(Though this is a comedic thread, it is also bound by the laws of reality. If you aren't on Earth you cannot join, and if you are....please...please join. No posting order and so long as no one gets too ridiculous we can still actually be rewarded at the end of the thread) Relations between Saito and Ethan weren't the best. Really it had been a tough couple of days, especially with Kit still leaving every other day to go and train elsewhere. It would take time for their emotional wounds to heal, and Saito hadn't entirely done that himself. He certainly was listening to the wise words of the Fuhrer, yet his own heart still hurt when he thought of the events that took place on the lookout. Even with so many days between the event and the present, his mind still wandered to it from time to time. Sitting atop the roof of his dojo, he took in the sun, his mind was racing with the complications of the day, and there was only one relief. He had tuned the radio on their back patio to the calming sounds of classical music. Ethan prefered more upbeat tunes, but when Saito was feeling particularly stressed, he would allow the sounds of a harp or light piano soak up his worry.
The music broke, thus ending his relaxation, and a worried announcer came on. His voice high pitched and audibly shaken.
"Good day citizens of Central City. This is an emergency broadcast...I uh...don't know how to explain this...but..."
He didn't have to. The sun was rather quickly blocked out by the sight of a large ship. It was hovering high above the city and after a longer look appeared to be a...no...
"A beehive?"
As the words left his lips the bottom of the hive opened, and hundreds...nay thousand of oversized bee's began to pour from it. Saito wasn't certain what he could do, but he knew there wasn't much time to spare, they needed to help evacuate the city, and more importantly get rid of all the bee's. But who would help him defeat the fierce buzzing bastards?

A loud sound of buzzing filled Icarus' ears from his makeshift perch on top of a skyscraper in Central City. His father, Aon god of the Universal Church of One, had told him to lay low and bide his time. His ultimate goal was the eradication of all half-breeds and races that went against the edicts of the church in order to obtain a perfect and whole universe, as was made when Aon first created the species. And so it had been that the newly awoken demi-god had found himself high-atop a skyscraper with a home made from a destroyed pigeon coup and some of the contents of his former bedroom, as well as a janitor’s closet and office supply closet he had raided from within the skyscraper. All and all it had made a damn good make-shift house if he said so himself. One moment he had been a fourteen year old human with acne and girl-problems, the next he was an angelic being that had incredible strength that only seemed to be growing. It had been an odd couple of months.
The buzzing that filled his ears seemed to be coming from high above him, and then alarms began to blare all around him. The young demi-god had to cover his ears the sirens were so loud and so close. A scared voice began to pour out from the speakers, asking for help.
“Bees?”
The young angel chuckled slightly and tucked his wings behind his back. Comfortably, he leaned further into the massive pile of hay he had constructed himself. The people of Earth were in for some interesting times, but there were “heroes” out there he supposed that would come to the rescue. Then a voice came to him and filled his thoughts, a very familiar voice.
“My child.”
Aon. He had more instructions for Icarus. For the last few months the young demi-god had been directionless, and so life had begun to bore him. He had already finished killing the last of the pigeons slowly, and then vaporizing their corpses so there was no trace, and he had ensured that no living being saw. There had only been a couple to begin with and it hadn’t lasted very long, but it had been the closest Icarus had felt to fun in a long time. There was powers untold hidden within him, why was his father making him hide it when he could simply kill the things now? There was this urge within him that simply hadn’t been there before as a young teen.
“There is a time and a place for everything. I am sensing an opportunity for you to grow in strength and perhaps even learn a thing or two. Go. Act the savior. The people must not know what you truly are.”
Icarus shrugged and got to his feet, then walked towards the edge of the skyscraper. First he looked up, then he looked down. From above him a massive beehive had opened and was pouring thousands of bees out from within it. Below a crowd had gathered and was starting in a mixture of wonder and horror at the spectacle above them. Icarus laughed carefree as he stepped from the building. His white angelic wings spread out and caught the wind, and he landed harmlessly in front of the crowd.
To them they would see an Angel. A young teen with an ethereal beauty, white-blonde locks falling over a young face with ice-blue eyes. His golden armor tinted in the sun-light, adding further to the angel image. He smiled at them a less-than-angelic cocky smirk.
“Someone call for a hero?”
