Akassa stands at about 5'7" and weighs in at 149lbs. From the waist down she wears simple black pants and boots that along with her shirt are made to expand with her body whenever she shifts into Oozaru. Unlike most Saiyan warriors her tail is not normally wrapped around her waist, but left swaying behind her.


Akassa sounds like Serah Kerrigan, the only female in the video.

This is Akassa's new royal compound.

:Techniques:

• Bukujutsu - The ability to fly with ones Ki.
  
  
• Tail Conditioning - Akassa has trained enough to strengthen her tail so I is no longer a weakness. This training was forced upon her by her family.
  
  
• Power Whip - By focusing her Ki down her arm as she strikes Akassa is able to create a thick strand of Ki that extends off her arm. Although she can not sustain this "arm" of Ki for long it strikes anything it hits with devastating force. Think of it like a thick whip of Ki that forms on her forearm and extends off her hand. Getting hit by it would be like getting hit by a baseball bat of Ki.
  
  
• Super Energy Wave Volley – Akassa releases a rapid barrage of energy blasts at her opponents, causing a massive accumulation of damage if they are caught in it.
  
  
• Kienzan – This attack is created by forming a disc of energy with one hand. It can be a very strong attack because it can cut through almost anything, but at lower levels is quite slow.
  
  
• Energy Barrier: Self – This purely defensive technique forms a Ki-shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. This type of barrier wraps tightly around the individuals form, providing less protection, but more mobility.
  
  
• Ha-ken(Bladed Fist) - Akassa can form Ki around her hand and forearm to create a form of clawed gauntlet. Each finger of the gauntlet is a sharp talon that is rather efficient at slashing and cutting like any blade would be. The back of the gauntlet, from the back of her hand to the elbow is dense Ki giving the gauntlet the ability to block weapons whether they be made of Ki or metal.
  
  
• Zanzoken – The user is able to move faster than the eye can see, appearing to leave behind an afterimage. This ability is often used to set up another attack.
  
  
• Sono Supaiku(Ki Spikes) - If Akassa has her Ha-Ken active she can utilize the Ki in the gauntlet to launch its bladed fingers towards a target in the form of Ki spikes. The use of this technique deactivates her Ha-Ken technique until she uses it again.
  
  
• Pyschokinesis – Akassa has learned to channel Ki through her mind so that she can use it to manipulate and move objects without physically having to touch them. The bigger the object, the harder it is to move.
  
  
• Kinetic Blast – By gathering a large amount of psychokinetic energy Akassa can then release it in a powerful blast wave. The attack does not really do much damage against foes of equal power as its true purpose to shove her target away from her.)
  
  
• Shinsei Basuto(Burst Nova) – Gathering a large amount of Ki into her body Akassa is able to release it in a large blast. The energy leaves her body in the form of an expanding sphere(dome if on a surface) of Ki that has the potential to obliterate anything in its path. While quite devastating considering how much energy she pours into it the attack is extremely draining on her body, the sheer amount of Ki being used require time to recover afterwards.
  
  
• Advanced Ki Sensing - Using their natural ki sensing abilites, The user is able to tell different power signatures apart and recognize those he/she has met before by their signature. He/she is also able to sense someones exact power-level, or at least the level they've suppressed it to.
  
  
• Energy Crystal – Similar to the technology used in androids Akassa’s artificial hand now has a small white gem at its center. Like with androids it has the ability to drain a target’s energy as long as it is contact with their flesh. However, unlike with an android she does not gain the energy drained because the limb cannot efficiently transfer the energy into her organic body. The crystal is hard to spot from a distance, the white gem blending well with her white palm.
  
  
• Ki suppression – The user is allowed to suppress their ki to half of their current max power level.
  
  
• Hidden Wrist Blade – Installed in the forearm of Akassa’s arm is a small 6” blade that can be deployed when she arches her wrist back far enough. The weapon is secured in her arm and although short and most used for offense, it can block other blades if need be.
  
