So Conri Lane was now known as the Earths Guardian? This could be interesting. The man had a formidable amount of power, even for the Queen to deal with. Zeke was eager to await Akassa's answer. Zeke's outlook on this whole situation was the same as Kit's; as long as the populous was spared any conflict of any kind, Zeke would not interfere in the situation. However before he could get the answer - weather Akassa planned to confront resistance within the still populated Central City or move to an isolated location - allong came the blue haired man. As the Guardian of Earth, Zeke expected him to have calm, collected and wise words for the Queen. Zeke expected he too would like to hear the answer before anything else was said.
The reality was idiocy.
wide eyed, Zeke could not wrap his head around how Conri's words, attitude and overall manner of addressing the Queen was put forward. He addressed the Queen as a Tyrant. No, she was not within her rights do act as she was. That was apparent. The cold, hard fact was that she did not give a literal fuck. It was as simple as this; Do it her way, or die. Her attitude was a nuisance and her approach was terrible. But under Akassa's rule, the Earth would be under no less threat than anyone else. At least, that was what Zeke gathered thus far. That is why Zeke's question was so important. It was to reveal weather or not Akassa's intent is only to bring down any resistance, or slaughter innocents until her will is met.
Behind them was another display from Ethar. After Muzai neutralized the situation and said his peace, the Earth King... or former... asked to take full responsibility. Grateful for the white coated man's actions, he shot him a telepathic thought of gratitude for aiding in the defense of the innocents below with his action. He however did not support him in his stand for independence as of yet. Nobody in their right mind should choose to fight for such independence unless they know they would be the only one to suffer. Due to Conri's insolence, that knowledge... was yet to be attained.
As for Ethar, he received a death glare. "Luxun. One more outburst like that and I will incapacitate you myself." he said sternly. He was not saying this to support the Queen, but to prevent her from using Ethar and his stupidity as a reason to light the city up. Zeke felt like he was trying to defuse a bomb. Kit, The Fuhrer, and the others were staying out of his way, but it was like Ethar and Conri were blowing horns in his face while he worked.
Zeke turned to Conri lane"And now you too suggest she move the fighting away from here... right after I just had? And your words... regardless of what you have to get off your chest, it simply does not matter as of yet, Guardian. I asked the Queen a very important question. She was just about to give us all a very important answer." he explained sternly. If this man was the Earth's Guardian, then maybe the people did need Akassa. Again, Zeke was not in approval of her methods. But as long as the populous was spared conflict, Zeke was having no part of this.
He turned back to Akassa. The woman he hoped he could still see as a friend. Her answer would be the deciding factor for this and many other things. This she knew. He could see it in her eyes. "Akassa please. Disregard Conri and the others outbursts for a moment, I would like to know your answer. If some choose to stand against you, will these innocent people suffer for their choices, or will it just be on their heads?" he asked again. He truly hoped she could move the battle away. It was going to happen.
It was inevitable.

A lot happened in the few minutes that Carla found herself in after ending up saved and having a long conversation with many of the powerful warriors around her, especially Kurosanai stating of her foolish action against Akassa. Among the first of the events she vividly interacted with in this city was the introduction of her savior finally. The blue-haired human who had gone out of his way to stop her attack called himself Conri Lane and the Guardian of the Earth. It made her wonder what happened to the last guardian of the Earth since she was sure Kaladar was that guardian, or now as his words indicated, the former protector of the planet. It irked her since only about four months ago had she seen the old man in fine shape and ready to take care of threats. “Maybe he just retired?” she pondered as she looked up at Conri and watched him spew off a number answers to Akassa as to why she could not be the ruler of the planet. It was clear Conri was one who wanted the Earth to be under his protection since many of the people around her seemed to be transforming like the great Saiyan monsters above her.
Most of them seemed to stay, however, she looked back and at Ethan and saw that he quickly was the first to leave on his surfboard as he took to hating her obnoxious snapping and the presence of his brother yet went to protect his sibling’s little school. Carla was unsure if she would see him again but since he and here were so weak, it almost seemed like he had the smartest idea out of all of them here. It was like talking to a wall when speaking to Akassa or any of the other Saiyans for that matter, even though their third Saiyan ally had not spoken a word yet to any of them really. One of the Saiyans seemed to have a lot of nasty rage within him based on the contortions on his fact that she could read from so far below him. It was hard since Carla was certain he now focused himself on only one target and thus did not want to show his face much to anyone else other then this chosen person.
Akassa next really retaliated to Conri’s words telling him he was out of context and line with his words. She literally scoffed at the Guardian of Earth’s title as a joke and still kept pushing that her title was the rightful title to claim inheritance of this world. “Boy, glad I am not part of a clan like family,” Carla silently thought then added, “oh wait I am, which probably means I should be getting back to them, however, I cannot leave yet. This is too good to watch.”
It was when Ethar took the next action though when things got out of hand. He called out a rather vulgar set of words then took to firing upon the queen with some kind of energy wave. She hoped it was going to be slightly better than her Hyper Tornado yet barely felt a differentiation in his energy level compared to hers. It was much stronger then hers ranging upwards of 69,000 when he fired the blast. She assumed target he was trying to hit was Queen Akassa, however, the stoic Saiyan next to her was so close to her that she did not realize where it was aimed until she re-sensed the ki of all the Saiyans attacking the city and found his to be at a meager one hundred thousand compared to his comrades. Carla hoped he was not making a mistake in attacking at least one of the fighters that had come their way. Sadly, before the attack could even hit this person and allow him or anyone else to assess the kind of damage it might cause an enemy like him Kurosanai stepped in after this blast launched and completely blocked it with his hand. Kurosanai then gave a speech about not speaking for the people of Earth, however, he implored again that everyone leave this area and head for another part of the planet to fight. He told everyone that place was to be fifty miles east of the area they all were in and that anyone could come. A short but clear message that left him with only one thing to do and that was leave, which he did in a hurry.
