Coliseum Immortal, the giant structure that Prometheus Zex had constructed on a separate asteroid floated anchored to Alpha Prime. It was one of his grandest achievements since the construction of Alpha Prime itself. The arena had served as the home of the first Galactic Tournament with many more planned to follow. Zex had attended every match during the competition, wanting to see what each fighter was capable of. Through watching that tournament he had been able to choose the individuals he wanted to partake on a special mission, the group soon to depart. Since the climax of the tournament he had not made his way to the coliseum, letting a number of those employed under him tend to its needs. Honestly he had no reason to return with the spectacle over, that was until he had been requested to meet Ivan here.
Not having spoken to the man or his associates since their last meeting in his home the alien Lord was surprised to hear from him. It was a ploy for more funding no doubt, but the man had promised that the meeting would not be a waste of his time. He claimed that Model Zero was advancing by leaps and bounds, his growth nothing short of remarkable. Skeptical of course, for it was only an android, Zex had ultimately agreed to meet him. At the very least it gave him the opportunity to see how his investment was paying off, even if it was a disappointment. If Ivan or the Doctor did wish to request more funds than they best plan show him something spectacular.
Standing at the center of the tiled coliseum floor Zex waited, Wrath standing at his side with both massive arms crossed over his chest. Together the aliens waited for the trio to arrive, assuming that both men planned to come with the android in tow. The pair had just arrived moments before, so they had not been waiting long yet, hopefully their guests would arrive shortly.

"My Lord!" a voice boomed from the other end of the arena from which Prometheus and his brother stood side by side, but not because the scientist's voice was deep -not at all, it was the domed glass walls shielding the coliseum from the hazards of space. Ivan's voice rebounded and amplified like an empty amphitheater. The Doctor and Model Zero followed behind him silently as usually. "We are so very ashamed for having kept your grace waiting," he lulled with utmost presumed genuity, but it was mostly etiquette and cordiality which guided his silver tongue. "You do not know how greatful we are to have you, as busy as you are, come all this way to meet our meek selves." He glanced at Wrath, "and you, sir, who are always present; thank you." The Doctor bowed along with Ivan, bright pearly whites grinning gleefully with joy. The two would then move aside so that Model Zero could be visible. To their eyes, he seemed just as they had left him over a month ago. No muscle growth, no paint-jobs, just a small red man with a sword and a pistol.
"Unfortunately, Zero's growth has not augmented as we expected. We have the gravity chamber and the simulator, but sometimes it just doesn't compare to a real battle and it is difficult to find generous citizens capable of challenging him. We even requested aid from the mighty Vespasian in hopes that he might take in Model Zero as his disciples and show him the way of the gladiator. Regretably, Vespasian took the letter you wrote for us and tore it to shreads right before our pretty little faces. We may have the technology to enhance the quality of Zero's training, but as mere scientists we know nothing about combat in itself. Zero has nothing to compare himself with, except a cheap simulation," Ivan paused, giving time for them to absorb all the information but not enough so they could reply. After all, Ivan didn't drag them out all the way to the coliseum just to tell them they had a fall out with the big bad gladiator.
"Regardless!" Ivan said with a bright smile, "Although he could be better, Model Zero has improved tremendably. I'd say he's even strong enough to give you a nice little work out." The scientist winked.

Hearing the familiar voice Prometheus looks over, a neutral expression on his face as the trio makes their way across the coliseum floor towards him. His exaggerated apology and the gratuitous gratitude shown by Ivan was nothing new to the alien Lord. So many different individuals worked under him, served him in one way or another, and all of them paid him the respect he deserved or at the very least pretended too. Zex was not a fool; he knew that he was not loved by all on Alpha Prime and beyond so he made sure to take precautions against all. Wrath was his main buffer, the large alien always at his side and more than capable of handling any foe. His other main buffer was that he never truly trusted anyone, except his brother of course.
Ivan’s words disappointed the alien at first, all his gusto in their initial meeting seeming to have been nothing but misleading estimations. It initially seemed that the funding provided to them to enhance Model Zero’s strength and abilities had been a waste. On top of that that oversized lump of muscle, Vespasian, had failed to perform the duty Zex had requested. Prometheus was going to have to pay a visit to the Arena Master to remind him of his duties, but that would come later. Ivan’s next claim had the Lord of Alpha Prime leveling his gaze at him. Such a claim was rather bold considering how much praise Ivan had just given Zex, this robot was on the same level as him after such a short time?
