Kemuri stood in the entry way to the Palace, waiting for his subjects to gather. He was getting tired of waiting for Kami’s men to return and he really didn’t want to mess up the palace. Once all of them gathered in front of him. He would turn around push open the front door, making his way outside. Feeling the wind gently caress his face. He began to chuckle, the time for this little “revolution” Kami was doing had to come to an end.
“Jenn, Anri and Bear. We are done waiting. We are going to take a little trip to the Lookout to see what our friend Kaladar is up to. If we happen to get attacked.” The hyena man smiled. He knew they were going to attack him on sight. “Then we will take their lives, proving to everyone that I am ruler and I am not to be taken lightly. You three work for me and follow my orders when we get there. Do not disappoint me, now follow me.” Kemuri said lifting off the ground
It wouldn’t take long for Kemuri and his men to reach the top of the Lookout. Mere minutes after he could see the bowl shaped building begin to take shape. A crooked smile came across the face of the hyena man. With the power that he had under his control, there was no way Kaladar or any of those peasants were going to win. If they didn’t surrender they were going to die.
(Since Kemuri, Jenn, Anri and Bear have arrived/are arriving the other training threads that are taking place on the Lookout will be interrupted. and Staff has concluded that new threads will be started when everyone has posted in this thread at least once.)
Upon reaching the top of the Lookout he could see Popo fighting with some male. Looking to the right he saw Azazel fighting against two new people. He knew they were going to see him. Touching down on the marble tiling he knew Jenn, Anri and Bear wouldn’t be very far behind.
“Greetings people of the Lookout I believe we have some things to discuss. I am sorry to say, but this little “resistance” that you have going here has to come to an end. The people I brought with me are going to make sure of that. They work for me now and have orders to take out each and every one of you. That includes Kaladar and Mr. Popo.” Kemuri began to laugh, he was in control and maybe if they were to all surrender he would let them live. Or maybe he would kill some of them. He hadn’t decided what to do yet, but it was going to be fun to watch his associates take them out.

The call had been sent out to Anri while he was busy working away in his own room, time had past since the night before where he had a long nice chat with the new Jenn, Della; he had slept some but his mind had been abuzz with questions and equations. There was so much to do and to know, with so little time to do it all in. Crouched on the floor Anri worked away at one of the open panels, he had spent the better half of the day gutting the machine and replacing the damaged parts in the small scuffle they had with the intruder human that had entered the castle and tried to free Jenn. Though bothersome Anri had found some amusement in the fact that the person that the human had come to save was the one that ending up killing him.
Pulling back from the edge of the pannel Anri looked the inside up and down making sure that everything was in the right place before he would start it up once again, one missed crossed wire or misplaced circuit board and that would cause another issue that he wasn't much up for fixing. Reaching for the activation lever his leathery fingers wrapped the tiny red nob, just as he was about to pull it and guard came busting into the room making him jump with surprised. Before he had started working here he might have broken the mans arm but he had gotten somewhat use too guard bursting into his room with information. Cast away on the second floor in the corner of the building the message took a little longer to arrive too him by the messenger, though why they had not just sent for him over the radio Anri would never know. The dog-man seem to like do some things in an old fashioned manner, maybe trying to go back to the roots of a simpler time or maybe he was much, much older than Anri thought him too be but he didn't have the same aura of age on his body as that of Jenn...or Della... either one worked pretty well in his mind, after all they were pretty much the same person.
"Yes?" Anri said with a snippet of annoyance in his voice.
Talking long strides down the hallway Anri had shoved the messenger out of the way to get to the dog-man as quickly as possible, it had been a long while since there had been any orders from Kemuri, though not so long since that boy had 'attacked' the castle and met his bloody death at Della's hands; even now the room was still trashed well, the cleaning staff had set away working at it but blood stains are just so hard to get out. Anri smirked at the idea of the boy's ashes, forever to be held under the rug, trapped because Anri never cleaned and he told the staff if they so much a touched the rug, and I quote "I will peel the skin of their arms like banana's and eat away at your bones"...mmm tasty, even no the thought made his stomach growl. Forever a trophy in his mind, of the day that happened, though he did not directly kill the human the puncture wounds his spikes had delivered would have caused massive bleed out if given enough time but it had looked as though Della did not wish to wait any longer than need be which is how blood stains were on Anri's ceiling, truly a feat in its self. The woman was so similar too that of Jenn other than he more playful attitude and occasional sharp words... and blood lust they were pretty much in the same in his book.
With one final twist Anri found himself facing Kemuri as he held that same devilish grin on his face, there was something rather unsettling about the way he formed the grin, it had a trusting almost playful look about it at first glance but past all of the lies it stored in his eyes were cold and cunning, as if trying to find out just who you are and how to best take you out if need be, before one would even being to speak. Had Anri been a normal citizen and knew nothing of his aggressive take over then he would have fallen for the falseness that he held on his face, but luckily he was not. Shrugging off the glare as he arrived with the rest of the gang, it was Della, and the hairy man.
Anri had almost completely forgotten about the hairy man even being in the castle, his actives mostly kept him at the bar, drinking whatever problems he had away till the sun rose and came back up again. Since the day they had first met there was an instant hate for the sub-human, his words tainted with lies, there was no doubt in his mind that he would flip sides, which is were most of the hatred had come from, he could never trust one that would turn tail and join the other side. Anri wasn't just sure how it would happen, or when but by the end of the day the hairy man would be dead, whether by his hands or by someone else it really didn't matter at that point. If it came down to Anri finishing him off it wouldn't even require him using his full strength, where he himself had trained hard since their last face off it seems as though all the hairy man had done was drink, and drink, and drink, every day since then...in fact Anri can't remember seeing him any where else in the castle other than the throne room...and in a jail cell.
With the three of them lined up Anri had figure just what was going on but still he was joyful to hear that they were finally going after the rebels, it had been a long time waiting for this moment, now he could knock some heads around and get paid to do it, tis the wonderful life he lead. There was no need to respond too Kemuri as they would take off into the skies, not having much of an idea of where this "lookout" was he let it solely up too Kemuri to guide him. After only but a few minutes of flying through the skies Anri saw it, his eyes grew wide at the grand tower that shot from the Earth like a mystical creature that had broken the bounds from the planet and reached towards the stars, it was a beautifully crafted structure made from some type of white stone, even as long as it probably had been out here no dirt or grime held to its surface, truly a marvel of his word. Eyes scrolling up and down the long pillar he wondered just how it was standing as it was, the base was much to small for the size of the structure, any other building would have collapsed from lack of structural integrity long ago, either the build was also buried twice the length of the pole into the ground or there was something else going on here that his mind could not simply wrap his mind around.
As Kemuri pulled up and away Anri followed his order as his eyes fell upon another structure looking from the bottom like a giant soup bowl, the idea of such a place existing made him chuckle but once they flew up and over the edge of the platform he finally took a good look at the area. Palm trees rose in a few area but for the most part the top was covered in flat white stone block with a large white house resting off away from them.
"So, this is the look out."
Upon arriving at the top Anri landed as his eyes scanned the few groups that were here already, some he did not know but a few others he did. Carmen and Kit, well that certainly made things interesting and a tad bit awkward. Anri had met and something bonded with the two of the in the last few weeks, though their encounters had been short for the most part he had learned a great deal about the two though he had no idea that either of them had ties too the rebels, even if he had asked he doubted they would have said anything about it. Though Anri wished to go have a nice talk with these known people he did not break formation and simply gave them a small wave of the hand. At this point all eyes would fall upon the dog-man as he would give his normal bad guy speak, Anri shook his head at his words chuckling on the inside , if it had been up to him, Anri would have just taken Della and they would have blasted this building off the map from a far, though... he would have killed both Carmen and Kit....Hmmmm.....

