The lone war ship floated high above the Earthen atmosphere, drifting silently in the absence of sound Maya focused on the transmission between vessels and those that rode within them. Already many of the fleets ships had touched down around the world each one carrying enough troops to lock down area's and deal with local forces. Eyes and yet not eyes at the same time Maya could view everything from the ships, raw data flowed through her thoughts of what there was to be hold creating a vivid image within her mind. Screams echoed through the sky with the first sightings of the sleek framed Saiyan ships, panic was soon to follow in their arriving wake. In mere seconds chaos took other cities around the globe in shear terror with the Empires armies resting down upon them. Seeing the broad shoulders and well armored soldiers most would run, others would fight, some might even give up on the spot. The purpose was not to maim, to rend, to sunder those that resided within the walls of the structures but to instill fear, to punish all who would stand in the path of the Empire. To control and take, metropolitan area's were the ones that were sought after, small cities would not feel the blunt hand of the Empire at least not for now.
Off loading from the ships hangers the shock troopers soon found themselves on the strange world, many of them had never so much as stepped off the from the lunar worlds surface and now here they were, hundreds of millions of miles away from their home on an alien world they had only ever seen as a small blur in their morning sky. Odd, the feeling that held to their chest, quickly it was replaced with duty as they assembled their amassing comrades. Soon enough there would be time to grow accustomed to the new world, with their Queen leading the charge victory was a sure thing to be had; each solider held a great deal of trust and loyalty to those they followed but even more so for those that took headway and struck the beast in the face with their own hands. Today they had a mission, no longer where they to stand around, thumbs twiddling mindlessly back in forth, daily training regiments where a thing of the past, now they sought to put all they had trained for to the test. There was no fear in death here to be found by these soldiers, dying for the Empire was a cause that any of them would find honor in.
Eyes fixated once more on the blue sphere Maya pondered of what activity had progressed on the world; the video feeds that connected her to the ensuing battle all seemed to be offline, something or someone was taking great strides to make observational actives all the more difficult than they should have been. It was then that Maya took pause in her thoughts, something was happening; shifting her weight slightly onto her left foot she watched in a silent awe. A blur, at least... that's what it started out as. Maya watched feeling the deadly silence crawl through her mind, adjusting her field of view she could not break contact with the spot. It grew in size and brightness till the point that the sun seemed but a faintly dying blub, though she was not there, not on the surface Maya could tell something had gone wrong, very wrong. It wasn't so much the sight that bothered her, nor the strength that it must have generate; it was the fact that Maya knew Akassa was near there.
"No...she is fine. Nothing could defeat Akassa, not I, not Nasu, not even some Earthen scum."
Maya told herself, but in the returning of her thoughts a lingering line of woe began to tread through her mind.
"Clearly she did that. No one could possibly match her power."
However she knew that to be an inconclusive thought, Akassa was the strongest person she personally had ever come across... but the universe was an infinitely expanding entity... where there those that could grip at her throat and squeeze till the light left them?
"Akassa...?"
She spoke in a low disheartened voice into the communication device.
Then she waited... and waited... but there was no response, nothing but a thick crackle of static across the air waves.
"Akassa is fine... sure of it... am I really?"
No, no she was not sure of it.
Engines roaring to life the ship changed from its previous course, no longer was it in direct orbit around the planet, now it was aimed towards the planet itself. She knew not if Akassa was alright let alone still alive but she would not let the growing anxiety in her thoughts to cloud her judgement, her eyes and her eyes alone would seek the woman out. The young alien was not the strong, she lacked in social graces and often thought as other lesser than herself but she would be damned if her loyalty would not stretch through time and space themselves to aid Akassa.

His attacks had been successful in their plan, although there were a few deviations to it they were minor enough that they changed little and Akassa was now positioned in a clear line of sight for Saito. Even if they didn't like they way he did things or whatnot, he was still fighting for the Earth and he would fight with the people that were there. Akassa had underestimated not only him, but the people of Earth as well and she had been shown why it was not wise to think that the people of the little blue planet were weak, they didn't need her protection or rule. If she truly wanted to become the leader than she should have made her case as a candidate and not an invader, that difference alone would have assured that Conri didn't come after her. Now she was being hit with an attacked that eclipsed her own power immensely, and as he looked on his focus would remain on her the world moving in slow motion as he did locking on to her power signature. The explosion was right above him as well and utilizing a combination of his electromagnetic barrier and the ground that was around him however much help it would be right now. The blast washed over him and for at least a few seconds both shields held their place against the onslaught before they shattered, forcing him to cross his arms in front of his body to block as much of it as he could as well. The blast hit him first knocking him further into the ground followed shortly by the immense heat from the attack washing over him like an ocean of fire. His nerves were firing at such a high rate that it seemed like his body was being electrocuted as well, thought that wasn't as bad, he had been electrocuted before a few times. The more worrisome situation occurred when his nerves stopped sending the signals and his body seemed to become numb instead at the same time that the fire subsided.
He couldn't even tell if he was unconscious or not, though he assumed that he wasn't with the way his thoughts were continuing to go through his head, but he was likely in pretty bad shape. He would have to rest a bit before he could try to move and he just hoped that the other two would go and help the others as well, there were two scenarios in his mind that he could see going down. Either way Kit and Burradori helping the others in their fights was the best option for them to win either way, and he could only hope the one scenario he envisioned would come true. The matter was that the other fights needed to be ended as well with as little casualties as possible and right now those two were the only ones that would be able to do something. If given enough time to recover he could help if it was needed, but at the moment he just didn't have the energy to do much moving let alone try to fight even more than what he had been doing. He didn't have to worry as much anymore since it seemed that there were no more bombardments on Central City either, the other cities around the world would be fine since they were the first to be evacuated. The saiyans could attack them if they wanted to do so, but they would just be damaging empty buildings, the citizens were in a safe place that was hidden from the rest of the world.
