike, but it was not enough to cancel it out completely. With a groan of pain the monk felt the energy collide with his chest. Gathering what Ki he can into his body the monk manages to prevent himself from meeting the same fate as his Daibo, but barely.
Launched backwards the man lands roughly twenty yards away on his back with a deep gash running down his torso. Coughing some Seishin felt warmth spreading over his body as he lay there. Gathering his strength he begins to try and sit up, but his body does not respond, weakness over taking him. Impossible, he couldn’t be losing with his allies undoubtedly so close to victory. Planting both hands on the ground beside him Seishin shoves again, shaking arms slowly starting to lift himself up.

His eyes widened as the blue returned to them for a moment. But to be safe, he pushed his energy back up. He had been confidant in his last attack, and the ironic thing was that his confidence came from the same place the Monk's power apparently came from. It had com from faith. Not so much in a higher power, but faith in his ability and faith in his Saiyan Blood. A true Saiyan Warrior would give all he had to protect their home, and that is exactly what he had done.
Muramasa in both hands, the very ground in front of Zeke was divided. He looked around, noting that the Androids didn't seem to know how to process the situation quite yet. The silence was almost haunting, the only things to be heard were the others faintly battling in the distance, an alarm, and the sound of a half of the man's staff club rolling across the ground.
The weapon had taken a few too many blows, apparently. The end Zeke was looking at was split apart on the end, deteriorated from his Matter Transmutation attack on it earlier. Had his energy possibly gone deeper into the weapon and weakened it? If that were the case, the man should have noticed a difference in it's weight possibly. Unless he'd gotten too caught up in battle.
Zeke stood up straight as he noted the man struggling to pick himself up. Steam rose off the silver blade as he came closer to the Monk. "They call me the Angel of Death. I strike out against all those who threaten the good and the innocent... witch you have done. Tell me, have you learned anything yet?"
Zeke would stop a few feet from the fallen man, making sure he wasn't going to grab for his fallen weapons. "Give up. Surrender and accept consequence for your actions here today. Then when that is done, you can live your life out on a better path. Or, you can die here and now, and allow whatever lies beyond this world to determine your fate. What will it be?"
The end of the Muramasa would press up against the man's neck. "Now you do as you think you must."

Shaking his head Seishin began to push up, the gash in his chest enough to fell a lesser fighter, but he was not such a weak man. Seishin had come to New Vegeta with a mission and it was one he would fulfill. His weapon was broken and the wound he had suffered was grievous, but the monk did not plan to stop. Hearing his foe approaching the monk knew he had little time to gather his strength; the Saiyan’s words making him chuckle a little. This one did not understand what this attack on New Vegeta had been. The three of them, Aer Nin, Naitram and Seishin had come here with one goal in mind. There was no option of failure for them unless it came with death.
”You do not understand the devotion our faith requires. We do not lack the conviction of others for we know our purpose.”
With the blade to his neck Seishin starts to push up more, unrelenting in his drive to accomplish what he had come for. This man claimed to be the Angel of Death, yet did death truly give the living options when he came for them? No. Seishin had fought this man and he did not believe the Saiyan had the conviction to hand down such a sentence. This was not the end.