  
• Discharge – Installed in the upper part of her arm is a small power cell. As Ki flows through her arm the cell is charged, building up enough of a charge until it can be dispensed as a powerful shock. Her arm has been further altered so that the flow is directed down towards her hand, forced to travel into whatever she is holding or in a short range shock. This can be used multiple times, but takes 4 posts to recharge once used.

• Hane-tsuki tēru(Bladed Tail) - In similar fashion to her Ha-ken, Akassa is able to channel Ki down her tail and shape it into the form of a blade. The weapon is not the best for defensive purposes as her tail is not equivalent to her arm, but it does allow her a fifth deadly appendage.
  
  
• Kaen Kikku(Flame Kick)- By channeling flowing Ki down around her foot and lower leg Akassa can then ignite the energy to engulf her foot in flames. The technique generates intense heat bordering on 500 degrees, but can only be maintained for a few seconds without damaging her own leg.
  
  

:Master Techniques:

• Dual Controlled Kienzan – Similar to Frieza in DBZ Akassa has learned to control the Kienzan technique at a much higher level than most. Instead of just one disk she is able to form two and through her pyschokinesis control them both. (Prerequisites - Kienzan, Pyschokinesis)
  
  
• Big Bang Attack – Another attack passed down through the Hattori line for generations. Akassa lifts her arm up, palm facing out and fires a powerful blast from it while yelling out the name of the attack.)
  
  
• Tayoken - The user puts the hands up to the face and shouts "TAYOKEN" or "SOLAR FLARE", this causes the sun's rays to be amplified and reflected into the opponent's eyes, thus blinding them.
  
  
• Chikara(Force) - Through her mastery of close combat and psychokinetic abilities, Akassa has learned to combine the two. Using her pyschokinesis she is able to throw punches and kicks from afar. These force punches are invisible to the naked eye, yet through Advanced Ki Sensing(or a scouter) they can be detected. Unlike normal kicks or punches, they hit only at a point of impact. (This means if she punches the spot hit would feel like a fist had slammed into you, but if dodge there is no arm to connect instead as the attacks are more focused and not coming from actually appendages. )
  
  
• Blade Armor- A barrier which takes the form of samurai armor, of the same color as the user’s aura, which, though it has weak points, is overall stronger than the average energy barrier. Along with the defensive advantage, energy swords jut out from the semitransparent armor in nearly all directions, adding yet another dimension to the move. With concentration, any of the swords can be extended or shortened, allowing for a potentially lethal burst area effect at the cost of a decent deal of energy.

:Background:

Akassa Hattori is technically the first born to the Saiyan King, yet m she is also an outcast. A result of her father's, younger and wilder days, she is only half saiyan. Normally this is not such an uncommon bloodline, but to contaminate the royal line with human DNA is almost a crime in itself. Of course this shame does not fall on the king, but on the half-saiyan herself.

Her father still sees her as a valuable asset, if not an expendable one while her step mother, the queen would run a dagger through her heart with her own hands if it would no tarnish the house name. Her older half bother and younger half siblings look on her as nothing more then a soldier to their house, all of them ranked higher then her in authority no matter their age.

Akassa herself has spent her life dealing with this treatment and for the most part has come to accept her station in life as well as her position in the family, even if she is not happy about it'. That is not to say she still dreams of the day she earns her father's respect and appreciation, but sadly there is no guarantee that day will ever arrive.

Her attire is not the traditional battle armor of the Saiyan warrior class, but there is reason behind her seemingly casual dress. As a half breed she has been forbidden to wear the armor that is a staple of Saiyan society and is also no allowed to wear the famly colors of black and red.

Even though she is half-saiyan her personality is all saiyan. Having been brought up amongst pure blooded saiyans she shares their same lust for battle and power. Her aggressive fighting style reflects this as she has been known to be reckless on the field, having no qualms with taking a hit to open up an opportunity for herself. This is not to say she does not have a soft side and although it is rare for this side of her to surface it is not unheard of.

