Of all the god-damned places he could of ended up in the god-damned universe... it was here. Akassa's compound. Likely due to his desire to talk to her again, or due to the building having a connection to his energy since its construction. He appeared from a puff of smoke in the middle of the courtyard, spooking a couple guards. one pointed a finger at him. "Hey- hey you! Who are you!?" he asked. Zeke raised an eyebrow. "The architect." he told him, and started to walk off towards one of the doors. This guard and another cut him off. "You need clearance, asshole." he said. An ID card smashed into his face along with the palm of Zeke's hand. "Ah. sorry, I have long arms." he said with a heavy tone of bullshit.
The guy was pissed off, but in one look he recognized the top grade clearance card. "This is got to be fake. How could some random guy like you have this level of clearance for the Palace?" he asked. Zeke sighed. "Because I built it. Pretty much all of it." he explained. "In fifteen minuets."
The two paused. Then burst out laughing. "Y-yeah right! And I'm dating the Queen! And my buddy here can cough up flying pigs!" he said, opening his eyes. Zeke was gone. "What the hell!? Bastard's gone! How the hell does a guy that huge just vanish!?"
Zeke had simply employed Zanzoshade to mist by them and reform, Shadow-Summoning his card back into his pocket. Funny, he didn't sense Akassa right away. Either she was masked or suppressed somewhere, or not around. He decided to make his way through, admiring his handy-work as he did and noting the changes and additions as he went. Finally making it to the throne room, he walked into the large area and along the center of the central carpet until he made it to the base of the Throne's stairway.
There were other guards in the throne room, some checking their scouters to ID him and to get a read on his power level. Either result would likely deter them from bothering him, unless they were stupid. It could be questionable as to what his business was here, but there was none here with even close to the power required to prevent him from doing whatever he wished at this point aside from Akassa. The reasonable course of action would be to wait.
Crossing his arms, Zeke seemed to have intentions of doing the same.

How could this be? First Conri Lane and now Ezekiel NeCross. Was New Vegeta like a beacon for those who had fallen to the Queen and now risen? On that topic, Akassa had begun to wonder how easy returning from the afterlife was. Perhaps it had something to do with ones natural strength before their death, both Conri and Ezekiel far above that of even you more advanced warriors. In fact, they were two of the strongest individuals she knew besides those counted as allies. Both had been friends once, even close to allies before everything had gone to shit on Earth. The fools had both sought to stand against her, determined to stop her from doing what would make better lives for them all. She had been determined though and in the end, both of them had fallen. Yet, Ezekiel now stood in her thrown room.
Having been in the middle of a training session within her simulator, Resolute had alerted Akassa to the new signature that had appeared within the royal compound. Compared to Conri Lane’s sudden return, it wasn’t as surprising, but only because the improbably had already happened once. Of course there still were factors that had Akassa instantly on edge. Unlike Conri Lane who had blown himself to bits in an attempt to stop her, Ezekiel had met his end at the end of her hand. In her rage, having just ascended to an even greater level of Super Saiyan, Akassa had blasted him to nothingness with her Big Bang Attack. Conri had seemed to get over the whole ordeal, could it possibly be the same for Ezekiel? At least he hadn’t started to rip apart the palace yet, that was a good sign.
Soaring towards the throne room from the training grounds, it was not long before the guards were shoving the doors open for her. Strolling in, dressed in similar attire to the last time they had met save the jacket that now belonged to Maya, Akassa set eyes upon yet another warrior she had once called friend. Suspicious as to his motives for coming here, she was ready to defend herself and those under her protection if need be, but for the sake of those around her combat would not be initiated if she could help it. Akassa had never openly stated it, but she valued Saiyan lives over those of Human’s, something perhaps made clear by her command to fire upon Central City, even if it was a result of an assault on her person.
”Ezekiel, I would say I am shocked to see you here, yet this is the second time a dead man has come to my planet in recent days. Do you wish to discuss something with me?” The same questions need not be asked again. All that mattered was why he had come here.

