The Queen of the Saiyan people had arrived in Central City, the metropolis a testament to what the humans of Earth had been able to accomplish. While they lacked strength in most cases they did not lack ingenuity. After all, it had been Earth that had terraformed the moon before giving it to the reincarnated Saiyan race to be their new home. A gesture of kindness no doubt, but also the warden slamming shut the door to a prison cell. Why not just let the Saiyan people live alongside the humans on the overly plentiful Earth? Give them their own continent and allow them to grow as they may, why had that not been an option? Fear was most likely the answer to those questions, uncertainty giving birth to discomfort with would be neighbors. At least on the moon the tailed humanoids would be separated, half a day's travel from any type of interaction and ultimately having no say in the dealings of the blue planet. What a mistake that had been.
A mistake that had nearly cost the planet control over its own government. Having met with Kaladar Lox or Kami as he was better known, Akassa had learned all about the events that had transpired here. How the Fuhrer King, one now stepping down in the wake of his own incompetence, had let a trusted ally trick him. Much like with Tsuyo and Natisha, the Fuhrer had shown what time and complacency did to a ruler. With no Saiyan presence on Earth a ragtag group of individuals had been able to defeat this would be usurper and only because his own allies had proven less than reliable. Had Akassa been present the situation would have ended with little effort, this Kemuri weak compared to the Super Saiyan Queen. With their own King stepping down she hoped that the people of Earth might see the opportunity before them for what it was.
Dropping from the ski, her ship left to hover under the control of Resolute, she had descended towards one of the largest structures. Besides her floated her brother Nasu Hattori, second strongest on New Vegeta and General Toa, all three entering the building that sported an impressive communication tower atop it. Unbeknownst to her Akassa was about to reach out to the people of Earth in very similar fashion used by a bio android centuries before her time. While the initial response of those manning the broadcast station was to deny her, they soon realized who it was they were dealing with, no force having to be used before the equipment was set up. Like with her broadcast after taking the throne of New Vegeta, Akassa sent her message out into the world for all to see.
"People of Earth, my name is Akassa Hattori, Queen of New Vegeta and the Saiyan people. It has come to my attention that there is an election to be held in order to determine who might take over the mantle of ruler of Earth with the rule of Fuhrer King Burradori at an end. While I understand the point of such an election in terms of principle, I do not think it necessary. Those with power on this planet have proven themselves incapable of protecting you in the recent past, one of your own officials attempting a coup. Who is to say individuals loyal to Kemuri do not still exist within the higher stations of your government? Can you trust that these elections will actually be the voice of the people and not the reflection of a few hands tallying votes behind closed doors? Corruption often runs deeper than the surface and although Kemuri himself was dealt with I do not believe you to be in the clear.
That is why, as of this day, I have chosen to extend my rule to encompass the good people of Earth. Recognize me as your Queen so that the entirety of my might and that of the Saiyan people may protect you. Now I realize such a thing may seem bold, but I consider myself a blunt and honest individual. My own father and stepmother had allowed my home to be tainted with their foul deeds and I saw to it that justice was delivered as no individual sits above the law. Under my rule I can promise you that all will be treated justly and receive every benefit that comes with being loyal to your new Queen. If you seek the truth in my words all you must do is ask the people of New Vegeta.
This being said, I am sure there are those of you that planned to reach for this mantle yourselves or those that might think themselves better suited. To those individuals I extend an invitation to come to Central City so that I may prove to you I have no equal in this. I have proven myself as a Queen and a warrior, something I have no problem repeating." With that the broadcast would be cut off, the image of the Saiyan Queen disappearing. With every word said meant to its fullest, Akassa turns to head outside. The general public could do nothing to deny her claim, they had not the power, but she knew others did exist that were not as weak as the general populace was.
Leaving the building she takes to the air, aura bursting to life around her as she rises. Reaching a point slightly above the skyline of Central City she stops, arms crossing over her chest as she waits. The invitation had been as serious as the rest of her speech, the Queen more than willing to entertain any and all challengers that might present themselves. If words were enough to get them to bend knee than that was just fine. If they needed more of a physical convincing than she would be more than happy to oblige. General Toa, Nasu, M1Y1 and herself had prepared for the worst in this scenario, unsure of how they might be received. Anyone should be able to see the logic in her statement, but for those too dense to realize this was best for them all, she was prepared to beat it into them. One way or another, Earth would be the first step in expanding her empire to encompass the known Universe.
Post Order is (currently) as follows; Akassa, Ethar, Kit, Kuro, Buraddori, Zeke, Carla, Conri, Ethan, Maya, Nasu

Ethar was enjoying a nice peaceful day, no thugs to beat up, no people to save, but then THAT was a thing...
He listened to the large Broadcast, a woman proclaiming herself to rule not only New Vegeta, which Ethar assumed was the terraformed moon, the home of the Saiyans, but the planet Earth as well!
From what Ethar learned of Earth back on his home of Nor, Earth had its own king and had a very different government then New Vegeta had. He didnt know of the 'Kemuri' she had spoken of, or the events that had been the cause of the uproar from earlier in time. But as the broadcast ended, He heard MANY voices around him that vastly unapproved of the Saiyan Queens announcement. "Seems like work is never done..." He said to himself, sensing the massive aura high in central city.
Taking flight, Ethar made his way straight towards the massive power signature he was sensing, but he was careful enough to approach it and not appear threatening, yet. So staying in his base form, Ethar quickly approached the Queens position and stopped once she was in clear eyesight. "HEY!" He shouted, to get their attention. "You have no right to overthrow this planets government!"
He then sensed that the queen was not alone, and had a feeling Ethar would probably have to deal with the others he sensed first if it came down to a fight. But feeling the queens power, Ethar prayed to himself that he wouldnt be the only fighter to stand up against the Queen....

Carla hustled as fast as she could towards the energy source ducking under clothes lines, she moved so fast that the clothes she was currently wearing rustled in the wind. She had no idea what was going but first she had sensed some kind of energy near her now she was sensing it here in the center of the city. It thanks to a skill she had just barely learned moments ago, however, she saw it as a great option for combat now realizing that she had the ability to tell about other things beyond the five human senses. The issue now though was could she use it spontaneously or not, and would she make it to the source of the cause in time?
She decided that it was not going to be clear unless she gathered some more information so she stopped in the window of an apartment building and looked inside to catch the tail end of a broadcast the family inside had left on their television. "I have proven myself as a Queen and a warrior, something I have no problem repeating." A woman slightly taller yet definitely older then her said on the screen. She wore some kind of battle gi yet definitely had the distinct feature of bright blue eyes and pointy golden hair.