The majority of his time in the castle had been spent learning. After his encounter with Anri, and the one following with Lance Rosen, Bear had devoted himself to training of his own kind. For the first time in years, he spent his days fairly sober, only taking a shot or two when the shakes kicked in badly. He had barricaded himself in the library, and went through nearly every book there. Along with the mental training, Bear kept to a strict physical training regiment as well.
Spending so much time in seclusion was probably not the best plan, but there had been just so much buzzing around the man's head. Anri had shaken the man's faith much more than he could imagine, Mahajenn had done the same, however unintentional as it might have been. Kemuri seemed so positive that his army of three would beat Kami's forces, but Bear didn't believe it. Among all of Kemuri's warriors, Bear was the weakest by far. No matter how he trained, there was no way for him to close that gap in power.
With the doubt in himself, and the simple facts in play, Bear no longer felt the need to be near his comrades. Anri would surely kill him, given the chance, and he wasn't sure that Kemuri or Mahajenn would stop him this time. Even if Anri wasn't planning Bear's downfall, there were always Kami's forces; people who were training at this very second, readying themselves to kill the vagabond on sight.
For Bear, no matter the outcome, there would be no winning. So maybe that thought helped fueled the idea that if he stayed hidden, he might be forgotten. However, Bear hoped that was not the case. He truly believed his was no coward. But he was a man. A human man. Maybe that was just the lack of alcohol talking...
When he agreed to fight alongside Kemuri, he had hoped to train with him. He hoped the powerful hyena-man would act as a mentor, and teach him how to become more powerful. When the other two moved on to do their own things, Bear's hopes for that escalated, but they were quickly dashed as Kemuri closed himself off as well. That left Bear to his own devices in the library.
Bear was a mess when the call came through, he quickly pushed the barricade aside, and pulled the messenger inside the library, slamming the doors closed behind him, "To hell you say! I haven't even had time to properly train."
The messenger said nothing, but he didn't have to. His eyes said everything, the horror in them enough to make Bear release him and take a step back, "Please, repeat yourself." Bear would demand, after taking a deep breath.
Cursing loudly, he would push the man out if the room, and slam the doors behind him. It was true, Kemuri was ready to make his move, regardless of what anyone else thought. Having not seen his so-called comrades recently had placed Bear at a disadvantage. He knee they'd been training, but was unsure of how much they'd grown.
Taking one last look around the library, Bear's eyes would scan the books, some still open, some ripped to pieces. Then to the stacks, most knocked over, just as many broken; destroyed in a heated moment. Then his eyes would set on his wall of notes. Pages from books, strategies and plans, advanced battle tactics, even bluffs and whatnot. Everything he learned, he kept pinned to that wall. It was the only thing left in this world to mark that the man had been there.
A grin crossed his mouth, a dry chuckle leaving him. Raising a hand, he scanned that paper and writing one last time, then unleashed a powerful blast to destroy it all. Erasing the last thing on this planet to prove he'd been there, Bear ran a hand through his stubbly-face, then though his untidy hair. Grabbing his flasks off the table and stowing them away neatly, he headed for the door.
He had been preparing for this moment, and as unreal as it felt, the time was now. Bear had very little interest in fighting the others. He only sought to test what he'd been learning. And to prove to himself he was no coward in the process. Win or lose, today he wasn't fighting for Kemuri, or against Kami. He was fighting himself.
Arriving at Kemuri's side, he would be alone with the hyena-man for a second. Eying the man, he could see the look in his eyes. Kemuri was ready for this. He had been waiting far too long. Bear could not blame him. Put in his shoes, the man would feel the same. "Lord Kemuri," Bear said with a bow, silently pondering if Kemuri would make note of his sobriety.
Then, he would take a seat on the floor, and begin meditating. Something he'd discovered in his own training. A tool to clear the mind, and ready one's self for the unexpected. And upon reaching his mental clarity, he would wait for the others to arrive.
Taking little notice to either as they entered the room, Bear opened his eyes and stood. Upon Kemuri's command, Bear would take to the air beside him, following him to the battlefield where the fight would begin. He would note there was something different about Mahajenn, but little else. It was best to not dwell on his own team mates, and focus on what remained ahead.
A huge bowl-like structure formed in the skyline, and as they neared it, Bear noted it must be the lookout. He'd never been there, never actually being part of Kami's forces, and the sight struck him with awe. As Kemuri landed on the beautiful marble tile, Bear stayed afloat in the air a few feet behind him.
Looking over his surroundings, he noted that the trees and the building in the middle. The tower structures and the people sparing and training around it. Some faces were familiar, Azazel the most familiar, but Bear tried to ignore it. Whatever would follow is what he was here for. After Kemuri finished his short speech, threat more or less, Bear remained were he was, distancing himself from the fight that was no doubt, about to break out.

Life was... good. Della had been quite enjoying her new found freedom, in just mere moments from her release she'd gotten to eliminate from the living realm a 'man' who was a likely 'threat' perhaps not necessarily one to herself in really any universe but to Vixi he certainly was a major danger, the girl was enormously powerful for someone so pacifistic but that power was heavily tempered by her nature. Where Della was aggressive and generally quite vicious Vixi was sweet and friendly, the fox girl was trusting to a fault and yet somehow the human had managed to not just break that trust but cause outright FEAR. That had been more than enough reason for Della to eliminate him, regardless of the imbalance in how she presently viewed the girl she was still important to her, still perhaps the closest thing she could currently call to family, and someone she would not lose to some idiot human. Della had left the tent early in the morning leaving Vixi one of there visual notes along with a visual outline of how Vixi should proceed with the day if she wanted to do some training, mostly just simple energy controlling exercises in order to make sure she kept a firm control over her power. The reason she'd left for the day was to pay the castle a visit though more specifically she was looking to pay Anri a visit. Where Jenn had been willing to avoid Anri out of what amounted to a bit of spite due to the Vennor not being willing to help them, Della was willing to forgive this, it had been a bit of a foolish choice to present the request at that time one born of frustration over there situation and Jenn's belief that since they had hit things off well that Anri would prove more trusting than they had any right to believe he would be. Things between Jenn and Anri had been becoming steadily better even before Della's release and for the most part Della just wanted to mend that bridge further, they had spent most of the night talking about what really happened in the 'fight' against the idiot human. Now Della was interested in perhaps another spar, the first battle they had was one to be remembered, it had been one of her first opportunities to really 'see' the world in a way and while she'd still mostly been in the back seat for that fight THIS one would not have her so restricted, she could fight Anri as herself and see exactly how far the Vennor managed to push himself since they had last fought. He'd displayed a truly immense level of power the night before and that had been just him trying to smack around a fool, getting to see that power first hand and see what he could really do with it was an exhilarating notion. Of course this battle would only occur once she actually found Anri, navigating the castle was a chore to say the least and Della could not even count how many times she'd somehow managed to end up back where she started despite being fairly certain she had not made enough turns to accomplish such. She'd contemplated using one of the wall mounted communication devices, the one that Anri had used to call her to the security room but actually getting the thing to work and send her message to the right place was almost certainly a task that would prove nearly impossible with her current understanding of technology and on top of that Della knew herself quite well, while Jenn was content to smack the machine around and press buttons randomly it would take all of a minute for Della to get just impossibly frustrated with the machine and proceed to destroy it and likely the wall it was mounted to. Thankfully for the stability of the castle this became unnecessary as one of the many faceless peons that worked for Kemuri now that he had taken ruler ship of the planet ran up