Looking the place over with his arms crossed, he sighed when he felt her walk in. She had her guard up. He felt it in her energy and heard it in her voice. Secretly, he had missed this place and had regret for the things that had happen. Zeke realized why he had really stood against her back then, it was not only to prevent peoples deaths but also to try and help Akassa regain control. If that meant telling Conri Lane what he wanted to hear, so be it. But the fool had other plans. However he was not planning to have a heart to heart with her right now. Considering she could bring herself to kill him of all people, even out of control caused him to loose all faith in her. Unless she miraculously changed that.
"And how sure are you that I was dead? You know all too well that I have achieved things thought to be impossible." he told her. "In your state you could have not noticed it was a hologram or a product of my unique skills."
Zeke turned around to face her. "This will be a short visit. It concerns the Dojo." he explained. "I will be spending my time there. As it has been a part of New Vegeta since the beginning, it would be a shame if it was closed down or re-located. However as you can likely guess... I'm not exactly your biggest fan right now." he said, the last few words having some venom to them. But as always before, he had no fear of speaking to anyone, even the Queen of Saiyans in whatever manner he seen fit. "I will gladly stay here. However in order for us to retain neutral ground, you must stay out of my affairs unless it is absolutely necessary for the greater good."
He wanted her not to bother him, basically. Not that she wasn't welcome in the school nor would he not speak to her. He just didn't want her deciding to mess with him. He would still train her servants or allies, but not on a military level. He would even train her if she would learn from him. But neither she or her underlings would be treated no different than anyone else.

As Ezekiel explains himself, the Queen slowly began to smile. For one, he was not hear to exact his revenge on her or the people of New Vegeta. Such an event would have resulted in him dying yet again, but at the same time would have endangered the people of her kingdom. Second, she found his words a bit amusing. He spoke as if she had not been the one to send her Big Bang Attack down atop him when he had chosen to stand against her. In the aftermath of the fight she had found little regret with the action, knowing it had to be done to achieve her goals and further the Imperium as a whole. The fact he had was trying to play it off as something else is what she found amusing, yet understandable. What individual with Saiyan blood would want to admit they suffered defeat? The Queen herself made it a point no to bring up the embarrassing losses she had experienced in the past, especially during the Galactic Tournament.
Perhaps thanks to a little influence from Maya she was not taking this as an insult. Instead she viewed it as an opportunity. By Ezekiel’s own words he was not over the events on Earth, yet he was willing to live in peace with the Queen he had thrown himself at before. Internally, Akassa’s pride wanted her to force him to knee this moment, but she saw past that. His choice to stay here and train those that came to him, save open military units, was a victory in itself. Ezekiel might have stood against her on Earth, but it seemed he was not against the people of the empire she had been building. On New Vegeta her main focus was the safety of those she ruled. If Ezekiel was to protect them as he used too and stay out of her way, she could live with that.
”I agree. The dojo has been here for generations and for it to leave New Vegeta is something I wish to avoid. Now, you speak of the greater good, but from what you said on Earth your greater good might be different than mine. I only request that the people of New Vegeta’s safety come first. Despite what happened on Earth, I have done nothing to hurt a soul since then. I would like to believe you know I do not raise a hand against those who do not do so against me.” Looking to him, she lifts a brow, unsure of how he might respond to her words. As long as he did, Akassa saw this as a win.

Zeke wanted to believe Akassa wan't herself back on Earth. However he had begun to question who exactly he was and what his own values were as well. With some time, he could figure out what to make of his new chance at life. However Zeke found flaw in Akassa's words.
"I took the liberty of listening to a recording of your speech to the people of Earth. I thought sure you told them you protected all those under your rule... yet you tell me New Vegeta comes first?" He put a finger to his chin and chuckled. "I have to thank you then. For not thinking I'm as stupid as they are and being more honest with me." He said. Zeke would then walk towards her, passing her on his way out. "I don't care what you do or weather or not you raise a hand to anyone from here on. Just leave my companions, my Dojo, and myself out of it. I won't hinder anything you do unless it effects New Vegeta or the Dojo. And I won't help you unless I either have to or... well... I feel like it, pretty much." It was not a good way to pt it, but that's how any technical description would boil down to. And again, he wasn't holding his tongue with her.
He stopped walking. "One thing. When I was gone and you thought me dead... did you even care?" he asked without turning around. He wondered this alot. He wondered if there had been anyone else back when she was the ignored Princess to really give any level of a damn about her, other than those who had to. Leke maybe. That woman Celeh possibly. But Zeke was just some dude off the street who spoke to her as just some chick off the street, even after knowing her status. He wondered often... She had never put him in his place. He would have left her behind long ago had she chose to, and it had been a bit of a game to him. That game ended with a friend instead. For a while, anyway... But why didn't she?

