“MOTHER!!!” The scream left his voice before he knew what was happening. Aer Nin had made her mark on the Queen and had thrown the blast she was charging right in her direction. Natisha was still in shock from everything that had occurred, and was flying in the wrong direction. His mother then had been blasted from the sky with more force than her small body could take. The prince watched with eyes filled with horror as his mother, the woman who had birthed him, fell from the sky like a thrown rag-doll. She skidded along the ground to horrific effect and then slowly came to a stop as her body wrapped around a metal beam. It was a terrifying scene for her child to watch.
He wanted to rush over to her, wanted to make sure she was okay. His every fiber screamed at him to abandon the charging of his attack and check on her. But he didn’t. Hattori’s were tough, and he could sense that his mother still lived. The first and most important thing for the safety of all life on New Vegeta was taking out this Cardinal bitch. If the Hattori children failed, there would be no one left powerful enough to stop her. And so despite the feeling inside him, his feet remained planted where they were.
Ninjin watched as his sister and the bitch fought, though from where he was he wouldn’t be able to get in a good shot. So he would bide his time. His anger and frustration, his very blood sweat and tears were pouring themselves into the ball of ki and blood that formed in his hands. It was growing larger and more powerful by the moment. It would be strong enough to kill the cardinal of the church of one, he would just have to make sure it hit her, and not Akassa.
One thing was for certain. He was going to kill this woman. For what she did to his father, for what she did to his mother, for what she did to New Vegeta.

Determination. It was a trait that many envied in Aer Nin. This went beyond the Universal Church of One as it included those that she would run into on her travels. Once she west her mind on something she was resilient and ever defiant until she was able to achieve that goal. She was often described as pig headed, stubborn and the worst person to offend as she never let anything go. Aer Nin would exact revenge on the person that had wronged her, no matter how long it took. *** The attack had gone exactly as Aer Nin had planned for. The Half Saiyan mutt thought she would be smart and hold onto the Cardinal as she Zanzokened into the ground of the ruined throne room. She never intended on letting the mutt go. She was going to ride the strike all the way down in order to make sure this little bitch paid for cutting her face. She was going to pay just as her step mother had, her father had, and her brother would. She was done playing around. They had worn out her patience, they had and would die. The only problem that the Cardinal currently faced was that the cowardly prick of a prince was off in the distance charging up a blast. She could sense it and she had seen it as he head came up from the crash. It was not hard to see as the bright light from the energy was apparent even from a distance, the size of it she could not determine but she preferred that he would suffer for even thinking about charging up a blast. However she was not entirely sure on how to deal with the problem as no matter what she did the half breed would be on her back the entire time. It was this spacing out that caused her to lose focus on what was going on. The half breed underneath her had formed some kind of ki gauntlet with sharpened fingers. Her hand suddenly shot forward with the intent of driving it deep into her chest, which was simply not acceptable. Aer Nin swayed to the side however she was not fast enough as the ki gauntlet tore past her ribs leaving a rather modest sized gash on her side. Blood quickly began to seep out of it and could prove to be an annoyance if the fight carried on for too long but Aer Nin had a trick up her sleeve if something like that became a problem. “Pathetic heretic…” Aer Nin hissed. “Are you truly willing to throw your life away when your brother refuses to help you? Even now he leaves you to die.” Aer Nin stated with vitriol in her voice. With those words she would throw punch after punch at the half breed’s head. It would go on for a short period of time before she quickly rolled off her chest, grabbed at her hair and attempted to throw her towards her brother. If she did end up being thrown Aer Nin would just charge forward towards Ninjin. If Akassa was indeed thrown then she wait for the half breed to descend a bit and then charge forward tackling her out of the air and then charging towards Ninjin before Zanzokening to speed up the tackle. If Akassa never descended Aer Nin would charge towards the prick of a prince at top speed before zanzokening at the last minute. Once she was point blank with the prince she would use her burning hand technique to firmly plant it in his face. She would burn off the prick’s face and then use his carcass as a trophy for the Warlock and her mentor. If the fool was dumb enough to let off the blast at this range he would injure not only Aer Nin, but himself and possibly even Akassa if events worked accordingly.

Holding the elf in place with one hand Akassa knew she would not be able to dodge her gauntlet completely. Her left handed grip did allow the woman to shift some, the wench leaning to the side just enough to avoid a direct hit. Sharp claws scrap down Aer Nin’s side, leaving four red lines as they went. The clothing the female wore was apparently no form of armor as the talons cut through it as easy as they cut her flesh. It was only a glancing blow and one that was far from fatal, but Akassa had learned from it. In the past she had met fighters that had protective techniques enabled to better protect their bodies when from afar they didn’t look to have any protection at all. This woman spat out words about her God and faith, yet they did not seem to be protecting her.
”You know nothing of him. Prince Ninjin has no need to soil his hands by touching you…I will take care of you myself.” The Princess meant every word of it. Focused on her opponent she was not sure where Ninjin was, not yet aware he was charging a blast to try and aid her once an opening presented itself. Akassa held nothing but respect for her brother, even more so after the events that had taken place on Alpha Prime. By blood and by act he was worthy of his station, worthy of the respect of all those that met him. This woman claimed to worship a Faith that gave her and her fellow followers strength and like all Gods provided them with guidance. If that was true then why had this Faith sent her to this Moon, to her death? Akassa wanted to ask the question, but at the moment was busy trying to deal with the blows being rained down on her.
Being pinned under the woman left her in a bad spot while the Cardinal was in the perfect position to strike down at her. Letting go with her non-gauntlet covered arm she attempts to put it between herself and the punches coming down at her. With only one arm in the way the Princess is only able to block the first several strikes, but then they start to get past her guard. With the back of her head against the ground each blow would hit all the harder, beating the Princess a little farther into the ground. Groaning and slightly dazed, her defending arm starts to sag some. When the woman decides to roll off of her, quickly grabbing her hair Akassa was bleeding a little from her nose and a split lip, but far from serious injured. Momentarily stunned she lets out another groan as her thick hair is used to toss her through the air.
