Queen Akassa Hattori Maya Also, Ruculi should be at the minimum starting power level at the moment. Do not know what it would be, but I think it might be 25,500 from the Saiyan Race Page.) It was an average day for Ruculi. She was training furiously within her own home, like usual. Even though she went outside her home now, Ruculi prefered to train within the house. She wore her usual battle suit due to her needing to wear it unless she were to be torn apart under her own power. A fact that Ruculi, only recently learned from a letter that her former adoptive father wrote to her.
Ruculi was on the ground doing push ups. Her legs were spread out past shoulder width. She was only using the thumb of her left hand. Her right arm was behind her. Sweat flowed slowly down her brow and body.
“One thousand… One thousand one… One thousand two…”
She counted ever on, counting the number of pushups she was doing. Ruculi didn’t like stopping until she did over two thousand pushups before continuing her daily routine. A knock would be heard on the door. Growling low in her throat, Ruculi stopped her routine before using her arm to get onto her feet. Getting a cool towel, she wrapped it around her shoulders. Wiping some of the sweat off her brow, Ruculi went to the door.
Opening the door, Ruculi would find one of the Queen’s assistants on the other side.
“Yes?”
The assistant looked nervous, due to the assistant being a man and hearing what has happened to over ninety percent of men that knocked on Ruculi’s door.
“R… Ruculi of… Of House… House Bloodburn…. Y… you are…. h… hereby su…. summoned to…. ap…. appear be…. before t… t… the queen.”
He was shaking while he stuttered out the message. Directly after giving the message, he would run away screaming. Ruculi had that effect on people. Sighing, Ruculi would head to her customized cleansing machine that cleaned both her suit and body. It was basically a large metal box.
Opening it, she would step into it and crutch down. Setting the settings for a 10 minute extreme clean, she would hold her breath. Scalding hot water would start to batter her from all sides while adding a mixture of soap, laundry detergent, and other things to clean her body as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Directly after the cleansing, Ruculi would redo her hair into her normal ponytail while looking in a mirror. She was completely dry from the cleansing machine’s dryers. She smelled subtly of lavender, roses, and blood. She had it set like that, but didn’t really care what she smelled like or what she wore. She couldn’t wear anything else anyways so why care about it.
After being done with getting ready, Ruculi would step out of her house and lock it behind her. Focusing her Ki through her body and muscles, she would propel herself into the air.
Flying in a beeline towards the royal compound, Ruculi wondered why she was being summoned. Surely if she were in trouble she’d be going in chains or would have already died. She supposed the Queen wanted to see her about something else. Of what, Ruculi didn’t know. Continuing to fly, Ruculi continued to wonder what she being summoned for. After a bit, Ruculi decided to get the fantasies out of her head, and focus on reality and not embarrassing herself in front of the queen.
Landing in front of the compound, Ruculi said that she was summoned and let through the gates. Being led to the throne room, one of the people within, announced her to everyone in the room.
“Her Lady Ruculi of House Bloodburn, present and accounted for!”
Walking to the center of the massive room, Ruculi would kneel before the throne. She would bow her head in respect for the Queen. If she were not in the throne, she would bow her head anyways. She would remain in that position until told otherwise.

"Now who is this girl?" Came the question for the second time, Akassa having been slightly distracted when the subject was initially brought up. Sitting atop her throne, left leg crossed over her right, the Queen's eyes casually rested on the Saiyan General to her side. Toa was trusted and reliable, so when he suggested a potential asset Akassa always entertained the recommendation. So far, he had not been wrong.
"Ruculi of House Bloodburn. Admittedly, she is a bit of a recluse, but I see potential in what she has been able to achieve in terms of power. I believe with the right training and some direction she could become a valuable asset to the throne. Hopefully her seclusion has not made her too socially inept, but it's not like that isn't something we have dealt with before." The whole while his attention was on the Queen, giving the information to her straight as he always had. There was no reason to beat around the bush with Akassa, she had little patience for complicated words and explanations. As if on cue though, the individual at the Queen's other side spoke up as his words died off.
"Raska is excited to meet this one. Anyone worthy of an audience with the Queen is of interest to Raska." General Toa stood proud and rigid, but the woman to the Queen's right was quite the opposite, sitting on the dias and leaning casually against the side of the throne. Dressed in a strange mixture of armor and flowing cloth garments, the blue haired woman also stood out in attire compares to the traditionally armored general. Her Lystan ally, Raska, was far from formal in many cases and while always respectful, the strange girl often lacked the regal appearance that one might expect of someone so close to a Queen. Considering how loyal and capable she had proven to be, Akassa let it slide. As long as Raska remained so, she would be allowed the simple freedoms she seemed to enjoy so much.
"Her worth has yet to be determined. You know I trust your judgment Toa, but if I am to devote time and extra resources to elevate this girl I have to make sure she is capable. Actions often speak louder than words." As they both knew, as many knew, Akassa was a woman of action.
A few minutes later the Queen felt the approach of a signature she did not recognize. Once glance to Toa would confirm that it was Ruculi, Akassa relatively impressed considering the strength of the signature compared to the average soldier. Potential indeed, but it was time to see how much. When the girl entered, one of the two guards manning the door announces her. His deep voice carrying across the throne room, clearly stating her name and house. Surprisingly for a recluse, she drops right to one knee near the center of the room to pay her respect. It was a good start.
"You may stand Ruculi. General Toa believes you capable of more than your current station in life. I am not sure why you remain locked away within your home, but if you are willing there might be much we can offer each other. However, as it stands now I know little about you. So, tell me, who is Ruculi of House Bloodburn?" The question was aimed to work twofold. If the girl shared her past to any extent, Akassa would know more about her. On top of that, her words and reaction to such a question in general would reveal more of her personality so that the Queen might get a better understanding of who this girl was. For a potential gem to be hidden away within the city of New Vegeta was not common, even if it might need a little polishing.