Of course the people if New Vegeta came first. That was not to say she completely discounted the lives of those in Earth, but if it came to a choice, the moon would always win. What ruler didn't have a preference for those he or she felt closer to? Sure on the outside it was often portrayed that all were equal under the crowns eye, yet when it came down to it, few would sacrifice those close to them for the sake of a random lot. Deep down it was the nature of all humanoid races. Very few were completely selfless and willing to save everyone. Such a view was unrealistic. No matter how powerful, wealthy or intelligent one might be, there was no way to save everyone in every situation. Those who pushed such a belief found themselves living shorter lives than their foes.
Again Ezekiel wanted to make sure she understood he desired no part in her rule, just to train others in his dojo and be left alone. Quite fine with that, Akassa makes no move to stop or intercept him as he begins to walk past her. Silently she wondered if he would stay away from her and the palace when something did go down, the man not exactly known for staying out of conflict. His actions would be determined in time though, the outcome something she was willing to let play out naturally. As for his question, the sudden inquiry into how she had felt after his death admittedly caught her off guard. After a short moment of silence she speaks.
"Of course I did. The decision to stand against me was foolish from the beginning and beyond my comprehension. Perhaps now we can move forward and forget about such things." While not exactly an "Oh I was heartbroken and regretted it" response, Ezekiel should have known displaying emotions in general wasn't the Queen's strong point. Had her goal when going to Earth been to take so many lives? Of course not, yet she had been willing to do so in order to achieve her goals. With the Earth now under her control and both Conri and Ezekiel alive, hopefully there would not be a need for such conflict again.

Zeke sighed. So had she been all there after all, after becoming the Legendary Super Saiyan? He wasn't sure he wanted to know. "So you were in complete control then." he stated. She didn't realize how heavily this fact was going to weigh on Zeke from here on. Everything would be different from now on depending on this moment. "I stood against you as you put it and you didn't even bother asking why. But I'll tell you regardless." Zeke clenched his fists, agitated that she hadn't thought about his final moments long enough to figure any of this out for herself.
"I seen my friend out of control. I just wanted... to knock some sense into you. Push you back to normal. Even if the new normal is colder now. But I guess you weren't out of control at all. You just are... someone else." he stated. He thought he had seen something in her at that last moment, but it had been nothing but delusion apparently. This wouldn't mean he would not stick around on the Mon or that he was re-locating. But it did make him consider where his faith in Saiyans and New Vegeta was now. Both Akassa and Zeke were half Saiyan. Yet both were abnormalities. She seemed more Saiyan in mentality, while him... more human.
He chose not to leave yet. He wanted to see what she would say. How she reacted. Even if she said nothing, he would still be able to tell what she was thinking based off of the obvious Telepathy or her choise to shield him out of her mind. Her energy, her body language... He would get something.

”Of course I was in control of myself Ezekiel. I had come offering a better way of life for all on Earth. The King himself had bent his knee in recognition of my power, acknowledged me as the new ruler of Earth and Conri Lane chose to assault me. Do you think I was to stand by and let him disrespect me in such a way? Then, on top of it all, Saito and the King, those who had knelt, launched their sneak attack in an attempt to take my life. My rage was justified Ezekiel…even if you also got in the way.” At the end of her speech…was that a hint of regret? Akassa was always blunt and somewhat cold, it was just the way her personality was. Becoming Queen combined with the power that now influenced her had made here even more so. She had emotions of course, but they were never easy to access.
The truth of the fact was that she had felt like she was in control on Earth, when the rage and power that flowed through her had held a little more influence over her actions than even she realized. Such strength came with its cost, the heightened state of power drawing out the vicious side of the woman. She had always loved a good fight, but when in her Legendary form she craved it. The same desire to fight had been experienced in several training sessions, but she always managed to rein it in. That was what she told herself at least. Those around her might have begun to see it or the change might not have been so obvious yet. In a way Ezekiel was right, she was someone else, but that did not mean the woman she had been was lost forever.