Tumbling through the air Akassa catches a glimpse of Ninjin as she sails towards him, recognizing the technique he had charging in front of him. Seeing the blips on her scouter reveal the amount of power he had gathered her eyes widen some. With her head still pounding, tasting more of her own blood she does the simplest thing she can to not slam into him. Activating her bukujutsu she lifts up, but does not halt her forward momentum. The combination would being her up and over Ninjin, as the Princess moves past him momentarily pulling herself away from combat. Of course she had no idea that Aer Nin had come after her, the Princess thinking she stood back from where they had driven into the ground.
Having sparred with Ninjin on multiple occasions, one session not too long ago the two knew how the other fought. Of course that didn’t mean they could fight in tandem with perfect fluidity, but she had a pretty solid idea of what he intended. Aer Nin had tried to say Ninjin had left her to die, but Ninjin knew exactly what he was doing. The only reason he had not helped her up until this point was because he was waiting for her to get out of the way. From the reading she had seen on her scouter his power signature was just over 216,000. Akassa felt, if all went well then her brother could very well end this fight right here and now.
Never one to place all her bets on one outcome she would start to lift up farther into the air as she gathers her thoughts. No matter the outcome of Ninjin’s attack she planned to be ready to fight, lifting up high enough to bump against the roof of the throne room…if it had still been there. Gauntlet still on her right arm the Princess lets her eyes dip down, taking a couple of seconds to recover from the short pummeling she had taken on the ground, but more than ready to rush to Ninjins side should he need her.

Nasu felt the explosion before he saw it. Seconds later the space port erupted into a wave of fire and screams. Nasu was shocked who would be stupid enough to risk the King’s wrath so openly. It only took a moment for his first reaction to be proven right as even across town he felt the familiar power surge of their King and his father Tsyuo. But something wasn’t right Nasu knew his father was stronger than this and for some reason his power level was going down? Not only that but a second power level was rising quickly from the palace. He had met all of his family by this point so he knew it wasn’t one of the Hattori children. No one would be stupid enough to confront the King directly. Even Nasu with all his rage towards his father wouldn’t dream of doing something that...stupid. He kept repeating that word over and over but damn if it wasn’t the only word that fit. Nasu started flying towards the palace he had to get a better idea of what was going on. And WHY was his father’s power level still dropping, this made no sense!
Minutes pass before. Yes, finally something Nasu can make sense of, he can feel Akassa and Ninjin power up inside the palace. Someone really must have been foolish enough to attack the Hattori family head on, and from the looks of it they took out Tsyuo. A wave of rage roll over Nasu, how could it be, he’d spent his whole life working towards this and now someone stole it from him! Even then vengeance would be robbed from him his brother and his sister where two of the strongest fighters on the planet, no one could stand up to both of them. He waited extending his senses content for the moment to let his family take vengeance for him. Even outside the palace he could hear explosions coming from within, it must have been a terrible battle going on inside as guards run around the compound in desperation.
Finally after what felt like forever the roof to the royal palace caved in on itself. Nasu was trying so hard to hear and sense everything he could the deafening sound nearly gave him a stroke. Seconds later he saw his brother flying out of the now destroyed roof of the palace carrying something. Senses extended still he could feel it. It was his father and his power level was still fading.
Nasu didn’t stop to think, he took to the air following Ninjin inside the palace compound walls, luckily for Nasu, Ninjin seemed too preoccupied to notice him at all. And then something else entirely unexpected happened. Ninjin deposited their father down in front of two ordinary guards and flew off to join the fight again leaving Nasu with a serious decision to make. His father the source of all of his rage lay in front of him wounded, weak and seemingly unable to defend himself. Nasu reached out his senses and the two guards protecting him both seemed beatable, it would be tough but he could do it. Did he dare risk it? Would he ever get another chance like this?
Decision made Nasu walked up to the two guards hands in the air. “Hello gentlemen, will you please step away from the king. Tsyuo and I need to have a few words that are long overdue.”
He felt the guards panic but they put up a good front. “Who are you? What are you doing here? What do you want with the King?”
“Like I said I just want to talk.” Nasu knew now was the best chance he was going to get. He flared his power as much as he could kicking up a storm of dust obscuring everyone. His senses out he reached behind the weaker of the two guards with his psychokenesis he picked up one of the larger rocks that fallen from the palace, and yanked it at the guards back. Still sensing he could feel the guard panic when hit and turn around. As the guard was turning away from him Nasu flew forward and punched him as hard as he could right in the temple. He felt the guard collapse under him.
Perfect one down. But the other guard wouldn’t be so easy to fool. He had to end this fight quickly still not knowing when his family would be back to check on the king or if more guards were coming. Above he could still feel the fierce battle raging from the palace.
While distracted the other guard took the opportunity to hit him the stomach. Sending him flying back winded. Nasu knew he had to end this fight almost immediately so he went to his secret weapon. He reached inside pulling on his inner-strength. He then reached out again with his psychokenesis this time grabbing the unconscious guard and throwing him at his partner.
The guard shocked to see his friend come flying at him flinched and that was all it took. Nasu was on him before he could recover punching his face and stomach, mercilessly beating him. He felt bones break and the guard pass out from the pain. He hoped he was ok, Nasu hadn’t intended to kill him but he needed the fight to be quick as possible to get to his father.
Looking up at the broken king for the first time a smile played over his face. Nasu started walking towards the old man. “Hello Tsyuo,” he said layering as much contempt in his voice as he possibly could. “My name is Nasu Nun.” he felt his father’s falling power level flicker. Good he could still hear and he recognized his son’s name. Today was getting better and better. Nasu was grinning from ear to ear now. “It’s been a long time father, but it’s about time we had a little chat.”

There was so much anger within Ninjin Hattori it was hard to pinpoint just who exactly it was he was angry at. Well for starters it was definitely the Universal Church of One. All of the problems in Ninjin’s life could be traced back to that particular organization. They had beaten him, tortured him, targeted his family and his friends, hell one of Kuda’s minions had even killed him momentarily, but he never thought they would go so far as to wage war against the entire Saiyan race.