All intelligent life was given a gift that they had possessed from the beginning of time. That is free will. Free will allows these beings, known better as people, the ability to make choices biased on the values and morals that the person has developed and obtained. Though these values are all right and wrong depending on the person, there is still an unofficial line between what is truly right and what is not. It is difficult at times to know witch side of this line you stand on. Though all your morals, values and beliefs may tell you something is right, you may still be committing a wrong. The only ones to truly know the difference are Gods.
Mass murder, regardless of the reason, is never on the right side of that line. Zeke did not need a God to tell him that. But what gives Zeke the right to end this mans life, even if he was wrong?
The Angel of Death was not a title just anyone could wear. It did not give the person in question the freedom to kill at their discretion and it did not give the user the right to choose when a persons time has come to die.
All beings make their own choices. Choices lead a person to their destiny and will decide their own fate. When a man chooses to use their power to harm the good and the innocent, and does not stop or feel any remorse, they have chosen to seal their own fate. An Angel of Death is used to dispatch them. This did not need to be Ezekiel, it could be anyone with the right mindset to end the persons life with the motive of issuing justice.
Justice by death was to kill so that no more harm could come to the good or the innocent. It was not to be confused with killing for the good and the innocent who have already fallen. That wold be called Vengeance. While Vengeance would solve nothing and change nothing, Justice would have the opposite effect. So similar, yet so different.
These were the things that shaped Ezekiel NeCross. The things his mother had taught him.
-------------------------------------------------------------
The man before Zeke had made his choices. Though he was convinced he was right, Zeke could feel within his own heart that the man was not. It was almost as if he could feel the future sorrow of all those who would die by the man's hand. How could his God's actions be justified as right if all of those good people had to suffer and die?
"I am sorry you feel this way. I hoped to see you realize that simply because you have faith in your beliefs and are devoted wholly to them, it does not make them right. A righteous God would not issue followers to cause so much needless bloodshed, sorrow and chaos. Your kind believe in purity. Yet what is purity? I'll tell you."
Zeke lowered his blade.
"It is a word to describe goodness and peace. Happiness and love. It means a world in witch all beings, regardless of whatever beliefs, races, or what-not can coexist in harmony. Purity is what I too would like too see. But... that is an impossible dream. One that many before us have wanted to see. It's impossible..."
Zeke raised his blade to the man's forehead.
"...Impossible... because of FOOLISH PEOPLE LIKE YOU!"
Zeke drew the blade back, taking it in two hands. If he followed through, he would drive Muramasa through the mans skull, killing him instantly. Zeke was filling up with emotional rage at this point, his energy spiking to the maximum level he could produce. He could also feel the man's feelings as well... the only thing that would save the Monk now would be a change of heart.
But even then, that would just save him in death. To change his ways now in the living world would not protect him from the wrath and judgement of the Saiyan Royal Family. Death would either become one of too things for the Monk in witch Zeke had never learned the name of.
It would become punishment... or mercy.

Seishin had made his choices in life, the ones he had been allowed at least. With a faith that required so much devotion there was little room for your standard free will. Sure he had the ability to choose his own personal actions and his words, but his path had been determined from the moment he was born. Many were born into such lives, Ezekiel NeCross perhaps the same, but Seishin’s life was meant for something greater. From the moment of his birth he had been one blessed by Aon himself, destined to carry out his will.
Purity was something many did not understand, at least not in the way The Universal Church of One did. Aon, or whatever god you may believe in, had his way of keeping the Universe pure. Over the ages countless individuals, species and even planets had run their course, ceasing to exist when they no longer had a purpose in this realm. The Saiyan race had been just another species to vanish from the Universe through natural causes, yet here they were. Through unnatural technology and science the race had been brought back from the dead, resurrected with no right to upset the natural order of things that had already written them off.
Seishin believed all of this fully, so Zeke’s words were lost on him. No amount of debate or evidence to the contrary would be enough to convince him. Like Aer Nin and all the others that had been sent to New Vegeta their goal as the same, remove the Saiyan race and return a small part of the Universe to the state it should be. Even as the point of the blade pressed against his forehead Seishin does not halt in his attempt to rise. The blade started to pierce his flesh some, a trickle of blood running down from the center of his head.
Then the blade was gone, lifted from the front of his head into the air. Like Seishin had thought the Saiyan did not have the conviction to take a life. Despite all of his bluster he was not the warrior he pretended to be. That was when the long blade came back down. The sharp weapon drove right through Seishin’ skull before burying itself a little in the ground under him, holding him in his slightly raised position for a moment before he began to slide down the blade. With a soft thunk the back of his head hit the ground, the rest of his body having ceased to move.
For the better part of his life Seishin had served Aon and although the path had been violent, ultimately deadly in the end, the monk would finally find his reward.
As his eyes opened, met by a blinding white light, Seishin smiled.