[color=Purple}”Are you claiming that Model Zero’s strength is already equivalent to mine? Clarify your statement Ivan, I did not come here to be subject to your riddles.”[/color] Zex did not enjoy being led around, if Model Zero was as strong as Ivan alluded then that is what the alien wanted to hear from the man. If he thought Zex himself was going to roll around in the dirt with this robot than Ivan’s IQ was not at the level previously assumed.

Ivan smirked. Prometheus's demeanor seemed to have changed as soon as he hinted towards Zero's strength. The doctor locked his hands behind his waist and pressed on his fingers with anxiousness; although Ivan grinned, they were both relatively stressed by the situation. They had spoken about it in their lab before meeting with Zex in the coliseum. Model Zero was in his holding chamber as always, awaiting his orders while they discussed over the monitor watching the android. There was a tense feeling in the air. "I really hope things turn out well..." the doctor commented. They had promised Prometheus Zex a warrior of boundless power, but although that was what the lord wanted, they considered the possibility of what might happen when it becomes a reality. "I agree," Ivan said. "People are beings motivated by pride and vanity. Zex is no different; giving him what he wants can go one of two ways, either he accepts it, or pride takes over and takes us with it."
The scientists were taking a blind leap. They knew the claim was bold, but it was true; if Zex realized his pride could not accept a being other than his brother to possess power greater than his, while living amongst the same planet, then as Murphy's Law would have it, many will go wrong. However, Zex asked Ivan to skip the curves and speak clearly, so he would. "My Lord," Ivan spoke. "During our previous reunion, we reported Model Zero's power-level at 6906. Today, standing before you is an android, who's power-level stands at 53,692. That's an increase of 677%." The scientist grinned, somewhat nervous, "However, he's still a ways to go before he reaches even half of your brother's strength. And may I remind you this has been achieved without Vespasian's aid. Zero has incredible power and potential, but I believe that providing Zero with some kind of mentor will help him control that power more efficiently; perhaps, it might be just what he needs if we intend to harness his untapped ki. You should be very proud, my Lord."
That was the trick, Ivan thought. The scientists feared that the revelation of Zero's prowess might intimidate Prometheus and harm his pride. In return Prometheus would reject them, but if he could make it so that Model Zero becomes an extension of Zex's pride, then it would eliminate the risk of annihilation.

Zex was pleased when Ivan cut to the chase, and impressed when Model Zero’s current power was revealed. Well, he would be impressed if the statement proved to be true. Unable to read the androids signature like he could of Ivan and the Doctor, Prometheus was at the mercy of their word. He saw no reason for the duo to lie to him, especially if they expected Zex himself to test out the androids strength, but the alien Lord was never trusting. For a moment he debating sending word for a scouter so that he might read the androids signature to verify the statement, but another idea quickly replaces that one. Smiling some he looks to Ivan, the android and then back to Ivan, he knew how to test if the man’s words were true.
”That is very impressive if it is the truth Ivan, yet I am unable to read his signature to verify your claim. Fear not though for I have come up with a solution that will both clarify the machines power and be the first step in providing Model Zero with a “mentor” as you put it. Model Zero, come forward.” The last part was a direct order to the android; it was supposedly his to command even if Zex never planned to bet on that fully. The machine spent far too much time out of his sight to be fully trusted, but that did not mean it didn’t have its uses. Waiting for the android to move in front of Ivan and the Doctor, Prometheus would then look over his shoulder at his hulking brother.
”Wrath I am sure you are as anxious to test this claim as I am, but I feel you would be an unfair opponent due to the vast difference in power between you two. Please suppress your own power down to an even 50,000, and then see what Model Zero is capable of when given an opponent equivalent to his own power level.” Without a word Wrath would comply with his brother’s request as he began to suppress his own power signature, reducing it to a level the android might be able to handle. Ki suppression was not a technique that all possessed and even fewer still had such control over it. The two brothers had learned to control it on their home planet, stealth needed on occasion during their rise to power since it most cases it was hard for Wrath to walk around without being noticed by any that possessed the slightest ability to track a signature.
