The scene was something that he would never have expected to see in his entire life. The city sat off in the distance with smoke rising from behind the sky scrapers, the air stunk of burning flesh and the sky darkened. The once grand palace of the Saiyans, which had once stood since the rebirth of the race, was now only a pile of rubble in the middle of the city. The once great statues gone, the throne upon which he sat destroyed and every memory that he held of his family more than likely vaporized. Tsuyo sat in makeshift war room, it was nothing more than a piece of cloth hanging over several broken walls with a large table in the center. The room had been buzzing just a few moments before as the generals finished coordinating the final counter attacks. After the final squadron of androids had been destroyed the King dismissed everyone from the room with a wave of his hand. He was still too weak to speak from the poison, but he had healed significantly to the point that he could move about on his own with only moderate difficultly. Natisha had taken to the task of communicating the King’s wishes verbally. She had disappeared for a moment and then when she returned she did it with dignified poise despite her more than usual disheveled appearance.
“The boy who helped me has finally woken up. He seems to be much more powerful than before according to the medical staff. We will have to treat him with more caution.” The Queen stated nonchalantly as if he didn’t matter to begin with. Sure he saved her life but it was his civic duty to do so to not is a capital offense resulting in death for the accused. “The message has gone out. All should arrive shortly and then we may begin. It will be interesting to see the defenders of New Vegeta.” The Queen mused, Tsuyo was relieved that some on the Moon had proven capable of handling the more powerful member of the Universal Church of One but this poison only seemed to remind him of how tired he was growing of weight of the throne. Ninjin was not ready to ascend to the position yet as he still had more to learn and as such he would have to continue to lead the mighty Saiyan race until the young prince proved himself worthy. Until then he would need aid from the fighters that were summoned to this meeting. Perhaps this was the starting of his potential court.

Celeh...a soldier with little more reason to be here than fighting for her home, at least in her mind, was the first to arrive. In the recent days her loyalty to the crown hadn't wavered, but rather it had changed on a different level. It wasn't the crown itself that she was loyal to, but the ones who had been tasked with wearing it. There were exceptions to that, as with most things, but Ninjin, Akassa, and Leke had all shown a depth of character and honor that Celeh liked. And Akassa was becoming more and more like a sister to her as time went on. Tsuyo was the king, and though he was strict and demanding, she had already seen that he was also kind and honorable.
And so she answered the call, arriving to the war room. She was rather worn down herself, though not to the point that the King was. She didn't make a comment on the power, or in this case lackthereof, that she felt from him. It did bother her to see him in such a rough state, and she knew something was up. As she entered the room and saw the King and Queen she gave a bow and a salute. When they allowed it she would stand and take a seat at the table, quietly awaiting the arrival of the others.
I wonder if Leke's had a chance to inform them of the events of our battle...We narrowly escaped death, and I didn't see the body of that Namekian in the aftermath. I didn't sense his life force when the fight concluded, but it's likely that he escaped, if just barely. It would be just like an assassin to have a technique that masks his life force so thoroughly... The soldier's mind wandered through her thoughts as she replayed the battle with Naitram in her head and analyzed his attacks and fighting style as much as she could. It was possible that there were others trained like him in their organization, and so she wanted to be prepared for that.

“If you want to live you must come with me. Now!” Natisha shouted as she took off running. Nasu immediately took off after her. Sensing the huge power level from the injured member of the church rising rapidly, Nasu picked up the Queen in his arms and flew forward as fast as he could. Unfortunately it wasn’t fast enough. The explosion caught up to them sending Nasu and Natisha flying forward through the walls of the palace and eventually out into the open and then everything went black.
Nasu’s eyes snapped open. Where the hell was he? What was going on? Looking around he noticed he was in a healing tank and calmed down slightly. He could see the monitors on the far wall were going nuts. Seconds later the water started draining from the tank and a man in a white coat approached him. Wait who was he? This wasn’t the Red Flag healing tank so where was he?
“Ah good you’re awake.” the man in the coat said he was wearing large glasses that reflected some light so you couldn’t see his eyes at all giving him an unnerving look. If Nasu could have taken a step back he would have. “We had feared you were going to stay like that forever. However science has brought you back from the brink of death. And so much stronger as well.” the man looked him up and down and only then did Nasu realize he was naked.
The man in the jacket sighed. “Oh well for now your presence is requested for a war council with the royal family. Someone is moving up in the world aren’t you?” Finally he pushed a button and the door to the healing tank opened up. “We’ve had your clothes washed and placed in the corner you should change then go.” and with that the man left the room leaving him alone with his thoughts.
