Akassa bristled a little when he admits he was holding back, especially since he had just denied it moments before. She quickly calms however when he mentions that had not been fighting with lethal intent. Well she had figured that, for she had not been fighting with the intent to kill him even if most of her punches had not been held back. The Princess did not want a fight to the death with nothing held back; she had just meant that in their spar he was honestly trying to win, giving it his all without actually killing her, just like she had done to him.
Even though there had been a small misunderstanding she does not interrupt him, letting him speak before she does. Akassa was well aware how easy it was to kill someone, and she didn’t need Matter Manipulation to do it. Still she saw his point; he didn’t want to actually bring harm to her when they were simply testing each other. As for Ninjin…Ezekiel had impaled him with his blade, and it seemed to bother him a little that he had gone that far, yet he had not killed her brother so he was capable of pushing his opponent to the limit without taking that last step.
Finally he would agree, even if he seemed reluctant to do so she was glad. Stepping towards him she smiles in return to his, both of them seeming to have gotten past the pointless anger they felt before. The Princess enjoyed this sort of interaction between them better, almost as much as she had enjoyed fighting him. She understood his desire not to seriously injure her, but at the same time she was confident he would not be able to do so easily.
”I understand Ezekiel, but I still wish to fight you. When I talked about not holding back I meant giving it your all without being lethal. Of course if we were to be enemies things would be different, but I have no intention of trying to maim or kill you. On that note I would like to officially challenge you to an Exhibition match in the tournament. We are both allowed one since we lost in our first fight after the start of the prelims and I would very much enjoy fighting you. Of course that means we are constrained by the rules of the tournament, but that is what you wanted right, a non-lethal fight? As I said though I expect you to give everything you have within those constraints even if it means impaling me like Ninjin…what do you say?”
Well there it was, she had put it out in black and white for him. If he were to refuse she wouldn’t be mad, just disappointed. Akassa had lost to Ninjin and Ezekiel had bested him so in turn it was her chance to prove herself by fighting him. If she could beat him her father would see she was on the same level as Ninjin, she could at least redeem herself a little for the loss she had suffered.

Duh. Of course she meant non-lethal.
"Sorry... not being used to regular fights have me always expecting the worst in a battle. I'm more suited for lethal combat... but I need to be able to fluctuate I suppose."
Zeke crossed his arms and thought for a moment.
"Well, I could learn a few things from our spars. That, and its good to know that not everyone I fight is out to kill me. So yes, I'll gladly take you on."
He wouldn't be using his sword unless he really needed to. That said, he had no idea how nasty the fight could get, so he'd better be prepared for anything she dished out.
"Just give me some time to recover, and I'll meet you in the ring. I'm in a bit rougher shape from fighting Ninjin than I let on. Also, if there is no more slots available for our fight, we could always just sneak in here at night and throw down. Whenever is best for you, Princess Akassa."
He smiled again.
"Or can I call you Kass yet?"

When he stated he would gladly take her on the Princess beams, her smile large and true. Their first spar had been cut short so in her mind it never really had a winner. When she had fought against Celeh there had been a clear winner and even when she fought against Ninjin there had been a winner, it just wasn’t her. The more she thought about it Akassa got more joy out of a fight she lost than one she didn’t get to finish. Sure it stung her pride to be defeated, as rare as it was, but it was worse to not finish a fight, not prove which of you was the stronger. As excited as she was the Princess did not miss his comment about doing it at night and it caused a surprisingly unselfish thought to come into her head.
Ezekiel had stated he had no more need of the tournament, that he had already accomplished what he had set out to do. Akassa on the other hand had wanted to fight in front of the crowd, to use the tournament to prove to her father that she was a competent fight…but would it really? An exhibition match was nothing but a show in which fighters could display their abilities, despite the fact they had already lost. Taking a moment to think about it she quickly starts to dislike the idea, never one to boast and put on a show for others when it was needed. Her true desire was to test herself against him and she didn’t need a crowd for that…their fight was going to take place at night.
”Very well Ezekiel and I won’t even bother requesting an exhibition, just meet me in the arena tomorrow night. That should be long enough for you to rest up I would hope, otherwise I might think a little less of you.” Her smile turns into more of a smirk with that comment, taking the friendly jab at him for a bit of amusement.
”As for addressing me as Kass…I am not sure if I like that. How about if you best me in our upcoming session than you can address me as such? If I am to win than you shall refer to me as Princess Akassa. Are you confident enough to agree to that?” There was a bit of cockiness mixed into her tone and posture, but not more than you would expect from any proud fighter, she was a Saiyan Princess after all.