He supposed that this meant there was no trusting people either, if there had been one person he trusted the most it would have been Akassa, but she showed that she could no longer be trusted. If he wanted to keep people safe then he would have to hold people at a further distance now, maybe if he took a few days to go somewhere quiet, he could probably find a way to create something of a wall around himself to do that. First day on the job and already he was learning a lot of what he would need to do from this point forward, he was wrong about a lot of things now, and he was going to fix those problems as soon as he could walk and this situation was finished. That would have to wait until he could get enough rest though and if the others actually went to help the others that were currently fighting, that was what needed the most attention at this point and he hoped that both of the others would realize this as well rather than anything else. With that his mind just seemed to stop at that point and he drifted into a sleep, his body deeming it necessary that it focuses on healing itself in a more effective manner. (Blargh, suckish post)

A ringing had entered his ears. It had gathered from the moment his attack exploded from between his palms and had not yet quieted. Opening his eyes proved a difficulty as well. The warrior lay on his back, his hands pressed against his ears in a vain attempt to end the squeal. The Tri-beam had never fired so successfully before. Saito could feelt the pain of his actions vibrating in his bones and yet...he lived. His ability to sense life force was not at its peak. Each figure felt jumbled and coarse. As if each person in the near vicinity was coated in a layer of sand. Some of them in fact were. Yet through it all a voice appeared, one that broke through his ringing.
"Master!?"
Sonya
Her voice was welcomed. The young girl had obviously survived the attack. Thankfully she had not been in the blast radius. On her way to aid in the fight against Toa she found the need to turn around and aid her Master instead. Opening his eye Saito saw the girl, though in several places. His vision was blurry. Kneeling down next to him she put a cold hand on the middle of his shoulders and helped prop him up into a sitting position. The flow of blood began returning to his form and as his weary arm raised up to wipe the sweat from his brow he noticed something. His Phoenix form was still readily active. Attempting to refocus once more he noted that the other super power levels around him had faded. Conri was no longer awake, nor did Akassa Hattori appear to be active. The fuhrer had granted Saito a temporary boost in power and thanks to it, his form remained. Taking a couple of deep breaths, the human voluntarily allowed the blue and gold skin to fade. It was a waste of what little energy he had left to leave it on. Once the Fuhrer's power wore off he would have very little left, he had to conserve it.
"Sonya...the school"
"Its gone Master, but I can sense the students still within the bunker. They are safe for now"
Saito nodded. The worry in the young girl’s voice seemed to be replaced with one of complete fear as she spoke. Her voice shook, her hand trembling on his back. She didn't need to say anything, Saito knew what she was thinking. He was thinking it too. As his vision came back it became clear that Saito had not fired a Tri-beam at Akassa. He had decimated half of the city. The fuhrer and all of his soldiers had worked tirelessly to remove any innocent civilians from the location, but any that had been left behind were undoubtedly killed. All of the businesses, homes, and livelihoods in the area had been completely destroyed. Even from his position on the ground Saito could see the destruction. A crater, one larger than Saito had ever seen before, and in the shape of his tri-beam. The crater dropped at nearly a ninety degree angle making it appear more like a hole. He didn't need to ask Sonya what she was thinking because he was thinking it to. How had he done this? It was undoubtedly the most powerful attack Saito had ever mustered, and represented the absolute maximum of his power. Frankly it was more than his maximum potential, the Fuhrer had contributed an additional twenty percent to the attack, and allowed Saito to stay awake after.
"Help me up"
He said, the girl taking a moment to respond. She surveyed the wreckage just as anyone would. It was haunting. She had seen Saito at his peak, and this was nothing even close to it. The man was not a master, but a God. She was wrong of course, it took Saito several minutes to make an attack of that level appear. If not for Akassa's pride and hubris, he would have never been successful in releasing it. The situation had allowed for such an attack to take place, and it was unlikely anyone would ever allow Saito to do it again. The small trainee helped her master up, his muscles still steaming from the release of Ki. He was in his focus state, his last line of defense. If Akassa were to rise from the ashes of the city and begin a second assault the man would have little more than a single spirit gun blast to fend her off. But that was unlikely, her signature had faded to nearly nothing, just as Conri's had.
Nearly nothing wasn't enough.
"Sonya, I need you to find Master Lane. You can sense him, I need you to get him out of the rubble before he suffocates. When you are done help Ethan. I fear the battle is not over yet."
Akassa was still alive, and if anyone could end this she could. One word from their queen and the saiyan army that had arrived would pack up and leave. If only it were that simple. Sonya looked at him horrified, she would never leave his side. How could he even suggest it? He was not wounded, but his energy rivaled her own now. If he intended to go and aid Kurosunai, or even fight against Toa, he stood no chance at all. Even worse, she knew what he was doing. The fight with Akassa wouldn't be over until she was dead. Saito Kito had never killed before, and the inspiration to do so scared them both. It had to be done. She finally turned, not wanting her master to see the tears streaming down her face. She had felt loss before, and the thought of her Master going to fight the monstrosity that was the Queen of all saiyans made her stomach lurch. He had already beaten her. Why did he have to go? Why couldn't the fuhrer or somebody else deal the finishing blow? Hadn't he done enough? She ran towards where Conri's signature was fading, trying her hardest to focus on what had been asked of her. She favored Conri and wanted to help him regardless. Regardless of what her Master had to do.
Saito took a step forward, his body shaking but finally responding to the command. He had used less life force than he had anticipated. Rather than completely draining himself, he had only done enough to create the surges of pain that stung through each vein in his body. Each step brought with it a sting of weakness. He really wasn't in any condition to fight. His right arm dropped to his side, his index finger extending as a small bead of Ki appeared. It wasn't much, but a bullet to the brain required only a direct entry. Akassa had also flown from the attack and was quite a distance away, but her hidden body could not hide her life energy. That would give off every moment that her heart still beat. His left leg began to drag, hardly lifting from the soft dirt as he trudged forward. It would take a couple minutes, but with little blocking his way, the warrior could make a B-line for the queen's location.
As he walked, the small rubble that had not been annihilated began to cause even greater pain than his physical anguish. Why had she done this? Saito had been the gun to cause the destruction, but Akassa had forced him to pull the trigger. His breathing intensified as his anger continued to rise. He had little energy to back it up, but what he had begun to swirl into his finger tip, a small whirring of energy becoming louder as he got closer. By the time he reached the pile of rubble that contained the mighty Queen, he knew what he had to do. His finger rose, and a small ball of teal flew from it.
But not at the Queen. It exploded, sending more rock and rubble flying across the empty landscape of desolation. When it was gone, the Queen's body became visible. Limp, sleeping. The blast and knocked her unconscious, or at least too weak to respond. The Crane stepped forward, over the remaining rubble and underneath a support beam that blocked his path. He was only inches from the most powerful being he had ever met. Inches. He hadn't the energy to kill her now. His choice to use the attack on the rubble had eliminated that as a possibility, but he still had his sword. Kemuri's blade ran sideways across his back. The warriors hand reached back, touching the rough handle.