Why did the royal family want him there? To everyone except Tsuyo he was just another commoner. Had Tsuyo revealed his secret to everyone? No that couldn’t be it, he wouldn’t do that, not after Nasu had saved his wife and his son’s life right? He flashed back to their conversation how he had openly threatened the king when he was too weak to defend himself. Damn it what was going on. As Nasu pulled on his shirt and his heavy weights he briefly considered trying to run. But no he would be in charge of his own destiny and this might be the only chance he’d get to see what was going on or if people would be chasing him down for treason. Who knows it might even give him a good opportunity to actually commit treason and finally have his revenge on the king.
His mind made Nasu staggers out the door and begins walking towards the council. If nothing else it would give him an excuse to see his family again.

Heavy steps came through the back hall... what was left of it. He looked among the ruins of what was once the hall of statues portraying the past Kings. It would have been quite a sight before... and soon it would be again. Zeke had with him a post card that Kazu gave him. It had a picture of the throne room on it, the bartenders way of telling Zke witch would be the right room.
He would enter through where a door to the far left of the throne once was, sighting a man and a woman. They must be the King and Queen. Strange, this would be the first time Zeke met the two, even after his run ins with their children. He didn't expect the best reaction from them though, Zeke had stabbed their heir and nearly killed him. He was also responsible for some of the destruction in the space port and many assumed him to be the vigilante 'Angel of Death' who had been cutting down Vegeta's lowest scum in the streets so the guard wouldn't be put in danger doing it themselves. They had families too. But not everyone seen it that way.
All in all, it couldn't be that bad if he had received an invite. He would soon place his blue eyes on a familiar face, Nasu. Good. Then another Saiyan showed up. A woman; Akassa's personal bodyguard. Zeke heard of her from guards who drank at the bar... it was strange that from the times Zeke had been with Akassa that this woman was never around. Leaving the princess in the hands of a trained Assassin... probly not what the woman wanted to hear right about now.
Zeke approached the ruins of what was once the throne. He looked down at the wreck and let out a disappointed sigh... it was depressing how all this was turning out. Zeke felt he had much to make up for in the King's eyes, even though he had never even spoken to him yet. He looked back at the picture, then at the wreck again.
Then it hit him... It didn't need to be this way. The whole palace could be rebuilt in twice its former glory if the Saiyan people pulled together and put their infamous pride to work. Zeke studied the picture thoroughly as he approached the table in the center where the two rulers sat, putting it away as he stood off to the side. He looked at the two and made a humble bow out of respect for the two. He didn't say anything though, there was nothing to say as of yet. He just wanted the king to point at Zeke and tell him who he could kill.
However, Zeke's abilities may be more useful here. There was also something else he noticed about the king... he did not look well. Zeke heard of the poison and that the king pulled through. But he didn't look as good as Zeke had thought he would. A man of his power level should be at least able to speak, but it would seem age was becoming a major factor in his everyday life. Kazu had once commented that the man's power hadn't increased from the same place for years now.
Akassa came to mind. What if the man didn't make it? Zeke didn't want her to go through that. If only there was a way to help... then Zeke remembered what Kosho Masamune had told Zeke about the planet Namek. Their healing aptitude was apparently amazing. He had also been told by a Namekian he had fought along side. If Zeke could find a way to Namek and acquire that power, he could help the king possibly. Then the man could unleash his wrath personally against the Church of One... oh that would be a satisfying moment for Zeke to watch the king himself show those bastards why you don't cross a Saiyan.

Blood and oil slowly trickled down the front of his bare chest as the crown prince knelt on both knees, eyes glazed over in awe and fury as he looked out upon his city. Small cuts and nicks lined his body, but in his fury he felt none of it. After Aer Nin had been disposed of Ninjin had ventured out slaying any android he could find. In truth he probably would have attacked any non-Saiyan at this point, but mercifully he was spared that decision as he ran into non. The counter-attack had been swift and brutal, with their leaders dead the Universal Church of One hadn’t the strength to measure up to the elites of the Saiyan army, especially Ninjin Hattori.
When he thought back to fighting Aer Nin those short hours ago, the thing that made Ninjin angry the most was the fact that he should have seen it coming. The next obvious step for the Universal Church of One was to attack New Vegeta. It was the one thing they hadn’t tried yet, and from whispers he had heard whilst on Omega, as well as being openly attacked multiple times. it was clear that they had been building their strength.
The Church had done its damage to the homeworld of the Saiyans. Though none of the royal family died, plenty of Saiyans did. The castle as well had been destroyed, a symbol of the power of the Saiyans in the universe. It was a tragic blow to them all, and it showed the strength of the Church of One. The prince could still see the smoke from the razed castle rising on the horizon.