A house. Above the front door exists a man sized hole, shaped in comical fashion. After a few seconds passed the door would creak open and the master blacksmith would appear, his signature jacket having long been destroyed in the heat of combat. The old faithful armor that he had worn into so many battles; brandishing the Kanji for guardian of his home world, a position he once held. His hair was free, flowing down his face; over his bandana and glasses.
He would pause, he scouter shades scanning a large pile of rubble before him. The one hand which gripped the mystical Brave Sword clenched as the device return unfavorable news. His other hand, resting on the hilt of the sheathed Masamune blade stayed lax, as it slowly began to channel ki to the blade. Moments ago, before being kicked by an android knowing his nearly every move and matching his power through a house, he had been holding up a corner of a large apartment building.
The android’s one profound difference from its original was its uncaring for life. It needless tore the city apart in an effort to destroy the Blade Hermit, as did its lessors in an effort to destroy other worthy champions for the saiyans. In one stray blast it had destroyed a support for the largest single housing of life on New Vegeta. Immediately he moved to stabilize the building, thinking only for the safety of its inhabitants. The android, meanwhile, calculated the perfect opening. Striking with a powerful kick to the face, the machine then caught the building with one palm. With a smile he unleashed a God Breaker beam from his hand, engulfing the complex in a massive explosion.
Then the beast appeared, with no aura offered by those who used bukujutsu; most likely the android’s popular hikou ability. A large portion of his face had been smashed or singed off; showing the hideous metal beneath. Similar patches over the rest of his body mirrored the appearance. It’s eyes glowing red, the machine began to briskly walk forward, each hand clutching one of its technologically advanced copies of Masamune’s own blades. Suddenly the tightening grip on the Brave Sword loosened, before the Master of Blades returned it to it’s sheathe. His other hand remained resting upon the midnight sword’s hilt.
“I will show you something no one in this realm has ever seen of me. It’s a fraction of the power I am able to wield in my own home but it is still more than enough to end you.”
The ground would begin to tremble as the true saiyan’s muscles would bulge and his hair lift into spikes, though its color remained the same. A golden aura erupted from him as his pupils disappeared; leaving only the whites of his eyes as his power spiked past half a million.
“KIKOUKENJUTSU WAVE!”
He roared as he drew his weapon with thunderous speed, sending ripples throughout the area as a crescent blade of golden ki leapt from the obsidian blade, growing as it approached the android until it engulfed his entire form upon reaching him. The slave’s life would end as simply as it began. What started with the flick of switched, ended with a swing of a sword. The threat incinerated, the shades sensed a sudden spike of energy and turned to see a dome of ki destroy a large chunk of the castle. A large ape stood amongst the rubble; given its armor, most likely the crown prince.
With a blink the Master disappeared from the scene of victory as he would then come upon Zeke’s own. Looking down he would see the monk’s pierced skull at the end of the boy’s absurdly long blade. The Muramasa seemed to enjoy the blood. Nonetheless, the Hermit mustered up a smile.
“I am proud of you Ezekial-san. You fought bravely today; a true champion of the saiyan people.”
He would proclaiming, clasping the boy’s unarmored shoulder with a firm grasp. Masamune was indeed proud, for it was so rarely that true heroes emerged to fight the battles the innocent cannot. The others would flock to them; the other machines all dealt with. The Mistress of Daggers would put an arm around her husband’s waist and he would hold her to him. As saiyans now they would celebrate their victory, for tonight they mourn, and tomorrow they seek revenge.

He stood over the mans body for a few moments before he hauled the Muramasa free from his skull. He turned his back and slung the blade out to his side, flicking the blood off of the blade before he sheathed it, detaching the scabbard as he did so. He held the sword in his hand now, letting out a sigh.
So this was how it really was. There was no reasoning with them... the Church of One twists their psyche to the point of no return, creating beings who truly believe these horrific things are right. Not too hard for Zeke to believe, the Black Sun had done it for years, but a select few such as Zeke, Jaxine and Tejin had questioned it and thought outside the beliefs given to them. Would any of the UCOO do the same? Zeke didn't know, but he would not waste time attempting this again.
It was no mercy from here on out.
A hand rested on Zeke's shoulder. He knew who it was; Zeke let his Overdrive fade. Master Masamune spoke of his pride in his new student and called him a champion. He nodded, acknowledging the words, but could only feel as if he could have done more. The space port was demolished and nearly every, if not all the guards had been killed in the battle. He would have to let this go, he figured. Nothing a few drinks at Kazu's pub couldn't help.
Just then, Twenty-One arrived. She had been quick to examine the Kosho-bots wreckage after its destruction, not getting the chance to do so before as Kosho had went on to continue his battle with the robot. She hoped to find something to help construct a stable personality. Then Jaxine dropped in with about a hundred glowing blue orbs on wires over her shoulder. She dropped them at the feet of the others in a huge pile and crossed her arms.
"I'd ask how many you guys took out... but I'm winning."
[[Exit, PL please, Heavy Weights in effect]]