Once she had been ordered to stand by the queen, Ruculi would do so. Keeping her head bowed to the queen in a show of respect, Ruculi would listen to the last words of the queen, asking why she secluded herself away from the universe like she had. Ruculi blushed slightly, embarrassed about her actions and the reason why she secluded herself away. Forcing down the blush, even though it was barely visible she would begin to speak.
“Your Majesty, I secluded myself away because I wasn’t strong enough. I trained hard within my house, trying to match up to your skill and power. I apologize, your Majesty. I was training in order to take revenge for you killing the person I adored most in the world. That changed when I found a letter from my father revealing that the person manipulated my life for most of it.”
She kept her head bowed low to the mighty warrior queen, knowing that she may get punished for revealing that she was planning on killing her due to Akassa killing Natisha, the person that Ruculi admired the most in the entire universe. Ruculi had been training hard in order to become an Elite Guard for Natisha. But the coup derailed the dream that Ruculi made for herself.
“When your majesty did the coup, I was doing training in order to become a guard for her majesty Queen Natisha. I looked up to her because she was the Queen, and because she allowed my father the late Lord Totoma to adopt me without issues. I only recently found out that it was her manipulations that did that.”
Wondering how much more she should reveal, Ruculi kept her head bowed to Akassa, Toa, and Raska. There were slight tears in her eyes that would remain unshed. Not wanting to look like someone weak, Ruculi kept them at bay due to her foolishly believed that Natisha was someone to aspire to be like.

A small beep came from the space pod, as the sleeping agent seemed to fade away from his body. Groaning slightly, at his stiff body Zilo say forward in the small capsule ship looking out the window. Now a familiar sight was in view. The royal compound of New Vegeta, man has it really already been six months since he's been here? According to the saiyan station, Akassa had returned from whatever she was doing, and was currently sitting in the throne room... A small sigh escaped the groan half breed as he laid his head back against the seat. "Damnit, just when I thought I could get a break back on New Vegeta, I learn that she's back the same day that I am... What kind of sick destiny is this?" Suddenly a robotic female voice spoke from the pod. Signaling that landing will take place within thirty seconds.
Preparing himself, the small pod whistled through the air, placing his feet against the ground, the pod suddenly lurched to a stop, threatening to throw him out, the sound of machine whirling could be heard, and steam being released as robotic like hands came down, grabbing a hold of the pod, several loud click and pops could be heard, as he was being locked into place. Suddenly the lid to his pod began to sizzle, and lift up, signaling it was safe to leave. Reaching a hand out, he grabbed a hold of the side of his pod, and pulling himself out completely. The half breed looked around, and saw familiar faces of the guards, their mouths dropped when they saw the half breed. It was almost like a bad nightmare, cause the last time he was here, their meeting didn't go so well, they had tried to stop him from going to the queens throne room once before.
Zilo watched them slightly, how ironic it would be, that the day he came back, these two would be on guard once again, a small devilish smile escaped the half breed as he stepped out completely, his height towering above them as he looked down at him. His grey and black armor, signaling he was part of the suicide squad, one that hardly ever returned back from missions, though right now, he hadn't been on such a dangerous one. "Well, ain't it nice to see some familiar faces, looks like history is going to repeat itself." The guards turned a pale white, knowing what he was talking about. He was going to see the queen, and the last time that had happened, they had almost died themselves, knowing they couldn't stop the half breed, and when he intruded on the queen during official business, hey thought their lives had ended.
Starting his ascension towards the throne room, and stepping up the steps, the guards began to chase after him, but stopped for a moment, they knew the queen was meeting someone new, and if the half breed dared interrupt again, than it would be his own death wish, they didn't care for going in with him. Stopping for a moment, he looked back at the two soldiers that just acted as if he wasn't there. Tilting his head slightly, surprised by their actions, not even attempting to stop the low class saiyan. It left a small eerie feeling in his stomach as he cleared his throat and began to walk up to the throne room. Reaching the giant opening, the guard outside of it, also known as the announcer froze... Last time it took three of them to try and stop him, yet the other two could not be found.
At that moment, one could literally hear this guards heart drop to the floor, in a manor of speaking as he watched Zilo approach, he started to step in front of him, but decided otherwise and moved out of the way. He didn't care for going back in there again, with the queen, and that one woman. Since she had made such a popularity over what she has done to men in the past. Looking over at the guard slightly, Zilo had a small confused look on his face. What was with everyone stepping out of his way? They where elites, he was just a low class saiyan, and yet they where moving out of his way. Everything in the place seemed to send a cold chill down his back. Clearing his throat the tall saiyan pushed open the door, stepping inside.
Suddenly he was inside of the throne room, seeing Akassa sitting upon her old throne, it was sort of a nostalgic feeling. Toa seeming to stand over to her right like always, though facing them it was on her left, and now someone else was standing on her other side, someone he hadn't seen before. Before he could walk any further he was stopped when he felt something touch his foot. Looking down, he saw someone so small, standing in front of him, how had he have not seen her standing there. Tilting his head slightly he looked back up at the queen. He was in wide view of everyone now. His grey slick back armor, representing the suicide squad, those that go into battle, and hardly ever return. The symbol on his chest marking him as a low class saiyan, his jet black hair, reaching all the way down past his waist. His height of six foot six on full display.
A small chill overtook the young man as he stood there looking at Akassa, once again he had walked in on some important business, why didn't the guards outside try to stop him like last time... He might of listened this time. He looked up at the throne, a small groan escaped his lips, he cursed his timing so many times, that he almost said it out loud to them all. Deciding to take the first words in this situation. "Hello.... Ma'am.." That one word he used so many times, he had only called her, Majesty once in his life. The word she stated she would much rather hear, instead of him saying ma'am all the time.