“Damn you Kurosanai,” Carla stated very silently to the point almost no one could hear unless they focused intently on her, “why would you leave at a time like this? There is no way they will follow you when they can just make their point here and blast the city into the ground. They are smart villains I think and not dumb enough to fall for a ruse of going to some place where they cannot hurt people. They want to kill them you idiot.”
This situation upset her a lot now, especially since she could see the blond, now blue haired Kaito was standing still focusing hard as though he were prepping for battle. Burradori and he had not acted much since they had kneeled but it seemed they were going to react if someone attacked and maybe defend the city. She decided though at this point silently, “Even though I am weak I am weak I need provide some kind of help. What Ethar has not helped anyone I think but there is another way I can help.”
She used her Bukujutsu technique to float up into the and quickly approached Conri Lane from behind tapping him on the shoulder and saying, “Thanks for the save, I, Carla AnAn am truly grateful.” With this, she reached into her jeans pocket and pulled out her only remaining Senzu Bean then handed it off to Conri Lane the Guardian of Earth by slipping it into the back end of his fighting gear. This was the seat of his pants so that he could literally pull out this stopgap measure at any time and prevent his premature death. She was unsure how effective they were since she had really only ever used one. This did not stop her from giving him one. She then turned to the face the citizenry everyone was willing to protect and shouted, “All right everyone! The show is over it is time to leave, I, Carla AnAn am leaving this battlefield because I realize I am no help here. I have given a helpful friend something to turn the tide of this fight though.” She pumped her fist into the air hoping to get them excited to leave; however, instead she got a different kind of response.
“Wait, are you seriously telling us to run away? That is the president up there you realize! How can we leave until we know who are president is in the new election?” one of the citizens, an elderly man responded to her waving a cane at her.
Carla rolled her eyes even though she should not have and told him, “Yes, I understand you are worried about the current president and the next one. This is inevitable worry since the lady up here who started all this is being rather forceful about being the new one, even though we cannot agree.”
“That isn’t any election!”
“She’s rather forceful but I hear those Super Saiyans really did save our bacon in the past!” a younger girl with red hair and sunglasses voiced countermanding the old man.
“We should have a tournament!” a big buff person with a construction hat on stated. “As a Saiyan she clearly wants one and since all you crazy fighters came here to apparently do so without our say just have one of those and be done with it. Do not smash us into the ground.”
“No, it’s an election or nothing at all sunny boys,” the old man jeered as he turned to the construction worker and started hitting his on the head with his cane, “That lady… I have seen the eyes of a tiger and she has them you-”
The construction worker did not like the hitting and to prove Akassa’s point he began to retaliate to the cane hitting against his hard hat by throwing a punch at the elderly person. His punch squarely hit him in the jaw and knocked him out cold into the ground.
“Oh my god!” the red head with sun glasses cried, “He just punched someone!” she stated pointing at the old man and the construction worker with blood now on his fists.
Carla breathed in deep, she should have intervened, but with how tensions were so high now she was afraid to move after Ethar’s stunt and her own prior one without first considering her actions. “Everyone is to stay quiet!” she shouted cupping her hands over her mouth. Everyone in the crowd stopped moving as they looked back up at the floating girl. They had ignored her before, kind of, likely because of the fact she was a thirteen year old in their minds. Nobody wanted to listen to her, especially not someone like that surfer dude named Ethan she remembered. She dashed down to the old man though and scooped him up, despite her small frame, she could lift him, just barely though and make it seem like a superhuman feat had ended up accomplish. It was enough to calm the citizenry who realized that she and maybe the rest of the warriors gathered here were all super strong fighters and that they might have a chance, however, not without them out of the way.
“We’re leaving and I am sorry for striking that man,” the construction worker stated as he grabbed him from Carla’s now wobbling arms. He turned to go and Carla sighed with relief as about a tenth of the crowd ran for the nearest cars they owned, piled in, and started to drive off. That would be a few less people involved in the few, however, it was not enough to change the battle immeasurably and make the city worthy of a place for them to fight. They needed to get more people out of town and fast.
Carla knew she did not have the time though. She needed to go and see to it that Kurosanai was okay. He had headed off fifty miles east of here yet none of the Saiyan entourage had decided to follow him yet. They all wanted to brawl in the capital of the world. “I cannot worry about Kurosanai,” she told herself though as pushed her power suddenly to the highest optimal limit and transformed into her more mature, womanly form via Pandora’s Presence. “I need to only worry of myself.” This stunt was sure to turn a few heads only because she had become a beautiful woman but she had at least managed to surpass General Toa slightly in power for the time being.
It not something that would last though as she used this new speed and power to burst off away from the city and flew towards the outer rim in hopes of escaping Akassa and group like Ethan had done. If nothing more, she was a useful distraction for the three to focus on while the others took this bought time to land a few attacks on their enemies should they chose to attack now.