to her, she'd expected him to dash past to somewhere else in the castle but instead the human halted right in front of her both barring her passage and not actually speaking yet as he proceeded to catch his breath. "Move fool I have more important things to do than to watch you gasp for air." Della growled narrowing her eyes at the human as he finally caught his breath, the man cringed back slightly at the intense glare that was fixed upon him and appeared to take a moment to collect himself. "Miss Mahajenn, King Kemuri requests your presence in the front courtyard, he wanted me to inform you that 'the time has come' and that this was 'an order'" the man stated plainly backing away ever so slightly as Dellas glare intensified further. "Is it now? Well I suppose that makes things a bit easier, actually finding Anri will be simple now. Congratulations I wont kill you for wasting my time." Della said giving him a sweet smile that chilled the man to the bones far more than the glare could have accomplished in a thousand years, with the man frozen in place Della casually walked past him giving him a brief pat on the head as if he were a dog that had done well, then in a flash she was gone nothing left but a bit of dust kicked up in the wake of her intense increase in speed. The man's words had given her all she needed to know, Kemuri was done waiting and instead wanted to make an attack, this meant that actually getting her fight with Anri would have to wait. Anri was a man who put his job first and he would not face her until the business on the lookout was complete. Frustrating as this was it was perhaps not the worst thing, at the very least Azazel would certainly prove to be powerful enough for a challenge and she could clear all of the fools that did not belong up there out of her home. Della would arrive shortly after Bear just as the (normally) drunken human began meditating. The lack of the overpowering stink of his alcohol was a surprise but for the most part Della could not be made to care about the hairy man. After her arrival Anri made his appearance fixing Bear with a look somewhere between 'oh its you' and 'why have I not murdered you yet' without a word exchanged between the three of them Kemuri gave his little 'pep talk' and then they took off heading directly for the Lookout. Della could barely keep a straight face through Kemuri's rambling, the hyena was so utterly full of himself that it just proved so utterly amusing to her. He was a fool if he thought that his reign would be anything of true note, the world as it stood was teeming with powerful warriors people capable of far more than what was possible for all but the most well trained beings of her time, and he expected them to just fall in line after this, after making martyrs out of all those who would fight against them today. Eventually the humans would develop some new sort of weapon to fight the hyena and with it they would take back there world and continue to ruin it, all in all she couldn't actually care less about what happened or how. Once this was over she'd fight Anri and then leave. They touched down on the lookout and the sight of the marble bowl-like structure brought a frown to her face as she landed a bit closer to Anri choosing to wait until Kemuri began his second speech before speaking to the Vennor "Anri, if you could and if we end up actually fighting up here. Could you try to limit the collateral damage? I don't care about them, do whatever you want.. but this place... this was my home." Della asked, Anri was perhaps the most likely one to cause significant damage to the lookout itself, Della had every intention of taking her own fight either to the ground below or the air above which would make avoiding harm to the lookout quite easy in her case, Bear of course was barely a risk at all and Kemuri's own style was one that had at least in there last encounter not appeared particularly destructive. To the defenders of Earth Della would appear very much like a stranger, the form she stood in now was one that bore very little actual similarity to Jenn's form, she stood tall clad in crimson armor as she awaited the arrival of the warriors of Earth, when not whispering to Anri held a look that was somewhere between boredom and disdain. Perhaps the only thing that would truly grant the Earths defenders any insight into who she really was would be her energy signature. For those acquainted with the ability to finely understand the nature of energy signatures such as Della was capable of her current form radiated an energy signature that while vastly higher than what Jenn's power had been upon her release still bore a similar 'feeling' however while Jenns energy was generally calm Della's energy held a vicious edge to it a clear sign of both readiness and eagerness for battle even if this eagerness was really just for the battle that would come once this was all done with. << Della PL: 240,875, Weighted, currently suppressed to 50% >>

Carmen and Alexander were doing quite well against their stronger opponent. Their teamwork had proven hard for the powered down Azazel to match, never mind the amount firepower the Makaio had been putting out with her newest toy. Going forward she expected that the two of them might actually win the match, even though it was just a training session. That was unless the woman decided to freak out again as she had during their first encounter. In all honesty the female seemed to have calmed considerably since that time, her focus on training perhaps reigning in that temper so she could instead grow stronger to face whatever it was to come. Carmen herself knew she was growing stronger with the training she had undergone already, but she didn't really plan on going all the way to the Kings Palace when they set out to fight this Kemuri. She hoped she might be able to convince Alexander that they ditch on the way, having taken advantage of training with the others there was no real reason to endanger themselves.
Gathering more energy into her rifle the pink haired girl keeps bead on Azazel, following her through the scope of her gun. Alexander was a lot more headstrong of a fighter and was doing well to keep their mutual opponent busy. Like with Blitzkrieg, she was going to wait until there was an opening, when Azazel was most distracted then blast her from the sky! Her previous gun packed more overall firepower, its ability to spray a large area with bullets in a short time the real strength behind the weapon. Her Tempest Rifle on the other hand was a one shot, one kill type of weapon. If she missed with a charged up shot all that preparation was wasted, but if she it…it was going to hurt. Besides, Carmen never missed anyway. One eyes squeezed shut she follows the woman with the other, the two other combatants going at it, but then suddenly they stop, both looking past Carmen.
Blinking a little as the strange turn in events breaks her concentration, the charge in her weapon dissipating, she realizes the signatures that had arrived at the Lookout. Two she did not recognize, one of them exceedingly powerful compared to her own. The other two she did though, both of the men she considered friends. (To be a friend of Carmen was quite the simple thing though, the main requirement, to have met her on good terms.) Letting the barrel of her rifle dip towards the ground, not at all realizing what it was the group was here for she turns, her free arm already waving. No sooner had the dog looking man finished talking, his words completely ignored by the girl, she calls out to Anri and Bear. It was true what they said, some people on heard what they wanted to hear.
”Hiya Anri, hiya shirtless drunk man!”Bear may not have been drunk at the moment, but that was the only way she knew him. Last time they had met he had entertained her greatly by throwing a car through a bar full of patrons. After the wave she starts to scamper over towards them, anxious to greet her returning friends.
”Who are your friends?” She asks innocently, head tilted back some so that she could look up at the taller Vennor. Smiling wide she wondered what he had been up too since their first encounter, and it seemed he had been out gathering even more powerful friends. The dog creature was a bit strange, but Carmen was always up for new friends. Even the pretty lady with all the armor seemed interesting although she looked a bit on the human side…but then again, so did Carmen minus her eyes and slightly over sized canines.

Alexander had plans of ditching these heroes as soon as the training they had been doing was finished, probably as soon as they set out for the castle, considering he had gotten the full use out of them so far. Plans didn't always go how one wanted them to, however, as while he was sparring with Azazel to get stronger there was a large source of power headed towards the group. In actuality it was about four separate powers, but that wasn't the issue here as they paused the battle, Alexander lowered his power to the least noticeable amount that he could. It was better to not reveal his full power, not like it mattered here anyways, but anything that was a full-on surprise was better than nothing at all. The only real thing would be to figure out a way to get out of this place, no point in sticking around if the people he'd been using to train were about to get wiped out. Of course, seeing Kemuri for the first time was rather amusing, the warriors of Earth getting beat by a dog.