End it Saito. You can end it right now. You can kill her. Kill her and end all of this. Kill her and...
Become the murderer you always knew you could be.
His heart beat faster. That had been the voice of the very creature he detested most. Kemuri. The beast had been dead for months now, and yet his voice rang clearly in his mind as though he were right behind him. Actually, he was right behind him. Unable to let go of the monster, he had kept the blade. The blade that had sliced into his back, and stabbed into his knee. He held onto that blade and prepared to do what he swore he could never do. He was going to kill another living creature. He unsheathed the blade as the voice began again.
This was the threat I knew was coming. This is why Buraddori is unfit to rule, and why Kaladar is a fool. Even their prodigies are fools. They thought the Hattori's would stay put and mind their own business. I knew better. I knew they had to be destroyed. Now you do too. Kill her Saito. Kill her like you let the Fuhrer kill me. She will come back, twice as strong, they always do!
Kill Her!
The sword flew, its steal crushing through into the rock and rubble only inches from the queen's face. Yet not a hair on her body would come in contact with its cruel steel. The sword stuck upright into the rubble and with one clean chop Saito's forearm struck the blade directly on its hilt, separating the blade from its handle. Untying the sheath on his belt, Saito let the blade, and Kemuri, rest in the destruction. He would never be like him. No matter how right the dog had been, his methods had been mad, and his end goal did not justify his actions. Nor did Akassa's justify a death sentence. Not by Saito. He was no King, no judge. He was no one to take the life of another being. He felt it in his soul, the tri-beam had destroyed countless buildings, but not a single life had been taken. The fuhrer and the soldiers around him had evacuated the city. Saito was no killer.
Reaching down he grabbed the queen's right arm and with a heavy pull lifted her from the remaining rubble and over his shoulder. She was breathing, she was alive. They had all done their damndest to ensure that innocent lives had not been taken. Saito would ensure that no lives were taken this day. It was a responsibility he felt not as a King or a Guardian, but as the Master of the Crane school. He was the example to those young men. He was the example for all warriors who came and all who would eventually come. History would not write that Saito Kito was a killer. He refused to be. His body lifted off of the ground, the Queen's arm wrapped over his shoulder, her body floating with him.
Sonya too had found her target. Conri Lane, buried beneath the rubble. His unconscious figure would be pulled from the rubble and removed off to the side. Sonya could not fly, and so she walked the heavy warrior from the rubble and out of the city. If he were to awaken he would find himself in a grassy field, with Sonya sitting on a stump nearby. She would wait patiently for the hero to awaken, not leaving his side for even a moment. Though her thoughts remained with Saito.
(Because the Fuhrer is no longer posting, and Conri is passed out, I would like permission to end this thread and post in the battle between Kurosunai and Nasu.)

(Edited my post and re-posted.)
"Akassa...?"
Eyes snapping open with the sharp intake of a breath, Akassa regained consciousness. The breath was shortly followed by a string of coughs, fresh blood spraying from her mouth in response. Blinking in the darkness that was her concrete tomb, she struggled to gather herself. Where was she? How long had she been unconscious? While her time out had been short, less than a minute, it was impossible for her to discern that. No light made it in through the twisted building that lay atop her. As far as she knew it could have been days. Where had that voice come from? In the haze that accompanied her return to the conscious world, it was hard to discern. If she had really heard her name, and it was no trick of the mind, she could have sworn it sounded like Maya. A quick scan of the area with her senses found no trace of the girl, but she did feel a signature slowly approaching.
Saito Kit.
The two faced human had put her here, blasted her from the sky in the middle of her fight with Conri Lane. He and the Fuhrer had bent their knee to the Saiyan Queen only to buy themselves the time to launch their cowardly attack. The power of the combined two was enough to take her from the sky...and they would soon turn it on those close to her. Beyond the possibility of failed invasion plans Akassa was not prepared to lose her family again. The first time they had turned on her, betrayed her from the moment she had drawn breath. Now the fools that threatened her would attempt to take them from her. She would not let them harm a single one of her people. It could not end here, she would not allow it.
Trying to shift she found herself able to move, body not pinned even if she was in critical condition. Everything ached or was completely numb. An attempt to move her right arm was met with nothing, not even the twitch of a muscle. Unable to see she was unsure if it was nerve damage or an overloading of her receptors, but the arm would not respond. The appendage was definitely still there, she could sense it so it had not suffered the same fate of its counterpart, the left arm she had lost in her fight against Aer Nin. The sensation of an armless shoulder was not something easily forgotten. Forced to roll again, the pop of a rib was her reward for the second shift, Akassa hissing at the fresh wave of pain. Such suffering was worth every inch though, her mechanical arm no longer pinned under her.
Her artificial arm had fared better than the rest of her, plenty of movement left within it as she reaches towards her waist. Fingers fishing around in her belt she soon found the item she was searching for, a Senzu Bean. Gripping the magical bean between her fingers she was then forced to shift again so that she might work her arm up towards her mouth. For a third time pain spiked through her body. They would pay for this, every single one of them. Their chance to kneel was over, to bow down and accept her power. Now they were going to burn.
As Saito drew closer, the Senzu Bean finally found its way to the Queen's mouth, yet she did not bite down. If they wanted to play a game of tricks, than she would employ her own. Step by step the human’s signature drew closer to where she lay before he came to a stop a short distance from the rubble that concealed her. Even as energy began to grow at the tip of his finger, the small sphere something she could sense, she kept the bean resting on her tongue. Such power would barely destroy the concrete that had was atop her. Saito was weak, she could sense it, and the Queen bided her time. Rage boiled within her, but that rage had a focus, several focuses. When the blast came it did as expected, removing what had been above her so that the Akassa was once again visible.
The Queen did not move as she felt the rays of the sun warm her body, laying as if unconscious while the fool drew ever closer. He would be the first to be removed from this world, justice for his acts against the ruler of Earth. Unmoving the half-saiyan was unaware that the blonde standing above her was drawing the blade strapped across his back. Such a weapon could have ended her if the Crane Master had saw fit, given in to the voice that pushed him to commit the final act. For her, thankfully, Saito Kit was too soft, the blade instead driving down into the stone alongside her head. A lesser creature would have no doubt flinched at the sound, but Akassa remained still. The human’s kind heart was to be the end of him.