A wave of sadness washed over him when he had found the bodies of Kabocha and Shiitake in the space station. The trio had grown apart in the most recent months, but there had been a time when he considered them friends. It was hard to recognize them at first among the other bodies that were charred. Shiitake was missing his legs, and a look of shock would eternally grace his face. Kabocha could only be recognized by the armor that he always wore, ironic that the thing that was supposed to be protecting him was the only thing to survive. Endou was nowhere to be seen, and the prince hoped that meant that she was alive.
A messenger had run into the space-port and told the prince that his presence was requested at a council for war. Finally. Finally the time for talk of revenge was upon them. The fury that he felt on the inside was going to destroy the Church of One.
The tent that he approached was far from the usual War Council that he knew. That one had been destroyed during the attack was no longer usable however, and so the tent was the best thing they had. He could hear talking from the inside of the tent, and the prince wondered who was here already. As he pulled back the flap he surveyed the room. Tsyuo was sitting at the head of the table, his wife and Ninjin’s mother Natisha was by his side. The prince wasn’t used to seeing his father in such a horrific state.
Celeh was bowed before him in the usual salute. The presence of Akassa’s bodyguard did not surprise the prince, it was the fact that she was here and Akassa wasn’t that shocked him. Where was his sister? Usually she would be the first to these types of things, but maybe… maybe she hadn’t fully recovered yet. Another familiar face, Zeke was there as well, that surprised him. What was the warrior doing here? It seemed odd to find him in the war council, as he had no affiliation to the Saiyan throne. Still he was a strong ally, so the prince didn’t mind. The face that perhaps surprised him the most was Nasu. What was the boy doing here? It was not that the prince wasn’t happy to see him, but a boy from the streets at a war council? Things were getting stranger and stranger.
Ninjin bowed deeply before his mother and father. Times like these were not times for his usual arrogance and pomp. Normally he would not bow to them, but after everything they all went through it seemed the right thing to do. Unlike Celeh however, he would rise soon afterwards, not waiting for a response.
“Father, you’re looking better than before. Mother, you as well. Zeke, Nasu, Celeh, I am glad to see you all survived the attack.” He would go to each in turn and attempt to shake their hands. One thing mattered in the war room. They were Saiyans, and they were survivors. They would be the ones to take vengeance.

The hours before the meeting went by in a flash for the youngest prince of Saiyans. Leke had, together with Celeh, defeated a powerful threat to the Saiyan race, while Akassa and Ninjin had apparently fought their own, much more powerful enemy. By the time Leke and Celeh had gotten inside of the castle, they found only attendants who had told them Akassa and Ninjin had ran off. Leke took leave of Celeh's presence and made sure to stay with his mother and father. If no other royal would attend them, he would, and would make sure that the guards took good care of them both. When they were each fine, Leke would find a rejuvenation tank, one of the few left operational apparently, and made sure to get at least a few hours rest in it. His body definitely needed it.
---
Leke was awakened by a beeping sound. For a moment, he felt like he was fighting Naitram all over again. He freaked out, and nearly shattered the container he was in before realising he was just healing. Leke calmed down as the tank drained its fluids and opened to reveal a few doctors and nurses in front of him with a pile of clothes sitting on a chair in the corner.
"My prince, it's a pleasure to see you well," the lead doctor said to him. "The King requested your presence in a war council, I believe he said. Apparently there's some other big names supposed to be showing up. Might wanna hop to it, yeah?" Leke grunted and slowly stepped out of the tank, nearly falling over. He hadn't fully recovered from that blast, even with that sensu bean he had earlier and the rest in the tank. Leke's muscles just felt weird - bigger, in a way, perhaps. He had to flex them to make sure everything was alright before drying off and dressing before taking off down the hallway. The doctors simply went back to work, tending to the others they were caring for, most not in tanks like the Royal had been in. They had priority.
On the whole short trip through the destroyed walls of the palace, Leke could not help but wonder what this council had in store for him. He wondered what kind of big names the doctor meant. Hopefully Akassa and Ninjin - he still hadn't seen either one yet since the tournament, and really just needed some stability back in his mind. Celeh, probably, for what all she did. Leke had mentioned her name in more than passing to the King and Queen for what she had done in the fight against Naitram. Nothing but high praise was given about her.
Arriving at where the war council used to be in the palace, there stood only a small tent. Leke let out an audible sigh. So this is what the United Church of One, who Leke had learned since the attack to be responsible for this attack, had driven them to. Tents. Leke shook his head and entered the tent.
His mood immediately improved. Inside, he saw all familiar faces - his father, mother, Celeh, Zeke, and that one guy he had met with Akassa once before... Nasu, he thought. And...