It was amusing really so many of the people here had been more than ready to fight against Kemuri, from what he heard from Kaladar himself, and even Tundra to keep the planet from falling under the rule of a tyrant. Yet here, they were all caving like little bitches just because things weren't in their favor, and he supposed that did prove Akassa's point about Burradori. The Earth didn't need a fair weather president, they needed someone that would stand up to all threats to the Earth and not just ones that he could handle, that was not a president at all. Saito as well, standing up to both Kemuri and Tundra, but not to Akassa? What was different here that he would not fight but rather let someone else decide for him? Kemuri had become the King so anything that was done at that point was considered treasonous and yet they still did it, but now they didn't even try. It was a shame that so many people didn't understand that the situation would be worse if Akassa took control, but it was pointless trying to explain that to them. They deemed themselves right and anyone that disagreed was wrong, so he would just do what he believed was the right thing and prevent a tyrant from taking control of the planet. If it meant he had to die in the process so be it, but there was no way that he would just stand quietly by for this.
Ethar launched an attack at one of them and Conri was about to go smack him for doing it above the city, but Kurosanai had taken care of the attack before it reached whoever the hell that guy was, he didn't really care. If he tried anything Conri could more than deal with him, and the one on the other side of Akassa wasn't much of a threat either, the only one he needed to keep an eye on was Akassa herself. Kurosanai then mentioned that he would also not abide anyone that would allow a mass murderer to walk around unpunished, that got to him. More than anything that Akassa had done so far, but something about the way Kurosanai said that made his anger rise to a point where he was not just going to keep talking anymore. However, he would have to draw Akassa away from the city, which was something else the Queen seemed to have ignored from him. He told her a bit over six months ago so he supposed that was alright for her to forget, he smirked himself at that thought. With how long this had taken he was sure that Bran had gotten things underway by now and it would only be a bit more before people would be safer if there was a clash between the powers here.
Of course, Zeke was being stupid with his words and trying to ask a question that was already answered, "Firstly, if you're going to try giving me attitude over something do it with some semblance of intelligence. I said if she tries to force things, context matters. Secondly, if you were paying close enough attention to the situation from the beginning you would already know that answer. Plus when did asking her to prove her own words become something to get off my chest?" If it wasn't obvious to people what Akassa's intentions were then they weren't paying enough attention or just didn't have a grasp of history. Conri knew all too well what had gone down in the past from researching the history of Earth to get a better understanding of both sides of his genes. To that extent he had a pretty good knowledge of villains of the past, and that people thought that Hercule protected the Earth from Cell, but that wasn't too important to things.
Before he could say or do anything else the little girl that he had saved earlier had floated up to him and tapped him on the shoulder to thank him for saving her, and that she wanted to say that she was truly grateful. A smile appeared as he patted the girl on the head as she slipped something into his back pocket, he would check it later on but for right now he would just be happy. "Don't worry about it, I did it to save you, not for the thanks. I appreciate it all the same though, Miss Carla," which was true, he did appreciate the help that she just gave him as well. He was getting too caught up in other people's games and that was no good for him, if he was caught up in their pace he couldn't do anything properly. "Man, I almost got swept up in all this political bullshit for a second, I really do owe her one," stretching his arms above his head, he released the tension that had been building during this entire little event.
"Hey Akassa, have you really forgotten the most important part of me? I think I'm hurt by that let me check," he said in a non-serious manner as he mockingly put his finger to his chin pretending to think about it for a moment. "Nah, not hurt, just makes it far more fun with what comes next. You want me to kneel? Then you're going to have to take it up with my bosses, see the guy over there kneeling isn't my boss. The people I answer to are muuuuccch higher pay grade, and I don't think they really care much about a mortal queen, so yeah. Plus you know, I don't give a damn about shit like that, remember?" he chuckled. Although he moved closer to Akassa all the same, looking her right in the eyes, the mischief and fiery passion of the one and only Conri Lane behind those emerald eyes. She would know better now to assume that pride had anything to do with his standing here in front of her, there was something far more dangerous from him, but she would really need to remember what it was.
It was then that he would act, his hands moving quickly, almost looking like he was going to attack, but if she tried to block it normally then she was going to be in for a wicked surprise. His hands would shoot towards her chest before squeezing twice with the accompany of an audible sound to indicate what he was doing, "Honk Honk." A wide grin would spread from ear to ear as he launched higher into the air, and pulled down his lower eyelid while sticking his tongue out at Akassa, "Nyah Nyah, catch me if you can~!" If she did chase him he would start flying in the direction that Kurosanai took off in, if she didn't well then he had plenty more to try to get her to come after him.

Speeding back to the Crane School property as fast as his board could take him, Ethan made the transit in what was for him, record time. Unfortunately what he found on his arrival was not what he wanted to see. Dismissing his board and dropping to the steps of the school's main building, the blue haired boy could see no trace of either the students nor Sonya and the same when he entered the building. stopping in the doorway to glance back outside, Ethan was relieved for the moment that there weren't any exploding balls of light in the sky, at least not yet anyway, though it seemed all but inevitable now. As a result he had to take steps to ensure the safety of all those in the school, unfortunately though, without Sonya or Itan to assist, there was no way he could get their dozen-plus live-in students out of the city, not ferrying them one at a time on his board. Searching the remainder of the building, Ethan still found no sign of life, at least not until he went into the catacombs beneath the structure. He never liked it down there but had to admit, it was the safest place to be other then not in the city at all, and there is where he found his students, all but Itan and Sonya.
"Great, just great." the blue haired boy grumbled to himself. "Ok, listen up guys." he started, using his authoritive, teacher's tone. "Kit's dealing with the problem, now we're all hoping this thing will turn out for the best and the moon lady will just leave, but if she doesn't, things are going to get intense. There will be a lot of noise and who knows what else, but I want you all to stay calm and stay down here. This is the safest place you can all be right now... Now I am going to be right upstairs. If anything does actually happen, you all know Kit and myself will do everything in our power to keep you safe. The important thing right now is not to panic, stay alert and at ease. If, and I say this carefully, if I need you to run, I want you in a condition to do so, so don't go tiring yourselves out worrying." the boy paused, unsure of exactly what else to say, this was a lot of responsibility being dropped in his lap and he didn't want to screw it up, either by giving bad instructions or losing control of his charges.