As a hand took hold of her right wrist, she felt herself pulled upwards as if to be thrown over the man’s shoulder, but the Queen had other plans. While being lifted from the ground she bites down and swallows, the magical bean held within her mouth all this time finally consumed as its healing properties restored her. With wounds healing and bones mending, Akassa’s full power returned in a burst of golden energy. Her grasped arm twisted to catch his in a vice-like grip as she lurched to her feet. Left arm snapping up to punch him in the left side of her chest, she would arch her wrist, an 8 inch blade lancing forth from her forearm to drive straight into Saito’s heart. The wound was most definitely fatal, but he would linger long enough to hear her hushed words as she stood alongside him.
"How dare you. With what sense of purpose do you strike out against the Queen you not moments before knelt to? Such cowards will not be allowed to live in MY world. You will not take this from me; you will not keep me from bringing this planet under my reign. I will grind you all into dust, and then throw you to the wind!" With the final word she tosses his soon to be lifeless body backwards through the air, caring not where he might land. Wounded pride and the desire to protect what she had built drove the Queen now. The chance for peace offered before had been evaporated along with the building of Central City that had fallen victim to Saito Kit's blast. No matter who stood before her, she would not allow herself to be beaten. Conri had grown stronger, but she was the Queen of the Saiyan people, second to none.
Fueled by anger Akassa began to pull energy from deep within her, grabbing for the power that she had tapped when fighting against Nasu. Then it had been a mistake, but now she wished to unleash it. The surge had caused her to lose control, if only for a second, but she did not care. These people, these defenders of Earth...no, these vermin would not take a thing from her or her people. When she was finished with them, there would be nothing left.
Again she thought back to the nightmare that had awoken her weeks before with images of her failure and the cost to those who trusted her. The lifeless faces of her most trusted allies flashed before her, the very ones that now fought for her. With a scream she focuses more at that potential future that haunted her, the strength to alter that fate coming forth in a burst of golden energy, but it was not like the first time she had ascended.
As her power began to skyrocket her scream of mixed determination and rage turned to one of pain. Never before had her body experienced such a sudden surge of energy, her small frame not able to contain it. All around her the rubble of the building she had emerged from began to rise into the air, the raw power that radiated from her lifting it from the dirt. The clouds above parted as her golden aura spiked, snapping this way and that due to the raw emotion that sustained.
Staggering under the strain Akassa felt as if she would vomit when the mass of energy began to alter her body. Unlike before she was not numb, she felt everything. As even more energy came forth, it stretched her, the Queen becoming taller. Her frame expanded as well, thickening to keep the same proportions as she grew. While not becoming overly muscular as Conri had, she grew more defined. Further still her power increased, pushing up over four million as her scream shifted to laughter. The pain had not subsided, but Akassa now welcomed it. Such strength was worth enduring any torment and the suffering it put her body through was to be paid back tenfold.
A moment later she was panting as the pain slowly began to fade; the Saiyan Queen felt the difference in her body. Normally standing at 5’7” the female was shorter than most she fought, but no longer. With her newfound state she stood just shy of 6’4”. The lithe frame she once possessed was gone, having thickened to better match her stature. Even her hair seemed to be thicker and fuller, her golden locks constantly in motions as energy poured out from her. Once blue-green eyes glowed with the energy harnessed within her.
As her lips curled into a wicked grin, she launches into the air…heading straights towards the signature of King Buraddori.blockquote]

He was finally free. The voices of Kemuri had faded from his mind. The darkness that had haunted him for the many months after his heroic stance against the beast had faded in a nearly instantaneous fashion. As the hilt of the blade struck the ground, the Crane master let out a sigh and with it released himself. It had been his greatest anguish. Revenge. He had begged for it. He had to get back at the bastard somehow. He had taken his eye, his naive innocence of combat, and caused the death of many. The urge to make him suffer even beyond the grave had consumed him in many ways. It had kept him distant from his brother, and cynical towards his teachers. It had changed the man. The broken steel next to him marked a new era. A new time for the warrior. His heart beat a sound and healthy thud against his chest as the last of his anger left him. He didn't need revenge against Kemuri. He needed to forgive him. He had stolen the Dog's sword as a memento of their battle. It was one of only two things he had held onto. Hate and a damn sword. Now both were gone.
He bent over, his arm lifting the queen up and out of the pile of rubble. He couldn't hate her either. The way things had turned out, she had attacked mostly in defense of her pride. Idiots. They had to force the issue right then and there. No tact, no charisma. Saito was hardly the best speaker, but he knew how to treat someone who thought they were important with respect. She was no queen of his, but somewhere, someone was willing to fight and die for her. Someone believed her to be the chosen one of their people. And the moon was awfully tiny after all. If only this had gone down a different way. Perhaps with this act of mercy they could begin to repair the seemingly broken bridge. Perhaps they would see now that the Fuhrer knew what he was talking about. Perhaps Conri had learned to be more tactful with his hands, and perhaps Kurosunai would come to the same conclusion Saito had. That revenge was an unnecessary burden on the soul.
"Alright then, lets get you back to..."
Before she was over his shoulder, her arm extended. It was nearly instantaneous and brought a new center of pain to his body. His eyes widened as the shock set in. She had been bluffing, how could he not have known? Somehow even a blast of that magnitude had left her both alive and without injury. The chewing motion in her cheeks told of a different story. Saito recalled returning from deaths door once before with the use of a Senzu bean. The magical properties had healed him instantly, as it had for Akassa as well. Blood spirt from the sides of her steel arm as its blade sliced into his chest. Saito's life energy swelling to the point aiding his heart in a futile struggle to pump just a few more precious drops of blood. She must have known he had spared her. His sword in the dirt, the rocks removed from atop her chest. She must have known his intention. He should have known hers.
Then she spoke, but her words were lost in anger and pride. How dare I. Coward. My world. My reign. He caught the keywords, but quickly his mind began to shut down, his left eye growing blurry as the pain in his chest began to go away. His head fell back for a moment as she finished her rant, a cough of blood leaving his mouth and sputtering into the air. It was his last moments. His left arm shot up, grabbing hold on the Queen's blade with his hand. It sliced deep into his skin. It was not a struggle to survive. He had to say one final thing. Saito Kito was nothing if not a teacher. To his students, and friends. He would say the only thing that his hoarse throat could muster.