"What the heck?" she pondered squinting at the screen. "Are rock musicians seriously trying to take over the city?"
She hadn't a clue but she continued to where she remembered the power she felt coming from and floated around for a moment until she spotted the woman with two men and a spaceship floating nearby. It was a very large one at that and covered much of the skyline within the city. It did not feel like something any trained eye could miss.
"Ah no, please don't tell me aliens are really real," Carla moaned letting out a heavy sigh, "Wait, aliens are real. I should know that their, um, Mayans from space?" she couldn't remember they were called Saiyans however the one she was looking for had her arms crossed over as if waiting for something. Much to dismay, as she approached, she heard the sound of shouting from a familiar looking man just as she came within range.
"You have no right to overthrow this planets government!"
Carla recognized the voice, because she had heard it only moment ago in a nearby park, she sneaked up behind the guy, floating close to his long back and attempted to tap him on the right shoulder. "Excuse me sir, we only met moments ago, but what are you doing with these people? Don't you know it's bad to shout at people, especially since these people are Mayans."
Carla had not heard that much about them before but apparently if angered they might be able to level a city. How they accomplished that was a mystery yet instead of letting Ethar turned to face her, if he was too slow, she was going to disappear from behind him using Zanzoken and look straight up into his angry eyes. Even though she was a child she intended to stop him from doing something stupid despite the fact these people clearly sounded that they were going to rule the planet made them a possible threat. He was a stranger but it was still not smart of him to die right away after meeting her. On the chance she managed to get in front of him and stare him down the young lady would then tilt her head back and say, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'll be with you in a second, however, I must sort out this issue with this rambunctious stranger I've just met. I'm not sure if he has manners, but I intend to find out if you do or not."

The stage was set, and the actors were waiting for the spot light to fall upon them; everything had been in the workings for the past months, with the opening of the curtains the worlds here would see the true strength of the Saiyan Empire... at least if the Earthlings were really that foolish to stand up against its might themselves. Having already taken off to the blue world below Maya found itself high above the small sphere in the heavy battlements that the Siayan's called their war ships; as if made of guns themselves each ship was well equipped with a deadly arsenal of cannons along with a large capacity of bombs, and stock piles of supplies, this was the fleet after all. A side from those in the other vessels which kept in close proximity not another soul was on her ship to keep her company... just the way she liked it; to often it found its mind plagued with the unneeded spoken thoughts of others to dampen its own processes, at least this way nothing was in its path to total fixation on the task that had been laid out before it by the Queen. With little interest and just as lacking in skill on being in the front lines Maya's assignment kept her with The armada; not being one to take up arms and ram her way through a sea of the walking dead this position suited her and her talents quite well compared to the fate of what was most likely to come down on the world below, Maya however was not to be left in the dark.
Maya had indeed been left back in the fleet yet its task was not any less important than those which pounded the pavement and turned the oceans red; support was its main objective here for it and what a better place to do it than on a orbiting platform. From above the blue world a very clear vantage point was given to Maya and with its access to the Empires various systems all could be seen with the mere suggestion from her mind, with such a high placed view, keen commands gave a cutting edge towards strategy and various victories that would happen across the Earth's surface. With Akasa, Nasu and Toa all taking cause and leaving towards Earth the moon was not left without a defense of its own; having spent the last few months in the dirt and grime of the networks of the Empire, Maya had taken steps to increase worlds security from cyber threats on its territory and with the additions of a defensive system to bolster their ranks no ships could enter Saiyan space or leave without direct permission from Maya, at least at the time being; war changed much in the ways of security and with the enemy so close to home no chances were to be made on her behalf. All in all with the defenses that were prepared the moon sat in the back as listed targets, with major bulk of the offensive capabilities of the Empire already on Earth any resisting forces would be hard pressed to have a fleet sizable enough to try and breech the blockade of cannons.
Already the signal from Akassa's speech could be heard within Maya's mind, having already snuck herself in the communication satellites of Earth she went about redirecting traffic and absorbing information; it was one among many of the data packets she was receiving though it was the only one of importance as of the moment. Much could be read on the web with the arrival of the Queen; reactions were mixed in regard however most seemed fearful of what was to come in the following hours, having seen just what people of her power could do few wished to bow down to her command yet there seemed little in the way of options to fend off such a foe. Here and there Maya would hack into websites or open chat rooms and reinforce the idea of Saiyan rule, not with threats but with positive changes that would come to follow afterwards; while this was indeed an invasion conquests where not always filled with bloodshed, if the opposing side were to simply give in then there would be no retaliation to be had. Most showed fit to ignore such suggestions from a faceless name on a message board but only a few took the words to heart not wanting any of their loved ones to perish for ones goal to expand over what they thought belonged to them; divide and conquer with the seeds of doubt. Normal citizens were not things to worry much of, while they did make up the majority of the world they lacked any real strength to fight back an oppressive force such as the Empire which stood with a blazing banner in the heart of the human world; those which possessed true strength, abilities which far out paced those of the norm, was where the main threat lay. Maya loomed over the interweaves of both worlds, protecting the Empires systems while at the same time searching, weakness, back doors anything which could lend Akassa and her cause a upper hand; for when those which posed actual threat revealed their faces the Empire would need all the help that could be mustered. There was no doubts within Maya's mind that this siege could not be won, while hate towards the Saiyan's always seemed present the human's had never taken any steps towards protecting themselves from such a close threat; perhaps it was because they thought the Saiyan's thankful of the gifts that had been given from Earth, yet such things could only delay what was to come, those that did not possibly see this coming were truly blind.
Siting behind a sizable console Maya awaited commands from Akassa, while its objective was mainly to focus on the lay out of enemy targets and gather information Maya still held tightly to her control over the various large scale cannons which lined the surface of the moon, each compact shell held enough force to drive through the atmosphere of the moon and punch into the surface of any ships that would dare to try to enter the Empires space. Maya had taken words up with Akassa with the thought of just bombarding the Earth with long range attacks till life was absent from its surface, in the eyes of a machine it seemed the best of possibilities as no standing force would be left behind to oppose Akassa but the idea was pushed off as being "harsh"; it was a war, not a genocide but Maya didn't see much of a difference, in the end though Akassa had last say. Thoughts loomed over the command button, already having been loaded and ready to fire all it would take would be one thought and the cities of Earth would be ash and rubble; one, little, thought....
It took much control not to go ahead and vaporize the surface of the world but Maya was able to hold back from the controls, with Akassa on Earth it would have been foolish to do so in both possible harm would come to her and the Queen knew how to handle military situations much better than Maya currently did. With nothing else to do but waiting Maya leaned back in her chair as her eyes aimed at the ceiling above, still being mentally connected with the system its physical focused need not be viewing the screen which sat above the console.