The palace lay in shambles all around him. Not the whole thing, but the very heart of the castle that had stood for so long on New Vegeta, the throne room. The king’s chair had been destroyed. The king himself had been poisoned. His mother had been brutally beaten. The anger that was within him was all that Ninjin currently was. In his blinding rage that he lost himself in, thoughts of self-preservation, thoughts of anything other than punishing Aer Nin, punishing the entire church were gone. The orb of blood and ki that was charging within his hands was going to put an end to her, and then he would wage an unholy war against the church.
It did not matter who they were. The members of the church would die, just as his people had all around him. He had never felt such a strong feeling of hatred or anger in his entire life, even back when he hated Akassa it had never reached so high a level. No this was a new kind of loathing, one that blackened his soul.
Somewhere off in the distance he felt an energy signature that he hadn’t felt in years spike. Nasu. What in the world was that boy doing here? It mattered not at the current moment. He had other things to deal with, but once this was over he would perhaps investigate, if there was time. It would be his duty to fill in for the king if the worst happened… if the worst happened he wouldn’t just be filling in for the king… he would be the king… and his first act would be to declare total war against the church.
Akassa’s claws raked the woman on the side and drew blood, and Ninjin rejoiced inside. They had proven that the bitch could be hurt, and if she bled that meant she could die. She would die. The woman then began raining blows down upon his sister as she lay beneath her. It was a bad spot for a fighter to be in, but Akassa was tough. After the brutal rain of fists the woman rolled off of Akassa and tangled her hands within her hair, with a surprising amount of strength the woman threw his sister right towards him. This was the second time something like this had happened in the battle, and so Ninjin was ready.
He knew exactly how his sister was going to react, same as she had done the first time. Using her bukujutsu she had given her self the little lift that was necessary to sail over him. It was the first time Ninjin had had a clear shot at the woman since the fight began, and the orb within his hands was more than powerful enough to do the job. Just as his sister passed over him would slide beneath her releasing the orb in the direction of the woman who just so happened to be running towards him at the same time. It was clear that he was going to be hit with some of the blast, but the woman was running head-long as fast as she could straight into it.
Bracing himself for what was about to occur, Ninjin attempted to mentally prepare himself for the pain he was about to feel. There was no way to avoid being hit with some of the blast and shards of blood. As soon as the blast left his hands she would nearly be upon it, her speed so quick. She would run body first into the attack though, and Ninjin wondered just what it was she was thinking charging someone who was charging a blast so strong. It mattered not, there was no feasible way she could avoid it, nor could he avoid the recoil.

Thirty feet. That was all the blast managed to fly. Thirty feet. Aer Nin had seen the attack coming when she started her charge. Akassa had not fallen as planned, the half breed proved smart enough to catch herself midair, and as such Aer Nin had to turn to her backup plan one that only included on of the heretical Hattori offspring. Once the blast left Ninjin’s hand Aer Nin zanzokened forward, she knew if this plan was going to work she was going to need every moment otherwise the downside to the sequence was far too great. Just moments before zanzokening Aer Nin’s hand began to burn bright orange as it began to heat up as the energy of Aon began to pump through her body. She would burn this heretical monkey alive in due time with this very hand. In a flash her body had disappeared from view of the naked eye. Perhaps computers could track her speed but she doubted that they would react fast enough before she got there. When she reappeared it was just a few feet in front of the blast with her orange hand extended out in front of her. The blast slammed into her hand stopping dead in its tracks. It seemed to feel like an eternity that she floated there in the air with the blast spinning in her hand causing a small streak of smoke to rise from it but it was not an eternity rather it was only a few seconds. Then it was just a blinding light. The blast erupted in a violent explosion causing first only a blinding light and then everything around Aer Nin was consumed in a massive fire ball. At this distance there would be no possible way for Ninjin to avoid the blast and if Akassa was in the nearby area she would no doubt get hit by it as well though she would not take nearly as much damage as the cardinal and the prince. Aer Nin was sent violently flying backwards through the smoke and the light as parts of her body were being crushed and broken under the force of the blast. She smashed violently through building after building. She even felt a poor soul who had been attempting to hide get crushed behind her body as she went through the next wall. Finally she came to a final rest upon smashing into another wall. She hovered between consciousness and the realm of the unconscious. As Aer Nin lifted her head lightly she was able to comprehend that she was far from the battle field and that there was one hole after another showing her trajectory. Suddenly she felt her body gripped with pain and a cough surged forward from deep within her chest. A small spurt of blood shot forward as she attempted to move her arms but only the left one seemed to function and that was a loose term. Her fingers grabbed at the edge of the crater for some form of hand hold. With a quick burst of strength and a grunt Aer Nin stumbled forward and then away from the holes in the wall. “Damn monkey…” Aer Nin cursed as she sank to her knees. Her eyes drifted upwards as guards began to round the corner. The Cardinal could tell by the architecture of the walls that she had not left the palatial estate but where she was in it exactly she could not determine. Her right arm was broken in several places, it was burned and bloody and her robes had been destroyed. The idea that she had been so hurt by the prick of a prince made blood boil. Tentatively her left hand reached out and began to carefully paw through her robes. She only had seconds before the guards were on her and in this condition she doubt she would even be able to handle them. Then her fingers found what they were looking for. A small vial of glowing blue liquid. Her thumb presses a small button on the side of it causing a needle to appear. Quickly she sticks her right arm and lets out a grunt of pain. It would only be a few seconds before she felt her body react to the liquid. It felt like her entire body was going to burst into flames but it didn’t. Instead she felt her bones realign and her flesh begin to mend. All the energy she had spent was being returned to her. It only took but a moment before the Cardinal was returned to her form before all the events occurred around her. “Hey! Freeze!” A guard yelled out as he charged forward towards the kneeling Cardinal. Once he was right next to her the Cardinal leapt upwards with a glowing orange hand. Her hand landing right on the guard’s face immediately causing him to yell out in pain as the smell of burning flesh filled the air. The other guards behind him froze in their place as the guard sank to his knees revealing the Cardinal. Bright glowing blue tears ran down her face. “Burn…heretic…” The Cardinal growled. After just a few moments she released her grip causing the guard to