"Brother!" Leke exclaimed, before racing over and embracing him. It was not like him to burst out in emotions like that, even for the more in-touch younger Saiyan, but he could not help but be excited in seeing his eldest brother alive and well in person. He winced slightly, still banged up from that massive explosion, but still got his brother in a tight bear hug before letting him go and sheepishly looking around.
"My, uh, apologies. I wish we could all be meeting in better circumstances. How are we getting back at these..." Leke couldn't even bring himself to say words befitting of them. Leke just simply sat down after patting his brother on the shoulder and waited. His time to talk would come.

Almost six damn hours she had spent unconscious while the Doctor and his team attached the cybernetic arm to her shoulder. When she finally came around she had momentarily not remembered where she was, the adrenaline shot driven into her chest forcing her out of the anesthesia induced sleep much quicker than if she had been allowed to awaken naturally. Shortly after a small test period with her arm, getting used to moving the new appendage around she had begun to get dressed again, putting back on the tattered and blood splattered clothing she had worn while facing Aer Nin. Once dressed she had been on her way out of the facility when a guard intercepted her, informing her that her presence was requested for a war council if she was feeling well enough to attend. The fact this soldier questioned her ability to attend, even if he had just been conveying a message, almost earned him her wrath.
With a snort she had left the Saiyan behind, launching into the air as she soared towards the palace…or what was left of it at least. Angry about the loss of her arm the short trip home would only stoked the hatred within her for the Universal Church of One, the devastation that they had caused laid out before her. All over New Vegeta fires and explosions had ravaged her city, many buildings nothing but husks of their former selves. The Princess did not see many soldiers working about the ruins, a bad sign no doubt, as she wondered how many they had lost in the attack, soldiers and civilians alike. Both of her hands clenched into fists, metal and flesh both taking the same shape as a small tremble went through the female. The Church was going to pay for what it had done and Akassa would make sure all knew what became of those that attacked the Royal family and its people.
Drawing near to the palace Akassa was not sure if any had answered the summons before her, the half-saiyan’s scouter buried within the rubble, possibly destroyed. Her weights and senzu bean were hopefully safe in her private quarters, a part of the palace compound that had not been completely destroyed. She didn’t need those now though, what she needed now was to meet up with the others. Hovering in the air high above what was left of her family’s grand palace Akassa saw the white tent below, watching as who she thought was Leke steps inside. Taking a deep breath she attempts to steady herself, to push down the rage she felt. On top of that she hesitated because she was going to have to walk in amongst her fellow siblings and family members with the monstrosity that now hung from her left shoulder. How embarrassing it was to have been defeated and mutilated like this. The more she thought about it, the more it angered her. Grinding her teeth some Akassa drops from the sky, catching herself inches above the broken stone before letting her boots set down gently.
Marching into the tent she roughly shoves the flap aside, stepping into the temporary war room. Her eyes widen for a moment as she realizes far more than just her family were present. Celeh was present, the Princess having almost forgotten about the skilled fighter during all of this, but seeing her now she was relieved to see her among the living. Ezekiel NeCross was also in attendance, the powerful warrior having no doubt come to the cities aid when it required it, even if he was not outright loyal to the crown itself. Then of course there was her father, Natisha, Ninjin and Leke, all of which she had expected to see, no Hattori would have fallen to the Church’s cowardly attack…even if she had suffered from it. Lastly, the strangest attendee of them all was the one known as Nasu. She had met him only once before now and although he was formidable albeit average, she was surprised to see him in this company. If she had been sporting her scouter Akassa would have been even more surprised to see the strength he had gained since their last meeting.
The Princess was usually one for order and proper respect, but not today, there was far too much on her mind to take time with such things. In dirty and torn clothes, her thick hair a tangled mess about her shoulders and with dirt, dried sweat and blood streaking her entire form she was in no mood to waste time with formalities. With just her sleeveless shirt on the cybernetic arm that had replaced her lost one was plainly visible, but she makes no comment on it and no comment to any gathered in the tent except the King and Queen. Standing at the far end of the table from them she does not move closer to bow or even send a solute their way. Instead she speaks, revenge the only thing on her mind.
”Where did they come from? That woman was on the court for several months, she must have arrived from somewhere. Tell us where she came from and that is where we can start our counter attack, we have wasted too much time as it is.” Akassa was not usually so demanding when it came to Tsuyo and Natisha, but the slightly elevated tone she spoke in was a good indicator of the anger she was trying to restrain. She had not meant to accuse them of anything, but they had to know where that woman came from. Aer Nin had been invited into the royal court, how could they have done so without knowing exactly who the woman was? The fact the wench had infiltrated the palace so completely was infuriating. (OOC: Akassa's left arm, just showing it here since this is the first thread in which she has it.)