Reaching out into the data waves between the Earth and the Moon Maya attempted connection with Akassa's personal communication device, having set a command to track the IP of her device finding the woman proved easy enough. Opening a channel Maya waited till Akassa spoke to make sure she was indeed listening.
All systems are operational. Fleets are on standby. Defenses armed and ready. Awaiting further command.
With little else to do in the ways of peroration Maya saw it fit to up date the Queen on the status of operations so far, until further orders were given out this was expected to be a simple, rather boring encounter as she were to watch the various members of the Empires assault team lay waste to those that stopped against command. While all that went to Earth expected a war to ensure Maya hoped that the strength of its own creations could be seen before all, just one volley, one target, anywhere really... until then Maya closed its eyes and listened to the banter and discussions that where happening around the two worlds, one held fear and the other held joy.

Floating in the air far above Central City, Akassa was prepared for all sorts of fighters to accept her challenge. Looking down below she saw many with their necks craned upwards, eyes squinting as they tried to get a clear view of the woman that had just declared herself Queen of Earth. Most would only be able to make out her silver aura, flickering around her like fire as she floats. Those on the ground were not of her concern at this moment, their weak existences in no way affecting her rule to be. Some might not have yet realized the benefit of what was to pass, but in time they would understand it. Some had questioned her ascension to the throne on New Vegeta and now they backed her full heartedly and of their own will. Like on the Moon, those under her would recognize the benefits of having Akassa protecting and ruling them, growing to love her just the same.
The first to respond was a male, his power commendable in the grand scheme of things, yet compared to the Queen it was nothing of note. Looking him over she was not going to say a thing until he chose to address her. Shouting at her, Akassa lifts an eyebrow as he claims she has no right to “overthrow this planets government.” It was apparent that this boy was a fool, not having at all listened to her broadcast moments ago. This was the problem with the people of Earth, they were all far too hot headed and with no power to back up a statement as accusatory as that one, this man was only instigating a fight he could not win.
The girl that floated up after, a young one that appeared about half this males age with a comparable power signature, saw the error in his approach and she was but a child. Based on the exchange overheard between them the two were not allies in the sense Akassa and Nasu were, yet she seemed to be trying to talk the man down. Perhaps she valued his life for some reason or did she just see the error in his approach? At the moment the Queen entertained no thoughts of ending his life, yet if he was to continue to raise his voice in her direction and accuse her it would not be long before he wore out her patience. Any that knew Akassa were aware how short her temper was when it came to being disrespected.
”I have every right, my bloodline alone is enough to claim ruler ship over this world. On top of that, this government you claim I seek to overthrow is admittedly weak. Why else do you think your Fuhrer King is stepping down? Even he realizes his own incompetence. Speak before you think boy and know who it is you address.” With that Akassa would look away, eyes shifting to the edges of the city some distance away. Surely more than these children would respond to her message? If not, Earth was going to be far easier to bend to her will than she thought. Perhaps she should have expected it, she had always known its people were weak.
The scouter on the side of her face, partially concealed by red bangs, beeps before M1Y1’s voice came through. M1 or Maya as she had chosen to be called after spending more time with the Queen had been left back on the moon. Although her combat prowess had improved over the last few months she was still far from the level Akassa, Toa and Nasu had reached. On the moon, linked up to the systems that spread across New Vegeta, she could defend the Saiyan people if needed. Or if something more offensive was required by the Queen, than the alien girl was ready, her message making it clear everything was in order. Akassa does not respond though, not wanting to give away that any preparations had been made in case things were to turn sour.

Ethar was just getting more and more angry as Akassa insulted him just by calling him a 'boy' and to respect who he talked to. Before his Noran/Saiyan pride made him explode, the young girl that he had met earlier tried to come in between the two of them trying to calm him down.
"Easy young one, This woman claims that its her birthright to rule both her planet, and this one. Which I find to be a plain lie in my eyes." He said to Carla, as he looked back at Akassa with an intense glare.
"You should heed your own words GIRL. This planets Government is capable of fending for itself. EVERY planet has its share of good and bad leaders, and this one doesnt need help from the likes of YOU!" He said to Akassa, as he balled up his right hand into a fist. Just from Akassa's words, he could tell that she was quite arrogant and selfish, though which she attempted to hide it behind her words but Ethar could see right through it.
"Having a special bloodline doesnt make you the rightful ruler of a planet, especially one that was never yours to begin with! If you want this planet, You will have to go through me first!" He said as he balled up his other fist and got into a defensive posture, waiting to see if The Queen, or one of her companions would rise to his challenge. He looked over to carla and said "You better get out of here, Things just might get messy."

“Again!”
He demanded. His students were scattered about the ground, an assortment of bruises and scrapes on each. The gravity pounded down on them with the severity of only three times the Earth's normal pressure. Any normal human would be undeniably crippled by such a marked increase in their own weight. These brave young boys however had continued to push. They had been training for hours without a moments rest. Sore and without even a shred of victory they each began to shakily stand to face their master again. Not one argued with him. There was a respect held between the students and their master, but also a fear. Saito had done something none of them had seen before, and with Itan's book hitting the shelves they all had an opportunity to read the details of the combat between Tundra and Kit. Most people took it as a work of glorified fiction, but his students knew better.
Itan and Sonya stood back watching. Their training session would start in a few minutes, and neither was particularly looking forward to it. Saito had been working them all much harder since the battle with Tundra. There had been several close calls, and Saito hoped to avoid such tension in any future combats. By training with his warriors now he could build their strength and perhaps prevent a second wave. Letting Tundra live had kept Saito clean of his death, but created a new anxiety about another invasion. And so once his young students had stood back up he gave them only a few seconds to enter their fighting stance before moving about the room. His powerlevel was more than ten times their own, and that was with his weights still firmly attached to his body. At this point he could hardly feel them, but taking them off was not an option. One by one the students began to hit the ground again, for many of them another welt appearing in various places across their body. Two remained standing, now shaking in nervous tension as their master appeared in front of them.
“You two are standing correctly. Go soak your wounds and enjoy lunch. The rest of you stand back up!”
Nodding feverishly the two teenagers ran from the room, nearly tripping over themselves as they left the gravity area. The other students began to stand, hoping this time to please Saito with a new zeal. He was about to strike out when the audio function on his simulator began to buzz. Saito had not expected the machine to change pace and so his mind instantly turned off the gravity. His students dropped to their knee's, knowing that the gravity turning off was their cue to take a break. This break however would be riddled with uncertainty as the dark female voice echoed throughout the chamber. She spoke clearly and her voice led Saito to close his eyes. He knew not who this woman was, but if she was to be believed, she was a queen. Not just any queen, but the very queen that Kaladar had spoken of on the moon. With his eyes closed he began to listen with deeper thought. Her location became clear as it was only a little ways above the very school they were at. She was nearly close enough to physically see. Her power however, that he could sense. It was beyond massive. Without trying her energy eclipsed the Master and both of his top students combined.