Watching as Carmen walked up to two of them, he had to smirk as she just outright ignored Kemuri, so much for being intimidating if someone like her flat out just didn't listen at all. Oh well, maybe this would be entertaining to watch for a bit, but if things went too out of hand then he would just bring Carmen with and leave the others to their fights. Especially since he had other plans after this anyways, wouldn't be good to just get involved too deeply at this stage. Sure, Azazel and whoever else would likely be angry with him, but that wasn't really his problem he would likely never see them again one way or another. It didn't matter what kind of terms he left on with anyone, there were only a certain amount of people that he would be watching out for and anyone else was on their own for keeping themselves alive.
Crossing his arms, he waited to see what was going on while keeping an eye on the pink-haired girl to make sure that she stayed safe as well, despite that she seemed to know them he wouldn't trust them that much. There wasn't much else for him to say or do right now, they were all waiting for the others to appear or whatever, so he would just stand off to the side for now. He wasn't interested in Kemuri or his little group of followers, but he would see how this played out, if things turned against them without him having a chance to get himself or Carmen out of here then he would just have to deal with the situation.

Kaladar was on his way to the surface, with Carla not too far behind him. He wanted to see how everyone was doing and to see the new potential student that Popo was sparring with. Kaladar was in for a rude awakening when emerged from inside the Lookout. Directly across from him stood four figures. He only recognized one of them by their power. Scoffing it was either brave of stupid for Kemuri to come to Kaladar’s home. The hyena man must have been getting bored waiting for something to happen. Well Kaladar knew this was going to be the last fight, the end was near and he hoped that everyone was ready.
“Carla I want you to go stand with Azazel and the others. The four of you should be grouped together for the time being.” Kaladar said to his student, making sure not to take his eyes off Kemuri.
Kaladar then began to look over the three individuals that Kemuri had brought with him. The weakest of them was a male wearing no shirt, but looked to be covered in battle scars. To be honest Kaladar wasn’t worried about this man being able to take out any of the other fighters that were here. Moving to the next male looking fighter, his power was significantly stronger than the previous one. The stranger was clad in grey plated looking skin. Except for his neck which was red. Kaladar had no idea how Kemuri came across a man like this, but even still he wasn’t worried.
Then came the last one, the signature that came from the female felt familiar to Kaladar. It felt like Jenn’s but she in no way looked like the female genie that Kaladar had meet before. This female was clad in crimson armor. Even though her power signature felt similar to Jenn’s, Kaladar had to make sure. He knew Kemuri had the ring in his possession, perhaps that’s why Jenn or who ever this person is was working for Kemuri. Either way he had to make sure none of the fighters killed Jenn. Even if she was working for Kemuri the Lookout was her home before any of them even existed. Kaladar wasn’t about to let anyone take that away from her.
“Kemuri I do not know why you have decided to come here and I do not care. What have you done with Mahajenn and Brandon?” Kaladar asked. He suspected that Brandon went straight for Kemuri by himself. Since he hasn’t returned yet, that could mean Kemuri still has him captured or one of his three men killed him. If he was dead, that was the fate he choose for himself, but there were people here that may have been friends with the man. “There is no need for anyone to die here today. Just leave, you have crippled the king and myself. If you choose not to leave then it is out of my hands.” Kaladar said.
Kaladar knew none of this was going to make Kemuri leave. The hyena man needed to make sure he was in complete control of Earth. Kemuri still believed that Kaladar was a threat. At least that is what Kaladar believed. The hope of returning things back to normal lied in the hands of the four fighters, he still didn’t know if the man Popo was with was going to help. He would understand if he choose to stay out of it and keep himself alive.
“Alexander, Azazel, Carla and pink haired female. The one that you have been training against is standing right before you. If you want to leave I wouldn’t blame you, but there is no guarantee that Kemuri won’t hunt you down if you fled. There is going to be a fight and blood is going to be shed. I ask that you subdue the three individuals that came with Kemuri. As for Kemuri he will suffer. HE will suffer for everything that he has done.” Kaladar said to every fighter that was on his side.

Azazel was able to jump out of the way of Alexander’s attack during their spar. The two of them were a force to be reckoned with. Their session was going to have to be picked up at a later time. A chill ran down Azazel’s spine as her back was turned from the arrival of Kemuri and the others. His voice rang through her ears, echoing inside her head. Heart racing, blood coursing through her veins, and anger/hatred building. Azazel slowly turned around and there he was. That same smug look on his face, he still thinks that he is going to walk away from this. That he is going to live on.
Even though her attention was focused of Kemuri, she was glad to see that the drunken shirtless man was still alive. Had he joined forces with Kemuri? Kemuri said the people that were behind him worked for him. She wanted nothing more than to charge Kemuri right away and end this. For her sake Lennalth also knew what she was thinking and talked her out of it. Looking around Alexander hadn’t yet tried to do anything and neither did Carla or the pink haired girl. Since fighting against her and Alexander, those two had earned her respect. Even though they didn’t look like it, they could handle themselves.
“You need to relax Azazel, I may have been able to talk you out of doing something crazy once, but I doubt you will listen to me again. You want to kill Kemuri and I get that, but there are three people that are going to try to stop you.” Lennalth explained to Azazel, trying to calm the demoness down
“I know Lennalth, I cant just charge head first at him. I would get myself killed. When all this is through I am going to make Kemuri bleed. I will kill him.” Azazel said while quietly snarling at Kemuri
Out of no where she heard the pink haired womens voice echo throughout the Lookout. She was saying hi to the shirtless man and to someone called Anri. Looking at the group one of them gave a slight wave. The taller of Kemuri’s workers, the one with grey skin. It waved, So Azazel assumed that he was Anri, the one the pink haired female was talking to. So the only one that Azazel didn’t know a name to was the female in the crimson armor. She couldn’t recognize who she was, but it didn’t matter. None of them were going to stop her from getting to Kemuri. Focusing back on the Pink haired female, she then asked who their friends were. The female had no idea which one was Kemuri or that he was standing several feet in front of her. Azazel began to make her way over to the female, but stopped when Kami spoke
Kami asked what Kemuri had done with Jenn and Brandon. A question that was on Azazel’s mind as well. Brandon had left quite some time ago and hasn’t returned yet. He then went on to tell Kemuri to leave, that no one needed to die today. That is where Azazel disagreed with the old man. Kemuri needed to be taken care of. She cared not for the three that came with him, they were mere pawns. They fell for his words and she felt sorry for them.
“Azazel before the fighting takes place, did you feel something change about you? Because I did.” Lennalth asked
“The moment we stopped training with Carmen and Alexander I felt something. Something coursed through my entire body. I have no time to worry about that right now, I need to keep my attention on Kemuri and his group. I am sure it is nothing.” Azazel said continuing her way over to the pink haired girl
Finally she stood next to the female. The moment she stopped the feeling from before came back. It was immense pain that brought her to her knees. Fighting it off she got back to her feet, she looked at the female. “It is clear you don’t know what Kemuri looks like, he is the one with the dog looking face. The smug ass that just said he was going to have all of us taken care of. It looks like you have interacted with the taller grey skinned man before. Maybe he won’t try to hurt you. Maybe you can convince him to attack Kemuri.” Azazel paused for a brief second, catching her breath. Whatever was happening inside her was taking its toll. “I don’t know what is going to happen here, but if you get the shot with that last gun you manifested. Try to hit Kemuri with it. If you have trouble focusing, just think you are shooting me, I am sure that will help you.” Azazel finished talking to the pink haired girl, taking a few steps in front of her. Again something pulsed through her body and again she fought it. This time it lasted longer than before.