"Natisha..."Akassa almost spat the word, the very taste it left in her mouth having her temper spiking. Like Ruculi her cheeks would grow a little flush, but not from embarrassment. Eyes steadily narrowing at the woman before her Akassa takes in a deep breath, attempting to calm herself before continuing. The fact that the Saiyan had mentioned that wench by name compounded with her admittance of a past plot to take the current Queen's life, was enough to draw the woman's wrath in most situations, but luckily Toa was quick to divert the growing tide of anger within the Queen.
"A despicable act for sure, to plot against the Queen, but forgivable considering how manipulative Natisha was. Don't you agree, Your Grace?" His level tone and direct words, accompanied by the look he sent Akassa's way was executed perfectly. Beside him the sometimes hot headed Saiyan Queen takes another breath. Heart slowing back to its normal steady rate, she adjusts in her throne, settling back in after the near outburst. To the side Raska was almost jittery, having thought the day was about to take an interesting turn before Toa's intervention. That one was always so serious...rarely fun.
"...That is true. Natisha Hattori, curse her soul, wronged many in her life. I can understand that more than anything, even if it doesn't excuse thoughts of betrayal go the crown." The glance she now threw Toa's way making sure he understood that. "Although, I can see the merit in your drive to grow stronger and..." Whatever was to follow was lost as the doors to the throne room swing open. Not a fan of unannounced visitors, especially when with others, the scowl that dominated her face was genuine. It only became more so when she saw who it was. This was not the first time Zilo had walked in so rudely, his interruption excused the first time thanks to his service to New Vegeta. He would not receive the same leniency this time.
"One begins to wonder how little you respects your Queen to barge into her throne room not once, but twice. While I hope you have found your family after all these months, I also hope you have something of more importance with which to explain yourself and this interruption." Eyes locked on the tall male, his size dwarfing Ruculi, her expression alone made it clear how serious she was. Zilo had proven a bit crude in the past, but he would be wise to be a little more careful this time. Ruculi had already soured the Queen's mood slightly and his entrance even more so, he might wish to consider his words before speaking.
To her left, Toa slowly shook his head. He knew how to talk the Queen down, but only to a certain extend. When it came down to it she did as she wanted, no one in the Universe truly having the power to make her do otherwise. Raska on the other hand seemed quite enthused, up on her knees now as she looks back and forth between the two and her Queen. Internally she wondered how fast Akassa could be on top of them if she chose. Not having seen the combat on Earth, she was not sure of her Queen's maximum power, but had heard stories. They were intoxicatingly scary.

Almost as though, Ruculi could sense Akassa’s rage, she flinched backwards when Akassa spat out the name Natisha. It nearly seemed like Akassa would kill Ruculi for her foolishness. Keeping her head bowed towards the queen, she would listen to Toa talk the Queen down out of her rage over the planned but not realized coup. Ruculi at that moment, wouldn’t fight against any punishment that Akassa gave her.
“I apologize for my foolishness. I looked up to the former Queen a lot. She was my idol, while I grew up. I wanted to be exactly like how I thought she was. Noble, caring, fierce, powerful… Only recently, I found out about her manipulations in my life.”
Kneeling before the Queen, Ruculi keeps her head bowed low. She would take any punishment that the Queen would dish out. Ruculi felt completely ashamed about her foolishness. She realized that training by herself would’ve accomplished nothing. Just as the doors slammed open behind her. Looking back, she saw a giant of a Saiyan enter.
Gulping inaudibly, Ruculi already knew that Akassa was angry, this would tick her off even more. Ruculi knew that the Queen was incredibly powerful, she would be able to squash the both of them like bugs if she wanted to do so. Ruculi wouldn’t fight, it was her just punishment for attempting a coup even though she let it go after reading the letter.
The unknown Giant, would simply say two words, afterwards Akassa would speak to the intruder. It seemed like some of her anger was being directed at the newcomer. Mentally sighing in relief it seemed like her punishment might be less due to the newcomer, but she knew that she would probably be punished a great deal for her attempted betrayal.
“Your majesty, I do not beg for your forgiveness. I will accept any punishment you deem worthy for my foolishness, and attempted coup.”
Keeping her head low, Ruculi didn’t see any reactions from anyone within the room, it was her fault for letting herself be manipulated her entire life by Natisha. After the punishment, Ruculi would report everything that she remembered that happened that day, and give Akassa the letter she found from her adoptive father.

Zilo stood there for a moment as he looked back around at his surroundings, man it seems that he done screwed up this time. The queen was already in a sour mood, as she was talking to the one beside him. She was tiny compared to Zilo, but that was to be expected, especially since she was a female in his opinion, they never got to tall. His attention however was changed when he heard the smaller one talk about doing a coup against the queen. A small sigh came from him as he reached up rubbing the back of his head as he looked at the queen. His eyes seemed to be a little dull. "So it seems, this is why you're in a bad mood already. I didn't even have to open my mouth this time. To see you angry." He said looking at her intently. He wasn't much for backing down she knew that much.
Steeling his nerves slightly he took a deep breathe and stepped forward. "I'm not sure what was going on before I walked into here, but it seems to me, that your guards didn't even bother to tell me you had a meeting going on with this girl. They just stepped out of the way, and basically motioned me in." The guard from outside looked inside at Akassa and froze, before he slinked back behind the door, knowing that it was true thus far. He did just step out of the way, and let the man go on in. "But as it is, I've intruded on official business again, as for my family, they're dead. There's nothing left for me to search for, they weren't with the surviving refuges." He said turning his attention back to the girl bent over on the ground.
He heard her speaking about the old queen before turning his attention back to Akassa, the young male looked up towards the ceiling, his long hair was wild right now. "Though, it may not be my place, your Majesty." Zilo said looking into her eyes. Majesty was the word he had used when she had let him search for his family. "But, I don't think it's rightful to plan a punishment for someone that had been tricked by the former queen, at the time it wasn't a plot to over throw the crown, in fact. I assume that it makes it easier to accept your ascension to the crown. As it showed the old queen was full of lies and slanders. That there was corruption and you purged it." His eyes turned back towards her. "Which means, you not only saved the people from their political corruption, but saved this girl from her own fate of being used like a pawn." He said knowing that oh so very well, as the King had sent him out on a mission he shouldn't of returned from.