“m....Master Kito?”
One of the boys said, a hint of fear and confusion in his eyes. Looking around the room he saw quite a bit of that on each face, including Sonya and Itan whom had now moved into the gravity area to hear the words themselves. The two students had returned as well, the Saiyan Queen's voice too intense to ignore. As all fifteen of his students look at him, expecting some sort of response, Saito remained silent. He listened to her in full. She spoke about Kemuri and his deception. Did she not know how they had handled him? She seemed to believe that the Earth was entirely defenseless. The elections had been a hot topic of discussion over the last several months, and though many pundits ran, the only one thaty seemed to catch the publics attention was Kurosunai Muzai, a warrior who was more than capable of matching Buraddori.
Still, it stung. Her words were arrogant and even selfish. Saito had a limited understanding of how the Saiyan's ended up on the moon, or what their agreement was with the Earth, but the very treachery she accused her parents of appeared to have been inherited by their daughter. To appear on a planet and simply take control was unbelievable, and the power she had on top of it made this nightmare feel all too real. Yet as her sentiments concluded Saito felt something else. It wasn't an inherited evil like he had felt with Kemuri. It wasn't a pointless need of destruction such was the case with Tundra. Akassa Hattori's words ended on such a note that Saito almost felt as though she were genuine. Perhaps she truly intended to treat humanity fairly. If that was the case it was possible that no one had taken the time to negotiate with the Queen.
“Itan, take the students downstairs and prepare your barrier technique just in case. Sonya, I need you to find Ethan please. I believe he is in the Garden and may not have heard this declaration. Get him to the underground as well. Quickly please.”
His voice was less commanding than it had been a moment ago. His soft tone was likely scarier than anything they had heard so far. They had prepared this emergency lockdown only a month ago after Tundra's invasion and already they were heading below the surface. Saito however was going up. As soon as the students were out of the room he took a deep breath, his mind needing a moment to process the numbers. Just as Sekai had taught him nearly a year ago, he began to do the math. The Queen was not actively surpressing her energy, and so a brief moment of thought gave him a base number of just over one hundred and fifty thousand. Modest for a ruler, but undoubtedly only the start of something much greater. Her life force swore to that.
His body disappeared, his own powerlevel activating from its usual dormant state, and reappearing behind a rather mouthy young man who was speaking to the Queen. Had he only arrived a moment sooner he could have stopped such an altercation, however this one gentlemen who grossed a very small base was speaking to the Queen as if he were the Earth's representative. It was time now for Saito to use what he had learned in his time training with the Fuhrer and Kami alike. He had not only learned valuable techniques, but also political and social skills. That with his natural authority as a teacher, he hoped to speak with this woman on a more professional level.
“Hold your tongue fool. Do you know who this is? You are lucky she has not carved out your tongue. It would be within her right. Apologies Madam.”
Saito said, bowing his head slightly as a sign of respect. He was going to have to work double time to repair the damage already done by the idiot to his left. Waiting for the Queen to respond in some manner, he would raise his head and continue speaking.
“I heard your intention to replace our Fuhrer. Buraddori leaves large shoe's to fill. A task I am certain you could handle. We have few genuinely capable of the task.”
A gracious smile formed over his face. Saito tried with all his focus not to show the nervousness that seemed to monopolize the back of his mind. While she had been too far away to read from the school, being so close to the Queen now felt almost unreal. Every time his eye blinked he could see her life force aura. It's pull was unbelievable.
“I am Master Kito of the Crane school here in Central. Of course no Queen should call a man Master. For you, I am but humble Saito Kito. I was present at Kemuri's demise, and repelled the more recent Icer invasion. There is no need for violence here. You didn't come all this way to argue with a nameless fool”
He said, tilting his head towards Ethar, whom hopefully had taken silence upon himself. The man's tone was remeniscent of another foolish warrior Saito had met. That warrior however had been dead for some time thanks to his brash actions against Kemuri. This warrior would undoubtedly be dealt with in the same manner if he continued to press the Queen.
“ Could I offer you something to eat or drink? My school is just below us in the city and is no stranger to Saiyan visitors. None of your prestige of course.”

The other candidates were pathetic. They spoke of trials and tribulations but not a single one of them could hold a candle to Kurosanai’s experience. None had seen the horrors of war or stared down the very face of death. It was so pathetic. By all accounts if Kurosanai had chosen he could have killed each and every single one of them without so much as a second thought and yet he didn’t. Instead he clung to the vestiges of his patience and that extended outwards to his so called aides. They told him things that he already knew and were quite obvious to the public, no wonder Burradori could no longer take this. It would not be until one of the aides turned on the television that something pertinent happened.
“Sir…you should have a look at this?” One of the aides said as a broadcast spanned over the entirety of all the networks. It displayed the Queen of the Saiyans, a person he had only met briefly on his visit to New Vegeta. From her reputation she commanded respect and be granted everything she desire, which was to be expected of a Queen. Yet the downfall to this entire situation appeared that that expectation had now grown to greed. Only a tyrant would declare themselves rulers of planets that they did not hold claim. The ludicrous notion of her having any claim was laughable and actually caused Kuro to chuckle to himself. Though the claim was laughable the power she displayed was not, he had known this one fact of Akassa, she had the power to back up her demands.
“We should release a statement. The other candidates will be doing so sir.” Another aide added as they went to grab a piece of paper and pen.
“Releasing a statement will do nothing at this point. Let the empty suits speak their words, I will work to solve this situation before it deteriorates even more.” Kurosanai stated as he walked out of the room that he was in. Thankfully he had actually been in Central City in order to do some promoting and campaigning. His heart was in the right place when he chose to run for the position that Burradori had decided to leave vacant, the incessant campaigning and bad mouthing was nothing but a pain in the ass.
As the sun hit his white coat the fallen prodigy’s eyes seemed to glisten in the light. Compared to where he had been six months ago he was a drastically different person. He had been to the bottom and proved that he could rise again. Unfortunately when he did so though he lost a part of him down there, the small line scars that scattered across his left eye and the more noticeable explosion like scar from his right eye, both were a reminder of something that he longed to forget. Taking a hard swallow Kurosanai lifted off the ground and took to the air. He may have been powerful but he knew that he was going to be playing with the big guns; guns that made him look like a toddler. Going to war always carried risks that were not only yours but those that fell around you. There was no doubt that Akassa had specifically place this announcement in the middle of the most populous city on Earth, if true fighting broke out they could easily become a hostage.
