On Dragon Ball Awakening you may have noticed there are multiple NPCs which are in place for the leaders of schools and worlds. This has been done because we believe no player should have these positions from the start. It also gives up the ability to roleplay with new characters as these NPCs if they find themselves lacking other players to roleplay with.
However, these positions are designed to be taken over by players in the future. Now one might wonder how this is to be, do you just ask them? Well no, it must be earned in one way or another. Perhaps you become the student of one school and in time the master feels you are deserving of being the leader of the school and gives it to you. Of course if you are not the patient type, but feel you are stronger then your master or even the rule of your planet you could simple challenge them for the role, or just go at them if you are a little more on the evil side.
Either way their are ways in which players can, and hopefully will, attain these positions. There is risk involved though for if you challenge say the Saiyan King for his position or simply attack him you can believe he will defend his position with his life, and it may in fact cost you yours if you underestimate his strength.
Now knowing that such an aggressive attempt on a position may cost you your life, you may be thinking what is the point? Well for starters if you take over any position it will no doubt add to your characters story. There are more lets say...tangible gains though for taking a position.
Lets say you defeat the Saiyan King. You may have noticed in his profile that he knows three Monarch level moves. When taking over his position you then have the ability, granted you have the move slots open, to learn one of those attacks at Monarch level and two at master level. The advantage here is normally you cannot learn your own Monarch level attack until your base is 200,000 or greater, but if you defeat him at 130,000k base then you get one 70,000k before most will. Not to mention you now rule a planet. The same would go for masters, you now have access to all their master level moves you may not have.
(Side note. If you do take over we expect you to be active in the role. For example as a Master you will be expected to teach and rp with other players doing so. If someone were to be increasingly inactive with there new role we reserve the right to remove a player if they are not fulfilling the role.)