slump over on the ground in a small pile. Her left sleeve gently glided across her face wiping away any evidence of the glowing blue tears. Then with another squeeze of her hand the small glass vial was destroyed and wiped from existence leaving no trace of it behind. “Let the Hattori’s come. I am waiting.” Aer Nin stated defiantly as she stared down the guards and was ready for either of the Hattori children to arrive. Aon’s Tears- A small glowing blue liquid that was developed by the Universal Church of One that when injected heals most wounds and rejuvenates the user. (Senzu Bean Equilvalent) *** The guards Tsuyo was left with by Ninjin proved to be useless as the disabled King of the Saiyans as a young man took each one out with a burst of strength. He made a mental note that after this was all said and done he was going to have to up the standards by which soldiers were held they just appeared to be too weak to deal with a legitimate threat. When the young man walked forward it became apparent of who he was because of the strong resemblance to Ninjin. He was of the Hattori bloodline but he was not a legitimate heir. Tsuyo like many in his position was not exactly contained to a single woman in his life and often had to a libido that was much bigger than one would expect. When the young man said his name it was barely a memory but he did recognize it. Nasu Nun was one of his bastards that ran around the galaxy but he was far from one of the more powerful ones. He had barely survived a small test that Tsuyo performed on all of his bastard children in order to determine their potential. There was not much there unlike his daughter Akassa who proved to be more than a capable warrior. Because of this Tsuyo had to intervene a few time in order to make sure that the child was not killed on the streets, he never knew but because of these actions his wife Natisha had discovered his existence. Shortly after this the Queen orchestrated for the woman that Tsuyo had bedded to arrive at the palace where she met a grizzly fate. It was only a short time before Nasu Nun had returned to the palace that Tsuyo had discovered the woman’s fate. He had no choice but to ride himself of the young child as he did not have the potential that would justify the battle with Natisha over him staying. It was a simple decision; he chose to banish the child away from the kingdom. What the young man wanted to do now was a mystery. He had not heard of him in years and what he was up to but based on his power level he had not developed much like Tsuyo had predicted. Now he wanted to talk, this would be entertaining. He would have to sit silently as the poison that riddled his body kept him silent. Nasu Nun would have to reveal his intentions or they would forever be a mystery to the king.

Drifting up into the air still Akassa blinked several times as she continued to recover from the short beating she had received on the palace floor. Seeing the blast pause in Aer Nin’s hand the Princess could not believe she had stopped it again, so much power behind the sphere that Akassa had thought it would obliterate its target. Blinking again, at the exact same time the ball detonates, she feels the blast before opening her eyes to the blinding flash. The direct explosion did not reach her, but the shockwave that preceded it did as the floating female was knocked farther up into the air. Spinning some, struggling to maintain her bukujutsu so that she did not drop back towards the ground she is soon able to right herself. Turning to face the ground once more all she saw was a crater from where the explosion hard burnt away the tile floor of the palace. There was no Aer Nin and there was no Ninjin. For a moment her heart sank, a small bit of panic gripping the Princess as she realizes that one possibility was the blast had vaporized them both. “No….” A hand snaps up to switch her Scouter into scan mode, the half-saiyan’s head pivoting back and forth. If anyone had been watching her they would have seen her form visibly relax as off to the side her Scouter registers Ninjin’s signature, weak as it was, but it existed which meant he was alive. With her brother confirmed as living she shifts back to the task at hand, searching for her foe. A hole in the farthest wall gives the Princess and indicator of which way the woman went.
Off to her left, a decent distance away according to her Scouter the machine picked up her enemies signature, quite low as well. Smirking Akassa also saw the small group of guards closing in on it. In their number and combined power level they should easily be able to contain the obviously wounded woman. Letting herself power down, her silver aura disappearing as she starts to drop back to the floor the Princess glad this was over. She loved a good fight, but not when it was taking apart her home. Once the elf was apprehended there would be plenty to learn from her, and then New Vegeta’s counter attack could begin.
Just as her feet touch down her Scouter beeps, Akassa’s eyes going wide as the woman’s signature suddenly sky rockets off to her left, almost instantly shooting back up to what it had been moments before. ”Fool.” The title was directed at Akassa herself, the soldier knowing better than to assume her opponent defeated without seeing for herself. Launching off the ground, tile cracking beneath her feet, Akassa blasts off towards the rising signature…and the doomed guards around it.
No matter how fast Akassa was she was too late, arriving just as the soldier that had been brave enough to approach first drops to the ground. Aura bursting back to life the Princess recovers from the hits she took to the head moments ago, her anger pushing aside the pain she felt. Up in the air above Aer Nin and the guards the female’s surging power was impossible to miss. As she unleashes it she activates her Ha Ken, a gauntlet forming over her right hand as her whip forms over her left. Glaring down at the elf below Akassa planned to finish her off now, screw capturing her for questions.
”I am not sure how you survived that blast, but your time for this world has come to an end. Enjoy your last seconds of life wench; I am going to rip you apart for what you have done to my home.” With those words Akassa dives for the woman, lashing out with her Ki whip once she is in range attempting to wrap it around the girl’s slender throat. If able to get a hold of her she then planned to yank upwards, trying to pull her opponent in close to drive her bladed fingers into her torso.

Thirty Feet. Thirty feet was all the orb managed to fly. Aer Nin had acted unexpectantly, as if some precognition came to her that Ninjin would act in the manner he had. Her forward momentum halted and once again her hand reached out, cloaked in a fiery burning energy. The same one that the Hattori prince had seen before. And just like before she caught it. There were no words to describe the anger that Ninjin felt. He had poured his very blood into that technique. There was no way it could have failed. And it didn’t. The prince barely had time to change his thoughts.
Moments later a flash brighter than he had been expecting ripped through the area, the light brighter than anything he had ever seen. After the flash came the shockwave and the blades of blood. Being thirty feet from the explosion did not save Ninjin from its effects, but did serve in mitigating the damage received. Though not by much. It was as if a titan had hauled back and punched him in the chest. With more force that he had ever been thrown Ninjin was hurled backwards. Time and space seemed to spin around him as he crashed through layers of castle walls as if they were made of paper mache. Crack after crack resounded in his ears and the prince wasn’t sure whether it was the walls breaking under the force of his body, or the sound of his bones breaking with the collision of the wall.