“Azazel next time that happens don’t fight it. I don’t think it is good that you keep pushing whatever is happening back down. Just let it run its course I am sure everything will be fine and you will be fine through it. So therefore, let it happen” Lennalth explained and Azazel agreed. Whatever was going on needed to be set free. She was going to have to wait a little longer before that happened.

As he clasped the black genies shoulder he saw the creatures arrive. Saito was unable to gauge power without experiencing it first hand, but he could feel the overwhelming aura that seemed to captivate each of them. He would keep his hand on Popo's shoulder until his shaking subsided. The poor man clearly knew something that Saito did not, but that wouldn't matter today. He had promised his aid and Saito was a man of his word. He had come to the lookout in order to train with the master of the lookout, and although he had not yet received his training it was obvious that this would take precedence over his need to advance the Crane. Actually the cumulative powerlevel that had just arrived on the lookout seemed to be even more devastating than Kit had ever expected Tundra to be. Had he not been grasping Popo's shoulder, he too may have begun to shake. He was glad to not show such weakness, not to these degenerates. For the first time in his life Saito would be fighting for a just cause, and would be fighting for the very breath that left his chest.
The first to arrive was Kemuri. How did Saito determine this? His verbiage dictated that he was clearly the one in charge. Though Saito had imagined a person, it made things easier to look at a deformed coyote. It was hard to imagine human beings being capable of such devastation, so Kemuri being an animal really fit his characteristics better in Saito's mind. The second give away were the birds. None of the other fighters had mentioned their chirping or even their presence, for none of them found the birds to be of any consequence. Saito knew better. Birds were some of the smartest creatures, and well-traveled. If anyone knew something about Kemuri, it was the birds, they were everywhere. His ability to communicate with these birds gave him the smallest advantage. Hopefully he would know Kemuri better than Kemuri would know him. He would rely on the birds, calling on them for information, what they returned to him would be unknown for the time being, and he did after all have to wait for them to gather the information.
The next warrior was a hairy shirtless man. Though he looked rather wild, the mannerisms and appearance of the man led Kit to believe that he was in fact human. That was there in as far as he was concerned. Though he had never met the wild man before, Saito always had faith in the good of others. Even at their most primal level human beings could be trusted to defend their wellbeing. If this man was fighting for Kemuri there was a reason behind it, and it was one that Saito would never fully understand. Either way he felt as though this man in particular would not be a terrible threat. Treating the encounter casually he had sat down in order to meditate. This was hardly the time or place to do such a thing, and any trained warrior would never bring himself to such a defenseless state, but Saito wasn't here to teach his enemy how to fight.
It was in that moment that things became far too real for Saito. He had not been afraid of Kemuri, nor of his hairy human companion. The next arrival however was more than a little troubling. The strongest creature Saito had ever faced, one who had used only twenty percent of his total power the last time they had met. Twenty percent that was more than enough to completely immobilize the Crane master and even kill him if it suited his fancy. The tall vennor landed on the lookout, casually as ever giving a gesture to Saito and another fighter on Kaladar's side. His heart skipped a beat, if he was to be their opponent things were going to be difficult. Saito had grown considerably since they had last met. When he had fought the alien mercenary last he was only at twenty thousand in powerlevel, and that was at his best. Anri's power had been too high to count, and in attempts at calculations Saito had noted that it was over one hundred thousand, though even that seemed a bit low. Assuming the Alien had gotten stronger as well, there was no telling how a match between the two of them would turn out. In all honesty Saito had completely intended on facing off against Anri again one day, he had just hoped it would be further down the road.
One other member would arrive on behalf of Kemuri, but Saito couldn't recognize her. The sharp aura that seemed to escape her body was enough to tell Kit that he wanted nothing to do with her either, and it made no difference as her aura seemed to be combating another on the lookout. That brought Kit to Kaladar's team. Though they outnumbered Kemuri almost two to one, the overall power output was about the same if not a little lower. Kemuri had clearly collected a number of tough warriors whereas Kaladar had scraped the bottom of the barrel. His thoughts raced to the idea that had he not left his home when he had, Kit surely would have never known about this problem and they would be down one more capable fighter. Two of the warriors stood side by side, neither did Kit recognize and both appeared to be less experienced than he was. Normally Saito wouldn't be so concerned with sizing up another human being, but given the circumstances he wanted to know what they were up against. Luckily a creature he was familiar with was standing slightly in front of them. Azazel. Az had been rather spacey when last Kit had met her, but she was undeniably powerful, and her aura seemed to whip at the opposing demonic being across from her. One thing was certain, Az would be fighting the other unknown demon today. Lastly, joining the group was a young girl who had followed Kaladar to the center of the lookout. He had heard the man call her carla and she too seemed to have significantly less power than even Saito.
If only I had known sooner...These are...are children.
No perhaps they were not all children, but in order it appeared that Carla -The one who had prevented Saito from training with Kaladar earlier- appeared to be the only one who was truly a child. She was completely undeveloped and was in all purposes a little girl. He couldn't imagine her being older than thirteen. The other two seemed about the same age, but still younger than Saito -Although Alex was actually one of the oldest on the lookout, he appeared no older than twenty-. Carmen couldn't have been older than sixteen or so, and that meant that half of their fighting force was younger, and less experienced than the other fighters present. They could easily handle the shirtless human, but Anri was the one Saito was worried about. Especially because of the choice he was about to make.
"Kaladar"
He said, not taking his eyes off of the notorious group in front of him. Surely the elder human could hear his words without him looking over, and of course the man would understand this meant no disrespect to him. God forbid he was cut off mid-sentence by a nasty fireball. He continued.
"I promised Mr. Popo I would help relieve you of your unsightly shackles."
Now locking eyes with Anri from across the lookout, he spoke to the Alien, making no attempt to hide his words from everyone else present. It wouldn't have done any good. Surely he would have liked to talk reasonably with the Alien and see if they could work something out, but Saito lacked the proper incentive for Anri to fight side by side with him. He simply couldn't afford it. Raising his index finger, similarly to how he would fire a spirit gun but lacking any offensive Ki at the tip, he spoke, pointing directly at the plated opponent.
"Anri, I made a promise to you as well, that one day we would fight again and that neither of us would hold back. You impressed me the last time we fought, and I want you to know that our spar has been my inspiration. However I feel as though today will not be the day that we finish what we started."
Sliding his arm to the right, so that his finger was pointed at Kemuri, Saito made his declaration. If he had to fight with Anri he would, but Anri was not his enemy. Saito had promised to help Mr. Popo, and fighting with Anri was hardly a solution to his problem. Anri was not a rutheless killer, he was a calculating mercenary. The others could handle a fight with him if only long enough for Saito to remove his incentive from the other side. As far as Kit was concerned taking out Kemuri meant removing any hope of getting paid from Anri, and meant that he would have no reason to fight any longer. Though he couldn't speak for the other warriors standing before him, he felt as though he had learned much about the vennor. If he could be distracted in combat, and convinced not to force the humans hand in that combat, he would focus his attention on someone else. Kemuri.
"No, today I will combat the source. Kaladar, you have no reason to trust me, but I request your permission to send this convoluted pup back to the special corner of Hell he crawled out of. Clearly he was afraid of your power, and so he took the coward’s way out by sealing it. Allow me to fight in your stead, I will represent the power he has taken away, I will stand for you."