The fallen prodigy crested over the top of the building just in time to see a man of unknown identity spouting off to the Queen about right and wrong. Saito Kito, a man that Kurosanai had only met once during the Tundra invasion, told him to shut his mouth and then turned towards the Queen. With the sun at their backs the fallen prodigy had yet to clearly identify the bodies that stood next to Akassa. The more pressing matter was to keep the Queen calm. People did not have to die her today.
Drifting over to the young man with his back to the Saiyan Kurosanai would make it very clear. “You need to stay quiet right now. You do not only risk your life but the millions below you.” Kurosanai stated calmly and in a pleasant like tone but then his demeanor changed. “I will make you pay for anything you say if you contine.” Kurosanai’s face was stone hard and his voice like a hammer. He did not want this young man cause harm to other people whether he intended to or not. The one nice thing that Kurosanai had over the people in the current situation was the fact that his power level could not be sensed without a scouter due to Aon’s Cloak, a gift from the late Sebastian.
Turning his head slightly he saw that Carla floated in the air next to the young man. With a sweet smile he gave a nod to the young girl, his future wife in approximately ten years time. He made commitment to her and her family, and although he was no longer on great speaking terms with his family, he would follow through with the arrangement.
Everything changed though when his eyes drifted towards the monarch of New Vegeta. Floating next to her were two men. One was older and appeared to hold a high ranking in the Saiyan military. The other however was on the younger side, wore a jacket similar to one that he saw six months ago with a red flag pin in it and one of the most notable features of all was the lack of ear. What passed for one on the side of the Saiyan’s head was pitiful; Kurosanai knew it too well as he had been the one that had made it that way. He was staring at the man that had robbed him of his eyes. His entire body seemed to tense for a moment until he forced the sensation went down. The fallen prodigy may have been longing to repay the man for the destruction he caused but he saw the greater good. This fight could not happen right here and now. If the boy wanted to find out what was in store he was going to be sorely mistaken, Kuro was no longer in a good mood. If he so much as made a move and threatened the Queen while the delicate negotiations were going on he would not hold back.

Post by Fuhrer King Buraddori (NPC) on Apr 6, 2015 14:50:22 GMT -5
Alarms started blaring everywhere causing the Fuhrer to look up from his pile of paperwork. The common man had no idea how much paper-work was involved with someone trying to take over the world and then with the old former ruler trying to lay the basis for a new government by the people and for the people. An aide rushed in with a look of terror on his face.
“They’re here.” Was all he said, and then he fainted. Buraddori pushed his chair backwards and walked over towards the man. What in the world was happening? A solider rushed into the room and snapped a quick salute.
“Sire you should see this.” The solider said sullenly. Without missing a beat he walked over towards the coffee table in the center of the room and picked up the remote. The T.V clicked on and the Fuhrer’s heart skipped a beat. They were in the middle of central city, and there were three of them. One he recognized from countless recent reports from New Vegeta. Queen Akassa Hattori.
“What does she want?”[/b] The woman was already surrounded by a crowd, some of the members Buraddori knew personally.
“The world.” The solider replied straightfaced. Buraddori swore. There had always been the looming threat of the Saiyans, but the middle aged monarch had hoped that it would not be within his lifetime that their greed outgrew their gratitude. With Tsyuo dead he had hoped for an even leveler head from his bastard daughter who had claimed the throne by force, that was perhaps a pipe dream all along.
“Has she harmed anyone yet?” [/b] There was no masking the concern in his voice.
“Not as of yet.”
Buraddori closed his eyes and took in a long sigh. The solider was excused from the room and Buraddori calmly walked over to his cabinet. The swords within only ever saw use when the Earth was attacked, and he found that he had been having to use them far too often lately. His plan had been to give up the throne and make the best of the rest of his life. It seemed fate had other plans. When the final clip had been fasted he summoned all clones back into himself. This would require everything that he had, if it turned towards fighting.
The air was tense as he flew as quickly as he could towards the scene and came about in front of Akassa Hattori.
“Greetings your majesty. I am Fuhrer King Buraddori. I have heard your broadcast. Might I entice you to accept our Saito’s offer for tea and a conversation in his school? I believe you and I have much to discuss in terms of Earth’s future.” [/b] The Fuhrer understood the situation that surrounded them, years of diplomacy had taught him tact and he would say the words with all due respect to someone of the Queen’s stature. Akassa Hattori was not one to take lightly, and she greatly outclassed himself.
Still, the Fuhrer wasn’t going to give up all hope just yet. Perhaps the Saiyan party could be reasoned with, and the Saiyan Queen had yet to speak with the King of Earth. Then again perhaps her plan was to draw him out. Either way, Buraddori was prepared to do what he must for Earth and its people. Heavy hangs the head that wears the crown. This Saiyan Queen would someday see that as well.

A few miles south of Central City was a Village known as Sloan. It was a small farming community that raised a combination of all kinds of animals and produce. Zeke was here after aid was requested. There had been several bandit attacks recently, the men trying to make off with any food they could get their hands on. This was likely due to the efforts of the government among others like Ethar and Zeke throwing a stick in Crime's wheel. It wasn't paying lately. And now they couldn't afford to eat. Rather than going straight, they would try to steal. Fair enough, one swipe of Zeke's sword and the lot of them were sent back running. They hadn't returned as of yet, but that wasn't the end of it, he figured.
He wasn't going to live out his life in Sloan, that was for sure. Instead, he had been crafting swords and teaching lessons to the townspeople. Dressed in black Gi's and Samurai-style pants, a guard unit was formed that trained under Zeke with an iron resolve to protect their people. Zeke was moved by this, hardening his training and making it grueling. They dealt and received cuts, stabs, dismemberment even... Zeke's Healing skills had been helpful. With safety aside, their skill skyrocketed as if it was real combat experience. It would not of been possible without the skill Elder Batto had taught Zeke. And thanks to Nohkan, Zeke was able to train four units at once. They were going to be able to protect themselves for sure now.