To make matters worse he was seriously cut up from the blades of blood that had been within the orb. His body was so wracked with pain that he couldn’t tell what part of him wasn’t broken or bleeding. His body finally came to a tumbling rest on the last, and thickest, wall of the palace in a very ironic position, looking as though he had just slumped against the wall to take a relaxing sit. The palace was a huge place, and when he finally came to a rest he was hundreds of feet from where he had been originally.
Bees buzzed around his head, but when he moved to swat them away he found that neither arm worked any longer. Why was that again? What had he been doing. For the life of him he couldn’t remember. Slowly his eyes looked up from his shattered arms and traced his path through many layers of stone and mortar. Who had put such a hole in the palace wall? Was that where all the bees were coming from? Why did he feel so…. Fuzzy?
Pain no longer coursed through his body. There was an odd sense of padded and distant calm around him. His body however, was not following any of the orders he was trying to give it. He told it to stand and it wouldn’t, and though looking down he wasn’t surprised. Legs were not supposed to bend that way. So his arms and legs were broken. Taking a deep breath exposed him to the fact that his ribs were shattered as well.
“I guess that’s what one gets for being thrown through so many castle walls.” He meant to say as the memory of what he was doing there returned to him, but the only thing that came out of his mouth was a mouthful of blood. Was Aer Nin dead? He had lost sight of her, had lost sight of everything during the flash and the subsequent explosion.
He felt a firm hand on his shoulder and looked up into the face of a man whom he had never met. What in the world was he doing here? This was no place for well-dressed men to be walking about, as if there hadn’t been an attack and hundreds hadn’t died. The man smiled down at him, though it wasn’t a friendly smile, it was a malicious one.
“Do you know who I am?” He said still leering down at the prince. Ninjin shook his head weakly. He had no clue whom this gentleman was, but whomever he was he gave the prince a very uneasy feeling. The man smiled and withdrew from within his suit-jacket a cigarette. Politely he offered the prince one, but Ninjin shook his head. The man sat down next to him in the debris, though no dirt seemed to touch his immaculate outfit.
“I am Aon.” the words hung in the air between them. Aon. The god of the Universal Church of One. The very being that gave power to Aer Nin, gave powers to all the bishops that Ninjin had been forced to fight over his life. This man, deity, whatever it was that he was, had caused the majority of problems in Ninjin’s life. The being seemed to sense the hatred welling within Ninjin and smiled at it. He took a drag from his cigarette before speaking again.
“You know I used to love Saiyans. They were my favorite race. So proud. So mighty. And that Super-Saiyan thing? Legendary. Few other races could hold a candle to you guys. But then like all good things you came to an end… I was sad, don’t get me wrong, but it’s the natural order of things. The only thing that lasts forever is us Gods.” He paused to take another long drag of the cigarette. No ash came off of it, and it never seemed to get any smaller no matter how long of a drag the being took.
“And then humans in their arrogance… hell I love humans the bastards are so versatile, so adaptable, and best of all so easy to corrupt. But then they go and bring the Saiyans back. That’s a no-no. See we gods have a rule, now mind you many don’t follow it or punish it like I do, but our rule is when something goes extinct it stays extinct.” He said this as if he was telling a story to a personal friend, not a mortal enemy. Ninjin for all his bravery and strength was too injured to make any retorts, though he wasn’t sure what he would say in any event. A god was monologing at him. “So here we are. You’re dying Ninjin. Just like your race you are dying. And just like your race it should have happened a long time ago. I’ve been watching you for a long time, and I have to say though I’m impressed with your toughness and ability to stay alive, it’s about damn time. Aer Nin has by now used one of my many gifts and returned to full strength, and you? All you succeeded in doing is kill yourself. Ironic that none of my men ever could. I guess all I needed was to get some way for you to do it yourself.” He rose as he spoke. Every word he said made Ninjin feel like a fool. It was true. Off in the distance he felt Aer Nin’s power once more, not nearly as weak as his was. There was a hope before that he had finished her off, even if it cost him his life he would have saved his sister and his mother and father, not to mention every other Saiyan on New Vegeta.
Aon turned and left without another word walking away and vanishing at the same time. It left Ninjin feeling very alone, even though the man who had just left was his mortal enemy. Dying? It must be true. He could feel it in himself. It just felt…wrong. Things were out of place and ruptured and bleeding within that shouldn’t be. He had been close to death before, had even died momentarily, but this was different. There was shame behind it. He had failed. He had failed to save his family, failed to live up to his potential.
After everything that Ninjin had been through, the Universal Church of One had won. He hung his head in shame and waited for death to take him. Though the body of the prince was tougher than that. It would take agonizingly long minutes. Just enough time for help to come along, should it. The chance for that seemed very unlikely to the Saiyan prince.

Nasu was almost skipping with glee. The man he’d worked his whole life to kill was right in front of him. There was no one around to stop him. No one to fight back, no one to see what he’d done.
Nasu stopped in front of Tsyuo.
“Do you know what you’ve done to me?” Nasu asked he could hear his voice crack with anger as he said it but he was past caring.
“You damned me to my life. I was born to royalty! But I wasn’t good enough for you! You abandoned me like garbage, like trash to be discarded and left to die.” he was practically shouting. Some part of him realized this was wrong and he really shouldn’t be overheard but he didn’t care. He did have the sense to keep his senses extended. Feeling the battle raging above.
“But now the tables have turned haven’t they. Now years after you took my only family, after you killed my mother and showed me her body I can return the favor. I always wondered why you bothered to talk to me before hand, to try and give me some degree of comfort before showing me what was inside. Why you didn’t just kill her in front of me if you were going to really drive home your lesson of hatred. But in the end I must be grateful, you’ve made me stronger, made me better than I ever could have been.” With that Nasu took the final step forward putting his hand on Tsyuo’s chest.
He could feel the man’s power level flickering with what he assumed was rage at his words. Stunned Nasu paused, this man was a titan almost a god. Even in his clearly weakened condition he was still strong enough to register what Nasu was saying. While Nasu paused he felt an explosion above him. The huge blast was followed by seconds of silence, he reached up and he could feel his sister Akassa safe...but where was Ninjin? Had he been hit by the explosion. He looked down torn.