"I'd rather be called a coward...than a monster"
It was all he could express, both because his lungs were beginning to pool with blood, and because the queen commenced with throwing his body across the desolated city. His time to speak was done. His time on Earth was done. Some believe when you die, your life flashes before your eyes. For Saito, it wasn't quite like that. He saw what he wanted to see, more clearly than he had ever seen it before. He saw Jen and her siblings around the dinner table. Her freckle faced little brother sitting next to him with the biggest grin. He saw the look on Sonya's face the first time she fought with Della. He saw the genie standing side by side with Mr. Popo. Her sworn enemy turned comrade. He saw the pride in Ethan's face when he fired his first Ki blast into the wall of their dojo, and he saw the dojo. Built with his own two hands, and populated with his loyal, loving students. He saw Itan writing feverishly to finish his new novel, and he saw Kaladar sipping tea in the gardens of the lookout. He even felt the presence of his father.
Perhaps this is why he had shielded his children from the world. Not in some egomaniacal plot to mold them in his likeness, but to keep them out of the struggles of humanity. Saito hadn't ventured out to be a hero. He wasn't a savior or a warrior. He had turned down the idea of being Guardian, and laughed at the concept of being King. His juvenile fantasies of being a champion had driven him to a far nobler goal. He would teach. He would love each student who came under his wing, and help them the way his father had helped him. No, perhaps his father had the right idea. Now below them sat a collection of ill prepared students, all likely ready to take up arms in vengeance. He couldn't let them do that, but what choice did he have. He had not taught them such forgiveness because he had not possessed it himself.
Saito was dead before his body touched the ground, his heart sliced through, and his mind wandering beyond the realm of man. He wished he could have just another moment. One chance to apologize. His brother Ethan never wanted this. He followed his big brother in foolish admiration, an admiration that would likely have him killed. It was an unbeatable challenge, especially without Saito there to guide him. The hard headed kid would do anything if he felt the inclination. How now would he fair? Their home destroyed, his brother parted from the world. Had his voice the power to say it, he would at the very least tell him goodbye.
"Ready to go Saito?"
The voice was familiar. Looking up he found Sekai, his mentor standing above him. Reaching down he caught hold of the Crane's hand and pulled him to his feet. Saito stood, no hole in his chest, no blood on his body. He felt free.
"I failed them Sekai"
"No Saito. You did marvelously. Your part here is done"
He was right, and with those words his soul left the world of the living. The rest was up to them.

The Fuhrer’s eyes widened, and then closed. A single tear slipped from each. Akassa was not only back to her full strength, but Kit was… Kit was…
Kit was gone.
His power level had faded after Akassa’s had resurged, and Buraddori had gotten his power back. There was no mistaking what it meant. What it could mean. When Kit had launched his blast and Akassa had been hit by the attack despite himself The Fuhrer’s hope had risen. This was not what he had wanted, of course it wasn’t. Central City was gone. People had died. It was everything he had been trying to avoid. The Saiyans had given him no choice. The actions of those supposedly on the side of Earth had given him no choice. From the most powerful man on the Earth, to the most powerless. It was an odd feeling.
Akassa’s power was coming towards him. Faster than he could believe. The Fuhrer nodded. It was time then. Time for this all to end. Of course he would be no match for the woman. That had been something he was painfully aware of from the beginning. His power had flooded back into himself when Kit had died, a feeling of pain and regret coming with it. Once again his thoughts turned to his family. The former leader of Earth slapped the spaceship he had just finished loading others onto and it took off with great force. Would it make it? He wasn’t sure, but like every clone he had this one was working hard to get as many people off the planet as possible.
There came a time in everyone’s life where they had to face their actions. Their choices. His was barreling towards him at high speeds. The Fuhrer closed his eyes and sighed, suddenly alone in the suburbs, the final ship having just launched. Where would the Earthlings go? That was unknown to even him. It was better that way. There would be little that Akassa could get from him.
It surprised him how calm he was as he pulled all the clones back inside himself. How ready he was for the end. There was little else in his mind that could happen. The Queen had the power of gods.

Under the rubble a shifting would occur even as others would try to unbury his body, he had merely shifted in the sleep that he had entered. The only thing currently aware to him were the dreams that he was having, though they seemed to be bad dreams at that, not quite nightmares but close enough to it that he didn't like them. All he could do at the moment was to twitch his body and try to stir awake, but it was to no avail, he had fallen into a deep sleep. His body had shut down all the non-essential systems of his body so that it could not only heal whatever damage it could, but also restore as much energy to him. The damage he had taken from Kit's attack had been the most harmful to him, even though he and Akassa had been trading blows he was able to deal with those well enough, but the blast had been something else completely. His body ached and bled, although maybe it wasn't bleeding anymore with that blast of heat, his body couldn't even fully tell the damage that had been done to it with the nerves having been numbed from the sheer amount of pain. He couldn't even feel when his body had been lifted up by Sonya and dragged towards the city limits, though he likely would have protested as well if he could have. Someone needed to put an end to Akassa for this to be put to rest and it needed to be done before something happened.
Laying over the shoulder of whoever was carrying him, he could feel the fresh air flow into his lungs as he slept letting things take a bit more form within his head now. Within his mind there was perhaps something going on that he couldn't even really begin to describe except that he kind of annoyed him right now. He could sense everything that was happening right now even if his body was unable to react to things at the moment.
As if he was still fully awake Conri's body would stand upright, removing himself from the arms of the one carrying him, though the legs were a bit shaky as his form tried to stay upright. It was not helping with the damage that had accumulated from the fighting, and it seemed to be taking everything it had just to stand. However, it was doing just that standing and facing the direction of the others with eyes closed while his arms were hanging limply at his sides. Despite how badly he had been hurt and just how close he was to dropping over dead, the fact that he could stand was a testament to his tenacity. His power fluctuating as if trying to return to his ultra super saiyan form, though his body was unable to follow that order right now due to lack of energy after the build up of damage.