Regrouped as one being, Zeke was sitting under a tree by a large lake when he felt her power level. How it had grown... He stood and blasted off towards her location. There had been rumors... whispers of her intentions. But he didn't know exactly if she was going to really do it. He heard her announcement as he flew. With a sigh of relief, Zeke smiled. "There is still a good part to her. Thank goodness." he said to himself. She chose only to call out any who would contest her. It meant nothing to Zeke weather or not it was her, Budurai or whomever ran the planet. New Vegeta's laws were little to no different than Earths for the most part, it could be a painless transition.
slowly hovering down on the scene, he found some familiar faces. It would seem the King had confronted her already. Kito and some other dude were doing what seemed like keeping Carla and Ethar back. Ethar was the kind of guy to rush into things, and Carla was young. None of them stood a chance. Even Zeke was outclassed, but he out of all of them would be the only one who could handle her one-on-one. With his new Blade Armor, he could take her blows. However she had damaged nothing and killed nobody as of yet. Zeke seen Toa, a man he had much respect for, and next to her... Nasu. Well, this was going to be interesting. Nasu was possibly the only person Zeke had any static with, unless he forgot about the war counsil. And he was almost exactly equal to Zeke in power... oh how he wanted to fight him! But maybe another time. And seriously, the guy in the bandages was the only person Zeke didn't know. His energy felt odd... his Cloak held no effect on Zeke as his Cyber Eyes combined the effect of his Scouter and Sensory abilities. He simply thought him an Android.
Walking onto the scene, Zeke walked past Ethar and Kit, and right up by the Fuhrer. "Queen Akassa. How have you been? You've gotten stronger I see." He said casually, witch would likely throw everyone off for the most part. "I came to Earth as a citizen to vote... but I think I know who it'll be for." he stated. He was fine with Akassa being here and even with her rule, as long as she wasn't blowing away innocent people and leveling buildings. If someone attacked her or her people, that was different. Leave the innocents alone, and the two would continue their friendship.
Little did the group know... if she were to loose control, Akassa would become someone very... very 'different'

Kneeling to the queen of the New Vegeta was not an option for the people; not right now anyway. It required a sense of trust the people did not have for her yet. Carla felt this coming from her comrades when Ethan shouted more profanities at the queen such as, "Having a special bloodline doesn't make you the rightful ruler of a planet, especially one that was never yours to begin with! If you want this planet, You will have to go through me first!" Then he took up a defensive stance in order to defend himself in this potential fight. It was after doing so he warned Carla to leave since he did not want to get hurt, but what did he know about a thirteen year old girl with some martial arts training?
A more level headed man with blond hair wearing many scars and an eye patch appeared next on t he scene. He explained himself as the owner of the Crane School within the city and clearly wanted a secession of all the fighting within the city. That said, he still made time to criticize the most fiery warrior on the scene with the words, "You didn't come all this way to argue with a nameless fool!" Offering a grounds for peacefully resolving this issue though was of his utmost importance and it made Carla nervous simply because two separate reactions from two different humans would not get Akassa to completely budge one way or the other. They needed a stronger representative of their race. Not one with just power but one with kingly authority to enter and that only meant King Burradori himself would have to come in his aging state and say something.
Strangely, the next to come was not him but the young fighter Kurosanai Muzai. She did not expect him to come because she was certain he was officially retired from fighting due to the loss of his sight, "Why is he here?" she wondered watching him stare at her with a pleasant, happy grin on his face. "He can't even see much less the road a hundred feet below us. Wait, the road's a hundred feet below us so how is he seeing enough to fly in the first place?" it made her want to scratch her head about this phenomena since Kurosanai must have had super human surgery just to be able to return to the battlefield. There did not see to be anything wrong with his eyes at first glance though to indicate this.
As luck would have it the king was next to arrive on the scene and greeted the great Akassa Hattori with the words, "Greetings your majesty. I am Fuhrer King Buraddori. I have heard your broadcast. Might I entice you to accept our Saito’s offer for tea and a conversation in his school? I believe you and I have much to discuss in terms of Earth’s future." His station was a pompous one yet in this situation a necessary one to diffuse an explosive fight over the planet. Carla was glad to see him and clasped her hands to together praying that he might be of some help to them. The one problem was could he truly fight like he had at his peak when Carla trained with him? The man was looking a bit tired and the infighting of politics definitely aged him, however, she was certain he could throw himself at the enemy as a powerful warrior one last time.
The last person to enter the seen was Zeke garbed in black and clearly ready not to fight but vote? He clearly said this via the words, "I came to Earth as a citizen to vote... but I think I know who it'll be for." Yet at the same time seemed almost ready to fight as he greeted the queen.
Introductions from everyone had been said though already so Carla decided to be tact and push the big button issue. Was the queen ready to fight or not for this planet? Everyone seemed to be telling her to back down and talk, however, the queen was of no mood for this based on how the tail end of her original announcement sounded to Carla. She sighed, breathed in heavily and thought to herself, "I start every fight I have ever been in with my enemy so I might as well start this one by being the one to initiate the first attack, but how should I go about this? These people mean business."
Carla decided to risk it all since she felt in her heart the queen wasn't here to talk politics. So she floated towards the queen, raised both her hands slowly, gathered her energy quickly around her body and let a red aura flow around her body from her fingers to her toes. Then shouted at the top of her lungs, "Alright you gathered parties, I don't believe we can come to an agreement on anything just by talking so let's just take up the queen's first offer and be done with it!" Upon shouting this her ki would take on the powerful effect of a Kiai that was meant to push people in close range away, however, she instead pushed her ki out a bit further forming an Aero Blast, a legitimate technique in her valuable arsenal of skills. It would, as the name suggested, cause her red ki to disperse and buffet the air everyone was floating in causing the winds to push those in range away from her with relative air speed taken into account. It was not really the form of an attack, but if anyone was hit by these winds they might feel themselves begin to drop quite a few feet towards the ground below them.
Anyone caught up in falling would need to reapply their flight techniques to save themselves or take the fall and shield themselves from the concrete below forcing them to think that now this little girl had initiated the first move. A hostile move towards making a stance that Akassa Hattori and her royal entourage were not welcome to set foot on planet Earth. Carla felt that as she did this that at this point there were so many people on the field of battle that there was no way this would not be in favor of those who had come to defend Earth. Saito was right to initially strike up conversation with the queen but in her little, thirteen year old mind she figured they could fight if needed now with the king and other important figures here to protect the Earth once and for all from a threat that she felt they should not even be having in the first place.

He had been up on the Lookout with Kaladar and Mr. Popo adding a bit of extra stuff to his room since he would be spending a lot more time up here, he may as well take the time to make things a bit more modern. Putting a TV and radio in just so that he had a means of finding out what was going on in the world, given that there was only so much to tell of what was happening on Earth. He could see most things easily, but it was more of a case of things that happened that he couldn't see where this would come in handy. Sure enough too, the moment the television had been plugged in that the image of Akassa showing up on it and declaring that she was taking over appeared on the screen. A heavy sigh came from the Half-Saiyan, so she had blatantly lied to him, was that it? He supposed that was just a sign of how much he could trust her at this point, and it seemed that she was calling out to everyone to challenge her. Well, that was fine, he supposed this was the type of situation he had been preparing for anyways but he wouldn't show himself right away.