Removing his hand away from his head his body felt weak at the moment, as he had been making himself as calm as he could possibly be, he could feel the chill that was within the air, he should of known by the guards reaction, that something was going on in this room, that he shouldn't of been involved in. "And, with her as a statement, and maybe as a view, you could take her in, and show that you don't need to trick people to be able to have allies. Show that honesty is greater than any lie or slander, as she's being honest with you right now." He said getting quiet towards the end. If he continued talking, he knew that he wouldn't be able to keep his voice from showing that he was nervous at the moment.
Looking over at Toa who was shaking his head, and back to the girl that seemed to be ready to pounce at any second, as if she was wound up like a doll... This place has changed in six months, especially with how these people looked and acted now. Just what has happened since he's been gone again? First time he left, everything was blown up, a new queen and ruler of vegeta was selected, and now... It seemed that everyone was on tilt, and that even more corruption has shown itself... His life was about to get a bit more complicated now it seemed. His hand subconsciously rubbing the back of his head again... Damnit, he should of just went on home instead of stopping by today... or at least the guards should of stopped him.

The peaceful day among the palace ground was never meant to last in this day and age with all the actives that the Imperium had been up to in the recent days, some left, some stayed behind to watch in their civilization grow and some came home; life was teaming on the surface of the small world that hovered around its larger counter part. Maya had played a part in it, all of them had, even the dim witted Nasu as he bought time for the awakening of blood born powers within Akassa to wipe her foes from the face of reality. It wasn't as though Maya cared nothing for the waiting world past the tinted windows, in fact she longed to see the Imperium become more than anyone could ever imagine but lingering eyes need not fall upon her form; for in time people would forget the faces, and remember only names, names that were attached to stories and not who they were, for she would just be another that others would forget, so was the life of those which existed like stars. The way she saw it was why bother being known if time would erase you from history.
She tired to keep the lingering thoughts at bay yet they always came back. There was no unpleasantness to be found within them, more of a reminder that every thing she watched rolling past the grand windows before her would soon enough crumble into the folds of time and she alone, would still walk through time. To one with a limited life span such thoughts would be considered despairing, to know that all that was now would be nothing eventually, whether it be one hundred years or a thousand. It wasn't so much as coping with the thought but rather just accepting them as it was, for her life span was many paces past those of normal creation and Maya didn't see herself falling by another hand any time soon, for each day she survived in the universe she grew all the more powerful, not just in body but in mind as well.
Chin resting on the palm of her hand Maya watched the dull clouds as they drifted across the lunar skies, small droplets of rain had been scattering across the palace off and on all day, seeming at any moment they heavens would open up and shower the lands below yet all so far and been teasing tears. Today was a gloomy one, one of those where one knew things needed to be done yet finding the will to get them done was more trying than the actual work, so here she waited and watched; for what? She did not know, for anything, anything new which might even in the slightest bit break Maya from this tidal ripping forces which kept her eyes locked on the cityscape below the haunting silhouette of the Imperial Palace.
As luck would have it, the palace always seemed to pull those of interest straight into its gaping maw.
Having full access to personal files, out going and in coming transmissions and mutiple systems through out the palace Maya eyes were always glued the monitors and its cameras; what she saw was enough to drive her attention away from the window and towards the throne room.
"Someone new. No... two."
Maya muttered to herself as she spun about letting her back rest against the window seal, no longer did her thoughts stray to the city below but towards the growing situation which brewed within the throne room. It was like a party that all were invited to but herself; Akassa, Toa, Raska and this mysterious new woman and the mysterious man, all gathered together. Maya felt slightly left out of it, then again all within the Palace knew of Maya's favoritism to be on her own, away from prying eyes and wandering voices; taking it with a grain of salt Maya listened in the silence of the room as the parties began to speak to one another. As always Akassa took charge of the room, her dominating aura always allowed her to lead the way as if cracking the very ground with a single word... Maya had never seen Akassa do such a thing before but she imagined it wasn't out of reach for the woman; then again it could have very well been for the fact that those new within the throne room feared the Queen, after all she was the strongest being in light years around-
"I will accept any punishment you deem worthy for my foolishness, and attempted coup.
The woman spoke leaving Maya taken back for a moment.
Or it could have been for that fact that the girl had taken it upon herself to take Akassa's life that gave her a nervous, shaken in her boots demeanor.
"Hmmm... Who are you really...."
Maya questioned softly to herself as windows began to appear within her mind; one of the better parts of being link to the Imperium servers was digging about for information most personal, if someone sneezed on a toilet on the moon you best believe Maya would know of it.
The situation within the throne room wasn't going ideally as one might have thought even past experiences... ok, it was closely following a pattern, regardless with the mention of the late Queen Maya could feel the pressure from Akassa's growing anger from across the Palace; Maya knew well not to mention the late Queen for the deeds she had done personally against Akassa but also the Empire; this woman was walking on thin ice with a temper... things were certainly becoming interesting now.
Taking a stroll Maya left the room where she had resided within taking up a direction towards the throne room which the party was being held, though the use of the word "party" was lightly used, for nothing of the sort would be happening today, at least not within the Palace walls.
----
Maya arrived shortly later before the doors of the throne room, the guards which stood before its grand arch way looked rather squeamish and shaken to the bone; not even meeting Maya gazes she she stood before them. A thought pondered to openly speak to them about their wrecked state but Maya thought against the idea, some conversations were not worth having no matter how curious one might be.
Rather than barraging in the room with such talks going on within Maya simply waited for a moment as she sent a quick message to Akassa through her scouter.
"I am aware you are among company; may I join?"