Stepping in front of Zex, the alien Lord backing away some, Wrath levels a toothy grin at the trio before him before his eyes come to rest on the android should it have followed Zex’s command as anticipated. The two had squared off against each other before, but the “match” had been rather short. Today the spar between them would showcase not just raw power, but technique.

Man walked forward the moment he was addressed by Prometheus. They were surprised -not really- to discover that Model Zero would be facing off against Wrath once again; however, things were different this time. Before, it was only a test to verify whether Zero would follow Zex's orders no matter how absurd they were. The match in itself only lasted for approximately three moves. This time around, they would be fighting on equal footing. Zero could actually harm Wrath, and the thought of seeing Zex's brother wounded was almost surreal. Man's built-in scouter began to beep within his head and flash as he observed Wrath's immense power-level become suppressed to 50,000 just as Prometheus had said. Ki Suppression, he thought, taking notes of the abilities they were capable of. He could only assume Zex could do the same, which brought into question whether he was doing so now, leading the world to believe a false digit. Notwithstanding, there was no reason why he should. Together they were perhaps the strongest duo in the universe. To whom would he want to deceive and for what purpose? The android watched as the alien approached him. Ivan and the Doctor offered a somewhat nervous grin of approval to Wrath as he glanced at them, bowed before Zex and turned away. "We'll watch from the seating area!" they said, scurrying away like frightened little forest animals before a great storm.
Man's eyes locked with Wrath's. His eyes were unrelenting and cold, black like pools of coal. They say androids cannot not feel emotion, but regardless, there was this warm sensation encompassing the inner chassis of his chest. Every breath became denser, and that fleeting moment in which they stared at each other seemed eternal. Wrath's expression was different. He appeared wild. It was almost as if he would devour the android at the ring of the bell and suck his circuits out through a straw. But there was no reason to doubt, Zero thought. The emerald jewel on his forehead began to resonate with his pupils and emit a surprisingly but ephemeral teal glow before returning to its natural pit-black color. Wrath and Zex probably wouldn't have made the connection, for in that split second with the golden hair and teal eyes, Zero's mechanisms revealed a secret he himself did not know. Only Ivan and The Doctor knew -but not really. Now, Model Zero was standing at equal grounds with his override state in action.
The android considered what he already knew about the alien and what he had revealed during their last encounter. Wrath was much faster than he appeared to be for such a large size and his claws were as sharp as Man's blade. That was all... On the other hand, Zero had already revealed his dash ability, the saber, and his pistol. Lucky for him, he had several tricks up his sleeve -literally! Regardless, it was yet not the time to reveal his new techniques, Zero would commence the battle similarly to before. The android dashed forward with a preemptive strike from his buzzing saber, just in case Wrath approached him the moment he moved. The alien may be agile, but at a power-level of 50,000 -with Zero's slim body, he was faster. The scarlet light that trailed Zero might have confused Wrath into believing the android would sneak behind him like before. However, that was not the case as Zero stopped directly below the alien and thrust his saber diagonally across.

Eyeing the scientists as they bow to his brother Wrath snorted some before looking back to the android. He appeared the same as he had the first time they met, small and unimpressive. Their short scuffle before had taught him a little about how the machine operated, the enhanced speed and his strange combination of weapons. Wrath himself have never been fond of using anything beyond his own person for combat, the concept of yielding both a gun and a blade not appealing to him. Flexing his finger, sharp claws scraping against each other the alien makes no move towards his opponent before the android bursts into action. Just like their first encounter Zero rushes right towards, him his strange dashing ability quite impressive considering it had been enough to get him around the creature’s large frame last time. Wrath was ready this time, starting to turn so that his clawed mitt would intercept the android when he made his way to the other side of his position.
It turned out the android was not as predictable as most machines Wrath had experience with, his programming much more complex than any sort of servant level robot. Having only started to turn when the android lunges in, Wrath was open as the blade slashing across his torso. At an even level with Model Zero the alien was not as fast as he normally was, the saber slicing through the aliens thick hide. He thrust his hips back to lessen the damage, the tip of the blade only biting an inch or two into the thick muscle over his abdomen and chest. Hissing more with aggravation than pain Wrath attempts to use the androids proximity to his advantage.