The King had sent for many to come to the War Council as a few would more than likely not be ready for the guests that were invited. There were the traditional Hattoris who were more than expected to show their face as they were the leaders of this army, even the young Leke. He also invited the man that was responsible for his son’s humiliation in the Galactic Tournament not that long ago, Zeke NeCross. He had proven to be a capable warrior there but also on New Vegeta if the accounts were correct. Celeh would no doubt be one of the more out of place as she was traditionally referred to as Akassa’s body guard but she had proven to be quite powerful in the field as accounts told of her skill alongside Leke. Even Leke had gone so far as to brag to his parents of her skill. It was time to see if she would be able to thrive with the big dogs or if she would forever be lost in the crowd. The final person to join them was more by his wife’s request than his own. She had invited Nasu Nun to the council. As far as he knew she did not know of Nasu Nun’s connection to the royal family and as such he truly had no idea on why he had been invited here today.
The first to arrive was Celeh who immediately dropped to one knee in a salute. The next to wander in was his bastard son, Nasu who was followed by Zeke Necross. He had seen Zeke on video feeds but even he had to admit he was a massive Saiyan in stature. He was followed by Ninjin who was cloaked in oil and blood, no doubt from battle. His appearance was tattered and battle worn. Perhaps his son was finally going to present the leadership needed for the throne. No doubt however he won honor in the day and should celebrate when a time presented itself. A quick burst from a young voice caught Tsuyo by surprise as he saw his youngest son embracing his oldest brother. It made his wife smile as she looked on but it was not overly appreciated by Tsuyo who wanted this meeting to be serious. Leke would have to learn otherwise he would not be able to faithfully Ninjin properly in the future. The final entrant though made his jaw drop.
Akassa burst through the tent flaps with anger in each step. Her clothes were tattered, blood spattered, hair knotted in multiple places and the worst of all where her left arm had been was now a metallic limb. The battle with the Universal Church of One had stolen something away from the Hattoris other than their castle. Their pride had been robbed as Akassa had failed to retain her arm. Surely there was a reasonable explanation behind it but disappointed showed in Tsuyo’s eyes. Natisha however could not control herself as a smile eagerly ran across her face. To see the half breed maimed in such a way was never going to let her forget her failure. She would forever know that she was too weak and that she had brought shame to the Hattoris. The King had not quite regained her voice yet and as such would rely heavily on Natisha to carry out his wishes.
“Welcome. You have all been called here because this is where we start the plan to seek our revenge. Today we raise our armies, rebuild what has been lost and make the Universal Church of One pay as such. Each has been called here for a unique reason and that you have achieved recognition from the throne. Please be at ease, most of us will speak as equals tonight. Just keep in mind who you speak to,” Natisha spoke with authority. Today outside of her husband and herself everyone in the room was an equal. As for Akassa’s outburst , it did not deserve a response as she dared to show the throne disrespect.

Most of the faces that entered the tent were ones that Celeh had seen before, either in the castle or in the galactic tournament held by Prometheus Zex. One young man was unfamiliar to her, but she had no doubts that the fellow had earned his keep, or he would not be sitting at this table amongst various great warriors and the Saiyan royals. What bothered her, though, was the fact that suddenly she wasn't a low class soldier anymore. She was sitting at a war council with the best that the Saiyan race had to offer and was being told that they were to be considered equals. This step up had happened far sooner than she expected and, in truth, Celeh felt undeserving of this honor. She did not object, however, as this meeting would provide her with valuable information on the plans of the crown to counter-attack their assailants.
But there was one thing that outraged Celeh more than other. It infuriated her and knocked her pride back down to a manageable level. When Akassa stormed in and the soldier saw the prosthetic arm...she knew she had failed in her mission. She did not properly guard the Princess as she had been ordered. When this counter attack was over somehow she knew that a grim sentence would surely be waiting for her. Or perhaps they would just send her on a suicide mission to distract the enemy as punishment...however, Akassa's own fury was clearly far greater than Celeh's at this point, as the half blood Princess spoke to her mother and father with a tone that was very unlike her usual demeanor, and likely to get her in a great deal of trouble.
Thankfully, the Queen elected to ignore it entirely rather than taking the opportunity to rile Akassa up further with direct confrontation. There were, admittedly, more important things at hand than the Princess's rage. They were all alive and capable of fighting. That's what was important here.