The first to show up was that guy Ethar from the other day and he began telling Akassa that she couldn't do whatever it was that she wanted. Which he agreed with, but he had to admit him trying to talk to Akassa that way was likely going to end with him being dead on the pavement. Well, he wasn't wrong regardless of how he was going about it, this was the Earth and the saiyans had no claim over it regardless of what their self-centered thinking told them. The next to show up was a little girl that seemed to try talking down Ethar from going down the same road as the poor guy from the history books, what was his name? Yamcha, he was pretty sure that was the name he was thinking of at the moment, dude didn't last a minute during the first encounter with the saiyans when they first arrived. Still, it was interesting to see that Ethar was trying to stick up for the Earth when he himself was generally new. It was generally entertaining to see that others were already pointing out that she had no claim to the Earth or ruling just because she herself decided it.
Slowly others started to show up as well such as Saito, Fuhrer, Kuro, that one guy from Namek whose name he can't remember for the life of him right now. There was a whole little party going on of people already lining up, and it was looking to be an interesting show. He wondered how long Saito and the Fuhrer were going to hold onto the hope that she could be negotiated with? He already had a bit of insight as to how far Akassa was willing to go for things, granted this might not be the same type of situation either, but right now he wasn't going to put anything passed her. Still, if they could talk her down then that would be for the better all around, but he wasn't going to hold his breath on that either. He would watch things unfold and act when it seemed it was necessary for him to do so, which just as luck would have it was right now with the girl suddenly moving to the front and declaring that negotiations were futile. Shit.
Darting down from his position he moved for the girl with his full power even transforming for a moment to intercept her and move her away from Akassa, taking her attack directly to his chest as he did so. Taking both him and her down to the street before he reverted back to his normal form, and letting the girl free from his grip as he did so. "You should be a lot more careful, not only would that have gotten you killed, it could have put a lot of innocent people in jeopardy. If a fight is going to start, we should move it away from the city," he didn't scold her, rather just spoke in an informative tone. While he didn't disagree with the action, right now there were too many variables to fully commit to a fight as well. He patted her shoulder trying to reassure her that he wasn't mad, but she needed to keep things more under control. Understandably as a child, he didn't fully expect her to be able to gather the courage for such an attack, thankfully he made it in time to prevent her from hitting anyone else with that blast of hers.
Well since his presence would now be virtually impossible to hide at this point he decided that he would join the conversation himself and rose up from the ground to stand in front of Akassa. Surprisingly, he fund himself able to remain calm which was likely a result of his training with Batto and Kaladar, he was thankful to them both for his help. With a quick glance around he took a quick read of everyone's expression, and he found Kuro's to be the most out of place oddly enough he seemed to be out of it. Raising an eyebrow he would deal with that later, but focused his attention on Akassa once more, he would have a proposition for her.
"Well, that was an entertaining, you certainly know how to make a scene Akassa. However, this is Earth not New Vegeta, if you truly want to prove that no one is above the law then there is a simple way. You enter the elections that will be taking place, and if you win fine, but if you lose that's that you go home. Those are the laws of our world if you want to become the leader," he would put her own words to the test. Would she follow her word or would she prove that she was actually a tyrant that would use force to get what she wanted? This was the moment when her actions would be decided and it would echo throughout the universe as well, Conri himself would make sure of that much. (blargh, not as awesome as I wanted, but rushing to post to intercept Carla seemed important =p)

Of course Ethan heard the broadcast, when was he ever without his headphones? The boy was indeed working in the garden at the time when the broadcast came through and at first Ethan didn’t place the name. For months he’d only thought of Akassa as ‘the crazy moon lady,’ however as she continued to speak, that imperious attitude she exuded with every word reminded the teen of exactly who it was he was hearing.
“Wow, that nutty lady actually got on the radio?” Ethan commented to himself. “She’s going to get herself arrested for this if someone doesn’t warn her.” the boy continued and set his tools down. Kit’s decision to try and keep his brother out of this episode would be for naught as by the time the older blonde had given his lackey the order to try and hold him back, the boy was already sailing up and over the wall. It was only because Kit had departed with some sense of urgency that he arrived before Ethan, the blue haired boy was by contrast, flying at street level at a leisurely pace, not actually believing the broadcast to be anything more then a joke by a nutty lady who fancied herself the queen of the moon. After all, who could actually believe the human race would blindly fall in behind another dictator after they had finally not only won their freedom from such a ruler but now had the prospect of an election ahead of them?
By the time Ethan arrived at the broadcasting building in the city interior, there already seemed to be quite a collection of people hovering in mid air above the tower. Ass he approached the base of the building though and was angling to surf up it’s side, more for effect then actually need to repel off of a solid surface, Ethan noted with some surprise the blue haired fellow from quite some time back. Conri was his name if the boy was recalling correctly. He darted to the ground carrying someone else but by this point Ethan was too far out of earshot to tell what he said to her. A moment later then and the other blue haired young man was ascending up faster then he was and frankly Ethan would not be surprised if his presence had been completely missed given the haste with which the other was moving.
Finally reaching the top of the building however, Ethan continued up, looping into an inverted curve that brought his around the gathering in the typical, stylish arrival one would expect of him. He slowed on the second orbit of the group, recognizing a few faces and most surprisingly was Kit’s. ‘What the heck is he doing here?’ the boy wondered as he turned, maintaining his inverted flight and glided in at eye level with the rest.
“Hey Conri, good to see you again, you too Ethar. Kit, I didn’t know you guys knew the moon lady too.” the blue haired boy announced as he hovered to a halt. “And Miss Akassa, gotta be careful what you say on the radio, someone’s liable to take it seriously and then you’re going to be in a lot of trouble.”

He descended with his Queen and her general as the rabble came to guawk. It was only fitting Nasu guessed, when was the last time anyone from their own planet gave them a role model to aspire to. As the trio sank towards the earth he took a moment to think about it and his Queen really was the perfect role model for the pathetic excuses of life that called this planet home. Strong enough to do as she pleased, but with control over her emotions.
It was with this in mind Kass delivered the speech she had prepared declaring earth a Protectorate of the Saiyan race. And as their rulers, the Saiyan’s would build these scum up to be strong, to be a race that took pride in itself again, to a race that was worthy of pride…
As his Queen’s speech came to a close men and women flooded to her, some in admiration filled the streets eager to see the famed Akassa Hattori. Others however were not as clever.