Short sweet and to the point. In times before Maya would have pushed the door wide open without so much as a thought but that was only when it was Akassa and herself, not when lingering eyes of Akassa's followers where upon them. While the two of them shared a friendship Maya understood that appearances must be kept up in the eyes of the public and even those that Akassa held as advisers and trust allies showed her the respect that was deserved of for a Queen.

So many jumped to conclusions.
Of course with the way she had originally reacted, who could really blame them? Akassa’s temper had gotten the better of her in situations before, most recently when dealing with the defenders of Earth. Being assaulted and disrespected had drawn out her rage, something all involved had paid for in blood, what she felt they deserved. Since that day though, she had kept it mostly under control, even if her ascended form begged constantly to be released. The power within her was hard to control each and every time and although she was getting better, the urge to let loose was always there. Individuals like Toa and Maya helped to keep her in check.
Ruculi was willing to take any punishment the Queen decided to hand out and Zilo actually tried to defuse the situation. Both had no doubt realized the dangerous situation they had found themselves in. Their combined words and the voice of Maya coming through the scouter at the Queen’s waist appeared to diffuse the walking bomb that she had the potential to be. Chuckling some, not a girlish chuckle, but a deeper one, she rises to her feet. Leaving the scouter channel open to Maya, she slowly starts to descend the stairs before her throne. Each step took her closer to the two who visited her palace, soft brown eyes shifting between them.
”For starters, who said anything about punishment? On top of that, I am well aware of how Natisha was. That wench got exactly what she deserved considering what she did to my mother and the people of New Vegeta. You must understand my hatred towards the very mention of her, years of my life spent being tormented by her words and actions. Let us move on and never mention her again. Flashing them both a smile, Akassa did her best to disarm any doubts they might still have. By the second she was cooling off, thinking more about the potential assets standing before her. The fact she wanted to move on was as close to an apology or explanation they were going to get in terms of her small temper flare. Those close to the Queen knew to take such a thing and move on.
”So no, no punishment will be handed out to either of you. Instead I wish to make an offer to the both of you. If you are willing to take a small test and if you pass, I would like to see you both among the ranks of the Imperium, the elite ranks that is. Your power signatures are commendable and if you are willing to be loyal I can promise you the same loyalty in return. Ask Toa, Raska or Maya and I am sure they will tell you how I treat those that earn a spot close to me. My offer is simple, follow me outside and show me your skills or you may leave the palace, the choice is yours. I can promise you one thing though, proving you belong at our side has numerous benefits.”
While the duo might be unsure where it was the Queen was leading them, if they chose to accept, Maya would easily be able to tell what direction she was heading. Turning from the pair Akassa begins to walk, heading towards the training grounds behind the palace. The open space allowed for much more freedom than a walled throne room would. General Toa followed as well, the male silent for now as he waits to see what his Queen had in mind. Raska would hum to herself as she skips off after the half-saiyan for once on the same level as Toa, curious as to what might be in store. Not having directly responded to Maya, Akassa still expected to see her outside with the rest.

Hearing the giant Saiyan defend her, she knew she didn’t deserve it. She deserved to be punished for what she was planning on doing. Sensing someone on the other side of the door, she couldn’t get a fix on their power level. Their Ki felt vastly superior to her own, meaning she must be one of the more powerful warriors in the universe. Ruculi felt relieved that she didn’t go through with the plan, but knew she deserved to be punished for her thoughts against the crown.
The queen however, lost all of her anger. Ruculi could feel it slipping away, while the queen talks to the both of them, it seemed like she was being rewarded for her attempted betrayal or rewarded for confessing it or she honestly wants the both of them in her army even though Ruculi nearly betrayed her.
Standing up, Ruculi would follow the Queen to the court yard. She was eager to get stronger, it seemed like the Queen would help her do that. Still standing before the queen with her head bowed to her in a sign of respect, Ruculi would wait until she hears the rules of what they were doing before doing anything else.

Zilo stood there for a moment, looking around at the queens chambers. It seemed that she had finally calmed down slightly, the smaller saiyan next to him hadn't even moved, not a single inch in his time of being in here. Suddenly he noticed the Queen start walking down towards them, again it was amazing how much looking up at someone on a throne, made them appear so much bigger. And now here she was right in front of him again, she appeared to be much shorter up close and personal. Then again that's what one should expect anyway, considering how high up the throne had been. It seems that the queen wasn't planning any punishments for the woman next to him, at least that made it where he felt as if he could breathe again, because he had sensed her power once before hand. "Well then, I suppose I didn't need to stick my head in a place it doesn't belong." His eyes switched back towards Akassa's as she continued speaking.
But that's when all of his emotions faded for a moment, as Akassa mentioned something similar to an offer that most would be glad to jump on. But during his life time, the life she had just mentioned was something that didn't entertain him. Akassa could probably feel the cold emotions coming from Zilo, and the putrid hatred he had towards the word 'Elite' As she had just spoke. Reaching up and rubbing the back of his head, a small sigh escaped from his lips as he started following her for the moment being. He didn't know whether or not to voice his opinion or not. As soon as they stepped outside of the throne room, he noticed another girl standing there, her power was much higher than his own.
Deciding to voice it on their walk, Zilo turned his attention back to Akassa speaking with a voice that wasn't spiteful or anything, it was just cold, as if he had suddenly become distant from the group around him. "Forgive my impudence, but I do not care for anything about ranks. Especially what you're offering." His voice had been void of almost all emotion as he continued to speak towards the queen. "I'll make it clear, I'm not saying I'm not loyal to my ruler, but at the same time. I do not care for these beings that you call Elite. Ever since I learned that word, let's just say that my life, hasn't been so pleasant." Akassa should of known that, she had seen how he was treated by the guards of the castle. Not to mention, the mission her own father had sent him on, the one he should be dead at right now.