Everything was still available for him to sense as well, though his mind would process it and tell him what was going on in a rather strange way as well. It seemed that there would be a lot for him to do still as well, and it seemed that regardless of his condition he would be pushing forward with it all. Suddenly his fist raised to his waist for a moment before suddenly rushing up to slam into his forehead, the action itself seemingly nonsensical until one realized that his eyes were now slightly opened. Turning his head around for a moment to get a grasp of his surroundings better and figure out where he was along with what was happening. As he was a wake he could feel his knees trying to buckle, but would hold them firm, he would not fall until he was actually dead. Searching his pockets he tried to see if there was something that he could use, and as soon as he reached his back pocket he remembered the little girl that had given him something. He was thankful for the artificial arms at this moment, he wasn't sure if his real arms would have had the strength needed to do all this at the moment. These artificial ones, however, were more than capable of searching his pockets.
When he reached into the pocket and pulled out whatever had been put in there, he could only laugh to see that it was a sensu bean that had been slipped into his back pocket. Well, he would have to thank her if he ever met her again, she had given him something that could potentially change how things went from this point onward. Popping the bean into his mouth he could feel the mystical healing energies flowing through his body as the wounds he had gotten were healed and thanks to him being Half-Saiyan he could also feel his strength growing a bit from recovering from such severe state. He knew what had happened while he was asleep though, Kit was no longer among the living because he had underestimated Akassa and tried to spare her. He couldn't blame him for what he did, but it was a bad choice with just who they were facing right now. That said he turned towards Sonya who he could sense was there, “Thank you for all the help you have given, but from here out you may want to find some place safe to hide.” With that said he ascended to his ultra super saiyan form once more ready to start round two, but first he had to take care of something that was currently in the way.
Reaching out with his psychokinetic abilities to Burradori who Akassa was headed towards he would then launch him from the immediate area and towards where Ethar and the others were currently fighting. Burradori wasn't needed here right now and he would be of more use in another area, as opposed to being something that Conri would need to keep an eye on while he fought. His attention then on Akassa who he threw down two bolts of lightning at before firing off two Lightning Ball attacks, before focusing energy into his hand for this next attack. Hopefully the two erratic patterned attacks would keep Akassa preoccupied for at least a few seconds for him to build up a bit of power.
This was going to be the final battle regardless and it would just be a matter of time before they discovered who was the light burning brightest before it went out. Everything that had happened within his mind while he was asleep would come to play here and he was wondering if Akassa was ready to face off against him now. She had power sure, but that didn't mean much really, there were lots of times where the more powerful was brought down by those that were weaker. She couldn't just be careless around him, but there was nothing holding him back at all, he was going to throw everything he had at her. He supposed this would be her chance to break their tie, although their first encounter really couldn't be considered a fight. For now he would prepare a proper start to the second round of their match, and he would do his best to make it a blast. (Requesting Zenkai if applicable, and if anything needs changing lemme know!) Post by Queen Akassa Hattori on Jun 15, 2015 21:54:46 GMT -5
From a young age Akassa had taken to fighting, her love for the battlefield was no secret to all that knew her. Whether it was a soldier, friend or foe, the Princess had found the most enjoyment in her life when exchanging blows with another. So often she had used combat to gain an understanding of those close to her. At first she had thought it was her military upbringing, the way she was raised that made her that way. Yet, as time went on she began to understand it was deeper than that. Violence came easily to the half-saiyan. That was not to say it was always malicious for she never strove to hurt her friends when sparring even if she rarely held back. By engaging her, she felt they all understood what was at risk for the both of them. She had always loved to fight, but what she felt with this newfound power was…
…ecstasy.
The strength that surged within her enhanced body was unlike any sensation she had felt before. Whatever stage she had ascended to it was akin to that of a God. Rocketing towards King Buraddori’s signature all she could think about was exercising this strength. Saito Kit had been removed from the equation even before this level had been reached, what would it feel like to end the life of another fool now that her strength had almost doubled? Akassa could barely contain herself as she drew closer. Grin plastered across her face, every inch of her tingled with power, power that begged to be released. Not a single doubt lingered within her when it came to the path set before her. Central City or whatever was to be left of it, was to be showered in the blood of those that opposed her.
Saito Kit had used his dying breath to label her a monster, a reoccurring theme that the Queen was beginning to grow bored with. Natisha and Leke had called her the same and now they were dead as well. Could these weaklings not think of something more original? Such last words had been spoken to her as if to dissuade her from her commitments when in fact they did the opposite. Those she crushed under her heel could label her as however they saw fit, history would not remember a word of it. When all was said and done Akassa Hattori would control what was recorded and what others labeled her was of no importance. Truth be told, she might be a monster, but so what? Individuals often feared what they could not hope to defend themselves against; the faults lied in them, not in her.
Closer still, Akassa felt Conri Lane’s signature spike back to what it had been before. So the Champion was not yet finished? No, matter. This time, the Queen would beat him down into the ground herself. Yet, his first action was to try and take her prize away from her. Laughing as the King was flung into the air, she responds in kind by reaching for him with her own telekinetic powers to yank him right back towards the area Conri was so desperately trying to remove him from. Letting the King fall where he might, she snaps to the side just in time to dodge the first wave of attacks from the blue haired Saiyan. He still had power, but now she saw just how slow he was.
”You are to slow Conri Lane!” The Queen again snapping to the side to avoid his lightning bolts as they cooked the air around her. This was going to be fun.
Glowing eyes locking onto Conri as he began to gather energy Akassa channeled her own. Instead of pooling it like he did, the golden energy pools down her arms. Hands spreading out, palms facing down, she shapes the Ki into a pair of disc. Not hesitating to launch her own attack as Conri charges his, Akassa throws them both. However, not both of them went towards the blue haired fighter. As they launched one took a direct line towards him while the other arced off to the side in the direction of the Fuhrer. Conri wanted to protect those who had blasted her in the back after bending their knee? Let him try.
Having full control over each disc with her psychokinetic powers she would be able to control their paths all the way through. The Champion could hover in place if he chose, but he would be soon cleaved in two if he so chose. As for the Fuhrer, the other disc would seek to follow him, Akassa using her advanced ki sensing to track him. All the while she rose higher into the air, grinning just as wide as she had before. Let Conri come at her, she would put him in his place like all the rest…and enjoy every moment of it.
”You won’t have help this time Conri.”