While Zero was faster, his smaller frame allowing him shorter and quicker movements, Wrath was able to pack a little more power into his strikes, his mass a factor. His right hand slashes across at the android, not having far to travel with his sharp claws leading the way. His target, the machines shoulder. Zero may have been made of mostly inorganic material, but those otherworldly claws could rend his armor just like flesh. The blow might land although that wasn’t its true objective; it was aimed more at forcing the android to distance himself from the large alien. If successful with forcing Zero to back away Wrath himself would move in the opposite direction, putting a little distance between them. Having falling for the androids trick he wanted several seconds.
If given the time, Zero presumably plotting his next move the beast would straighten up some. Model Zero’s keen eyes able to notice he makes no immediate move to come towards him as he instead forces Ki towards his abdomen. No energy was leaving his body, it was instead speeding along his regenerative qualities, the shallow slash on his body starting to heal over, much like a Namekien, only that Wrath was focusing solely on healing the cut. It was not needed, but more to make a statement, to show off one of the monsters strongest abilities.

Man's plan was successful. The android presumed Wrath would turn around thinking Zero was repeating the same tactics from before; by the time he realized it was a false alarm, Man's blade had already flashed across his chest. For the first time, they knew what Wrath's blood looked like. Suddenly, although he lowered his strength to match Zero's, the beast didn't seem so invincible. He was a mortal like any other, subject to injury and pain. A split second later, Wrath retaliated and slashed his sharp claws at Man. The android's perceptive eyes locked and peered at them as it came. He brought his saber back up, arched overhead and ducked right below Warth's claw. His fangs clashed against the energy blade, pushing him back against the stone floor. Man saved all but a few strands of brown hair which now floated down slowly in his wake as he promptly jumped back and retreated.
The fight had just begun. There was no need to get reckless. Injuring Wrath in the first move was more than great, but it was wiser to just hold back and analyze him. If Zero allowed Wrath to get a grip on him, the game was over. "Outstanding!" Ivan exclaimed, "good work Zero!" The scientist clung to the rails of the observing area, sitting at the end of his seat with enthusiasm. The battle had just begun and they were already thrilled by the quick-action display. All their movements were so sharp and keen, even The Doctor had a grin too wide for his face.
Zero's scouter began beeping, indicating fluctuations in his opponents ki. Wrath had kept his distance, standing idly by at the other end of the ring. It seemed odd to the android -and with reason, for Wrath had revealed a technique which would prove troublesome. Tsk! Man shouldn't have been surprised. Managing to harm someone like Wrath appeared to be way too easy. Evidently, the creature was just out habit since he barely needed to dodge. Having such an immense power-level, few -if any- could injury him while in full power, and even then he could just regenerate himself. The wound Zero inflicted was so shallow it didn't take long before it vanished, as if nothing ever happened. The android would have to tackle Wrath continuously with rapid and successive movements. He could not stop moving for it would risk himself getting hurt and Wrath erasing all of his attempts by simply focusing. Man would have to keep Wrath on his toes, and he knew exactly how to do it.
Man un-clipped his pistol with his left hand and aimed the barrel at Wrath's chest in a single and swift motion. Pulling the trigger, with little time to think, a single bullet-sized sphere of compressed energy would slice through the wind, threatening to pierce straight through the beast's thick hide. Zero moved after it in pursuit. Either Wrath would fail to move in time and become stricken by his energy bullet or he would dodge right into Zero's domain as he dashed for another thrust of his blade.

Taking a moment Wrath felt the shallow wound on his torso quickly knitting back together as seconds later the only indication that he had been cut was a thin line of dark blood. He was going to have to be more cautious with his power so limited. It appeared that Ivan's statement was true as the android was matching his current level of power. Wrath took confidence in the fact he could simply release his full strength at any moment, should a perilous situation present itself, but barring that he would test the android. Shifting his weight the alien was about to go on the offensive when the machine leveled his pistol, releasing a blast that promised to strike Wrath at chest level.