“Tsyuo, know this. All a saiyan has is his pride. The King most of all. Today you lose that pride knowing I can kill you. A low class Saiyan you discarded as worthless, I could kill you as easily as you could kill me normally. But I won’t. I want you to live your life knowing you needed to be spared by me. But so help me if anyone else in my family is dead because you were too weak to save them titan or not nothing will hide you from my wrath.”
With that Nasu took off racing towards the area where he’d felt the explosion. Seconds later he felt the mysterious power level that had been fighting with his family start to raise again. No no no this can’t be happening. He felt Akassa rise to the challenge and race off but where was Ninjin?
Looking around the rubble he felt Ninjin under a boulder. Racing over and lifting it off of him what he saw was not pleasant. Ninjin’s once proud face was burnt and bloodied. His eyes seemed far away and his mouth was moving as if talking to someone only he could see. His arms which Nasu assumed he had used to shelter himself from the blast were burnt as well his shirt completely torn off in the explosion he had cuts all over his chest and stomach. His legs bent at odd angles and Nasu was pretty sure they were broken or at least fractured.
“No damn it I won’t let my family die like this!” he shouted as he felt for a pulse. He knew wasn’t thinking clearly. He definitely shouldn’t have said that outloud and especially not in the palace where anyone could over here, but he refused to let anyone else die. He felt a pulse yes! Reaching into his pocket Nasu pulled out his most prized possession, his sensu bean. He put it in Ninjin’s mouth and forced him to swallow. Moments later he felt his power level begin to rise and Nasu could see his body begin to heal itself. With visible relief Nasu finally exhaled, he hadn’t even realized he’d been holding his breath until then. His brother was going to be ok. For now.

The smell of the burning flesh of the guard’s face was sweet to her nose. There was nothing she enjoyed more the smell of something burning. She always had and no doubt always will after this mission ended. It was her duty to burn the heretics from the universe to make sure their filth did not contaminate the purity of the other races. The only effective way of doing that was to burn it away so that all that is left is ash. And Aer Nin accepted this responsibility with open arms. She was considered extreme by many of her interpretation of the edicts but no one ever dared speak up against her out of fear for their life.
For the Saiyan half breed to be stupid enough to come running back for more after the blast that Aer Nin had just taken and now appeared fine. Either the princess was stupider than she thought of that scouter of hers didn’t work. The princess was far more disheveled then she was originally but she did not appear on the brink of dropping down and begging Aer Nin for mercy for her life. That was going to have to change. It was in that moment that Akassa struck out with her recently summoned ki whip. It snapped through the air with a sizzle. Its intended destination was probably her neck in effort to choke the Cardinal out or something. The idea was well intentioned but the likelihood of success was next to nothing.
As the whip cracked through the air Aer Nin’s arm shot outward and with her hand wrapped around the ki whip. It only burned slightly, nothing compared to what she had just felt with the blast that had nearly killed her. Once her fingers were fully wrapped around the whip she yanked it forward. It was meant to pull Akassa in close but not rip her off her feet. She was even prepared for a back and forth struggle in order drag her across the floor. Once she was close enough Aer Nin’s hand would reach out and grab the ki gauntlet covered one. It would be a test of strength and will to see who could outlast each other. Because once Aer Nin had grabbed ahold of her hand she was not going to let go. This would be further driven home by the fact that her hand would slowly begin to heat up. It would be at a pace the Saiyan half breed princess would not notice. Her eyes were starting to lose their once collected appearance as Aer Nin began to become consumed in the battle. She didn’t care about how she won just as long as she was going to burn the Saiyans from the universe. Her mental stability was starting to waiver and with it an entirely new level of danger was approaching.

Rushing for the elf, whip leading the way Akassa could not be more pleased when the woman does not move out of the way. The wench’s confidence was going to be her undoing while Akassa’s confidence assured her victory. Aer Nin may have faith in her church and the god that she worshiped, but in a fight like this it was a test of strength as much as it was wills. The Princess needed no higher power to support her, to draw strength from in order to win. No, all Akassa needed was an objective and this woman had given her one upon attacking her home. There was going to be no quarter awarded to the elf that had destroyed half of her family’s home while leading an assault on he race. It did not matter how strong or depraved Aer Nin was, the half-saiyan was still going to obliterate her.
Watching her whip snap in, wrapping around the females arm instead of her neck Akassa does not change her course nor does she try to pull up short. Flying head on into the woman she meets her other hand with her Ha-Ken, her gauntlet covered hand locking with the elves. Still up in the air, feet elevated above her head as her bukujutsu still pushes her forward the Princess was more than willing to engage in a test of strength with her. Gripping tightly she already smelt the burning flesh as her whip burnt away at the woman’s skin. Made purely of Ki similar to how an energy sword might be created the whip would easily burn clothing and flesh even if it did not cut right through it, damage would accumulate over time. The Princess soon felt the hand gripping her gauntlet getting warmer, glowing some with a technique that looked similar to the one she had used before. Snorting some she responds by pouring Ki into her gauntlet to counter the technique.
As the two fighters press against each other, muscle straining and arms bent Akassa grins over at her opponent. ”Where are you arrogant words, your threats now? Have you realized it yet? The mistake you made in coming here? When I are done with you my family will take apart your beloved church, we will leave nothing but ashes.” Despite the seriousness and calmness of her voice there was definite anger behind her words, hatred. Akassa was not usually one to hate, sure she felt anger like any other being, but it was rare for her to actually hate another. Even when Ninjin had been so cruel to her for years she did not hate him, she didn’t even hate Natisha. Akassa did hate Aer Nin though; she hated the Universal Church of One for what they had done. After this her family would make sure the organization would never assault them again.
Pushing against the woman’s hands still Akassa suddenly pulls back instead looking to fully extend both of their arms as Aer Nin would most likely keep pushing forward. With both of their arms now fully extended, putting about 5 feet between them. Using her bukujutsu she rotates, her shoulders remaining in place as her legs come down then swing up as she aims her right foot to strike up under Aer Nin’s chin. Gripping the woman’s hands tightly still Akassa saw no way that the female might dodge the sudden kick. If she felt the blow connect the Princess would immediately deactivate her Ki whip, releasing both hands as well with the hopes of knocking the elf up into the air.