In a war council generally each member took turns giving information and putting their concerns and plans onto the table. Celeh had little certainty of a plan or of concerns for the battle right now, but she did have information. It may put her in more trouble than she was likely already in, but it was definitely something worth mentioning. "If I may, I have information about an enemy combatant. The assassin that Prince Leke and I fought is likely still alive. The blast that knocked us all out of the fight was not enough to kill myself or the Prince, and this namekian assassin was definitely a step above our singular strength. I did not locate his body in the aftermath of our battle, either, which leads me to believe he escaped. He is capable of imitating the voice and appearance of anyone, though I do not know to what extent he has to go to perform that technique. He is also capable of becoming temporarily intangible and shooting very powerful heat rays from his eyes that are capable of searing flesh. As of now that is all I have to say."

Nasu had to admit it was unnerving sitting at a table in the presence of royalty. Over the past few years he had made it a point to get to know his family. He was now friendly with Ninjin and comfortable around Leke and Akassa but Tsuyo and Natisha were a different story altogether. Even though he had just saved the Queen’s life she was intimidating as hell. And she gave off the impression she was better than everyone around her. Nasu immediately was not a fan. Tsuyo had earned Nasu’s eternal hatred, but even seeing him crippled and weak he intimidated Nasu.
It frightened him to see that even their once seemingly all powerful leader could be brought so low. What did that mean for the saiyan race? And if it frightened him this much to see Tsuyo in a weakened state what would happen if Nasu ever managed to follow through with his plan and actually kill their king? For the first time ever he had some doubts about seeking revenge on his mother’s killer. Still he didn’t have time to think about it as Zeke walked in, Nasu hid a smile seeing his friend had made it through the invasion in one piece, and was happy to see another non-royal and non-guard at the council. His brother Ninjin walked in a moment later it was only his apparent formality that kept him from running up to him and giving him a hug. But seeing Ninjin walk in and bow to his family gave him the impression that this would be a bad idea.
Walking over Ninjin shook his hand gravely, Nasu just nodded in return. Soon after his other brother bounced in running over to hug Ninjin and making Nasu laughed but it was Akassa that truly brought the house down. Storming in covered in gore with her new false arm showing. Nasu felt a pang of guilt. There had to have been something he could have done to help her but he didn’t, and the look of satisfaction Natisha took in seeing her surrogate daughter maimed immediately made Nasu hate the woman.
Akassa however seemed to ignore the woman’s glee and instead immediately demanded answers from her family. The woman who attacked them had apparently been in the court before? Nasu bit his tongue as this was all new information to him and he had no idea where they were from no one did. The location of the Church of One was one of the tightest held secrets in the galaxy how did they intend to find it out in one meeting?
Celeh’s comments however brought something to light. He was reluctant to speak and draw attention to himself but he had to say something…
“Sir,” he said addressing Ninjin instead refusing to give the king his attention. “It seems they started this attack by blowing up the spaceport meaning he can’t leave New Vegeta by conventional means. But if this assassin is injured as Celeh has said that means he’s probably trying to find a way home now. We need to find him and drag the Church’s location out of them, or we need to follow him back and bring the war to them. But one way or another this attack against us can’t stand.” with that he would sit down

The arrival of Ninjin made Zeke feel uneasy. He was once again in the presence of the man he nearly killed in the tournament... last he'd checked the two were cool. Zeke wasn't so sure after he noted the slight look of surprise on the man's face, but it soon turned to a more deturmined look after. It seemed like he was alright with the situation. Zeke relaxed for a moment, especially when Leke charged in and embraced the man. this lightened the mood a little, Zeke cracked a smile about the same time the Queen did. He hadn't seen either of them since Omega. My how they had grown in power.
Then in came Akassa. Pissed. God was she ever pissed. But that wasn't the main thing Zeke noticed... the arm attached to her was almost identical to his own android, Twenty-one's arm, just without the synthetic flesh covering it. Zeke's eyes widened. They took off her arm! He looked over to the girls parents, seeing the king was disappointed and likely hurt to see her like this. But then he seen Natisha's smile peel up the side of her face. His eyes turned to an enraged glare. Across the room he could see Nasu shared the same expression as Zeke from this sight.
I see it too, Nasu. That damned bitch... he said telepathically to Nasu only. Oh how he wanted to put the woman through a wall or two right now. But being a woman, Royalty, and mother to people he respected, he would most definitely not do so. the feeling he had was exactly like the one he felt from watching Ninjin and Akassa fight on Omega. That's where Ninjin got his attitude from, he figured. Had the man really changed any since then? Regardless, all Zeke seen in Natisha at that very moment was his father. The same evil smile for the same sadistic reason. Maybe Zeke should introduce the two, they would really hit it off.
He closed his eyes and tried to relax. He tuned into the other woman's words about the Assassin. Zeke had dealt with rival Assassins before, and was well trained at detecting and countering them. He also had faced a Namekian by the name of Nahlin once before. He looked over at the woman, glad that she shared the information first thing. Zeke was now aware and prepared for anything that may happen out of nowhere. Nasu's words stated the Assassin may be trying to escape. He wanted to capture him.