[[ I have gotten the OK from both Akassa and Conri, Re-Entering this thread. ]] Confusion. Hopelessness. Disappointment. These were his thoughts as he stood with one hand on the open pod door. Here he was, a Super Saiyan Blademaster, and he was not even going to stick round to fight. He felt as if it was hopeless. He hated how he had to face someone he considered a friend... Akassa. But it wasn't her power he feared. It wasn't death. And it wasn't the sense of failure.
He was afraid of loosing a friend.
Pathetic. A once stone-cold, mindless murder machine now running away in fear of something so trivial. But it was hard for Zeke, she was the second person he had run into who accepted him, the first being Kazu. The wind blew cold as he stood there disappointed in both Akassa for how she had changed... and in himself for being a goddamn coward.
He then sensed an energy behind him. Looking over his shoulder, he seen the short haired blond man leaning against a tree with a beer in hand. "You look like shit." Kazu said. Zeke said nothing. The man walked over. "So... that's a pod you're looking at. Thought I'd tell you, you seem confused." He took a drink. "Lost."
Zeke sighed. "I am. I... can't face Akassa." he said. The other man shook his head. "Goddamn emo shit is going to drive you nuts, Zeke. That thing back there... it's not the Kass you knew." he explained. Zeke turned to him. Kazu nodded and continued. "You believed in Princess Kass - a strong woman who cared for her people over all else." He stated. He pointed a thumb over his shoulder towards the ridiculous power level. "That bitch, 'Queen' Hattori is nothing more than a weak minded power junkie, full of bullshit and bloodlust." he said.
Zeke knew that. Akassa changed in six months so quickly... he seen it happen. He didn't want to believe. He wanted to side with her so badly and fight for her goals. But this is what she chose to do. This was going to be nothing short of a massacre for nothing more than thrill. Her and Nasu... were just like he was before. And they would one day end up the same as Zeke.
Regretful, and clawing for any way to bury the regret.
Zeke turned and began to walk. "I'm done regretting." he stated. "It's time I actually do something to help these people rather than just feeling bad for what I had done to them in the past." he stated. Kazu raised an eyebrow. "You're going to fight that power? With yours" He asked. Zeke kept walking. "Yep. Somehow I'll find a way to make an impact of some kind. Or... die trying." he chuckled. "At least I'll take some of her energy with me." he said.
Kazu sighed. It would be sad to see Zeke die here, but Kazu knew what Zeke meant. Walking into the shadows, he vanished again. Zeke was still unsure how he had arrived so quickly, and how he seemingly disappeared again from his senses. He didn't care. There were things of Legendary proportions to worry about. Taking a Senzu bean, he put it in his mouth. Not to eat quite yet, but tucked it in behind his lower tooth against his cheek for quick use. He was going to need it.
---------------------------------
Zeke would arrive the moment Conri began to power up. He would slam down beside Conri Lane and burst into his Super Saiyan form with all three blades drawn. "You're right, Conri! These people... they have the right to their own independence." He stated. "Don't tell me to leave, I will not do it. just tell me how to help."
Conri would think Zeke, at his level, was insane. But he had to do something. These people were going to be wiped out of existence otherwise. Zeke deserved death a hundred times over for all whom he had killed, the least he could do is die for the people left. However, but there was also a slim chance that Zeke of all people may be the most difficult person for Akassa to kill. And if she did kill him... kill the last person left who truly cared about her... just maybe it would spark a bit of the woman he used to know to wake up inside.
"Conri. Better to die a warrior... a protector... than a coward. Am I right?"
Zeke would then begin to gather any energy he could into his left hand. It's all he could do to even harm her, really. If Conri could keep her away from him, he may actually be able to do something useful. If not... there was plan B. A sure fire way to effect her. And he may need to use the Senzu Bean he had tucked in behind his tooth.

It was all coming to an end. In his heart of hearts he knew that he would not be alive to see the end of this, no matter how it turned out. Heavy weighs the head that wears the crown. Earth was his responsibility, and he had never failed it so utterly. Central City was nearly gone, damaged utterly in Saito Kit’s attempt to subdue Akassa. Kit was gone, Conri Lane seemed to be dying. The Saiyan that had come with Akassa and Kurosani Muzai were both off charging mass amounts of power. Thankfully they had evacuated a vast majority off of Central City. With such frequent attacks in the past they were prepared.
Then something happened that gave him hope. Conri lane’s power rose once more. Perhaps hope was not all lost. It was perhaps the last conscious and active thought that the Fuhrer would have. Then suddenly his body lurched to the side, thrown with a strength he had not been expecting, nor was he prepared for. Organs slammed against bone and muscle as he toppled through the air. There was no way he could know what happened, or where the attack had come from. The force was much stronger than he could handle, taking him off his feet and through the rubble of the destroyed city. A tear slipped from his eye as the high winds tore at his skin and clothing.
A flash of images passed through his eyes. His family. His people. His students.
He had failed them all.
Mercifully he wouldn’t feel the kienzan disc as it bisected him. It happened too fast, and too sudden. Thrown one way by a massive force, only to run headlong into Akassa’s attack. The legend of the Fuhrer was over. Whatever happened next for Earth, it would happen without him.
Fuhrer King Buraddori was dead.

As the blade of energy came flying towards him the energy that had been gathering in his hand concentrated into his fingers and waiting for the right moment, and as it closed in on him he shifted his body so that the blade would pass by without cutting him. Then he used the energy gathered in his hand to fire off the special beam cannon and pierce the flat center of the destructo disc the one main weak point of the technique. He had a plan for dealing with Akassa now as well, but then it seemed that Zeke decided to jump into the way as well and become a distraction for him. He wanted him to tell him what he could do, but then made the declaration that he would not leave, which would be detrimental to his own plans now.
"Leaving would be for your own benefit right now, you can come back if you want, but right now it's not in the best interest for you to get far away from here," with that said and done he would fly towards Akassa, his sensing ability able to easily pick up the charging power between Kuro and his opponent. It seemed that they were going to try settling their fight for good as well. Then he would do the same as well here and now, "You say I'm slow, but look at you keeping your distance from me, when did you become such a coward Akassa? The delusional Queen suddenly afraid of her opponent. That's kind of hilarious really." She wanted to act like she was something great then he would bring her back down to the reality of the situation, even if it did make her rush him aggressively. He had plenty of ideas as to how to deal with her as well, but it was more a matter of ending the battle quickly rather than letting it drag out even more. Maybe if he could get Akassa to rush at him he could work something out, but before he could fully get his plan together the large rumbling of a massive clash of energy shook the very air around them as well. It wasn't hard to see where it was coming from either, and without stopping to wait for his mind to register everything, he moved himself so that Akassa was between himself and the large expanding blast.