Though he was looking at Kemuri, and had challenged him, he refused to speak directly to him. He had no respect for the dog. It was entirely possible that Kemuri was far stronger than anything Kit could hope to defeat. It was very possible that Kemuri would refuse to fight him and he would be stuck in a three on one fight against Anri. Saito refused to move forward without making his intentions clear. He was an honorable fighter. No underhanded tricks or sneak attacks, he would challenge Kemuri outright in the hopes that he could defeat the cur and relieve as little bloodshed as possible. In Saito's mind it was their only hope. Now with his index finger pointed squarely at the overgrown Chihuahua.

This entire situation was more of pain then Kemuri really cared for. He would have just preferred if everyone just stood down and allowed for their new king to rule over them. He had seen war before and he had done atrocious things. War was necessary at times and it appeared so now although it could have been avoided if the idiots just stood down. With a sigh Kemuri waited for the arrogant little human to finish challenging him. If information was correct based on the robes that he wore he was in fact one of the sons of Jintoku Masamune. Kemuri remembered watching him in various tournaments during his time as Burradori’s right hand man and frankly he was not impressed though he did remind him of the old man quite a bit with the size of their ego. Before he addressed the little pup he would respond to the man he knew very well, Kaladar.
“Kaladar I know you really don’t care but I have come to visit this fabled landmark that lies within MY kingdom. It is actually quite nice up here; it will make for a nice retreat when I have to get away from the stress of ruling my planet. As for Jenn and Brandon, it is none of your business. I do not owe you any answers in fact as your little pup there has made clear the time for talking has ended.”
It was at this point that his eyes drifted over to Kit. “If you want to die faster than the rest I will oblige you myself.” Turning to Jenn, “Take care of the genie, he has proven to be a pain in the past, plus I feel that you will enjoy yourself this way.” Turning to Anri, “Take care of the bitch over there and prove to me that you are worth the money I pay you.” Then finally to Bear, “Occupy the rest of them. Once I am done wiping the floor with the pup here I will join you.”
After this he began to silently descend down to the surface of the Lookout. Kemuri expected the three of them to do as was told of them. He frankly did not care what happened to them as any pawn was replaceable. As his feet touched the ground he would not descend into a fighting stance but rather stand rather leisurely in front of Kit. “Come pup; show me what your idiot father taught you.”

As the dog-man went deeper into his speech he found that Della had slid in next too him, the look she had on her face meant that whatever she was about to say was important, finding himself not very interesting in what Kemuri had to say he leaned in over to her voice. Displaying her concern of the lookout and how it she had a strong connection to it Anri grinned at her as he rolled his eyes, it always seemed like this woman wanted one thing or another from him. Glancing back over to Kemuri and then around the area Anri gave out a deep sigh as he pinched the bone plate between his eyes.
"I suppose... always asking me for favors...." He chuckled slightly as his words trailed off into the soft winds.
Even with the tense air that flowed around the area Anri couldn't helped but break out in a smile at Carmen's lack of care or even interest in what Kemuri had told the lot of them, never before had he seen someone so blatantly ignore the dog-man's barking. Cheerful and full of energy as usual it was a nice site to behold with all the glares and death eyes that were facing the four of them, though Anri felt as though most of the eyes were falling upon Kemuri, after all this wasn't the first time some of them had been face to face with him. Still being new to the side of the new king the events that had lead up to this point where still fuzzy to him, he had only learned about the lookout and Kami a few weeks earlier, everything beyond that point seemed to have left open for interpretation for anyone that was looking back on it.
Keeping her joyful lit up face Carmen waved over towards Anri though he had not expected her to also wave at the drunk man, though he thought that the fact that she also called him drunk was all the more amusing, it seemed that it was one of his most forth coming aspects of his person. Having seemed to completely over look the fact of the strength that three out of the four brought the young girl was quick to skip over to the group leaving Anri too take a knee before Carmen. In a jolt of movement the girl was upon him as he was now close to her eyes level as he held his weight on one knee while he rested his arm on the other.
"Friends... I suppose that's one way to look at it, but nothing much that should concern you as of just yet." Anri spoke as he tousled the young girls pink hair with his leathery hand.
"As for you, I think it would be best if you left as quickly as you could, things are about to go down in a bad way, and it is something that you should not find yourself caught up in." Anri warned the girl though he wasn't sure if she would fully understand what he was saying, her young like mind didn't always see the big picture of just what was going on. Regardless he hoped that his message would at least find its way into her head so that she might fully understand just what was about to happen.
A quick flash of movement shot out from the corner of Anri's sensitive eyes as he cocked he head over to where he spotted the all too fimilar face of Satio as he made his way across the top of the white slabs and over too a man that had spoken directly towards Kemuri, it wasn't hard to put two and two together and know that this was the Kami of the lookout he had come to know about, Anri was disappointed at the site of the man thinking that he was one to have a much sprier appearance than what he was showing off. Out of everyone he hadn't expected to see here on the lookout today Satio was at the top of the list, sure the man was strong-willed, and had a good heart but the way he seemed to go after random strangers it came as a surprise to see him working so closely with others, maybe the rebels were reaching out to anyone that could fight at this point. As it stood, the last time Anri had faced the man he hadn't even gone too his full strength and Satio still had issues combating him, if this was going to be a final show down between the two there would be no holding back from either side and with Kemuri backing his actions this time, death would have been on the line.
Turning Satio caught Anri in the eye as the plated alien dropped his hand from Carmen's head, raising he stood on his feet and took a few steps closer to Satio's position, his large weight making the tiles shift slightly. Stopping a few a few feet it was Satio that was the first too speak out to Anri, at this point in time he was in no rush to speed things along he left Satio finish his speech before thinking about his rebuttal.
"I remember those words that you spoke and while at the time there was nothing I wished more from you than a good fight the decision no longer rests in my hands alone. It is not up to me if I will be the one to face you in combat but I must warn you, if it does come down to it I will not restrain myself, death is but a breath away." Though Anri kept the naturally calm face that he always seemed too his words were cold like winters breath but filled with truth, there was no way to know just how Kemuri would give out the orders and if it came down too it there was very few here that would be able to take him toe to toe. As much as Anri would have preferred that Satio leave and face Anri another day he doubted that the dog-man would let him go as Satio continued his speech even going so far as too call Kemuri out; the human had balls, but he was doing need to much more than that if he was expecting to make it to see the sun set.
Glancing over his shoulder too where the dog-man was standing he thought that Kemuri might have been filled with some amount of rage that a "peasant" had addressed him, even called him out in front of the fighters that had joined here today but as normal his face seemed just as cold and cunning as always, either there was an inferno that was raging inside of his chest or there was little care over the human's words. Knowing just how Kemuri acted it was most likely the later of the two options, if it hadn't been for the fact that he thought he deserved every drop of power and wealth he could get his hands onto he might have been a good leader, however it mattered little to Arni, at the end of the day all he cared about was how much was he to get paid.
Giving out his commands to Jenn, the drunk and Anri it seemed as though each of them had their own task to under go, however Anri hadn't expected that he would be facing the tall mysterious woman who up too this point had slid over too Carmen's side. It was all too possible that they were planning something and if that was the case Carmen was going to stick around much longer than need be for her... in the end it was her choice but a not a very wise one. As it stood Jenn, Anri, Kemuri and the strange woman seemed to be the strongest of the lot, even with his lack of senseing others energies finely he could still get the basic outline of their power and they all seemed pretty well matched, it was not going to be as easy as he thought it was but there was no fun without a good challenge in place.