Zeke spoke up then. "That Assassin isn't going anywhere, I can tell you that as a fact." He kept his eyes closed and crossed his arms. "After facing one of their high level warriors in the space port, I can tell you that these people have absolute belief in what they are doing to be right, without argument. To them, we are some kind of sinful scum that needs to be eradicated. If this Namekian values his title and trade as an Assassin in combination with his iron clad beliefs, then he will not leave until the King and everyone else in this room dead. Or he will die trying to achieve that goal."
Zeke uncrossed his arms, opening his eyes. "So we should all be aware at all times. We're all right here in one place... a suicidal charge to kill any one of us is a very likely scenario right now." He warned. It was true. In fact, Zeke was almost certain that the man was around here somewhere. His senses kicked up, he waited for something to happen. Guess it was a good idea to invite the ex-Assassin to the war council.
Too bad Zeke hadn't known earlier, he could of had Jaxine and Twenty-One looking out for the man right now. Maybe he could contact Jaxine telepathically... but then again, the idea of entering the mind of an overly violent nut-case wasn't what he wanted to do. There was plenty of time for hunting later though. For now, there was more information to be shared and more planning to do. Zeke thought again about the Healing power he heard of. He would need to run it past the king himself sometime. At this point, he refused to speak to Natisha. If Tsuyo could not speak, he could always just think his answers to Zeke.

The tent flap opened once more as soon as Ninjin had settled himself in the war room. It happened so quickly, a blur was racing towards him and the crown-prince braced himself for an impact, was this another attack? A relief and joy filled them as a very familiar face pressed itself against his armor and squeezed him tightly in a bear-hug. Ninjin had not seen his younger brother Leke since the galactic tournament, and he was as happy to see him as leke was to see his older brother. The prince greatly returned the hug, and tussled his brother’s hair afterwards.
“It is good to see you too Leke. I swear you’ve gotten bigger since last time.” He added a beaming smile at the end. Leke appologized for his behavior but the prince saw no need for it, family was allowed to hug, though the only two that would ever probably do so were he and Leke. “I’m glad you’re okay.” Ninjin would tell his younger brother as he sat down.
“That goes for all of you.” He would add in, and look each member of the council in the eye after he did so.
The cheeriness that had been brought about by Leke’s hug soon died however. His sister, Akassa Hattori, entered the room. The prince thought he knew what to expect, but he was very wrong. The woman that entered the room did not seem like Akassa. A white-metal arm hung from where hers had once been, and he could tell all in the room where shocked by it. All but his mother, who seemed to find the whole thing pleasing. The look on her face made Ninjin feel a bit ill all of a sudden. Once he too would have smiled at his sister’s pain, but that Ninjin Hattori was long dead. Now it only left him sad to see his sister in such a state. Perhaps… perhaps if he had been stronger he could have fought Aer Nin instead of having to charge an attack to kill her. Perhaps he would have been able to save her limb. The young woman did not bow before the King or Queen, which startled the prince. It was highly out of character for her to behave like that. Even more surprising was her manner of speech. His mother chose to ignore it however.
His mother explained to them all why they were there, something Ninjin had already inferred. Revenge. Simple, pure and to the point. Many Saiyans had already lost their lives to the attack, still more were clinging to life in makeshift infirmaries. If there was one thing uniting those in the room, it was the desire for pay-back, for justice.
Celeh spoke next, and what she said surprised him. There was still an assassin alive on New Vegeta. Not only that, but he was one that could mimic the forms of others. He could be there in the room with them right now mimicking one of them, and how were any of them to know otherwise? The prince took a moment to scan each member of the room with his advanced ki-sensing. They all checked out. The assassin was not among them. Still it was a sobering thought.
“Thank you for your information Celeh. Once again you’ve impressed me. I’m glad you and my brother were not harmed by this assassin. Thank you for helping keep him safe.” The prince said with complete sincerity, and even bowed his head towards the woman.
Zeke and Nasu had differing opinions of what it was the assassin was going to do. Nasu thought the creature would attempt to steal a space-ship and escape, whereas Zeke was confident that the creature was going to stay on-world and make an attempt at one of their lives. Either way, Ninjin didn’t like the choices. Though tracking him if he escaped…
Ninjin noticed that Nasu was speaking to him directly, instead of the king. It was interesting that Natisha was leading the meeting instead of Tsyuo, but in his weakened state it made sense. What was even more interesting was that she was leading the meeting instead of Ninjin. He was the highest ranking military officer aside from Tsyuo, and his mother had no place in the military. Still he assumed she was simply there as Tsyuo’s mouthpiece.