Should the woman be kicked up into the air and her arms released Akassa would complete a flip, dropping back to the ground. Shifting back into a spread legged stance her left arm drops behind her, hand open with her palm facing the ground. Holding her gauntlet covered hand in front of her in case she needed to defend silver Ki gathers under her other palm. Quickly the sphere that forms flattens out into a disc, starting to spin in place. Her Kienzan technique was not her fastest attack, but it was one of her most devastating. Still not having taken the attack to the next level she needed a moment to form it before it was of effective size. The kick to her opponents chin and the resulting time spent flying up into the air would be enough to develop it completely.

Ninjin Hattori’s vision was blurred, and there was such a massive weight on his chest. It was either the fact that his ribs were crushed and he was dying, or it was either the massive boulder. Either way his chest felt crushed and his vision was blurry. He was, it must be said, surprised in the fact that he wasn’t dead yet. For being so badly damaged his body seemed to be holding on for a very long time. Say one thing about Ninjin Hattori, say he’s the toughest sonuvabitch alive. Aon had gone, and Ninjin was alone. Terribly terribly alone. Though not for long.
The weight moved from his chest unexpectedly, and though the boulder had been removed somehow the pain lingered. An angel appeared in front of him cloaked in light. It had been he who had removed the boulder from the prince’s chest. It was a miracle. Wasn’t it? Here was a celestial being that had come to take him to Heaven… Was he here to take Ninjin to Heaven? Did Ninjin even deserve to go to Heaven? Aon certainly didn’t think so. The prince doubted it himself. In his time Ninjin had killed many beings. Most of them had been trying to kill him first, but others… being a warrior he had had to do what he had had to do. Would the gods understand? Would they be forgiving towards the prince of Saiyans? No… in death it didn’t matter who he was. It didn’t matter that he was the prince of Saiyans. It didn’t matter that he was the King of the Iblisian. It didn’t matter who he was at all. In death all are equal. It was odd for him to have such an existential crisis here at the end.
“Are you here to take me to heaven, Angel of Death?” Is what Ninjin Hattori had meant to say, but the words never came out. Instead his mouth flapped open and closed, like a fish out of water. His body shook. The cold began to set in. No doubt he was beginning to take his final steps towards the end. His body was beginning to shut down. The damage he had taken was far too extensive for him to survive from, and it was finally realizing it. It was a lot more peaceful than he ever thought it would be. Most importantly he had died a warrior. If there was anything that could hold him over in his time of dying it was that. He had died defending his people and his family. Aer Nin would die at the hands of Akassa, or perhaps even Tsyuo if he could fight off the poisoning. It mattered not. The saiyans would kill her. Regardless of wherever it was he went after this, he could hold his head up high and proud. A smile graced his lips.
He heard the angel scream something about family. It was odd. Very very odd. Was he related to the angel in some way? Why was the Angel of Death upset? Had Ninjin Hattori hurt him in some way? Suddenly and without warning the Angel shoved something into Ninjin’s mouth. This certainly wasn’t the way angels should be acting. The celestial being forced the thing down his throat. Ninjin’s eyes closed once and for all. The Saiyan prince was dead…
…For a moment. Suddenly life surged back into his limbs. The first things to set were his ribs. A loud popping noise could be heard as they popped back into place with the resurgence of energy. They had been broken so terribly that it took a moment for them to reknit. In fact his entire body had been so damaged that it had taken the Senzu bean moments to repair itself. It felt amazing when it did though. His arms set again and the muscles that had been torn when he was thrown through the walls repaired. His legs unbent from their awkward angles. The blurry vision cleared. Breath filled his lungs once more. His heart beat in the same rhythm that it had been used to for decades. Ninjin Hattori was once again in peak condition. In fact he felt better than he had in years.
The celestial being standing in front of him was not the Angel of Death. It was not even an Angel. It was in fact Nasu Nun. That fact was enough to take the recently healed Ninjin by surprise. It had been years since he had seen the young Saiyan. The last person he would have expected to save his life would have been Nasu. And yet there he was. It was him who had given Ninjin the Senzu bean. It was obvious to the prince now that he was in his right mind that it had been a senzu bean that the boy had shoved down his throat in order to save his life.
“Nasu Nun. You have saved my life for the second time. Somehow you manage to show up whenever it is that I truly need you. I’m starting to wonder if you’re even a real being or if you’re my guardian angel. Regardless, I am in your debt once more. If I didn’t have an evil bitch from the Universal church of One to go kill I would stay here and talk more. Once this is over, find me. Whatever it is you want shall be your’s. but… Nasu. Though I’m in your debt I must ask of you a favor. Please go and watch over my father and mother. You are stronger than all the palace guards and there are few people I trust more now.” Without waiting for his answer Ninjin began to walk through the holes that his body had made on its careening course to his death. But that death had been halted. And now the one who was going to die was Aer Nin. The prince vowed it with every single fiber of his being.
The rubble that his body had created on its trail was immense. It came through layer after layer of thick palace walls. It was hard for the prince to imagine that he had survived for as long as he had with the damage he had taken from his own attack as well as what the palace had done to him when he was throne. It was incredible the damage his body was capable of taking without dying. Sometimes his own toughness surprised even the prince. His body had been through so much and lived. He was starting to wonder what, if anything, could really ever finish him off.
Ninjin stepped through the throne room or what was left of it. There was so much destruction to be seen all around him. pools of blood littered the area. His blood. The blood that had shot out of his orb when he launched it at Aer Nin. He had learned the bitches name from Aon. He had met the god of the faith he so truly hated. It had been an interesting couple of minutes. And yet here he was. Fully healed. Even more powerful than before. And walking towards where he could sense Aer Nin fighting with his sister. He was going to make that bitch pay. With her life. The Universal Church of One was going to be made to realize that they couldn’t declare war on the saiyans and kill hundreds of their race without paying the consequences.
As Ninjin stepped over the rubble into the room where Aer Nin and Akassa were fighting he smirked. He was more capable of fighting the cardinal now. Before he had been weak. Unable to do anything but launch charged blasts at her and hope they killed her. They almost had. Now he was going to show her what the prince of saiyans could really do. If he had almost killed her before… Well he was truly going to do it now.