Turning his attention from Satio and the king, Anri's eyes fell upon the "bitch" once again, giving her a look over, she didn't look like much her massive spike in power proved that she was going to more of a fight than he was expecting.
"Guess it's you and me?" Anri question knowing all too well that it was true.
Taking a few steps away from he had been Anri's hand found its way to the strap of his weights as they clung to his shoulders, he often found that fights were much more interesting weighted down but there was no time for that, he was on someone elses dime and needed to work accordingly. Pulling at the two straps the held the weights on his frame he pushed back his shoulders as the weights dropped from his body and impacted into the ground.
Taking one final glance at Carmen as he pasted back he gave her a grin as turned back towards the woman.
"So shall we take this some where a little higher?" Anri pointed his finger towards the sky as high power level began to climb like a rocket, yelling out in either pain or shear excitement spikes began to form on his body seeming to pop out in random places, even without the need to touch them anyone could see that one slight movement and blood would start to flow. The more Anri's power climbed the more the area that surrounded him began to waver and heat up till it got to a point that it seemed like he was a furnace boiling metal. Steam bursting out in back like a boiler Anri let out a low grunt with the final state of his transformation, looking up to face the woman he grinned as he launched up and a way into the high clouds that drifted above them.

"Think of it this way, now I owe you one as well. I know you dont actually mind having me in your debt." Della said with a smirk in response to Anri's reaction to her requesting he at least try to avoid damage to the Lookout itself, despite how much he made it look like it was a difficult choice Della had been rather certain the armored man would be willing especially with the mention that she would owe him for it. The brief moment of fun was quickly ended as the Earth's forces began to step forward, at first she assumed things would become quite tense considering the situation at hand... but then one of the... humans? The girl felt a bit off though it certainly could just as easily have been because she was quite powerful despite her age. Regardless she was evidently quite friendly with Anri enough so that she evidently did not even realize that the Vennor was to be an enemy of hers. Had Anri planted some sort of 'spy' among the Earths Forces? It certainly seemed well within the realm of possibility from the armored alien, he possessed a keen mind for battle and general tactics but if the girl WAS human when had he found the time to acquire someone willing to do this sort of job who was trustworthy to him and not impure enough to be thrown out by the guardian? Della received at least some form of answer as Anri responded to the girl, she was not a spy.. she was a friend? Or at least someone that Anri seemed disinterested in killing which was perhaps fairly close to 'friend' or perhaps even the most likely indicator of such.
An explanation on why the girl was actually HERE however was not given, which left Della more than a little baffled by the situation as it appeared to imply that Anri had at some point befriended one of the Earths Defenders likely without either knowing what the other was. The girl certainly was clueless as she was treating the situation like a friendly meetup. Were it not for the Guardian himself stepping forward Della might have even started to display a bit of amusement over the situation. Kaladar stepping forward brought her back to focus and drew her attention away from Anri and the girls interactions as he spoke, he called for the other members of his defense force to group up which while perhaps a decent tactic would ultimately be quite dangerous for them overall, it placed them all bunched up together in the perfect area for herself or Anri to launch a powerful widespread attack if things just erupted into all out war. Then Kaladar made what likely the man already knew to be a futile plea for an end of this conflict. The man had to know that Kemuri was too self absorbed to ever even consider the concept of changing his plan, especially with the way in which Kaladar had phrased it.
He also asked what Kemuri had done with Jenn and Brandon which both brought her a touch of amusement and confusion, she knew very well that her energy signature would be quite similar to what Jenn normally projected which meant that Kaladar either lacked the ability to sense energy OR more likely he believed that Kemuri was responsible for the change that had rather obviously occurred to 'Jenn' the question about Brandon of course served as a bit of amusement as Della realized only now that she had never even learned the name of the idiot. She smirked as Kemuri chimed in claiming that it was none of Kaladar's business. While Kemuri was eager for blood and disinterested in answeres Della was more than willing to give the guardian the information he sought. "Considering the context I'll guess Brandon's the fool that broke into the castle. He's dead, I did that personally as the idiot was a threat to someone quite important to me. Truth be told he didnt exactly stand a chance, he'd have had to contend with Anri if I hadn't decided to take a bit of personal revenge. As for Jenn, use your mind Kaladar. Shes here, just not exactly in a position to speak up." Della said with a shrug keeping things intentionally vague, it was ultimately the idiots own fault that he died, he'd charged headlong into people he KNEW were enemies unless Kaladar had not told him that Kemuri employed people ready and willing to murder them at a moments notice, had Della not done it herself he would have certainly been killed by Anri.
Della raised an eyebrow as one of the humans stepped forward and proceeded to directly challenge Kemuri himself, it was an action that was equal parts brave and foolish, the man put out a significant amount of power though so maybe just maybe if the dog wasn't hiding his true power after all the human might stand a chance. Truth be told Della did not much care, she just wanted this all over with as quickly as possible. The dog did not much like the humans challenge and it was incredibly amusing to watch him bluster and talk down to him while ushering order to herself and Anri, it took a lot of control not to snap at the Hyena for ordering her around, really all that kept her back was because who the hyena wanted her to fight was someone she had not even thought about in the context of this battle. She'd planned to fight the demon woman Azazel, the only one that had displayed a relevant amount of power back during the initial battle and the only one she had thought would pose a relevant challenge now. No instead it appeared that fight would go to Anri as Kemuri pointed out the Genie. The round dark skinned mockery of her work. Della's eyes snapped onto the rotund djinn as her energy ignited around her in response to the rise in her aggression. Her interest in a real fight with either Anri or Azazel had been so distracting that she'd forgotten the one being on this planet that so utterly offended her. 'Mister Popo' her replacement.
"First time for everything, the dog finally gives a smart order." Della said as she began to stride forward eyes locked onto the genie "I'm going to enjoy this FAR more than I should. Do you have any preference for where you would like to be put down? I'm a bit partial toward the time chamber mostly because I'm not entirely sure how you would pass on from in there but I'm willing to negotiate. The ground below could work out well enough or perhaps the pendulum room, I do not much like the idea of sullying the lookout with your blood but I imagine it wont be TOO difficult to clean up, if we choose the pendulum room it even keeps things nice and contained and you can REALLY choose where your last sight." Della's lips curled into a cruel smirk once she finished speaking slowly drawing ever closer to the genie ignoring anyone who she might pass and shunpoing around anyone who might place them self in her path. "I leave the choice in your hands 'Popo'" Della said practically spitting the genies name, once Popo spoke his choice Della would proceed there without even a second thought, if however the rotund genie decided to begin there battle here and now then things would get quite interesting indeed.

As the small pink-haired girl ran up to him and greeted both him and Anri, Bear was somewhat taken back. Giving her a slight look of surprise, Bear was not sure what to say. He knew in just a matter of seconds, a fight would break out and blood would be spilled. It didn't seen fitting for him to return such a greeting.
With a shrug, Bear turned his attention back to Kemuri. Ordering each of his warriors to take care of a fighter, the last command was to Bear. Surprising the shirtless vagabond, Bear rose into the air, landing on the solid marble floor between the others and Kemuri. What his "team" did next was of no concern to him now.
Eyeing each of the warriors, Bear gave a little smirk and stretched his neck and cracked his knuckles. All the thoughts of dying or being betrayed vanished. There wa s nothing but confidence inside him. Sure, he might not have been the strongest there, but no one had to know that. With his power level masked, he dropped low into a defensive stance. He wanted to say something, but nothing seemed fitting at the moment.
