Loke was this one's name. According to Kazu, the Barkeep, this guy was far more violent than the last guy. He was going to fight back most likely... not an issue ton Zeke. He hung out in the slums of New Vegeta, not far from the Crater Pit Pub, selling drugs from the top floor of an old parking garage. Zeke stood on a building across from it with his arms crossed. The man was talking to a couple younger guys who were looking for the contraband that Loke possessed. Zeke waited a little while for them to be on their way before he would move in.
Loke tool the money. "Here. Now get the ouda here." He ordered. The two took off running with a bag of something they should not have.
A few moments passed when Zeke landed slowly in front of him. "What the hell do you want?" he asked.
Zeke said nothing, reaching into his coat and pulling out the same bag that the other two guys had just bought. He threw it to Loke's feet.
Loke scoffed. "You a cop? That shit ain't mine."
Zeke shook his head. "Do I look like a cop?"
Loke nodded. "A little, yeah. Now could you off?"
Zeke glared at the man. "I'm no cop. I'm here to collect your bar tab."
Loke laughed. "Yeah? You're funny. But my request still stands. off. Like, now."
Zeke clenched his fists, the bones cracking in each finger. "I'm not joking. I'm going to put you down through this Parking Complex if you don't pay up...
Like, now." he said the last part as a mockery to Loke's words.
Loke growled. He unzipped his jacket and began taking it off. "Alright asshole, come take it then-"
His coat wasn't even all the way off when Zeke bolted forward, plowing his fist into Loke's gut. He flew back into the side of a pickup truck with a loud metallic crash. Zeke waited, still in stance. There was a cloud of dust before him, so he had to be ready. Then, the truck came flying through the dust at Zeke. He jumped, dodging the tuck but went right into Loke's swinging range above. He took a few swings, Zeke dodged and blocked the most he could before Loke got a good kick in.
Zeke was thrown down into another car. He recovered quick, seeing Loke coming. Zeke blocked a hard punch, countering fast with a jab to the ribs. Loke took another swing, Zeke moved and grabbed his arm. It gave Zeke a wide open target at Loke's kidneys, so he nailed his right one twice and then threw Loke down with a Judo-like Toss.
Zeke tried to bring his boot down on the man, but he rolled over, pulling out a gun. Guns these days fired faster with Ki-charged ammo. Thus, Loke's hand cannon would prove to be quite deadly if he was accurate. Loke fired a shot, missing Zeke but making him jump back. Loke jumped up, taking aim this time. Then he fired several rounds.
Zeke smiled. one by one, the glowing Ki charged bullets came to a halt in mid air in front of Zeke. "You can't beat me with such weapons, fool." he told the surprised drug dealer.
The bullets fell to the ground as Zeke rose his arms up at his sides slowly. Behind him, the parked cars began to raise from his Telekinetic Energy. Loke took a couple steps back, watching in horror.
"What... The ..." he said, as he'd never seen this before.
Zeke smiled, throwing his arms forward. four cars came flying at Loke, and he jumped, ducked, dove and dodged to avoid them. He spun back around to look at Zeke...
SMASH!
The Pickup Truck from earlier collided with Loke, then the ground. It grinded across the asphalt and slammed into the barricade at the edge. A few moments passed, Loke pushed the truck off him. He looked up to see Zeke looking down on him. Zeke reached down, grabbing him by the throat and blasted off into the air. Loke tried to resist and pleaded, but Zeke wasn't done.
"I warned you. You'd be going... Through this Complex!" He yelled the last part, as he slung Loke downward into the top floor. From a side view, you'd have seen a puff of dust crash down through each layer of the Complex, all the way to the ground floor.
Zeke slowly hovered down into the dust, fining the nearly unconscious Loke. "Pay Crater Pit what you owe. Or next time, I'll put you through a whole building."
With one more burst of energy, Zeke took to the sky yet again, shortly before the authorities arrived.