His brother had died. He died right in front of him and there was nothing Nasu could do about it. And then after what seemed like an impossible wait, his brother’s power level began to rise again. His bones started knitting themselves back together. Nasu winced as they made all sorts of unpleasant popping noises. Those had to have hurt but above all else his brother was healing. His plan had worked. He didn’t even know it was a plan more an act of desperation. Nasu hadn’t even been sure it was a sensu bean until he saw his brother begin to recover.
It was just dropped in his begging dish one morning with no explanation. Looking back Nasu needed to know who would give away something so valuable like that? At the time Nasu had been dying on the streets he could barely move for hunger. The stranger dropped something in his bowl and walked on. Nasu looked over to see a man who looked like his father walking away. But that couldn’t be, why would his father try and save him? Nasu tried to get up to confront the man but he was too weak to do anything. It had taken all the restraint Nasu had not to eat the bean immediately to quell his hunger. Instead he saved it knowing someday it could save his life, today however it saved his family. And that somehow seemed just as important.
Snapping back to reality Nasu looked down to see his brother Ninjin begin to push himself up to his feet. Amazingly his power level continued to rise. At this point it was far beyond what Nasu had sensed him fighting at previously. With this power and his sister’s combined the mysterious power that had attacked them and presumably the saiyan homeland was going to die. Painfully.
You are stronger than all the palace guards and there are few people I trust more now.” Ninjin said. And without looking back he started to walk through the holes in the walls towards the power his sister was fighting.
Nasu made a decision then, he could trust his family. He and his brother would speak again soon and he would be honest with him. He just had to hope he was too out of it still to remember his confession when Ninjin was dying.
Ninjin’s final request startled Nasu, watch over Tsyuo? Never! It had been enough that Nasu had spared Tsyuo’s life for the moment. But the queen? Nasu didn’t know Natisha at all. Not knowing that it was actually her who ordered Nasu’s mother’s death he decided he would do everything in his power to help her. He wouldn’t let the Hattori family experience the same loss he had gone through as a child.
Sensing out her power level he flew over to her.
“Your majesty! My name is Nasu Nun,” he introduced himself not knowing the queen may recognize the name. “your family are fighting for their lives right now and Ninjin asked me to get you out of here safely. We need to get out of here now!.” senses extended Nasu could still feel several fights going on in the background. While the Hattori children took on by far the biggest threat if they stayed there much longer they would be in trouble.
“Your majesty!” Nasu practically shouted. She was clearly in bad shape, she wasn’t responding to him at all. Without another word Nasu picked the queen up over shoulder.
“Well now this was not how I pictured my day going when I woke up this morning.”
And with that Nasu flew out the gaping hole in the palace wall planning to run to the city itself with the traumatized queen over his shoulder.

The half breed princess was powerful no doubt but Aer Nin would not surrender for a single second to this heretic. The whip around her arm burned and cracked as it remained around her arm. She did not care or even seem to notice. She had lived many of her days in the heat of flames as she properly dealt with the heretics that found it foolish enough to fight her instead of giving themselves over to the fate that Aon had bestowed upon them. Heat was nothing to her so even though it burned at her bare skin she did not feel the pain. It was when the fool princess met the Cardinal for the strength of test did she show her arrogance. She thought that by simply increasing the ki flow in that pathetic little gauntlet of hers would be enough to out match the heat of Aon’s might that flowed through her. ”Where are you arrogant words, your threats now? Have you realized it yet? The mistake you made in coming here? When I are done with you my family will take apart your beloved church, we will leave nothing but ashes.” The half breed princess spouted off in an attempt to provoke the Cardinal into reacting in a way that would benefit her. Even in her state of losing the grasp on reality she could still see the provocation as what it actually was. “They are still hear half breed mutt. And the question is not whether or not that I have realized that coming to this planet but whether or not grabbing my hand was a smart idea.” Aer Nin retorted as her hand suddenly spiked in temperature. Even if the princess pumped more ki into her gauntlet she would no doubt feel the heat. Especially when you factor in the fact that the princess decided to forego her whip and to launch a kick at Aer Nin’s chin. At this distance the Cardinal would be unable to react and block it properly. Meaning she would instead hold onto the princess’s hand with the temperature spiking and at a distance where the kick could not quite land flush. The foot would slam into the bottom of Aer Nin’s chin sending her flying backwards. As both female’s hands released from another due to the battle of ki that was going on a small explosion would result sending the Cardinal faster upwards. Her body would smash into the ceiling of stone. Her body would hang there for a moment as she dealt with the small explosion she had experienced when the two had separated. As her vision cleared though she could see Ninjin, the prick of a prince standing in the opening, he seemed rejuvenated and stronger. The Saiyans were nothing but cockroaches and the prince’s survival proved this once again. She would burn all the cockroaches so that they may not return. With that thought energy began to build up in her body as she was lodged in the ceiling. The two of them and the guards in the room were going to experience the fires of her wrath. She was going to burn them all to ash. [Charge One] *** The Queen felt her body being crushed underneath all of the rocks. She was a in no regards a push over when it came to power as she was in fact stronger than most normal Saiyans (13,000 PL), but she was not suited to battle and was far out of practice for fighting anyone. So when the blast came down and exploded next to her she tumbled through the air like a canon shot but smashing into the wall. She had fallen unconscious after the rubble had fallen on her for how long she was not sure. Now she was being awoken by a young man. She could not fully see him as one of her eyes was forced shut and her other one could not properly focus. Blood ran from her forehead and she could feel the warm liquid running down her side from an apparent wound there as well. The only thing she could tell was the smell of smoke and the sound of this man’s voice. It was in that moment she could feel her heart beating very slowly. Everything seemed to be moving in slow motion. Was she dying? What was happening on with her glorious son? Was her husband still alive? What was the state of the kingdom? Even as her mind tried desperately to move faster into a panicked mode she could not seem to will her body to do such a thing. She needed medical attention, hopefully whoever this man was he would be able to help her out. Otherwise things could look grim for the Queen.