“Our current options are not great.” He said, staring at each one of them in turn. It was time for serious talk. “This assassin is still in our midst, though he will have trouble hiding from us for long. He’s wounded and presumably on the run. Our main problem when it comes to a counter-attack is simply the fact that we don’t know where they came from. The Universal Church of One doesn’t have a base of operations anywhere close to Earth. Believe me I’d know. The question is this, how do we find them so we can kill them.”
He looked to each member of the council for answers. Answers that he didn’t seem to have himself.

OOC: My original post got deleted so here's a crappy replacement.
---
Leke grins and sits down before being appalled at the entrance of Akassa. Of course, he was glad to see her, but dang! Her arm! Instead of her normal lean muscle limb was a prosthetic replacement! His fists clenched in anger in response to the United Church of One's damning assault. If he had just been stronger, like he had vowed to do as soon as he got home from Alpha Prime... He could've protected the people he loved most. No more. He would not let this day ever be forgotten.
He still had the presence of mind to add his own input, even in his anger, though. "I need to add something to what Celeh said," Leke piped in. "The Namekian, along with his transforming-appearance and laser-beams techniques, also could mask his power level. I mistook him for a simple soldier, injured, but when he tried to sneak an attack on me, he couldn't finish me off because of his much-lowered Power Level. He definitely had the drive to end all Saiyans, especially me and Celeh for putting up more of a fight. I agree that he will stop at nothing to end us. We have to find him." He let this sink in before continuing about another ability.
"He also can use telepathy," the prince stated, shocking perhaps some of those in presence. "He got into my head when we were fighting. I don't know what kind of range he has with it; maybe he can talk to other members off-planet. I would worry more about inbound private ships than outbound." Leke then rested back into his chair and unclenched his hands. Anger would not solve this problem they had on their hands. Decisions would.

Her father and Natisha ignored the question and the valid point she had brought up, seeming to care more about formalities then what was at hand. Tsuyo for his part sat there, disappointment clear on his face at the failure of his children. Akassa knew she had not performed admirably, not having been able to defeat Aer Nin before she laid waste to the palace. Still the way he looked at her, the defeat that she saw in his eyes was too hard for her to swallow. She herself was disappointed in him, he had allowed himself to be laid low by poison, and his foe not even had to lift a finger, only pour a glass. The King and Queen had been made the jesters of their own court. Natisha for her part had been useless during the fighting…she had actually run from combat, when she was perfectly healthy. Aer Nin outclassed her by far in terms of strength, but that was no excuse for her to turn tail and flee. Ninjin had been weaker than Aer Nin as well yet he had remained, almost giving his life to defend his home. Then there was that smile…Akassa not believing she had the gall to wear such an expression.
Others began to talk, even offer information, but Akassa could not take her eyes from Natisha. She barely heard the words, fists clenched as she kept staring at the Queen. Celeh and Leke provided valuable information, this foe they had fought possibly still hidden somewhere on New Vegeta. It may have been true and if it was there stood a good chance he would strike again as Ezekiel proposed, but they would be better off if he attempted to escape. As soon as the Namekian made an attempt his ship would more than likely be picked up by scanners, then they could track him to the rest of his allies…and kill them all. Ninjin like always was short and to the point, how do they find this man so that they could get the information they needed? A plan was slowly starting to take shape, a way for them to launch their counter attack, but Akassa still couldn’t get past that smile Natisha had worn as she entered.
Over the years her step-mother had disrespected her on multiple occasions, the Princess always having let it go for she knew the woman held no love for her. So many times it had been over some trivial matter that Natisha chose to hang over the half-saiyan’s head, always reminding her of the half blooded nature of her genetics. She had learned to take it in stride, out of respect for her father and the rest of the family. Akassa was not going to keep her mouth shut this time, not with all she had sacrificed to defend her home, to defend Tsuyo and even the Queen. Hands trembling slightly her eyes narrow a bit more at the woman, glaring now. No one else had said anything about the Queens disrespectful smirk so she would.
”Tell me Natisha…what could you possibly find to smile about in the aftermath of this attack? Is it the fact the castle lies in ruins, that our city still burns from the blasts of our enemies, or perhaps it is the countless lives that were lost this day that entertains you so? How dare you wear an expression like that on a day such as this one. You may have no love for me, but your actions disrespect New Vegeta and dishonor those that lost their lives in its defense!” Akassa’s voice slowly rose as she spoke, almost yelling by the time she finished speaking. With her words directed solely at Natisha, her eyes had never left the woman. Normally she would not speak out in such a way, especially against a member of her family and with so many present, but Natisha had crossed a line.