She probably read the records on Zilo when he got back to Vegeta the first time, born from a high ranking family, as a low class saiyan, his sister being born an Elite, she was originally going to be drafted into the army, but instead her older brother, proved himself in class, fighting against those much stronger than himself, getting beaten every day, even going so far, as to get extra punishment from the military teachers. The marks against his record stacked up from the time in school, but the growth in his power was one that hadn't been denied. Soon he was passing the elites in his class, which shouldn't of been possible, as they had all been stronger than him by birth. And should of been able to keep their power well beyond his own. To make it rough, his own family eagerly signed the papers to switch out the two sibling without a moments hesitation.
Then the training for the suicide squad, the half breed, had been subjugated to nothing more than just a common foot soldier, that should of went to battle and perished. The atmosphere was silent as he walked on behind his queen, his mind in a completely different world, all Elites he had meet, where nothing but snobs. "I'll gladly do what you ask of me, but please... Never label me with the ones you call elite. I'd rather continue being a low class saiyan, even so much as saying just stick me back in the suicide squad that I'm used to. They're going to need a new commander soon anyway, that is if they still exist within your rule. And they'll need a veteran member among them." His voice was some what conveying some emotion. But everyone in the room, could probably feel his disdain towards that word.
Though they probably couldn't blame him in the slightest, and if they did he wouldn't care. Why would it? There's always someone in this universe that is stronger than you, and those are what you call the elites. Not these snobs born in the world that have been blessed with an amazing strength, but then they all began to slack off, believing they where so strong. And look what happened to their world.... Something stronger than them all, attacked, they where helpless, they didn't have to power to stop the threat. In fact, many of them had been slaughtered, without so much of a chance to fight back. Though, if he had to guess, the people surrounding him right now, probably helped the queen drive them back from the planet, he didn't know all of the information himself.

Standing beyond the grand doors to the throne room Maya waited patiently for a response from Akassa, given all that the Queen was dealing with she didn't a reply any time soon, anything that did come through would most likely be a simple yes or no. There would be no disappointment to be found if access to the chambers was restricted, it was Akassa's Palace after all, her realm, her rules; if not allowed inside Maya would wander away and peer on their little meeting from another part of the Palace and with monitoring devices set up in almost every corner of the Palace such a thing was possible, even more so than that as Maya had made it a habit to watch those that walked these halls, she never knew when something would catch her attention as it had today.
The words from those within the throne room were transmitted straight from Akassa's ear piece directly to Maya as she ease dropped in on their conversation, needless to say most of it was gibberish to the alien; those of true flesh always had so much to say about others, trying to convenience them to change thought or to see another point of perspective but when a mind was set there was hardly a force in the universe that could change it. That said it appeared that while those in the room though Akassa meant to inflict great suffering into them the Queen kept such things but a faint thought, having no real need or want at the moment to punish the girl for a crime she had not committed but merely thought; if everyone who ever thought of killing another was punished themselves then everyone in the universe would be in pain. In fact the mood changed rather quickly for those in the room when Akassa placed her offer upon the table, one of which Maya was glad to hear that Akassa had. While it was no secret to those near Maya that she displeased new faces among with the Palace let alone at Akassa's side, the Imperium had created a great deal of enemies when their military strength conquered Earth in a blitz; new faces would defiantly bolster their forces within the solar system and anchor Imperium influences through out the galaxy. So far Maya had seen little in the ways that showed that either of the two individuals would be worthy let alone powerful enough to stand in the ranks of the Imperium but as always Akassa had taken that into account.
"It will take much to prove themselves."
Maya noted to herself once Akassa finished speaking and of course Akassa's message towards Maya had not gone noticed.
Turning away from the chamber doors Maya reached the corner just as the group from within the throne room emerged allowing them to see but a small glimpse of the alien as she rounded the corner towards the training grounds. Having already a head start on the group Maya made quick time towards the exit of the palace as she quickly found herself standing outside the main the walls of the building and standing before the training grounds. Light winds pushing against the walls of the palace as they whispered quietly against the touch of the winds, even blowing the long strands of blackened hair about her face. The sky above had hardly changed from before with its grey clouds hanging low in the skies above threatening any moment to cast the elements down upon her; below the training field had taken a damp appearance of its own with the small amounts of drizzle from earlier in the day leaving it coated in patches of water. All in all it was a good day to fight.
Eyeing the field brought memories flashing back to Maya's mind, it had been some time since Maya found herself here again, the first time she had ever came to this area was in her early days here in the Palace. One day Akassa had taken it upon herself to test Maya in some not so pleasurable ways, the only way that Saiyan's used to test real strength, through combat. It was a sense of deja vu to come to this place once more to fight but not for her to prove herself, but for others that wished to prove themselves before Akassa.
Maya shook her head from one side to the other thinking back to that day, she had come so far to the point where she stood now; her mind excelling, her body now a force to reckon with. Her attempts back then to defeat Akassa in their spar seemed slow and dim witted, for a being like Maya could have never bested Akassa, not with the skills she possessed. Those where moments for another day, for now she had company that would be arriving soon.
Jumping form atop the stairs which lead down to the field where the training grounds rested Maya landed below near the center of the field with a light tap with her feet coming to rest on the wet ground creating a soft splash. Turning about Maya stood in wait for those to come, having seen them leave from the throne room she expected to see all that followed Akassa to arrive in a few seconds but it was all to possible that one or the other would leave before arriving, after all joining the Imperium was a call that not all could rise to.
With the doors from training ground side of the place opening wide for all to see Maya rose her vision till her eyes feel upon Akassa as she stood above the field, even from this distance Maya could well see the powerful stance which Akassa brought with her where ever she went. Taking a few steps forward Maya bent at the waist giving Akassa a quick bow before rising once again to met her gaze. Having control of the audio systems with in the area Maya began to speak with her voice coming from nearby speaking allowing for them to hear her voice even from the distance between them.
"Welcome Akassa... and associates."
The latter part referring to all of those which decided to accompany Akassa to prove themselves in service of the Imperium.
"Ruculi of Bloodburn and Zilo, the low class Saiyan. Welcome."