Her prideful personality often clashes with the loyalty she feels towards the royal family. While she strives to be accepted as a full member her own pride does not allow her to always control her actions or her tongue. Her hair is a perfect example of the rebellious streak in her. It is styled purposefully so that one side is spiked to represent her Saiyan half while the other side is kept long and straight in represention of her human half. To take it a step further Akassa has even dyed the tips of her longer stands a deep red, a color she is forbidden to wear. Though her family does not approve of it she is not technically disobeying their orders for she is not actually wearing the family colors.

:History:
Akassa traveled to the Galactic Tournament and given her all against Ninjin, but in the end she had lost. Even though her loss in the tournament was much earlier than she would have liked her time on Alpha Prime was not wasted. As the tournament carried on without her the ever vigilant Princess, with the held of Conri Lane, chased off a pair of individuals that looked to rig the tournament in the favor of Ninjin. The managed to escape, but ending their attempt to rig the tournament had saved her families honor. With the tournament now over it is time for her to return home, home sweet home...

Upon returning home Akassa was not allowed much time to relax. In short order the Universal Church of One attacked lead by the Cardinal Aer Nin. The Princess fought valiantly against the elf while her poisoned father and the Queen barely escaped with their lives. Although she held her own for some time Akassa was eventually bested by the elf, losing her left arm in the process. Thankfully her brother Ninjin came to her aid, saving the maimed Princess and defeating a weakened Aer Nin. While the Saiyan's had successfully defended their home the public defeat and the loss of her limb changed the Princess, left her filled with a burning desire for revenge.

Denied her chance to strike back at the Universal Church of One, Akassa remained behind on New Vegeta as Ninjin and Celeh stuck out to dismantle the Church. While training to grow stronger she learned of the murder of her mothers, the order of execution handed out by none other than Natisha herself. Confronting the woman only led to more revelations, her beloved father having known about the circumstances of her mother's death for years. Motivated by the pain and anger that came with such a betrayal Akassa was able to ascend to the level of Super Saiyan. In her rage she sought out justice by means of killing the Queen, her father and younger brother Leke also losing their lives in their attempts to stop her. While it had not been her intention to take the mantle of Queen initially the position was now hers, Akassa taking over as the ruler of New Vegeta. Now only time would tell what historians would write about her reign.

:Relationships:

Tsuyo Hattori: Akassa once held her father in the highest of regards, but it turned out he was nothing more than a liar and a coward. On her path to taking revenge for her murdered mother Akassa killed her father when he would not stand aside.

Natisha Hattori: Wife of Tsuyo and Queen of the Saiyans she was Akassa's step-mother. Upon her ascension to Super Saiyan Akassa made sure to execute the woman that was the source of so many of her pains and humiliations. Taking the Queen's life was something she would never regret.

Ninjin Hattori:Ninjin is Akassa's brother, commander and rival. Although she respects him, he is her motivation to become stronger. With the death of their father and his mother, it is uncertain as to how their relationship will progress when he returns from Mement Mor.

Leke Hattori: Akassa's youngest brother, he was slain by Akassa during her fight with Tsuyo when he refused to stand aside.

Celeh: A lower class Saiyan that has recently been assigned by Natisha to be Akassa's bodyguard. Away on a mission with Ninjin it is uncertain how the body guard will take Akassa's recent ascension to Queen.

Ezekiel NeCross: Although she finds him a bit odd, at least when it comes to his origin and skill set, she has found herself impressed by him so far. Having grown close with him over the recent months, she is unsure how he will react to her new station. She has asked him to come back to New Vegeta so that they might discuss rebuilding their home.

Conri Lane: This strange half-saiyan is a friend of Akassa, or at least he was when she was only a Princess. The two have grown closer over their sparring sessions and spent time together, Conri even attempting to ask her on a date. While she turned him down she is not uninterested in him. The question is, like the others, how will he react to her new title and how she earned it?

Nasu Hattori: A bastard of Tsuyo, just like her, Nasu is probably the best chance Akassa has left in terms of family. Their last meeting ended with her slugging him across the face when he attempted to reveal the truth of Tsuyo and Natisha's crimes. Having realized he was speaking the truth she has invited him back to New Vegeta with the hopes they might start fresh.