"Ok, I'm going to go upstairs, keep the shelter door closed and don't open it for anyone but me or my brother. Understood?... Good." With that, Ethan departed the protective catacombs, sealing the hatchway behind him and ascended back to the building's main level. He did not know exactly how long things outside would remain peaceful but did know he had to be ready to defend the school should a battle break out and should it come to his doorstep. To that end, the blue haired teen settled on a defensive strategy, a plan inspired by Itan's defensive techniques. He would create a shield, though not really a solid one, but rather one composed of water. The protective barrier would serve to dampen the effects of anything thrown at it and hopefully safe the school from major damage. Ethan understood his own power was insignificant compared to some of the monsters floating around up there, but he wasn't seeking to clash directly with his own power. Instead he'd utilize his ability to manipulate water, although on a scale he'd never considered before, as through that mass of collected water, absorb any stray or intentional energy blasts that might head towards the school.
That in mind, the teen walked out onto the front steps of the school's main building, cast his gaze skyward once more, lifted his arms out to the sides, palms towards the heavens and began to focus his energy. At first only ripples disturbed the ponds on the property as Ethan felt out every source of water within his mind's reach. While the supply readily on available on the property would never be enough to erect much of a barrier, the school was after all located in a major city and like any major city, Central City had an extensive water distribution system that ran just under the ground and in some places, namely fire hydrants, ran above. It was this source that Ethan's mind touched upon and as he concentrated, closing his upturned hands into fists, the pressure in the pipelines began to build, the ground starting to rumble with the surging water. Then, as if responding to his hands once more opening, the four hydrants on the surrounding streets burst in unison, sending white geysers into the air. The jetting water however did not reach a natural apex and then descend back to the ground, but rather as it's rose, started to coil and corkscrew it's way towards the center, wit he who was calling it. The four, growing tendrils of water would then meet just above the roof of the school, forming a central mass from which more tendrils extending, each arcing down to a different corner of the property and in time, forming a rough shell over the school. The strain was enormous, as Ethan had never before attempting to control this much water, but it was for the moment, manageable and in time, as more water flowed in, the protective barrier would get thicker and thicker.
(Guess this would count as a first charge.)

(I was given permission by Maya and Nasu to post ahead of them.)
Fools.
They were all fools, the whole lot of them.
The boy who had continued to have a death wish had the gall to launch an attack at the Queen, like his strength was enough to even make her bat an eyelash? Toa had of course been the target, but floating so close to him she easily mistook it as being directed at herself. People claimed Akassa often had a temper, yet at least she was able to back up her words when it came to it. This boy threw about his title and now a blast like he was someone of significance. None of those gathered were of any significance, all were to be her subjects and live their lives below her. She promised to protect those loyal and that was the truth, but there would be no mistake that she stood above all of them. Even her own Super Saiyan brother, second strongest to only the Queen herself understood his place under her command.
Like the King, Saito chose to bend his knee, showing his subservience to the new ruler of Earth while his ruler tried to ask forgiveness for the actions of his headstrong companion. They had agreed to bow to her, recognize her power yet they still stood as fools. Not for their actions here today, but for those they allowed to rise to power beside them. Conri, once thought a good friend, had become guardian of Earth and yet he seemed to care so little for what a fight with the Queen might mean for his beloved planet. The same went for the Muzai boy, his sudden burst of speed allowing him to intercept the blast that had been sent at the Queen, his words quickly erasing anything such an act might have gained.
He spoke of fighting away from the city, the proud human too caught up in himself to bend the knee to someone so clearly his superior. Even Ezekiel, another she had held great trust for before his departure to Earth, spoke of fighting. His plea was to ask her to move away from the city should she chose to engage. Why would he address her, ask for her to make the right decision and avoid the loss of innocent lives? His voice should be directed at those that wished to fight; those that refused to recognize and respect the Queen that floated before them. Akassa had always known the tall Saiyan to speak his mind, but today he spoke the words of a fool. Had he not listened to what she had said before? There was to be no fighting if they would just kneel! Did traveling to Earth make people denser? Teeth grinding the Queen’s eyes shift back to Conri as he floats closer.
Again the Guardian of Earth, how unfitting a name, rambled on about his morals and who he was trying to serve by disrespecting and defying her. She had about enough of this; perhaps a good backhand was needed to shut him up for once. As he drew closer she met his eyes, but addressed the question Ezekiel was so adamant about getting answered.
”If innocents suffer Ezekiel, remember it was not me who…” The Queens words cut off as Conri lunged for her, yet he didn’t throw a fist. As his hand grabbing for her chest, Akassa’s face would flush instantly, but it was not out of embarrassment that her cheeks turned red. Verbally insulting her was one thing, attempting to slug her across the face would have been another, but what Conri did was unfathomable to the Saiyan Queen. The blue haired fighter probably knew more than anyone how she felt about personal space and being touched in general, never mind her opinions on being assaulted in the way he had just done.
Whether his intention was to catch her off guard, distract her with his rude gestures or simple to embarrass her in front of those gathered, he had erred greatly by touching her like that. As he launched himself higher into the air Akassa would tremble visibly, her lips moving as she tried to form the countless words that filled in her mind, but so many fought to escape that she couldn’t get one out. The facial expression and taunt to come after wasn’t even fully seen, the disbelief taking a second longer to register as he turned to take off towards the edge of the city.