Instead of dodging to the side Wrath drops to all fours, large talons driving into the collisuem floor as he does. Having seen the android burst into action in the wake of his blast Wrath figured he was coming in close again, that saber only affective within arms reach. On all fours his 8'5 frame dropped to just below 4 feet enabling Zero's blast to pass safely over his shoulders. Gripping the ground with his powerful hands as his feet brace slightly farther back, the creatures fanged mouth opens wide. In similar fashion the Saiyan Oozaru ki erupts from his maw, the black blast of ki rocket towards the oncoming Model Zero. The speed of his oncoming opponent and the suddeness of his attack would make it difficult to avoid completely.
Should the blast hit as intended and shove the smaller fighter away Wrath would quickly follow. With his foe presumably needing an instant to recover from the hit the large alien would descend upon him, his sharp claws slashing furiously at the android. The three watching had seen how easily Man's saber had cut through Wrath's hide and now they would see even the androids metal armor was no match for the aliens sharp claws.
Off to the side Prometheus observed much like Ivan and the Doctor did. Considering how pathetic this android had been a short time ago it was impressive to see him going toe to toe with his brother, even if it was a weakened version of his true self. The original claim had been unlimited potential, something of an exaggeration no doubt, but perhaps there was some potential in this creation after all. Arms tucked neatly behind the small of his back Zex planned to enjoy the show, but most of all learn from it.

Missed. Ivan, whom had been cheering for Zero so passionately, was forced to take a seat after witnessing Wrath drop to his fours. There was something ominously unpleasant about the scene which brought shivers down his spine. The scientist grimaced; some things were never meant to be seen. The Doctor, on the other hand, was just as enthusiastic as his colleague, but he proved to be better at hiding it. The reptile, unaware of his actions, would wag his tail from side to side. Every turn, every move and every blow his body felt as it jerked with each motion as if he were right there with Model Zero. Perhaps this should have been a division during the Intergalactic Tournament, he thought. Obviously, Zero was not prepared back then, but only if the world could have witnessed a battle so engaging as this one.
The android sprint across the stadium with tremendous speed, but it was still not enough to overwhelm the four-legged beast as it ducked below his energy bullet and unleashed a surprise attack from the depths of its putrid maw. Almost as fast as his pistol, Wrath looked up, opened his mouth and shot a devastating beam of energy. Unfortunately, with the speed of the android's displacement, and the close-proximity of the beam he would not have enough time to veer right past the attack unscathed. Zero braced himself, anchoring his feet against the tiled floor with all his might. The android brings his arms crossed over his face and bends forward to meet the blast head on. Wrath's attack detonates upon impact and casts a thin cloud of smoke. Under normal circumstances, an attack like that would have completely destroyed Model Zero and erased him off the face of Alpha Prime; however, he and Wrath were fighting under equal grounds. The scientists would prove the sophistication of their technology today by demonstrating Zero's endurance. He was definitely injured, but the most visible damage was probably the chipped edges of his armor and steam rise from the seams. Ordinarily, a fighter would have to take time to recover from a blow like that, but one of the perks of being an android meant he did not feel pain the way mortals did. He couldn't. In that sense he was a monster in itself -A little one.
Shortly after, Wrath lunged towards Model Zero, causing the clouds to dissipate at his arrival. The android peered overhead, eyeing the honed claws which were much too close for comfort. It was then that the jewel on Zero's forehead began to glow once again and summoned a barrier expanding from its core. The energy shield broadened up to five feet around its user. The ground corroded and shattered under its pressure. Wrath's claws wailed against the shield, grazing it frantically with anguish towards the android. It was as if it were talking to Zero, telling the android that is wished to tear him to shreds. Not even the android's casket was cold enough to wash off the threat. He could actually feel the danger, his scouter was just confirming it. Immediately after deflecting Wrath's claw strike, Zero's shield vanished. The android promptly arched the tip of his saber and lunged forward with the intention of piercing through the beasts bowels.