Men and woman flew to confront her one after another. All of them babbling, talking over each other. Like tiny dogs desperate for attention, for approval. They yapped at no end how they are offended, how they are attacked, how they are wronged in some way?
Nasu’s eyes glaze over and his head begins to hurt. As always his senses are extended prepared for any attack to come, but the mindless babble of these morons might as well be white noise. Not a soul here could match Kass at her true power. Kai’s above barely anyone would even match Nasu at his power level now.
Their words seemed determined to take offense so let them, instead he tried to focus, his eyes scanned the crowd until he saw a ghost.
His blood pressure shot up and instantly his air of boredom vanished. Hatred, pure, unadulterated, hatred flowed through his veins as he stared into the eyes of the earthling he had murdered 6 months prior.
His power skyrocketed as rage produced adrenaline. Walls within him cracked as those eyes stared at him. Something inside Nasu broke as the need to be stronger, the need to do violence flooded every cell. And all at once the power he hadn’t been able to access for those long months was at his fingertips, there for the taking. Nasu called out and his power responded, his eyes turning bright blue, his hair standing up golden. The other scum were talking but Nasu had eyes only for the ghost still.
At the same time from the very corner of his eye Nasu saw movement. One of the peasants had tried to attack the Queen but she never even got within fifty feet of her as she was intercepted. At least someone knew their place. He realized his sudden transformation probably seemed like it was a reaction to the girl’s attack and that was probably fortunate from a world relations stand point, but still it couldn’t be farther from the truth.
The girl who tried to attack would have to die of course, but that was for his Queen to decree not him. His focus was still only for one man. The man he would personally assure would not survive the day.

(Before reading my post please reread Maya’s above. Originally we had cannons set up on New Vegeta that were going to shoot down on Earth should fighting break out. Based on a staff decision shooting such a distance was not allowable, Maya was allowed to edit her post since it was made when we believed such a thing possible. Overall it doesn’t change the thread that much, but it is something to note.) The boy that had arrived first continued to raise his voice to her, the passion in his words nothing more than hot air wasted on Akassa. He spoke as if going through him was a true obstacle to the Queen when in reality she could end his life before he even realized she had moved. This foolishness was the exact reason the Earth needed a ruler with true power, one to prevent them one individual threatening the wellbeing of millions. If she had come to this planet with no goal to assert herself as its Queen this man would be in pieces, the fool had no idea how lucky he was to still be breathing. Others had suffered worse fates for words far less insulting.
While she held back the urge to teach the boy a lesson she noted a signature approaching, another that she was unfamiliar with. Within moments a blonde man was on the scene, the male sporting an eye patch over one of his eyes. Compared to the two that had been the first to respond to her invitation this one was far more powerful and much less the fool. Without even addressing the Queen he set himself on the boy, his statement closer to the truth than he might have realized. The apology itself was met with a small nod from Akassa, the half-saiyan able to respect manners as long as it suited her desires. Eyes remaining on him she listened to his words, flattery apparently his chosen medium when addressing someone so obviously his superior.
Letting him continue his identity was soon revealed, Saito Kito, a man that had played a large part in the defeat of Kemuri. The previous Kami had told her much of him, including his battle prowess and determination to fight against those the creature that had attempted to overthrow the government. From what she heard in his words he was not a reckless man, looking to talk before throwing fists if such a path could be taken. Like with Ethar though, she said nothing yet, several more signatures making their way towards their location. Many would probably share similar sentiments and look to speak with her about the announcement she had made, Akassa was not fond of repeating herself.
As Saito had been speaking two others had arrived, one having similar words with the loudmouth before falling into silence. The black haired human was instantly recognized as her attention shifted towards him, Kurosanai Muzai had visited New Vegeta months before to train within the moons famous dojo. Whatever it was about him that conceal his power to natural sensing remained, but the scouter she wore revealed his true power. The second was none other than the Fuhrer King himself, Buraddori. The very man that had announced he was stepping down and presented Akassa with this opportunity. Yet, despite the self proclaimed end of his own rule, here he was, asking the Queen to sit down for tea and a discussion.
Still she remained silent, making them wait for her answer as one last signature was approaching, and one she was far too familiar with. Ezekiel NeCross was a friend and ally as far as she was concerned, although not tied to her cause with as much dedication as Nasu, Toa and Maya. His casual entrance was right in line with his usual demeanor, the first of the assembling group that seemed completely comfortable with her appearance on Earth. The plan had not been shared with him, yet she hoped for his support when it was required. There was hope yet this would go smoothly…that was until the small girl came forward,
With little warning she floated forward and spoke up, shouting out as her aura flowed out around her. Not one to be caught off guard the Queen ascended into her Super Saiyan form as the girl’s own power rose, golden aura bursting to life so that whatever the girl might attempt could be prevented with ease. Alongside her Nasu ascended as well, even Toa was veiled in blue in response to the sudden outburst. A blue haired bullet took care of it before combat broke out, the familiar signature of Conri Lane darting down before her, scooping up the small girl before whatever she had planned could even occur. Remaining in her heightened form, Akassa’s now blue eyes followed the pair to the ground, the Champion lingering for a moment before launching up into the air to rejoin the group.
Upon rejoining them it would turn out Conri was far less for her decision than Ezekiel had appeared to be. His words had her lips curling into a small frown, how disappointing. With all the commotion she had not even noticed another blue haired individual had arrive, the boy she had squared off against once in her simulator seeming as naïve as ever. Letting out a slow breath she reaches out with her sense, searching for any other of note that might be in the area. Sensing none, she knew it was time for her to speak. Let all those gathered hear what she had to say.
”Although your offer for tea and discussion is presented as a gesture of good faith, it is not needed. There is nothing that we need to discuss beyond the lot of you bending your knee. My open invitation was for all that might question my rule to see why there is no question about it.” With that Akassa rolls her shoulder, the weighted leather jacket she wore sliding off her lithe frame and dropping towards the city below. No longer suppressed her power shot up to its maximum, over two million. Right hand extending, her eyes dip towards the assembled crowd below. With a thought she uses her telekinetic powers to take hold of a news camera before beginning to lift it towards them.
”As a Hattori my bloodline contains the purest genes left from the heroes of old, those that had defended this planet countless times. By right I have a claim to this world, one I exercise now. As stated before I will treat all within my kingdom with the respect they deserve and defend them with my life, but I do not share power. All I need from you, the strongest of Earths warriors, is to kneel and swear your fealty. I give you this one chance to end this peacefully, do not be fools.” Her tone and demeanor would portray how serious she was, Akassa having little sense of humor and fully expecting them to comply. On top of it all the camera she had grasped now floated before her, clicked back on after she was done speaking so that the world could watch as they each bent the knee.