No one was allowed to disrespect her in such a way, no matter if they had been a friend or even family member. Akassa was a proud woman, a proud Queen and everything about her would not allow something like that go by without response.
”How dare you!”
Teeth still clenched as Conri attempted to rocket away, the Queen’s right arm would snap forward, Ki taking shape around it as it did. Before he was able to move out of range the Ki whip that formed around her right arm would snap out and wrap itself around his leg, the way the half-saiyan had so blatantly begun to turn away from her left him open. No sooner had the energy wrapped around his ankle did Akassa yank down with all her might, the whip pulling taught before yanking down hard on his leg. Her aim was to fling him towards the city below, not even aiming at any particular point. Down into a street, through a shop, or down through an entire skyscraper, she didn’t care. Those not willing to bend the knee obviously wanted a fight.
So be it, she would break their ankles if that’s what it took to get them to kneel.

Few strands of hair shifted from Maya's eyes with a quick puff of air from her mouth, to long had they gotten in her vision but other assignments called to much of her attention to physically subdue it into a knot. Hand pressed against the clear window of the ships cockpit the images that had once been inside her mind began to appear on the windows surface; media streams, live coverage and the static station from the camera that Akassa herself has destroyed. There were a few attempts to reconnect to the smashed recording device but whatever Akassa had done to it, the machine was beyond any wireless means to control. With a gentle shrug Maya pushed the idea away, there was no point on hovering about a matter than she herself had no control over; it would have provided a greater understand of what was happening at surface level but the news choppers around the vicinity would have to be her eyes till something else where to arrive.
Backing a few feet away from the window Maya began to re-run the miscellaneous details of the mission once again, it was always in the best interest of an operation to reevaluate every so often; few in occasion, details, though small, might lead to an error down the line and with so much in the balance at the moment there was no room for a mishap. Many more images appeared on the screen as they manifested from her thoughts; cooling, weapons, sensors, communications, feed lines, everything down to the lights within the ships themselves. Everything needed to be over looked just in case though Maya knew to expect nothing out of the ordinary to present to itself, having worked these vessels over from the hull to their internal components she knew them just as well as those that had constructed them. Seeing that the over view had gone off without a hitch Maya turned its focus back onto the Earth once again, what limited amount of data that could be gathered from the live feeds from news coverage would be used but with their current distance little could be confirmed with mere eyes alone.
Had it not been for the open line of communication between herself and Akassa, Maya would have been deaf to the events which unfolded below yet she was still waiting. It almost seemed as though those on Earth were playing with their lives, their fates resting in the next actions they took and they played about as if it was a game. From what Maya could tell there had been only the King who bowed his head before the Queen in attempt to save his people and the world which they lived on; to the rest they appeared to want to fight, but for what? The Queen's rule was absolute, the rights of the world had been passed over to the most promising candidate; the one who could hold the title unopposed in strength and mind set, only fools would try to stand against her force...but they were fools were they not? Who in their right mind would think to stand against a titan, a being of superior strength and the will to bend a king to his knees.
Ping....Ping....
The repetitive electronic sounds began to fill the cockpit with the approaching of a nearby vessel, at the same time a incoming message from one of the fleets ships presented itself to Maya.
"Yes."
"Ma'ma, we have an unknown-"
"I am well aware. Do not bother me again with things I already know."
Without a second to waste Maya dropped the call; Maya knew all which the ships knew, as soon as sensor went off Maya felt it within its body as if they were one being. Turning its gaze towards the rim of the window Maya spotted the lone ship as it ventured away from the Earth atmosphere, it no was battle ship, even the title of "fighter" was to much for it.
Transport?
It was all that could be computed with the current data and size of the vessel but regardless of just what it was the ship was currently heading their direction... until that was it changed of course. Maya was unsure whether the pilot had simply spotted them just a second ago or if they underestimated but it mattered little. Opening a channel to the ship Maya wasted no time to see if the pilot would answer, rather she left a short and simple message.
"Pilot, you have entered Saiyan control space. You may leave. Attempts to return will result in death."
Cutting the message off Maya turned away from the lone craft. There was no time for side distractions and if the pilot wished to retreat or venture else where it was little concern to Maya. Turning a blind eye Maya went back to its reports from Earth, the pilot would go unharmed currently however if the ship decided to come back around Maya wasn't against blowing it a part in the vacuum of space.
"How dare you!"
The booming voice caught Maya off guard with her attention off to the lone space craft; something or someone foolish enough had taken it upon themselves to annoy Akassa to the point of boiling... this was not good. Akassa held great skills in combat whether it was energy attacks or physical strikes but often her temper got best of her leading to... most unfortunate results. Maya herself could not see what course of action Akassa would be taking but she knew one thing; little of the city would be left standing afterwards. Whoever saw to pissing off the Queen to this point had surely doomed every living being within miles to come; Maya herself did not believe in any gods or beings of higher existence but those on Earth should start praying and soon.
Sighing Maya opened an closed access channel to all of the ships within the fleet; only open to the ships themselves Maya watched closely to make sure that only they could listen in on her commands.
"Calibrate the weapons once again." Make sure they are ready to fire on a moments notice."
Before a response could be given Maya cut the channel, she did not need to know their responses, either their jobs were done according to her command or they would find themselves ejected into space as they claws at their necks for air. Whether or not Akassa would approve of Maya's harsh nature with her troops Maya did not know, but as it stood Akassa had left the responsibility of her ships in Maya's hands and Maya had no use for broken parts.