Her eyes shifted between the two as she addressed them, she even put emphasize while mentioning Zilo and his preference towards his class.

Walking with the quartet in tow Akassa glances to the side as Zilo addresses her. A small smirk met the cold aura that was radiating from him. While the male had little desire to rise above the station he had been born into for his own personal reasons, Akassa saw things quite differently. The daughter of a king, bastard or not, she was used to the station that put her at the head of the Saiyan people. While she would not trade her spot for anything and often expected others to pay her respect for what she had done, she did not think of those ranked below her as lesser beings. To her it was simply the system that kept everything in order. Rank kept everything organized and controlled, allowing for society to strive. All had plenty of opportunities, but those at the top were the ones that decided what needed to be done. So far, her people had been quite happy with her rule.
”I do not mean elite the term you are thinking. Many put such a title on those who hold their noses to the air and scoff at any they think not worthy.” To Akassa it meant those who had proven themselves above the cut in terms of ability and talents. In some cases like with Nasu it meant power and not much else, but her brother’s strength held him above many others in the Universe. However, like with Maya and Toa, their strength coupled with their brains is what had given them their elevated positions. The Queen was picky when it came to who she trusted and who she allowed to be counted amongst her allies. Zilo and Ruculi, based on their strength would be allowed a chance to prove themselves. If they came up short or wanted nothing to do with it that was up to them. Akassa believed that everyone was in control of their own destiny.
”When I say elite, that is not what I mean. My definition of elite is who I personally feel worthy of being called my ally. Out of responsibility to my people I cannot trust just anyone to be on my council. Now, if that is not something you want, that is fine and we can place you back into your previous position. Consider this an opportunity for the both of you to gain freedom and strength.” Finishing her statement as they stepped through the door leading outside, Akassa smiles as she notices Maya down below. Speaking of people she trusted, the third one out of the four stood below them.
”Everyone this is Maya, the one in charge of the majority of New Vegeta’s security.” Akassa motions towards the woman, as if it wasn’t clear, before beginning to head down towards the training area. Assuming they had enough insight to follow her, she doesn’t even look back. Instead she starts explaining how they would be tested.
”This will be simple. Zilo, Ruculi, I want to see what it is you two have to offer on the field. Both of you have trained hard to achieve the strength you have, but even with your power clearly readable I have no idea what your skill sets actually are. If I am to train you and grant you access to the training facilities here I want to make sure that you have the potential to grow stronger. Do not take this personal as it is the same test each and every one of those in my inner circle has taken. They however, tested themselves against me. Today I think we will do things a little differently. The two of you are close enough so let us see you spar against one another. Fair enough?”
Nodding her head at Maya, she signals for the girl to come join the three of them. Moving to the side of the training area she made sure to move far enough away so that Zilo and Ruculi had all the room they might need. The training grounds they stood upon were vast an open, a fair amount of space reserved for the area due to the requirements of the Saiyan Queen. Akassa couldn’t exactly let loose in a small area, her training sessions often leaving the grounds in shambles as it was. Thankfully she had quite the grounds crew, the team almost constantly busy repairing the place.
”Begin whenever you are both ready.”

zilo stood there walking behind the queen and her fellow associates. It wasn't every day that you got to be in the presence of all these high ranking officers. Especially where he came from, but the half breed didn't have much of an opinion towards the high class saiyans anyway. That's when Akassa began to talk to him, about what she was meaning when she stated what an elite was to her. A small sigh seem to escape the giant as he put both of his hands, on the back of his head thinking to himself. "Well, I'm sorry to assume something of the caliber, but I do no believe I offer very much to the table. After all, I've been gone so long, I didn't even know you where the queen, or if the kings new wife or play thing. Till I learned..." He decided to leave it at that as they exited the building.
Where they had ended up was a big open plateau which had nothing but barren land, that had been worked on several times. It was strange seeing a place like this inside of the dome. Tilting his head to the side, he noticed the grand stairwell leading down to the open area. A girl was standing there, she walked forward a bit bowing for the queen in front of him. Soon she was introduced to the entire group. Apparently she was the person behind the updated security to New Vegeta. If anything, this girl in front of him was easy on the eyes, or so he thought. She didn't have the rough look that the rest of the saiyans on Vegeta had. But when she spoke that was all lost. The tall Saiyan let a small sigh escape his lips. It seemed, that this was another monster living here on Vegeta.
Deciding it would be proper, he gave a small courtesy bow back to Maya. If she was a friend of the queen, he could show a little respect for someone that could befriend a person as crazy as her. Well, she was nice when she wanted to be, as she allowed the older male search for his family. That was something he would never forget, especially since he hadn't expected that kindness in the first place. He was used to just doing whatever he was told to do. When Akassa gave him permission to search for his family. That was the pentacle of the situation, one in which, He enjoyed greatly. Though the search was fruitless, he did get time to himself to calm down. Then all the sudden it all changed, when Akassa began to speak about how he would fight the girl he had just tried to protect.
Looking down at the queen slightly, she saw the shift in his eyes, as they shifted from being in a good mood, thinking over past events. To one that seemed to show disdain and could be a little disgust as he spoke. "I'm sorry, but I'm not crazy enough to raise my fist to someone of a higher ranking than me." He said looking over at Maya when she had called him a low class, she had been right in that regard. It was strange that she would know about him, when the queen knew nothing of him until his return. Turning his attention back to Akassa his voice was soft as he gave a small nod. "Sides, I do not believe it will be fair, to the rest of these lovely.... Beings, for us to get off so easy. They went through a mountain. While all we'd have to do is climb a hill."
His words where strange, but they did speak the truth. If everyone here had to fight Akassa, then it would be unfair to them, to watch two people on similar power to fight, when they had to try and move a mountain. "In all honesty, if you want us in your squad, wouldn't it be fair, to make sure that the rules stay the same? Everyone fought you, so it's only fair if we do so too. Even with your strength. It may not seem like it, and I don't show it often. But I can sense the power you have within you. And everyone standing around us." He said without thinking much of it. It was nearly unheard of a Low class, being able to detect what all the others power levels where. "And I'm sorry, none of them come close."