Wrath would grin as the android stood his ground, taking the blast full on. At least the machine wasn’t a coward; then again did it even know what it was to be a coward? Perhaps it was wrong to considering the android a brave fighter who was confident in his abilities, he had most likely just calculated the best possible way in which to handle the attack. Actually, it might have been even simpler than that if Model Zero had no option but to take the blast. Regardless if the android was tough or simply left with no options Wrath’s attack had hit. Already having launched himself at his foe the alien descends upon him with his claws slashing away, but they never reach the steaming body of the android. Instead they clash against the sudden barrier that had erupted from him. Growling some in frustration the hulking creature sent in several more blows before realizing the futility of his attacks against the barrier.
Ceasing his assault, planning on changing up his tactic, Zero was able to strike back first. In came that cursed saber again, the weapon lancing out towards Wrath’s muscled abdomen. Knowing the sting of that blade he had no intention of letting it dig into his flesh a second time. Twisting to the side the blade would slide inches past his core, not putting him completely out of harm’s way in the immediate future, but dodging the initial strike. Well aware that all the android had to do was halt the forward momentum of his attack and shift it to the side Wrath did not plan to let that happen. His right arm would come down in an attempt to backhand the android away, his meaty hand aiming for the machine’s shoulder.
If the blow was to connect it would hopefully send Zero stumbling away, maybe even lift him from his feet. Wrath was still getting used to his limited power level as he was not familiar with fighting someone on par like this, but he was learning. The uncertainty behind how Zero might handle the backhand caused him to continue his assault, wanting to stay on top of the android. If Model Zero was staggered Wrath would turn on him, again sending in a flurry of clawed strikes at him. Still conscious of that glowing saber the alien channels Ki down to his clawed fingers, reinforcing them so that they could withstand his blade if they were to meet each other in combat.

Lunging forward, Zex's beast of a brother twists to the side of the blade. Zero thought he finally had him. For a second, there was a twinkle in his black-coal eyes, but it didn't last long. The perceptive Wrath had already anticipated his moves and backhanded Zero to the shoulder before he even had the time to shift the axis of his blade. Wrath rocks the android's entire body. The raw mass of strength directed towards his shoulder lifts his feet off the stadium's floor as he learns to fly. His body seemingly drags for all eternity, threatening to ram him against the outer walls of the arena. All the same, Model Zero was not about to give in. Raising his saber overhead for momentum, he thrusts downward, striking the tiled floors and implanting his sword into the ground. His body slid back several feet more while his sword produced the friction necessary to stop himself crashing into something. His sword had dug a straight ragged line, carved into the ground from where he had struck to where he had stopped.
Just moments after standing from his knee and pulling his saber out of the rubble, Wrath was upon him for more. Zero appraises him, the beast was very fast and perceptive. He thought he might have -at least- grazed Wrath's skin, but the beast was completely unharmed. Bracing himself, Zero grips the handle of his saber for assurance and swings his blade to intercept Wrath's razor-sharp claws. Ching! Both ends clash with an acute and shrill cry, as if they were wielding metallic blades. Model Zero grunts to the impressive force behind Wrath's jaw-wrenching power. Just keeping his footing was a challenge when he had to endure the strength of a creature that could launch him into orbit around Alpha Prime for the rest of his artificial life. The two stood in a one place, trading thrusts and crippling blows at lightning speed, impossible to follow with the untrained eye. Ivan and The Doctor gawk with jaws dropped to the floor. They could not see very clearly, but what they could was stupefying.
The android's disadvantage in this scene is that he can not disarm his enemy no matter how witty he may be. The claws were attached to Wrath and the only way to remove them was by slicing off his fingers. Then again, depending on how deep Wrath's regenerative abilities go, maybe that wasn't such a bad idea. He wasn't going to risk it though. For the time being, the only thing Model Zero had to worry about was not getting sliced into pieces while he fends off the flurry of claw strikes aimed at him without remorse. This was a true test of skill and prowess, a demonstration of the android's growth in the coming months and a preview to his projected growth in the near future. However, they couldn't have known that Zero was taking notes as well. The information he learned from Wrath was very valuable. It was unfortunate that Zex would yet again avoid facing Zero himself, but what did that speak of the Lord? Was he afraid? Could it be that, despite his great power, the reason Wrath was always nearby is because Prometheus didn't know how to fight? Or perhaps he was so sophisticated, he couldn't have anyone see him getting his hands dirty with a machine. It truly was a silly notion if one thought about it.