Maya was uncertain when the call would come but it would come soon... Akassa had just started her victory and the heavens would rain fire shortly.
"On your mark my Queen...."

Post by Disgraced Prince Nasu Hattori on Apr 28, 2015 23:28:07 GMT -5
Various people were talking, shouting even but Nasu's mind was far away. He never had the patience to listen to people talk, his mind tended to wonder off thinking of the possibilities to come. Instead of listening to what any of them had to say his mind raced ahead trying to take them as a whole. The King was the first to take the knee, proving he cared for the people he led, maybe he would survive this war after all. The phoenix knelt and, through the fires of war he was born again as a member of The Mighty Saiyan Empire. The race traitor insulted Nasu's sister as if he had any honor himself, blowing himself up with titles he hadn't earned. Guardian of Earth was someone who was on the planet, protected the planet. Through the recent history and turmoil he was no where to be found, in the present he was defying his king to put millions of lives that he should protect in danger, and in the future Kass would be all the "Guardian" this rock needed. He had power behind him but lacked intelligence so Nasu dismissed him. The crowd of peasants tried to rally but infighting soon broke out among them, none of them had the energy to even match Toa, but they all needed to feel important. They were much like that tiny dog barking aimlessly into the night. They spoke believing stronger men and women would protect them from the consequences of their actions. When Nasu killed their betters he would take his time hunting the fools down to prove them wrong.
His senses extended that left only 4 of any significance. Zeke was an enigma to him. Just the thought of his former friend turning on him in the War Council all those months ago still made his blood boil, but Nasu knew he was one of the strongest fighters alive and one of the men who trained him to fight. If he threw in with Kass they would be all but immortal. Powers like theirs would let their reign stretch from one end of the Galexy to the other, providing peace like the Universe had never seen. Peace under one unified rule. If he put his hand against the Saiyan Empire he too would betray his race. Betray friends he had fought next to, helped, and people who had helped him in turn. Nasu didn't want to think about the idea anymore.
Instead his mind turned to his sister. She was capable now of raining down fire, and brimstone from the skies. Her warships were in orbit above the planet, the dimwitted robot at her command, ready to rain fire like a biblical plague of old. And Kass was a vengeful god. You did not cross Akassa Hattori lightly but here people may not know that yet.
And if Kass were a god of the Old Testament that made Nasu an Archangel. He found he liked the idea. Nasu the Archangel of Justice. The Archangel of...ripping that eyeless freak's head off. He glared at the scarred man again. The name didn't roll off the tongue but if he ever got peasants or worshippers he'd make them come up with something that fit better.
The scarred boy wonder flew up, making his own speech about how his morals meant he didn't have to obey the law. It was priceless, till the unexpected happened. The boy tried to leave. He said he didn't plan to stay and fight. He said a lot of other unimportant things as well but Nasu's mind drew a blank. He couldn't focus on anything except the man he needed. No not a need, it was inevitable. The man he was going to kill was running.
But fortune smiled on him. The idiot race traitor charged his sister. He could feel his energy racing towards her, but Nasu's eyes never left the scarred human. From his peripherals he saw Conri stop and paw at his sister and his temper flashed. That he could be so disrespectful to the Queen of his own people. The man would be skinned alive. But then he too took the cowards course. He tried to run. But there was no where he could run far enough, or fast enough to escape Kass.
Nasu could picture the defense now, but sir, I only pawed at her, she hit me first! I'm the victim! He savored it as Kass' whip wrapped around his ankle. And with one small thought for man, one giant idiot for all mankind, the war for Earth began.
Nasu didn't hesitate as soon as his sister struck. He flew forward, charged the eyeless boy wonder from above. He would try and grab him by his shoulders, electricity from Nasu's aura racing down his arms he would literally drive him through dozens of sky scrapers, homes, behind him using the boy's body to shield Nasu from any damage.
While they were out of earshot but close enough to still talk to one another he would smile. "Boy, this ends now. If you try and leave this city again, I will not rush off to fight you else where. I will instead stay here help my sister kill off your allies and anyone who would be willing to help you. I will make sure anyone who would rise against the Empire dies screaming. I will flay the skin from their bones while they live. All because you ran."

Toa saw his Queen assaulted, not able to react nearly fast enough to intercept or prevent the action, his eyes widening at the rude action. If he had the power he would have beaten the man into the ground, taught him what it was like to have manners and not to disrespect a female, especially a Queen. Akassa’s reaction was well warranted when she lashed out at him, her movements hard for the Saiyan General to even track. Nasu was just as quick to react, moving to intercept the human boy that had also been so adamant about starting a fight. Toa was no coward, but he understood that he was far outclassed by most here, but he was not afraid to play his part. The strange male off to the side, the one that had so openly rejected the Queen’s humble offer was his target, the strange hybrid(Toa unsure what exactly he was) well within his realm to engage. Bursting into action he slams into the boy in similar fashion to how Nasu had tackled his opponent. The General himself knew he could not remain around Akassa and the others as combat broke out, so he looked to move his fight away from the city. (Okay so Ethar is busy IRL and not able to post in the near future. He gave me permission to tackle Ethar out of the way, removing him from the scene and posting order for now. Everything was falling to pieces, and nobody seemed to truly give a damn. Yes, there were many outraged by the Queen's intense proposition, and who wouldn't be upset? Much like any other ruler in history, this one had decided to conquer over an inferior nation. Standing before them were three emensly powerful beings. The weakest of which was still half of Saito's strength. That wouldn't be an issue if Saito were the average human. No, in fact Saito was of a rare breed. The entire defensive line of Earth stood at his side now, and what did they do? Scream, yell, blindly attack, insult one another, and worse yet make light of it. Conri. His strategy had been to enrage the queen into movement, movement away from the city, but what was the point? Akassa Hattori had made it quite clear that the warriors were on her terms. She could not be moved unless she wanted to. Were they really that dense? Even Saito recognized the angle. Innocent lives were below them, and she was using them as leverage. The real problem was perspective. For some reason these other warriors believed Akassa to be just enough to leave the innocents. What they failed to understand was that this all fell into her plan. She could have addressed the planet from anywhere. She could have stood on Mt. Paozu and everyone would have trembled the same way. Yet here she stood, floating above the most populus city in all of Earth. She knew what she was doing, she had a strategy. The Earth defenders did not.