Zilo gave a small bow. "Sorry, let me explain it better since everyone can sense Ki.... I can fine tune my senses to see what everyone's power is." He said sitting up. He was taught to be a tracker within the suicide squad, as long as just a supporting role. So he had developed an advanced Ki sense, allowing him to separate everyones power level. And each one he could place to whom it belonged to. Each Ki had a unique signature. Standing up he looked over at Ruculi who seemed to be silent the entire time. As if she hadn't registered what she was just told. "Sides... I'm not comfortable hitting a woman." He said turning his attention back to the queen with a sly smile. "That even goes for you two. Akassa and Maya.... And her." He said pointing towards the strange girl that was looking as if she was about to explode. "But... Judging from how strong you three are... I'ma have to start getting comfortable about it. In case I have to defend myself from someone like all of you one day..."[/blockquote]

Even from the distance Maya was at she picked up on Zilo's slightest movements even his slow release of air after she spoke towards the group in her greeting, for what reason had he done such a thing as sighing at her presence? At first appearance the man hadn't seem like much apart from the rest of the soldiers here on the moon, a low ranking storm trooper which were the back bone of the Imperial army yet something did set him apart from the rest; individuality. He spoke in mannerism that would only be found in those of a elitist yet he denied that way of life, not just with his actions but with his own words towards his disgust at ever becoming one. It was understood to some degree why the man held a deep seeded hate towards all that was elite, regardless of whatever hate he had towards them he still showed Akassa the respect she deserved even if his mouth opened more than need be.
Maya was unsure of what to make of Zilo, he was different yet similar to the rest.... The mind was an interesting thing; objects, people, which looked normal to people they had no issues with yet when the smallest detail was changed though not known it was then that people became uncomfortable with it. It wasn't to say Maya had any greater distaste towards the new comer than anyone else she met for the first time but he certainly wasn't winning much points from Maya, though why should that have mattered; ones true worth was measured in how they saw themselves, as long as they could back up their words with the proper action. The bowing however... Maya did like that; never before had someone bowed before her presence... she could see why Akassa took much joy in seeing other bow in her direction.
Arms crossing one over the other Maya would watch and listen to Zilo as he turned his attention from Maya back towards Akassa as he rose his concerns towards fighting Maya due to her ranking above the rest, a thought that would have been laughable if she was capable of such a feat.
"Rank is of little importance to me. I respect Akassa and follow her requests, as for the rest, they know their place in this society. They see me as an extension of the Queen therefore they follow any orders I may give; officially I have no rank that I myself accept, I am merely a vassal through which I support the Queen and all she does, just as she aids me if I require it."
Maya made clear note of her status among the Saiyan people, while Akassa might have given her a rank, even a title Maya was just that; Maya, titles and ranks made things much to complex to a machine it was simply better to be ones self and not hold claims to something which could be taken away for in that way Maya could never lose a part of herself.
Dropping her words there Zilo would continue to speak his rant for reasons he could not, or would not face Maya head to head in combat; if this was the way he was going to be in a spar how would he react in a live fire situation when lives were on the line? Maya found it hard to believe anyone could speak their mind as much as Zilo did let alone to Akassa of all people; he clearly was over stepping his position but that was for Akassa to decide in the end, had it been Maya she would have told the man to silence his voice and fight already yet Maya was not upon the throne.
Going off again Zilo began to speak of his ability to sense others energies; Maya had heard of such an ability even knowing Akassa herself could feel the energies of others around her, it was how they first met one another.
"Knowing others true power should never keep you from facing them in combat, for one day you will have no option to fight another who is stronger than yourself. I cannot sense the energies of others, every time I go put myself into harms way there is no knowing if I will be victor or not; that unknown has never kept me from facing another nor will knowing ever stop me."
Scoffing in a huff Maya was at wits end with Zilo; what Saiyan didn't like a rowdy go with another, if was how Saiyan's got to know one another.
"'Sides... I'm not comfortable hitting a woman.'"
The words hit Maya with all the force of a world behind them as her body was visibly shaken by what he said. In all the time she had spent in this universe trying to find out what she was, who she was... this man had come in and with a single sentence swung at all she had worked to this day to become... for... she thought herself a woman... for she acted like one... for she looked like one... and that made her... weaker? Softer? Less than another because of who she was?
Fingers clinching into a tightened fist Maya's body began to quake as a purple aura consumed her flesh in a roaring burst if strength.
"All I have done... All I have accomplished... that means nothing to you, because I am a woman!"
Eyes a flare with a purple mist they locked onto Zilo, where before nothing could be seen within her lifeless eyes, now stood a towering inferno of rage. Only in few cases had Maya ever let any of her rage out and those had been small slivers of what she was displaying now; her anger flowing out of her like a river off a cliff.
"Still your tongue, for it will be easier to rend it from your mouth."
With that Maya leapt from the center of the training yard towards Zilo, her purple aura looking more like flames than its usual wisps of energy. Nasu had been the person which Maya held a great distaste for a numerous amount of reasons but not even that half blooded bastard had ever taken Maya to this point of anger that she felt at the moment; Nasu may have hated her back just the same amount but he respected her for who she was and what she had done to earn her place among Akassa's trusted elite.
Fueled with pure rage Maya would come crashing down upon Zilo with a closed fist aiming towards his face, with her sudden display of energy it would have been easy enough to see coming at the range he had been so it could have easily been dodged but Maya wouldn't be done there. Whether or not Maya hit or missed she would spring forwards from a crouching position as her jets kicked into full throttle, launching herself towards Zilo she would being to throw strikes at him using every part of her body as a weapon to inflict damage onto his person.
"I will show you what a woman can do!"
Maya snarled as she flashed her teeth towards him.