Wrath's technique was flawless and kept Zero on his toes. The strength behind his attacks were immense and the speed matched the android's to perfection. Nonetheless, Zero decided to test his footwork and perhaps achieve an advantage. Still slashing away, deflecting Wrath's attacks, the android steps around an imaginary circle; attempting to make his way around the opponent. Unless Wrath stepped the other way to maintain his relationship with Zero, then his back would become exposed to the android's sword as he thrusts.

What could only be taken as a chuckle came from Wrath as Model Zero’s smaller body was launched through the air. Even this close in power the giant alien still packed more raw strength behind his blows, the size difference becoming quite evident each time the two drew near. Prometheus was watching in silence, his jaw in place unlike the gawking scientists. Zex was a perceptive creature, even more so then his combat hardened brother as the pair’s movements were easy for him to follow. For the most part his eyes remained on Zero, watching his movements and analyzing exactly how the android fought. The skilled way in which he wielded his blade was unexpected considering how relatively “young” the android was, matching Wrath for the most part. His brother had been alive for far longer than this machine had been active, years of experience in the battlefield when the pair had risen to power, many having still challenged them afterwards. One hand gently stroking his chin he too was taking notes.
Clawed hands struck out at Model Zero over and over, the sharp extensions meeting the saber with equal force. The one advantage the smaller fighter did have was the ability to move his short appendages quicker, Wrath’s longer legs and arms not quite as nimble as the perfectly proportionate machines. With another deflected strike of his claws Wrath swung inward again, but the machine preformed a quick sidestep, edging his way around the larger fighter and to his rear. Growling some at the unexpected maneuver Wrath began to turn, but there was no way he could pivot his body in time so that he might being his claws up to defect that troublesome saber. Instead he does the next best thing, swinging his actual arm back as he twists, the saber sinking into his thick forearm instead of his back. The blade was long enough to drive cleanly through, the wound causing the alien to let out a howl.
Even with the pain and burning in his arm the strongest being on Alpha Prime was not so distraught he forgot the combat he was currently engaged in. There was one advantage of having the blade stuck through his arm for the moment, exactly that, it was through his arm. Muscles in his shoulder tensing the alien jerks upwards, looking to bring his wound arm up high with the saber still lanced through it. By extension the movement would also yank the small android up into the air, his abdomen up at the giant’s chest level. Momentarily suspended in front of Wrath, Model Zero was quite open; his quick feet dangling a foot or so off the ground. At that time the beasts other hand lunges forward, claws pressed together at the points to form almost a pyramid type shape, the concentrated points aimed right for the stomach of the machine. This was a training exercise, but Wrath had no qualms about disemboweling the creature…or at the least de-wiring him.

The android sneaked behind the beast with a side-step. Apparently, Wrath had not expected such a tactic and was unprepared to properly counter Zero's attack. Zero shoved his sword forward in an attempt to pierce his back, but instead Wrath twists and intercepts with his arm. The saber went cleanly through and Wrath's dark blood was revealed for the second time in this battle and plentiful. The gore gushed out and dripped to the floor. Ivan's eyes were about to pop out of their sockets. In their inexperienced eyes, they believed Model Zero had won the battle -but the truth was, they hadn't even begun. Man was not surprised that Wrath would resolve to such gruesome tactics. Not just because he can't feel surprised or doesn't know how to, but because he learned of the beast's regenerative capabilities. It fitted his character so well, playing the brutal berserker up to the bitter end. However, the android did not plan on giving him time to recover from that one, at-least not until he got a few more slashes in there. Regardless, it did not end there; as Zero pulled on his blade, he realized it's futility immediately as the monster's muscles tensed, keeping his saber embedded in his arm like it was a normal thing to do. It was incredible how packed Wrath was with all his raw muscle and strength, to be able to hold custody over the android's sword just by flexing his arm.