With that done he began to surge energy throughout his body, it was time to put an end to the threat that Akassa posed to not just the Earth, but to the rest of the universe at large as well. If she was delusional enough to think that she deserved to rule the Earth then there was likely much more delusions floating around inside her head that were of a similar nature. He could only imagine what she had planned if she was to win, but with this situation, he was going to do everything that he could to prevent her from winning and with that thought in his mind his body would glow brightly before releasing a massive explosion from its core. The massive surge of power and speed would see to it that Akassa could not escape this blast, but it also had a second purpose as well, not only would his own explosion strike her, but it was aimed to push her into the other massive explosion that was ripping its way through the city.
He hoped that it would be enough to take out the insane monarch because for him to pull off this attack he had to sacrifice himself, but if it worked then the price would be more than worth it. The blast was the strongest thing that he could use quickly enough to even try to catch her between both attack and it was necessary for him to attempt it to make sure she was stopped here and now. The last bits of consciousness would drift away as his body ripped itself apart from the powerful attack, and the Champion would no longer be a part of this world. Off in the distance Akassa felt it, the King of Earth’s power disappearing in an instant. Grinning anew she was confident he had met the very same fate that the King of New Vegeta had met, cut in two by her Kienzan. The powerful attack was quickly becoming the signature way that she dealt with cowards and liars, both rulers having shown the same yellow belly in the face of a true challenge. Natisha and Kit fell into the same category, two more powerful individuals whether by influence or strength had seen their end at her hands. Her power brought justice to those that sought to insult or assault her. Never again would she suffer the way she had for the first two decades of her life. Always she had tried to please those she wrongly respected, no more. From now on all would be expected grovel before the Saiyan Queen.
To wield such power was what she had always been destined to do. This thrill…this ecstasy was what she had been born into this Universe to experience and the more she felt it…the more she grew to desire it. The two warriors before her had once been her friends, but now they chose to stand against her just like the rest. Such a transgression was not to be forgiven, the trust she had awarded them obliterated when they chose to threaten her plans for the future. She had come to Earth with the offer to help and protect in exchange for nothing. Those with power and fickle minds had rejected her offer so now she would take what she wanted. Through blood and destruction she planned to destroy what the weak had built and rebuild it in the Hattori name.
Rising higher as Conri dealt with her Kienzan, something she had expected, it was impossible for her to miss the energy Ezekiel began charging or the massive power her brother had amassed on the other side of the city. The human he likely still fought, the boy from the Galactic Tournament must have been gathered energy of his own, but it would not be enough. Nasu was a Hattori just like her; he would not fall to one so weak. An instant later the energy from the two expanded, a blinding light emanating from that side of the city, the detonation of their attacks stronger than what Saito Kit had attempted to kill her with. Even with the energy rushing across what was left of Central City, Akassa’s eyes had not left the hulking Super Saiyan before her, the one flying towards her.
Shifting himself, he appeared to be trying to come at her so that he might be able to push her back towards the blast, but such a foolish action would only endanger his own life. What the Champion then chose to do was even more foolish. Before her very eyes, the half-saiyan that had started this whole fight began to pull energy within himself, body beginning to glow as he focused the power he possessed into his own body. Such an attack was unlike any she had ever seen before, but one she had heard of. To amass so much energy so quickly meant one thing, his body could not contain it. Ninjin had told her of Aer Nin’s attempt to take out the palace by using her own body as a bomb, the explosion something her brother had snuffed out with his Oozaru form.
Even if she knew what he was attempting to do, it did not mean she was going to take it lightly. As much as she wanted to rip him in half for the way he had disrespected and assaulted her earlier, she was not inexperienced enough to rush head long into such an attack. Instead she prepared herself for the blast that was to come. Ki flowing out from her body, the golden energy began to swirl around her entire frame, from neck to toe. Willing it into place, Akassa summoned her Blade Armor and Dual Ha-Ken, the Ki solidify to surround herself in a veil of energy. All the while she pulled father back. There was no way she was going to clear such an explosion, but the farther she could remove herself, the better off she would be. What seemed like minutes passed, but it was truly mere seconds before the energy burst forth from the Guardian of Earth, taking his life in the process.
Right arm passing by her mouth as she crossed them before her, she faced the coming storm, lips curled into the same wicked grin as the energy from her strongest foe washed over her. Like the blast from Saito, it burned at her armor and skin, the blasts sending her hurtling through the air towards the other explosion. Thankfully her height before being hit carried her above the other blast, Conri’s explosion not able to pin her against the first. When she fell from the sky, she fell into a crater that had once been Central City, Nasu and Kurosanai’s blast coupled with Conri’s having obliterated the majority of the metropolis.
Slamming into the dirt, she drives down into the Earth. Armor having been burnt away she took the full force of the blow, right collar bone and several ribs snapping from the impact. Coming to rest in a pile of dirt and rocks, she bites down. The Senzu Bean she had tucked into her mouth, sending waves of healing energy through her body. While the full rush of energy she had felt with the first was slightly diminished, it did not matter, for she had used little. Wounds healing, she felt her body knitted back together. Twisting in the dirt she shoves upwards, ripping free of the Earth to launch herself into the air with a laugh of pure enjoyment. Pain washing away, all that was left was the feeling of power that still ran through her veins. There was no power in this Universe that could stop her.
Senses and eyes scanning as she spiraled up into the air she looked for the body of Ezekiel. Surely there was no way he had survived, Conri having done her job for her. If she were to find it, by some miracle the towering warrior having lived, she would rush towards him. Otherwise Nasu’s signature was what she would head towards next.
If Conri or Ezekiel had been alive, the laugh that Akassa let out as she rose into the air was a clear sign that the girl they had both grown close to was gone. The friendship between them lost to the desires that dominated her thoughts. She had always enjoyed a good fight, but this was different. All the destruction and death around seemed to not bother her in the least, the Queen actually taking enjoyment in it. Even with all she had been through this day, she hoped there would be more to fight. All that resisted were to be ground under heel. (Depending on Ezekiel’s post, Akassa will be leaving the thread in search of her brother.)