He looked over at Buraddori as the King continued to beg for the planets safety. He too seemed to lack an understanding of what Akassa was. Had he not been there when Kemuri took over? Had Kemuri not been a trusted friend and ally to him? He knew the devious intent of arrogant leader, and he had to know that Akassa loved nothing more than her own power. It bled from her skin in a sickening blend of pride and overwhelming power. She knew what she had, why didn't the Fuhrer? Bowing was no longer an option. He had kneeled, and failed. If the fighters of Earth were going to continue this bloody charade, he would have no part in it. The smart thing to do would have been to kneel and then plan a counter attack. Go to the lookout away from the spies of the saiyans. Discuss a plan, train themselves, perhaps even attack the saiyans on their own terms. Any of these options would have made more sense, and cost less lives. As the bodies of his allies were thrust into the nearby buildings, an anger built within the warrior, and he stood.
"Conri if you give a damn about these people stop. Stop this madness! You all need to stop!"
His shout was met by an additional charge. That was his second. His powerlevel was now higher than it had ever been before. If only for a single attack Saito would have the ability to challenge anyone who stood before him. Were they really going to keep this up? If they fought here millions would die. And if the fuhrer didn't stand up and do something, Saito would have to do it for him. The city needed them. Conri Lane and Kurosunai could kill themselves in a prideful blaze of glory if they wanted to, but the city would not suffer for their idiocy. His energy was prepared to release if need be, and although he stood, his eyes remained firmly closed. He saw far better that way. It could still end here. It could still be salvaged. Saito however was not a speaker. He did not have the words necessary to make them hear. Kuro wanted blood, and Conri was blinded by his own new title. Didn't they understand that even if they repelled the invaders, the costs would be insurmountable. The dead would rest on their hearts. No one had to die today, now they mourned for the men and woman who failed to exit the sky scrapers in time. If the "heroes" of Earth didn't stop, they would have more than the Saiyans to deal with. They were now endangers his school. His students. His brother.
They had to be stopped.

Kurosanai had turned his back on the situation that had been unfolding around him. It was a naïve hope that fueled the declaration to follow him. The evacuation was going and progressing but even with the amazing ability to move close to a million people in just a few minutes there were still many down within the city. A spike of fear ran through his soul as memories of Mement Mor flashed through his brain. These people were innocent and did not belong in a war zone. Neither did the people on Mement Mor. This fight was between those that wanted to fight and those that wanted to take what their delusional reasoning justified. Those that had fought against such odds before had given up and turned their back on the world they cared so deeply for. Kurosanai knew that if the man standing next to Akassa was going to have any power over this planet then there would only be death. He cared nothing for life and even less for the inhabitants. Suffering was going to come under a reign like his and Kuro doubted that Akassa would lift a finger to stop it.
Fighting had started to pop up in small pockets around the city as he flew away. People were fighting from everything regarding the running into each other to refusing to leave. War was coming and they needed to get away from here. The death and destruction that could rain down on them any moment should the Saiyans decide to show their lack of caring for life right there. He had seen it when the Saiyans had attempted to attack Mement Mor, their intentions could not have been anything but destruction, and when the man killed because he could. They had to leave now.
“HOW DARE YOU!” A voice boomed from behind the fallen prodigy. His attention snapped back to what was around him when. His Akai Kiretsu reached outwards around him just in time to see a bright figure charging full speed towards him. He managed to roll to the side just in time to bring his staff up in a defensive manner. When he looked up it was the man that had robbed him of his sight again on top of him. His hands lurched outwards and slammed into the Staff of Yomi with such force that the too plunged through the air uncontrollably. Next thing he knew his body something hard and the sound of a mini explosion rippled through the air. This would occur time and again as he could hear screams filling the air. Before he knew it his back was grinding into the street.
All because you ran." The man barked with a sadistic smugness that rippled through his entire being.
War had come and death was soon to follow.

Post by Fuhrer King Buraddori (NPC) on May 4, 2015 22:25:25 GMT -5
It was over. Everything that the Fuhrer King had fought to keep together had slipped right through his hands. Very few times in his life had he ever felt as powerless as he did in this moment? Earthlings were going to die. Saiyans might die as well, but there would be no doubt that they would take some civilians with them as well. The “heroes” of Earth thought they knew better. They would have to answer to the families of those that were killed. If they themselves had the displeasure of living through the conflict. Then there was the matter of who it was that was on the winning side.