Zeke was surprised that she was so happy that he agreed to take her on. He couldn't help but smile back. Hell, he'd never smiled this much... in his entire life? Was that really accurate? It was sad, really, because it was fact. Having a total bastard for a father and a cereal killer for a mother doesn't lead to a happy childhood.
He was even more surprised that she actually wanted a night time battle. It was more for him and her to fight without the distractions of a crowd, but he did also realize her as a royal. He thought of them as people who thrived on attention... he was proven wrong by her now. Maybe he had to be more careful on the assumptions he made, especially of a person who seemed to consider him a 'friend'. He thought of Leke and Kazu. Did he do the same with them?
Hey, where the hell were they anyway?
Zeke took her little jab and just shook his head. She wanted to get playful with her words, did she? He wasn't one for this kind of talk, but he had seen Kazu act like this and thought what he would say.
"Oh, think less of me? I'm sure that's not possible after the whipped cream incident." He smirked back. It was a joke, as that was a perfect reason to think less of someone itself.
He continued. "And I can agree to that. I'm pretty sure I'll win this anyway."
He chuckled at his own cocky comment, as it was pretty clear that he wasn't seriously putting any meaning behind it. He just wanted to get her going a little now, like she was trying to do to him.

It was true she was part of the Royal family, and at times did get hung up on the treatment that came with such a position. When it came to fighting though she was different, every fight was a personal matter for her whether it be to prove her the better out of a pair or to save her own life, the fight itself was always her focus. Against Ninjin it had been about him and her, even though she hoped her father was watching. For most of the match she had kept that focus and only at the end, when it mattered most, did she stray from that path. Such actions had resulted in her humiliating loss. At first she thought an exhibition match was what she wanted, but his suggestion of a private fight at night was much more appealing. Ezekiel was the one she was going to prove she could beat, and she was going to prove it to herself.
As she herself was not much for joking, it had been a stretch for her to send the jab at him, most Saiyans not handling such humor well. Of course Akassa was aware he was different than most, if not all Saiyans she had met so she was glad when he sends one back at her.
”That whip cream incident is…excusable, but it is would be wise to make sure it doesn’t happen again.” A smirk forms on her lips as he claims victory will surely be his. ”We will see, but I strongly doubt it. You may be surprised to find I am harder to handle than my brother, you will lose to one Hattori in that ring.”
Still smirking the Princess turns to leave. He no doubt needed a little bit of rest after his match and she wanted to prepare a little before their match came around. On top of that Akassa had some business to attend to tomorrow and wanted to make sure she was equally prepared for that. If he did not say or do anything to stop her from walking away she would take her leave.
”Until tomorrow then, Ezekial.”

Zeke rolled his eyes as a joke as she said he'd loose to her.
"That remains to be seen..."
He kept his smile though, eager to rest up and meet her for the battle. Tomorrow night? Zeke would have to kill some time... and possibly some more undesirables such as those troublesome androids. Zeke could only wonder if she had any new tricks up her sleeve now. He wondered as well if she could handle the sword if he drew it on her. He preferred not to, but she did request it...
He would just need to be careful not to strike with fatal intent. As long as he kept in mind who he was fighting, he would be fine... right? Or was the Princess getting herself into a potentially life threatening situation? He didn't want to think like that, he would need to take care... and not hold back... he wondered how the two terms differed.
She bid him farewell and turned to leave. Zeke nodded to her.
"Yes. Goodbye Kass... Or sorry, I meant Princess Akassa, of coarse."
He would then be quick to walk away as he said the last part, disappearing around a corner and into a crowd outside.
[[Zeni Please, though I wasn't exactly doing anything to get it.]]

Walking away from him the Princess would glare back over her shoulder at him for the use of the nickname despite their agreement. He had of course “corrected” himself, but she was almost sure it had not been a slip of the tongue. Her glare however fell on the back of his head and shoulders as he disappeared around a corner. Snorting some she continues on her way, already anxious to step back in the coliseum.
Akassa hoped he was prepared to really give her his all. The two were not fighting to the death, she was aware of that, but she wanted to be pushed just as she had against Ninjin. Beyond all the anger and emotion that had been on display during their fight and the fact she had lost, her fight with Ninjin had been one of the best of her life. The rules stated it was non-fatal, but to her it had felt like any real fight she had ever been in. Her actually life may not have been at stake though the future path her life might take had been. Having lost she now had to deal with the path laid before her instead of the path earned. Perhaps it was better this way for if she had not lost and was still in the tournament the Princess would not have the chance to fight Ezekiel and based on past experience it was something she was going to enjoy. (hmmmmm pl please *shrug*)