Though these people were not his friends, some even complete strangers, he knew some of them. Right now, his job was to keep them out of Kemuri's way. If things went well, Bear could do this without even fighting. But he knee that very rarely, things ever went perfect. How exactly he could hold them all off himself was a mystery to him. It was obvious that at this point Kemuri cared very little for any of his team.
That said, the hyena-man had never truly cared for any of them. Bear was far from believing that any of them were more than pawns in his game of chess, just as Kemuri was to Bear. The idea of switching sides was always on his mind, he never truly had wanted to stay with Kemuri. He simply had to use him to recover. And when the idea of using him to grow stronger had basically vanished, Bear had to wait.
Hopefully, these people would give Bear the chance to explain, after Kemuri, Anri, and this new, evil sounding Mahajenn had left to fight their own battles. If the did, Bear and the rest could take out Kemuri.
But the idea was only that, an idea. Bear knew that he had just landed here on bad terms. He knew each of these people would be expecting Bear to try to kill them. And he knew if Kemuri smelled the setup, he would surely strike Bear down; so until he was out of earshot and sight, Bear had to keep up the gruff appearence. What happened next, would all be on what the rest of Kami's forces did.

So many people…to many people for Carmen to focus on all at once. With the arrival of Anri’s group(His group because she knew him best) the amount of individuals gathered about the Lookout was overwhelming. From the short and fat black Mr. Popo to the angry looking woman in red armor there was quite the assortment. A fight was brewing; anyone with at least descent perception could have figured that out even if they knew nothing of the situation before hand. Never mind all the orders and passionate words that they had for each other. Naturally, Carmen had no real enemies except maybe Azazel who she had fought against before, but so far they had gotten along quite well. Even as Carmen skipped over towards Anri, the woman in the dress called out for her, requesting that she blast the dog looking creature with her most recent toy.
That dog-man was supposedly the Kemuri they had been training to fight against, but little did Azazel or Kaladar know Carmen had little intention of fighting the new King from the beginning. Now, if he came at her or one of her friends that was going to be a different story. When push came to shove the small girl was not afraid to fight back. Still ignoring the words of the old man who lived at the Lookout and Azazel, the Makaio smiles wide at Anri as he drops to a knee in order to talk with her. Able to sense power signatures whenever she wished the pink haired girl easily saw that her armored friend had grown quite powerful in their time apart. He had not been weak before, but now he was even farther ahead of her in terms of strength. From what he had told her before though he was a warrior, much more a fighter than she, so it made sense he was continually growing strong. The company he kept was also quite strong; perhaps he was trying to outclass them?
”Noted, but you best make time for me after all of this! Be careful.” Was her cheerful response to his words, the girl confident that her powerful friend could handle himself. As an afterthought she adds. ”Oh, try and not hurt my friend.” Her hand pointing over to Alexander so that she might save him Anri’s powerful attacks. Alex and she were good friends, he had even taken hits for her in their last training session so she wanted to try and return the favor by protecting him, friendship! Without much of a warning after ruffling her hair and his warning Anri turns his attention to Azazel, his opponent? Not such a good thing for Anri…she was strong as well. Silently Carmen hoped that Anri would win although she didn’t necessarily want Azazel to die, but if she had to choose one of the two….
Anri then rose into the air, his power charged aura tussling her hair more than his hand had. Taking a couple steps back she brought herself closer to Alexander once more. With her friend soon to be occupied with a fight she was glad to see another friend take his place, the shirtless man landing in front of where she was standing. Cocking her head to the side at his choice of positioning she wondered if he wanted to fight against them, he did seem to be with this Kemuri after all.
”Hi there mister, throw any more cars lately?” The same smile still on her face as from before. Hopefully he wasn’t drunk and understood what she had said, the last thing she wanted was him charging at her in a drunken rage. Sniffing some she did not smell any alcohol wafting off of him which was a good sign, considering how strong he had smelt of it during their first meeting. Hands tucked behind the small of her back the demoness looks over to Alexander as she awaits an answer.
”As long as this one doesn’t attack us I think we should back up some…” Carmen trying to whisper although her voice carried quite normally and plenty loud enough so that Bear could hear her. If fighting was to happen, the pink haired girl really didn’t want to be a part of it. Even when it came to Anri she wanted to stay out of it. She would protect a friend, but only if she had the power to do so. Getting in between Azazel and him is something that would be extremely dangerous for her. Above all else Carmen loved herself, so self preservation came first.

Azazel stood next to the pink haired women as everyone began talking. Her focus never left Kemuri as Kami and the new male were talking to him. She listened while Kemuri began to order around his troops. The one called Anri was going to be fighting against her. HE had orders to deal with the “bitch” as Kemuri so greatly put it. She learned that that man is getting paid to fight for Kemuri. What kind of monster would get paid to kill people. At least she assumed he was going to try to kill everyone on the lookout. Otherwise their reason for flying all the way up here would be pointless. After Kemuri spoke the power that was coursing through her body was becoming worse. Something had happened to her after her fights with Brandon, Bex, Carmen, and Alexander. She just didn't know what it was.
Whatever was happening inside her was beginning to intensify. Taking several steps away from the pink haired women. It worsened so much that Azazel had to take a knee. If anyone else was trying to talk to her they were going to be ignored. All she could hear was Lennalth telling her to release the power or whatever it was. Taking a deep breath, clearing her mind, Azazel’s eyes went completely black as her body began to lift into the air. Whatever was trying to make its way out of her, was about to be in plain few for everyone. Feeling a strange power began to course through her veins, changing her from the inside out. Within the blink of an eye her power signature would skyrocket. Reaching a level that she never thought was possible and that is where the changes began to show.
Sprouting from her back, a pair of quite large demon wings. It was not painful as they shot their way from her back, it was more pleasure than anything else. Next came the horns, Two large blood red horns penetrated through her forehead, curling their way to the back of her skull. Her hair grew, now being able to cover half of her face, leaving only one obsidian black eye visible. Her skin began to become much paler than before, looking almost sickly. The once red dress was now a deep black, with red lines that looked like veins snaking their way through it. Gently landing back on the ground her transformation was complete.
Before all of this was going on and everyone was speaking. She did hear something interesting. The women in crimson armor was responsible for killing Brandon. He broke into the castle and she killed him. Azazel didn't feel hatred for the women, instead she knew that once she was done with Anri, she was going to kill her. It was as simple as that.
Looking around “Well, I feel much better now.” Azazel said looking at Anri. The man now had spikes protruding from his body, but it mattered not. Azazel was going to hurt this man for siding with Kemuri and there was a good chance. No, a great chance that he wasn’t going to be leaving the Lookout alive. “As for your request no. We are going to fight right here, right now. Then once I am done with you I am going to move on. You choose the wrong wide and I’ll be the one to make you see that.” Azazel said smiling at him while beginning to slowly make her way to his position. Her power was now a max, her weights disappeared during the transformation.
There was nothing this man could do to stop her and she knew that. This new found power was going to help rid Earth of Kemuri and everyone that joined forces with him. She began to chuckle to herself and she remembered wanting to hide what she actually was. It was too late for that now. This poor soul has no idea what he has gotten himself into. He should of just stayed away. Perhaps if he had done that his life wouldn’t be in danger. Azazel thought to herself as she was walking across the marble flooring, heading straight for Anri.