The Fuhrer kept his head bowed as his mind raced. The tension of the situation was reaching a breaking point. Two on the side of Earth had already tried to attack the Queen, the aggression seemed to be coming solely from the side of the supposed defenders. Then the blue haired man made his move. The Fuhrer’s eyes nearly popped from his head. This man was the Guardian that had replaced Kaladar? This piece of filth? Who in the world would dare walk up to a woman and sexually assault her in such a way in the presence of so many others? On top of that to do so to a Queen in such a tense situation? Buraddori could not contain his rage and his face began to grow red. Did these people have no respect for anything other than themselves? Who were truly the bad ones here?
Akassa acted as he would have expected anyone in her position to. The Queen was incredibly powerful, and not one to take such an action lightly. She had just been assaulted and embarrassed in front of her people, and those she hoped to take into her kingdom. The battle had begun. A tear slipped out of the Fuhrer’s eye. He had tried to prevent this. More began to quickly happen. The other Saiyan rushed forwards and began his assault as one of the other Saiyans launched his attack as well. The battle had begun.
Buraddori opened his eyes. There was a pain in his chest. The pain of one who knew their world was ending.
The battle had begun. What was he to do when all he knew had crumbled? When all the power he had ever had didn’t matter. His hands trembled. The battle for Earth had begun.

He had gotten the reaction from her that he had wanted, she was angered and focused on him, that was the most important thing she would be coming after him regardless. The point was to get her to follow him, though that point did fail her focus was on him, and as he tried to leave he felt the familiar energy of her whip wrapping around his ankle. However, his arms moved as his body shifted to grab the energy as it was pulled taught and pulled against Akassa's own with both of his arms and while he would fly lower his own strength was meant to pull Akassa higher as well. Hopefully it would catch her off guard as well, that he would react to her own attack in such a manner, and as an added bonus start to get her out of the city. Whatever happened with that, he would also form lightning behind her and launch it at her back, the purpose was two-fold for the lightning. The first was to inflict some pain and damage to her, but the second was more to overload any of the technology that she had on her. The main aim was to try and disable her cybernetic arm by overloading it with electricity, but he would take anything really to show that he was not going to be going easy or holding back. He was going to go at Akassa with the full intention of beating her down, were the thoughts as he crashed down into the street, thankfully not harming any of the bystanders that had not been evacuated yet.
Then Saito made the claim that if he cared about the lives of the people that he would stop, and he had to laugh, he was the one that didn't care about those in the cities? Yet he had been the one to put through his evacuation plans for just this type of situation, and not just for Central City either, but he was the one that didn't care? Moving next to the human in an instant he locked eyes with him for a moment and spoke just so he could hear, "Do you really think I don't care about the people? When I've forced Akassa's attention onto myself? If you care about them, why are you not helping them evacuate?" He would like an honest answer to the question, but he was likely going to get a deflection of that not being the issue here. He had set into motion the plans for his underground bunkers/shelters and evacuating people, they would be safe with not being direct targets of Akassa. The issue was evacuating them and that was where both Saito and Burradori could be more useful if they did not want to fight.
"Let me ask you an honest question, did you think that everything would be hunky dory from kneeling? If so, then you do not understand people whether they be humans or saiyans. You all didn't ask Akassa a very important question; What respect does she think humans deserve? Do you think she would give them equal respect to Saiyans? Do you think humans will not suffer or get killed when Saiyans realize they get a higher standing under her rule? How many humans would actually tolerate being treated as second class citizens, or worse, on their own planet?" these were all questions that both Burradori and Saito needed to consider, there was another aspect that he didn't believe any truly thought of either. It was in his own mind, however, because it had been a major thing for himself as well. What would they do on full moons?
"You want to attack me with that power? Fine, go for it. Then you can get your ass to helping the people get out of the city while I try getting Akassa out of it, or at least to an empty part of it," with that he was done, and another important note, if he was going to fight Akassa no holds barred, then he would need to remove his biggest weakness. With that he cut his tail off and dropped the appendage to the ground, it had lost all purpose to him anyways and he didn't need its power anymore either. However, he figured it was time for him to stop holding back against Akassa as well and the best way for him to do that was to unleash his current strongest form. Reaching deep down into his being, he brought forth the sleeping power that would start surging his power level higher and higher, as his muscle mass greatly increased and his hair become much more defined and spiked. Rushing towards Akassa with his new power he would wait until he was on top of her before he utilized his Champion's Cannon to boost his speed and power for this one shot to try and take her out of the city. If he could succeed, maybe it would help give them time to evacuate more of the people as well and he could only hope that Kuro would be alright, but he would have to deal with that at a later point. Champion's Cannon (0/3) (Not the best thing, but I was running out of time to try creating a better one. Apologizes if it's not that good.)

Standing upon the steps of the school, pouring his concentration and energy into amassing the water he needed to shield the school, Ethan waited as patiently as he could, knowing that disaster could be just minutes away. In truth he wanted to be up there with the rest, not out of some suicidal death wish, nor out of some naïve belief that he had the power to stand up to those attacking his home, but rather because he wanted to do anything within his power to aid those who did have the strength to fight back. For now though, all he could do was defend the one square block of the city he called home and those within it with all of the power at his command should anything or anyone get past Earth's defenders.
The effort was titanic in it's enormity though, Ethan was now wielding more water then he'd ever controlled before and the four gushing fire hydrants surrounding the property were continuing to add to that. The magnitude of what he was forming was taking it's toll on the boy, his skin was starting to glisten with sweat and his head was starting to pound, both with the sound of his blood in his ears and a growing headache that he was now noticing. Still the protective dome would continue to grow until Ethan could no longer control the additional water supplied to him, or it's great mass was needed, thankfully though no one had yet noticed his shield and this fact alone was what was enabling him to gather the aqueous mass around the school.
(Charge 2.)