Then, to even further demonstrate just how ruthlessly inhumane he was, he proceeded into lifting the android from his feet by simply raising his arm into the air. Emphasizing that his arm was impaled by Zero's sword and now it was stuck on his arm. The android hung under his arm like a little lemur. With his feet off the ground, he was wide open and defenseless, unable to use his agility. However, he was not doomed. Wrath closed his claws into a cone. Man already knew what was coming, thankfully, his hands were free to move as he wished; as the hulking beast attempted to shove his claws into the android's abdomen and gut him like a wild animal, Zero quickly pulled onto the handle of his blade and shifted his body to the right. He managed to evade the blow by a strand of hair. Immediately after, swing forward, releasing his energy blade and clasping onto Wrath's face. After a while, his saber would deactivate because Ivan had set it so it could only function when in Model Zero's hands. In this way, nobody could use the blade against him, but in this specific circumstance, it helped in releasing it from Wrath's grip. Meanwhile, assuming he was successful in his leap, the android hung over Wrath's neck and stared into his pitch-black eyes.
In that moment, the android's gem began to radiate a teal light and Wrath would feel his energy escape him. Model Zero was using his new Energy Absorption technique to suck out the ki from his opponent's very breath. There were a number of things Zero could have done, but this was the only chance he had to perform this particular technique. He might not have another golden opportunity in which they were in such close proximity that he could actually seep the energy out of the hulking beast. Zero himself had no idea what it might have felt to feel as though life itself was being drained from your veins, but he had a reasonable idea of what it might be. This technique was difficult to do as it required very demanding situations. Zero needed to be within grabbing distance of his opponent, and he needed to be completely still. It didn't matter how much Wrath might move as long as he was still clinging on his neck, and the more energy he used the faster he would become tired as it was all being fed to Zero through the gem on his forehead. However, although this technique was extremely potent when pulled off, it required the android to put itself in a position where he is wide open to attacks.

Impressive.
That was the first word Zex would have chosen to describe the android so far if anyone had asked him. This machine had actually managed to wound his brother twice now, both times with that nasty little saber of his. While the initial time had been a superficial slash across his brother’s abdomen it was still quite a feat considering the last time the hulking alien had been wounded was by Zex’s recollection…several decades ago. Wrath’s superb regenerative trait had quickly seen to the shallow would, but even if Model Zero had failed to land another blow throughout the entire match he had done well. The second time dark blood ran from his brother’s flesh was far more serious, a hole left in the alien’s arm as the blade deactivates itself. Watching the handle drop to the tiled floor Prometheus made note of its sudden deactivation, his eyes following the weapon as it clatters to the ground before turning back to the pair as Zero attached himself to Wrath’s face. Enjoying the show the Lord of Alpha Prime continued to observe from afar, hands gently clasped behind his back
The clawed hand of Wrath had missed the machine’s torso by a hair’s breadth as Zero managed to twist aside. Quite disappointed in his inability to shred the smaller fighter’s body with that attack Wrath lets out a howl, almost bestial in its pitch and tone. Many that laid eyes upon his huge form thought him to resemble a wild animal more than a sentient creature…how far off were they? The android for his part leaps onto his foes face, clutching it as their dark eyes meet. For an instant it seemed as if the machine was attempting to go for some sort of choke hold against his larger opponent, something that would have no doubt ended in failure. What he was going for was something far more sinister. As his hands clutched the creatures head the crystals embedded in them began to draw the very Ki that sustained Wrath into them, literally sucking the energy from his body. It was a strange sensation and a dangerous tactic, but one that could prove to be devastating as it weakened the one it was used against, sapping their will to fight. The daring move worked perfectly, except for one small flaw in the androids plan.
Wrath had limited his power to match that of Model Zero, but that did not mean all of that extra power had disappeared. His true power was nearly suppressed below the veil of his current strength. The obnoxious crystals on his hands were indeed draining energy from Wrath, but there was a near endless pool of it stored within him to replace it. As Zero looked into the aliens own eyes he might not see the toothy grin that formed on the beasts face. That vicious grin was the only warning that would be sent before Wrath’s mouth opened much like it had before, a black blast of Ki erupting from his maw. Clutching the large creatures head, so close to his face, there was little chance that the android would be spared from the wrath of that blast.
Smirking off to the side Prometheus could think of another word to describe the Model Zero.
Outmatched.
